- 0:00Speaker 1: I don't know what he's up to it.
- 0:02Speaker 2: He's picking me like chicken, shoving me like corn, storing
- 0:05Speaker 2: me like an ice dum.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Can I ask you something, honey?
- 0:14Speaker 4: Come on, the man's trying to get some that's okay,
- 0:17Speaker 4: go ahead, ask away.
- 0:19Speaker 3: I just got to know the Kennedy assassination. Did Oswald
- 0:22Speaker 3: act alone?
- 0:23Speaker 4: Hey, that's for me to know. A Olivers. I like
- 0:32Speaker 4: your hair in the middle of the silver hair.
- 0:35Speaker 5: How old are you.
- 0:43Speaker 4: Who killed JFK? I'm not going to read all those pages.
- 0:48Speaker 6: Who do you think killed?
- 0:52Speaker 4: Do you think the government to now?
- 1:01Speaker 7: The Disruptor in Chief Elon Musk, who apparently has adopted
- 1:05Speaker 7: the alias at least he changed his social media handle
- 1:08Speaker 7: to Harry Balls, tweeted this morning democracy in America is
- 1:12Speaker 7: being destroyed.
- 1:18Speaker 6: Yo, yo, it's your boy, the Tesla King, Elon Musk.
- 1:22Speaker 6: The boys always make my rocket shoot straight up. No, homo,
- 1:25Speaker 6: you bout to listen to the number one JFK related
- 1:29Speaker 6: podcast on Planet Mars. Now plug in your neural link
- 1:33Speaker 6: for two numb nuts who aren't a waste of government spending,
- 1:38Speaker 6: the Triple B and Joe B.
- 1:46Speaker 7: Is that.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Meow me? Joy? Show me? I want to see.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Sellom show kill. We welcome everyone, Here we go. I
- 2:40Speaker 4: guess I gotta say it this week because Joe's not here,
- 2:42Speaker 4: and here we go. Welcome in. This is episode number
- 2:48Speaker 4: three hundred and forty one of the Lone Guming Podcast.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Before we get started here, I just wanted to show
- 2:55Speaker 4: off my sweet new hat that I just got from
- 2:59Speaker 4: my buddy Do Not Cool. It's a very limited edition
- 3:07Speaker 4: Dallas Action Podcast hat. It is nice, man, I like it,
- 3:13Speaker 4: of course. I make it look good, though, you know
- 3:15Speaker 4: what I'm saying. I'm kidding. I'm sure it would look
- 3:19Speaker 4: equally as good on Joe's giant head. All right, so folks,
- 3:25Speaker 4: we're gonna get into some stuff here tonight. I got uh. So,
- 3:29Speaker 4: I was trying to think of a catchy title for tonight,
- 3:31Speaker 4: you know, but I couldn't convey what I wanted to convey.
- 3:38Speaker 4: I was thinking of informants, and I'm sure most of
- 3:43Speaker 4: you are older notes. Remember the old song by Snow
- 3:46Speaker 4: called Informa, you know, but lick your boom boom down.
- 3:53Speaker 4: That's what I wanted to call this, but I didn't
- 3:55Speaker 4: think many people would would get the reference. So Friday
- 4:02Speaker 4: Limited Hangout. It is yep rolling Han solo tonight, just
- 4:09Speaker 4: me and the kitty cat. Let's see here. Let's take
- 4:14Speaker 4: a peek in the old chat and see who is
- 4:17Speaker 4: all up in here, because apparently it is bubbling. It
- 4:22Speaker 4: started bubbling half an hour ago. So let's welcome in
- 4:26Speaker 4: Sally from across the pond. Hello, Sally be talking some
- 4:31Speaker 4: things that I don't understand, otherwise known as Irish mysteries
- 4:39Speaker 4: with mister Belgik. Hello, everybody, Hello, mysteries with mister Belgic.
- 4:47Speaker 4: He is from Belgium. Uh huh, first time we've seen
- 4:52Speaker 4: you here, So welcome in, Sir. Hell comes to play.
- 4:56Speaker 4: What's up? Lee? Lee is up in the house the
- 4:58Speaker 4: Bloody Benders. Tiny tiny, tiny tiny yep. That's right, everybody
- 5:04Speaker 4: smashed the like button, even though I haven't gave you
- 5:07Speaker 4: enough to like yet, but you know I will. I'm
- 5:09Speaker 4: good for it, trust me. Just hit the damn button.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Let's see. Here's Zendar Zendar sixty one. Howdy, Sir Zendar
- 5:22Speaker 4: up in the house. Let's see Timothy Ryan. Hello, Hello,
- 5:27Speaker 4: my good peoples. Let's see we keep on going. It's
- 5:33Speaker 4: gonna be a long scroll, folks. I told you the
- 5:36Speaker 4: chat was on fire and one of my favorite nuts
- 5:40Speaker 4: one of my favorite user names to welcome in, Bobby Thundernuts.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Good evening, sir. I love your name. I take great
- 5:49Speaker 4: joy and just sing it out loud. Bobby Thundernuts. Uh,
- 5:54Speaker 4: that's z epych I love it. Welcome in, sir. Let's
- 6:01Speaker 4: see Scott Edwards is up in the house. What's up, Scott?
- 6:04Speaker 4: Hell Scott? What happened to Luna? Uh? Nothing? Nothing. She
- 6:10Speaker 4: probably would have been a much better intro graphics than
- 6:17Speaker 4: what I had to use today. I was so disappointed
- 6:20Speaker 4: when I went to make the thumbnail for here, uh,
- 6:27Speaker 4: the program that I use online the website was down
- 6:32Speaker 4: all morning and I'm freaking out. I'm like, oh my god,
- 6:36Speaker 4: I gotta get this art together somehow.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Uh.
- 6:39Speaker 4: And it was just five o four in me. Gateway
- 6:42Speaker 4: not found, gateway not found, gateway not found for hours.
- 6:48Speaker 4: So I had to search the interwebs and find another
- 6:52Speaker 4: somewhat suitable art compilation website, if you will. And you know,
- 7:01Speaker 4: I like to do specific things with the cover art.
- 7:05Speaker 4: One is, you know, have a properly sized background of
- 7:09Speaker 4: the color of my choosing. And then I like to
- 7:12Speaker 4: be able to remove the background from certain pictures so
- 7:15Speaker 4: that when I add the art to the thumbnail. You know,
- 7:20Speaker 4: you don't have a bunch of weird look at stuff
- 7:22Speaker 4: in behind it, you know, just it's nice and clean looking.
- 7:27Speaker 4: And then of course I need to be able to
- 7:29Speaker 4: add things from my computer and not just use clip
- 7:32Speaker 4: art or you know, predetermined pictures and all this noise.
- 7:38Speaker 4: And then I also need the ability to add text,
- 7:41Speaker 4: add different kinds of font and then excuse me, resize everything.
- 7:48Speaker 7: Uh.
- 7:48Speaker 4: And you know, I got this one, one one program
- 7:50Speaker 4: that works great and I love it and I've been
- 7:52Speaker 4: using it forever. And the damn website was down today,
- 7:55Speaker 4: so we get a ghetto ass thumbnail today, So sorry
- 7:58Speaker 4: for that. But yeah, Scott, I agree, Luna would have
- 8:03Speaker 4: been much better than that shitty thumbnail I threw up there.
- 8:07Speaker 4: Mister j s V six fifty, he's in with the
- 8:10Speaker 4: popcorn and cola or is that a alcoholic beverage whatever
- 8:18Speaker 4: it is? Enjoy Sir Greg, Greg, Greg Greg still in Switzerland.
- 8:26Speaker 4: The hills are alive. I can just see Greg and
- 8:28Speaker 4: his little leader hosen spinning circles around with his lovely
- 8:33Speaker 4: wife and the hills up the Switzerland, the Swiss Alps. Oh,
- 8:38Speaker 4: look who's here, Welcome in, Joe Brelli. He just wanted
- 8:44Speaker 4: to say what up to everyone. He's on vacation with
- 8:46Speaker 4: Ruby was nice enough to give me it tonight. Off
- 8:51Speaker 4: would rather be poden instead of going out to dinner.
- 8:56Speaker 4: But you know, girlfriend, it's okay, Joe. You gotta you
- 9:02Speaker 4: gotta give her a little something every once in a while,
- 9:05Speaker 4: you know, or else you hear a lot of this.
- 9:12Speaker 4: So hopefully Eric is not listening right at this moment,
- 9:16Speaker 4: and Joe has like an AirPod in his ear or something.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Let's see. I know there's more of you here, but
- 9:28Speaker 4: you're not in the chat, and that's okay too. We
- 9:31Speaker 4: love lurkers here even if you never say nothing, you know,
- 9:35Speaker 4: just pop in and say hi every once in a
- 9:37Speaker 4: while so we know you hear. James Smith is up
- 9:39Speaker 4: in the house.
- 9:40Speaker 3: What is up?
- 9:41Speaker 4: James Trey? You're damn right. It's triple be time, Triple
- 9:48Speaker 4: B time, and I'm not unnecessarily padding my time by
- 9:51Speaker 4: going through normally we do this. It's just the comment
- 9:55Speaker 4: section is full tonight, which is not a bad problem. Jack,
- 10:02Speaker 4: Welcome in. What is up? My friend? A resident rocket Queen?
- 10:08Speaker 4: Colleen is up in the house. Hello Colleen, how are you,
- 10:13Speaker 4: dear Von Duke? Yo? Yo, what's up? Von Duke? Welcome in,
- 10:20Speaker 4: welcome in. Damn. I don't think I'll ever get to
- 10:23Speaker 4: the bottom of this comment session. I love it. I
- 10:25Speaker 4: love it, I love it. Paul psvd C is up
- 10:29Speaker 4: in the house. What's up, Paul? Paula Jane. She'll be
- 10:37Speaker 4: riding from Birmingham to Wales in June. Riding. What are
- 10:46Speaker 4: you going to? Maybe maybe a boat or a plan
- 10:52Speaker 4: or maybe a horse, although I hope your horse can
- 10:55Speaker 4: swim very long distances. It's it's a long way over here,
- 10:59Speaker 4: you know, the Atlantic, Paula. I'm just giving you a
- 11:02Speaker 4: hard time. Sounds like a fantabulous vacation coming up for you.
- 11:15Speaker 4: All right, Colleen, you gotta stop. You're gonna make me
- 11:18Speaker 4: fall in love with your three foot millennium falcon on
- 11:22Speaker 4: your ceiling. Ran. Oh, lord lordy, lordy, Anthony Thripp, Greetings
- 11:32Speaker 4: from Melbourne. Here there's our carpet man, Random Brooks up
- 11:38Speaker 4: in the house. Back again. I'm glad you're here, sir,
- 11:43Speaker 4: Back for more. Let's see. I think come almost to
- 11:46Speaker 4: the end. Bear with me. Oh god, damn. Joe Doune
- 11:52Speaker 4: gifted five membership levels. Who gets them. Let's see Harvey
- 11:57Speaker 4: Runnelds You're welcome, Dean Walker, You're welcome. Dave's a GREENO,
- 12:06Speaker 4: you're welcome, the Apex you're welcome. And Owen Smith You're welcome. Wow.
- 12:15Speaker 4: That is quite the philanthropic thing to do there. Joe,
- 12:20Speaker 4: that's my co host. He is currently on special assignment
- 12:25Speaker 4: Prova wand well hello from Ireland. We got another Irish
- 12:30Speaker 4: in the house. Wow. Wow wow. Now, so you folks
- 12:36Speaker 4: know with that gifted Spook membership, Okay, of course that
- 12:44Speaker 4: gives you you know, special ah what are they called
- 12:54Speaker 4: little icons or whatever. It also gives you name a
- 12:58Speaker 4: highlight and it's also gonna get you. We also do
- 13:05Speaker 4: a show on Wednesday nights for our members, but it's
- 13:07Speaker 4: only for COVID operators and hire. That's the second level
- 13:12Speaker 4: of membership for the channel, but with the first level,
- 13:16Speaker 4: which is Spooks, and that gets you in the door.
- 13:18Speaker 4: And on the last Wednesday of the month, we give
- 13:21Speaker 4: that episode to all of our members, including Spooks. So
- 13:25Speaker 4: we just did one last night for everybody. So I
- 13:31Speaker 4: think with the Spook membership, you can go back and
- 13:34Speaker 4: check out all the last Wednesday shows from the months
- 13:37Speaker 4: and then you have to wait another month to get
- 13:39Speaker 4: the free Wednesday show because we just did it last night.
- 13:44Speaker 4: And if you'd like to become a channel member or upgrade,
- 13:48Speaker 4: like let's see Sally and Mike just rejoined recently. There
- 13:54Speaker 4: is a link in the description to this video down below,
- 13:58Speaker 4: so we make it kind of easy for you. Glenn
- 14:02Speaker 4: Rock's up in here. Sh she bird one. Hello, my
- 14:13Speaker 4: dam David R Buckle, what's up? Fatty? Love the podcast,
- 14:20Speaker 4: Love you, mister R Buckle, frequent comment of the show.
- 14:23Speaker 4: And I wasn't calling you fatty. I was just in
- 14:26Speaker 4: my brain connecting Fatty and our buckle. Let's see Joline, Yes, okay, welcome, Welcome, Jolene.
- 14:37Speaker 4: Goodness gracious, Joe. You need to take that that off
- 14:41Speaker 4: more often. Bro. I think we might have more more
- 14:44Speaker 4: viewers than ever before. I'm joking. I'm joking, of course,
- 14:48Speaker 4: But what I am going to do is pop this
- 14:54Speaker 4: chat if I can right up here beside me, so
- 15:00Speaker 4: I can keep an eye on you fools kind of
- 15:04Speaker 4: and and kind of see what's going on. Hopefully if
- 15:06Speaker 4: this works, you know, Okay, there it's moving a little bit,
- 15:11Speaker 4: at least until I start having to show uh, some
- 15:15Speaker 4: pictures this way, I don't feel like I'm all by
- 15:20Speaker 4: myself here, you know, like my co host is you tonight?
- 15:25Speaker 4: Folks in the chat you're always uh, you're always good
- 15:28Speaker 4: for it. So without further I feel like I've been
- 15:31Speaker 4: blathering and killing time for fifteen minutes, which I have been,
- 15:35Speaker 4: but I haven't really. I've just been welcoming everybody in.
- 15:39Speaker 4: So I feel the love thanks for showing up and
- 15:42Speaker 4: hanging out in the Friday Limited Hangout. So, without further idea,
- 15:50Speaker 4: that is French. I don't know any Belgium Ish or
- 15:54Speaker 4: Irish or Welsh or Britain. It well, I guess British
- 16:01Speaker 4: is the same as English probably so its Australian. What's
- 16:09Speaker 4: up anthing? All right, let's get right into it. So
- 16:12Speaker 4: the first things I want to talk about is we're
- 16:14Speaker 4: going to out some informants. Okay, we're gonna just out them.
- 16:18Speaker 4: We're just going to say what they said, who they are,
- 16:21Speaker 4: where they are, what they're doing. We're just going to
- 16:23Speaker 4: out them because informants are dirty rats and they need
- 16:30Speaker 4: to be outed. So the first thing I wanted to
- 16:37Speaker 4: get across here kind of well, thank you mysteries with
- 16:42Speaker 4: mister Belgium. I'm doing a really great shit. Thank you. Well,
- 16:45Speaker 4: just wait, it's barely started. It gets better, I promise.
- 16:51Speaker 4: So the first thing I wanted to get into is
- 16:53Speaker 4: an HSCA document that I found. Let's see, it's an
- 16:59Speaker 4: FBI document from June of nineteen seventy eight, and it
- 17:06Speaker 4: says former Special Agent in Charge Warren Debreese, now retired,
- 17:10Speaker 4: interviewed on June the eighth, nineteen seventy eight by New
- 17:13Speaker 4: Orleans Assistant Special Agent in Charge Theodore ted Gardner after
- 17:20Speaker 4: being advised of HSCA contention that he identified or As
- 17:24Speaker 4: Pania of Argonne Boulevard in New Orleans as a bureau informant,
- 17:29Speaker 4: Debrize stated that he had told HSCA Council Robert Ginsman
- 17:33Speaker 4: when asked by Ginsman that Paynia was an informant. Now
- 17:40Speaker 4: there's a little note on here. This is on June ninth,
- 17:44Speaker 4: nineteen seventy.
- 17:45Speaker 7: Eight, G.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Robert Blakey, HSCA was advised that no informant file exists
- 17:50Speaker 4: on Penia. This response to Blakey was coordinated with Special
- 17:54Speaker 4: Agent Danny Colson, unit of the Legal Division of the FB.
- 18:00Speaker 4: I now, in many, many interviews, well, I wouldn't say many,
- 18:09Speaker 4: but some interviews and to some legitimate legal authority, Warren
- 18:16Speaker 4: de Breeze never never admitted that he ran Lee Oswald
- 18:25Speaker 4: as an informant or or rest Paynia, but arrest Paenia
- 18:30Speaker 4: was very open in his allegations against Debreeze and his
- 18:36Speaker 4: being an informant, and you know, because he was. He was.
- 18:40Speaker 4: He was a little pissed that the Breeze threatened to
- 18:43Speaker 4: beat his ass if he didn't shut up. Yeah, there's that.
- 18:50Speaker 4: I thought I saw some blue fly through here. I did.
- 18:54Speaker 4: I did, Thank you, John, thank you for the super chat.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Stay strong, loose, moved, snitches, get stitches. That's right, we're
- 19:03Speaker 4: out in these bastards, out in them. I see Trey
- 19:08Speaker 4: still has his Japanese keyboard. Oh God, bless you? Or
- 19:14Speaker 4: is that Arabic? I don't know who the hell knows anymore?
- 19:19Speaker 4: Let's see, all right, So then what is this? I
- 19:27Speaker 4: don't know. I'm just gonna start reading it. Both sheriff
- 19:30Speaker 4: Decker and Holman pointed out that anyone who would have
- 19:35Speaker 4: been confined in the hospital section on the fifth floor
- 19:38Speaker 4: of the jail at the time of the assassination would
- 19:41Speaker 4: have been a mental case and the reliability of such
- 19:45Speaker 4: a person would be highly questionable. Holman noted that it
- 19:48Speaker 4: would be most difficult, in the time consuming task at
- 19:51Speaker 4: this late of a date to attempt to determine just
- 19:53Speaker 4: who was confined on the fifth floor in the hospital
- 19:57Speaker 4: ward of the County Jail the time of the assassination. Furthermore,
- 20:03Speaker 4: Homan pointed out that such persons, if identified, have have
- 20:06Speaker 4: since either been released or sent to other statemental places
- 20:10Speaker 4: for incarceration. Now, what this is alluding to is that
- 20:15Speaker 4: actually in Deally Plaza there were several people in jail
- 20:23Speaker 4: who claimed that out their windows that they saw certain things.
- 20:33Speaker 4: It's kind of an interesting, you know, footnote to the
- 20:38Speaker 4: whole Dally Plaza story. And they're basically saying, look, you
- 20:46Speaker 4: can't take what these people say. They are mental cases. Right,
- 20:50Speaker 4: They didn't see any puff of smoke at the grassy. No,
- 20:53Speaker 4: let's crazy talk. We all know that Lee Oshol was
- 20:56Speaker 4: on the sixth floor the depository shooting the rifle. Don't
- 20:59Speaker 4: we no need to run these people down and try
- 21:02Speaker 4: to figure out who they were and what they said.
- 21:05Speaker 4: Not worth the time, folks, right, Holman and Chief Identification
- 21:14Speaker 4: Officer James Kitchen advised that a Faye Leon Blunt, I
- 21:20Speaker 4: don't know if that's a man or a woman. I mean,
- 21:22Speaker 4: you got a woman's first name and a man's middle name,
- 21:25Speaker 4: Fay Leon Blunt. I'm gonna guess it's a guy just
- 21:32Speaker 4: for ships and giggles, a complainant in this matter. So,
- 21:37Speaker 4: this Fay Leon Blunt is one of these people that
- 21:39Speaker 4: said they saw something from the fifth floor window is
- 21:43Speaker 4: well known to them as a person who is completely unreliable,
- 21:47Speaker 4: who has been arrested on several occasions in the past
- 21:50Speaker 4: on the lunacy charges. Not just mental problems, but lunacy.
- 21:57Speaker 4: They're a lunatic. That's like one step of of unstable.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Both stated that they would place no confidence whatsoever and
- 22:06Speaker 4: any information furnished by him. Okay, well there's our identifier,
- 22:10Speaker 4: our gender identifier him. So Fay is a man. Kitchen
- 22:16Speaker 4: pulled blunts arrest record and noted that Blunt was not
- 22:18Speaker 4: incarcerated in the Dallas County jail at the time of
- 22:21Speaker 4: the assassination. Oh what isn't that convenient? How a little
- 22:26Speaker 4: whiteout will do? Joky? Who knows? Who knows? Faye might
- 22:31Speaker 4: really be batshit crazy? It's possible, Ah, yeah. But here's
- 22:42Speaker 4: where the part gets juicy. It says, then page twenty
- 22:46Speaker 4: of the report is included, which is part of the index.
- 22:50Speaker 4: Document one two four DASH one zero zero three five
- 22:54Speaker 4: DASH one zero zero two two is supposed to be
- 22:57Speaker 4: a seven hundred and ninety seven page report, three pages
- 23:01Speaker 4: of which are here. There's kind of a cover sheet
- 23:04Speaker 4: with a hell of a lot of notations on it.
- 23:06Speaker 4: The title of the case is interesting. Lee Harvey oswald
- 23:09Speaker 4: a k A L. H oswald A k A Lee
- 23:13Speaker 4: oswald A k A Lee h oswald A k A
- 23:17Speaker 4: Leslie oswald A k A A highdell A k A
- 23:23Speaker 4: A j. Hidell A k A Alec j hidell A
- 23:27Speaker 4: k A Alec James hidell A k A O H. Lee.
- 23:35Speaker 4: I think that's all of them. I think we've covered
- 23:36Speaker 4: all of them, except for maybe Lee Henry and Lee
- 23:39Speaker 4: Harvey or Lee Harold. Sorry cover page B. The ident
- 23:48Speaker 4: does identify some informants, so here we go buckle in
- 23:56Speaker 4: along with Harry Holmes, who we know was a Dallas
- 24:02Speaker 4: U T one Tier one and formant. Of course, he
- 24:07Speaker 4: was the head of the post all the post on
- 24:08Speaker 4: inspector there in Dallas. We have Dorothy Reader who was
- 24:13Speaker 4: Also it was an info clerk at the US Post
- 24:16Speaker 4: Office in Fort Worth, Texas. So that would be Harry
- 24:21Speaker 4: Holmes's Fort Worth. Uh uh, compadre equal. And then I
- 24:28Speaker 4: always wondered who the one in New Orleans was. Who's
- 24:31Speaker 4: the New Orleans Harry Holmes. Well, I'll tell you. His
- 24:34Speaker 4: name was Joseph j. Csar's. Csar's with two z's like
- 24:39Speaker 4: pizza but tsars. Yeah, Cammy Fay Leon Blunt, let's smoke up.
- 24:56Speaker 4: Let's see New Orleans. T. Two was a banker named
- 25:00Speaker 4: Salvador Vargas, New Orleans. T III was a guy by
- 25:05Speaker 4: the name of Dick Dick LeBlanc of North Claybourne Parkway,
- 25:13Speaker 4: New Orleans. T four Salvador Margin of Mandeville. Uh. He
- 25:21Speaker 4: was a utility carrier, a postal carrier of the branch
- 25:24Speaker 4: post office in Napoleon and Carondlas Streets. So he was
- 25:28Speaker 4: a mailman. He was walking around New Orleans. T five.
- 25:33Speaker 4: You ready for this one, folks, I know you've heard
- 25:35Speaker 4: this name before. New Orleans T five Carlos Carroga of
- 25:41Speaker 4: three to one three four Derby Place, New Orleans. T
- 25:48Speaker 4: six Germanal Messina one two two eight Galier Street, and
- 25:53Speaker 4: he worked at the New Orleans Unemployment Division. So Carlos
- 26:03Speaker 4: officially in black and white on an FBI document, New
- 26:08Speaker 4: Orleans five FBI informant, gotcha bitch, gotcha bitch? Next up,
- 26:18Speaker 4: we got a good one. And this lady's name fits
- 26:22Speaker 4: her to a t. Betty Parrot. Betty Parrot. Now, we
- 26:29Speaker 4: talked about Betty before in relationship when we were talking
- 26:33Speaker 4: I think when we did the Bill Dalzel episode Big Man,
- 26:37Speaker 4: Little Horse. I can't remember the number right offhand, but
- 26:42Speaker 4: that's what it was called. And of course this all
- 26:47Speaker 4: comes from the Garrison investigation, and a lot of these
- 26:52Speaker 4: memos that I'm gonna read you here are from the
- 26:54Speaker 4: the Garrison deal with Andrew Mumu Shambra providing a lot
- 27:01Speaker 4: of this information. So what's interesting here of this interview
- 27:09Speaker 4: with Betty Parrot On March thirty first, nineteen sixty seven,
- 27:14Speaker 4: he says, Okay, I interviewed Betty Parrott and learned from
- 27:16Speaker 4: her that she had been had an extremely close relationship
- 27:19Speaker 4: with Bill Dalzel. It seems like Bill Dalzell lived at
- 27:23Speaker 4: her home for a certain period of time. During the
- 27:25Speaker 4: time that Bill Daalzel lived in her home. She said
- 27:28Speaker 4: that he was involved with a group known as the
- 27:29Speaker 4: Friends of Democratic Cuba. Excuse me now, for those of
- 27:34Speaker 4: you who don't know, real quick, Bill Dalzell did a
- 27:38Speaker 4: radio show for the Friends of Democratic Cuba. This was
- 27:42Speaker 4: also the group that members included Sergio or Akasha Smith,
- 27:49Speaker 4: Grady Durham, Bill Craig himself, Bill Klein, an attorney, Guy Banister,
- 28:04Speaker 4: and a guy by the name of Regis Kennedy. No
- 28:09Speaker 4: relationship to John Kennedy, but Regis Kennedy was a member
- 28:16Speaker 4: of the New Orleans office of the Federal Bureau of
- 28:19Speaker 4: Investigation the FBI. Yeah, and Jack Martin had some interesting
- 28:24Speaker 4: things to say about mister Regis Kennedy as well. But
- 28:31Speaker 4: what Parrot has to say about Regis Kennedy, she says.
- 28:35Speaker 4: She said that many times Regis Kennedy would come over
- 28:37Speaker 4: to the house and talk to Dalzel concerning the operation.
- 28:41Speaker 4: Now again, sorry, I digress again, but Bill Dalzel is
- 28:48Speaker 4: a commonly thought of CIA contact. Okay, everybody thinks that
- 28:57Speaker 4: he had something to do with the CIA. She also
- 29:05Speaker 4: said that many times Regis Kennedy came to the office
- 29:07Speaker 4: in the Bolter Building to talk to Dalzel and in
- 29:13Speaker 4: turn Dalzel and other members of the group visited Regis
- 29:16Speaker 4: Kennedy at his office. She said that Regis Kennedy confirmed
- 29:19Speaker 4: to her the fact that clay Shaw is a former
- 29:22Speaker 4: CIA agent who did some work for the CIA in
- 29:24Speaker 4: Italy over a five year span. Now again, this interview
- 29:32Speaker 4: is in the beginning of April nineteen and sixty seven,
- 29:38Speaker 4: long before we had any official confirmation and documentation that
- 29:42Speaker 4: Clayshaw had been a contract or contact employee of the
- 29:48Speaker 4: Central Intelligence Agency. And here in nineteen sixty seven, she
- 29:56Speaker 4: said that Regis Kennedy confirmed to her, this is FBI guy.
- 30:00Speaker 4: Ritis Kenny confirmed to her the fact that clay Shaw
- 30:03Speaker 4: is a former CIA agent who did some work for
- 30:05Speaker 4: the CIA in Italy over a five year span. This
- 30:08Speaker 4: is accurate information, folks. This is what informants need. Two
- 30:17Speaker 4: actually informal we'll get there. Keep staying on topic, mister r. Buckle.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Uh.
- 30:32Speaker 4: She said. This group later moved from their office in
- 30:34Speaker 4: the Bolter Building and moved into an office at the
- 30:37Speaker 4: International Trademark and operated under the name of the Voice
- 30:39Speaker 4: of Cuba or the Friends of Democratic Cuba. So apparently
- 30:46Speaker 4: the Bolter Building this is where UH five point four
- 30:50Speaker 4: Camp Street was Banister's office, the office of the CRC,
- 30:57Speaker 4: the Cuban Revolutionary Council, so very tight. You got all
- 31:03Speaker 4: these folks rubbing, rubbing elbows all around the same area.
- 31:08Speaker 4: She said that she does not know whether or not
- 31:11Speaker 4: Clay Shaw had any connection with this group, and that
- 31:14Speaker 4: she does not remember hearing Clay's Shaw, hearing clay shall
- 31:18Speaker 4: name mentioned with this group. She said that Bill Daalzel
- 31:21Speaker 4: could tell us everything about the group and about the
- 31:23Speaker 4: connection with Regis Kennedy and the CIA. She said, for
- 31:32Speaker 4: some reason, she has heard Bill Dalzell's name mentioned quite
- 31:35Speaker 4: often since the investigation started. She said that approximately two
- 31:38Speaker 4: weeks ago, Dalzell made a trip into New Orleans and
- 31:42Speaker 4: spoke to Steve Plockin, whom she had heard had skipped town.
- 31:48Speaker 4: I don't know who that is, Steve Plockin. I don't know,
- 31:51Speaker 4: I don't know. Let's see. So we have a second
- 32:00Speaker 4: with Betty Parrott, and this one occurs about roughly eight
- 32:06Speaker 4: months after the one we just read, and it's from
- 32:11Speaker 4: Mumoo again. I talked with Betty Parrott in reference to
- 32:14Speaker 4: her knowledge concerning the Frederick Friends of Democratic Cuba, and
- 32:21Speaker 4: they're talking about Joseph Moore. She said Joseph Moore was
- 32:24Speaker 4: an honorably discharged marine a few months after World War Two,
- 32:29Speaker 4: late twenties, honey, blonde hair, blue eyes, five to eight,
- 32:33Speaker 4: weait one hundred and fifteen, one hundred and sixty. She
- 32:36Speaker 4: said he came into town the same week Bill Dalzel
- 32:39Speaker 4: formed the Friends of Democratic Cuba and all opened the
- 32:41Speaker 4: office in the Bolt Building and blah blah, blah, blah blah.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Betty Parrott said the guy banished had files on all
- 32:50Speaker 4: the people around the office at the time. That Logan
- 32:53Speaker 4: was a CIA man assigned to Arkasha and the Friends
- 32:58Speaker 4: of Democratic Cuba, and his counterpart from the FBI was
- 33:01Speaker 4: Readis Kennedy Shocker. She said that Logan was good friends
- 33:10Speaker 4: with Grady Durham and that both of them belonged to
- 33:12Speaker 4: the chess club around the Maritime Building. She said all
- 33:16Speaker 4: members of the group were screened by the FBI and
- 33:18Speaker 4: the CIA. She says she knew of no car that
- 33:22Speaker 4: more had. She also said that we should check into
- 33:24Speaker 4: the waiters who worked in the Court of Two Sisters
- 33:28Speaker 4: during the summer of nineteen sixty three. Now this is
- 33:32Speaker 4: interesting and we'll get more into that. A little later
- 33:37Speaker 4: with the Court of the Two Sisters. Because again this
- 33:41Speaker 4: is what turns out to be a legitimate information when
- 33:46Speaker 4: we go back and look at the interview with Leander Davy,
- 33:52Speaker 4: who was a waiter at the Court of the Two
- 33:55Speaker 4: Sisters in the summer of nineteen sixty three, and he
- 33:58Speaker 4: had some very very interesting things to say that I
- 34:03Speaker 4: have done a show about many many moons ago, and
- 34:09Speaker 4: don't ask me to recall the number or name. I
- 34:13Speaker 4: don't know. Let's see here. Yeah, And she said that
- 34:22Speaker 4: the Marcello brothers had something to do with the court
- 34:27Speaker 4: and that she heard, well, yeah, they owned. It turns
- 34:31Speaker 4: out that Marcelos owned the Court of the Two Sisters.
- 34:35Speaker 4: It was ran by a guide named Geene Davis, who
- 34:40Speaker 4: was eventually removed relieved of his duties at the court
- 34:43Speaker 4: because of all this scandal. She also said that right
- 34:47Speaker 4: after this period, Jean Davis began living with a young
- 34:49Speaker 4: boy who he was in love with and took out
- 34:52Speaker 4: a big insurance policy on him, and the boy got
- 34:54Speaker 4: killed and Jane collected on it. Whoa, whoa what.
- 35:01Speaker 5: Uh?
- 35:02Speaker 4: He also said. Or Betty Parrott also said that she
- 35:06Speaker 4: heard that Davis was involved in blackmail from Queers that
- 35:13Speaker 4: the blackmailing information came from Regis Kennedy and some New
- 35:16Speaker 4: York agents. Betty parrots said, we should talk to a tall,
- 35:21Speaker 4: black haired waiter around six foot three five who's gay
- 35:24Speaker 4: and who's either working at the court or just recently
- 35:27Speaker 4: left in regards to the story about Oswald staying there,
- 35:30Speaker 4: and she's referring to Leander Davy. She also says that
- 35:37Speaker 4: Banister was around mostly with Grady Durham, Jack Martin, and
- 35:41Speaker 4: Bill Dalzel, so she is feeding all kinds of information
- 35:49Speaker 4: to the office of the District Attorney District Attorney and
- 35:53Speaker 4: looking back now we know a lot of this is accurate. Now,
- 35:56Speaker 4: Eugene Davis, the guy who was running the Court of
- 35:59Speaker 4: the Two Sisters, is the same guy who Dean andrews
- 36:03Speaker 4: old Dino outed publicly in court as being Clay Bertrand
- 36:15Speaker 4: and Garrison charged him with perjury because he wouldn't identify
- 36:21Speaker 4: him as Clay Shaw. So this all this shit just
- 36:26Speaker 4: goes full circle craziness. Betty Parrott also said that Ed Butler,
- 36:34Speaker 4: the guy that you know interviewed Oswald and bring A,
- 36:39Speaker 4: didn't know a lot about the Friends of Democratic Cuba
- 36:42Speaker 4: as he was always with Guy, always with Guy Banister
- 36:45Speaker 4: and Jack Martin. He was responsible for the dismissal of
- 36:49Speaker 4: d'alzel in the eventual formation of INCA. She says that
- 36:53Speaker 4: she does not know who got the Banister files, but
- 36:55Speaker 4: she heard of Jack Martin trying to sell some of them,
- 37:00Speaker 4: which is interesting. So if ed Butler, she says, Ed
- 37:09Speaker 4: Butler was always with Guy Banister and Jack Martin. So
- 37:13Speaker 4: if this whole thing with Oswald in New Orleans was
- 37:16Speaker 4: a Banister operation, if you will, where they were trying
- 37:21Speaker 4: to out commis, you know, and then create files on
- 37:26Speaker 4: all these communists and red lovers, pink O, comedy bastards
- 37:33Speaker 4: and all of this, you know, around New Orleans. That
- 37:40Speaker 4: all kind of makes sense what she's saying. So BP,
- 37:45Speaker 4: Betty Parrott, Betty Parrot, she did Cammy, she was in
- 37:57Speaker 4: all the right places, honeytrapping all the New Orleans, even
- 38:03Speaker 4: the homosexuals. So let's see, this is another interview with
- 38:14Speaker 4: Betty Pert Godly Day, Okay, and this is from April
- 38:21Speaker 4: first to sixty seven, so we're going back in time
- 38:23Speaker 4: a little bit from the last one. Now, what's interesting
- 38:28Speaker 4: about this one. It jumped off the page in me
- 38:31Speaker 4: and smacked me right in the face. I was like,
- 38:36Speaker 4: what are you freaking kidding me? Like this just supports well,
- 38:46Speaker 4: let me just tell you like this. Okay. So in
- 38:50Speaker 4: the book Reasonable Doubt by Henry Hurt, of which I
- 38:54Speaker 4: just got a copy of the mail And if you
- 38:57Speaker 4: haven't been watching, the copy that I got was actually JFK.
- 39:01Speaker 4: Junior's copy. It was autographed directly to JFK Jr. He
- 39:05Speaker 4: apparently he was friends with Henry Hurt that they loved
- 39:08Speaker 4: hanging out with him and Darryl who had just finished
- 39:12Speaker 4: up shooting Splash, the movie the Mermaid movie from you
- 39:15Speaker 4: know the eighties. It's when the mid eighties, it's when
- 39:18Speaker 4: the book came out. So apparently he knew JFK Jr.
- 39:22Speaker 4: When he was dating Daryl Hannah or married to or
- 39:24Speaker 4: whatever they had going on. And he autographed his copy
- 39:28Speaker 4: of his book to JFK Jr. And I bought it
- 39:32Speaker 4: off of Amazon for nineteen bucks. I wanted a physical
- 39:37Speaker 4: copy because it's a great book, first of all, and secondly,
- 39:44Speaker 4: it has that chapter in there all right about a
- 39:51Speaker 4: fellow other than that with the last name of Easterling. Okay,
- 39:56Speaker 4: who tells a story about a street fracas that occurred
- 40:06Speaker 4: outside of Orris Pena's bar, excuse me, pooh, And this
- 40:14Speaker 4: would have been earlier, much earlier than the one that
- 40:22Speaker 4: happened on August ninth on Canal Street. What was interesting
- 40:29Speaker 4: about that that supported his claim, okay, was the fact
- 40:33Speaker 4: that Lee Oswald wrote a letter to the Fair Play
- 40:36Speaker 4: for Cuba Committee on August the first, which was eight
- 40:39Speaker 4: days before the supposed street fracas on Canal Street went down,
- 40:45Speaker 4: in which he describes a street fracus okay, that the
- 40:50Speaker 4: police were called YadA, YadA, YadA, and he calls them,
- 40:54Speaker 4: you know, gusinos, which is the worms. But of course
- 41:03Speaker 4: the fracus on Canal Street hadn't happened yet when he
- 41:06Speaker 4: wrote this letter to Vt. Lee of the Fair Play
- 41:08Speaker 4: for Cuba Committee. But what it does is create a
- 41:16Speaker 4: scenario of maybe him trying to do something to impress Vt. Lee,
- 41:23Speaker 4: who was the president of the Fair Play for Cuba Committee,
- 41:25Speaker 4: to get him to officially sanction his New Orleans chapter
- 41:28Speaker 4: as legitimate. You know, so he's writing him and letting
- 41:32Speaker 4: him know. Now. The next time he did write him
- 41:35Speaker 4: a little later in August, you know, he actually supplied Vt.
- 41:40Speaker 4: Lee with a copy of his arrest report to prove,
- 41:45Speaker 4: you know that he was what he was doing in
- 41:47Speaker 4: New Orleans. The August first letter doesn't have that. And
- 41:55Speaker 4: you know, nobody's ever heard of this Easterland guy. You know, like,
- 41:58Speaker 4: who the hell was he? He read this chapter in
- 42:01Speaker 4: Henry Hurd's book about this guy. You know, he's not
- 42:04Speaker 4: really anybody too terribly important. He was just apparently a
- 42:08Speaker 4: guy that was in the right places at the right
- 42:12Speaker 4: times to see certain things. He was, you know, he
- 42:15Speaker 4: operated kind of on the wrong side of the law.
- 42:19Speaker 4: And he happened to hang out at this bar, and
- 42:22Speaker 4: he happened to see what happened with Lee Oswald. He
- 42:27Speaker 4: got in a fight with some Cuban exiles and apparently
- 42:35Speaker 4: it spit. They got kicked out of the bar, it
- 42:37Speaker 4: spilled out on the street. They beat Oswald's ass. The
- 42:41Speaker 4: cops show up and tell everybody to leave. Nobody got
- 42:43Speaker 4: nobody got arrested, wasn't called on film. Nothing. And the
- 42:50Speaker 4: guy who related this story to Henry Hurt was the
- 42:54Speaker 4: guy with the last name of Easterly right not to
- 42:58Speaker 4: be confused with Jake Esterline of the CIA j M Wave.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Different different people here, but so I'm reading this interview
- 43:07Speaker 4: with Betty Parrott again and this is what jumped off
- 43:12Speaker 4: the page and slapped me in the face. It seems
- 43:17Speaker 4: that Bill Dalzel lived in her home for a certain
- 43:19Speaker 4: period of time. During the time that Bill lived in
- 43:21Speaker 4: her home, she said that he was involved with a
- 43:23Speaker 4: group known as the Friends of Cuba. This group had
- 43:27Speaker 4: its office in the Balter Building. Members of the group
- 43:29Speaker 4: included Sergio or Kasha Smith, Bill Craig, Bill Dalzel, Grady Durham,
- 43:34Speaker 4: Kyle Banister, Ed Butler, and an individual named Logan who
- 43:39Speaker 4: was also a member of the CIA, Bill Klein, an attorney,
- 43:42Speaker 4: Reads Kennedy, a member of the FBI, an individual named Hoffmann,
- 43:46Speaker 4: and an individual named Easterling. Right there in black and
- 43:53Speaker 4: white underlined you can't make this shit up, folks. Betty
- 44:05Speaker 4: Parrot's informant game very good. So it seems to me
- 44:11Speaker 4: like whatever she's saying, she's got some good info, She's
- 44:16Speaker 4: got some good info. Yeah, Yeah, very cool, James, Yeah,
- 44:30Speaker 4: I had the PDF version of the book for a
- 44:33Speaker 4: very long time. I wanted an actual copy to actually
- 44:37Speaker 4: go on the old bookshelf, and I didn't even know
- 44:40Speaker 4: it was autographed. All I said was very good condition
- 44:45Speaker 4: collectible nineteen bucks so and then when the guy here
- 44:50Speaker 4: opened it up, I was like, Damn, I got JBK.
- 44:54Speaker 4: Junior's copy. He never cracked it, But that's okay, Uh,
- 45:01Speaker 4: you know I did. I cracked it all right. Continuing
- 45:08Speaker 4: with the theme of the show, June twenty first, nineteen
- 45:17Speaker 4: and sixty seven, this is an FBI document to J
- 45:23Speaker 4: Edgar Hoover and Dallas from New Orleans, New Orleans files
- 45:31Speaker 4: revealed Gene.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Davis aka Eugene Davis aka the guy Dean Andrews said
- 45:39Speaker 2: was Clay SHAWL Folks, is identical with Eugene Claire Davis,
- 45:47Speaker 2: who is n O eleven eight nine dash C, an
- 45:52Speaker 2: active symbol number informant of the New Orleans Office Bureau
- 45:57Speaker 2: File one three seven seven three eighty six New Orleans
- 46:01Speaker 2: File one three seven DASH one four three five. A
- 46:08Speaker 2: PCI Potential Criminal Informant file on Davis was opened on
- 46:12Speaker 2: April twenty eighth, nineteen sixty and he was designated a
- 46:18Speaker 2: symbol number informant on October eleventh, nineteen sixty one.
- 46:25Speaker 4: So there you have it, folks, Eugene Davis paid FBI
- 46:32Speaker 4: informant mister Clay Shaw according to Dean Andrews, running the
- 46:39Speaker 4: Court of the two Sisters for the Marcellos and whose
- 46:44Speaker 4: waiters have some very fantastic tales about a gay Lee
- 46:48Speaker 4: Harvey Oswald. And if you'd like to read there's details,
- 46:54Speaker 4: just look up the HCA interview of Leander Davy. That's
- 46:59Speaker 4: de Aposta. If he av y Leander Davy juicy juicy stuff,
- 47:10Speaker 4: that's right, Trey won't there it is? Yeah, I can't remember.
- 47:21Speaker 4: I mean, you know it's down there close to Louisiana,
- 47:23Speaker 4: right across the border. I don't know, I don't know.
- 47:29Speaker 4: It's all uh, very suspect. Yeah, easter Ling was a
- 47:36Speaker 4: typical rough, seedy character. Yeah, you know, it's it's crazy.
- 47:43Speaker 4: You know, you got all this stuff over overlapping, overlapping, overlapping,
- 47:48Speaker 4: running around. You know, we got informants confirming information. I mean,
- 47:55Speaker 4: it's just crazy, crazy talk. All right. This next one,
- 48:04Speaker 4: actually the next two, the Campbell brothers, Dan and Al.
- 48:10Speaker 4: We're gonna talk about Al first, okay, Al Campbell, And
- 48:17Speaker 4: of course this comes from moo sheianbro again. Today I
- 48:22Speaker 4: interviewed Al Campbell, who told me that he worked for
- 48:25Speaker 4: Banister around fifty eight and fifty nine and then again
- 48:28Speaker 4: around sixty two to sixty three. He said he did
- 48:31Speaker 4: everything everything for Banister, which range from investigator to undercover
- 48:36Speaker 4: work trying to get information on communist groups in the city. Okay,
- 48:44Speaker 4: so here you have somebody telling you exactly what's going
- 48:47Speaker 4: on in the Banister office. He said that Banister liked
- 48:54Speaker 4: him and gave him the keys to his files. However,
- 48:57Speaker 4: he said there were some files that only Banistered had
- 49:00Speaker 4: access to. He said that Celia Pizzo knew Banister very
- 49:05Speaker 4: well and may be able to give us more information.
- 49:09Speaker 4: He said that he never saw Shawl with Oswald or
- 49:11Speaker 4: Faery or Banister for that matter. He said joe Anne
- 49:16Speaker 4: Burton was a secretary for Banister in sixty two and
- 49:18Speaker 4: maybe able to give us some information about the files.
- 49:22Speaker 4: Note that he didn't say that He didn't say that
- 49:27Speaker 4: he didn't see Oswald or Ferry with Banister. He said
- 49:30Speaker 4: he never saw Shawl with Oswald or Fairist or Fairy
- 49:35Speaker 4: or Banister, which is interesting. He says that he remembers
- 49:40Speaker 4: a tiger Jim Ivy, whose name came up in connection
- 49:44Speaker 4: with the Friends of Democratic CUA and Bob Grant as
- 49:48Speaker 4: two people. These are two more people who were working
- 49:51Speaker 4: under cover with Banister. He says that he remembers these
- 49:54Speaker 4: two individuals because they were bad actors and capable of
- 49:58Speaker 4: doing anything Banished asked him to do. He said that
- 50:02Speaker 4: both have New Orleans police records and both are ex Marines,
- 50:07Speaker 4: so it seems that Banister liked to use former Marines
- 50:11Speaker 4: in his undercover operations. HM HM, just saying. Campbell said
- 50:23Speaker 4: that Banister worked closely with ray Hoff and the CIA,
- 50:28Speaker 4: and had a lot to do with the overthrow of
- 50:31Speaker 4: President or Benz of Guatemala. Campbell said that Banister worked
- 50:36Speaker 4: closely with both the CIA and the FBI. Campbell said
- 50:40Speaker 4: that in September fifty nine, he helped train the Guatemalan
- 50:43Speaker 4: Airborne for President Fuentes in Guatemala. Campbell said that Tiger
- 50:48Speaker 4: Jim Ivy was an ex boxer who worked as a
- 50:51Speaker 4: barker at the El Morocco bar on Bourbon Street. Campbell
- 50:56Speaker 4: said that he was with Carrie Thornley and Carl Bach
- 50:59Speaker 4: in the Bourbon House on the night of the assassination.
- 51:03Speaker 4: He said that Carrie Thornley told him in the presence
- 51:06Speaker 4: of Bach, that he knew had known that he Thornley
- 51:10Speaker 4: had known Oswald in New Orleans. Thornley said that he
- 51:14Speaker 4: disagreed with the newspaper reports about Oswald in New Orleans
- 51:17Speaker 4: and stated that Oswald was in New Orleans more times
- 51:19Speaker 4: than the paper stated. Thornley told him at the time
- 51:23Speaker 4: that he had wrote a book about Oswald, and Oswald
- 51:26Speaker 4: either saw him or stayed with him while he was
- 51:28Speaker 4: in New Orleans. Thornley also told Campbell and Bach, while
- 51:32Speaker 4: looking at television reports of the assassination that quote it
- 51:36Speaker 4: could not have happened to a nicer guy, referring to Kennedy.
- 51:41Speaker 4: Bach then got angry at Thornley and told him to
- 51:43Speaker 4: shut the fuck up. Campbell also said that he knew
- 51:49Speaker 4: Ferry from the lake Front Airport. He said that he
- 51:51Speaker 4: has never seen Fairy with Shawl. He said that when
- 51:55Speaker 4: Fairy's picture appeared in the paper in regard to our investigation,
- 51:58Speaker 4: Ferry had told him in confidence, quote, I'm a dead man,
- 52:05Speaker 4: and he didn't elaborate. Campbell said that when he and
- 52:10Speaker 4: his brother Dan were in the beth Lehem Orphans Home
- 52:19Speaker 4: and were there at the same time that Oswald was
- 52:21Speaker 4: there around nineteen forty five forty six, So the Campbell
- 52:26Speaker 4: brothers were in the Bethlehem Orphan House at the same
- 52:30Speaker 4: time as Oswald, so they knew the guy. They freaking
- 52:34Speaker 4: knew who he was. Campbell says that he remembers seeing
- 52:43Speaker 4: John Meadows somewhere around the quarter, possibly with Thornley. He
- 52:46Speaker 4: also said there was a CIA man who worked closely
- 52:49Speaker 4: with Banister by the name of Jim. This person also
- 52:53Speaker 4: worked as an announcer for Wnoe Noe. I can't remember
- 53:02Speaker 4: who that is, hmm. Interesting. Campbell said that he also
- 53:08Speaker 4: knows Gordon Novell and he's the one that actually introduced
- 53:12Speaker 4: Novelle to his wife, Marlene Mancuso of Mancuso's restaurant. Rapicide
- 53:18Speaker 4: Guy Banisters Detective Agency in the Balter Building. Campbell also
- 53:26Speaker 4: kept asking if we ever talked with al Boboff. He
- 53:29Speaker 4: seems to believe that Boboff can help us. He also
- 53:33Speaker 4: asked if there is a possibility that we may have
- 53:35Speaker 4: Shaw and Banister mixed up. I told him we would
- 53:39Speaker 4: check out some of the information that he gave us
- 53:41Speaker 4: and contact him again, and he said he would be
- 53:43Speaker 4: glad to help. Campbell admitted that he seemed to have
- 53:45Speaker 4: come into contact with many of these people whose names
- 53:47Speaker 4: have come up in our investigation. He said that he
- 53:50Speaker 4: would try to think of anything that would be of
- 53:52Speaker 4: some benefit to us. He can be reached at Flight
- 53:55Speaker 4: Incorporated at the lake Front Airport. Yeah, we're getting in there.
- 54:04Speaker 4: What's up, Mike, Welcome in. You're late, sir, you're late.
- 54:08Speaker 4: That's okay. Yeah wow, I mean there's all kinds of
- 54:13Speaker 4: crazy shit going on here. Lee. We're not done yet
- 54:17Speaker 4: because now we move on to Al's brother, Dan Dan Campbell.
- 54:24Speaker 4: So this doesn't just come from one guy one randoh
- 54:31Speaker 4: that's been around Vanish's office. He also had a brother
- 54:34Speaker 4: named Dan, and of course Mumu interviewed him. He says,
- 54:39Speaker 4: I interviewed Dan Campbell, who's currently living at three oh
- 54:41Speaker 4: nine Leeway Drive and Batton Rouge. That's the redstick Louisiana
- 54:46Speaker 4: blah blah blah telephone number. Campbell informed me that he
- 54:49Speaker 4: did work at the Lakefront Airport for a while, but
- 54:51Speaker 4: did not work out there until after a Fairy's death.
- 54:55Speaker 4: He told me that he would get the name of
- 54:56Speaker 4: a policeman on the New Orleans Police Force who told
- 54:59Speaker 4: me that Ferry and Oswald were together at the lake
- 55:02Speaker 4: Front Airport. He said that this policeman seemed to defend
- 55:06Speaker 4: Fairry quite a bit. He also told me that we
- 55:09Speaker 4: should talk to Samuel Williams, who was on the New
- 55:11Speaker 4: Orleans Police Force and who was in the Marine Corps
- 55:14Speaker 4: with Leearvy Oswald at LTA in Santa Monica, California. Campbell
- 55:23Speaker 4: stated that he worked at Kazimo's Bar, and we've talked
- 55:28Speaker 4: about Cozimos before as a bartender, and Clay Shaw used
- 55:33Speaker 4: to come in just about every afternoon for a drink
- 55:36Speaker 4: or two. He said Shaw always sat with the same
- 55:39Speaker 4: group of people who were all homosexuals. He said that
- 55:44Speaker 4: Bill Steele owned the bar and was a member of
- 55:48Speaker 4: the Shaw Click. He said that this was during the
- 55:52Speaker 4: spring and summer of nineteen sixty three. Campbell said that
- 55:56Speaker 4: Oswald faced. Oswald's face looks familiar, but he can't place it.
- 56:01Speaker 4: Campbell said he worked for Banister in the summer of
- 56:03Speaker 4: sixty three as an investigator. He said that Delphine Roberts
- 56:08Speaker 4: was Banister's secretary and was closest to Banister. He said
- 56:13Speaker 4: that he remembers being in Banish's office one day when
- 56:15Speaker 4: Delphine came in and told him that there was a
- 56:18Speaker 4: communist giving out literature on the corner of Canal and
- 56:20Speaker 4: camp He said that he took a walk down there,
- 56:24Speaker 4: but when he got there, everybody was gone. Campbell said
- 56:28Speaker 4: that he was involved in anti castro activity in the
- 56:30Speaker 4: summer of sixty three. Pay attention, folks. He said that
- 56:35Speaker 4: he and Al Perrin, Perrin's wife Rose Marie, and Ralph Latappi,
- 56:41Speaker 4: who has a brother on the New Orleans Police Force,
- 56:44Speaker 4: had a boat named the Mariner, which they were using
- 56:48Speaker 4: in conjunction with their anti castro activities. Campbell said that
- 56:52Speaker 4: Perrin owned the boat and that they were faded out here,
- 56:56Speaker 4: which is a shame. So we'll just slide on to
- 57:01Speaker 4: the next page. Campbell said that the supplies were being
- 57:16Speaker 4: the inventory orse no being supplied. The supplies were being
- 57:22Speaker 4: supplied by the CIA, and actually had the United States
- 57:26Speaker 4: Government stenciled on the boxes. Campbell says he does not
- 57:33Speaker 4: know Shawl and did not know Ferry at the time
- 57:39Speaker 4: he was working for Banister. He would later come to
- 57:42Speaker 4: know him, though. Campbell said that Akasha told them that
- 57:45Speaker 4: the Marty Gras Corporation would furnish guns and supplies for
- 57:50Speaker 4: them to take the Cuba. Campbell said they kept their
- 57:53Speaker 4: boat at the Fort Pike Canal. Campbell said that he
- 57:57Speaker 4: was never at the training camp across the lake person
- 58:00Speaker 4: but knew of its existence. He said that Al Perrin
- 58:05Speaker 4: could tell us where the training camp was. He also
- 58:07Speaker 4: said that Ed Thorpe, who hangs out at the Annex,
- 58:11Speaker 4: used to go to the training camp across the lake.
- 58:14Speaker 4: He said that Thorpe was a gun nut and had
- 58:16Speaker 4: the Liberty Gun Sales store in Covington, Louisiana. He said
- 58:20Speaker 4: that Thorpe had been a Green Beret in the Army.
- 58:25Speaker 4: Now he ever, gets interesting, folks. Campbell said that while
- 58:29Speaker 4: working for Banister in connection with the National States Rights Party,
- 58:35Speaker 4: and this is, you know, part of the thing that
- 58:39Speaker 4: you know, it's like the super clan right that mil
- 58:45Speaker 4: Tier and all them were part of the National States
- 58:49Speaker 4: Rights Party, he met a man who introduced himself as
- 58:52Speaker 4: James Earl Ray. He later found out that this person's
- 59:00Speaker 4: real name was Ray Learhart, who used to drive the
- 59:04Speaker 4: magazine street bus for public service. He said that he
- 59:10Speaker 4: introduced this man to Derek and Mona Freyer, who were
- 59:14Speaker 4: associated with the Blue Shirts of Louisiana. So wait, what
- 59:22Speaker 4: could you imagine if James Earl Ray used to drive
- 59:24Speaker 4: os Wall to work on the magazine street Bus when
- 59:28Speaker 4: he was working at Riley Coffee Company. How fucking ironic
- 59:31Speaker 4: would that be? I'm sorry, my mind is getting blown
- 59:40Speaker 4: over here. Wow. Campbell said that all this happened to
- 59:46Speaker 4: him after he got out of the Marine Corps in
- 59:48Speaker 4: September sixty one after three years of service. So Campbell
- 59:51Speaker 4: Dan is a former marine as well. Campbell said that
- 59:56Speaker 4: while he was working at Cosimo's, he saw Dean Andrews,
- 59:59Speaker 4: who would come into the place occasionally. He said that
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: the person who talked to Shaw more than anyone else
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: there was a man named Captain Bob Hi there, I'm
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: Captain Bob Hey Clay, Hey, you knowing, sir, you're looking good?
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: Name of the Clay. He said that Bill Boone and
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: Ed were also a part of the Shaw group. Campbell
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: said that he cannot play Shaw with either Ferry or Oswald.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: Campbell also said that Oswald studied at the latter library
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: and the library in the John Hancock Building. He said
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: that he checked out books from both places. So we
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: just did a show not too long ago about Oswald's
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: public library goings on. So how the hell would he
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: know that Oswald's checking checking books out of the library
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: and reading them if he didn't actually know. I mean,
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: that's something pretty damn specific to say, right, It's not
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: like everybody back then went to the library, especially if
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: you're in that kind of you know, underworld, Millie, if
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: you will. He also said that Benign Breath worked closely
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: with Banister and they exchanged information. Now, I don't know
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: if that's some kind of religious or Jewish organization or
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: what that is. Benign Beareth. He says that Banister was
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: a fanatic on communism and had files on everybody. Everybody, folks, everybody, everybody.
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: Scott you killing me? Oh, Captain Bob hunging out on
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: the poop deck. Oh boy, easy, James, easy, James. I'm good.
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: Thank you, Roger, thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh boy,
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: I love it. The Jewish charity, Okay, but I betted
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: that's what I was looking for. He said that on
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: the day that Delphine Roberts came into the office and said,
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: those communists are on Canal Street giving out leaflets, Banister
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: was talking to Jack Martin. He said that Banister just
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: looked at Delphine and laughed. He said that he thought
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: that this was peculiar in light of Banister's hatred for communists,
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: he asked or he said that Banister never told him
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: to check it out, but he went and checked it
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: out on his own. Interesting. That's the Campbell brothers, folks,
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: who seemed to be talking a lot the time of
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: the Garrison investigation. M let's see what is this? I
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: know I got this for a reason. Okay, okay, this
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: is a report from John Voles March first, nineteen sixty seven. Oh,
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: pardon me. I had occasion to interview in mister Charles,
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: not toll, no toe, mister Charles. Note an ex Levee
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: Board police officer. He told me that he remembers arresting A.
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: Lee Harvey Oswald in October or November of nineteen sixty two.
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: Note the dates here, folks. Yes, Oswald was back in
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: the States at this time. Was he in New Orleans
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: at this time? Allegedly No? Officially no, but possibly sure.
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: Now this is a police officer, a Levy Board police officer.
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: He told me he remembers arresting Lee Harvey Oswald in
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: October or November of nineteen sixty two on Breakwater Road.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: Quote it was called the point excuse me, on the
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: Lake Front in New Orleans. He made the arrest after
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: noticing Oswald and another white male whom he identifies as
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: Celso Hernandez from our photographs together in a white panel
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: truck at a late hour. Now, for those of you
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: who don't know who Celso Hernandez is, we'll get there,
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: I promise. Let's just know that. Fast forward from this
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: time of the arrest another in less than a year,
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: he would be arrested with Lee Harvey Oswald on Canal
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: Street with Carlos Brignier and Miguel Cruz for creating a
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: fracas in the street in New Orleans for fighting Lee
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: Harvey Oswald allegedly. But now we have Oswald getting arrested
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: with this motherfucker in nineteen sixty two, so let's continue.
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: Apparently they were arrested together in a white panel truck
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: at a late hour, with Hernandez driving. He recalls the
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: truck belonged to an electronics firm, but he cannot recall
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: the name. At the time of the arrest, Oswald became
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: very belligerent and went into a spiel about Gestapo tactics
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: sounds legit already, and identified himself as being with the
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: fair play for Cuba committee. He demanded to see the
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: officer in charge. I mean, it sounds like some shit
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: that Oswald would say, right. Both Oswald and Hernandez were
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: brought to the Levy Board police headquarters on the lake Front,
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: where after a closed door session with Marcel Champon, the
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: officer in charge. He Champon then told Noto to release
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: both men with no charges. Hernandez had obviously told the
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: officers that he was employed by an electronics firm on
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: Broad Street and the truck, a Chevier Dodge, belonged to them.
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: Noto further recalled in October or November sixty two that
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: he Noto helped immigration officers surround the house in Lakeview
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: on Spanish Fort Boulevard. He can point out the house.
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: Noto said that according to federal agents, they were looking
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: for Cuban refugees, and he thinks that the agents told
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: him that Ferry was supposed to fly them to Cuba.
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: The only person in the house, turns out, was a
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: Spanish woman. Also president at this time were Patrolman Albert
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: Mancuso nice last name, and Superintendent Joseph Cronin. Now, for
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: those of you very skeptical to just believe that one
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: Charles NOTO. You know, a lowly Levy Board police officer.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: Why should we believe this one guy? This is just
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: a story, right well. Also president in the station at
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: the time that Oswald and Hernandez were brought in were
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: Patrolman Albert Mancuso again okay, a Jack Glieber and David
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: Lusteau Eldred Mackie was Noto's partner who participated in the
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: arrest as well. All of these men are available for interview.
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: So this ain't just one man saying all this crazy shit.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: We have a police officer stating something very specific that
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Oswald and Selso Hernandez were arrested in a panel truck
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: very late at night on a lake front in New Orleans.
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: Oswald became belligerent, went into a spiel bout Gestapo tactics,
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: and identified himself as being with a Fair Play for
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Cuba Committee. He demanded to see the officer in charge.
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: They were both brought to the Levy Board police headquarters
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: on the lake front, where, after a closed door session
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: with Marcel Champallon, the officer in charge told them to
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: release both men with no charges. So what exactly did
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: Selso and Oswald tell this guy, I mean, who knows
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: what they were doing there? Were they doing anything illegal?
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: I don't know. Were they asking each other's ds and that?
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: I don't know? I mean, who knows. But the fact
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: that they were arrested together less than a year before
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: they were arrested again on Canal Street is a little
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: suss that these guys actually knew each other, right, Like, like,
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: what the hell? Now? To s implement that, I'm going
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: to read you a little bit of what Selso Hernandez
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: said at the time of his arrest with Oswald. Hernandez
- 1:10:14Speaker 4: stated that he came to the United States via Miami, Florida,
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: on October the ninth, nineteen sixty two, so he would
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: have been in New Orleans at the time of this
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: alleged arrest with Lee Oswald. He came to New Orleans.
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: Oh no, he claims he didn't come to New Orleans
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: until January eighth, nineteen sixty three. Isn't that something. He
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: has not had any employment except for a few days
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: of manual labor and is presently on relief or welfare.
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: So this dude don't have a job, but he's supposedly
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: the truck was that they were in. Was was from
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: an electronics firm that he supposedly worked at, but yet
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: he's never had a job. So what the hell were
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Oswald and him up to in an electronics truck sitting
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: at the lakefront? I don't know. So this is his
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: official statement to the New Orleans PD. Fernandez stated that
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: he saw Oswald at approximately one thirty pm on August
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: and ninth, passing out communist literature, and he went and
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: got his friends at one o seven Decatur Street, and
- 1:11:35Speaker 4: at first they were unable to locate the subject of Oswald.
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: When they got on the Canal Street streetcar, they rode
- 1:11:44Speaker 4: to Jeff Davis Avenue, and not being able to locate Oswald,
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: they returned to one oh seven Decatur Street, that is
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: the Caso Rocal retail clothing store ran by Carlos Brigner.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: They remained there until someone came in and told them
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: where Wald was exactly, and he doesn't say who told
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: them now, mind you. They then proceeded to that location
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: where the three of them were carrying the sign described
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: information relative to Carlos Brignier in this memo. They then
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: began to argue with Oswald and a crowd gathered and
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: they were all four arrested by police. Hernandez stated they
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: had never seen or met Lee Harvey Oswald before this day,
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: but if he was arrested with him less than a
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: year before, then he knew who the hell this Oswald
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: guy was. And we'll get into this sign that they're
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: talking about here. Apparently we've all heard that Oswald was
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: wearing a Viva Fidel placard right around his neck, some
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: you know ghetto you know, hand painted wood sign or
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: card board sign or whatever he had going on there.
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: But apparently Brignia had a sign too, and it was
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: a big ass sign that it took all three of
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: them to carry information as they marched down the street.
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: But we'll get to that in a second. What I
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: wanted to point out here is I've talked about on
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: the show, uh, the the report the agent, the agent
- 1:13:28Speaker 4: Quigley of the FBI did about his interview with Lee
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: Harvey Oswald that allegedly Oswald asked for you know, He's like,
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: I want to talk to somebody from the FBI, and
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: they sent Quigley in right and then he turned his
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: his report into Milton Cock, who was a special one
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: of the UH Special Agents there in New Orleans, and
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: that's where we get the milton Cock Report of late
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: October from that is in the the Warren Report. But
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: before Oswald's interview with the FBI, the New Orleans Police
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: Department interviewed him. In fact, they interviewed all four of
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: these all four of these guys separately. But I had
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: never actually seen the interview with Lee Harvey Oswald done
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: by Sergeant Horace Austin and Patrolman Warren Roberts. And this
- 1:14:41Speaker 4: was the interview of the four male subjects at the
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: First District Police station on Friday, August ninth, after their
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: arrest from Canal Street. So this is the first time
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: the New Orleans PD is talking to Lee Harvey Oswal. Okay,
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: this before he talks to the FBI. It's an interesting
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: en because there is a lot of miss or dis
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: information in here, whichever whatever you want to call it.
- 1:15:13Speaker 4: That's very interesting. So we'll start with this. One of
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: the four subjects, identified as Lee Harvey Oswald, a white
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: male aged twenty three, residing at four nine oh seven
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: Magazine Street, had allegedly been distributing communist literature on Canal
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: Street and three Cubans. The three other arrested subjects had
- 1:15:36Speaker 4: become involved in an altercation with Oswald, which resulted in
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: the arrest of the four subjects. Lee Harvey Oswald furnished
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: the following the information when interviewed. Here we go. He
- 1:15:49Speaker 4: is a member of the Affair Play for Cuba Committee,
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: which is the first thing out of his mouth, whose
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: address is seven nine to nine Broadway, New York, New
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: York telephone blah, blah, blah. Oswald had in his possession
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: a national membership card issued on five twenty eight sixty three,
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: and the president's name on this card was A. V. T. Lee.
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: Oswald also had a local membership card dated six six
- 1:16:15Speaker 4: sixty six six sixty three New Orleans Chapter of the FPCC,
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: and the president of the local chapter, whose name was
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: on the card was A. A. Highdel. Oswald presented his
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: Social Security card, which did not bear his signature, and
- 1:16:37Speaker 4: the number of this card was Oswald oh. They They
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: redacted that Oswald presented his US Marine Corps discharge card
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: in parentheses Honorable oh Shit, bearing service number one sixty
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: five three two three zero and a date of active
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: duty from twenty four October fifty six nine eleven fifty nine.
- 1:17:05Speaker 4: Oswald stated he was born in New Orleans on October eighteenth,
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: nineteen thirty nine, that he is about five nine tall,
- 1:17:13Speaker 4: about one forty pounds, soaking wet, and is a mechanic
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: by trade. A mechanic by trade. He stated he did
- 1:17:24Speaker 4: mechanic work in the Marine Corps. That's a lie. He
- 1:17:30Speaker 4: was a radar operator. So there's lie number one or
- 1:17:34Speaker 4: misinformation number one, whatever you want to call it. And
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: then he is presently unemployed and has been so for
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: about three weeks. Before he was quote laid off and
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: not fired. Oswald stated that he had worked at the
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: Louisiana Coffee Company and actually that's supposed to be the
- 1:17:59Speaker 4: losing Inna and Loisy Anne. I guess that's what they
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: call it, huh Lousy Ante Coffee Company, which same thing
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: as Riley for about three months. And before that he
- 1:18:11Speaker 4: had worked in Fort Worth, Texas at a sheet metal place.
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: Now it's interesting here that Oswald only gives a mechanical
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: previous jobs that he had. He left out quite a few.
- 1:18:32Speaker 4: They weren't mechanically inclined or related like Jagger's child Stowveall.
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: Let's see. Oswald stated he worked in Fort Worth at
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: a sheet metal place this would have been Leslie Welding
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: for several months, but was very evasive in answering any
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: further questions of employment prior to that time. Oswald stated
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: that he lives with his wife, whose maiden name is
- 1:18:57Speaker 4: Marina Pross Lie number two or disinformation number two, a
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: white female aged twenty one. They were married in fort Worth, Texas.
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: Line number three, have one child aged seventeen months, and
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: reside presently at four nine oh seven Magazine Street, Lower
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: Center of New Orleans. Oswald stated that he's got two
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: brothers who reside like his mother in Fort Worth, Texas.
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: He stated that his father, John Lee Oswald, that's a
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: lie and his name. His father's name was actually Robert
- 1:19:41Speaker 4: Lee Oswald. His father, John Lee Oswald, is now deceased.
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: Oswald's mother you ready for this one, Margaret Oswald, resides
- 1:19:57Speaker 4: by herself in fort Worth, Texas. Margaret not Marguerite. Margaret
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: Oswald's brother A Robert Oswald, white male aged twenty seven,
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: and a John Oswald, a white male aged thirty two.
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: Now his brother John's last name was Pike p I c.
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: His last name was never Oswald. They had a different
- 1:20:25Speaker 4: father than Lee and Robert. Interesting. That's the lie number four.
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: I believe we're up to. Oswald stated that he talked
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: to Major tross Claire about getting a permit for the
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: fpccc or I'm sorry the FPCC, and the Major advised
- 1:20:47Speaker 4: him to consult as attorney. Oswald said he never did
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: go and see about a permit at city hall. Oswald
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: further stated that the Cubans that came up to him
- 1:20:57Speaker 4: when he was giving out the leaflets and began to
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: tear them up and them in the street. Oswald stated
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: that they started to yell that he was a communist,
- 1:21:05Speaker 4: and about the same time the officers from the first
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: District came up and a crowd gathered. Oswald stated that
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: he joined the Fair Play for Cuba Committee when he
- 1:21:12Speaker 4: found a leaflet on the street one day and read
- 1:21:15Speaker 4: what was on it, and he sent five bucks to
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: the address, which was in New York City, and after
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: a brief period of time, he was sent material through
- 1:21:23Speaker 4: the mail and contacted locally, and he started to attend
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: the meetings, which he stated were held in each other's houses.
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: Lie number five. Oswald stated of the day the members
- 1:21:34Speaker 4: get together and talk about how it would be to
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: visit Cuba and life in Cuba, et cetera. Lie number six.
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: I know it's lies because there were no other members
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: of the Fair Play for Cuba Committee allegedly in New Orleans,
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: at least overtly or officially. Oswald declined orn that the
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: organization was communist or e Communist front when asked by
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: Captain James Arnold, commanding officer of the first Police District,
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: who came in during the interview. But Oswald had in
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: his possession and was carrying a piece of cardboard with
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: Viva la Fedel painted on it, and the paraphernalia he
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: was handing out was pasted on this cardboard placard as well.
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: Oswald stated that he's never been to Cuba, and it
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: appears as though he is being used by these people
- 1:22:33Speaker 4: and is very uninformed and knows very little about this
- 1:22:36Speaker 4: organization that he belongs to and its ultimate purpose or goal.
- 1:22:41Speaker 4: Oswald stated that the people that attend these informal meetings
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: are working class people such as clerical, tradesmen, etc. So,
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: right there, in a very brief interview with the New
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: Orleans Police Department, you have a series of five or
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: six lies blatant diss or misinformation. And he did the
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: same thing with Quigley when he came in, he told
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: him all kinds of wild shit. But these are not
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: just simple mistakes, I mean Oswald. But no, he didn't
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: marry Marina in Fort Worth. He knows her name is
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: not Marina Pross. He knows his mother's name is not Margarette.
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: He knows his brother's name is not John Oswald. He
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: knows his father's name is not John Lee Oswald. So
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: what in the hell, what the hell? And again you
- 1:23:38Speaker 4: have this skel celso Hernandez with Brignier that he supposedly
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: got arrested with. And whoever this other jack asked Miguel
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: Cruz is let's see to find the piece. Yeah, okay,
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: these dates are interesting, folks, So I'm trying to see
- 1:24:19Speaker 4: when bring Yea, let's see it says his first job
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: in New Orleans when he got there, was with a
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: California redwood produce company owned by mister Levy bring A
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: stated that he worked there for two whole days. Okay.
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: Brigyey then worked at Max Discount House located at Canal
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: Street for about one year, beginning April first, nineteen sixty one,
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: So apparently bring Yer first came to New Orleans in
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: March of nineteen sixty one. Bring Ay then became a
- 1:24:57Speaker 4: self employed peddler in April of sixty two with his
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: brother in law of Orlando. They bought clothing and radio's
- 1:25:05Speaker 4: wholesale and went aboard ships to sell them to sailors.
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: Brignia stated that he had a Port Security card. Brinay
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: then stated that on October the first, nineteen sixty two,
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: Now this is close to the dates when Selso and
- 1:25:19Speaker 4: Oswald were arrested together, he opened officially the Cosa Roca
- 1:25:24Speaker 4: Clothing store at one O seven Decatur Street, right beside
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: Ores Painty's Bar, the Habana Bar, right on the corner
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: of Decatur and Canal Street, and has been working there
- 1:25:36Speaker 4: until this date. Brinia stated that he keeps the sign
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: that was in the Cuban's possession at the time of
- 1:25:44Speaker 4: the arrest in his store. This sign measures three feet
- 1:25:48Speaker 4: by four feet, So these three donkeys are carrying this gigantic,
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: gigantic sign down Canal Street to confront Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 1:26:03Speaker 4: Now on this sign there is a picture of the
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: statue of Liberty, hand dagger and Cuba ring by two
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: links of the chain, and the sign reads danger only
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: ninety miles from USA, Cuba lies in chains. Brinai stated
- 1:26:36Speaker 4: that the sign was given to him by Arnesto Rodriguez, who,
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: by the way, was one of the first people that
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: Lee Oswald contacted. Arnesto Rodriguez ran the Berlitz School of
- 1:26:52Speaker 4: Languages in New York, and Oswald allegedly went there and
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: he wanted to know more about anti Castro Cuban exiles
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: in New Orleans and possibly helping to join the fight.
- 1:27:09Speaker 4: Arnesto Rodriguez, whose brother as a CIA agent and present
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: at the time of Oswald and the three Cubans arrest
- 1:27:23Speaker 4: on Canal Street. Uh Arnesto sent him or he's Arnesto
- 1:27:29Speaker 4: is the one that gave Oswald Carlos Brignier where to
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: find him, because before all this Canal Street fracus nonsense,
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: Oswald had went into Casa Rocca and talked to Carlos
- 1:27:42Speaker 4: and pretended that he was anti Castro as well, and
- 1:27:48Speaker 4: gave Carlos Brignier his Marine Corps hand training book and
- 1:27:52Speaker 4: told him that he wanted to help train these exiles
- 1:27:57Speaker 4: with gorilla tactics. So again you have all of this
- 1:28:06Speaker 4: bank to bank, to bank to bank the bank, all
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: of these people all wrapped up in this crazy vortex
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: in New Orleans where seemingly you have all of this
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: shit going on all at once. It's insanity, folks, insanity,
- 1:28:28Speaker 4: all right. Let's see here. Let's take a little break
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: so I can get my bearing straight. I need I need,
- 1:28:39Speaker 4: I need nicotine, and I need liquid here to coat
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: my pipes before we continue. So let's take a little
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: break and sell some hot sauce, and I, folks, will

- 1:31:59Speaker 4: I know. Here's what I said. I'll condense it into

- 1:32:15Speaker 4: I know, I'm a dunk. Thank you, Thank you. Folks
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: in chat. All right, sorry, it's been a while since
- 1:32:26Speaker 4: your boy went solo. Hant solo. Yeah, I know, killing

- 1:32:36Speaker 4: you folks. Oh he GIVLTA. All right, let's get back
- 1:32:41Speaker 4: into some uh informers who will look your boom boom
- 1:32:47Speaker 4: down as Snow used to say. Uh. Now, we're moved
- 1:32:54Speaker 4: to Dallas and a fellow by the name of Charlie Hallmark.
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: Now we've touched on this a little bit in the past,
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: but not the direction that we're going to take. We
- 1:33:13Speaker 4: took it somewhere else, but now we're going to take
- 1:33:15Speaker 4: it in a different direction. Okay, dude. And you'll remember
- 1:33:20Speaker 4: this because our famously, our our Man on the Street
- 1:33:25Speaker 4: Alpha sixty six did a fantastic video about where this
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: place was in Dallas and the surrounding areas. So once again,
- 1:33:36Speaker 4: thank you Big Mike for that. What I'm talking about
- 1:33:40Speaker 4: here is the alright parking garage there was at twelve
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: oh eight Commerce Street. Okay, this is allegedly where Jack
- 1:33:50Speaker 4: Ruby used to park his car when he was on
- 1:33:58Speaker 4: I don't know. Oh, let me ask you a question, guys,
- 1:34:06Speaker 4: did you hear the Silk City commercial that I played?
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: I did not have that on mute? Did I? Was
- 1:34:13Speaker 4: it just me? After the commercial? I hope I hope
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: you heard the commercial and I hope that wasn't muted.
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: Let me know, thank you, mister Ashley. Old days, old
- 1:34:36Speaker 4: day son. Where you couldn't see me, now you can
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: see me. All right, Let's move on back to the
- 1:34:54Speaker 4: Alright Parking Garage. Thanks her. Captain Januway received information that
- 1:35:03Speaker 4: the subject made a statement that Jack Ruby was in
- 1:35:06Speaker 4: the Alright Parking Garage on the afternoon of November twenty third,
- 1:35:10Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three, that Jack Ruby had made a telephone
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: call there and had asked for Wes Wise at the
- 1:35:18Speaker 4: KRLD TV station. Ruby was reportedly told that Wes Wise
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: was not in and that Ruby had then talked to
- 1:35:26Speaker 4: a person named Ken, last name unknown. Ruby was reported
- 1:35:31Speaker 4: to have asked this person when Lee Harvey Oswald was
- 1:35:35Speaker 4: to be transferred from the city jail to the county jail,
- 1:35:38Speaker 4: and had stated to this person Ken, that he wanted
- 1:35:42Speaker 4: to be there when the transfer was made. So that's
- 1:35:47Speaker 4: a question that a lot of people ask. How did
- 1:35:50Speaker 4: Jack Ruby know exactly when to be there, just the
- 1:35:54Speaker 4: right time to be able to shoot Oswald. Well, apparently
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: he started asking this question the day after the assassination
- 1:36:09Speaker 4: on the twenty third, because they were a lot of
- 1:36:15Speaker 4: things was happening on the twenty third. They were interviewing,
- 1:36:17Speaker 4: they were moving around, they were trying to figure things out,
- 1:36:21Speaker 4: and of course the transfer happened Sunday morning at about
- 1:36:26Speaker 4: you know, ten or eleven, I can't remember exactly when,
- 1:36:32Speaker 4: but nobody actually knew when they were supposed to do this.
- 1:36:37Speaker 4: They wanted I think they originally wanted to do it overnight,
- 1:36:40Speaker 4: like in the dead of night, so nobody would know.
- 1:36:44Speaker 4: But for some reason, the Dallas Police and the Sheriff's
- 1:36:49Speaker 4: office wanted to placate the media because they wanted footage,
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: any footage they could get of Oswald at every turn,
- 1:37:00Speaker 4: whether it be from inside the station, outside the station,
- 1:37:04Speaker 4: on the way to the station, on the way to
- 1:37:07Speaker 4: a waiting transfer, a jail car, whatever the case may be.
- 1:37:12Speaker 4: The media demanded to have access to Oswald at all turns.
- 1:37:19Speaker 4: So for whatever reason, it was put off and delayed
- 1:37:23Speaker 4: until the morning of Sunday, November twenty fourth. But on
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: the twenty third, we have Ruby asking call in a
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: radio station or a TV station, sorry that wouldn't know
- 1:37:39Speaker 4: to people that he knew that worked there, that would
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: tell him when Oswald was going to be transferred. Now.
- 1:37:48Speaker 4: A guy by the name of Ken Scott, who worked
- 1:37:52Speaker 4: at the kr at LD TV station, was interviewed and
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: he stated that he had never received a telephone call
- 1:37:57Speaker 4: from Jack Ruby and that he did not talk Jack
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: Ruby on November twenty third, nineteen sixty three. Ken Smart,
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: who works the city desk at the Dallas Times Herald,
- 1:38:09Speaker 4: was interviewed and stated that he had only talked to
- 1:38:12Speaker 4: Jack Ruby one time in his life that he could remember,
- 1:38:14Speaker 4: and this was several months prior to November sixty three.
- 1:38:18Speaker 4: So this is the Dallas Police Department, Jack Revel, Criminal
- 1:38:23Speaker 4: Intelligence Section, Special Services Bureau trying to figure out who
- 1:38:27Speaker 4: in the hell that Jack Ruby was calling Ken? Who?
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: And did Ken tell him? Obviously somebody told him something
- 1:38:37Speaker 4: because he knew the right time to be there. Now.
- 1:38:40Speaker 4: A mister Eddie Barker, who was the news director at
- 1:38:43Speaker 4: KRLD TV station, was interviewed and stated that the above
- 1:38:47Speaker 4: two people are the only ones with the name Ken
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: that he knew, and if there were others, they would
- 1:38:53Speaker 4: not be in a position to receive telephone calls or
- 1:38:55Speaker 4: dispense any information regarding current events. Eddie Barker and Wes
- 1:39:00Speaker 4: Wise both stated that Jack Ruby had appeared at the
- 1:39:03Speaker 4: scene of the assassination. On the afternoon of November twenty third,
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three. Wes Wise was at this location in
- 1:39:12Speaker 4: one of the krild TV mobile news units and Jack
- 1:39:16Speaker 4: Ruby came to the side of the unit and engaged
- 1:39:18Speaker 4: Wes Wise in conversation for more than a half an
- 1:39:20Speaker 4: hour discussing the assassination in Lee Harvey Oswald. This was
- 1:39:25Speaker 4: around one in the afternoon on November twenty third. Now,
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: for those of you who remember, Wes Wise was a
- 1:39:33Speaker 4: future at the time mayor of Dallas, and he actually
- 1:39:40Speaker 4: reported to have seen someone who resembled a lot like
- 1:39:49Speaker 4: Lee Harvey Oswald and a red Ford Falcon after the
- 1:39:56Speaker 4: Tippett murder. After Oswald was arrested, right and then this
- 1:40:01Speaker 4: red Ford Falcon. He apparently wrote down the license plate
- 1:40:04Speaker 4: and the license plate ended up belonging to a Carl
- 1:40:06Speaker 4: Mather it was. Was it one of JD. Tippet's best
- 1:40:14Speaker 4: friends who allegedly worked at some big electronics company that
- 1:40:26Speaker 4: was big with electronic communications. I don't know. It's a
- 1:40:30Speaker 4: very murky thing, but that's who Wes Wise is. I
- 1:40:40Speaker 4: don't know who this is, but they don't have the
- 1:40:45Speaker 4: name here, but it's an FBI document. It's CE twenty thirteen,
- 1:40:50Speaker 4: dated eleven twenty four, sixty three. This is the the
- 1:40:54Speaker 4: day that Oswald shot and it says at two thirty am,
- 1:40:58Speaker 4: I received a telephone call at the office of the
- 1:41:01Speaker 4: Dallas FBI. Okay, so this is a Dallas FBI guy.
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: His name is uh Vernon Colossop Vernon Colossop. At two
- 1:41:16Speaker 4: thirty in the morning, okay. This is early morning hours
- 1:41:22Speaker 4: of eleven twenty four, the day Oswold would be shot.
- 1:41:26Speaker 4: He says, I received a phone call at the office
- 1:41:28Speaker 4: of the Dallas FBI from an unknown male who's spoke
- 1:41:31Speaker 4: in a calm voice and asked, I would like to
- 1:41:33Speaker 4: talk to the man in George please. I told the
- 1:41:37Speaker 4: caller that the special Agent in charge was not present
- 1:41:40Speaker 4: at that time and asked him if someone else could
- 1:41:43Speaker 4: help him, and the caller said wait a minute, and
- 1:41:47Speaker 4: apparently turned the phone over to another man. I am
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: not certain there were two different voices, however, but the
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: tone of the unknown caller's voice changed somewhat at this point.
- 1:41:57Speaker 4: The voice at this point was calm and mature in sense,
- 1:42:01Speaker 4: and this person stated as follows, quote, I represent a
- 1:42:04Speaker 4: committee that is neither right nor left wing, and tonight,
- 1:42:09Speaker 4: tomorrow morning or tomorrow night, we are going to kill
- 1:42:12Speaker 4: the man that killed the president. There will be no excitement,
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: and we will kill him. We wanted to be sure
- 1:42:21Speaker 4: and tell the FBI, the police department, and the Sheriff's
- 1:42:24Speaker 4: office and who will be there, and that we will
- 1:42:27Speaker 4: be there and we will kill him. The unknown caller
- 1:42:31Speaker 4: then hung up without any other statement and without identifying
- 1:42:34Speaker 4: themselves in any manner. I immediately prepared a memorandum reflecting this
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: information and furnished same to special Agents Milton Newsom. I
- 1:42:45Speaker 4: was present when Newsom furnished this information to the Dallas
- 1:42:48Speaker 4: County Sheriff's office at approximately three am, and then to
- 1:42:52Speaker 4: the Dallas Police Department at three point twenty am. So
- 1:42:57Speaker 4: apparently we have uh somebody calling the f local Dallas
- 1:43:06Speaker 4: FBI office and stating this. Then they told the sheriff
- 1:43:10Speaker 4: and the DPD about this threat. Okay, at about three
- 1:43:19Speaker 4: point forty five in the morning, Okay, early morning, November
- 1:43:27Speaker 4: twenty fourth, same same kind of timeframe here, all right,
- 1:43:36Speaker 4: mister Newsom of the Federal Bureau of Investigation called this
- 1:43:40Speaker 4: office and stated his office had received an anonymous call
- 1:43:43Speaker 4: stating that a group was going to kill Oswald that day,
- 1:43:47Speaker 4: that night or the following day. Caller stated that he
- 1:43:51Speaker 4: did not have any that he didn't want any officer
- 1:43:54Speaker 4: hurt and that was the reason for his call. But
- 1:43:56Speaker 4: they were going to kill Oswald and there was nothing
- 1:43:58Speaker 4: anyone could do about it. Subsequently, at five am or
- 1:44:02Speaker 4: five thirty AM, I called Captain Fritz at home and
- 1:44:05Speaker 4: related substance of the threatening call. Captain Fritz told me
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: Chief Curry was handling the transfer of Oswald and suggested
- 1:44:12Speaker 4: I call him. So between five thirty and five forty
- 1:44:16Speaker 4: five am, Deputy Cox or Coy the exact name unknown
- 1:44:21Speaker 4: of the Dallas Sheriff's Office called this office and stated
- 1:44:24Speaker 4: that Sheriff Decker had instructed him to call the DPD
- 1:44:28Speaker 4: and request the Chief Curry call him about the transfer
- 1:44:30Speaker 4: of Oswald. The deputy sheriff indicated Sheriff Decker wanted Oswald
- 1:44:35Speaker 4: moved as soon as possible, as I recall, I had
- 1:44:39Speaker 4: a second conversation with Captain Fritz regarding Decker wanted to
- 1:44:42Speaker 4: move Oswald as soon as possible. Fritz state stated that
- 1:44:45Speaker 4: I should call Chief Curry. Six am. I attempted to
- 1:44:50Speaker 4: call Chief Curry at home. The telephone was busy, and
- 1:44:53Speaker 4: after fifteen minutes I asked the operator to check the
- 1:44:57Speaker 4: line for a conversation. I ported trouble on the line.
- 1:45:02Speaker 4: By this time it was approximately six fifteen am, and
- 1:45:05Speaker 4: Captain Talbert relieved me, and I told Talbert of the
- 1:45:10Speaker 4: threat of the Deputy Sheriffs and my attempt to contact Curry,
- 1:45:13Speaker 4: and Talbot said that he wouldn't send a squad by
- 1:45:17Speaker 4: the residence of Curry and have him call the office.
- 1:45:21Speaker 4: My guess is that Chief Curry took the phone off
- 1:45:23Speaker 4: the hook, as it had probably been a hell of
- 1:45:26Speaker 4: a busy day and his phone probably didn't stopped ringing,
- 1:45:31Speaker 4: so he's like, all right, screw this, I'm taking this
- 1:45:32Speaker 4: some bitch off the hook and kids out there. This
- 1:45:35Speaker 4: is before we had cell phones, and you had to
- 1:45:39Speaker 4: you had to take the receiver of the telephone off
- 1:45:42Speaker 4: the hook to make it stop ringing. And then there
- 1:45:49Speaker 4: was information from Lonnie Hudkins. And I don't know what
- 1:45:54Speaker 4: to make of all this, because Lonnie Hudkins put out
- 1:45:58Speaker 4: some bullshit back in the day along with some decent reporting.
- 1:46:03Speaker 4: I guess, but I don't know, I don't know what
- 1:46:09Speaker 4: to make a Lonnie Huggins. He was a reporter in
- 1:46:12Speaker 4: Houston employed by the Houston Post, but he had made
- 1:46:17Speaker 4: his way to Dallas, you know, of course after the
- 1:46:20Speaker 4: president was shot to cover it for his newspaper. Hudkins
- 1:46:27Speaker 4: stated that he was not present at the DPD on
- 1:46:30Speaker 4: November twenty four to sixty three when Lee Harvey Oswald
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: was shot. He stated, but that he was in the
- 1:46:35Speaker 4: police station on Friday evening of November twenty second, and
- 1:46:38Speaker 4: did observe attorney Tom Howard, now representing Ruby and his
- 1:46:44Speaker 4: law partner Collie Sullivan, and attorney Benny Henderson, on the
- 1:46:48Speaker 4: third floor of the police station, near the office of
- 1:46:51Speaker 4: Captain Fritz, where Oswald was being interviewed. He stated that
- 1:46:55Speaker 4: at approximately eleven, Oswald was taken from Fritz's office to
- 1:46:59Speaker 4: a police assembly room for a show up, and near
- 1:47:04Speaker 4: the ship room he saw Jack Ruby. He asked Ruby
- 1:47:08Speaker 4: what he was doing there, and he recalls Ruby replied
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: he was either writing for a Jewish paper or interpreting
- 1:47:17Speaker 4: for someone who was writing for a Jewish paper. He advised,
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: to the best of his knowledge, that Ruby had some
- 1:47:24Speaker 4: sort of an ID card issued by Glenn Bird, now
- 1:47:28Speaker 4: a county clerk who was formerly a Justice of the Peace.
- 1:47:32Speaker 4: The card read, as he recalled, quote, the bearer of
- 1:47:36Speaker 4: this card is an honorary Deputy of the Justice of
- 1:47:39Speaker 4: the Peace. Mister Hutkins stated that the third floor of
- 1:47:44Speaker 4: the police station was full of newsmen and others, and
- 1:47:47Speaker 4: he felt that there was very little chance of obtaining
- 1:47:50Speaker 4: a story there, so his efforts were concentrated elsewhere. Now this,
- 1:47:56Speaker 4: like I said, I don't know which of Lonnie Hutkins
- 1:47:58Speaker 4: story we can trust, but we do know that Jack
- 1:48:03Speaker 4: Ruby was in the police station Friday night on the
- 1:48:07Speaker 4: twenty second, posing as a newsman, which is interesting. Basically
- 1:48:17Speaker 4: he had a car. The bearer is an honorary Deputy
- 1:48:20Speaker 4: of the Justice of the Peace. What the hell? Writing
- 1:48:26Speaker 4: for Yiddish newspaper The Jewish Times, he advised it on
- 1:48:42Speaker 4: November twenty fourth, at the time Oswald was scheduled to
- 1:48:45Speaker 4: be transferred from the police building to the County Sheriff's office.
- 1:48:48Speaker 4: That he was in the office of County Sheriff Bill Decker,
- 1:48:51Speaker 4: as he anticipated if there were any trouble it would
- 1:48:54Speaker 4: be at the county jail. He states that the one
- 1:48:58Speaker 4: thing occurred while he was at the county jail, which
- 1:49:02Speaker 4: was significant to him. He states that Tom Howard, who
- 1:49:05Speaker 4: was allegedly at the police department at the time the
- 1:49:07Speaker 4: shooting occurred, arrived at the County Sheriff's office for the
- 1:49:10Speaker 4: purpose of obtaining a wrint for the release of Ruby
- 1:49:14Speaker 4: two minutes before Oswald was delivered to the hospital. So
- 1:49:21Speaker 4: apparently what he's alluding to here is that Ruby had
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: enlisted lawyer Tom Howard to try to get Ruby released
- 1:49:36Speaker 4: as quickly as possible. So, like, you know, he knew,
- 1:49:43Speaker 4: like once I shoot this guy, they're going to arrest me,
- 1:49:45Speaker 4: and you need to try to give me the hell
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: out of here asap. So he knew what he was
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: going to do. It wasn't a spur of the moment decision.
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: He set everything up and he enlisted the help of
- 1:49:55Speaker 4: Tom Howard to get him out immediately. That's a big accusation. So,
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: like I said, Lonnie Hutkins, I don't know how much
- 1:50:02Speaker 4: we can believe here, but you know, it is what
- 1:50:06Speaker 4: it is. He states that later that day, he asked
- 1:50:11Speaker 4: Howard if Ruby had the run had the gun with
- 1:50:14Speaker 4: him on Friday night. He states Howard advised that Ruby
- 1:50:18Speaker 4: did have the gun on him at that time, according
- 1:50:21Speaker 4: to mister Hutkins, Well, that's the same paper. Hutkins was
- 1:50:41Speaker 4: talking to the Houston Post in Houston and asked mister
- 1:50:44Speaker 4: Howard to verify that statement directly to his paper, which
- 1:50:47Speaker 4: mister Howard did. Mister Hutkins stated that on Friday night,
- 1:50:52Speaker 4: November twenty second, near the police assembly, while Oswall was
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: being taken for the show up, he talked to Chief Curry,
- 1:50:58Speaker 4: who was worried about world of security. He states that
- 1:51:01Speaker 4: at that time he observed many persons there who were
- 1:51:06Speaker 4: not reporters or members of the media. Several of them
- 1:51:10Speaker 4: were attorneys. In one he noted was a runner for
- 1:51:13Speaker 4: a bondsman and is an ex convict. He cannot recall
- 1:51:17Speaker 4: the runner's name. Mister Hutkins advised that he has known
- 1:51:21Speaker 4: Ruby for quite some time, as he was active as
- 1:51:24Speaker 4: a judge at fights, and that Ruby usually appeared at
- 1:51:28Speaker 4: the fight sitting in the front rows. He has seen
- 1:51:32Speaker 4: him on many occasions at fights and at other gatherings,
- 1:51:35Speaker 4: and he stated that it was common knowledge that Ruby
- 1:51:37Speaker 4: was always armed. Mister Hutkins and his staff are still
- 1:51:41Speaker 4: actively running out leeds, which he states are being called
- 1:51:44Speaker 4: in to the Houston Post. He agreed to advise this
- 1:51:48Speaker 4: office with any information he considers pertinent. Now, what's interesting
- 1:51:52Speaker 4: there is within the past I would say five or
- 1:51:58Speaker 4: ten years, there has been pictures at prize fights has
- 1:52:09Speaker 4: been identified in which is crazy. It's crazy to me.
- 1:52:16Speaker 4: So that part of Lonnie Hugkin's story is true. So
- 1:52:20Speaker 4: how much can we believe of Lonnie Hugkin's story? All
- 1:52:22Speaker 4: of it, none of it? I don't know. But back
- 1:52:27Speaker 4: to this mysterious Ken who Jack Ruby was Aligi overheard
- 1:52:33Speaker 4: calling at the Alright Parking garage on Saturday the twenty third. Okay,
- 1:52:41Speaker 4: now this information did not come out until December sixteenth,
- 1:52:45Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three, and this is an FBI report. Kenneth
- 1:52:49Speaker 4: Doe of one one thousand and eight Beachwood, Dallas, Texas
- 1:52:55Speaker 4: fronts to following information he works at. He is a
- 1:53:00Speaker 4: radio announcer for radio station KLIF Dallas and works under
- 1:53:05Speaker 4: the name Ken Doe. He has been in Dallas for
- 1:53:08Speaker 4: about six weeks and after the murder of Lee Oswald,
- 1:53:12Speaker 4: he recalled that an individual who stopped by the radio
- 1:53:14Speaker 4: station on a couple of occasions was a man named
- 1:53:17Speaker 4: Jack Ruby. He also recalled it. On November twenty third,
- 1:53:21Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three, he received three phone calls on the
- 1:53:25Speaker 4: KLIF hotline, which is phone number r I seven nine
- 1:53:30Speaker 4: three one nine. He stated. On the first call, an
- 1:53:33Speaker 4: individual requested to know if he had any information as
- 1:53:37Speaker 4: to win Lee Harvey Oswald was going to be transferred.
- 1:53:43Speaker 4: On the second call, the same individual inquired as to
- 1:53:45Speaker 4: whether any of the KLIF newsmen were at the city hall.
- 1:53:50Speaker 4: This individual then asked him if he knew who he was,
- 1:53:53Speaker 4: and when he said he did not, the individual identified
- 1:53:57Speaker 4: himself as Jack Ruby. On the third call, Ruby, who
- 1:54:02Speaker 4: he now realized had made the first two calls, told
- 1:54:05Speaker 4: him that he would call the radio station if he
- 1:54:07Speaker 4: learned anything newsworthy, as he was going to personally go
- 1:54:11Speaker 4: to the city hall at best, he could recall. These
- 1:54:15Speaker 4: three calls were made between two pm and five pm
- 1:54:19Speaker 4: on November twenty third, nineteen sixty three. He knows nothing
- 1:54:23Speaker 4: concerning Ruby's background, personal life, or political convictions, and does
- 1:54:27Speaker 4: not know why he shot Lee Harvey Oswald. He never
- 1:54:31Speaker 4: heard of Oswald prior to Kennedy's assassination and knows of
- 1:54:34Speaker 4: no connection between them. He stated that Chuck Dunaway was
- 1:54:38Speaker 4: formerly an announcer for k Eli F and now resides
- 1:54:41Speaker 4: blah blah blah and employee by ABNAC Record Company in Dallas.
- 1:54:46Speaker 4: So this is the ken that apparently Jack Ruby called
- 1:54:49Speaker 4: from the all Right Parking garage to determine whether or
- 1:54:54Speaker 4: not they had information as to win Lee Harvey Oswald
- 1:54:58Speaker 4: would be transferred. Very interesting. So yeah, I don't think
- 1:55:05Speaker 4: it was a big coincidence that Jack Ruby just happened
- 1:55:09Speaker 4: to show up just the right time in the basement,
- 1:55:12Speaker 4: you know, I think he was given information as to
- 1:55:17Speaker 4: when the transfer would go down, at the very least.
- 1:55:24Speaker 4: Anything more than that, you know, you're looking at some
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: major collusion, you know, and to make that big leap
- 1:55:34Speaker 4: of faith, take some serious evidence, you know, like, hey,
- 1:55:40Speaker 4: don't bring him out until Jack Ruby's in place. But
- 1:55:44Speaker 4: there's also there was also rumors that Jack Ruby was
- 1:55:46Speaker 4: posing as a TV camera equipment operator helper, you know,
- 1:55:53Speaker 4: as they were bringing this equipment into the basement. But
- 1:55:59Speaker 4: who knows. But who knows because a lot of these
- 1:56:02Speaker 4: cops knew who Jack Ruby was, and many of them
- 1:56:05Speaker 4: frequenting his club. So it's all very murky. But it
- 1:56:13Speaker 4: would appear that Jack Ruby knew who to call, which
- 1:56:17Speaker 4: was the media, TV stations, radio stations. They're the ones
- 1:56:20Speaker 4: that are going to know when Oswald's being transferred, because
- 1:56:25Speaker 4: you know, Chief Curry, Captain Fritz, Bill Decker, they were
- 1:56:33Speaker 4: giving this information out to the media so that they
- 1:56:37Speaker 4: could cover the event and get it live on camera
- 1:56:40Speaker 4: for the world to see and look what happened, just
- 1:56:49Speaker 4: saying all right, so let's see here. I got one
- 1:56:54Speaker 4: more And this is not really an informer, but he's
- 1:57:01Speaker 4: telling us what happened in his own words. And I've
- 1:57:04Speaker 4: never seen this before. So this is from Parkland Memorial Hospital.
- 1:57:13Speaker 4: This was written on an admission note November twenty second,
- 1:57:17Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three, at four forty five pm. This is
- 1:57:20Speaker 4: three hours after John F. Kennedy is pronounced dead. And
- 1:57:25Speaker 4: this is doctor This is a note from doctor McClellan
- 1:57:29Speaker 4: okay a statement statement regarding assassination of President Kennedy. At
- 1:57:35Speaker 4: approximately twelve forty five pm of the above date, I
- 1:57:39Speaker 4: was called from the second floor of the Parkland Hospital
- 1:57:45Speaker 4: and went immediately to the emergency room, where I something
- 1:57:55Speaker 4: President Kennedy being intended to by doctors Malcolm Perry and
- 1:58:03Speaker 4: a couple other ones. I can't read the president was
- 1:58:06Speaker 4: at the at the time comatose from a massive gunshot
- 1:58:18Speaker 4: wound of the head with a something wound of the trachea.
- 1:58:30Speaker 4: And basically he goes on here to say that they
- 1:58:34Speaker 4: did a trichotomy, tubol logotomy, they were massaging his heart
- 1:58:42Speaker 4: and da da da da da. But this is not
- 1:58:44Speaker 4: the part that I'm that concerned of. The second page
- 1:58:50Speaker 4: is what I was like, what second page? Very short.
- 1:58:56Speaker 4: Cause of death was due to massive head and brain
- 1:59:02Speaker 4: injury from a gunshot wound of the left temple. He
- 1:59:08Speaker 4: was pronounced dead after external cardiac massage and ECG activity stopped.
- 1:59:20Speaker 4: What's gone? Signed Robert McClelland, MD, Assistant Professor of Surgery,
- 1:59:27Speaker 4: Southwestern Medical School of the Texas, Dallas, Texas. So he's
- 1:59:34Speaker 4: saying that it was a giant, massive head and brain
- 1:59:40Speaker 4: injury from a gunshot wound to the left temple. And
- 1:59:44Speaker 4: this is Robert McClellan, he's on the scene. He's I mean, damn, Now,
- 1:59:53Speaker 4: what's interesting about that? Okay, left temple, right temple. Now
- 2:00:05Speaker 4: we always think that the wound was the right temple,
- 2:00:11Speaker 4: but of course, if you're looking at someone laying on
- 2:00:14Speaker 4: the slab, the wounds on the left side of the body,
- 2:00:19Speaker 4: although it's the body's right temple, so I wonder if
- 2:00:23Speaker 4: he just got confused there with his left and his rights.
- 2:00:28Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, sounds like it, but interesting
- 2:00:35Speaker 4: that he denotes a wound to the temple as like
- 2:00:43Speaker 4: an entrance wound, exit wound, entrance wound temple. Crazy crazy
- 2:00:51Speaker 4: crazy crazy. Oh James McClellan operated on me years later
- 2:00:58Speaker 4: and saved my life, I claim the fan. Well good,
- 2:01:02Speaker 4: hopefully he did it on the right side of your
- 2:01:03Speaker 4: body and at the left side of your body. Apparently
- 2:01:08Speaker 4: he got confused with his rights and lefts so glad
- 2:01:11Speaker 4: you're still here with us, sir. And then our body
- 2:01:14Speaker 4: is somewhat symmetrical and has you know, two sets of ribs,
- 2:01:18Speaker 4: two lungs, two kidneys, so even if he got the
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: wrong one, you know, all right, two hands, two eyes,
- 2:01:27Speaker 4: so bravo, very cool, very cool. So yeah, that's uh,
- 2:01:37Speaker 4: that's the crazy stuff, man. And I didn't even get
- 2:01:42Speaker 4: I didn't even get to my camera stuff. So I
- 2:01:45Speaker 4: guess we'll save that for another night.
- 2:01:48Speaker 3: Uh.
- 2:01:50Speaker 4: Oh, well, it's all good, it's all good. I had
- 2:01:54Speaker 4: more informers information than I thought it did. I just
- 2:02:00Speaker 4: wanted to make sure I had enough to get through
- 2:02:02Speaker 4: this thing by myself and not be like forty five
- 2:02:05Speaker 4: minutes in. Okay, that's all I got. Here. We are
- 2:02:08Speaker 4: two hours in and I feel like we just started.
- 2:02:11Speaker 4: But damn, that's crazy. Your image is reversed. Funny enough. Yeah,
- 2:02:18Speaker 4: you know, I'm pointing at my right temple right now,
- 2:02:21Speaker 4: but it looks like I'm pointing at my left temple.
- 2:02:23Speaker 4: I guess this is my right hand. Does it look
- 2:02:28Speaker 4: like my left hand? I don't know. I don't know.
- 2:02:31Speaker 4: I don't I wonder if I can fix that. That
- 2:02:34Speaker 4: is kind of weird to me. Let me see if
- 2:02:37Speaker 4: that's some some weird thing mirror camera. Let's uncheck that
- 2:02:44Speaker 4: and see what happens. Whoa, okay, wow, see now you
- 2:02:58Speaker 4: can read my hat right. Well, maybe if the goddamn
- 2:03:06Speaker 4: camera stopped moving around. Oh you bastard camera. You the
- 2:03:13Speaker 4: Dallas Action podcast. See that? See that? Fine? Fine? Had that?
- 2:03:19Speaker 4: It was lovely? Yeah, all right, that's wild. I've had
- 2:03:25Speaker 4: this thing backwards the whole time, for all this time,
- 2:03:27Speaker 4: and I don't even know it. Wow. Crazy, Sorry about that.
- 2:03:34Speaker 4: You live and you learn, as a lot of more
- 2:03:36Speaker 4: said always says all right, folks, let mean yank you
- 2:03:44Speaker 4: off here, and I want to thank you guys so
- 2:03:49Speaker 4: much for hanging out with me. Uh then this limited
- 2:03:53Speaker 4: hangout Friday night with me running hond solo without Joseph.
- 2:03:59Speaker 4: And and let's go through a couple of these comments
- 2:04:02Speaker 4: here and see if I missed anything on Oh shit,
- 2:04:07Speaker 4: Well there we go, Gary Peters, super chatted, since you're
- 2:04:12Speaker 4: flying serling to night. And for the perseverance, well, much obliged, sir,
- 2:04:17Speaker 4: much obliged, Gary, appreciated, brother, appreciate your man. Matthew Bates, Hey,
- 2:04:23Speaker 4: you're welcome. It's my pleasure. I love doing this. I
- 2:04:28Speaker 4: love hanging out with you guys. I hate it when
- 2:04:31Speaker 4: I have to do it by myself. I feel like
- 2:04:32Speaker 4: I'm neglecting you guys. And I don't get over here
- 2:04:35Speaker 4: to the comments section enough. Yeah, yeah, surgery is no fun, Colleen,
- 2:04:48Speaker 4: thank you, Trey, Thank you Trey. It feels weird now
- 2:04:52Speaker 4: I'm raising my left hand up and it's legit looking okay, wild,
- 2:05:01Speaker 4: I'll see if I missed anything here. Doctors referred to
- 2:05:05Speaker 4: left and right from their perspective, not the patients. Well
- 2:05:08Speaker 4: that's a good thing to know. Opto economist. So there
- 2:05:13Speaker 4: you go. Interesting that from the doctor three hours after
- 2:05:17Speaker 4: he viewed Kennedy laying on the slab in front of him.
- 2:05:25Speaker 4: This is what he's writing down. He was shot in
- 2:05:30Speaker 4: the temple, folks. Uh, pretty damning testimony. So we had
- 2:05:41Speaker 4: a lot of people that talk here tonight. You know,
- 2:05:43Speaker 4: from like the Larry Hancock books, someone would have talked.
- 2:05:46Speaker 4: We had a lot of people that did talk. Thank you, Paula.
- 2:05:57Speaker 4: I wish I could, but I don't really drink. I
- 2:06:01Speaker 4: drink selter. I have a selter. It's mixed with nothing.
- 2:06:08Speaker 4: It's just water. It's empty, empty calories. If you will,
- 2:06:16Speaker 4: that's my go to. Thank you, Colleen, very kind words,
- 2:06:26Speaker 4: very kind words. Thank you so much. James, thank you, Claude,
- 2:06:34Speaker 4: nant you, Dene, thank you, thank you, thank you. Awesome stuff,
- 2:06:45Speaker 4: awesome stuff. So yeah, I guess that'll do it for
- 2:06:51Speaker 4: tonight and we'll be back. Actually, I'm recording Quick Hits
- 2:06:58Speaker 4: tomorrow morning with Dove, so that'll be out this weekend.
- 2:07:02Speaker 4: Look for that. If you haven't subscribed to Quick Hits,
- 2:07:07Speaker 4: where you can listen to find podcasts, go do that,
- 2:07:12Speaker 4: because you're missing a whole nother show, a whole another
- 2:07:15Speaker 4: five years of show, six years of shows. Yeah, I
- 2:07:21Speaker 4: do that with Doug, my buddy that does the Dallas Action.
- 2:07:24Speaker 4: Maybe you've heard of it. Like on my hat, we
- 2:07:31Speaker 4: do a killer show together like once a month, and
- 2:07:35Speaker 4: we're recording that tomorrow, so it'll be out sometime this weekend.
- 2:07:38Speaker 4: I don't know exactly when, but be looking for that.
- 2:07:41Speaker 4: And then unless Joe has another hockey game on a Wednesday,
- 2:07:48Speaker 4: me and Joe will be back with you next Wednesday
- 2:07:50Speaker 4: night for the Super Secret Covert Operators and Above show
- 2:07:56Speaker 4: for members only next Wednesday. I guess I might could
- 2:08:02Speaker 4: get into all this camera nonsense, or I might save
- 2:08:07Speaker 4: it for a Friday in the future. Who knows. We'll see,
- 2:08:12Speaker 4: we will see. But good night, Lee, Thank you Scott. Yeah,
- 2:08:25Speaker 4: I can't wait to do quick hits. Yeah, and we
- 2:08:34Speaker 4: we have a party just like just like we do
- 2:08:36Speaker 4: on Friday nights on Wednesdays. Come join the fun. The
- 2:08:40Speaker 4: link is in the description. If you'd like to become
- 2:08:42Speaker 4: a Covert Operator or a super Spy, you have access
- 2:08:47Speaker 4: to every Wednesday show every week, plus the entire backlog
- 2:08:53Speaker 4: of Wednesday shows for the past eight months. You know,
- 2:08:57Speaker 4: we don't just mail it in on Wednesdays. We're legit,
- 2:09:00Speaker 4: we do legit shows. But anyway, Big Joe Brelli old Scars,
- 2:09:07Speaker 4: we'll be back next Wednesday, next week after his uh
- 2:09:12Speaker 4: miniature vacation with him and his lovely uh g f Erica.
- 2:09:20Speaker 4: Hopefully they had a good vacation and time well deserved off.
- 2:09:25Speaker 4: I've been, you know, putting Joe to work hard for
- 2:09:27Speaker 4: the past year and a half.
- 2:09:29Speaker 3: Uh.
- 2:09:30Speaker 4: You know, we we miss it. We missed. We might
- 2:09:32Speaker 4: miss a Friday here and there where we try to
- 2:09:33Speaker 4: supplement somehow, like you know, recorded early, or we do something.
- 2:09:40Speaker 4: We try to do something. But yeah, so Joe will
- 2:09:46Speaker 4: be back. We'll be back in full strength next week.
- 2:09:51Speaker 4: Ruby will be back. Huh. Thanks Randall, appreciate it. You
- 2:10:02Speaker 4: guys rock always a good time, fun time and without
- 2:10:09Speaker 4: further ado, let me call in big Nasty Dean Andrews
- 2:10:19Speaker 4: to get us up out of here. No, I'm not
- 2:10:22Speaker 4: picking this damn cat up again. I got a black

- 2:10:37Speaker 1: The greatest lies are told in the name of truth.
- 2:10:50Speaker 1: The greatest crimes are committed in the name of justice.
- 2:10:53Speaker 1: The quotation is Jim Garrison's it could be used for
- 2:10:57Speaker 1: him or against him in this strange case.
