- 1:33Speaker 1: The popcorn moment, Let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go.
- 1:36Speaker 1: It's a story you need to hear to believe. Then
- 1:39Speaker 1: grab your popcorn because there is more. I actually have
- 1:44Speaker 1: a bunch of stuff that I haven't gotten to you
- 1:46Speaker 1: this week. I have a bunch of stuff like this
- 1:52Speaker 1: story about a school.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Board thirteen and continuing coverage out of Bay County. The
- 2:00Speaker 3: Township school board is under fire following controversy over an investigation.
- 2:04Speaker 3: That investigation included questioning two students whose parents were not
- 2:08Speaker 3: notified before they were questioned. ABC twelve Surrey Camp has
- 2:11Speaker 3: the story of one mother who still feels the school
- 2:14Speaker 3: district's administration is lying and is determined to find out
- 2:17Speaker 3: how this happened.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Now, this is the story at a Flint, Michigan, but
- 2:23Speaker 1: this story could be out of name wherever it is.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Your kid goes to school right here, which is about
- 2:29Speaker 1: where schools see the line, where they think they are
- 2:33Speaker 1: in charge and whether or not they think parents should
- 2:36Speaker 1: have a say about well anything.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Nothing makes sense, and I just want it to make sense.
- 2:42Speaker 4: That's what Melissa Geary says she's been trying to do
- 2:45Speaker 4: since October, when she found out her daughter, Emerson Urick,
- 2:48Speaker 4: a freshman at Banger John Glenn High, and another student
- 2:51Speaker 4: were questioned in school by a district hired attorney. Emerson
- 2:55Speaker 4: says she was told not to tell her mother about
- 2:57Speaker 4: the questioning.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Oh, well that's gonna go. Well, I can tell as
- 3:05Speaker 1: parents that all of you would be totally fine with this.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Your child's questioned buy a lawyer, and then told by
- 3:12Speaker 1: the lawyer, don't tell mom, It'll be our secret.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Ssh.
- 3:18Speaker 1: The lawyer followed that up with do you want some
- 3:19Speaker 1: candy from my windowless van? Huh. The fact that this
- 3:28Speaker 1: happened in Flint, it doesn't mean anything. This could happen
- 3:32Speaker 1: anywhere everywhere. It's about whether or not they think they're
- 3:35Speaker 1: in charge. And you got to ask yourself who these
- 3:39Speaker 1: people are, why they got to this place, and how
- 3:42Speaker 1: do you ensure that they're not Let me say it
- 3:45Speaker 1: again for the people in the cheap seats, because I
- 3:47Speaker 1: would put forth that this is not an anomaly. This
- 3:50Speaker 1: is something that happens. We just don't hear about it
- 3:53Speaker 1: as much, and not specifically from lawyers, but certainly from
- 3:56Speaker 1: teachers and administrators and others who think that they have controlled.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Dominion over your chill. The teacher's union must be broken
- 4:02Speaker 2: in two.
- 4:04Speaker 1: These people must lose. We have to end this system.
- 4:09Speaker 1: We have to end it. It doesn't work. Good Lord,
- 4:16Speaker 1: That's that's just one story.
- 4:18Speaker 2: That's just one.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Story I didn't get to this week. I'm like, I
- 4:21Speaker 1: really should have gotten to it this week. And then
- 4:27Speaker 1: there's a Oh, there's Rashida Talib. I don't think she's
- 4:30Speaker 1: cursing in this their producer Carl, but it's Rasheita Talib
- 4:34Speaker 1: and you never know, so finger on the dumb button,
- 4:36Speaker 1: just in case, just in case. We called it here,
- 4:41Speaker 1: although it was an easy call, and this was the
- 4:44Speaker 1: story of you know, when they were doing the Fight
- 4:46Speaker 1: for fifteen.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Do you remember that producer Carl the Fight for fifteen.
- 4:49Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I don't the fifteen dollars hour minimum wage.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's like they were.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Doing the fight, Yeah yeah, starting California. You're right, you're right,
- 4:58Speaker 2: and they were fighting for fifteen and we all said,
- 5:01Speaker 2: why fifteen dollars.
- 5:03Speaker 1: It's only a matter of time before they say they
- 5:05Speaker 1: want a twenty.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Five dollars in hour minimum wage. In Congresswoman Rashida t.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Leive says, the cost of living has skyrocketed, but the
- 5:12Speaker 3: pay has stayed the same.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Well, it's starvation wages is what's happening right now, and
- 5:17Speaker 5: it's shameful. It's shameful that our Congress does not move
- 5:20Speaker 5: with urgency. Even when we had a trifecta, we did
- 5:23Speaker 5: not move with urgency. And that truth needs to be
- 5:25Speaker 5: told because we need to put the folks that are
- 5:27Speaker 5: fighting to get the gavel back unnoticed that this should
- 5:30Speaker 5: be one of the first bills that we passed.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And so they're holding up signs that say twenty five
- 5:37Speaker 1: dollars for all, but it's not the only sign that
- 5:40Speaker 1: they're holding up, because they've got a sign that says
- 5:42Speaker 1: twenty seven dollars for all Illinois. And then they've got
- 5:44Speaker 1: a sign that what is that thirty dollars? And who's
- 5:47Speaker 1: that for thirty dollars for? I assume that's for California, right,
- 5:55Speaker 1: a living wage? But now they're admitting that there's no
- 5:57Speaker 1: such thing as a living wage because you need certain
- 5:59Speaker 1: money here and money there, depending on where you live.
- 6:01Speaker 1: There's no such thing as a living wage. The living
- 6:03Speaker 1: wage is not real, ladies and gentlemen. I will debate
- 6:05Speaker 1: this anywhere anytime. No one can prove it. There is
- 6:08Speaker 1: no economists that.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Can prove it.
- 6:10Speaker 1: The living wage is a totally subjective concept based on
- 6:13Speaker 1: what your needs, desires, wants are. So there's no living
- 6:18Speaker 1: wage and government can't give you a living wage, and
- 6:21Speaker 1: it's not up to government to just give you money.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Capitalism is good and this socialist nonsense will lead to destruction,
- 6:27Speaker 1: and it already has.
- 6:28Speaker 2: We're right, they're wrong.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Next, it's not, by the way, unheard of that Rashida
- 6:34Speaker 1: Tsalib is wrong.
- 6:36Speaker 2: The bigots usually are wrong.
- 6:39Speaker 1: But all of this brings us to the place that
- 6:44Speaker 1: you thought we were done with. All of this brings
- 6:48Speaker 1: us Kamala Harris, Ladies and gentlemen, Oh.
- 7:01Speaker 6: No, just wine, all right, just me, ask me how
- 7:10Speaker 6: long that lip goes on for too long, way too long.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Kamala Harris is speaking in front of a crowd, and
- 7:21Speaker 1: she's being interviewed, and she's gonna she's gonna drop some
- 7:26Speaker 1: truth right on you.
- 7:28Speaker 2: This is how they play.
- 7:30Speaker 7: They are strategic, They think long term, and they are ruthless.
- 7:36Speaker 7: And part of what I am saying tonight, and if
- 7:38Speaker 7: there is press in the room, I don't care if
- 7:40Speaker 7: you quote me. We have to be ruthless too.
- 7:47Speaker 2: You tried to kill President Trump four times. How much
- 7:55Speaker 2: more ruthless do you want to be? Tell us, Kamala Harris,
- 8:03Speaker 2: what are we in for.
- 8:06Speaker 1: When you are proclaiming that you that your side, that
- 8:10Speaker 1: the Democratic Party that supports the intimidation of Jews on
- 8:17Speaker 1: college campuses, that supports hunting down and going after Riley
- 8:22Speaker 1: Gains for saying that men are not women and women
- 8:24Speaker 1: are not men, that has engaged in four, not three,
- 8:30Speaker 1: four attempted assassinations of the President of the United States.
- 8:36Speaker 1: What do you think more ruthless is? By the way,
- 8:43Speaker 1: when someone can answer that question, let me know. But
- 8:48Speaker 1: I will say that she's right. One clearly must be ruthless.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Did I mention already that the only way out is through.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Was I saying that six months ago. Guys, it's not
- 9:03Speaker 1: that we're smarter than everybody else. It's just that we're
- 9:06Speaker 1: more honest than everybody else, and we know what's coming.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It's why we're never surprised. They're gonna be more ruthless.
- 9:16Speaker 2: You've been warned.
