- Najah: one thing I'll never understand is when people judge your reaction instead of what caused it. You should be bigger than that. You're doing too much. No. I'm reacting. And I'll never be bigger than being human. People always say Don't let them get you out of your character. But what if this is a part of my character? My character isn't just kindness. It isn't just patience. It isn't just grace. My character got a little bit of bite in it. A little bit of fight in it. Because there's a difference between being peaceful And being willing to defend your peace. if you've ever seen me in fight or flight mode, whether it was business or personal, it wasn't because I woke up one day looking for chaos. It was because I got tired of being pushed. I'm not apologizing for responding to what someone kept doing to me. Everybody has a switch. You might have just happened to meet me the day mine got flipped. I'm human. There are things that will move me. There are lines you can cross. Reacting doesn't mean I lack character. It means I have limits. I hope no one spends the rest of your life judging you by your reaction. While completely ignoring what kept provoking it. Judge me if you want to. I don't have a thing to prove. I know what happened. And so does the person who pushed me.
