- 0:20Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome in you guys. It's Thursday, November twenty one,
- 0:25Speaker 2: and we are ready to get into the Salt Lake
- 0:28Speaker 2: City recap today. EMS is here. Ems you are dunning
- 0:33Speaker 2: a Tiffany blue blouse. Thank you for showing up in matt.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Thank you miss Hepburn, Miss Amy Hepburn and your glasses
- 0:40Speaker 3: in Tierra.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Oh, thank you so much for noticing. I don't believe
- 0:45Speaker 2: you noticed. You got can't like God simply gone, my gont.
- 0:54Speaker 3: This was a total accident that we I mean, sometimes
- 0:58Speaker 3: we talk about it ahead of time, and other times
- 1:00Speaker 3: you just show up, ready to party, ready to party
- 1:03Speaker 3: at Mary's.
- 1:04Speaker 2: At Mary Yeah. By the way, so you that blouse
- 1:07Speaker 2: is it a vintage piece.
- 1:09Speaker 4: It's a vintage piece.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I am, of course working at the party, uh, because
- 1:14Speaker 3: this is what they were wearing.
- 1:16Speaker 4: You are attending the party.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Although Lisa was you know, she was in Tiffany blue. Also,
- 1:23Speaker 2: she could have been working the party, Brittani, she could
- 1:28Speaker 2: have been. I don't know. Well she wasn't wearing Tiffany blue,
- 1:30Speaker 2: so yeah, I guess she was a party guest as well.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Right, and Lisa was of course, like that was a
- 1:37Speaker 3: that was a move to wear Mary's outfit to the party.
- 1:40Speaker 4: That was great. Damn, that was so good.
- 1:44Speaker 3: I mean don't see Mary out a lot, so we
- 1:47Speaker 3: know her, we know the four things she's worn on
- 1:50Speaker 3: red carpet.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So and she had to tell us like, I mean,
- 1:54Speaker 2: of course she's like I was at the front row
- 1:57Speaker 2: of Fendy when it came out, so oh yeah, she
- 2:01Speaker 2: was like boom, yeah I had this first Mary, and
- 2:06Speaker 2: Wow to do that to somebody at their own event,
- 2:08Speaker 2: that takes nerve. So I mean, without further ado, I
- 2:12Speaker 2: mean there's oh no, no, with further ado. Before we
- 2:16Speaker 2: officially get into the recap with further ado, please check
- 2:21Speaker 2: out my latest video. Go to meet Amy Phillips on Instagram.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I dropped a very last minute, quickly put together video
- 2:29Speaker 2: parody of yesterday's The Beverly Hills premiere. It's like a
- 2:33Speaker 2: parody of Dereit and Kyle talking at the Surrealism party
- 2:37Speaker 2: and I was looking around.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yes, I was gonna say parody is lightly because I
- 2:41Speaker 3: mean it was pretty dead on what you did.
- 2:44Speaker 4: I mean it could be. At one point I was like, wait,
- 2:48Speaker 4: is this exactly what they?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it was very close to what they said. Actually
- 2:54Speaker 2: I kept it real tight, but thanks.
- 2:57Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I had a really fun time doing it. I just
- 3:00Speaker 2: pulled it together so fast, and I was looking for
- 3:02Speaker 2: a disc like shaped for the hat, and I just
- 3:05Speaker 2: like had to go room to room and finally ended
- 3:07Speaker 2: up in the backyard and I grabbed the uh trash
- 3:09Speaker 2: cand lit and said, uh, this'll do. I did scrub
- 3:12Speaker 2: it before putting it on my head, still dirty, but
- 3:16Speaker 2: there you have it.
- 3:17Speaker 4: That was awesome.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I had to raid Maddie's room for like the reindeer
- 3:21Speaker 2: and unicorn horns, and I was like, this is so
- 3:24Speaker 2: helpful having a child.
- 3:26Speaker 4: I didn't see.
- 3:26Speaker 3: I thought that there was intentional, because by the end
- 3:29Speaker 3: of the night, Duried had so many grease marks across.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Her disk that I thought that's what dirt was on
- 3:34Speaker 4: the can.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Oh my god, what an embarrassment of riches to go
- 3:40Speaker 2: into the Salt Lake City episode after the Beverly Hills premiere.
- 3:46Speaker 2: So let's head on into Salt Lake City. Ha ha ha.
- 3:53Speaker 2: We are back in the snow capped mountains of Salt
- 3:56Speaker 2: Lake City after leaving Palms Springs bron Win's trip, and
- 4:01Speaker 2: everybody's just talking about what happened there. So now we're
- 4:04Speaker 2: getting reacclimating, we're getting recalibrated, and uh, you know, Malee
- 4:11Speaker 2: not anyway.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Or I am rest and missing.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Shout out to darling Steven Ziegler who messaged us a
- 4:21Speaker 3: uh he found at somebody had made a wanted poster
- 4:25Speaker 3: of like a missing poster of Melee and then it
- 4:28Speaker 3: says it found call one of Lisa Barlow's seven lawyers.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Ah that's really good. Yeah, thank you, Steven. I'll tell
- 4:38Speaker 2: you you know what we it was hard to push through.
- 4:42Speaker 2: You know, when you've got three friends of who's going
- 4:44Speaker 2: to rise to the top. Hard to push through and
- 4:46Speaker 2: you've got all these people jogging for position, and Bronwin
- 4:51Speaker 2: came in hot and Brittany Brittani is you know, she's
- 4:55Speaker 2: done a lot for a little and she's somehow made
- 5:00Speaker 2: through Maine. We will maybe catch on the flip side
- 5:03Speaker 2: or next season hopefully you can push through when things
- 5:06Speaker 2: calm down over in these areas.
- 5:09Speaker 4: I would love that.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Can we get like darlings, can you chime in, like, uh,
- 5:15Speaker 3: who are some of the like the friends of that
- 5:17Speaker 3: we barely knew?
- 5:18Speaker 4: Ye, Like, there's got there's got to.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Be a list of people that I was two percent
- 5:23Speaker 3: invested in for four months, yeah, and then never heard
- 5:26Speaker 3: from them again, Like sure, who are they?
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yeah, we gotta do an episode on like the just
- 5:32Speaker 2: the Friends of you know, it would be like the
- 5:35Speaker 2: Friends of uh kind of uh, like like, what's what
- 5:40Speaker 2: am I going? What's the what's the Christmas ghost of
- 5:43Speaker 2: Christmas Past?
- 5:45Speaker 5: Oh?
- 5:45Speaker 2: Yeah, the friends of Yeah, friends of the past, Housewives
- 5:49Speaker 2: of the Present, Housewives of future. You know, you know
- 5:51Speaker 2: that type of thing. I couldn't remember. What is the
- 5:56Speaker 2: Charles Dickens freaking uh story?
- 5:59Speaker 4: What is Carol?
- 6:00Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, help me, my brain is Friedan I'm
- 6:04Speaker 2: wearing a Tiffany's outfit. I have on the Tierra the
- 6:08Speaker 2: glasses and one glove and pearls and a black shirt.
- 6:13Speaker 2: So you can check out. We'll post a picture of
- 6:16Speaker 2: all this over on the highly curated at Drama Darling
- 6:20Speaker 2: show on Instagram, So go there. Well, Mary is setting
- 6:25Speaker 2: up for her breakfast at Mary's and this is her
- 6:29Speaker 2: first event at her house, like she has done one
- 6:33Speaker 2: at the restaurants, but this is the first one at
- 6:35Speaker 2: her house.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Yes, pipe and drape. The pipe and drape involved for
- 6:39Speaker 3: the dining room. Is that always there? And she is
- 6:42Speaker 3: that how she closes off the rooms with the black
- 6:45Speaker 3: pipe and drape.
- 6:47Speaker 2: I don't know. I think maybe.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Because when they walked in the dining room, I saw
- 6:51Speaker 3: the black pipe and drape and I was like, I.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Think that's always there and these rooms are showcased in
- 6:58Speaker 4: that up.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Ye, I feel like that's it. I feel like it's
- 7:00Speaker 2: always there because it's like you can't go in there.
- 7:03Speaker 2: That's always the throt you get. Yeah, we haven't seen
- 7:06Speaker 2: that room with the green carpet in a while. I
- 7:08Speaker 2: need to get eyes on that one. Yeah, but yeah, anyway,
- 7:11Speaker 2: we'll check in with that another time. But that whole
- 7:14Speaker 2: little bit where they were where they did this is
- 7:17Speaker 2: Mary's breakfasted, Mary's meet Mary go lightly and they had
- 7:22Speaker 2: a whole thing, And I did love that at the
- 7:26Speaker 2: end they were like, will she get burned or have burned?
- 7:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 7:33Speaker 3: That that used to be the tool that they would
- 7:37Speaker 3: they would make these kind of vignettes that and that
- 7:40Speaker 3: used to be the tool they used when they were
- 7:42Speaker 3: when it was like a week season or going to
- 7:44Speaker 3: be a week episode. Totally, yes, But I don't think
- 7:48Speaker 3: that's the case anymore.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I think these saw like people the editors are like,
- 7:53Speaker 2: you know what, we're gonna make time for fun. Yes,
- 7:57Speaker 2: whether we whether it's a you know, the episode of
- 8:00Speaker 2: drama or light, then do it.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:03Speaker 3: I'm into it. I think it really it gives the
- 8:07Speaker 3: show dimension. Yeah, and I know that like then it might,
- 8:11Speaker 3: it might take you out of it for a little bit,
- 8:13Speaker 3: but I feel like, I don't know, it makes it
- 8:16Speaker 3: a it makes it fine, and there's a little bit
- 8:18Speaker 3: of a wink to us, but I don't.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I like when they went to Milwaukee and they
- 8:22Speaker 2: did that whole okay, surely thing. It does it. You're right,
- 8:25Speaker 2: it does add dimension, and it kind of reformats utilizing
- 8:29Speaker 2: that type of thing because we know they don't need it.
- 8:33Speaker 2: And that's why we can probably accept it more and
- 8:36Speaker 2: have had with it because we're not like, oh but
- 8:39Speaker 2: there's nothing going on, why do we have to watch this?
- 8:41Speaker 2: You know? So right right, it is kind of cool.
- 8:44Speaker 2: So Lisa and Heather go to Kimo Sabi drum roll,
- 8:49Speaker 2: Keemo sabi. Hello.
- 8:51Speaker 3: I What was so weird is that Lisa got there
- 8:55Speaker 3: first and then Heather comes in and has net.
- 8:58Speaker 4: She thought it was a sushi rush. She had never
- 9:02Speaker 4: she didn't realize Kimo Sabi was Kimo Sabi.
- 9:04Speaker 3: And yet we know how there's a Housewives fan r
- 9:08Speaker 3: specifically Kyle Richards, and I just was really surprised by
- 9:13Speaker 3: that because, yeah, I mean, that is Kyle's place, so
- 9:19Speaker 3: I mean, not she owns it, but I'm just saying, like,
- 9:22Speaker 3: I mean, Heather literally was having white parties because of
- 9:25Speaker 3: Kyle Richards right before she was on the show.
- 9:28Speaker 2: You're right, by the way, she said that in her
- 9:31Speaker 2: book that we read here on the Bravo Book Club.
- 9:34Speaker 2: You are so right. So so maybe it's new and
- 9:38Speaker 2: maybe she didn't realize that it was there because there's
- 9:41Speaker 2: a Chemo Sabi in Jackson Hole and remember I went
- 9:44Speaker 2: there right in the summer, and so like maybe it
- 9:48Speaker 2: just popped up recently. I don't know who knows. But
- 9:50Speaker 2: the secret room was kind of cool.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, that was cool.
- 9:54Speaker 3: The bar, the secret bar, Yeah, I forgot to look
- 9:57Speaker 3: at what tequila's were there.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Oh my god, hm my tecula and then Rana all
- 10:04Speaker 2: of a sudden pops up. I bet my good friend
- 10:10Speaker 2: Kendall Janner.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Maybe she did pop up and we didn't see it,
- 10:15Speaker 3: and that's why Heather spilled the drink on herself out
- 10:17Speaker 3: in my surprise after the toast.
- 10:20Speaker 2: That was hilarious because Heather was like, I'll teach her,
- 10:22Speaker 2: you know. She was like, I'll show her what for
- 10:25Speaker 2: and then he was like, you had it and then
- 10:29Speaker 2: you lost it. You had it, You got raccoon, You
- 10:34Speaker 2: got raccoon dick on your face. Now, Lisa Barlow saying
- 10:41Speaker 2: I want to live in a world where I don't
- 10:43Speaker 2: know about raccoon penises was as the kids say, or
- 10:48Speaker 2: at people say, it was not on my bingo card. Wow,
- 10:52Speaker 2: so funny.
- 10:53Speaker 4: I yeah, I was a perfect Barlow.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Perfect Barlow. So this is you know, Lisa is really
- 10:59Speaker 2: threading the needle between bron Wynn and Heather, or she's
- 11:03Speaker 2: trying to, and this is gonna end up biting her
- 11:05Speaker 2: in the ass because by the end of this conversation,
- 11:08Speaker 2: Heather's like, yeah, she doesn't get to come in here,
- 11:11Speaker 2: and you know, uh, just well the whole thing her
- 11:15Speaker 2: speech about like, you know, this group of friends, we've
- 11:18Speaker 2: been in a fox hole together and we've been through
- 11:20Speaker 2: the fire. And she's lifting her fist and it's like,
- 11:23Speaker 2: are you leading a woman's is this me too movement?
- 11:26Speaker 2: Or is this just the real housewives and you don't
- 11:28Speaker 2: want someone else to, you know, join in.
- 11:30Speaker 4: It's Heather talking herself into being mad.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it totally is. It totally is.
- 11:36Speaker 3: It's a pep talk because the second she almost gets
- 11:39Speaker 3: to the ledge of forgiveness, she like makes some shit
- 11:43Speaker 3: up and gets re angry because she was invited right right.
- 11:51Speaker 2: And then Lisa at the end kind of co signs
- 11:55Speaker 2: her speech because Heather's like, she doesn't get get If
- 11:59Speaker 2: she doesn't get it, that's fine, I'll teach her. And
- 12:01Speaker 2: then Lisa's like, yeah, go ahead and teach her. I
- 12:04Speaker 2: agree with that. You know. She essentially was like and
- 12:07Speaker 2: I'm thinking, oh my god, Lisa, You're gonna really pay
- 12:09Speaker 2: for this later because bron Win's gonna be like, why
- 12:12Speaker 2: did you? I don't understand because here we are and
- 12:15Speaker 2: she's trying to be a friend to Bronwyn, but at
- 12:17Speaker 2: the same time, she can't be fully honest with Bronwin.
- 12:20Speaker 2: And she's really loyal to Heather because she says like,
- 12:24Speaker 2: by the way, I feel like I was really a
- 12:26Speaker 2: good friend to you on this trip.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Yeah I I Well, Lisa wants her pat on the
- 12:32Speaker 3: back for being a like a normal friend.
- 12:37Speaker 5: I mean right right, She's acting like, so, where is
- 12:41Speaker 5: my nobel peace Fries And I'm like, that's like friendship
- 12:46Speaker 5: one on one, but good try right right.
- 12:49Speaker 3: And also, you know again like I don't think she
- 12:52Speaker 3: is being that good of a friend to Heather, because
- 12:55Speaker 3: a good friend to Heather would be like Heather.
- 12:58Speaker 4: Like you were invited, Yeah, choosing to like be this way.
- 13:03Speaker 3: You're having this fight by yourself, but you've managed to
- 13:07Speaker 3: also really upset this cool person.
- 13:09Speaker 4: But all right, let's do a teacher.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Yeah, teacher a thing or two. I mean to the
- 13:14Speaker 2: fact that like Mary Cosby is the one who tried
- 13:17Speaker 2: to explain to Heather, like Bronwyn actually wanted to get
- 13:21Speaker 2: to know you, she invited you on this trip. Yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 2: the proof is not there that Lisa is being any
- 13:28Speaker 2: kind of friend to Bronwin right now. Her loyalty really
- 13:31Speaker 2: is to Heather. So you know, maybe she's Lisa's playing
- 13:37Speaker 2: the game a little more than we give it credit for.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Yeah, she's definitely playing something, But I also don't know
- 13:46Speaker 3: she's activated so like so easily that I don't know
- 13:50Speaker 3: if she's able.
- 13:51Speaker 4: To right play game.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I yes, I agree with you. I think that
- 13:57Speaker 2: her she is so activated that it's impossible to be
- 14:03Speaker 2: that activated all the time and it not be authentic.
- 14:06Speaker 2: So yeah, I think she is one of the more
- 14:09Speaker 2: authentic housewives out there. So but in this case, it
- 14:13Speaker 2: seems like like a hair of strategy, just a hair
- 14:18Speaker 2: maybe if that uh and he know what, if it is,
- 14:22Speaker 2: it doesn't necessarily bother me. But right, So, but Lisa
- 14:27Speaker 2: did say Bronwyn said she really wishes you were there
- 14:30Speaker 2: and that you were venomous and it did, you know,
- 14:32Speaker 2: at the house and it didn't go well, and Heather's like, whoh,
- 14:36Speaker 2: that's interesting because you know, she said, I she cried
- 14:39Speaker 2: when she left the house and then uh, you know,
- 14:44Speaker 2: then she was like, well, she doesn't even want me
- 14:47Speaker 2: to go. It just Heather's really looking for something with Bronwyn.
- 14:51Speaker 2: And obviously we see that later at the breakfast at
- 14:55Speaker 2: Tiffany's party. So let's talk about Bronwyn and the Todd
- 15:00Speaker 2: Father trademark. I don't know who made that up, so
- 15:03Speaker 2: God bless whoever made up that Todd father thing.
- 15:06Speaker 4: But I thought she did. I thought she called him that.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Oh she did, Okay, So I don't know if she did,
- 15:14Speaker 2: that would be kind of weird. If she is calling
- 15:16Speaker 2: her husband a father. But anyway, whatever.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Well, I mean, it's a boss, that's the what it means,
- 15:22Speaker 3: like the mob boss.
- 15:23Speaker 4: But like, I don't know, didn't know it.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Meant to that. No, I'm kidding, No, I know it's
- 15:28Speaker 2: like the reference to a godfather. But okay, So Todd
- 15:32Speaker 2: is like, wow, we've been together for ten years and
- 15:35Speaker 2: I've never seen you act that way like you did.
- 15:38Speaker 4: Wasn't the becoming.
- 15:41Speaker 2: It wasn't becoming and you ruined a perfectly nice afternoon
- 15:46Speaker 2: and basically you need to leave with your dignity and
- 15:50Speaker 2: it's this is sucking you into this sewer of bullshit.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And I'm like, welcome to the Housewise, that's what we do, darling,
- 15:59Speaker 2: but this is mine.
- 16:01Speaker 4: How did he not know?
- 16:02Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 16:03Speaker 4: They had to discuss her going on the show.
- 16:06Speaker 3: It had to be a big thing that went on
- 16:08Speaker 3: for at least a couple of weeks, if not longer.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Surely he understood what this show was clearly not. I mean,
- 16:18Speaker 4: that blows my mind.
- 16:20Speaker 3: I get that he's busy, I get all that, but
- 16:25Speaker 3: when it's coming down to it, I mean, you're not
- 16:28Speaker 3: gonna watch one, but you're not going to watch a
- 16:30Speaker 3: clip online.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Oh no, he's not gonna do that. No, I fully
- 16:34Speaker 2: believe he wouldn't do that. I think what it is
- 16:36Speaker 2: is like she's probably watched Housewives for a long time.
- 16:40Speaker 2: It's probably been on in the house, and he's like, oh,
- 16:43Speaker 2: you're watching your lady's stuff. So she's equating your lady stuff.
- 16:48Speaker 2: You're watching your shows, you're watching your programs on the
- 16:51Speaker 2: television set, you know. And he's like he has maybe
- 16:56Speaker 2: by default subconsciously seen this. Her mind, she's thinking, tod,
- 17:02Speaker 2: you've seen it on all the time. I'm gonna get
- 17:05Speaker 2: on this show. So it's like in her mind, she's
- 17:10Speaker 2: it's pretty obvious. Whereas that never penetrated into his actual
- 17:14Speaker 2: system what this is, which is so hard to believe
- 17:18Speaker 2: that they wouldn't have this conversation, or maybe he just thought.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Maybe the conversation was I'm gonna be on this show,
- 17:25Speaker 2: but I'm going to be better than you know, I'm
- 17:27Speaker 2: not gonna go low. And he's saying, like, they're sucking
- 17:31Speaker 2: you down, and you got to do this with your dignity.
- 17:33Speaker 2: This is not what we'd agreed or discussed. But I'm like,
- 17:39Speaker 2: you don't know your wife like you didn't even know
- 17:42Speaker 2: that she had this in her, that she had the
- 17:45Speaker 2: language to walk away and say, you want me to
- 17:49Speaker 2: ride your dick like it's my job. Have you never
- 17:52Speaker 2: heard her talk like this? Because she sits across from
- 17:54Speaker 2: you and says, you know, this has got me feeling
- 17:57Speaker 2: some kind of way. You clearly know on some level
- 18:01Speaker 2: who she is. She's got a lot of charisma. She's
- 18:03Speaker 2: dressing up as a hot dog, like, right, why do
- 18:06Speaker 2: you not know her?
- 18:07Speaker 3: Also for do you remember what like her first or
- 18:12Speaker 3: second episode? I think that was at Angie's party, she's
- 18:15Speaker 3: machine gun texting him play by plays of.
- 18:18Speaker 4: The party, thank you.
- 18:20Speaker 3: So he's in the mix and knows. Now he wasn't
- 18:23Speaker 3: necessarily replying because I think he was like at a
- 18:26Speaker 3: meeting or something, but.
- 18:30Speaker 4: He's in it, he knows.
- 18:33Speaker 3: So for him, I think that for whatever he thought
- 18:37Speaker 3: this was going to be, or however he thought this
- 18:40Speaker 3: would be controlled, the.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Wheels are off.
- 18:42Speaker 3: I can't wait to hear from him in some way
- 18:46Speaker 3: at the reunion or postseason because I just I need
- 18:50Speaker 3: to know his take now.
- 18:53Speaker 4: And what he was thinking then, And also like he's
- 18:56Speaker 4: being filmed saying these things.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Which is the most fascinating part about it, because right,
- 19:03Speaker 2: it seems very real to me, and her emotion seemed
- 19:08Speaker 2: very real, and she seemed very conflicted about it, and
- 19:10Speaker 2: of course when we saw her in that confessional and
- 19:12Speaker 2: she was like, Todd's opinion matters to me. It may
- 19:16Speaker 2: be the thing that it means everything to me, so
- 19:20Speaker 2: to disappoint him. And I thought, well, that's you know,
- 19:24Speaker 2: I felt it, so I'm not trying to be mean
- 19:26Speaker 2: or judgmental. But I also thought, well, if you know
- 19:30Speaker 2: what he likes or would expect you to be or
- 19:34Speaker 2: want you to be, and you want to be that,
- 19:36Speaker 2: why would you go on a housewives show? Because this
- 19:39Speaker 2: is the opposite of what seems like makes he thinks,
- 19:45Speaker 2: what makes you tick. So I am you know, this
- 19:50Speaker 2: is like, like we said before, the Girardi comparison, not
- 19:54Speaker 2: in terms of like the fraud or anything like that,
- 19:57Speaker 2: but or money laundering or whatever, but the absence of
- 20:01Speaker 2: awareness of what it is.
- 20:03Speaker 3: But with Tom Girardi, I never got the feeling that
- 20:06Speaker 3: he was trying to mold Erica on camera to be
- 20:09Speaker 3: a certain way and how to act.
- 20:11Speaker 2: In Yeah, yeah, he was, yeah, you're right. He was like,
- 20:14Speaker 2: go do your stuff, Go do.
- 20:16Speaker 4: I'll pay for it. Yeah, more costumes, I'll pay for it.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Yeah, well I don't have an example then, I mean,
- 20:21Speaker 2: I don't.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Know victims will pay for it, but you know, sorry,
- 20:26Speaker 3: I just don't want to.
- 20:26Speaker 4: I just want to clear with that.
- 20:28Speaker 2: But we're on the same page there. That's where we
- 20:31Speaker 2: are on the same page. And bron was crying, saying like, oh,
- 20:35Speaker 2: I don't know how to act with these women then,
- 20:37Speaker 2: and he's like, well, leave, you know, leave with your dignity,
- 20:40Speaker 2: but leaving a scene doesn't make a Housewives show. And yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 2: I don't know how this is going to play out.
- 20:47Speaker 4: Yeah, will be.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Unless he just doesn't one to eighty and he's like, yeah,
- 20:54Speaker 3: you know what, I just I think his reputation business
- 20:57Speaker 3: wise probably is really in conflict with whatever comes out
- 21:02Speaker 3: of Housewives.
- 21:03Speaker 2: So he's gonna get fired, like Justin As fired from
- 21:06Speaker 2: his step after we did our slapping ass scene with
- 21:09Speaker 2: mud and paint and stuff.
- 21:10Speaker 3: So we're gonna get Todd in a lot of scenes,
- 21:12Speaker 3: is what you're saying. We're gonna start to see Todd
- 21:14Speaker 3: trying to work.
- 21:15Speaker 4: The drama at Angie's dog that's dyed grease like that.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Did you see your dog.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Grease lightning, Yeah, gious.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Let it. And then I was saying, oh, it's coming over,
- 21:31Speaker 4: Pinky her dad, We're gonna get more grease. What were
- 21:34Speaker 4: we saying?
- 21:35Speaker 2: Why would you get more grease with Oh, Greece like
- 21:39Speaker 2: grease like Greek.
- 21:41Speaker 4: I get it.
- 21:41Speaker 2: So I didn't gonna be grease. Oh my gosh, that's hilarious.
- 21:45Speaker 4: With your sunglasses on, I'm like, uh, what is she?
- 21:50Speaker 2: I can't I can't show you my Okay, You're like,
- 21:54Speaker 2: I don't know if she's getting what I'm saying. Wait,
- 21:58Speaker 2: who is an alarm going? Oh? Me?
- 21:59Speaker 4: You anyway?
- 22:02Speaker 2: So who has an alarm going? Me? So? All right, Well,
- 22:09Speaker 2: why why don't we move on to the angie scene?
- 22:11Speaker 2: Because wow, wow, wow wow.
- 22:13Speaker 4: You know, yeah, I love her. I thought it was
- 22:17Speaker 4: a very sweet scene.
- 22:19Speaker 3: It's just that we've been here before with her dad,
- 22:23Speaker 3: and I would love to see a scene where she's
- 22:25Speaker 3: with her dad and and they don't end up crying.
- 22:30Speaker 3: I want her dad, her dad have a nice night,
- 22:32Speaker 3: come over for dinner and have a nice night.
- 22:34Speaker 2: I see what you're saying. Well, you know, I get it,
- 22:38Speaker 2: but part of me, well, first of all, I think
- 22:41Speaker 2: he comes over for dinner like every night, you know,
- 22:44Speaker 2: don't you.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Well, I hope so, because I really, I mean like
- 22:47Speaker 3: I really like them. I'm also like, where are these
- 22:51Speaker 3: brothers and sisters? Like how have we never seen that?
- 22:55Speaker 2: It's a great question. Yeah, obviously they just don't want
- 22:58Speaker 2: to be on camera or something, I guess, but I
- 23:02Speaker 2: didn't mind it. I do see what you're saying, Like
- 23:05Speaker 2: every time it become with him, it just becomes talking about,
- 23:08Speaker 2: you know, how hard everything was. But this took it
- 23:12Speaker 2: to a different level, like we really did get to
- 23:14Speaker 2: know a little more about it, and I don't think
- 23:16Speaker 2: there will be many more scenes like this. It's like
- 23:20Speaker 2: we scratched the surface last season when we got to
- 23:23Speaker 2: know Angie, and now we have to go back and
- 23:25Speaker 2: revisit so we can go deeper into her story and
- 23:27Speaker 2: to know that her mom. I guess I didn't Okay,
- 23:31Speaker 2: I knew that her mom had some issues, but I
- 23:33Speaker 2: didn't realize to this degree. And now it does make
- 23:36Speaker 2: sense and how difficult it is. And I found this
- 23:39Speaker 2: to be so relatable and the whole grief and still
- 23:43Speaker 2: being mad at her mom and not wanting to be
- 23:46Speaker 2: mad at her mom, and you know, not you know,
- 23:50Speaker 2: raising a child and being aware of the love that
- 23:53Speaker 2: you're giving your child is not the love that you received.
- 23:56Speaker 2: And I feel that is just so really latable in
- 24:00Speaker 2: common with so many people.
- 24:02Speaker 3: With Angie specifically, it's just I knew this, and I've
- 24:08Speaker 3: known it a couple different times. Okay, and then I'm like, well,
- 24:12Speaker 3: then let's let's address it, because it's still affecting you,
- 24:16Speaker 3: Like maybe there's alan on, Like let's see, let's.
- 24:20Speaker 2: See you want you wanted to go further, which is like,
- 24:23Speaker 2: what is the action that will follow this storyline? Like
- 24:26Speaker 2: where do we go from here? Yeah?
- 24:28Speaker 4: I guess, yeah, I guess, Like and maybe she is working.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Maybe that will happen for the rest of the season. Oh,
- 24:34Speaker 2: sorry to cut you off, but like Angie is in
- 24:37Speaker 2: the middle of the remember she's holding the snowflake.
- 24:40Speaker 4: Oh God, is that the is that? Why? Well?
- 24:44Speaker 2: I don't know, but I'm just saying maybe there's more
- 24:46Speaker 2: of a journey and this is just a teaser to it.
- 24:48Speaker 2: But that's neither here nor there right now. But actually,
- 24:51Speaker 2: before we get into the breakfast at Tiffany's, I would
- 24:56Speaker 2: like to take a quick break. The holiday season is
- 24:58Speaker 2: tough on skin trus I'm a Michigan girl, I know
- 25:01Speaker 2: what it's like. And now I'm in California and the
- 25:04Speaker 2: moisture is just being sucked out of my skin on
- 25:07Speaker 2: a daily basis. You've got your colder weather, your stuffy
- 25:10Speaker 2: indoor heating, and NonStop festivities can lead to a dull,
- 25:14Speaker 2: dehydrated complexion. That's where today's sponsor one Skin comes in.
- 25:19Speaker 2: They're scientifically brooven products are designed to support your skin
- 25:23Speaker 2: at the cellular level so it looks and feels healthier
- 25:27Speaker 2: and holiday ready. I have my two go tos with
- 25:30Speaker 2: one skin. I use the OS one Face topical supplement
- 25:33Speaker 2: and the OS one I topical supplement has been such
- 25:37Speaker 2: a game changer for me because I've not been someone
- 25:39Speaker 2: who's really focused on taking care of my eyes. Why
- 25:43Speaker 2: I don't know, but it's the thinnest skin, it is
- 25:45Speaker 2: the most delicate and with these peptides that One Skin
- 25:49Speaker 2: has figured out, by the way, founded by an all
- 25:53Speaker 2: female team of scientists. Can I get a DJ airhorn
- 25:57Speaker 2: for that? That's what I'm talking about. When you're using
- 25:59Speaker 2: this topical supplement, it builds the epidermal thickness and it's
- 26:03Speaker 2: all because of their proprietary OS one peptide. It's the
- 26:07Speaker 2: first of its kind to switch off the cells that
- 26:10Speaker 2: cause the skin to become more vulnerable. You don't have
- 26:13Speaker 2: to take my word for it, I mean truly. One
- 26:15Speaker 2: Skin has over sixty three hundred five star reviews for
- 26:18Speaker 2: their moisturizers, their cleansers, and their sunscreens. And by the way,
- 26:22Speaker 2: their OS one face topical supplement is my go to.
- 26:25Speaker 2: I have seriously noticed that my skin is firmer, healthier,
- 26:29Speaker 2: it's more radiant. I mean, just look at me. I
- 26:33Speaker 2: record this podcast every day on film. People can see me.
- 26:37Speaker 2: I need to take care of my skin. One Skin
- 26:40Speaker 2: addresses skin health at the molecular level, targeting the root
- 26:44Speaker 2: causes of aging, so skin behaves, feels, and appears younger.

- 29:45Speaker 2: cleanliness matters. And we're back talking the Real Housewives of
- 29:49Speaker 2: Salt Lake City. And here we are over at breakfast
- 29:52Speaker 2: at Mary's, which we did talk a little bit about
- 29:55Speaker 2: already to some of the broad strokes. But who called
- 29:58Speaker 2: meritith spangs an octo?
- 30:00Speaker 1: Was?
- 30:00Speaker 2: Was that Bronwin? Yes?
- 30:01Speaker 3: Yes, well, because Bronwin got there first and had to
- 30:05Speaker 3: just chill and hang with Ricardo the bartender.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Eduardo, Yeah, oh Eduardo.
- 30:11Speaker 4: But I was like, maybe you guys could shut it up.
- 30:15Speaker 3: But then I thought he's probably not miked and probably
- 30:17Speaker 3: didn't sign anything right right talk.
- 30:21Speaker 2: But she looked so good.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I know, I loved her look.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. And Mary looked great. Everyone looked great.
- 30:31Speaker 2: So Lisa's jumpsuit, which was such a slam to Mary
- 30:36Speaker 2: at her own house, to be like, I had this
- 30:38Speaker 2: first from the Fendi Runway front row.
- 30:41Speaker 3: You know, I know, because we've barely seen Mary in
- 30:46Speaker 3: any on any red carpet, but I knew Mary wore
- 30:50Speaker 3: it like and I don't know about in terms of fashion.
- 30:53Speaker 2: But I was like that looks oh my gosh.
- 30:56Speaker 4: But as soon as.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Mary called it out, I was like, oh my god, yeah,
- 31:00Speaker 3: because what else have we seen her in?
- 31:04Speaker 2: Amazing? So Heather snubs braun Win and Mary was like,
- 31:10Speaker 2: I invited Brittani so that she knows that I'm not poor,
- 31:14Speaker 2: and there just was a lot of like funny asides.
- 31:16Speaker 2: We did get that whole Lincoln Versace China discussion, which
- 31:23Speaker 2: I yeah, I.
- 31:24Speaker 4: Want to say, I really hope and.
- 31:27Speaker 2: She I know what you're gonna say, and I agree.
- 31:30Speaker 2: I think she was saying it was like that it
- 31:34Speaker 2: was the green key. It wasn't Masaci, but it was
- 31:37Speaker 2: like that, and they edited together to make it look
- 31:40Speaker 2: like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, one hundred.
- 31:44Speaker 3: And she is correct because I did look up that
- 31:47Speaker 3: Lincoln China and she is correct.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Excellent.
- 31:50Speaker 4: You know, like people and I don't. It's so slammed
- 31:53Speaker 4: of Versace.
- 31:54Speaker 3: I mean it just like people borrow design and do
- 31:57Speaker 3: something else and whatever.
- 31:59Speaker 2: I mean, the Greek key is a very common design
- 32:04Speaker 2: that's been around since so Greeks.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I just saw some big peace about like Bersace's
- 32:11Speaker 3: stealing and I was like, no, what, No, he didn't like,
- 32:15Speaker 3: calm down.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, no, I mean what like okay, so the
- 32:19Speaker 2: floor de leis I mean there's another like I doesn't
- 32:22Speaker 2: like like like are we gonna see like every time,
- 32:26Speaker 2: like there's a diamond shade or like an oh like
- 32:27Speaker 2: oh what ali how anyway? So all right, so Heather
- 32:33Speaker 2: starts off by being like, thank you Mary for including everyone.
- 32:37Speaker 2: I'm like, it's the Palm Desert trip and and then
- 32:42Speaker 2: it's like shit hits the fan. But before we hit
- 32:45Speaker 2: the fan, Meredith is like, today is the coolonga and
- 32:50Speaker 2: last time you had the el Sap tromp with those
- 32:56Speaker 2: bangs before she was kicked out in her furst coat
- 33:02Speaker 2: yelling through the hall. They I mean, pretty epic. Of course,
- 33:07Speaker 2: we always love to see housewives arguing in costumes, and
- 33:10Speaker 2: this was really top notch.
- 33:13Speaker 4: Yeah, well most of them were.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Nobody else felt like they were in a costume, but Meredith,
- 33:18Speaker 3: Meredith felt like she was in a full costume. Yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 3: everybody else could kind of like You'll watch the flashback
- 33:25Speaker 3: and be like there was a theme, I think, and
- 33:29Speaker 3: then you'll see Meredith and you'll be like, oh yeah, right.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Like she really did stick out like a sore thumb,
- 33:35Speaker 2: you know, Yeah, but that's okay. I'm glad that she
- 33:41Speaker 2: did what she did because look at what we have.
- 33:43Speaker 2: What a gift. So yeah, then we before Heather really
- 33:49Speaker 2: you know, drills down, Brittany has her moment and kink
- 33:54Speaker 2: was real. Oh first real, Oh I thought you were joking.
- 33:59Speaker 3: No, the first one felt real and the second one
- 34:02Speaker 3: felt banana town.
- 34:04Speaker 2: I thought all of it was banana town, but her
- 34:07Speaker 2: being feeling excluded definitely real. So I'll give you that,
- 34:11Speaker 2: yeah for sure. Yeah yeah, but like this whole I mean,
- 34:16Speaker 2: the reason why I'm saying banana town for all of
- 34:19Speaker 2: it is like, I can't believe that you brought a
- 34:22Speaker 2: bottle of wine to my Mormon event. I have to
- 34:25Speaker 2: show the world that I am Mormon. I'm like, yeah,
- 34:28Speaker 2: don't let anybody know on a television show what you're
- 34:34Speaker 2: up to. So that was NODS. But guess what else
- 34:39Speaker 2: totally shocked me? Mary saying getting Jared is sliding into
- 34:45Speaker 2: her DMS. The heck is that of a.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Also shocking is what he says in the DMS that
- 34:51Speaker 3: fucking chat bought GPT. But what a quality an amazing human.
- 34:58Speaker 3: Oh wow, I was in me immediately connected to you
- 35:01Speaker 3: as a daughter of God. I feel a spiritual connection.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Still, wait, you might be onto something that.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Yeah, it doesn't sound like a human wrote it or proof.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Reddit whoam Yeah okay, I yeah, that's that is wow. Okay.
- 35:23Speaker 3: I think he just thinks people like women specifically, must
- 35:28Speaker 3: are daily ming him.
- 35:30Speaker 2: Well yeah, and he's got his thing set up to
- 35:33Speaker 2: you know, respond or something like that. Yeah.
- 35:36Speaker 3: Oh well maybe I just think, yeah, he's just putting
- 35:39Speaker 3: it out there to whoever, like because we already know,
- 35:42Speaker 3: like he remember, we know the he's dming Britney's brow
- 35:48Speaker 3: gal or whatever.
- 35:51Speaker 2: Wow, Emily, really nice work on remembering that. That was.
- 35:56Speaker 2: That was really good to help. I can't see my
- 35:58Speaker 2: my sound drops because of my glasses. I'm trying to
- 36:01Speaker 2: find the DJ airhorn. There you go. So then Heather,
- 36:05Speaker 2: so Brittany and Bronwin fight about all that bullshit. It's
- 36:08Speaker 2: just like very surface. And then Heather was like, well
- 36:11Speaker 2: why don't you why didn't you have a prenup for real?
- 36:13Speaker 2: Like so then Heather loves a list in her fights,
- 36:17Speaker 2: just like screenshots, you know, uh, timeline proof blah blah blah.
- 36:23Speaker 2: And here she's like, I know three things about Todd.
- 36:27Speaker 2: He doesn't have a prenup with you. He collects Starbucks
- 36:30Speaker 2: mugs and I know that he's an asshole on couple
- 36:33Speaker 2: strips when he wants people to leave. Boy does she
- 36:36Speaker 2: love her lists? And uh, that was amazing. Bron's like
- 36:42Speaker 2: cute Lisa.
- 36:45Speaker 4: Sometimes Bronwin's mouth gets tinier and tinier.
- 36:48Speaker 2: So small. You're right, Really, the more mad she gets.
- 36:52Speaker 4: Or the more increased by the end of her rage,
- 36:57Speaker 4: she's a little church mouse.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a tiny little poop. You know, when you
- 37:01Speaker 2: draw a picture, like when you're little, and you just
- 37:03Speaker 2: do like a little dot for a mouth or whatever,
- 37:05Speaker 2: like a smiley face dot.
- 37:10Speaker 4: That was she said she bought Heather a first class ticket.
- 37:21Speaker 2: That was shocking. Remember last week when I told you
- 37:24Speaker 2: that Bronwyn uploaded a screenshot of a canceled itinerary and
- 37:29Speaker 2: I couldn't figure out what it was for, and then
- 37:32Speaker 2: we realized it was Heather's. So that was the proof
- 37:35Speaker 2: that she did have it. And then like here back
- 37:38Speaker 2: to your point about Heather kind of like curating these
- 37:41Speaker 2: working herself up into a frenzy for an argument. No
- 37:45Speaker 2: one knows my birthday, How did you do that? You
- 37:48Speaker 2: must be working on a blog to take me down.
- 37:52Speaker 2: You must have hired, you know. So she's like, I'm
- 37:54Speaker 2: like she got it from fucking production, you know.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and like nobody here knows even if she put
- 37:59Speaker 3: a wrong birth date in. You just have to fix
- 38:03Speaker 3: it with the airline. It's a pain in the ass.
- 38:05Speaker 3: But like you know what I mean.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Like, yeah, so that buys take it out. I know.
- 38:11Speaker 2: I just thought, like, Heather, we love you. We don't
- 38:14Speaker 2: need you to like try this hard. You don't need
- 38:15Speaker 2: to bust her on this. Yes, it's not an investigation,
- 38:19Speaker 2: you know.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Yeah, And I don't know, like it feels like Braun went,
- 38:24Speaker 3: especially this past week, like outside of the show in
- 38:28Speaker 3: real time, has been going hard on Lisa in terms
- 38:33Speaker 3: of her real friendship, her real friendship and Lisa's not
- 38:36Speaker 3: a real friend and.
- 38:36Speaker 4: She hopes they can figure it out at the reunion.
- 38:39Speaker 3: She's not going to say any more than this, but like,
- 38:42Speaker 3: you know, so I'm not hearing her go hard on Heather, right,
- 38:46Speaker 3: so maybe they do make up.
- 38:48Speaker 2: I think that would be great. I actually loved how
- 38:51Speaker 2: it came around, and I think Heather knew that it
- 38:54Speaker 2: had to come to a head and she needed to like,
- 38:56Speaker 2: you know, finally meet Braun when at some point and
- 39:00Speaker 2: do a reset, which we wanted before the trip. But
- 39:04Speaker 2: I did like that bron Win throughout the first Olive Branch,
- 39:07Speaker 2: which was like I wanted to get to know you.
- 39:10Speaker 2: I know, we know to a long heart start and
- 39:12Speaker 2: then night, but it didn't work out that way, and
- 39:14Speaker 2: so it just doesn't. And then Heather's like, I'm fiercely
- 39:22Speaker 2: protective of this group and people coming against it. And
- 39:25Speaker 2: we weren't a Foxholm.
- 39:26Speaker 6: We fought in World War two together, and we go
- 39:29Speaker 6: back through Mormon history. We are ancestors and we have
- 39:32Speaker 6: signed a book together and blood and we are sisters
- 39:35Speaker 6: up and so she's like, but I would like to
- 39:39Speaker 6: set the reset button and know you. I'm like, finally,
- 39:42Speaker 6: Jesus Mother Mormon.
- 39:44Speaker 2: So and then Brittany's like, can I just can I
- 39:47Speaker 2: just step in and say I'm sorry and here's my
- 39:50Speaker 2: authentic apology to you, Bronwen, I am sorry. So then
- 40:01Speaker 2: Angie's like, wait a moment, I actually would like too long.
- 40:04Speaker 2: We're talk world from where you mirrored Earth, and it
- 40:08Speaker 2: was like, so.
- 40:10Speaker 5: Now it always is with Angie, it always is, but oh,
- 40:17Speaker 5: oh you're driving now Okay, I'll just screw it.
- 40:20Speaker 4: Out of your way. In the driver's seat right right.
- 40:23Speaker 2: She pops in, Are you getting this? I'm ready, I'm
- 40:27Speaker 2: ready for my stune. Her timing is so off. It's
- 40:29Speaker 2: like we all just kind of got to a place.
- 40:33Speaker 2: We already had an argument, we already had this and
- 40:34Speaker 2: then the other thing. And I'm not saying you can't
- 40:37Speaker 2: have a layered scene and have different people doing everything,
- 40:41Speaker 2: but it wasn't necessarily necessary.
- 40:46Speaker 3: Yeah, it felt it's not manufactured. Just in Angie's head.
- 40:50Speaker 3: It felt like, shit, I didn't bring my props, but
- 40:54Speaker 3: it's showtime, baby, and and it just was like, we're
- 41:00Speaker 3: gonna shoehorn this in for Angie.
- 41:03Speaker 2: Give it to Angie. Yeah, exactly exactly. So then she's.
- 41:06Speaker 4: Oh, Meredith was ready, I will say.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Oh, my dad. She was waiting in the wings with
- 41:13Speaker 2: those bangs.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Those spikes, those little spikes on her forehead.
- 41:18Speaker 4: She shags.
- 41:22Speaker 2: You know, Meredith doesn't cop to what she does, and
- 41:26Speaker 2: that's just the facts. When she she did deuce, she
- 41:31Speaker 2: had a misstep, and when she did allude about the husband,
- 41:35Speaker 2: that was not good. And when the LGBTQ community, as
- 41:39Speaker 2: Angie said, had their back saying like this wasn't good.
- 41:43Speaker 2: It didn't look good for Meredith at the time. It
- 41:45Speaker 2: really didn't because it looked like she was trying to
- 41:48Speaker 2: expose something and alluding to him being gay, and that
- 41:51Speaker 2: doesn't bode well at all when you are an ally
- 41:55Speaker 2: and if you have a platform to be an ally
- 42:01Speaker 2: like that, And so I thought she had a misstep
- 42:04Speaker 2: there and didn't own up to that. And then the
- 42:07Speaker 2: second one was when merediths like, I don't want to
- 42:10Speaker 2: go backwards, and if we do go backwards, it's not
- 42:15Speaker 2: going to be pretty for anybody, And that is a
- 42:18Speaker 2: veiled threat. I mean it really is. Did you think that?
- 42:23Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 42:23Speaker 3: But I also was like she she did, I couldn't
- 42:27Speaker 3: tell of what she didn't want to go backwards too
- 42:29Speaker 3: and wouldn't be pretty.
- 42:30Speaker 4: Is that she was going to play that audio.
- 42:32Speaker 2: Okay and talking that. That probably is what it was.
- 42:35Speaker 4: Then, because because it did feel like she was going
- 42:38Speaker 4: to be ready, she was going.
- 42:39Speaker 2: To be ready when yeah, when it was going to
- 42:42Speaker 2: be dug up okay.
- 42:43Speaker 3: And she'd give everybody a break, She'd give Angie a
- 42:46Speaker 3: break to take it back before she went there. But
- 42:48Speaker 3: then she was going to go there. So Obviously we
- 42:51Speaker 3: didn't hear it in this the table didn't hear it.
- 42:54Speaker 3: We've heard it, but like, yeah, I think that that
- 42:58Speaker 3: was the thing. She was, Okay, go ahead, keep going
- 43:01Speaker 3: because I have audio.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Well, in that case, I'm actually fine with her playing
- 43:05Speaker 2: that audio because Sean did say her son in that audio.
- 43:09Speaker 2: So I do feel like she needed to point to
- 43:11Speaker 2: those receipts because we didn't get to it in Palm Spring.
- 43:14Speaker 2: So if that's what it was, I'm actually fine with that.
- 43:17Speaker 2: When Whitney grabbed the phone and then she she tried
- 43:21Speaker 2: to cover it up with like I was turning get up.
- 43:23Speaker 2: Do you think she really was turning it up or
- 43:25Speaker 2: do you think she was going to close it? Like?
- 43:27Speaker 2: What are your thoughts on that?
- 43:28Speaker 3: Absolutely she was trying to turn it up. Oh okay,
- 43:31Speaker 3: I don't think Whitney would fuck around. I really didn't
- 43:34Speaker 3: think she the fact that Meredith thought that Whitney would
- 43:36Speaker 3: be the kind of person that would start like scrolling
- 43:38Speaker 3: through her phone.
- 43:39Speaker 2: I thought she was just gonna shut it down. I
- 43:41Speaker 2: didn't think she was going to scroll through it. I
- 43:42Speaker 2: don't think she was going to shut it off.
- 43:44Speaker 4: Y'alled at her and said stop scrolling through my phone.
- 43:46Speaker 3: Oh and Whitney was like what Like, so I was
- 43:51Speaker 3: surprised that Meredith thought Whitney would be the kind of
- 43:54Speaker 3: person that would do that, but also like grabbing it
- 43:57Speaker 3: out of Meredith's hand was not cool, and I the
- 44:02Speaker 3: then the rage went off in Meredith, and I was like, well,
- 44:05Speaker 3: I kind of get it if she thinks Whitney's that
- 44:07Speaker 3: kind of person, Like I got it.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what, anyone grabbing your phone is like
- 44:15Speaker 2: a no no zone. You know, that's that's chargering for everybody,
- 44:19Speaker 2: Like these are our pacifiers. You know, this is like
- 44:23Speaker 2: intense right here.
- 44:24Speaker 3: So well, and there's like personal information, there's ca and
- 44:27Speaker 3: then there's situation. There's cameras everywhere, like who knows what
- 44:31Speaker 3: she has in there in terms of photos or whatever.
- 44:34Speaker 4: And I just thought, like.
- 44:36Speaker 2: I just didn't think that, Like I didn't think that
- 44:38Speaker 2: Whitney was grabbing it to turn it up. I thought
- 44:42Speaker 2: she was grabbing it to shut it down. And so
- 44:44Speaker 2: that's where that's where I was not that Meredith thought that,
- 44:48Speaker 2: but then she was trying to turn.
- 44:50Speaker 4: It get out.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I thought she was turning it and then she
- 44:53Speaker 3: was like she got it down to try to turn
- 44:55Speaker 3: it up.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Okay, well that's good. Well Mary is used to getting
- 45:00Speaker 2: control of her you know, congregation, but she certainly couldn't
- 45:04Speaker 2: at her table. And she was saying it to both
- 45:07Speaker 2: people Whitney, you know, or I'm sorry, Angie and Meredith
- 45:12Speaker 2: to like calm down, and she just said, like anybody says,
- 45:15Speaker 2: you know, if you can't calm down, leave my house.
- 45:17Speaker 2: And so it was like Mary's like, just get me
- 45:19Speaker 2: her reins on, you know, But dang, she was real
- 45:23Speaker 2: upset in those bangs and then she just stormed out
- 45:26Speaker 2: in that foyer, which was an award winning exit. But
- 45:29Speaker 2: I did feel for Mary because she was like, no,
- 45:32Speaker 2: what I'm trying to say is if you can't calm down,
- 45:34Speaker 2: leave But.
- 45:35Speaker 3: I didn't understand why Mary got offended that Meredith would
- 45:37Speaker 3: want to leave after that, because Mary thought.
- 45:40Speaker 2: That because Mary didn't want Meredith think she was actually
- 45:43Speaker 2: kicking her out, that's why she was upset.
- 45:45Speaker 3: Oh but that But but she got mad at Meredith
- 45:48Speaker 3: for that, which I was like, well if she was,
- 45:51Speaker 3: she said it clearly that she was too upset that
- 45:53Speaker 3: she wanted to leave.
- 45:54Speaker 4: You think Mary would get that of all people, just right,
- 45:57Speaker 4: I gotta get out of it.
- 45:58Speaker 2: But if anyone wants to leave somewhere, Mary should get it.
- 46:01Speaker 3: Yeah, and so I was a little surprised that Mary
- 46:05Speaker 3: took that so personally and.
- 46:08Speaker 2: Her it's her party. You don't leave her party. You
- 46:10Speaker 2: can leave other places, but not Mary's party.
- 46:14Speaker 4: It's true.
- 46:15Speaker 2: I'm surprised. No, I'm just I'm just kidding around. Anyway,
- 46:20Speaker 2: what a great episode and just thank you.
- 46:23Speaker 3: And we had the line of the the episode was
- 46:27Speaker 3: Mary being happy Meredith left because this is an Audrey.
- 46:31Speaker 3: This was Audrey Heppern, not the flint Stone begs.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I which I had. She left with those banks stones
- 46:41Speaker 2: one time.
- 46:42Speaker 4: And then when she said that, I was like, holy shit.
- 46:45Speaker 2: It's uncanny. And if I think someone needs to do
- 46:48Speaker 2: a side by side of like the Pebbles Bangs or ever. Yeah,
- 46:53Speaker 2: in my mind, yeah, it's it's what's her name? Who
- 46:55Speaker 2: are the two Wilma Yam and Betty?
- 46:58Speaker 3: Yeah, but in my mind had a swoop and it
- 47:01Speaker 3: didn't even matter. I was like, right, flint Stones, just
- 47:07Speaker 3: so I think you're right. I think pebbles.
- 47:09Speaker 4: Yeah. And Maaron was like, oh you think I look
- 47:15Speaker 4: like a baby, thank you?
- 47:17Speaker 2: I look so young, guys, thank you so much for listening,
- 47:23Speaker 2: and uh head on over to the Patreon dot com
- 47:27Speaker 2: slash drama Darling for the Orange County reunion tomorrow and
