- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning the Root The Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:13Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war war.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:58Speaker 1: All right, we reach out. What did the voiceover say?
- 1:02Speaker 1: What time is it?
- 1:03Speaker 3: It's time for all the illegals to get the hell
- 1:05Speaker 3: out of my country. That's what time it is. So
- 1:09Speaker 3: speaking of illegals and the insanity of the last four
- 1:13Speaker 3: years of the Biden administration trying desperately to destroy our country,
- 1:17Speaker 3: a whistleblower is reporting that multiple FBI agents called in
- 1:21Speaker 3: sick with blue flu to avoid helping Ice round up
- 1:26Speaker 3: criminal illegals in Chicago. This is what we've done to
- 1:30Speaker 3: our law enforcement in this country. FBI agents do not
- 1:34Speaker 3: want to kick the illegals out of the country. Or
- 1:37Speaker 3: maybe they're just little woosies, little pussy cats. And they're
- 1:40Speaker 3: afraid to do their jobs right. They want to arrest
- 1:44Speaker 3: Republicans who don't fight back, innocent Republican women in front
- 1:48Speaker 3: of their children. They want to raid them at five
- 1:50Speaker 3: in the morning, at a swat raid. They want to
- 1:52Speaker 3: raid seven year old Rogers Stone. They want to arrest
- 1:55Speaker 3: Peter Navarro at the airport and put him in leg
- 1:58Speaker 3: iron seventy five year old Peter Navarro. Oh, they want
- 2:00Speaker 3: to raid mar A Lago and arrest President Trump people
- 2:04Speaker 3: that won't fire back. But they're scared to round up
- 2:08Speaker 3: criminal illegals in Chicago. I could just picture the FBI agents.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I'm so scared. I'm so scared. You know, it's just
- 2:15Speaker 1: a joke. What's happened to our country. So either they're.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Little sissies and they're afraid, or they're big, little sissy
- 2:21Speaker 3: liberals and they don't want.
- 2:23Speaker 1: To do it.
- 2:23Speaker 3: It offends their sensibilities. And by the way, let me
- 2:27Speaker 3: make sure everybody knows I'm not talking about all FBI agents.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I'm talking about the FBI agents that called in sick
- 2:33Speaker 3: with blue flu to avoid helping ice round up criminal
- 2:36Speaker 3: legals in Chicago.
- 2:37Speaker 1: There are good FBI agents.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I was just at a Trump rally the other day,
- 2:40Speaker 3: and I never embarrass anyone. I won't say his name,
- 2:43Speaker 3: but there's an FBI agent who is a huge fan
- 2:46Speaker 3: of mine and a huge fan of Trump, and he's
- 2:48Speaker 3: at several Trump rallies and every time he sees me,
- 2:51Speaker 3: we hug each other and we high five each other
- 2:53Speaker 3: and we give each other a big hug. We really
- 2:55Speaker 3: like each other. He's a good guy, good guy. And
- 2:57Speaker 3: so you know, it's not like all FBI agents are Yeah,
- 3:00Speaker 3: they're not. The leadership is bad and some of them
- 3:03Speaker 3: are big liberals and are bad.
- 3:06Speaker 1: It's not like the old days. They just aren't. You know.
- 3:09Speaker 1: It used to be every f the IE agent was.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Like a crew cut Republican conservative and those days are gone.
- 3:15Speaker 1: There's a lot of bad ones in the group.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And speaking of the insanity of the left, because they
- 3:20Speaker 3: really are insane. USDA inspector general physically removed by security
- 3:27Speaker 3: after refusing to comply with her firing. The Trump administration
- 3:34Speaker 3: is not playing around with those who choose to defy
- 3:37Speaker 3: the forty seventh.
- 3:38Speaker 1: President, and one bureaucrat learned the hard way. This week.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Trump fired seventeen inspector generals in a Friday night purge
- 3:48Speaker 3: to end his first.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Week in office. And oh, by the way, they should
- 3:51Speaker 1: have been fired, because what do they ever do. They're
- 3:52Speaker 1: good for nothing.
- 3:54Speaker 3: They never prosecute a single Democrat, no matter how many
- 3:56Speaker 3: crimes Democrats commit, because all the inspector generals are biased Democrats,
- 4:00Speaker 3: so fire them all. So he fired everyone except Homeland
- 4:08Speaker 3: Security Inspector General Joseph Kufari Junior, who's conducting multiple investigations
- 4:14Speaker 3: into Secret Service failures that led to two assassination attempts
- 4:18Speaker 3: on Trump's life. But they removed the rest of these
- 4:21Speaker 3: partisan hacks to make room for people who actually uphold
- 4:25Speaker 3: the rule of.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Law and protect democracy.
- 4:28Speaker 3: And now Reuters is revealing today, I think that should
- 4:33Speaker 3: change the name to Routers. Routers is reporting today that
- 4:37Speaker 3: security agents physically remove the Inspector General of the US
- 4:41Speaker 3: Department of Agriculture from her office on Monday.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Because she wouldn't leave even though she was fired.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Phillis Fong, a twenty to zuro veteran of USDA, told
- 4:51Speaker 3: colleagues she had no intention of leaving her post after
- 4:54Speaker 3: the White House terminated her, claiming Trump had not followed
- 4:57Speaker 3: proper procedure, and.
- 5:01Speaker 1: She's taken the position.
- 5:02Speaker 3: These termination notices do not comply with the requirements set
- 5:06Speaker 3: out in the law and are not effective at this time,
- 5:10Speaker 3: and so Trump sent security in to literally pick her
- 5:13Speaker 3: up and throw.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Her ass out.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Now they're learning, you mess with Trump. Trump's a gangster man.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Trump is gone gangster, gangster.
- 5:22Speaker 1: He's not a gangster. He's a gangster and he's gone gangster.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And I love it. I just love it.
- 5:27Speaker 3: You see Trump I mentioned yesterday. I don't know if
- 5:29Speaker 3: you're with me when I mentioned it, but I mentioned.
- 5:31Speaker 3: He put out a tweet and it was a picture
- 5:33Speaker 3: of Trump and a gangster suit with a gangster fedora,
- 5:36Speaker 3: and behind him it said, f a fo meaning f
- 5:41Speaker 3: around and find out.
- 5:44Speaker 1: F a fo.
- 5:45Speaker 3: F around and find out what's gonna happen. You're gonna
- 5:48Speaker 3: get your head chopped off. And that's That's Trump's philosophy
- 5:51Speaker 3: in life. You go ahead, you f around, you gonna
- 5:54Speaker 3: find out. I'm gonna send security in a swat team
- 5:57Speaker 3: in to remove your ass, to carry you out and throw.
- 6:00Speaker 1: You out in the street, you bum.
- 6:03Speaker 3: And to go along with that, perfect spot to announce this,
- 6:05Speaker 3: Trump announces he will fire federal workers who refuse to
- 6:09Speaker 3: show up to work in person by February sixth. President
- 6:14Speaker 3: Trump is a straightforward message to federal employees who refuse
- 6:17Speaker 3: to show up for in person work, you are fired.
- 6:21Speaker 3: He's offered buyouts to millions of federal workers if they
- 6:24Speaker 3: resigned by February sixth. So, in other words, if you
- 6:27Speaker 3: don't want to show up at the office and work,
- 6:30Speaker 3: you little pussy kat. You don't want to show up
- 6:33Speaker 3: and work, you want to stay at home and your slippers,
- 6:37Speaker 3: your nice comfy slippers in your pretty robe, you're fired.
- 6:43Speaker 3: But also you could save face by just saying I
- 6:47Speaker 3: am gonna take the buyout. And the buyout is full
- 6:50Speaker 3: pay and benefits for now till September, for the next
- 6:53Speaker 3: nine months, until September thirtieth, or maybe until October first.
- 6:58Speaker 3: In other words, you get full pay and benefits and
- 7:00Speaker 3: then go find another job.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That's the buyout.
- 7:03Speaker 3: If you want to leave, if you don't want to
- 7:04Speaker 3: show up at the office, that's your choice.
- 7:08Speaker 1: But I think I love Trump, but.
- 7:10Speaker 3: I think he's being a little naive because I don't
- 7:11Speaker 3: think anyone will take that buyout. I think what they'll
- 7:14Speaker 3: do is they'll continue to they will show up at
- 7:17Speaker 3: work and for the next nine months and collect their
- 7:20Speaker 3: full salary and benefits, and they will do absolutely nothing nothing.
- 7:25Speaker 1: There'll be no work getting done, and they'll work beyond
- 7:28Speaker 1: the nine months.
- 7:28Speaker 3: They'll do that for ten months and eleven months, and
- 7:30Speaker 3: the next ten years they'll show up and do nothing
- 7:32Speaker 3: and be bitter angry employees.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I mean, he just should just fire them all period.
- 7:38Speaker 3: They're all no good. All these government employees are bums.
- 7:41Speaker 3: And when I say all these govern employees, obviously I
- 7:44Speaker 3: make exceptions for law enforcement and of course military, if
- 7:47Speaker 3: you want to count military as government employees, I don't.
- 7:50Speaker 1: I think that's a whole separate category.
- 7:51Speaker 3: But the ones who are in law enforcement, not only
- 7:54Speaker 3: do they work hard, not only do they show up
- 7:56Speaker 3: at work, They don't show up in an office. They
- 7:58Speaker 3: show up, you know, in the middle of dangerous neighborhoods,
- 8:02Speaker 3: making arrests. You know, the ice guys, Wow, the Border
- 8:05Speaker 3: patrol guys. These guys risk their lives every day and
- 8:08Speaker 3: they go to work every day. And they went to
- 8:10Speaker 3: work every day during COVID. You know this, policemen never
- 8:14Speaker 3: said I'm not going to work because of COVID.
- 8:17Speaker 1: They all went to work.
- 8:19Speaker 3: So that's why you know, I'm always a fan of policemen,
- 8:21Speaker 3: even though there are a few bad ones here or there.
- 8:23Speaker 3: But you know, I'd say the bad ones are five
- 8:25Speaker 3: percent and the good ones are ninety five percent, but
- 8:27Speaker 3: that's still a good amount five percent.
- 8:29Speaker 1: There's some bad cops.
- 8:31Speaker 3: I mean, look, there's cops who during COVID they closed
- 8:34Speaker 3: businesses down. They actually listened to their bosses. The bosses
- 8:39Speaker 3: told them, you have to go to the businesses and
- 8:41Speaker 3: anyone who's open, we are unlocked down, and you must
- 8:43Speaker 3: close them down and tell them they face prison or
- 8:46Speaker 3: fines if they don't close down. And the cops did that.
- 8:49Speaker 3: So the cops were like the Gestapo. They were the
- 8:51Speaker 3: face of the Gestapo. They did what the government wanted
- 8:55Speaker 3: them to do. It to shut your business down for
- 8:57Speaker 3: no good freaking reason. So those are the cops that
- 9:00Speaker 3: I think are bad ones. The ones who won't get
- 9:03Speaker 3: out of their car because they're afraid, those.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Are the bad ones.
- 9:06Speaker 3: The ones who hide behind their desk, who won't go
- 9:08Speaker 3: in the street ever, those are the bad ones. But
- 9:11Speaker 3: most cops are great people, and they risk their lives.
- 9:14Speaker 3: They get up in the morning and they know they
- 9:15Speaker 3: might never come home. It's hard to believe they have
- 9:17Speaker 3: to tell their wife and kids you know, I love
- 9:19Speaker 3: you and kiss them goodbye, and they really, I may.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Not ever come home. That's a hell of a job,
- 9:24Speaker 1: tough job. And thank god.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Under Biden, they didn't want to get out of their cars,
- 9:28Speaker 3: but under Trump, they're all getting out of their cars.
- 9:30Speaker 1: They're happy.
- 9:31Speaker 3: These ice agents are so thrilled to not be changing
- 9:34Speaker 3: baby diapers and escorting illegals into the country, waving them
- 9:39Speaker 3: in and taking them to the inner parts of the
- 9:42Speaker 3: country where they choose to go, choose to go, babysitting them.
- 9:46Speaker 3: They're not babysitters or diaper changers anymore. They're actually out
- 9:51Speaker 3: in the field arresting horrible, evil, bad illegal alien criminal felons.
- 9:58Speaker 3: And they love it. And they're risking their lives doing it.
- 10:00Speaker 3: And I'm sure soon you'll hear about one who gets
- 10:02Speaker 3: killed doing it. But they're not hiding in the office,
- 10:05Speaker 3: or they're not refusing to go to the office. They're
- 10:07Speaker 3: doing their job. So Trump announces he will fire federal
- 10:11Speaker 3: workers who refuse to show up in a work in person
- 10:13Speaker 3: by February sixth. You know, my opinion is they're gonna
- 10:16Speaker 3: all show up. They all got big mouths, they talk
- 10:19Speaker 3: big game. They don't want to go in the office.
- 10:21Speaker 3: They will because they will not quit, and they will
- 10:24Speaker 3: not give up their government cushy jobs and cushy salaries,
- 10:28Speaker 3: and cushy pensions and cushy health benefits. They will not.
- 10:31Speaker 3: So they will show up at work. They will just
- 10:33Speaker 3: do the least work possible. They'll be lazy, angry, bitter fools.
- 10:38Speaker 3: That's our government employees at work. Always an exception from me.
- 10:42Speaker 3: When it comes to law enforcement, Trump signs the first
- 10:46Speaker 3: piece of legislation as the forty seventh president the United States.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Can you guess what it is? You would guess it
- 10:51Speaker 1: would have something to do with putting illegal aliens in jail,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and you would be right.
- 10:55Speaker 3: He signs the Lincoln 'reiley Act to the shame raking
- 10:57Speaker 3: Lincoln Riley to die in order to get her.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Name on a piece of legislation.
- 11:02Speaker 3: But he signed the Lake and Riley Act into law Wednesday,
- 11:05Speaker 3: first thing he signed since being sworn as.
- 11:07Speaker 1: The forty seventh president.
- 11:08Speaker 3: You know he signed executive orders, but this is the
- 11:10Speaker 3: first law he signed, and it directs US Immigration and
- 11:14Speaker 3: Customs Enforcement ICE and it directs them to arrest and
- 11:18Speaker 3: detain illegal aliens charged with serious crimes, you know, like death, murder, rape,
- 11:26Speaker 3: assaulting a law enforcement officer. So it's a great law,
- 11:30Speaker 3: and Trump signs it in as his first law as
- 11:33Speaker 3: the forty seventh president of the United States.
- 11:35Speaker 1: He also mentioned today.
- 11:36Speaker 3: He announced he's going to sign an executive order to
- 11:39Speaker 3: send the thirty thousand worst to the worst illegals to
- 11:42Speaker 3: Guantanamo Bay, where they can never get back to the
- 11:46Speaker 3: United States.

- 15:06Speaker 3: You know, I wrote a book four years ago, and
- 15:08Speaker 3: believe me when I tell you I'm not selling the book.
- 15:10Speaker 3: I couldn't care less. First of all, there's no money
- 15:12Speaker 3: in books. I don't know if anybody knows that. I
- 15:14Speaker 3: make like a hundred times more money in TV than
- 15:16Speaker 3: I ever do on radio, and I make one hundred
- 15:18Speaker 3: times more on books. Euse to me on radio than
- 15:21Speaker 3: I ever did on books. Books don't make you any money.
- 15:24Speaker 3: And second, well, the book is four years old, so
- 15:26Speaker 3: I couldn't care less for you buy the book.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I've written so many books since then.
- 15:29Speaker 3: I've written the Great Patriot Boycott Book, and the Great
- 15:31Speaker 3: Patriot Buycott Book, and How Democrats have made America Great,
- 15:35Speaker 3: which is one hundred and forty blank pages, a great
- 15:37Speaker 3: gag book.
- 15:38Speaker 1: They've all sold very well. They've all been best sellers.
- 15:41Speaker 3: I don't need you to buy a four year old
- 15:42Speaker 3: book called Trump Rules, but it is such a good book.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I wanted to mention. It's the best book I've ever written.
- 15:49Speaker 3: And Trump Rules is filled with all the rules that
- 15:51Speaker 3: Donald Trump used to become the best in the world,
- 15:53Speaker 3: in the world and everything he does. And four years ago,
- 15:57Speaker 3: think people didn't believe me. They made fun of me.
- 16:01Speaker 3: They thought I was an idiot, they thought it was
- 16:03Speaker 3: a sinkho fan. I love Donald Trump. Oh, Wayne loves
- 16:06Speaker 3: Donald Trump. He's a loser. He just lost the election.
- 16:09Speaker 3: He just incited an insurrection. He'll never be in office again.
- 16:13Speaker 3: He's going to be put in prison, and he's going
- 16:16Speaker 3: to be hated for the rest of his life.
- 16:19Speaker 1: That's what everyone thought.
- 16:20Speaker 3: That's certainly what every liberal thought, but only Wayne Root
- 16:23Speaker 3: said at the time. Knowing the Trump Rules, knowing that
- 16:27Speaker 3: I've studied the man for forty years since I was
- 16:28Speaker 3: a freshman in college and he's been my mentor.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Knowing all those rules, I said, he's going to be back.
- 16:35Speaker 3: As president the United States in twenty twenty four, and
- 16:37Speaker 3: people thought I was crazy. I said, it'll be the
- 16:39Speaker 3: greatest political comeback of all time. And people thought I
- 16:41Speaker 3: was crazy. I said, he's going to be richer than now.
- 16:43Speaker 3: People thought I was crazy. He's going to be more
- 16:45Speaker 3: popular and more powerful. People thought I was crazy. Who's crazy?
- 16:49Speaker 1: Now? I was right.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Everything I said was right, And the number one thing
- 16:53Speaker 3: he said in is I said in this book. His
- 16:55Speaker 3: number one rule, I believe is to overcome failure. You
- 17:00Speaker 3: can't let failure bother you. You got to learn from
- 17:03Speaker 3: failure and use it to become a success the next time.
- 17:07Speaker 3: But you can't let it depress you or ruin your
- 17:09Speaker 3: life and hide under the covers. You got to turn
- 17:12Speaker 3: failure and defeat into victory. That's his number one asset
- 17:17Speaker 3: in life. And I was right because he did learn.
- 17:20Speaker 3: He learned from his first term, which I thought was
- 17:23Speaker 3: a great first term until COVID came along, and the
- 17:26Speaker 3: best economy since Reagan until COVID came along.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And even though he was fighting the deep.
- 17:32Speaker 3: State in the DC swamp every step of the way,
- 17:35Speaker 3: he learned, and now he hit the ground running in
- 17:39Speaker 3: his second term. It's such good luck that he didn't
- 17:43Speaker 3: win in twenty twenty. They stole it from him in
- 17:45Speaker 3: twenty twenty because he did win. He did win, there's
- 17:47Speaker 3: no question he won. But they stole it from him.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And it's such good luck.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Liberals don't understand how they screwed themselves. If he had
- 17:55Speaker 3: been president in twenty twenty, his four years would be
- 17:58Speaker 3: up right now, and he'd be gone forever and we'd
- 18:01Speaker 3: have some new guy, would be some Rhino or some
- 18:03Speaker 3: Democrat now. But instead, and it wouldn't have been a
- 18:05Speaker 3: great four years because Trump would not have learned all
- 18:09Speaker 3: the lessons over the last four years, and he wouldn't
- 18:10Speaker 3: have been indicted, and he wouldn't have been convicted, and
- 18:13Speaker 3: he wouldn't have been beaten in court, you know, in
- 18:15Speaker 3: a civil suit for millions dollars. Everything that happened to
- 18:19Speaker 3: Trump made him who he is today. And now he's
- 18:22Speaker 3: gonna be the most vicious person to go after the
- 18:25Speaker 3: bad guys and bad gals, the traders against our country.
- 18:30Speaker 3: He's gonna go after him all. Now, he's gonna indict
- 18:31Speaker 3: him all. Now, he's gonna take him down.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Now. He wouldn't have done that unless.
- 18:35Speaker 3: These things happened to him, befel these these bad fortunes
- 18:39Speaker 3: befell him.
- 18:40Speaker 1: In the last four years.
- 18:41Speaker 3: Liberals attacked him and tried to root him and destroy him.
- 18:44Speaker 3: And he learned how to beat him at their own game.
- 18:47Speaker 3: And he learned who is on his side who wasn't.
- 18:49Speaker 3: And he took the list with him like Santa Claus,
- 18:52Speaker 3: making the list and checking it twice, gonna find out
- 18:55Speaker 3: who's naughty and nice. And he knows who to fire now,
- 18:57Speaker 3: and he knows who to hire now, and who's the
- 18:59Speaker 3: real Maga person. And so you get what we got,
- 19:03Speaker 3: which right now, which is the best ten days in
- 19:05Speaker 3: the history of the presidency, ever, in the history of
- 19:08Speaker 3: the United States press, maybe in the history of world leaders.
- 19:11Speaker 3: The things he's doing are so great. He just as
- 19:14Speaker 3: I mentioned to end the last segment, signed an executive
- 19:17Speaker 3: order to prepare Guantanamo Bay for the worst of the worst,
- 19:19Speaker 3: thirty thousand criminal illegal aliens. They will never get back
- 19:22Speaker 3: to America from Guantanamo Bay. There's an ocean there. They
- 19:26Speaker 3: can't get back to America. The ocean is filled with sharks.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Trump provokes deportation protections for over six hundred thousand Venezuelan migrants.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Great Trump administration gives ice in a rest quote of
- 19:37Speaker 3: eighteen hundred illegal aliens a day nationwide.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Great.
- 19:41Speaker 3: I mean everything he's doing is great, great, great, and
- 19:44Speaker 3: that just the hits keep coming. I wake up every
- 19:47Speaker 3: morning wondering what great things are.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Going to happen today?
- 19:50Speaker 3: After four years of wake up every morning wondering what
- 19:52Speaker 3: horrible things are going to befall America today? How they
- 19:55Speaker 3: going to attack America today? Now it's how they gonna
- 19:57Speaker 3: make America even greater today. This segment of the show

- 24:22Speaker 3: director of an upcoming documentary about the US Army Green
- 24:25Speaker 3: Beret and his tragic story. Jordan Goudreau, Jen got Geishan.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I think I'll pronounced that right, Geyshan, Jen Geishan, Welcome
- 24:36Speaker 3: to the show.
- 24:36Speaker 1: How are you, Wayne Route.
- 24:38Speaker 4: It's such a pleasure to meet a fellow Columbia lion, well.
- 24:42Speaker 3: Not only a fellow Columbia lion, but you're gonna flip
- 24:43Speaker 3: when I tell you this story. Why I picked you
- 24:45Speaker 3: out and I said, I want Jen on the show
- 24:48Speaker 3: because I saw your last name and I knew your father,
- 24:51Speaker 3: Peter Geishan. I owned a nightclub in New York City
- 24:55Speaker 3: called Xenon for a short period of time.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I bought it from that how that's the sub legend.
- 25:00Speaker 3: I bought it from Howard Stein and Peppo Venini who
- 25:02Speaker 3: owned it in the nineteen eighties.
- 25:04Speaker 1: And I bought it, and I think it was eighty
- 25:06Speaker 1: three or eighty four.
- 25:07Speaker 3: They run the way out and they had income tax
- 25:09Speaker 3: invasion charges against them, and I put a group of
- 25:11Speaker 3: investors together. I was twenty two years old, and I
- 25:13Speaker 3: bought it and became the main managing partner of Xenon,
- 25:16Speaker 3: and your dad owned Limelight and eventually the Palladium. So
- 25:20Speaker 3: that's how I knew your dad. We were in the
- 25:21Speaker 3: nightclub business in Manhattan.
- 25:24Speaker 4: I mean, I love that. Not only do we share
- 25:26Speaker 4: a pedigree of a great school, but the nightlife part
- 25:30Speaker 4: of who I am is it runs deep in me,
- 25:32Speaker 4: and it's what drew me. Actually, the story of Jordan Goudreau.
- 25:36Speaker 3: Yeah, your dad is one of the most legendary nightclub
- 25:38Speaker 3: owners in the history of New York City. And I'm
- 25:40Speaker 3: a New York City boy, so I always was a
- 25:42Speaker 3: great fan of your father and his work'd he built
- 25:45Speaker 3: two of the biggest, I think three of the biggest
- 25:47Speaker 3: nightclubs ever. But I knew Limelight and Palladium. I never
- 25:50Speaker 3: knew the Tunnel. I knew nothing about the Tunnel.
- 25:51Speaker 4: I saw that of the epic and it was the
- 25:54Speaker 4: stomping ground of everybody from Snoop Dogg to you know,
- 25:57Speaker 4: Mike Tyson. I mean, it's the stuff legend. And my
- 26:01Speaker 4: father was unquestionably the club king of New York.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Yes, and he became.
- 26:06Speaker 4: A target of an investigation and so I learned at
- 26:10Speaker 4: the very early age about the power of the federal
- 26:12Speaker 4: government and when they decide that you are the scout
- 26:16Speaker 4: they would like to have as their prize, you are
- 26:18Speaker 4: going down.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Yep, And I same thing. I went to Columbia. You
- 26:21Speaker 3: say I'm a Columbia line. I went there with Barack
- 26:23Speaker 3: Obama and I was on Fox newsday and night talking
- 26:26Speaker 3: about what a commie I thought he was.
- 26:29Speaker 1: It was going to destroy the country. And guess what happened.
- 26:31Speaker 3: The IRS started knocking at my door and I had
- 26:33Speaker 3: a four year high ERRS attack that was the most
- 26:36Speaker 3: My lawyers, some of the top lawyers in America say
- 26:38Speaker 3: it was the worst DIRS tech they've ever seen in
- 26:41Speaker 3: their entire lives. And I finally won officially in a
- 26:44Speaker 3: judge through it out and the next day after the
- 26:46Speaker 3: judge through it out, knew IRS audit, so I like,
- 26:49Speaker 3: wouldn't go away. They would try to destroy my life.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Obama marked me for extinction, so believe me, I understand
- 26:55Speaker 3: jen how someone could be marked for extinction. So let's
- 26:59Speaker 3: get to the story of documentary, because it is the
- 27:02Speaker 3: documentary about US Army Green Beret Jordan Gudreau. I pronounce
- 27:05Speaker 3: you that, right, Gudreau. You are well, tell us the
- 27:08Speaker 3: name of the documentary. I don't even have that here
- 27:10Speaker 3: in front of you.
- 27:11Speaker 1: What's the name?
- 27:11Speaker 4: The documentary is called Men of War and it's really
- 27:13Speaker 4: a portrait of a decorated veteran who is recruited into
- 27:21Speaker 4: an operation to remove a dictator, which is Nicholas Maduro,
- 27:25Speaker 4: and sort of his journey of being a soldier and
- 27:29Speaker 4: the difference between soldiers and potentially I would say, politicians.
- 27:33Speaker 4: It's just that he took people at their word, and
- 27:37Speaker 4: I think he's the fall guy for a lot of
- 27:39Speaker 4: people that were involved in this.
- 27:41Speaker 3: Right, So tell me what they did to him, the
- 27:44Speaker 3: same way the I risk came after me, and they
- 27:46Speaker 3: wanted to come after you with the government.
- 27:47Speaker 1: And how did they come after him? What did they
- 27:49Speaker 1: do to him?
- 27:50Speaker 4: You know, it's been it's been the part of the
- 27:55Speaker 4: film that I thought would be done, which was right
- 27:57Speaker 4: when the film was announced. Four and a half years
- 28:01Speaker 4: after this operation had failed, I'd say twenty federal officers
- 28:07Speaker 4: surrounded him on the streets of Manhattan and arrested him
- 28:12Speaker 4: for arms trafficking, using his background as a Special Forces
- 28:19Speaker 4: veteran as a basis to deny bail and using the
- 28:23Speaker 4: very skills he had learned on behalf of the US
- 28:26Speaker 4: government were now being used as a reason that he
- 28:28Speaker 4: would be a flight risk because he knew what they
- 28:31Speaker 4: said was how to evade the law. And I did
- 28:36Speaker 4: something that I never thought I would do, which is
- 28:37Speaker 4: I bailed out the subject of my film. I was
- 28:40Speaker 4: so incensed that we would be criminalizing a veteran for
- 28:45Speaker 4: doing what he thought was a you know, a mandated
- 28:49Speaker 4: approved mission, and that this country would find that our
- 28:55Speaker 4: tax dollars should go to prosecuting someone like this, like
- 29:00Speaker 4: going after you or my father. I just can't reconcile
- 29:04Speaker 4: what we deem as enemies of this country.
- 29:06Speaker 3: Yeah, well, don't forget for the last four years under Biden,
- 29:10Speaker 3: and I don't for a second believe Biden was really
- 29:12Speaker 3: running the country.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Come on, Biden was brain dead for day one.
- 29:15Speaker 3: It was Obama, I think who was giving the orders,
- 29:17Speaker 3: and then somebody was giving him the orders, probably Soros
- 29:20Speaker 3: or the Chinese Communist Party or whoever it was. They
- 29:23Speaker 3: don't like America very much, and they kept saying that
- 29:25Speaker 3: anybody who's a patriot is a domestic terrorist. It was crazy, Jen,
- 29:30Speaker 3: How can you love America, and you've never committed a
- 29:32Speaker 3: crime in your life, and yet you're a domestic terrorist.
- 29:34Speaker 3: And yet all their liberal judges let everybody out who
- 29:37Speaker 3: commits real crimes.
- 29:38Speaker 1: In La.
- 29:39Speaker 3: You know, all my buddies live in La. I used
- 29:41Speaker 3: to live there for thirteen years. La has become the
- 29:43Speaker 3: wild West.
- 29:44Speaker 1: My buddies don't even like to go out to eat anymore.
- 29:46Speaker 1: You know why.
- 29:47Speaker 3: They wait in the parking lot when you valet your car,
- 29:50Speaker 3: and the bad guys wait in the parking lot and
- 29:52Speaker 3: they follow you home and they attack you at your
- 29:54Speaker 3: house when you go in the garage. They're robbing people.
- 29:58Speaker 3: They're following them home from restaurants and robbing them. In
- 30:01Speaker 3: La home invasions, I mean, it's crazy. Nobody does that
- 30:04Speaker 3: in Las Vegas. We're basically a law and order town,
- 30:07Speaker 3: and nobody does that here. There is no such thing.
- 30:09Speaker 3: There's no carjackings, there's no home invasions. LA is a
- 30:13Speaker 3: lawless town because they have judges that let every bad
- 30:15Speaker 3: guy out, but they want to put you and me
- 30:17Speaker 3: in jail.
- 30:18Speaker 1: I mean, does it make any sense?
- 30:20Speaker 4: And that's the part where I have a lot of
- 30:21Speaker 4: hope with Donald Trump. You know, I think that because
- 30:25Speaker 4: he himself has now gone through what you went through,
- 30:28Speaker 4: what I witness as a twenty one year old and
- 30:30Speaker 4: my father got indicted. I think that because he himself
- 30:33Speaker 4: has now been subjected to the insanity of the criminal
- 30:38Speaker 4: justice system under the FEDS, that he's actually in a
- 30:41Speaker 4: position to do to make changes. And he may not
- 30:45Speaker 4: have felt that way without having gone through it, right,
- 30:47Speaker 4: So that maybe the gift and thankfully he has made
- 30:50Speaker 4: that pledged in his comm out swinging, and I have
- 30:52Speaker 4: great hope that things are going to change as a
- 30:54Speaker 4: result of his commitment to going after what our actually
- 31:00Speaker 4: people that do harms for our communities as opposed to
- 31:04Speaker 4: business people who employ in my father's case a thousand
- 31:07Speaker 4: people are more or veterans or like I just something.
- 31:12Speaker 3: How about somebody just disagrees with you politically, right, I
- 31:14Speaker 3: mean that that's what they did to Trump. If you
- 31:16Speaker 3: or me, if you disagree with them politically, they came
- 31:19Speaker 3: after you. Well, that's like communism, that's Soviet Union, that's
- 31:22Speaker 3: you know, I happened to be Jewish, that's a Nazi thing.
- 31:24Speaker 3: You go after the person who politically is disagrees with
- 31:28Speaker 3: you or critic of yours.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Trump never did that in his first term.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Name one Democrat who Trump used the government to go
- 31:34Speaker 3: after and persecute He didn't. So I just I think
- 31:38Speaker 3: what happened in the last four years was so wrong
- 31:41Speaker 3: and so un American, just terrible.
- 31:43Speaker 4: So I've never seen the word patriot be so weaponized, right,
- 31:46Speaker 4: people like right, I'm just mystified by it.
- 31:51Speaker 3: So where is your guy now, your Army green beret
- 31:53Speaker 3: Jordan Goudreau? Where does this case stand at this moment?
- 31:57Speaker 4: Jordan Gudreau is currently being I'm going to trial later
- 32:02Speaker 4: this year. I'm obviously very hopeful that someone will intervene
- 32:07Speaker 4: and have a look at his case, which is egregious
- 32:10Speaker 4: and sensis to me as an American that we would
- 32:14Speaker 4: be criminalizing someone who served this nation with three stars,
- 32:19Speaker 4: three bronze stars for bravery and valor.
- 32:22Speaker 3: Hey, Jen, Jen, why don't you here's my email take
- 32:25Speaker 3: this down. Wayne Root at gmail dot com. Wayne Root,
- 32:28Speaker 3: just my name, Wayne Root at gmail dot com. Send
- 32:31Speaker 3: me whatever would be your or his best pitch why
- 32:34Speaker 3: President Trump should look at this case and help this man,
- 32:38Speaker 3: pardon this man, whatever word you want to use, and
- 32:40Speaker 3: I will hand it. I will literally cand it to
- 32:42Speaker 3: President Trump. Because I send everything directly to his office
- 32:44Speaker 3: all the time, and he will look at the case.
- 32:47Speaker 3: If I send it to me, he will look at it.
- 32:48Speaker 3: I can't promise what will happen, but send it to
- 32:51Speaker 3: me and I will try my best to help a
- 32:52Speaker 3: warman to row.
- 32:53Speaker 4: If I thought Trump could get my parton my father
- 32:56Speaker 4: but at a state crime, I would ask for that too.
- 32:58Speaker 4: He was at my father's nightclub. I have photos of
- 33:01Speaker 4: Donald Trump with my father at the opening of Club
- 33:04Speaker 4: USA and being a regular at Limelight. So I really
- 33:09Speaker 4: appreciate that offer.
- 33:10Speaker 3: As Jen, now we're on the run. We're getting a
- 33:12Speaker 3: ten camp. But now you know where to reach me.

- 36:48Speaker 1: on fire. Welcome back to the show.
- 36:50Speaker 3: How many of you out there knew that I used
- 36:52Speaker 3: to be in the nightclub business right lifetime ago when
- 36:55Speaker 3: I was twenty two years old twenty two and twenty three.
- 36:58Speaker 1: I owned a nightclub in New York City.
- 36:59Speaker 3: Was on the hottest clubs in the city in one
- 37:02Speaker 3: of my sixty three Now, so that was forty one
- 37:05Speaker 3: years ago. Forty one years ago. It's like a lifetime ago.
- 37:09Speaker 3: My gosh, forty one years ago. I used to own
- 37:13Speaker 3: a nightclub. I had hair down to my top of
- 37:17Speaker 3: my back and a diamond stud earring in my right ear.
- 37:22Speaker 3: And I was the cool nightclub owner. I used to
- 37:26Speaker 3: enter the club at midnight, I'd leave the club. I
- 37:28Speaker 3: still remember the sun was coming up at six in
- 37:31Speaker 3: the morning when I left the doors. I walked out
- 37:33Speaker 3: of the club and the sun was coming up. To
- 37:35Speaker 3: go home and go to sleep. It was very strange
- 37:37Speaker 3: life for about a year. But that was a lifetime ago, truly.
- 37:41Speaker 3: But Peter got how do you pronounce a geish Geaishan.
- 37:44Speaker 3: I always thought it was Gatian Geishen. I knew he
- 37:47Speaker 3: was French, and I always thought it was Gatian. Peter
- 37:49Speaker 3: Geishan was that gal who was just my guest, Jen's dad,
- 37:53Speaker 3: and he owned a club that was the big club
- 37:56Speaker 3: in town opposite mine. We had Studio fifty four. I
- 37:59Speaker 3: owned z On and we had Limelight. He had Limelight
- 38:04Speaker 3: and eventually the Palladium, which were two the biggest clubs
- 38:07Speaker 3: in the history New York City. A very successful guy
- 38:10Speaker 3: with thousands employees. You heard her say, had a thousand employees,
- 38:12Speaker 3: and the government went after him. The government goes after
- 38:16Speaker 3: anybody and everybody who is successful. It's the exact opposite
- 38:19Speaker 3: of way the world is supposed to work. You know,
- 38:22Speaker 3: I mean, we all know the we don't all know.
- 38:25Speaker 3: Many of us know, many of you know the eighty
- 38:26Speaker 3: twenty rule. You know, you make all your money in
- 38:29Speaker 3: business off the top twenty percent of your customers, and
- 38:32Speaker 3: the other eighty just show up and you don't have
- 38:35Speaker 3: to worry about them. They may buy something, but they're
- 38:37Speaker 3: not going to make you rich. It's the twenty that
- 38:39Speaker 3: make you rich. Take care of the twenty. The eighty
- 38:42Speaker 3: twenty rule. Everyone knows it. In business. Who owns a business,
- 38:46Speaker 3: and the people that are important are the ones who
- 38:48Speaker 3: spend the most money, and that's the twenty percent of
- 38:50Speaker 3: your customers at the top. And the government does the
- 38:53Speaker 3: exact opposite, right, They hand out goodies to the eighty
- 38:58Speaker 3: who suck off the government and suck off the taxpayer,
- 39:01Speaker 3: and just want welfare and don't pay any taxes into
- 39:05Speaker 3: the system.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I mean, you do realize almost every.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Dime of the entire United States is funded by the
- 39:10Speaker 3: top twenty percent of taxpayers. Matter of fact, most of
- 39:13Speaker 3: America is funded by the top two percent of taxpayers.
- 39:16Speaker 3: Two percent pay like sixty percent of the freight, and
- 39:20Speaker 3: the top ten percent pay eighty percent of the freight.
- 39:23Speaker 3: And I think the top twenty percent pay one hundred
- 39:25Speaker 3: percent of the bills.
- 39:27Speaker 1: So there's your eighty twenty rule.
- 39:28Speaker 3: The top twenty percent of income earners pay all the
- 39:32Speaker 3: taxes in the United States America, and then the other
- 39:34Speaker 3: eighty percent never pay a diamondto the system, and they'd take.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Everything out of it. And our government hates the twenty
- 39:41Speaker 1: that pays all the bills and treats the eighty good.
- 39:45Speaker 1: And that's what's so wrong.
- 39:46Speaker 3: That's what's completely mixed up in our country. Completely mixed up,
- 39:51Speaker 3: makes no sense. And where liberals get it wrong is
- 39:53Speaker 3: they think the government is great to rich people and
- 39:55Speaker 3: they think Republicans are all rich.
- 39:57Speaker 1: And that's the biggest lie of its toll because.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Every time I meet it, every person I meet in
- 40:01Speaker 3: Las Vegas who's middle class is a Republican. Every waiter,
- 40:04Speaker 3: every waitress, every hostess, every general manager and manager of
- 40:08Speaker 3: every restaurant, nightclub.
- 40:10Speaker 1: They're all Republicans.
- 40:11Speaker 3: But every time I meet a guy who owns eight nightclubs,
- 40:15Speaker 3: or eight restaurants, or or two hundred restaurants and flies
- 40:19Speaker 3: of private jet, that's a Democrat. So the rich are
- 40:22Speaker 3: the really rich, are not Republicans.
- 40:24Speaker 1: They're democrats. Number one.
- 40:27Speaker 3: And number two, that eighty twenty were. When I say,
- 40:29Speaker 3: twenty percent pay one hundred percent of taxes, but it's
- 40:32Speaker 3: the one percent of the one percent, of the one
- 40:34Speaker 3: percent of the half percent at the top of the
- 40:36Speaker 3: twenty that get all the benefits and they are given
- 40:40Speaker 3: everything by the politicians. But most of the rest of
- 40:43Speaker 3: that twenty percent pay for everything, are treated like crap.
- 40:48Speaker 3: But not if you're in the top half of a
- 40:49Speaker 3: half a half a half and a half a half
- 40:51Speaker 3: of one percent. That that top half. You know that
- 40:54Speaker 3: that group, the billionaires and the one hundred million above,
- 40:57Speaker 3: they are treated very well, no question about it. But
- 41:00Speaker 3: the middle class and the upper middle class are treated
- 41:02Speaker 3: like crap, and they pay.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Small business pays most of the taxes in America. I
- 41:07Speaker 1: wanted to mention RFK Junior.
- 41:08Speaker 3: He had a hearing today and we'll find out soon
- 41:10Speaker 3: enough whether he is confirmed or not. But it's just
- 41:14Speaker 3: so confusing when you meet Republicans at conservatives who are
- 41:18Speaker 3: who are dumb, who are ignorant, who don't know anything
- 41:22Speaker 3: going on. And that's the editors of the New York Post.
- 41:25Speaker 3: And I love the New York Posts, one of my
- 41:26Speaker 3: favorite newspapers in America. I love their stories. They're very conservative,
- 41:30Speaker 3: bent they helped Trump get elected. They're very good as
- 41:34Speaker 3: far as the newspaper goes in the whole country. They're
- 41:36Speaker 3: probably the most conservative newspaper. But when it comes to vaccines,
- 41:41Speaker 3: they're dumb. And so they had an editorial and it said,
- 41:44Speaker 3: Senators vote no on RFK Junior. He's hazardous to our health.
- 41:49Speaker 3: And most of it was about his views on vaccines.
- 41:52Speaker 3: And they don't understand the people. Right, the average American
- 41:55Speaker 3: who voted for Trump knows the COVID vaccine is going
- 41:58Speaker 3: to kill you. And they know that that vaccines in
- 42:02Speaker 3: general are bad. They know that some of them are good,
- 42:05Speaker 3: but they still have poisonous ingredients in them. They know
- 42:08Speaker 3: that they're giving children autism. We all believe that it
- 42:11Speaker 3: doesn't matter if there's fact. We believe autism didn't exist
- 42:15Speaker 3: and vaccines came along. Now there's tons of autism. And
- 42:18Speaker 3: we know the fluoride in the water's no good. These
- 42:21Speaker 3: are all the things RFK Junior has taught us.
- 42:22Speaker 1: We know that doctor Fauci's no good.
- 42:24Speaker 3: We know the COVID vaccine was a disaster and it
- 42:27Speaker 3: killed a lot of people.
- 42:28Speaker 1: It's mass murder.
- 42:29Speaker 3: And yet the New York Post doesn't understand any of
- 42:31Speaker 3: that because they're a bunch of old fuddy duddy, probably
- 42:34Speaker 3: seventy year old editors smoking a cigar, who don't know
- 42:37Speaker 3: anything about anything, and they believe the CDC and the
- 42:40Speaker 3: FDA and the AMA and you know the who. They're
- 42:45Speaker 3: so stupid and traditional. That's why I like Ameo Life,
