  Speaker 1: So SmackDown was in Italy. They were in Bologna tonight

  Speaker 1: and it was you know, SmackDown was the usual, but

  Speaker 1: we have a few things to go through here. The

  Speaker 1: Cody Rhoads and Gunther. I included them on the thumbnail

  Speaker 1: because there was controversy coming out of their title matchic

  Speaker 1: Clash in Italy last weekend. Gunther's foot under the bottom rope,

  Speaker 1: referee didn't see it, Cody pinned him, retained the title.

  Speaker 1: Seem pretty clear that we were heading towards a rematch,

  Speaker 1: most likely in Riot at Clash of Champions or Night
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: of Champions. And so tonight Gunther comes out on the wall.

  Speaker 1: He's pissed, right as he should be, because he got screwed.

  Speaker 1: It was the Italian screwjob. And now we know that

  Speaker 1: he is in fact going to be getting his rematch

  Speaker 1: for the WWE Championship. We have a date, we have

  Speaker 1: a time for when this match is going to take place.

  Speaker 1: What we don't have is a stipulation. Now we're gonna

  Speaker 1: have to wait one week to find out what the

  Speaker 1: stipulation is, and then in two weeks we're gonna get

  Speaker 1: the WWE title match between Cody Rhodes and gun Throw.

  Speaker 1: And as soon as they announced this on this show,

  Speaker 1: often on television, right, I mean, it's certainly not like

  Speaker 1: on TV. This year, it's happened twice. I think, right

  Speaker 1: Rhodes won the belt back from Drew McIntyre. And I

  Speaker 1: I wasn't here to stream live and watch the match live,

  Speaker 1: meaning that he would meet the winner of the match

  Speaker 1: that we got tonight between Dominique Mysterio, bron Breaker, Trick Williams,

  Speaker 1: and Damian Priest. Now, bron Break was already in the

  Speaker 1: main event of Raw Monday nights. He got to close

  Speaker 1: both shows this week. He was in the main event

  Speaker 1: a very good match on Monday with Seth Rollins, a

  Speaker 1: match that he lost. Seemed to me like the most

  Speaker 1: logical conclusion to this match here was that broun Breaker

  Speaker 1: would he would bounce back and he would get a
• 4:19
  Speaker 1: win in the opening round and then we would all

  Speaker 1: be set up for one hell of a semi final

  Speaker 1: round match Oba Femi and bron Breaker. Right, that could

  Speaker 1: be a WrestleMania match three years from now. Right, it

  Speaker 1: would be the first time ever that we would be

  Speaker 1: able to see these two guys in the ring together,

  Speaker 1: and so it's like, Okay, that's the sort of thing

  Speaker 1: that makes King of the Ring kind of fun because

  Speaker 1: you could end up with a big match like that,

  Speaker 1: and you know, again, maybe it's not going to be

  Speaker 1: the best match in the world, because it's really it's

  Speaker 1: part of the tournament and it's not like they have
• 4:50
  Speaker 1: their own story going on. But still, right, it's those possibilities,

  Speaker 1: the potential matches that you could end up with. Well,
• 4:58
  Speaker 1: we didn't get that. We are not getting Obafemi and

  Speaker 1: bron Breaker in the King of the Ring tournament. We

  Speaker 1: are not getting Obafemi and Trick Williams, which really wouldn't
• 5:08
  Speaker 1: make any sense. And we're not getting Obafemi and Damian Priest,

  Speaker 1: which I don't think anybody was asking for. We are

  Speaker 1: getting Obafemi against Dominic Mysterio in the semi final round

  Speaker 1: of the King of the Ring Torrent. So they're very

  Speaker 1: serious about this Live Dom stuff that they really want

  Speaker 1: you to believe we may end up with king Dom
• 5:28
  Speaker 1: and Queen Live which is why you can't discount the

  Speaker 1: possibility that Live Morgan. Although I do think Stephanie Vicaire

  Speaker 1: is on her way back any week now to screw

  Speaker 1: her over. Could very well advance at least to the

  Speaker 1: semi final round of the Queen of the Ring tournament,

  Speaker 1: just to keep hope alive. Her match, I think is

  Speaker 1: coming up next Monday, but Dom is going to the
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: semi finals. And I'm torn on this. On the one hand,
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: I look at this and I say, are these people
• 5:55
  Speaker 1: on crack cocaine? Right, That's my first thought when I
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: see the outcome of this match. They're sniffing the good stuff, well,
• 6:04
  Speaker 1: the bad stuff. Drugs are bad, Okay, drugs are bad.

  Speaker 1: On the other hand, people will often talk about how

  Speaker 1: everything is so predictable on these shows. You could see
• 6:16
  Speaker 1: from a mile away this guy's gonna advance, and this
• 6:18
  Speaker 1: guy's going to advance, and this guy's gonna win, that
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: girl's gonna win, and there is there is a lot
• 6:24
  Speaker 1: of predictability on these shows, and it's one of the
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: things that really sucks about these shows. Although I've talked
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: about before, like predictability does not automatically mean bad. Sometimes
• 6:33
  Speaker 1: predictability is good. Right. You see a path for a
• 6:36
  Speaker 1: certain story, someone should be, you know, going from point
• 6:39
  Speaker 1: A to point B, and it makes sense for them
• 6:41
  Speaker 1: to win, even if it is obvious, right, It all
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: is in the way that you do. You try to
• 6:45
  Speaker 1: make it exciting and try to make it interesting. This
• 6:49
  Speaker 1: is one of those things where we got our first
• 6:51
  Speaker 1: real upset in either of these tournaments, but they gave
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: us an inferior match, and that sucks because I think
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: they have the potential here to do something fun in

  Speaker 1: the next round. Hey, you might look at this and go, oh,

  Speaker 1: this will be fun. It'll be fun watching Dominic try
• 7:07
  Speaker 1: to avoid being ripped apart by Obafemi. Right, it's a

  Speaker 1: total mismatch, so there is something to be said for that.

  Speaker 1: If you go back a couple of years, I don't

  Speaker 1: know if you remember this. Brock Lesner, there were rumors

  Speaker 1: that Brocklesner was going to be wrestling Gunther at WrestleMania.

  Speaker 1: That was probably gonna be the WrestleMania match, and they

  Speaker 1: were going to kick it off in the Royal Rumble

  Speaker 1: that year, and in between the Elimination Chamber, they were

  Speaker 1: preparing to do Dominic Mysterio against brock Lesner, and dom

  Speaker 1: was going to eliminate Brock in the Rumble. Right, that

  Speaker 1: was reportedly the plan. I think I want to say

  Speaker 1: this was for twenty twenty four didn't happen because the

  Speaker 1: Janelle Grant thing dropped. They pulled brock from the Rumble

  Speaker 1: and he disappeared for two years. And at the time

  Speaker 1: I was like, man, that would have been fun just
• 7:59
  Speaker 1: to see just brought. Even just the visual of brock

  Speaker 1: Lesnar in the ring with Dominic Masterio is so preposterous.

  Speaker 1: It's one of those like car crash, can't look away
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: type things, like I gotta see what this match looks like. Here.

  Speaker 1: This has a little bit of that. So you have

  Speaker 1: that element to it where it's like it's like the

  Speaker 1: freak show element. People are gonna want to tune in

  Speaker 1: to see Dominic Masterio get pounded into the sand unless

  Speaker 1: they really shock us and they find a way to

  Speaker 1: get a win because brock Lesnar gets involved and what
• 8:31
  Speaker 1: have you. Right, So there's a few different ways that

  Speaker 1: you could look at this. There's gonna be some people

  Speaker 1: who are stoked to see this match because they just

  Speaker 1: can't envision it in their mind. I look at it

  Speaker 1: a little bit differently. I just would have preferred that

  Speaker 1: we got an Obafemi bron breaker match because I just

  Speaker 1: think it would have made for a more exciting match,

  Speaker 1: you know, and now we're not getting it, and instead

  Speaker 1: the Judgment Day have just taken over these two tournaments

  Speaker 1: because on the other side we have the Queen of

  Speaker 1: the Ring and in that bracket to we had the

  Speaker 1: match between Bailey, Raquel Rodriguez, J C. Jane, and Keana James.

  Speaker 1: already advanced this past Monday. And you look at this

  Speaker 1: and going into it, I said, man, I would love

  Speaker 1: a new face. Either way, you get a relatively new

  Speaker 1: face in there. At least they make it into the

  Speaker 1: next round and we get Eo against one of them. Bailey. Look,

  Speaker 1: Bailey is I mean, she's the veteran here, She's been

  Speaker 1: around forever. I don't think anybody's getting overly excited about Bailey,

  Speaker 1: who's been doing the tag team thing. Anyway, moving on

  Speaker 1: nobody really is terribly excited about that. Raquel Rodriguez she

  Speaker 1: had heat with the earlier this year. They had a

  Speaker 1: match on TV Raquel Beaters. There's some history there from

  Speaker 1: a few months ago, and it's another member of the

  Speaker 1: Judgment Day and that doesn't really excite me, but that's

  Speaker 1: what they went with. And Raquel Rodriguez is moving on

  Speaker 1: to the semi finals and she is going to be

  Speaker 1: wrestling EO Sky, So they're going to rekindle their few

  Speaker 1: their heat from earlier this year. But you just look

  Speaker 1: at these two tournaments and it's all about the Judgment Day.

  Speaker 1: Dom's going to the semi finals, Raquel's going to the

  Speaker 1: semi finals. Live. Morgan's the fucking world champion. She shouldn't
