  says about this ruling. All right, so let's take a look

  contract with judge hurdling sounding with the agency and

  SpaceX in the ruling. He has a whole article here

  here's some Some words from the ruling, this is just, I'm going

  here for the reasons, aside in the memorandum opinion, felt

  currently with this order of judgment defense's motion to

  dismiss the defendants motion for judgment.

  So there does missing blue origin, they're just missing

  Jeff. Bezos is lawsuit against NASA

  and the hls program, which is a pretty big deal because now
• 6:23
  SpaceX is the loan provider of a A Starship that will land on the
• 6:31
  lunar surface for the hls program.

  Pretty big deal for Starship. Huge deal for SpaceX Houston for
• 6:37
  SpaceX. This is going to continue their
• 6:39
  progress forward to, you know, their ultimate goal which is
• 6:43
  getting Starship in to get Humanity To Mars.

  This is the first step in that. Next up blue origin made a
• 6:49
  statement. Our lawsuit with the court of
• 6:52
  federal claims highlighted. The important safety issues with
• 6:54
  the human Landing system, procurement process that must
• 6:58
  but still be addressed. So blue Origins like look man we
• 7:03
  might have lost the lawsuit but we were right about the things
• 7:06
  that we were talking about in this lawsuit.

  So please take another look at it.

  Please make sure this is safe. We know what's up and, you know,
• 7:16
  Federal claims court court of federal claims highlight the
• 7:20
  important safety issues. One of them was the Lander
• 7:24
  design, one of the issues with the Lander design in the way
• 7:28
  that people and cargo. Gets from Starship to the
• 7:32
  ground, on the moon, right? So like there's a big hatch at
• 7:36
  the top of the Starship. So starships that big, let's say
• 7:39
  that I don't have a model on me. I wish I did.

  It's packed away. Starships about this big net.

  The very very top. There's a little patch, not
• 7:47
  little, but it's a hatch that opens up in a elevator drops
• 7:51
  down and you put people vehicle supplies Etc on this thing and

  it has to be perfectly landed and stable.

  So This thing doesn't counterweight and supposedly

  flip it over as though people were worried about or people
• 8:06
  just falling off of it. But I'm also thinking, you know,

  during this lawsuit they were talking about it's dangerous for

  people to you know take this lift from the top of Starship to
• 8:18
  the bottom of the Starship and I was thinking isn't it super
• 8:22
  dangerous to fly from the Earth to the Moon anyway so this last

  part of it and I've been a big proponent of like what?

  Is going on with this with this lift.

  But now, do you think about it a little bit longer and harder?

  Like that's probably not that scary.

  It's not that, it's not that dangerous compared to the rest
• 8:42
  of the mission because I Starship with, you know, six
• 8:47
  engines on the Starship in 30-some, odd on the on the
• 8:52
  booster, depending on the configuration that go with when
• 8:54
  they fly to the lunar surface, that's pretty dangerous, you
• 8:59
  know, flying on top of that thing that's Dangerous.

  So hopefully, this elevator is one of the things that they can

  take care of, or they kind of, you know, it's not an oversight.

  I think it's a, I think it's an okay way to do it.

  forthcoming opportunities for companies to partner with NASA,

  and establishing a long-term human presence on the Moon,

  Under NASA's Artemis program. So, Blue origin and their

  Partners still have an opportunity to work with NASA

  and Bezos ways in for the Jeff Bezos says this, not the

  decision we wanted, but we respect the Court's judgment and

  Wishful, success, success for NASA and SpaceX on the contract.

  That was really nice. You know, we always think you

  know like hey Jeff Bezos is a like he's a pretty hardcore

  business guy, you know, he's going to be Cutthroat, he's

  going to take these things seriously and personally so when

  he came up with this statement, not the decision we wanted but

  what are we going to do basically yeah that's pretty

  much what he's saying so Jeff Bezos was being a good sport

  about everything, blue origin, same way, you know they're like

  there's still some stuff to work on but But you know, we respect

  the judge's opinion, so I want to show you this.

  Other thing that it was on this tweet threat, this is a pretty

  big tweet thread and the it was a pretty funny one but I want to

  show you this instead of the the really funny one and I will show

  get back to the Moon. Happy for this decision, but we

  need more of the 1960s, momentum and less of the costly

  due to a medical issue. It's very rare that that

  happens, but it has been postponed a little bit, you

  know, they're going to figure it out.

  NASA confirms a launch away. My understanding is that crew to

  return now has priority over crew 3 but plans are not set in

  stone expect about a week between the landing and the
• 12:24
  launch of SpaceX as re SpaceX repositions its ground resources

  boats Etc. From the crew to the crew 3.

  Because they have to, they can't just turn it around and 24

  hours. It's not that easy.

  ready on Monday, November 8th. So it's kind of convoluted

  what's going on here. But crew to incur three will be
• 13:39
  happening within the next week. It's about Sonny the 7th at 1:05

  p.m. eastern time and also whenever SpaceX gets back to
• 13:50
  full priority with crew, three as one crew, three will launch
• 13:53
  to so take that for what it is. But I want to say thanks to
