- 0:04Thank you for listening to Pictures Media Radio, your hay you everything to me?
- 0:33Oh world, strange night utter, Oh well a bad stop. I
- 1:08just seed so rash stop. Okay, So welcome back to the show.
- 1:38And this is going to This is kind of interesting because I'm actually recording this
- 1:45after I have done my interview with Emrit Singh, instead of ahead of me
- 1:55doing my interview with Emirate sing Most times I record these ahead, but I'm
- 2:00kind of wondering why I'm going on about when I'm recording versus versus actually getting
- 2:07it done, because I just had this wonderful experience doing this interview with Emirates
- 2:12sing and at the end of it, you know, there there's a lot
- 2:22of people who who make these offers, and they've put these offers out there
- 2:28and they're they're they're they're there to create some scarcity and to entice us to
- 2:36jump in on board with what it is is they're doing. But in this
- 2:39case, I don't think that's quite that's true for Emirate sing So when you
- 2:46go into the show notes, you're going to see a link that is going
- 2:52to lead you to a ninety minute, ninety minute clarity call with Emirate Singh
- 2:58and that not even a clarity call. He's gonna work with you on exactly
- 3:04that. And I have it opened in front of in front of me right
- 3:08now. And this is what I learned while interviewing Amorot sing is that he
- 3:16has the clarity and that he just wants to share it, and he wants
- 3:21to be the guide to take us all to a new spiritual place in our
- 3:28lives, a life, a life that's filled with those things that we really
- 3:32want, that purpose, that hope, that beauty, that love that we
- 3:39all keep striving for. And he has some of those answers and he just
- 3:46simply wants to put those answers out there so that he can create a beautiful
- 3:52universe around all of us. So why don't we listen to the interview that
- 4:00I had with Americ and see why it is. I'm excited to go schedule
- 4:06a clarity call with him in the next few days. Okay, welcome to
- 4:42the show. Mariet You have been been studying yoga. What's your life?
- 4:48Why don't we start with how you actually started down this path and what took
- 4:53you to go down the path with yoga. Yeah, thanks for having me
- 5:00first. Of all, and my journey into yoga. Now that I'm almost
- 5:05fifty and I look back on my younger years, I can see it really
- 5:11started when I was very young, and I was always interested in the magic
- 5:17of life and those special things and special abilities, you know, and what
- 5:23the human mind can do, what the human body can do. And I
- 5:28think it's something so similar to what a lot of kids go through, because
- 5:32as a kid is just normal to believe in magic and believe in superpowers and
- 5:39believe in all these these kinds of things, which now that I have studied
- 5:46such a long time, I realized it is. It is a very common
- 5:48thing. We have these abilities deep down inside of us, and we can
- 5:56learn to connect with them. And so my journey starts I did when,
- 6:02yeah, when I when I tried to figure stuff out when I was a
- 6:05teenager. And you know how that goes, and I'm sure many of your
- 6:09listeners know how that goes when we figure stuff out as teenagers, and we're
- 6:14just like, you know, like you get all these ideas and you try
- 6:17different things. And so for me, my first real deep spiritual experience was
- 6:26by smoking wheat. And now suddenly I was like, oh my god,
- 6:30smoking wheat is the way to go. I just have to do more of
- 6:34it and do it all day long. So I did that for a couple
- 6:39of years and backfired because as anyone knows who it has smoked wheat before,
- 6:45and when you do that a lot of it, it will just get you
- 6:48into this you know, cold potato, which doesn't move and doesn't do anything,
- 6:54and nothing ever happens, and your whole world just happens inside your head
- 6:58and your life doesn't move it. But when I found yoga with nineteen,
- 7:05I had the first time this experience which I just knew from taking drugs with
- 7:12my own body without drugs in a way where I could really experience this expansion
- 7:18inside of myself. And I was like, oh my god, I found
- 7:23the magic solution. You know, I I can connect with my own spirituality
- 7:29and I don't need something from the outside to take me there. And that's
- 7:34what got me excited. And so I started studying it, and then I
- 7:39moved to India when I was twenty five and really dove in deeply and lived
- 7:46in a very upstram like community where we practice a lot of yoga, practice,
- 7:50a lot of meditation applied all these teachings. That's kind of where the
- 7:56beard and the turbin o the leftover from that, because at that age I
- 8:05found how powerful these tools can be of identifying in the outside with my spiritual
- 8:13journey. And then I went through a whole journey around that too where I
- 8:18realized, now I'm at a point it has really nothing to do with if
- 8:22I have a beard and the termine, that doesn't make me any more spiritual,
- 8:24right, anyone can do that, but it has helped me for many
- 8:31many years to become a tool. So same way as the yoga was a
- 8:35tool for me, same way as the meditation was a tool. But I
- 8:39learned now that really these are just tools and they shouldn't be confused with this
- 8:46is the one and only way to come to your spirituality, because we all
- 8:52are spiritual beings having this human experience. And so yeah, there's tools we
- 8:58can use. Condely, Yoga is one, meditation is one, a beard
- 9:01is one, a turbine is one, long hair is one. You know,
- 9:05like, there's there's many tools out there which work for that. But
- 9:09I think one of the biggest problems spirituality and religion have has created fast over
- 9:16the last five thousand years is that that things suddenly started becoming this is the
- 9:22only way. You have to have a beard, and you have to have
- 9:26a turbane, and otherwise you're not a good person, and otherwise God will
- 9:31not love you, and all that bullshit. You know. So, yeah,
- 9:35that the only time I believe in putting God in bullshit in the same
- 9:39in the same sentence, is when you try to say tell me that,
- 9:43hey, this is the only one. Hey, my my spiritual belief and
- 9:54my faith tells me that God is the way to the way to my spirit
- 10:01and a way to to to follow God is any way that leads to a
- 10:09loving place, you know that. Kids, I'm myself, I'm a Christian
- 10:18and all that that crap of Oh well, if you don't do it this
- 10:24way, you're you're burning hell and the firing brimstone. No, it's all
- 10:31The problem is this worked really well five hundred years ago, a thousand years
- 10:37ago, because you got more people to the church, you got more people
- 10:39to do righteous and good actions. You know, the community flourished, and
- 10:45so all these things were just like some guy, and unfortunately was always the
- 10:50guys, you know, it was none of the ladies. Yeah, came
- 10:52up with this great idea, said, we just tell them all, if
- 10:54they don't come to the temple or to church, then they go to help.
- 11:00And so look, everybody's coming. We fixed it. Yeah, yeah,
- 11:05and we go we go back far far enough, like we go back
- 11:09a few thousand years ago, and we'll discover that, Hey, you know
- 11:15what covering covering ourselves in the bright sun is is a good idea. We
- 11:22we don't get as sick. Not eating the seafood and uh, not eating
- 11:30the seafood because we didn't know where the red tide was was a good thing
- 11:33because we weren't getting sick, and we may not have survived as long as
- 11:37we have as a species if it had been for some of that. But
- 11:41now we need to realize that there are more ways than just the one way,
- 11:46right and important. Yeah, so that all too. That's another thing,
- 11:56you know, just because we chose different paths to come back to source
- 12:03and energy, or we becalling God different name and a different language or in
- 12:07a different religion, doesn't change the fact that we're all on the same journey.
- 12:15We're just using different tools, right right. I like what you're saying
- 12:20with that, So your tools led you led you to live in different places
- 12:28of the world and everything, so they had to been exciting also, Yeah,
- 12:35that was extremely exciting. I mean to live in India and to move
- 12:41around the world and experience different cultures has been just as eye opening for me
- 12:46as my spiritual journey was, because it allowed me to see how other people
- 12:52live their lives and how other cultures live their lives. And I think that's
- 12:56something I would certainly recommend to everybody ever thinking about going traveling, or you
- 13:03know, not just go to the beach spa resort for two weeks and then
- 13:07fly back home and say, oh I went traveling, right, But to
- 13:09really get in there and connect with people and connect with how they live their
- 13:16lives is has been super high open. Yeah. In well, when you
- 13:28say when you say traveling as opposed to as we're going to to to the
- 13:33beach resort or something like that. So you actually you went and you interacted
- 13:41with the people who who who live their full time right, Yeah, exactly.
- 13:46And and it was also a very integrated way to connect with their culture
- 13:52and connect with their essence and connect with how you can live your life,
- 13:58and in a very different way than it was for me growing up in Germany
- 14:03as a as a teenager. Yeah, what what are some of the things
- 14:09that did you They have become part of you from different parts of the world.
- 14:18Well, for India, I really I learned that spirituality is not this
- 14:24pie in the sky idea of oh yeah, I do that on when I
- 14:28go to my temple, when I go to my church, when I say
- 14:31my prayer, but really an integrated aspect of my reality now where every part
- 14:39of my reality relates back to my spirituality, you know, whatever that is,
- 14:46the way I work, the way I interact with my wife, the
- 14:50way I raise my children, whatever that is, you know, like it
- 14:54always has this in India, it's so deeply nnected with how people live their
- 15:01lives that it can also become a problem because you know, it's hard to
- 15:07separate those little pieces. But it's really, you know, it's a deep
- 15:11integration. I learned from them. Yeah. And then of course, you
- 15:15know what I learned in Germany, which is really easy to do in Germany,
- 15:18is to have a good work ethic, because the Germans would love to
- 15:22work. That's a that's a big one, right, work and do it
- 15:26really well and be on time and do it really perfect. And then now
- 15:33what I'm learning here in Mexico is to relax more and have more fun and
- 15:37enjoy life more, and enjoy family more and enjoy friends more. And so
- 15:43it's been really a great combination for me. Okay, yeah, So I
- 15:52know here here in Canada, we keep hearing about the big things. Are
- 15:58they hot yoga, Markham's yoga, And it's all these these things that that
- 16:08are based on exercise and the perfection of this pose and movement of this way
- 16:15and all. And when I actually found myself into into yoga with with with
- 16:25this one particular lady. The first time I worked with her in yoga,
- 16:29I was extremely exhausted and I found myself in her studio and in the middle
- 16:37of the class, I fell. I fell asleep for like two hours.
- 16:41The rest of the class had I had left, and she just and she
- 16:45and she left me left me where I was because I right. And when
- 16:52I woke up and I said, oh, I thought, I'm so sorry
- 16:56I fell asleep. We're supposed to be doing yoga and all these movements that
- 17:00I've missed out on. She says, no, Actually, you're starting to
- 17:03understand the point of yoga is to bring your body to a whole place.
- 17:08That's why I left you where you were beautiful, beautiful, right. So
- 17:15I saw that this new word with yoga in your in your introduction that I've
- 17:26never seen before. So why don't we talk about what yoga means to you
- 17:30and what and why this particular word is significant. Well, kunalini yoga is
- 17:40it isn't very old and used to be very secrettive technique which wasn't taught openly
- 17:48just up until fifty six years ago. And so it is a thing which
- 17:56that maybe I can explain the word first, the word kundalini means it's a
- 18:03Sanskrit word, so it's an old Indian word and it refers to the coiled
- 18:10up energy which rests at the bottom of your spine, and it sometimes is
- 18:17translated into the serpent energy. And it's an energy which when it uncoils and
- 18:26rises up your spine allows your body and those energetic centers we have in our
- 18:33body, our chakras, to get activated and to get into balance and to
- 18:38open up. And so what kundalini yoga does is it allows for this expansion
- 18:47of your natural energy which is already there lying dormant at the bottom of your
- 18:53spine and allows this energy to rise up. And what happens when this energy
- 18:59rises up. Suddenly you feel very connected, You you feel very strong,
- 19:03you feel very energized. That's where these stories come from, where like another
- 19:08will pick up a car because she sees her baby under it, and like
- 19:14those kinds of experiences where where the body really comes into full action and you
- 19:22know expression how it's meant to be. Wow, Okay, that's so all
- 19:32of like the I guess scientists tell us the adrenaline strength is based in the
- 19:40coiled energy at our spine. All the coiled energy is the energetic aspect of
- 19:47it, right. You know, the body is capable of these things,
- 19:51same as your body is capable of telekinesis or you know, like being able
- 19:56to be in contact with someone on the others of the world, or even
- 20:02like to go as far as levitation, but the body will not activate those
- 20:08centers unless the energetic activation happens first. So this is the first part of
- 20:17what happens, is this energetic awaken Wow. Okay, yeah, I think
- 20:25I'm really starting to grasp what you're what you're getting at. So it allows
- 20:33our our our being to and in our in our energetic being to to to
- 20:42get better or our fuller control over over our human body. Exactly, because
- 20:51everything which happens in nature and for us as humans is the same way,
- 20:56is always stored in the getic seed, right like for us. For when
- 21:03the human body develops, it develops out of the semen and out of the
- 21:07egg and out of that combination, and the whole blueprint of the human body
- 21:12and the show capacity is already there, and that energetic blueprint is there even
- 21:18though you just have this tiny little cell which expands. It's the same like
- 21:22for a tree. The beauty of this big, beautiful oak tree lies in
- 21:27that single seed which has all the information stored in it and then develops according
- 21:37to the blueprint. Okay, So it's also about the transfer of energy that's
- 21:42stored in the seed itself, the seed of the basic seed of life exactly.
- 21:49So the energetic imprint is already there. So in the seed of us
- 21:55as humans, all these capacities and this expansion is already there. It's something
- 22:02which we can access, and the way to access it is through activating this
- 22:07energy which is also already there. And that's where kunain yoga comes in because
- 22:14we use these special breathing techniques and postures and meditations to stimulate different chakras,
- 22:22those energy centers in the body to allow for this natural expansion to happen.
- 22:27So it's not something you put in from the outside by doing the yoga,
- 22:32and the more yoga you do, the more you get out of it.
- 22:34But you practice the yoga and that allows your body to come into energetic alignment,
- 22:41which is why in the other forms of yoga they use the physical alignment
- 22:45where you procpose. And you said that earlier you practice that perfection of a
- 22:51certain posture, which takes you twenty years to get your body to that point.
- 22:55But the powerful thing of that approach to yoga is that after twenty years
- 23:00of practicing this one posture getting it perfect, now suddenly your body is in
- 23:06physical alignment, which allows your energetics to come into alignment. And then these
- 23:11yogas have the same Kundalini awakening experiences which you can achieve with Kundalini yoga in
- 23:18a couple of weeks. So the point of yoga in general is is for
- 23:27us to become in alignment with our own energy and our own spirit exactly.
- 23:34Oh, we are already in alignment with our spirit. That's how we are
- 23:40born. We just forget it, right, And when we forget about it,
- 23:44then our body goes out of alignment. Then our mind goes out of
- 23:47alignment, and then the emotions go out of alignment. Then we think we
- 23:51hate the world and there's no one to love, we don't love ourselves,
- 23:53and all these things that's not human, that's human out of align. As
- 24:00soon as we come back to natural, true identity and true alignment, our
- 24:07human nature just shines right through and we are all these beautiful special beings.
- 24:14Yeah. So I'm gonna I'm gonna get back to that, to that misalignment
- 24:26part later on in the in the interview, because there's there's a lot that
- 24:30we can see this happening in our world today that tells us that there's a
- 24:36lot of people out of alignment, according to which if if we always agree,
- 24:41I would say everybody's out of alignment, which is also part of the
- 24:47struggle to live in this world of duality right where we have happiness and sadness,
- 24:53where we have day and night where we have to sleep and then we
- 24:57have to wake up again. So this is this physical world tends to pull
- 25:03us out of alignment, which is this this very beautiful thing at the same
- 25:07time because it also gives us the opportunity to practice bringing ourselves back into alignment
- 25:15and then see all the benefits from that and then to start serving others and
- 25:19to start giving back to the world rather than just trying to take from the
- 25:22world. Yeah, yeah, it's and I think that's part of the reason
- 25:27why it would definitely can have a much deeper conversation about that and uh,
- 25:36in what's happening in our world today in general. But how do you start
- 25:44to teach people to to align themselves so that their alignment in and in all
- 25:52this energy that comes together. Well, really, how I teach people is
- 26:00to help them get out of their own way, because their true nature is
- 26:06in alignment already. So I allow people to recognize how deeply they are aligned
- 26:14already, and we go into a process where we can feel that alignment.
- 26:19You know, we can have an experience of what you feel when you're in
- 26:25alignment. And there's no better way to teach someone than by allowing them to
- 26:30have their own experience. And that makes sense. The more we experience it
- 26:38the more we're going to desire and keep going back to it, right exactly.
- 26:44And it's also very different on how teaching in the field of spirituality was
- 26:49over the last two thousand years, because there it was, Hey, I
- 26:55know how to get you in alignment. You have to trust me. I
- 26:59tell you how to do it. As long as you do it, you'll
- 27:03be okay. Right. That's that's how teachings have been in religion and spirituality
- 27:07everywhere all over the world. I mean, parents are doing it with their
- 27:11kids where they say like, hey, don't do that because that's bad and
- 27:15you'll have a bad experience. So don't do that and just trust that what
- 27:18I'm telling you is right, which is a great way of learning if you
- 27:23have a teacher who is in deep alignment with himself or herself and has that
- 27:33integrity to not take advantage of that dependency which gets created that thought. Okay,
- 27:41I totally see where you're going with that one. And if that that
- 27:47is the big world there is if that person has has achieved it themselves.
- 27:56Yeah, And this is like such a beautiful example from Christianity. You know,
- 28:02Jesus as the founder of of the religion and of this beautiful path of
- 28:10you know, loving others, being kind, giving back to the world.
- 28:14You know, set this beautiful seed. He was in perfect alignment in his
- 28:18express of how he did it. And then over two thousand years a whole
- 28:22bunch of men again unfortunately started writing stuff down and coming up with ideas and
- 28:29improving it. And unfortunately, every time you have someone who is not a
- 28:33hundred percent on the path teaching someone else, you're passing it on one religion
- 28:40one generation further. And that's how how the challenges are coming in. And
- 28:45this happens to all religions. This is not just something in Christianity, the
- 28:48same Islam. You look where we're at with with that. The same thing
- 28:55happened in Sikhism. You know, we're just a little bit of a younger
- 28:57religion so that the damage hasn't been too bad. The same thing happened with
- 29:03Buddha in Buddhism. And so really, I think we're in a time right
- 29:07now where I have to realize that, yes, there is these very special
- 29:15beings which come and guide us on the path, but ultimately the work needs
- 29:19to be done in ourselves. We cannot rely on copying something from the outside.
- 29:26Do you think we've we've been too busy trying to copy. We've been
- 29:37so busy copying that we forgot to put ourselves. The focus should be on
- 29:44what's inside of us, now what's on the outside of us. That's the
- 29:47big problem that the copying works eighty percent of the time. You know,
- 29:52if I say to your hey, Michael, you just have to do all
- 29:55these things and then don't do that and do that and you'll be fine,
- 30:00You'll be fine eighty percent of the time, you just will not be able
- 30:03to make it to that one hundred percent alignment. You know, you're doing
- 30:07well if you follow the ten Commandments. You're doing well if you study the
- 30:11Bible and you read and you take that as inspiration. But in order to
- 30:17really integrate every aspect of your being, there needs to come a point where
- 30:22you need to be able to step outside of that and say, Okay,
- 30:25there is more. This is bigger. This is bigger than just one religion,
- 30:30this is bigger than just one meditation path. And so that's where this
- 30:34beautiful thing comes in again. When you have the experience in yourself, that's
- 30:41when you can really go that deep and integrate everything. Right. I know,
- 30:47for myself that well, in in in my state of prayer, and
- 30:55I put that you say that specifically state of prayer, not just when I'm
- 31:00praying that I try to put myself to I feel all the other spirits that
- 31:11are around me. And when I say the spirits, I do mean like,
- 31:15for example, outside your window, I see all those beautiful trees,
- 31:18and there are beautiful spirits that are surrounding you. And when we put ourselves
- 31:22in the right state, we can feel them there, even though we're not
- 31:26actually staying with them. Well, we are actually with them. Just because
- 31:30we don't see them or because we can't touch them doesn't mean the spirit world
- 31:36is always present. You know, we're living in this physical world which very
- 31:41much connects us with Mother Nature and the earth, and this very grounded physical
- 31:47experience because we have these physical bodies, but we're always connected with the spiritual
- 31:52world. And this is again, this is something Jesus spoke about. This
- 31:56is something which is big in Christianity too. You know, it's the Father
- 32:00in Heaven, which is the spirit that's the energy of Hey, there is
- 32:05more. There is this connection with everything around us, and it's just as
- 32:10much part of our identity as all the physical stuff is that we can touch.
- 32:15Yeah, and I think that that is the end point, is that
- 32:22all of it is just as important as as the rest of it. Yeah,
- 32:27exactly. So that kind of sounds like a backwards statement. But but
- 32:34when when when you start to get in deep inside of this of the spirit,
- 32:38then we start to that that statement will make more sense. Right,
- 32:45So, so you become more of a guide than than a teacher, Yes,
- 32:53because I find that when I can guide people to find their own path,
- 33:01that that is much more valuable than teaching them my path. You know,
- 33:07just because my path worked for me doesn't mean the whole world needs to
- 33:10grow beards and wear turbans because that works so well for Amritsa. You know,
- 33:16that just means this is one possible path. But so is Christianity,
- 33:22so is Adeism, so is you know, being a Muslim. It doesn't
- 33:27matter. We are all on this journey back to source energy and back to
- 33:31God and back to our true identity. That's what unites us, not these
- 33:37little differences that we look a little different, that we do have different skin
- 33:39color, that we have a different gender, that we identify differently, that
- 33:44we have different sexual preferences, whatever it is, right, It's really what
- 33:49unites us is that we're all here on this big journey to learn and to
- 33:53grow into our true potential. Right that makes I know, that makes sense
- 34:02for me. Two. These are all the things that you learned along your
- 34:14path. Yes, And the hope is that did you did did you teach
- 34:22others to or you guide others to to carve out their own path themselves?
- 34:29Yes, their experiences exactly. That's what I do now in my work as
- 34:32a life coach, which I have a lot of passion for and I really
- 34:37enjoy doing because it's not about, you know, when I work with the
- 34:44client that I need them to learn kneline yoga. It's not about that I
- 34:47need them to renounce their religion and become a seek and and have a new
- 34:52view on life. You know, I pick up people at the point where
- 34:55they're at, and if someone is on their journey, that's why I support
- 35:00them. You Know, if someone says to me in a coaching session,
- 35:04you know, I really want to connect deeper with my Christian faith. That's
- 35:08what I coach them on how to do that. And I'm not trying to
- 35:13stick in my idea, right, I'm not trying to to convince them of
- 35:19something which is not their path, but I pick them up with a ad
- 35:22and I help them to elevate that and use that for the betterment of the
- 35:28world. Wait and again that makes perfect sense. So how how do you
- 35:37when you're when you're doing the life coaching, how do you actually get people
- 35:42to reveal what it is that they truly want, where their true goals are,
- 35:49and what their true spirits should be. For me, the technique which
- 35:54works the best is to ask a lot of questions and for me to shut
- 36:00up. So I speak very little in my coaching sessions, and I'm really
- 36:04I'm guiding the client along the path to explore deeper of what's going on inside
- 36:12of them. You know, sometimes I will do a little guided meditation with
- 36:16them, which is very basic, where we really just connect on the energy
- 36:22of your heart and connect on yourself and connect to your breath and really feel
- 36:27yourself. Because when you come to that point, same as you were talking
- 36:30about, when you go into that experience of deep prayer, you can heal
- 36:37everything and you know and you have the answers inside of you. So I
- 36:42never assume that I have the answers for my clients. But what I'm good
- 36:46at is guiding them to find their own answers and then to hold them accountable,
- 36:52to say, hey, remember last time when we talked, you said
- 36:57your answer is this, Now send take some action on it, because otherwise
- 37:01where you're going to be with your answers? Right if you know what you
- 37:05have to do in this lifetime and you don't do it, and then you
- 37:08say, oh, I'm so miserable, that doesn't work. Right If you
- 37:14know because you know that is what you need to do, not what I
- 37:17have to do, what you need to do, and you're not doing it,
- 37:21that creates that that state of misery that creates depression, that creates anxiety,
- 37:27that creates all these issues our society is so played with. You know,
- 37:34I think that that is one of the most beautiful and most important statements
- 37:39to anybody's ever made in one of my interviews. It is it's it's it's
- 37:46about what's inside of us, not what's on the outside of us. M
- 37:52hm. So, And I'm trying to I'm actually trying trying to cram alize
- 38:00into this because there's a lot, a lot of important information that you have,
- 38:06and because when you told me at the beginning of this that you're you're
- 38:09electricity was running low. I got it, and yeah, and we only
- 38:19have uh and we only have forty minutes, so it's not not not a
- 38:23lot of time. How do you get people to to to create their their
- 38:34their oneness with with with our universe and to create that sense of well being
- 38:40that they stay centered even after they're finished with you. Well, what I
- 38:47do is I remind them that they are are already in oneness with everything.
- 38:54They might have forgotten about it, you know, I might have gotten distracted,
- 38:58or they've gotten really really busy and done a lot of things and that
- 39:00kind of pulled them away from that. But the whole idea is to plant
- 39:06a seed of knowing that you are one with everything, to allow them to
- 39:14experience that through the process of my coaching with them, and allow them to
- 39:20develop skills and a mindset that allows that to flourish. And so then when
- 39:27someone is done with a coaching program, which is very different from when you
- 39:30go to a therapist, you know, and you end up going eight years,
- 39:34ten years, fifteen years. But the whole idea of a coaching is
- 39:37that I'm a guide and a helper doing a transformational period. You know,
- 39:43if you say, my god, I'm so unhappy in my work, I'm
- 39:46unhappy in my relationship. I feel like I don't want to get our bed
- 39:50in the morning. Everything just sucks. That's the kind of people I love
- 39:54to work with because we can really recalibrate their life and at them to a
- 40:00point where they say, actually, I'm happy to get up today. I
- 40:05feel happy with the way I work. I feel happy with the way I
- 40:09earn money. I don't just go to a place where sit there from nine
- 40:15to five doing some stupid activity which I hate, but I actually do something
- 40:20which uplifts me and which I would do out of joy anyway, and now
- 40:25someone is paying me for it. That's that's where I get people to come
- 40:30to Yeah, what does purpose mean to you? What's the purpose? What
- 40:38does that mean to you? Purpose? Purpose is so powerful for me because
- 40:46it's really something which again it's part of our identity. It's already there,
- 40:52We already have a deep inside of us, and as we are, you
- 40:55know, clawing away and going through all those layers like the layer of the
- 41:00onion, to share away all the distractions. Suddenly something emerges and something emerges.
- 41:08What people will say to me that that's what I have to do.
- 41:13That's what I came on this planet to do. And it's different for everybody,
- 41:16which is a beautiful thing too. You know, someone will say to
- 41:20me I need to play music. Someone else says I need to go a
- 41:23dance. Someone else says I need to teach young children to read and write.
- 41:30And if I can do that, I know my purpose is fulfilled.
- 41:35So it's a really powerful thing to help someone discover their own purpose. Right
- 41:45has connected to that. I actually would love to extend an invitation to you,
- 41:51or to your listeners or anyone who's interested to connect with me if you
- 41:55want to learn more about it. I set this goal for myself for this
- 42:00year to reach one new person and serve one new person every single day.
- 42:07And so if you want to be that new person, and I'm speaking to
- 42:10the listeners here, to be that person who gets served by me for free,
- 42:17by the way, write me an email, contact me, get in
- 42:22touch with me, follow your intuition, say yes to it. I will
- 42:28not try to hard sell you on my coaching program. I will honestly offer
- 42:32you ninety minutes of my time for free. To serve you, to help
- 42:37you discover more purpose in your life and get one step closer to yourself.
- 42:43That's what I want to give back to the world, and so I want
- 42:45to make this like a public invitation. Great. So how do people get
- 42:52a hold of you to take advantage of this? I mean, the boring
- 42:58way is through my website. The fun way is through TikTok because I post
- 43:04something new on TikTok every day and I really have fun on TikTok. So
- 43:07if you want to find me on TikTok, can just write amrat thing and
- 43:10my videos should come up, and you can find me on Instagram I minutes.
- 43:16In today's time, it's so easy to find people and to get in
- 43:19touch with people. But what's not so easy? And this is because I
- 43:22made this offer many times and no one ever takes me up on it.
- 43:27It's a very mysterious, funny thing. What's not easiest to overcome this initial
- 43:34fear which we all have to Oh, that's a new person. How that
- 43:37person looks differently? Oh, I found out about this person on the internet
- 43:42who maybe they want to trick me and steal my money. And like all
- 43:45these ideas, we are so conditioned to feel. So I really, you
- 43:52know, I'm working hard and overcoming this and bringing more people in my world
- 43:58that I can serve because I know I have the tools to do so,
- 44:01right. You know, Usually at this point this is where I ask people
- 44:08about how they would create the more perfect world or the most beautiful world for
- 44:14themselves. And you're already doing that. It's you. It's so much fun.
- 44:22It's I mean, so we can find you on TikTok if we type
- 44:30in amorrhage, sing okay, and if you spell that, please a M
- 44:37R I and then sing as S I n G with an age, so
- 44:45like sing by an age okay. So I would advise you to take anybody
- 44:52listening to this please take him up on the on the offer. It's it
- 44:59could be a lifetime opportunity to just to live a more beautiful life, put
- 45:07more beauty into our lives. It's what we need right now, is what
- 45:09our whole entire world needs. And when we get more centered, when we
- 45:20find that beauty, we'll start to see some of the other things that we
- 45:22see around this maybe disappear a little bit. Every that leads me one last
- 45:28question, and then and then we will be done with what we're seeing around
- 45:35the world. If if you could could help our global leaders become more aligned
- 45:42with themselves, do you think that that would end some of the things that
- 45:45we see with war and attacks and all that kind of stuff. Unfortunately,
- 45:52I think the problem is again we got a lot of men in leadership in
- 45:58the world, not enough women. We've got a lot of old man in
- 46:01leadership. What happens for older people and especially for us man we get really
- 46:08stuck in our ways. We know we have all the answers, we know
- 46:14all the right things. So those are people who don't want to make a
- 46:19lot of change. But I do have a lot of hope for the new
- 46:22generation. So if anyone listens who has children, introduce your children to spirituality,
- 46:30to meditation, to oneness with nature, to connecting. You know,
- 46:36there's new generation. They don't want to hear anything about religion. They don't
- 46:39want to sit in a boring temple or you know, like do like some
- 46:44dusty, boring thing, which might work for us, right, and we
- 46:46love it because we can see the beauty in it. But for kids,
- 46:49you have to put on a little bit of a show. And so I
- 46:52would say, like make it exciting for kids to want to do spiritual things,
- 46:57to want to connect with magic and the world, to want to connect
- 47:00with meditation, to want to connect with source energy, to want to connect
- 47:06with God, To help them learn how to meditate, and have them understand
- 47:13that when these heavy things happen in their lives, like a pet dies or
- 47:16something where they can connect with themselves, they can connect with their love and
- 47:22their heart, they can connect with spirit world and connect with the spirit of
- 47:25their pet, and like there's so many beautiful, magical things out in the
- 47:30world. We can teach this to our kids now. Those kids will be
- 47:35the politicians in fifty years from now and hopefully make much better decisions than this
- 47:39bunch we're having now. All right, thank you so much for joining us
- 47:45today, and thank you to our listeners for tuning in and listening and finding
- 47:50this podcasts either on Apple, Spotify, wherever it is that they found it.
- 47:57And I ask everybody to click on this gry button and to go to
- 48:01TikTok and look for Amrit Singh. He's a lot of fun and this is
- 48:07simply a beautiful person. Well, thank you for having me, My God,
- 48:12this was great. I don't know unction this success, said me,
- 49:06like child. We can't read to so can't see, she called to se.
