- 4:55Speaker 3: of your day.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Going to the Brande Brown Archive this morning, because well,
- 5:01Speaker 2: Brene Brown just gets it. And Brene says, there is
- 5:05Speaker 2: no innovation in creativity without failure. There is no innovation
- 5:11Speaker 2: and creativity without failure. You might be lying in bed
- 5:15Speaker 2: thinking I can't do what I want to do because
- 5:20Speaker 2: I might make a mistake and I might fail. Okay,
- 5:23Speaker 2: some people call it a failure. Others call it innovation.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Others call it creativity. See, reinvention is messy. It is,
- 5:32Speaker 2: and that's just part of it, but then something beautiful happens.
- 5:36Speaker 2: And that's what I think you have at hand today,
- 5:40Speaker 2: Brene Brown. There's no innovation and creativity without failure. I
- 5:44Speaker 2: hope that it motivates you to press on today, or
- 5:47Speaker 2: I hope that it motivates somebody you know who might
- 5:50Speaker 2: need it. And if so, Toby and chilipage WASHFM, dot com, Insta, Facebook,
- 5:55Speaker 2: the other things too. If you've got something that motivates you,
- 5:58Speaker 2: feel free to share it with us, and we could
- 5:59Speaker 2: share in this base tomorrow with your morning mindset. In
- 6:02Speaker 2: the meantime, hangout because next with us to be and
- 6:06Speaker 2: Chilly in the morning.
- 6:07Speaker 3: You said that, uh, you have a really bad habit
- 6:10Speaker 3: that you don't think you're ever going to stop doing.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Nope, I found myself doing it again this morning.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Okay, well you're going to have to let us know
- 6:18Speaker 4: what that is.
- 6:19Speaker 2: All right, hang out, Let's talk about bad habits, the
- 6:22Speaker 2: bad habits you'll probably never give up doing for the
- 6:26Speaker 2: rest of your life. Toby and Chilly in the Morning,
- 6:28Speaker 2: ninety seven point one wash FM. The numbers eight sixty six,
- 6:31Speaker 2: nine two, seven, forty three sixty one. If you want
- 6:34Speaker 2: to jump into this conversation.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Now you say that you'll never give up. Is it
- 6:37Speaker 3: because you aren't willing to give it up or you
- 6:40Speaker 3: just can't seem to give up, and what exactly are
- 6:43Speaker 3: you talking about it.
- 6:44Speaker 2: I just can't seem to give it up because I'm lazy.
- 6:47Speaker 2: There are times when I will leave the laundry in
- 6:51Speaker 2: the washing machine and I'm like, oh, I'll get back
- 6:54Speaker 2: to it. I'll get to it. I don't really feel
- 6:56Speaker 2: like I'm loading it right now and putting it in
- 6:58Speaker 2: the dryer. And then all of a sudden, I lift
- 7:00Speaker 2: the lid of the washing machine and I'm like, oh, great,
- 7:03Speaker 2: the moldy smells here. Time to wash it again. Maybe
- 7:06Speaker 2: this time I'll remember to put it in the dryer.
- 7:08Speaker 4: And this happened last time.
- 7:09Speaker 2: When this happened this morning, Earlier, it happened a couple
- 7:13Speaker 2: of nights ago with some laundry.
- 7:15Speaker 3: So before you left this morning, you meant to transfer
- 7:18Speaker 3: things to the dryer.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Sure, because I started the washer before I went to
- 7:22Speaker 2: bed last night, so I know it was done. And
- 7:24Speaker 2: you have a little bit of time.
- 7:26Speaker 3: A little window of opportunity that you've now clearly missed.
- 7:29Speaker 2: So when I get home today, I'll be throwing some
- 7:31Speaker 2: more time, laundry packs in the washer, and maybe I'll
- 7:35Speaker 2: get the scented beads out to help beat back the
- 7:38Speaker 2: stench oh, moldiness. But it's a bad habit. I that
- 7:43Speaker 2: is a bad habit, and it's a bad habit I've
- 7:45Speaker 2: had for a long time. Jilli, do you have anything
- 7:47Speaker 2: like that?
- 7:48Speaker 3: Nothing that has to do with like a chore or
- 7:50Speaker 3: physical mind is more of a mental bad habit, really
- 7:53Speaker 3: emotional bad habit. And my bad habit is that I
- 7:56Speaker 3: always think about the worst case scenario.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Oh, the worst common denomination.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Exactly, thank you, anxiety.
- 8:02Speaker 3: But and I'm saying that I don't think I can
- 8:04Speaker 3: get rid of it because my brain is literally wired
- 8:07Speaker 3: to be that way. You can take medication or whatever
- 8:09Speaker 3: to make a little bit better or not last as long,
- 8:12Speaker 3: but it's still going to happen.
- 8:14Speaker 2: At least you're aware of it. Yes, I'm aware of it,
- 8:17Speaker 2: and I'm not doing anything about it. Perhaps maybe we
- 8:19Speaker 2: should come up with medicine that'll help me to actually
- 8:21Speaker 2: get the laundry done.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Or post it's around your apartment.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Right, Toby and Chilly in the Morning, Got any bad habits?

- 12:14Speaker 2: I leave the laundry in the washer until it smells
- 12:17Speaker 2: like mold. And perhaps maybe you have something you would
- 12:22Speaker 2: like to share with the class in luck. It's good
- 12:25Speaker 2: early morning, Miranda. What's that bad habit?
- 12:28Speaker 4: I am just like terrible at biting my nails. I
- 12:31Speaker 4: used to do that too.
- 12:33Speaker 2: I dated somebody who used to do that so much
- 12:35Speaker 2: so that she ended up having to put like lemon
- 12:37Speaker 2: on her nails to stop her.
- 12:39Speaker 6: I really don't see it stopping in the near future.
- 12:42Speaker 3: My habit stop when I started getting those gel nails.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Now it could get a little bit expensive, but at
- 12:47Speaker 3: least I stop biting my nails.
- 12:49Speaker 2: For me, well, that's how I just maintain my manicure. Chomp, chomp.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Thank you Miranda for jumping in this morning. Let's go
- 12:56Speaker 2: over to Laurel Christina. You got a bad habit this morning.
- 13:00Speaker 2: What's up?
- 13:01Speaker 4: Probably smoking?
- 13:02Speaker 2: Smoking? Yeah, that's a tough habit to break. I've been there.
- 13:06Speaker 6: I'm embarrassed to admit it.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I know I shouldn't do it.
- 13:09Speaker 6: It's a clearly a bad life choice.
- 13:11Speaker 3: I I just can't have you tried like those patches
- 13:15Speaker 3: or pills or anything.
- 13:16Speaker 4: I don't I don't want to. It comforts me.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Well, now that you've made that abundantly clear there, Christina,
- 13:22Speaker 2: thank you for the call this morning, and good luck
- 13:24Speaker 2: with everything. Alison Montgomery Village. Bad habits you'll never break?
- 13:29Speaker 2: Which got We'll.
- 13:30Speaker 6: Never say never, But I think it's probably got to
- 13:34Speaker 6: be like talking on the phone while I'm driving.
- 13:38Speaker 4: That could be very dangerous.
- 13:40Speaker 6: It's always hands free, it's always hands free, but I
- 13:43Speaker 6: know it can still be somewhat distracting. But that's never
- 13:46Speaker 6: going to stop.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Well, I do the same thing, and I never considered
- 13:49Speaker 3: that a bad habit because if you're using Bluetooth, I
- 13:52Speaker 3: mean that's the only private time I have to return
- 13:54Speaker 3: phone causes in the car.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Well, that's why you have Bluetooth for that very reason.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Hands free at least you texting, because that's when things
- 14:02Speaker 2: get dangerous and you start driving like you're drunk even
- 14:04Speaker 2: though you're not. You're just returning a text you had
- 14:06Speaker 2: return right away, which you didn't really have to return.
- 14:10Speaker 2: But thank you for a jumping in this morning there, Allison,
- 14:13Speaker 2: have a great Dan Montgomery village. If you get something
- 14:15Speaker 2: to add to the conversation, you know where to find us.
- 14:18Speaker 2: In the meantime, hang out with Toby and Chilly in
- 14:20Speaker 2: the morning. It's ninety seven point one WASH at them.
- 14:22Speaker 2: We're next.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Apparently some people actually put together a playlist for their dogs,
- 14:29Speaker 3: and we're gonna share some of the top songs on
- 14:31Speaker 3: that list, coming up in just a few Well, are you.
- 14:34Speaker 2: A dog owner much like Chilian myself? Toby and Chilly
- 14:37Speaker 2: in the Morning, It's ninety seven point one wash FM.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Then we've got to run this by you.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Ninety percent of people who have dogs play music around
- 14:45Speaker 3: their dogs. But here's what I find interesting. Fourteen percent
- 14:49Speaker 3: have actually made a dedicated playlist for their pop.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I'm not in that fourteen percent. You, I'm not in.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Even the ninety percent.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Toby, I don't really tend to play music around my
- 14:59Speaker 3: dog Bella.
- 15:02Speaker 2: When Cona's over and when Nova's over. When we leave
- 15:06Speaker 2: the house, yes, absolutely, whatever music's on behind the dogs
- 15:10Speaker 2: of YouTube.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Change exactly, or something that you're listening to that you
- 15:14Speaker 3: just have on a speaker perhaps, right. But the most
- 15:17Speaker 3: popular artist is Taylor Swift. Among the playlist, well, everybody
- 15:22Speaker 3: loves Taylor, But the number one song is this one
- 15:25Speaker 3: by Coldplay Are Yellow?
- 15:29Speaker 2: That's bizarre all the song. When I think of Yellow,
- 15:34Speaker 2: I'm not thinking of cold Play when it comes to
- 15:37Speaker 2: the dog, if you know what I mean. I'm thinking
- 15:39Speaker 2: about the color of a little low accident exactly. Well.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Oh, but you know, if I were to make a
- 15:45Speaker 3: playlist just for fun, when I think of my labradoodle,
- 15:50Speaker 3: this is the song that comes to my mind.
- 15:52Speaker 4: You got bad in me?
- 15:55Speaker 2: Oh yes, well I'll be singing that song again too
- 15:58Speaker 2: with Toy Story five from the original Toy Story movie.
- 16:03Speaker 2: You've got a Friend in Me.
- 16:05Speaker 3: I love it. It's so perfect for her. Okay, now
- 16:08Speaker 3: your turn. What would you pick for Nova Luna?
- 16:10Speaker 2: I would pick this for her.
- 16:15Speaker 4: Let's pick it?
- 16:16Speaker 2: Oh the Black Eyed Peas. I got a feeling Tonight's
- 16:22Speaker 2: gonna be a good night.
- 16:24Speaker 4: When Daddy gets home with treats.
- 16:26Speaker 2: That's right. Or she just starts jumping up and doing
- 16:29Speaker 2: this dance and waving her paws around. That's when you
- 16:33Speaker 2: know she just has zero cares. And she has even
- 16:37Speaker 2: fewer cares for you if you want to get in
- 16:39Speaker 2: the way of what she cares about, so awesome. If
- 16:41Speaker 2: you want to see the entire list, of course, we've
- 16:43Speaker 2: got that for you. There are so many great songs
