- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:40Hi, it's Adam here. And in this episode of The
- 0:43Hypnotist, you're going to be listening to a hypnosis session
- 0:47created for a client that wanted a lot more.
- 0:52Fun and playfulness and. A sense of ease.
- 0:57In social. Situations where they could be
- 1:01interacting or starting up conversations with people, not
- 1:05only to widen their social network and interact with people
- 1:09they found interesting, but also to find a possible relationship
- 1:14that could lead to dates, things like that.
- 1:18And therefore. They.
- 1:19Wanted to reduce any overthinking, any stress, any
- 1:23getting in their own heads and what you're going to hear in
- 1:26this session is treating it like a bit.
- 1:28Of a. Playful game where actually just
- 1:32having a conversation, just interacting with someone can be
- 1:36playful and if it leads to awkward moments then that's
- 1:40fine. They can just be a funny moment
- 1:43that happens to be awkward. But what it does is it.
- 1:46Releases this. Kind of feeling of hesitation
- 1:50and seriousness. That.
- 1:52Just can kind of cripple the whole thing.
- 1:54So although this was created for an individual, I think a lot of
- 1:58people, whether they're single or not, would like to feel more
- 2:02confident in social situations. And if you are single, then
- 2:06having the confidence to say hi to someone that you like can
- 2:11feel like it's a superpower if you don't have it.
- 2:14But actually when you have this kind of feeling of worthiness,
- 2:19of playfulness, of confidence, then you know, it becomes a self
- 2:23fulfilling prophecy because there is no nerves and there is
- 2:26no hesitation. It becomes an easy thing,
- 2:30whereas if it feels like it's a big deal, then the interaction
- 2:34feels way more serious and way more pressured for the other
- 2:38person too. Which then decreases the
- 2:41probability. Of it going the way you would
- 2:43want. So this I think will be helpful
- 2:46for anyone that wants to boost social confidence and feel a
- 2:51sense of freedom. Whether you call it flirting or
- 2:55interacting or just making connections, you might find this
- 2:58useful. It was created for an
- 3:00individual, therefore some of the suggestions might not map
- 3:03across to you and your situation.
- 3:06So if you do like the idea of working with me directly, you
- 3:08can schedule that free consultation call.
- 3:12The link should be in the show notes or you can find it on my
- 3:14website which. Is.

- 3:17If you check that out, you can have that free consultation
- 3:19call, we'll have a chat and maybe we'll end up working
- 3:22together. But even if you don't.
- 3:25You might. Still get some value from this
- 3:27hypnosis session even though it. Was.
- 3:29Created for someone else so find.
- 3:31A nice. Quiet.
- 3:31Comfortable. Place ideally.
- 3:33In the kind of environment where you won't be disturbed, relax
- 3:37and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in and as you
- 5:28breathe in, breathe in that slow, calm, relaxing breath.
- 5:36And as you exhale, notice how your body begins to release, to
- 5:45let go, to soften, and how your mind starts to relax as you
- 5:55breathe in. Just imagine breathing in a
- 5:58concentrated form of relaxation. And as you exhale, feel a wave
- 6:08of calm flowing from the top of your head all the way down to
- 6:15the very tips of your toes. And with each breath, feel
- 6:22yourself sinking deeper into a warm, peaceful state of
- 6:31relaxation. Any tightness in your shoulders,
- 6:37just allow it to be released. Allow your jaw to relax and your
- 6:45mind to become quiet and calm, but also open to new ideas, new
- 6:57ways of thinking, new possibilities.
- 7:04As you breathe in and breathe out, allow the breaths to become
- 7:13effortless, almost like you're not breathing at all, you're
- 7:20just noticing your body breathe. Feel with each breath a deeper
- 7:31sense of relaxation. And I wonder if you can imagine
- 7:38standing at the top of a wooden spiral staircase.
- 7:49And I wonder if you could imagine that this staircase is a
- 7:53path to even deeper relaxation. And with each step down the
- 8:01staircase, you'll feel lighter, calmer, and more open to
- 8:08positive, empowering changes. The staircase is strong and
- 8:16stable, might be made of a good quality, even expensive wood.
- 8:26Feel the texture on your hands as 10.
- 8:31You take that first step nine feeling more peaceful with every
- 8:39breath. 8 continuing to let go of any tension. 7 another step
- 8:49down the staircase, becoming even deeper, relaxed. 6 calm and
- 8:58open. And five, halfway down the
- 9:02staircase, feeling wonderfully at ease. 4 Lighter and freer,
- 9:14three drifting deeper to nearly there 1 and now stepping off
- 9:25into a deep, calm space of complete relaxation.
- 9:35Perhaps you can imagine a yoga studio or maybe a beach that
- 9:41you've been to recently. Imagine that's what is there at
- 9:48the base of that spiral staircase.
- 9:52Even if it shouldn't be in this peaceful state and in this
- 9:58relaxing place, Imagine that this is a world where social
- 10:07interactions feel exciting, light hearted and deeply
- 10:15enjoyable. Just like Alice going down the
- 10:23rabbit hole or through the looking glass, she entered a
- 10:29world where things were different.
- 10:33Imagine you are already in that new world, a world that reflects
- 10:42the truth of who you are, Fun, confident, and effortlessly
- 10:50charismatic. And maybe you could imagine
- 10:57moving through this world with ease Field.
- 11:03You're standing tall, walking confidently, your body relaxed.
- 11:11Feel yourself smiling. Not an insincere smile, but a
- 11:17warm, relaxed, genuine smile as you feel that you are radiating
- 11:27a playful magnetic energy that just seems to draw people in.
- 11:36Feel this version of you amplifying and activating now in
- 11:44this new world, and notice a deep sense of fun bubbling up
- 11:51inside you. A sense that meeting people is
- 11:56like a game, a delightful adventure with little downside
- 12:03and so much potential for joy. And wherever you might be, this
- 12:14is a world of your own imagination.
- 12:18The beach can be connected to a coffee shop, or the yoga studio
- 12:23connected to somewhere else sociable.
- 12:28Maybe it's a gallery, some kind of event, but imagine being in a
- 12:39place where people are and imagine navigating that.
- 12:47And when you see someone you'd like to talk to, imagine feeling
- 12:55a playful curiosity, a light hearted excitement, as if you're
- 13:03stepping into a fun, unpredictable story.
- 13:10And notice how you feel resilient and unshakable.
- 13:17If a conversation doesn't go anywhere, it simply rolls off
- 13:23your back. Water off a duck's back,
- 13:30straight there into the pond beneath doesn't bother you.
- 13:39It just makes the game more amusing.
- 13:43In fact, even awkward moments bring a smile to your face.
- 13:51You find them funny, silly, and endearing.
- 13:56Awkwardness can become part of the fun, something you're
- 14:01willing to call out, even saying the words.
- 14:05Or this is awkward, and it becomes a moment to laugh at
- 14:09yourself and enjoy the spontaneity of life.
- 14:19I want you to imagine now, standing in front of a mirror,
- 14:24see yourself smiling, your face radiant, your posture confident
- 14:30yet relaxed. And when you smile, you notice
- 14:36how your smile lights up the room, how your eyes sparkle with
- 14:43mischief and charm. There is an edge to you.
- 14:50As you smile, you feel this playful energy building inside
- 14:56you. You know that your smile and eye
- 15:01contact are powerful tools. They communicate openness,
- 15:08warmth, and intrigue without a single word.
- 15:16And maybe you could imagine using these tools.
- 15:19Now place yourself in one of those environments familiar to
- 15:24you and just imagine seeing someone, perhaps from across the
- 15:32room, Someone that catches your eye and you smile.
- 15:44Not manipulative. A genuine playful smile and feel
- 15:52a spark of connection. And when you see that smile come
- 15:59back, you realise you've been given a green light, an
- 16:06invitation to approach. And as you approach you feel
- 16:14light hearted and confident. You're not trying to impress
- 16:21them. You are simply enjoying the
- 16:26moment, playing the game of connection.
- 16:33You know how to speak, so your words flow naturally,
- 16:38effortlessly. You feel witty, original, maybe
- 16:44even a little silly in a way that makes the conversation fun
- 16:50and exciting. And you notice how people
- 16:55respond to you. They're drawn in by your energy,
- 17:02your charisma, your unpredictability.
- 17:08They feel the joy and fun radiating from you.
- 17:17And if any interaction doesn't go as planned, you feel
- 17:23completely unfazed. It's just part of the game.
- 17:29You laugh it off, amused by the moment, and move on with the
- 17:35same playful confidence. This mindset is your superpower,
- 17:45an unshakable sense of fun, resilience, and light hearted
- 17:51curiosity that makes every interaction enjoyable.
- 18:03And let's go into the future. Let's imagine a place that you
- 18:09go to regularly and imagine seeing someone you're attracted
- 18:15to. A person.
- 18:18Who catches your eye and sparks your curiosity?
- 18:22Feel that urge to connect, an excitement to begin a
- 18:27conversation. It's not about the outcome.
- 18:32It's about the joy of the moment, the fun of discovering
- 18:36something new. Whatever happens, feel that
- 18:41you're rolling the dice. It doesn't have to go your way
- 18:46to still be enjoyable. You walk over to them with
- 18:51confidence, smiling warmly, meeting their eyes.
- 18:57You say something casual, playful, may be a little silly,
- 19:03and the words flow naturally because you're not overthinking,
- 19:07you're simply enjoying the interaction.
- 19:11Like a game you just can't lose. And as the conversation unfolds,
- 19:18you feel alive, charismatic, and completely at ease because you
- 19:25are detached from the outcome. You are simply enjoying the
- 19:32process no matter what happens. And now, as you take a deep
- 19:40breath in, feel this sense of confidence and playfulness
- 19:46anchoring deeply within you. As you exhale, any doubts or
- 19:51hesitations feel like they're leaving, but it's time to return
- 19:59back to. The here and now.
- 20:00So wherever that spiral staircase ended, imagine being
- 20:06at the base of it. Imagine climbing up the spiral
- 20:09staircase back to what feels like closer to consciousness, as
- 20:16very soon I will count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 20:21So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 20:26nose. Work with your fingers and work
- 20:30with your toes. Connect.
- 20:31Fully. With the.
- 20:31Here and. Now realizing that all of this
- 20:35are just thoughts within thoughts, dreams within dreams,
- 20:40ideas within ideas as it's now time to return to the present.
- 20:46123 waking up. 456 more alert. 7-8 open your eyes, open your
- 20:52eyes. 910 wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
