This week's episode Court did a deep dive into the dangers of the Dakota Access Pipeline and Line Three. The Dakota Access Pipeline gained media attention in 2016 when the Sioux tribe sued the government over the construction project, its lack of environmental protections, and broken treaties with indigenous nations. Despite the protests the pipeline was built and all lawsuits were eventually (and unfortunately) dropped.
