- 0:34Speaker 3: We have a question section. But you get to hear
- 0:36Speaker 3: everybody else go first, Amanda, John Jay. What's the name
- 0:38Speaker 3: of the masked killer? in Scream known by?
- 0:44Speaker 1: Ghostface?
- 0:45Speaker 3: Correct on the board! Kyle? What legendary creature, rumored to
- 0:53Speaker 3: terrorize Mexico, has a name that means goat sucker in English? Hmm.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Because when you said Mexico, I was thinking, uh.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Wasn't there, like, La Llorona? Something like that. Hmm. But
- 1:11Speaker 1: I don't think that means goat sucker.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Not so far as I know.
- 1:15Speaker 1: But that's the only one I know, so I'm going
- 1:17Speaker 1: with it.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Anyone for the steal?
- 1:20Speaker 1: I like the Chupacabra. Chupacabra!
- 1:22Speaker 3: Good job, Peyton. Peyton, according to legend, what kind of
- 1:28Speaker 3: bullet can kill a werewolf?
- 1:32Speaker 1: An onion bullet. No.
- 1:33Speaker 3: I'm sorry. That is incorrect.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Don't they stay away from onions? Silver bullet.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Silver bullet. Never seen a bullet made out of onions.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Oh, no. Those are vampires that don't like onions.
- 1:42Speaker 3: They don't like garlic. Oh. I think they're okay with onions.
- 1:46Speaker 3: They're probably totally down with a fajita, I would think.
- 1:49Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Over to you, Amanda. What phantom rider terrifies the town
- 1:54Speaker 3: of Sleepy Hollow?
- 1:55Speaker 1: Oh, um.
- 2:04Speaker 1: It's the Headless Horseman. That's right.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Now we move on to the audio section of Monster Match. Now,
- 2:11Speaker 3: these are all songs, or songs that are sung during
- 2:15Speaker 3: these horror movies, scary movies. John Jay, name the movie.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Before bed, lock your door.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Five, six, grab your crucifix.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I don't want to hear it anymore.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Not at all creepy, is it?
- 2:35Speaker 1: I don't know what it is.
- 2:35Speaker 3: I'm going to guess sinister. Anyone for the steal? What
- 2:41Speaker 3: did you say?
- 2:41Speaker 1: The ring.
- 2:42Speaker 3: It is not the ring. It is Nightmare on Elm Street. Kyle,
- 2:45Speaker 3: yours is a little more cheery.
- 2:57Speaker 1: It's Beetlejuice.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Beetlejuice is correct.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I just wanted to hear more of it. It's such
- 3:01Speaker 1: a fun song. It really is.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Now, I think yours is pretty hard because it's a
- 3:04Speaker 3: song that they slowed down. It made creepy for the movie.
- 3:08Speaker 1: As long as it's not Tiptoe by Tiny Tim, I'm ready. Oh,
- 3:16Speaker 1: is this from... This has to be a Jordan Peele.
- 3:19Speaker 3: It is?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's either... It's either... I think it's Us.
- 3:23Speaker 3: It is Us!
- 3:24Speaker 1: Yeah! Yeah!
- 3:25Speaker 3: Right on! What song is that? What is that? I
- 3:27Speaker 3: got five on me. But they slowed it down and
- 3:30Speaker 3: made it creepier.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember when that song came on during that movie.
- 3:33Speaker 3: And Amanda, this might be one of my favorite scary
- 3:36Speaker 3: movies in the last five years. Let's see if you
- 3:38Speaker 3: can get this one. For to banish ghosts and goblins.
- 3:52Speaker 3: What movie is that from?
- 3:54Speaker 1: I do not know.
- 3:59Speaker 3: It's an Oscar Award winner.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 4:06Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Do you want an assist from Peyton? I think Peyton's
- 4:10Speaker 3: got it.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Yes, please.
- 4:12Speaker 3: For the win.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Sell me out, Peyton.
- 4:14Speaker 3: What did you say?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Sinners.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Sinners is correct. You have just won the monster match.
- 4:18Speaker 1: There you go, Amanda.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Hold on the line, Amanda. Hold on. You haven't watched Sinners,
- 4:28Speaker 3: have you, John Jay?
- 4:29Speaker 1: I watched it first. Five minutes.
- 4:31Speaker 3: You got to get into it. It's really hard for
- 4:34Speaker 3: me to watch a show when an actor is playing
- 4:36Speaker 3: two different characters.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It just bothers the hell out of me.
- 4:38Speaker 2: But he does such a good job of doing the
- 4:41Speaker 2: difference of smoke and stack.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Because every time I watch it, when they're both in
- 4:44Speaker 3: the same scene together, I'm like, okay, how do they
- 4:47Speaker 3: do that?
- 4:47Speaker 1: Green screen.
- 4:48Speaker 3: And then I lose.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I pull out of the movie.
- 4:50Speaker 2: You should just fast forward until they get to the jukebox.
- 4:54Speaker 2: When they all start, when the good stuff happens. Like
- 4:58Speaker 2: 45 minutes in, fast forward, and you'll like it.
