- 1:11Speaker 2: by P and C Bank, a lot of people think
- 1:13Speaker 2: podcasts about work are boring, and sure they definitely can be,
- 1:17Speaker 2: but understanding of professional's routine shows us how they achieve
- 1:21Speaker 2: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 1:25Speaker 2: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 1:28Speaker 2: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 1:31Speaker 2: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 1:34Speaker 2: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 1:38Speaker 2: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty
- 1:42Speaker 2: five is a service mark of the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc.
- 1:46Speaker 2: P and C Bank National Association Member FDIC.
- 1:51Speaker 3: So let's talk about Apple. I want to show a
- 1:56Speaker 3: video that Ty Lopez recently made itself.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I Lopez ceue the video.
- 2:04Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure I'll make a prediction. Your grandchildren will
- 2:07Speaker 4: not know what Apple is, just like nobody thinks about
- 2:09Speaker 4: IBM anymore. Like IBM still exists, but it's not in
- 2:12Speaker 4: the collective consciousness. Nobody's gonna remember. Apple's a shitty company.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Look I do like an iPhone. They don't innovate anymore.
- 2:17Speaker 4: I message, which is a huge tool. It's the worst.
- 2:21Speaker 4: I built a company called Bulldozer. It's coming out. We
- 2:24Speaker 4: have better texting capabilities efficiency, just like what'sapp is way better.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Thirty people built What's app way better tool. You can
- 2:31Speaker 4: create groups, rename the groups, put people in and out
- 2:34Speaker 4: of the groups.
- 2:35Speaker 1: You can do broadcast lists.
- 2:36Speaker 4: None of that.
- 2:37Speaker 1: You can do Apple one hundred billion.
- 2:38Speaker 4: This is an obsolete bureaucratic company that will disappear, disappear.
- 2:42Speaker 4: It sucks unless they change.
- 2:43Speaker 1: It, all right.
- 2:44Speaker 3: So that was interesting. I saw it because in a minute,
- 2:46Speaker 3: it kind of speaks about what we've been saying with Apple,
- 2:50Speaker 3: and ty Lopez is somebody who you know, I'm not
- 2:53Speaker 3: the biggest Ty Lopez fan in full transparency, because like
- 2:56Speaker 3: he's one of these people that I don't know what
- 2:58Speaker 3: he's done then, like play basketball and with girls in bikinis.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Es my content and day we saw him by old businesses.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I'm not sure what the return was on as yeah,
- 3:13Speaker 2: this campaign and how he was trying to yeah, a
- 3:18Speaker 2: couple of a couple of stores that I don't know.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I haven't seen the return of investment. I don't know
- 3:22Speaker 2: what the return on investment is. But he was on
- 3:23Speaker 2: a campaign doing.
- 3:24Speaker 3: That allegedly, Like I said, shout out to Todd, you can't.
- 3:29Speaker 1: We don't no disrespect.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I have no problem with him. You can't knock the hustle.
- 3:34Speaker 3: But I'm just saying I just he strikes me as
- 3:37Speaker 3: as an Internet marketer.
- 3:38Speaker 1: But hey, whatever.
- 3:39Speaker 3: But that was just an interesting take because that is
- 3:42Speaker 3: kind of in line of what we've been saying. So
- 3:45Speaker 3: I don't want to beat the dead horse with this
- 3:46Speaker 3: Apple situation. But I just saw that on Instagram, thought
- 3:50Speaker 3: it was thought it was something interesting. So, yeah, the
- 3:55Speaker 3: destruction of Apple in real time? Is this what we're witnessing.
- 4:01Speaker 5: If they don't fix this iPhone issue. Tim Cook, Yes,
- 4:07Speaker 5: I've said since twenty twenty that the peak of Apple
- 4:10Speaker 5: will be twenty thirty four. If they don't fix some
- 4:13Speaker 5: of these issues, we may see twenty thirty. But it's
- 4:17Speaker 5: very rare for our company to last thirty or forty
- 4:21Speaker 5: years and have peak or pole position.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I do think they can make a comeback.
- 4:26Speaker 5: I was telling stock Club yesterday on the call if
- 4:28Speaker 5: they make a hard transition into being like into healthcare,
- 4:33Speaker 5: because they need a space in which they can operate
- 4:35Speaker 5: as a startup. They've maximized the global smartphone market. They
- 4:40Speaker 5: need to go into another market where they can be
- 4:42Speaker 5: like an incumbent player and innovate and disrupt there. If
- 4:46Speaker 5: they move into healthcare, they'll be fine as a result.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Do I think we're seeing the destruction of Apple. If
- 4:50Speaker 5: we don't see an adjustment in the next two years,
- 4:53Speaker 5: they won't have their leadership position anymore because Microsoft worth
- 4:57Speaker 5: like the number two assets in the world right now
- 4:59Speaker 5: is Gold and then Microsoft wouldn't have thought that probably
- 5:03Speaker 5: eight years ago. But they have to make a strong
- 5:07Speaker 5: pivot in order to keep this number one position. But
- 5:09Speaker 5: it's a good Lottor you just talked about it in
- 5:10Speaker 5: the Vest Vest. You have to reinvent every year, like
- 5:14Speaker 5: as much we talked about it with Elon and Kanye
- 5:16Speaker 5: and Madonna back in the day, and fifty center is
- 5:19Speaker 5: done to now. You have to reinvent yourself and move
- 5:22Speaker 5: into different verticals. If you want to steal exist, people
- 5:25Speaker 5: won unless you have a forty or fifty year run
- 5:27Speaker 5: off the same product.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Yeah, we're starting to see some of those blemishes. I
- 5:31Speaker 2: don't know if it's a full on destruction because even
- 5:33Speaker 2: when we talk about assets, yes, Gold is number one,
- 5:36Speaker 2: Microsoft is number two, but that was number three.
- 5:39Speaker 1: It's right there. But I feel like it's the.
- 5:43Speaker 2: First time that we're starting we see blemishes, right, Like,
- 5:47Speaker 2: we're starting to see some holes in this golden armor,
- 5:50Speaker 2: right when we talk about some of the products that
- 5:53Speaker 2: haven't worked, when we talk about some of the rollouts
- 5:55Speaker 2: that haven't worked. I know recently when we I mean
- 5:57Speaker 2: way we will get into it, but that I had
- 5:59Speaker 2: ad and them having to pull back on that.
- 6:02Speaker 1: We're starting to see stores trying to unionize.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I know they fought it off in Jersey, but now
- 6:06Speaker 2: there's another one that's popping up in DC. So you're
- 6:09Speaker 2: starting to feel like, all right, this golden brand who
- 6:14Speaker 2: has so much loyalty and Drake went through the sentiments changing,
- 6:18Speaker 2: it's starting to feel like there's a change. We don't
- 6:20Speaker 2: know what the innovation is. We'll talk about the chat
- 6:23Speaker 2: GBT situation. I think you're spot on with the industry, right, like,
- 6:29Speaker 2: how do they get into the next industry Because one
- 6:32Speaker 2: of the other blemishes we saw was all right, we
- 6:34Speaker 2: can't wait till they get into the automotive industry. They're
- 6:37Speaker 2: going to have this car and then it's like, you
- 6:39Speaker 2: know what, that's probably not going to be it. We're
- 6:41Speaker 2: not doing cars. Where are we going to go with AI. Well,
- 6:44Speaker 2: are they going to create their own Yes, they got
- 6:45Speaker 2: the M four chip, which is probably one of the
- 6:47Speaker 2: strongest semis. But can they create their own or do
- 6:51Speaker 2: we just say all right, let's just team up with
- 6:52Speaker 2: the team that's already doing it.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Is that innovation?
- 6:55Speaker 2: What they do have at their leisure is capital, Yeah,
- 7:00Speaker 2: and so you have to believe that something will come
- 7:03Speaker 2: from having that amount of capital, either it's an acquisition,
- 7:06Speaker 2: or they're going to double down in an industry like
- 7:09Speaker 2: you said, it could be healthcare, probably will be just
- 7:11Speaker 2: because they have I think that that has to be
- 7:15Speaker 2: the route. We already talked about innovation in the terms
- 7:17Speaker 2: of moving from country to country. Yeah, but I think
- 7:20Speaker 2: it's going to have to be a new sector for
- 7:22Speaker 2: them or a new industry inside of that one that exists,
- 7:26Speaker 2: and they can take market share from, not dominate right away,
- 7:30Speaker 2: but take market share because we already know Amazon when
- 7:33Speaker 2: we talk about healthcare, and they're there, right, So can
- 7:36Speaker 2: you come in and be disruptive?
- 7:37Speaker 1: Can you have some market share?
- 7:39Speaker 2: I'll be interested to see over the next couple of years,
- 7:41Speaker 2: because it won't The iOS system is the iOS system,
- 7:44Speaker 2: The iPhone is the iPhone. We already know what the
- 7:47Speaker 2: services industry does. It has to be something else. It
- 7:51Speaker 2: needs to be a shakeout.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Yeah, and then the vision pro hasn't works as well
- 7:54Speaker 5: because of price point sensitivity is okay.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Also, they need some new board men. It stelling stock
- 8:01Speaker 1: club call is yesterday.
- 8:02Speaker 5: Like with the exception of Angela from Birdberry, they lost
- 8:06Speaker 5: Johnny ive huge loss. They haven't added anybody knew that
- 8:10Speaker 5: board is still comprised of people to Steve put in
- 8:13Speaker 5: that position. I would go after somebody from Lily and
- 8:17Speaker 5: put them on the board because you need some guidance
- 8:19Speaker 5: in their health care space. It's not a sexy industry,
- 8:22Speaker 5: but I think they can innovate incredibly fast there. They
- 8:26Speaker 5: got to make some changes, and I think it's a
- 8:27Speaker 5: good rule of thumb every two years to reinvent yourself
- 8:32Speaker 5: or your business.
- 8:33Speaker 1: In some way.
- 8:35Speaker 5: And even like with the air pods, it's more conjecture
- 8:39Speaker 5: around if they're healthy or not. The iPad ad you
- 8:42Speaker 5: already brought up. People were not feeling that the iPad
- 8:46Speaker 5: in the self. I don't think many people are using it,
- 8:48Speaker 5: so they just have to find a way to come
- 8:50Speaker 5: up with it with a better product. The trading app
- 8:52Speaker 5: that they had, they shut down the car thing they
- 8:54Speaker 5: shut down.
- 8:55Speaker 1: It's like.
- 8:57Speaker 2: This is like a I don't want to call it
- 9:00Speaker 2: out with you, but sometimes when your product is that good,
- 9:02Speaker 2: do we need a new one?
- 9:03Speaker 1: Right? So, Like I have the iPad, it still works perfect.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I don't need a new one everything.
- 9:08Speaker 2: What's the incentive for me to buy a new one
- 9:10Speaker 2: because now I have a band that has an extra
- 9:13Speaker 2: few features.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I don't know if that's the reason.
- 9:14Speaker 5: But Steve jobs hat like that's the part, like they
- 9:18Speaker 5: almost try and wipe the memory of him building that
- 9:21Speaker 5: company away, like they've gone away too far from what
- 9:25Speaker 5: the original vision was.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Shock. Everybody works at Apple.
- 9:28Speaker 5: If you want to talk innovation, the iOS has gotten better,
- 9:32Speaker 5: but it's not a transformational improvement where you're like I
- 9:36Speaker 5: have to have it, like even I've phoned fans and
- 9:40Speaker 5: Apple fans or like I don't need another iPhone. It's
- 9:42Speaker 5: bad when your core fan base is like, I don't
- 9:44Speaker 5: need another one.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Same thing with the Mac sales, right, do I need
- 9:47Speaker 1: a new Mac? My one?
- 9:48Speaker 2: My Mac from twenty twenty two is perfect? Do I
- 9:50Speaker 2: need a new one? But I think what they've done
- 9:52Speaker 2: to kind of offset that is they decided all right,
- 9:55Speaker 2: if we're gonna have a slow down in somebody sales
- 9:56Speaker 2: for the iPhone, for the MacBook, for the iPad, is
- 10:00Speaker 2: they're putting their own chips inside, and so now you
- 10:02Speaker 2: don't spend as much, Right, there's not as much outside expenditures.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Right, Well, this still will be. But until you get
- 10:08Speaker 1: to the point where you're just.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Manufacturing your own and you put your own chips inside
- 10:11Speaker 2: of your devices, that cust cost long term.
- 10:15Speaker 1: But I don't know if.
- 10:15Speaker 2: There's a product unless they decide that this the M
- 10:18Speaker 2: four ship is so good that they'll start licensing out
- 10:20Speaker 2: to other companies.
- 10:21Speaker 6: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 10:24Speaker 6: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 10:28Speaker 6: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 10:33Speaker 6: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 10:37Speaker 6: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 10:40Speaker 6: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 10:44Speaker 6: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, Attempted illegal border
- 10:49Speaker 6: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 10:52Speaker 6: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 10:56Speaker 6: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 11:00Speaker 6: one thousand dollars a day. Imprisoned and deported, you will
- 11:04Speaker 6: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 11:07Speaker 6: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 11:11Speaker 6: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 11:16Speaker 6: border and families will be protected.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
