Emmanuel Gibson is a heterosexual man and a man of color. Growing up he was taught to toughen up and keep trauma and/or insecurities buried deep inside him. One day he snapped and realized in order to be true to himself and live his best life he needed to be an advocate for mental health and physical health. He started sharing his story of trauma in hopes to show other men that it isn’t a weakness to speak about trauma.
