- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to fugitive any I think that he
- 0:09Speaker 1: is getting to him a little bit. It's getting to
- 0:14Speaker 1: me a little bit. It's making me do strange things
- 0:20Speaker 1: and it's not so Hello, welcome to let me boy.
- 0:26Speaker 1: You just let me boy to sleep. This is Wisper Wednesday.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It's still I don't know what time. It is, about
- 0:37Speaker 1: four o'clock, two minutes the four peer. Please only listen
- 0:46Speaker 1: when you can safely close your eze. I've been waiting
- 0:51Speaker 1: all day to do this because there's building work going
- 0:54Speaker 1: on opposite me in the flat opposite Norway. It's not
- 1:01Speaker 1: in all Way, but the flat when you go out
- 1:04Speaker 1: the front door the opposite door. In there, he's having
- 1:10Speaker 1: his bathroom redone and he's had his bath taken out today.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Now I can't readly complain about the noise because it's
- 1:22Speaker 1: been pretty quiet. It's far enough away to not really
- 1:27Speaker 1: affect me too much. But the other side of it
- 1:31Speaker 1: is I need to keep Finny occupied auditarily because if
- 1:43Speaker 1: he has movement out of the front door, he's got
- 1:49Speaker 1: a wad of barkin. So this is the first moment
- 1:55Speaker 1: of the whole day where there hasn't been music or
- 2:02Speaker 1: some kind of something that he can listen to to
- 2:08Speaker 1: distract him apart from when we've been out. So I'm
- 2:16Speaker 1: not sure how he's going to react when he because
- 2:19Speaker 1: the math is actually in the doorway, the one they've removed,
- 2:26Speaker 1: so when they drag that down the stairs, I'm guessing
- 2:31Speaker 1: Vinnie will give some type of response which is understandable. Wow. Okay,
- 2:49Speaker 1: So I'm guessing it's the artist day of the year
- 2:56Speaker 1: so far, and I probably could do with wearing shorts
- 3:00Speaker 1: or wearing not much inside. But I can't walk around
- 3:08Speaker 1: in just me undeas because I've got no curtains up.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I washed my curtains at the weekend and I just
- 3:19Speaker 1: haven't bothered to put them back up yet. Even though
- 3:23Speaker 1: it'll take me probably five minutes, I'll put it off.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Actually it might have been two weeks ago I did it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So I want to say thank you to Ben, and
- 3:39Speaker 1: you know why, Ben knows why. It's a thank you
- 3:42Speaker 1: for your messages. And I have made a few changes today,
- 3:52Speaker 1: not a lot of changes, just a couple. I only
- 3:57Speaker 1: one that may affect people. I'm not doing it to
- 4:02Speaker 1: affect people. I'm just doing it because basically here's what
- 4:07Speaker 1: I've done. I have I've decided to get rid of
- 4:11Speaker 1: the website. I do have like a backup plan in place,
- 4:17Speaker 1: a redirection by waiting for it to kick in, because
- 4:21Speaker 1: it's not working at the moment. So the website. I
- 4:26Speaker 1: did have another website building as well, as that's gone also,
- 4:30Speaker 1: so a website's gone. I was getting so few visits
- 4:39Speaker 1: it really wasn't financially viable. There's like sixty six dollars
- 4:46Speaker 1: a month for twenty twenty visits maybe a day. It
- 4:52Speaker 1: just wasn't. Yeah, I couldn't keep it going, so I've
- 4:56Speaker 1: let that go for now. I've tried to redirect the
- 5:02Speaker 1: domain name, which is Jasonnewland dot com to my podcast page,
- 5:08Speaker 1: which has all my podcasts on whytch. Yeah, so like
- 5:13Speaker 1: the main podcast. What I haven't done, which is really important,
- 5:19Speaker 1: is I've not deleted any podcasts. I'm not having some
- 5:24Speaker 1: weirding going on to nothing's been deleted part from the website.
- 5:29Speaker 1: All the podcasts are running just like normal, including the
- 5:34Speaker 1: speaker ones, the SoundCloud ones, and so wherever you listen
- 5:40Speaker 1: online it's still there. Nothing's changed. A couple of other
- 5:47Speaker 1: things I've done trying to reduce my outgoings because this
- 5:59Speaker 1: financial changes come in my way, I hopefully good ones,
- 6:04Speaker 1: because I've I bought some lot of red tickets this week.
- 6:12Speaker 1: But I have got rid of a few things I
- 6:15Speaker 1: don't need to pay out for though perhaps I don't
- 6:18Speaker 1: need anymore, and they will making life easier, but I
- 6:25Speaker 1: can kind of do around around them. Because my PIP,
- 6:35Speaker 1: which is like a disability thing that's up very few
- 6:40Speaker 1: I think soon, and the government have changed it, so
- 6:46Speaker 1: chances I won't get anything, so I kin't even need
- 6:50Speaker 1: to prepare for that. Also, there's no longer any adverts
- 6:55Speaker 1: on the webs on their third podcasts, not that that
- 7:03Speaker 1: was really wasn't that was not Sometimes I didn't even
- 7:08Speaker 1: cover the cost and running all the different things, but
- 7:11Speaker 1: that's okay, so that's all gone. I cover rid of Camphor, which.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Was the editing.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Software that I used for editing the images, So Campa's
- 7:27Speaker 1: now gone. I was like thirteen pound a month. I've
- 7:34Speaker 1: got rid of the transcription cause I was adding transcriptions
- 7:40Speaker 1: to the podcasts and to the website and looking at
- 7:45Speaker 1: maybe putting a book together, but that's probably not gonna
- 7:48Speaker 1: happen anytime soon. So I got rid of that. Just transcription,
- 7:53Speaker 1: which was twenty twenty pound a month. I've kept chat
- 8:00Speaker 1: at GPT because that's what I use for the images
- 8:04Speaker 1: to create the images that canva with the finalizer all
- 8:09Speaker 1: and put it together. So yeah, I'll be using only
- 8:16Speaker 1: Chat GPT. I'm john to think of anything else that
- 8:24Speaker 1: I've managed to offload Canver transcription, the website, but no,
- 8:49Speaker 1: so the podcast stumpaign. I think fifty five pounds a
- 8:54Speaker 1: month for Spreaker, So that's that's doable. I can manage that,
- 9:02Speaker 1: and there will come in time when I'll start to
- 9:06Speaker 1: charge me more if I keep increasing the amount of
- 9:10Speaker 1: recordings that are onund there, which is going to happen naturally.
- 9:19Speaker 1: All my old recordings not on my website. You know,
- 9:26Speaker 1: let me boy to Sleep one to fifty and then
- 9:29Speaker 1: fifty one, two hundred, et cetera. All those podcasts about
- 9:35Speaker 1: my spreaker page. So yeah, it's all all available. You
- 9:45Speaker 1: just need to just I posted the link to the
- 9:52Speaker 1: spreaker page which has all my podcasts. I posted on
- 9:58Speaker 1: my Facebook which is Jason Newland's booring group.
- 10:05Speaker 2: You know what.
- 10:07Speaker 1: That's another thing is I spent I good a couple
- 10:13Speaker 1: of days really promoting the Facebook group, like really going
- 10:20Speaker 1: all out. I made a podcast just specifically to try
- 10:26Speaker 1: and get a few more members, and that and some
- 10:31Speaker 1: other stuff I did, And after all that, I've got one.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I've got two new members, both the same person, and
- 10:43Speaker 1: both two different Facebook pages with one person the same name.
- 10:51Speaker 1: So I'm wondering whether or not Facebook is really the
- 10:57Speaker 1: place where people gather anymore. I don't know, maybe cause
- 11:06Speaker 1: I'm not reading on Twitter. I don't know. I think
- 11:13Speaker 1: people find my stuff when they when they want to,
- 11:19Speaker 1: when they I'm not hard to find online. Just my name,
- 11:24Speaker 1: Jason Newland easy to find. I'm all over the place,
- 11:31Speaker 1: not just mentally, but I'm all you know, I'm on
- 11:36Speaker 1: all the main podcast hosts, so it's very easy to
- 11:42Speaker 1: find me. Of course, I'm also on sound Cloud. Someone's
- 11:47Speaker 1: having a good old cough outside missed. You could say
- 11:57Speaker 1: it's a perfect day to day. It's a blue sky,
- 12:03Speaker 1: a little bit of a breeze, a little bit, not
- 12:09Speaker 1: a lot, a little bit because I took Viny out
- 12:15Speaker 1: put it about an hour ago and we went to
- 12:20Speaker 1: the park. At one point we were sitting. When I
- 12:28Speaker 1: was sitting, I was standing under the tree where he
- 12:33Speaker 1: was standing under the tree and getting some shade as
- 12:36Speaker 1: I was standing there with it. He had his tongue out,
- 12:40Speaker 1: and well, I had my tongue out as well, and
- 12:45Speaker 1: the breeze was glorious, Such a glorious breeze. His legs
- 12:55Speaker 1: is so weird. Okay, none of the other people around
- 13:00Speaker 1: was staring at him. He had this tongue out, but
- 13:03Speaker 1: why would he staring at me? So I came out
- 13:11Speaker 1: and put some clothes on him, and I had a
- 13:15Speaker 1: shower today before going out on me. Not the first
- 13:20Speaker 1: time I've had a shower. This the first time I've
- 13:24Speaker 1: had a shower today. So I had hit about or
- 13:29Speaker 1: two o'clock before I went out. I was sweating like
- 13:38Speaker 1: I'd had a shower, dried myself off, like completely dried
- 13:43Speaker 1: myself off, water was grown out my ears. I couldn't
- 13:49Speaker 1: believe it. It was just there was a puzzle in
- 13:57Speaker 1: my shoes. That wasn't the puzzle with my shoes. I swamp,
- 14:01Speaker 1: but there wasn't a swamp. While I'm saying that, I
- 14:03Speaker 1: don't know. I never know. But yeah, it was nice.
- 14:11Speaker 1: It's a little it was a little bit too hard
- 14:14Speaker 1: for the little one. And there he is making him tired.
- 14:23Speaker 1: He's fast asleep even though he was awake when I
- 14:26Speaker 1: started this, he's completely exhausted. I could always tell as well,
- 14:34Speaker 1: because when I go to get up out of the chair,
- 14:39Speaker 1: you know, when he's sort of half asleep or just rested,
- 14:42Speaker 1: you'll jump up with me. But just now, before I
- 14:46Speaker 1: started this, I went over and got to go and
- 14:49Speaker 1: put stuff away before coming back. He didn't want to move.
- 14:56Speaker 1: He was just lying in like really, it's like, what
- 15:00Speaker 1: do you want?
- 15:01Speaker 3: Just staring at me?
- 15:03Speaker 1: Why have you got GAUP? Now I've been listening to
- 15:10Speaker 1: some Richard Bandla videos from probably the early eighties, late seventies,
- 15:19Speaker 1: early eighties, probably late eight early eighties, and Richard Bandlow
- 15:24Speaker 1: is the co creative Newer linguistic programming. Normally know it's NLP,
- 15:34Speaker 1: but now NLP is also known as is it natural
- 15:47Speaker 1: language programming or something? In computers? So NLP kind of
- 15:53Speaker 1: has more than one meaning now a little bit like CBT.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I actually remember, and this is totally true. I was
- 16:06Speaker 1: at college, and when I was here in university, we
- 16:09Speaker 1: had to learn about other therapies as well. Because I
- 16:13Speaker 1: was studying persons entered the counseling, which is Rogerian therapy.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Carl Rogers and all that stuff, but we also had
- 16:24Speaker 1: to look at other things that gustoed psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, behaviorism
- 16:36Speaker 1: and all that stuff, and CBT cognitive behavioral therapy. And
- 16:44Speaker 1: also my dad's and his wife was there and they's
- 16:50Speaker 1: all said, what you don is artist been studying CBT.
- 16:56Speaker 1: And then she said what's that? I said, Australia so
- 16:59Speaker 1: got by now and when if I didn't, Actually, I
- 17:10Speaker 1: think it was her laptop or I'm not sure if
- 17:13Speaker 1: you've had a phone that could do the Internet back then.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So I went to her laptop or work computer. I said,
- 17:22Speaker 1: I'll show you. So I put CBT into Girgle. Now
- 17:28Speaker 1: I didn't realize that there's more than one CBT. There's
- 17:35Speaker 1: at least three. Now, I made the mistake, and I did.
- 17:43Speaker 1: There was a time when you could just put I
- 17:45Speaker 1: feel lucky, So you put CBT and it collected I
- 17:48Speaker 1: feel lucky, and it will just come up with the
- 17:53Speaker 1: you know, our website to death. It's all chosen. I
- 17:57Speaker 1: don't know if any remembers that. It's a long time ago. Well,
- 18:03Speaker 1: I didn't realize there's three different CBTs. There's one CBT,
- 18:11Speaker 1: which is the motorbike test, so in order to get
- 18:22Speaker 1: to ride a motorbike or motorcycle or maybe a moped.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I don't know. I think it's a motorbike. It's called
- 18:27Speaker 1: a CBT. I don't know what stands for something training.
- 18:36Speaker 1: And then there's another one CBT that's the website that
- 18:40Speaker 1: came up, and there was a really explicit image apparently mine.
- 18:49Speaker 1: My stepmom's like standing next to me, and I'm pointing
- 18:53Speaker 1: out that this is why I'm doing so I press
- 18:59Speaker 1: I feel lucky, you know, As I clicked that, and
- 19:02Speaker 1: my dad calls me if he said, old, what do
- 19:05Speaker 1: you want? Do you wanna do you wanna beer? Or
- 19:08Speaker 1: do you want a whiskey? So I'm looking at him.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I said, I just have a beer beer place. And
- 19:15Speaker 1: my step one says, so that's what you studying the university?
- 19:18Speaker 1: And I said yeah, and I can't busy focusing on
- 19:22Speaker 1: my dad and she said really, I said yeah, why,
- 19:27Speaker 1: so turn back. And it was the third one and
- 19:33Speaker 1: it was this big image and not something you particularly
- 19:38Speaker 1: want to watch online with your step parent. Cock and
- 19:45Speaker 1: Ball told you that's well cb T stood for there.
- 19:48Speaker 1: It's not even a joke. This really happened at least
- 19:55Speaker 1: I was very surprised because I've never even heard of that.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I mean really, it's like, I don't know really talk
- 20:04Speaker 1: stuff like this, But I'm just saying this is real.
- 20:06Speaker 1: It's like what CBT. I was like, No, that's not
- 20:13Speaker 1: what I'm learning at university is cognitive behavioral therapy. She said,
- 20:20Speaker 1: but you said CBT, said, yeah, that is CBT. This
- 20:24Speaker 1: this also apparently CBT, fair enough, but it's not the CBT.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Why would Google? They wouldn't do that now, but why
- 20:35Speaker 1: back then? You know, demail stuff that they're just chucking
- 20:40Speaker 1: in without even like I don't want that. I want
- 20:44Speaker 1: something different. I'm not looking for that. Ah, it's anyway.
- 20:56Speaker 4: So, m.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Do you ever hear voices? Okay, I mean I'm talking
- 21:05Speaker 1: like real voices, and sometimes I don't know if it's
- 21:10Speaker 1: a person talking, or if it's a person on mobile
- 21:16Speaker 1: phone talking like none of my speaker, or if it's
- 21:21Speaker 1: a radio or if it's a television do you ever
- 21:28Speaker 1: get that? And like it's like continuous talking, it's almost
- 21:32Speaker 1: like it's not there's no pauses. So maybe there's two
- 21:37Speaker 1: people talking, mind you. I've known people that just talk
- 21:44Speaker 1: and talk and talk. Yeah, my landlady used to be
- 21:49Speaker 1: like that. She used to talk to me. I'd be
- 21:54Speaker 1: in the toill and She'll still be talking to me. Seriously.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I'd actually be on the toll and she to still
- 22:01Speaker 1: be saying whatever she was talking about. I was like,
- 22:08Speaker 1: why are you still talking? She used to like me
- 22:14Speaker 1: when I first moved in there, my landlady, this is
- 22:18Speaker 1: him back in nineteen ninety one, and then in nineteen
- 22:22Speaker 1: ninety three, kind of near the end of the year ish,
- 22:30Speaker 1: we had a new person move in, and I think
- 22:33Speaker 1: she fell in love with him, and he was always
- 22:37Speaker 1: around doing stuff for her and spending time with her,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and I mean she I think she invited me into
- 22:46Speaker 1: a living room twice. Once was when she told me
- 22:49Speaker 1: she was going to kick me out. Another time she
- 22:52Speaker 1: wanted me to watch an Italian opera. I preferred the
- 22:58Speaker 1: eviction one to be fair, and he was in there
- 23:04Speaker 1: all the time. I don't know if they couldn't. It's
- 23:08Speaker 1: not nothing to do me, but he really took a
- 23:14Speaker 1: dislike to me and started stirring it up. So I
- 23:19Speaker 1: ended up moving out. Oh the eviction that didn't happen.
- 23:23Speaker 1: She just said she had enough of me, and I said,
- 23:26Speaker 1: oh please, I'll do anything. She said anything, and I
- 23:33Speaker 1: sung that song from that UH movie. I would do
- 23:37Speaker 1: anything anything anything? Was that doctor Dolittle? I think, I
- 23:47Speaker 1: don't know, I don't feel I don't feel like proud
- 23:54Speaker 1: of myself by it. She moved down when she was
- 23:55Speaker 1: in the toilet. It's true, I don't my bag actually didn't.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I just.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I ordered a taxi and I think I packed everything
- 24:16Speaker 1: up while she was into black bags, brought them downstairs
- 24:22Speaker 1: and moved out. I couldn't be there anymore because she
- 24:27Speaker 1: wasn't being nice to me. I think I kind of
- 24:35Speaker 1: over over spent my welcome, as it were. But even
- 24:44Speaker 1: now when I think back and I wonder, why did
- 24:47Speaker 1: I just stayed there for so long? It was just
- 24:51Speaker 1: this laziness. I don't know. I kind of liked the
- 24:58Speaker 1: choir because I lived off or live behind the graveyard,
- 25:03Speaker 1: so that the front of the house was a cul
- 25:04Speaker 1: de sac so there's no traffic, and then behind the
- 25:10Speaker 1: house was it wasn't just a graveyard. There was an
- 25:13Speaker 1: old graveyard that not winning there was a newer graveyard.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Next to it.
- 25:18Speaker 1: There was active I used to go for walks there,
- 25:23Speaker 1: so it was nice and peaceful, maybe as being weird.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Do you think.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I just remember my favorite thing in the world, really,
- 25:44Speaker 1: other than going to comedy clubs, was going to the
- 25:52Speaker 1: West End buying a book, coming home reading a book.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Seeing I'm in bed reading a book. That was That's
- 26:04Speaker 1: why I enjoyed doing and I kind of intending to
- 26:11Speaker 1: get back to that. I just need to get my
- 26:14Speaker 1: eyes tested so I can start reading again, because my
- 26:19Speaker 1: eyesight is a bit boo boo at the moment. That's
- 26:26Speaker 1: another another reason why I've kind of I've come to
- 26:32Speaker 1: the conclusion that what decision. Maybe I don't want to
- 26:41Speaker 1: spend long periods of time staring at the computer screen.
- 26:47Speaker 1: It's not good for my eyes. I think it's affecting
- 26:51Speaker 1: my eyes because I'm doing it for what twenty five years,
- 26:58Speaker 1: like you know, thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands
- 27:04Speaker 1: of hours since two thousand twenty, I've been staring at
- 27:10Speaker 1: the computer screen sometimes ten thirteen, fourteen hours a day,
- 27:18Speaker 1: So yeah, thousands upon thousands of hours. And I don't
- 27:22Speaker 1: think it's been great for my optical nerves or whatever.
- 27:32Speaker 1: And when I take a break from looking at the computer,
- 27:35Speaker 1: my eyes do feel better. My eyes That was sounded
- 27:40Speaker 1: like my eyes my eyes feel more relaxed. I'm okay
- 27:47Speaker 1: for like an hour or so, that's about it. I
- 27:52Speaker 1: think an hour a day, you know, do the editing
- 27:59Speaker 1: and then I'm bload them and that's done. In fact,
- 28:06Speaker 1: I don't even I mean, it's a little bit less
- 28:08Speaker 1: stand in the computers. I don't need to be online
- 28:14Speaker 1: the whole time looking at the over the screen. And
- 28:19Speaker 1: also I think with the way technology is working, especially
- 28:29Speaker 1: with things like chet GPT, I can ask it to
- 28:35Speaker 1: make mew things, maybe use the chat a bit more,
- 28:41Speaker 1: use the microphone and verbally do requests as opposed to
- 28:47Speaker 1: typing in so that, howse maybe make it a little
- 28:52Speaker 1: bit easier, a little bit more thorough, a bit more
- 28:57Speaker 1: or less scary computer to screen. And it would be
- 29:07Speaker 1: nice to get back to reading and learning. But not
- 29:13Speaker 1: for any kind of reason other than just for fun,
- 29:22Speaker 1: you know. I'm interested in the hypnosis. I'm interested in
- 29:30Speaker 1: chronic pain relief. I'm interested in techniques to help people.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Different things that I can say, different ways of saying
- 29:39Speaker 1: it that can be useful to help people. So that's
- 29:44Speaker 1: not changed. I don't feel any less wanting to help people.
- 29:49Speaker 1: If anything more that that desire, what that need is
- 29:57Speaker 1: I'd say it's grown stronger as I've got a So
- 30:08Speaker 1: but what I like to do how I like to
- 30:11Speaker 1: sort of work things out is I like to learn things,
- 30:16Speaker 1: but then just let it all be in my brain
- 30:20Speaker 1: and perculate, perculate maybe and just mixed together with all
- 30:27Speaker 1: the other stuff so that I can come up with
- 30:33Speaker 1: ideas when I'm talking that may be useful. And I
- 30:45Speaker 1: suppose it's about feeding my brain with helpful stuff and
- 30:54Speaker 1: also things that I'm interested in, because if I'm not
- 30:57Speaker 1: interested in something, I might as well just there's there's
- 31:02Speaker 1: no point reading it. There's not there's no point in
- 31:06Speaker 1: watching something I'm not interested in because I just switch off.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I don't take any notice. So I suppose I need
- 31:19Speaker 1: to work within my I suppose in some ways limitations,
- 31:25Speaker 1: But I'd like to think of those geniuses work within
- 31:33Speaker 1: my genius. I'm trying to think. What else has happened today?
- 31:51Speaker 1: Not a lot on the yesterday. There wasn't a huge
- 31:57Speaker 1: amount of sound really from mmm the neighbor, but there
- 32:05Speaker 1: was a fair bit of sound. I think it was
- 32:10Speaker 1: there was other music and things like that from other neighbors.
- 32:13Speaker 1: I think it was blocking the noise so I'm guessing
- 32:17Speaker 1: that people downstairs could hear it more than I could,
- 32:22Speaker 1: which does make it kind of makes sense because if
- 32:26Speaker 1: they're drilling and stuff and breaking concrete into the floor,
- 32:32Speaker 1: that's going to affect anyone that shares that ceiling, doesn't it.
- 32:37Speaker 1: I suppose. I know I share the floor, but I'm
- 32:42Speaker 1: quite far removed. I mean a room. That's the first
- 32:47Speaker 1: I could get away from where he is, not not
- 32:52Speaker 1: to get away from him, just this is where my
- 32:54Speaker 1: living room is, and I've got no no walls that
- 33:02Speaker 1: really share. But it's next door neighbor does and downstairs
- 33:06Speaker 1: from him does. They both share the same kind of
- 33:11Speaker 1: like his bathroom away a minute is alway in his
- 33:19Speaker 1: bedroom he shares with next door, but the floor is shared,
- 33:25Speaker 1: isn't it really? I guess with next door downstairs ice
- 33:34Speaker 1: shoe the bathroom, Yeah, the bathroom and ceiling for downstairs
- 33:41Speaker 1: would be his bathroom floor. So they can feel it
- 33:48Speaker 1: or they can hear it. But so far, I've heard
- 33:55Speaker 1: a bit of banging, a bit of stuff like that.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Was that I'm sorry, pee pee pee pew pipee pee
- 34:04Speaker 1: pee pew pee peep. Now that sounds more like than
- 34:08Speaker 1: I would space Invaders Game or something p pew pu
- 34:14Speaker 1: pu Buck Rogers Pu Pu Pu Star Wars, even PIPI
- 34:20Speaker 1: pew pu pu. Perhaps that's why I should have done.
- 34:25Speaker 1: I should have done voices and and sounds. I could
- 34:30Speaker 1: have been a I could have been voices, a voice
- 34:34Speaker 1: for like animation po po and a half. I go
- 34:40Speaker 1: with that one sound though, but it's why I could
- 34:43Speaker 1: sound pu puh. If I only ate all these things
- 34:53Speaker 1: I could have done, I don't wonder if I think
- 34:57Speaker 1: back to when I was fifteen, I left school when
- 35:02Speaker 1: I was even too young to join the army. I
- 35:06Speaker 1: was so young. It was just the choices. I mean,
- 35:13Speaker 1: some of the choices I couldn't do till I was sixteen.
- 35:16Speaker 1: But a lot of things I could have just there
- 35:23Speaker 1: wasn't There's the things I wasn't able to do. I
- 35:25Speaker 1: couldn't apply to join the police force. I couldn't go
- 35:30Speaker 1: to university. There's certain things I wasn't allowed to do
- 35:34Speaker 1: because of having no qualifications and leaving school at so
- 35:39Speaker 1: early age. Because I left I think it was April
- 35:45Speaker 1: nineteen eighty six, and I wasn't sixteen till the end
- 35:49Speaker 1: of August, so it was, yeah, four months whatever, till
- 35:56Speaker 1: I was sixteen, and I was suddenly earning sixty pounds
- 36:06Speaker 1: a week working full time, which at fifteen was a
- 36:11Speaker 1: huge amount of money for me, huge amount a huge Honestly,
- 36:19Speaker 1: I was buying clothes. I'd buy a new clothes. I
- 36:24Speaker 1: was walking around dressed nice for the first time. Really
- 36:31Speaker 1: that my dad didn't walk around horribly dressed when I
- 36:34Speaker 1: was a kid. But I'm saying for the first time
- 36:36Speaker 1: I could choose my own Actually I kind of did
- 36:41Speaker 1: choose my own clothes, really, but most of the clothes
- 36:45Speaker 1: was school uniform, wasn't it. I'm not not at home.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I need to get myself some pajamas, That's what I
- 36:57Speaker 1: need to do. I realized that I'm looking at my
- 37:04Speaker 1: clothes lately and I'm just wearing the same old stuff
- 37:08Speaker 1: every day. I've got these dark brown tracksuit bottoms. Horrors
- 37:18Speaker 1: is Horas. He's had an argument with his with his
- 37:22Speaker 1: wife Doris. I got seven bears in these tracksuit bombs,
- 37:32Speaker 1: so I wear a different bear every day, and I'm
- 37:37Speaker 1: pretty sure people see me they've never seen me wear
- 37:41Speaker 1: anything else for years. I don't know if they think
- 37:45Speaker 1: I'm just wearing the same thing every day. I'm like
- 37:48Speaker 1: the same pair of tracksuit bombs, which I'm not there's
- 37:54Speaker 1: different ones, they're just all the same. So I've decided
- 38:02Speaker 1: I'm going to try and get myself some clothes, a
- 38:13Speaker 1: little bit of clothing every week. So I'm trying to.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Every time I get paid, I put ten percent away
- 38:24Speaker 1: saving and that's for veterinary bills for him. And I'm
- 38:34Speaker 1: also saving up so I can go and get my
- 38:36Speaker 1: eyes tested and pay for some decent glasses. The eye
- 38:42Speaker 1: test is free, but so anyway, that's what that ten
- 38:45Speaker 1: percent is for. It's basically his. Now, we got a
- 38:51Speaker 1: dog barking, blimey. That dog hardly never used to bark before.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Now I can't shut up part when it's not barking,
- 39:00Speaker 1: which most of the time, most of the time it's quiet.
- 39:03Speaker 1: So I don't know why I'm moaning. I do know
- 39:09Speaker 1: why I'm moaning because I love it. I love moaning rare.
- 39:14Speaker 1: It's my right as an english person to moan, to
- 39:19Speaker 1: complain about the weather, or just talk about the weather,
- 39:22Speaker 1: and to just moan.
- 39:24Speaker 5: That's that's why.
- 39:25Speaker 1: That's my my human right. And to drink lots of tea.
- 39:35Speaker 1: So what was I gonna say, Oh, yeah, sept I'll
- 39:42Speaker 1: try and put away for future fair bills, future things.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I dentists because I haven't got a dentist, so dental
- 39:57Speaker 1: bills because that was three hundred po under one attitude
- 40:00Speaker 1: removed a couple of years ago or a year and
- 40:04Speaker 1: a half ago, so and the other thing is for
- 40:11Speaker 1: my eyes. So that's those three things that I need
- 40:17Speaker 1: to put that away for. And now I'm going to
- 40:26Speaker 1: spend a percentage of workouts, a percentage small percentage of
- 40:31Speaker 1: every time I get paid, and contribute that towards getting
- 40:36Speaker 1: some clothes, whether it's a pair of socks or a
- 40:40Speaker 1: pair of pants, underpants or a T shirt wherever, just
- 40:47Speaker 1: to start getting some but I don't know half decent
- 40:51Speaker 1: clothes because most of what I've got is worn out
- 40:56Speaker 1: and old and grotti. I mean, because I got a
- 41:03Speaker 1: tendency of buying cheap stuff, like cheap T shirts five
- 41:08Speaker 1: for a pound. No maybe not, but like you know,
- 41:12Speaker 1: five T shirts for a twenty quid. They're fine to
- 41:19Speaker 1: start with, but after a few washes, they just they
- 41:24Speaker 1: don't look great. So it's something I want to try
- 41:31Speaker 1: and do. Also, I need to look at getting a
- 41:37Speaker 1: winter coat. This is probably the best time of the
- 41:40Speaker 1: year to get a winter coat, really because I'll be
- 41:43Speaker 1: cheaper because I don't have one. I got this old
- 41:49Speaker 1: thing my dad gave me probably about ten years ago,
- 41:52Speaker 1: probably longer actually, and it's something that he used to
- 41:56Speaker 1: wear on the dogs. He came to me and I
- 42:01Speaker 1: just had as a backup. But then the two winter
- 42:04Speaker 1: coats that I did have got mislaid, so I ended
- 42:10Speaker 1: up with nothing. So I've been wearing that one for
- 42:13Speaker 1: the last couple of years, which is okay. I got
- 42:17Speaker 1: a big jumper on underneath. But I think since I
- 42:22Speaker 1: lost a little bit away, I feel the cold a
- 42:26Speaker 1: little bit more than I used to because I used
- 42:32Speaker 1: to be like a seal, you know, in the winter,
- 42:36Speaker 1: I just had so much blubber I didn't really feel
- 42:39Speaker 1: the feel the cold at all. Now I still don't
- 42:44Speaker 1: feel it hugely, but a little bit more so I've
- 42:50Speaker 1: got a little bit less fat on me. I'm still
- 42:57Speaker 1: heavy enough to don't be fair affected by the window.
- 43:00Speaker 1: That's good. That is an advantage of not being breed
- 43:07Speaker 1: really slim and light, because I used to get blown
- 43:12Speaker 1: around by the wind. I used to have to wear
- 43:15Speaker 1: heavy boots in the libraries. Seriously, I remember once we
- 43:27Speaker 1: went kiting, and my dad used to love kiting, and
- 43:37Speaker 1: we go to the top of the cliffs and well,
- 43:46Speaker 1: that was a windy day. I was on a windy day,
- 43:51Speaker 1: and because we lived near the beach, windy days are
- 43:55Speaker 1: very generous, there's a lot, a lot of them, and
- 44:05Speaker 1: we'd be flying these kites and it was great. But
- 44:07Speaker 1: I would actually find myself being lifted up by the cane.
- 44:14Speaker 1: I mean this is when I was a kid, so
- 44:16Speaker 1: I probably didn't wait, I'm know, a four stone or
- 44:22Speaker 1: five stone maybe, so you know, it wouldn't take a
- 44:26Speaker 1: lot for a four stone to be lifted off off
- 44:30Speaker 1: the ground. Yeah, I don't know why I start thinking
- 44:40Speaker 1: of that. That was quite good times actually, and my
- 44:49Speaker 1: dad had a friend who owned I don't know if
- 44:52Speaker 1: there's an ice cream place. I think it was. It
- 44:58Speaker 1: was like this restaurant. I think it was like a
- 45:01Speaker 1: restaurant bar, but I had an ice cream bar in it,
- 45:06Speaker 1: so I don't think based on where I was positioned,
- 45:09Speaker 1: that they would make enough money just selling ice cream.
- 45:12Speaker 1: So it was actually a venue. So we went there
- 45:16Speaker 1: and we used to get some ice cream. That was
- 45:22Speaker 1: a long story that didn't really lead anywhere today. I
- 45:28Speaker 1: kind of just said, would go and have some ice cream.
- 45:34Speaker 1: I just remember it was quite a big room with
- 45:37Speaker 1: tables and stuff. And I think my dad used to.
- 45:45Speaker 6: Do work for the man, like electrical stuff, but it
- 45:51Speaker 6: was also friends with him.
- 45:58Speaker 1: I think if I was ever to had my time
- 46:00Speaker 1: again and I had to choose to say a trade,
- 46:13Speaker 1: I don't really know. I thought about this, like, I
- 46:16Speaker 1: don't think i'd want to be an electrician. I don't
- 46:24Speaker 1: think i'd want to be a carpenter, just because I don't.
- 46:28Speaker 1: I've never really, I never really I did would work
- 46:37Speaker 1: at school being never really kind of yeah, I never
- 46:45Speaker 1: found it interesting. There was I didn't metal work as well.
- 46:52Speaker 1: That was even less interesting. I just working with metal
- 46:56Speaker 1: wasn't really something that I particularly looked forward to. No
- 47:10Speaker 1: what down in junior school I used to like would
- 47:13Speaker 1: work because it was just part drafts and I'd be
- 47:17Speaker 1: working with balsa wood. So what I needed was a
- 47:20Speaker 1: little knife, uh little had I suppose, he said, whittling
- 47:26Speaker 1: I think it's called and a bit of sandpaper and
- 47:31Speaker 1: I would make this uh what are they called? Not
- 47:37Speaker 1: yachts canoes? Made these little canoes, and I used to
- 47:44Speaker 1: quite enjoy doing it. And cross stitchen as well. I
- 47:48Speaker 1: loved across stitching. Oh yes, I don't know what it was.
- 47:54Speaker 7: I think.
- 47:58Speaker 1: I think it might be. They gave me a focus,
- 48:05Speaker 1: something to really focus on. It took my mind away
- 48:09Speaker 1: from why I was thinking about. I guess maybe, and
- 48:17Speaker 1: I needed that because I was about nine and ten
- 48:20Speaker 1: when I did that, and I was I felt good.
- 48:26Speaker 1: I felt very relaxed when I did stop stotch, critchen, stotch, critchen, critch, stotching,
- 48:35Speaker 1: cross stitching, cross stitching. I tried it again when I
- 48:41Speaker 1: was in my twenties. I can't remember what happened. I
- 48:51Speaker 1: don't know why I didn't stick it to it, because
- 48:56Speaker 1: otherwise I've been.
- 48:56Speaker 2: Doing it now night.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Whether if I did do it now, i'd probably use
- 49:02Speaker 1: a tambourine. Okay, it's not you know that round thing
- 49:07Speaker 1: that you the use, or I think you can. Maybe
- 49:12Speaker 1: you can use like a not a door frame, like
- 49:17Speaker 1: a frame thing and you put the material on and
- 49:22Speaker 1: you can do it that way, just so you can
- 49:24Speaker 1: see what you're doing. Tambourines they were like tambourines, they're
- 49:33Speaker 1: around anyway. They didn't have like you can shape them.
- 49:40Speaker 1: You can't join the orchestra or a choir because I
- 49:46Speaker 1: didn't make any noise, so as an accompaniment they weren't
- 49:56Speaker 1: much use. But for stock stock critchen cross cross stitching.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Why such hard word to say cross stitching, cross stitching, bliming.
- 50:14Speaker 1: I think it's because I haven't said it for some while.
- 50:19Speaker 1: It's not it's not a term that I've used very
- 50:22Speaker 1: often in the last fifty years of forty five years.
- 50:30Speaker 1: But I still love it. I really did, really did.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Just perhaps that's why I need although To be honest,
- 50:44Speaker 1: I find making podcasts have kind of the same reaction
- 50:55Speaker 1: for me. It's unfocused, but not on myself. Although I'm
- 51:02Speaker 1: talking about myself, I'm not focused on There's nothing going
- 51:11Speaker 1: on in my mind other than the next word. Well,
- 51:16Speaker 1: maybe wonder why I said the next word. That's a
- 51:21Speaker 1: very focused, very relaxing thing today. Making a recording for
- 51:27Speaker 1: me because if it wasn't, then I wouldn't do it. Yeah,
- 51:39Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do something I don't want to do.
- 51:45Speaker 1: I've tried. That's my whole life trying to do that.
- 51:50Speaker 1: But as far as recordings, I have forced myself to
- 51:54Speaker 1: make recordings in the past and it doesn't work. I'll
- 51:59Speaker 1: do it it recording, then I'll have to trash it
- 52:01Speaker 1: because I realized I've just been a little bit too grumpy.
- 52:16Speaker 1: So I only make a recording when I want to,
- 52:20Speaker 1: when i'm up through it, i'm feeling. I mean, sometimes
- 52:26Speaker 1: I do one when I'm tired. Sometimes I do one
- 52:30Speaker 1: because I know I need to do it. But it's
- 52:36Speaker 1: not that I don't want to. I might give myself
- 52:41Speaker 1: a little nutch maybe on the Q and a Friday
- 52:45Speaker 1: when I'm thinking I've left it late. I'm gonna have
- 52:49Speaker 1: to do it. If I don't do it now, I'll
- 52:51Speaker 1: have to do it in the morning. And I think, no,
- 52:56Speaker 1: I do it now, But it's never. It's never forced. Wow,
- 53:04Speaker 1: my stomach just a proper curcle. That's why he had
- 53:10Speaker 1: breakfast cere yesterday. I have not had any food, so
- 53:16Speaker 1: I need to since Monday. So I need to like
- 53:20Speaker 1: my food food, you know. So I'm gonna make myself
- 53:25Speaker 1: a couple of toasted sandwiches once Mondays. Yeah, I just
- 53:52Speaker 1: needed to check something I don't know. In my freezer.
- 54:05Speaker 1: I did have some rolls which I can toast. I
- 54:10Speaker 1: let them do frost, and then I use them as
- 54:14Speaker 1: roll bread rolls. Basically, the Gea pattern Gee patter, the
- 54:20Speaker 1: Geo patter or Jupetter gepetty rolls, and I'll cook something
- 54:28Speaker 1: in the air for iron to eat them inside the rolls.
- 54:36Speaker 1: I don't know if I've got any left in the freezer,
- 54:44Speaker 1: and if I have, I'm gonna have to stick them.
- 54:48Speaker 5: In the everyer to do frost.
- 54:54Speaker 1: But then I think, maybe what instead is a just
- 55:00Speaker 1: have some toast with something inside the toast rather than
- 55:05Speaker 1: Gemata rules, because I do have at least one loaf
- 55:11Speaker 1: of bread in the freezer, so I need to remember
- 55:17Speaker 1: to eat it, because I know that if I leave
- 55:22Speaker 1: the bread in the freezer too long, the bread just
- 55:24Speaker 1: going wrong. It's not weird as you think, Oh you
- 55:31Speaker 1: put in a freezer should last for ages and ages
- 55:35Speaker 1: it's frozen. But if it's left in it too long,
- 55:40Speaker 1: the results of toasting a piece of bread A slice
- 55:46Speaker 1: of bread that's been in the freezer too too long
- 55:52Speaker 1: is not nice. Fresh toast is quite nice. Fresh bread
- 56:02Speaker 1: toast is also yum yum yum yum yum. Dependent, I
- 56:08Speaker 1: think depends on what kind of bread it is that
- 56:15Speaker 1: was weird. There's a bread card toasty that we can
- 56:19Speaker 1: get right. It's too big to fit in the toaster.
- 56:25Speaker 1: Long wise, it's ridiculous. It's corn toasties. You'd think that
- 56:33Speaker 1: meant it's for toasting unless I've got the smallest toaster
- 56:37Speaker 1: in the world. Don't getting a card. Who was barking again?
- 56:43Speaker 1: Hopefully it's stock Now that dog is exactly the same
- 56:49Speaker 1: as Loki, same make same. Everything really looks different, but
- 56:55Speaker 1: kind of the same type of dog. Saint Market Saints
- 57:02Speaker 1: Sounds are saying, we're deep old voice. I don't know
- 57:16Speaker 1: if you can hear my stomach. I'm gonna have to
- 57:20Speaker 1: go and eat.
- 57:22Speaker 2: Eat.
- 57:22Speaker 1: I tell you eat, Yes, I'm gonna eat. Maybe it's
- 57:29Speaker 1: gonna add some ice cream. So when I when I
- 57:33Speaker 1: went out with Finnie, I came back had a cornetto.
- 57:37Speaker 1: I gave him some some of the ice creamy kinde
- 57:40Speaker 1: of the cornetto has got chocolate on the the crust
- 57:44Speaker 1: or weaver, but this is just strawberry and vanilla. So
- 57:50Speaker 1: I gave him a bet of the ice cream and
- 57:52Speaker 1: he lapped that up very quickly. M he's just waking up.
- 58:02Speaker 1: His head was hanging down. I was gone back to
- 58:05Speaker 1: sleep again. He just he has weird dreams. Ever, Dawn
- 58:12Speaker 1: woke him up because literally making those strangest sounds. This
- 58:19Speaker 1: was on Monday night. I don't know what he was thinking,
- 58:28Speaker 1: but just spend time with the neighbor who used to
- 58:32Speaker 1: have him. He spent about an hour and a half
- 58:35Speaker 1: with her for the first time. But since the beginning
- 58:41Speaker 1: of the year, really and I think it's h's had
- 58:48Speaker 1: an emotional effect on him because he adores her, absolutely
- 58:54Speaker 1: adors her. He's known as since he was born, since
- 58:57Speaker 1: he was literally born. She's one of the first people
- 59:02Speaker 1: he ever saw in his life, so he's got a
- 59:06Speaker 1: big attachment to her. I'd say that after two and
- 59:13Speaker 1: a half years of living here and sleeping in the bedroom.
- 59:16Speaker 2: Me and being with me.
- 59:20Speaker 1: Nearly all the time, he's probably got an attachment to
- 59:23Speaker 1: me as well. I just don't know. It seems to
- 59:27Speaker 1: be different with her. It's just I gave her the
- 59:41Speaker 1: lead and she walked off and he went, didn't look back,
- 59:45Speaker 1: didn't care I wasn't there. He kind of I don't know.
- 59:51Speaker 1: I feel that he should want to stay with me
- 59:57Speaker 1: in a way, but I think he's happy. He's happy,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: he's a happy boy. He doesn't get the stimulations that
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: he needs, I don't think, but he doesn't get out
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: a few times a day. He sees quite a few
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: different dogs, lots of different people, he says alot to
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: there's an amazing amount of people around him that know
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: him by name, and any have any like. I don't
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: even know af the people are.
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: Let's see what seems to know him less sort.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Of cold, get themselves of food and need to also
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: get delivery. I forgot about that. Yeah, I need to
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: give myself delivery because running out of milk. I'll just see.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: I might have enough milk for tomorrow morning. I do know.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: We'll see, We'll see what happens, cause maybe I'll wait
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: until tomorrow get delivery tomorrow. I've definitely got enough milk
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: for tea, for a few cups of tea. But I
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: don't know if the breakfast cereal. And I do like
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: to have my I do like to have my ready
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: break in the morning, and it takes some menial bowl
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: of milk, I tell it. Okay, yeah, good boy, did
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: you have a lovely sleep? You did? Okay, you're right,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: good bully. He laid his head down again. There's strangers
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: when he's lying on the sofa with me next to me,
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: I can have my hand on him the whole time,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: stroking him, massaging him just and he's fine with that.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: But if we're in bed, doesn't does not put my
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: hand on him nowadays, showered to me, I like you
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: as a friend, like this weird thing to say he
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: needs a bath. Wow, you know, I was literally gonna say,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: he doesn't even react to the word bath. But as
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: soon as I said he needs a bath, he looked
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: up at me. I must stomach a got a game,
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: which means it's dim thing. It's time. So thank you
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: for listening. Remember to be kind, deer, because you do
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: deserve to be happy, a be gentle with yourself. You
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: deserve to feel safe, lots of loved.
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: Relax in a more deep and meaningful way. Maybe in
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: not just relaxed.
- 1:04:46Speaker 9: At the end of the recording when it's finished and
- 1:04:50Speaker 9: you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace, But also.
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: I think it would be nice to have those feelings
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: of relaxation continue for longer after the recording has ended,
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: so that you can still benefit from listening to my voice.
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: Maybe in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: by listening regularly, especially if you find like some people
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: do and myself as well, sometimes I find one particular
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: recording that really resonates with me, and I just listen
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: to it over and over again every morning, every evening.
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: There was this recording from We're going back to about
- 1:06:41Speaker 5: nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis, but it was a
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: guided visualizations, so it kind of was hypnosis really, and
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: I managed to find it again and it still has
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: the same effect on me. And part of it was
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: the person's voice relaxed me. She just felt so peaceful,
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 1:07:28Speaker 5: morning and in the evening. And I knew before even
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: pressing the play button that since I've done that, pressed
- 1:07:48Speaker 5: the play button. This is in the days of CD players,
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: pressed the play button. In fact, it might have even
- 1:08:05Speaker 5: been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: and then even without necessarily listening to her words because
- 1:08:29Speaker 5: I had them memorized. Really, it was as if my
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: body knew exactly what to do, and the muscles just
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: would slow down. Now now I was listening to this
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: recording in the early days of learning hypnosis, and long
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: before I ever made any videos or audio recordings myself,
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: because I didn't start doing that till two thousand and six.
- 1:09:53Speaker 10: I knew, I knew how.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 1:10:14Speaker 5: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 1:10:27Speaker 5: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 1:10:35Speaker 5: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: Some people maybe listen every day. That's something that I
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: do which you may not realize by listening, is.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: When I record.
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: These recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected by
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: the words that I say. So if I set you
- 1:12:21Speaker 5: focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing, I will
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: be focusing on my feet. I will be noticing my
- 1:12:42Speaker 5: feet relaxing. If I said focus on your hands, and
- 1:12:59Speaker 5: maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice the
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: air in the room, the temperature of the room. On
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: the backs of your hands. You may start to notice
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: what almost feels like a very light breeze, even though
- 1:13:36Speaker 5: there may not be any type of breeze at all
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: where you are right now. And as you become aware
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed my
- 1:14:09Speaker 5: hands our feeling now and when it comes to potentially
- 1:14:35Speaker 5: drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason you're listening,
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: I also feel drousy when I make these recordings. I
- 1:15:01Speaker 5: also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times I've
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I carry
- 1:15:34Speaker 5: on talking and it's suddenly where I listen back to
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: do the editing, I hear snoring, and I think I
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: don't remember snoring. I remember talking, and snoring was a
- 1:16:05Speaker 5: pick turned up. That's why I sound like when I snow,
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: I get read into the.
- 1:16:21Speaker 11: Whole experience.
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed do you
- 1:16:40Speaker 5: feel in your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 1:17:06Speaker 5: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 1:17:20Speaker 5: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes.
- 1:17:42Speaker 5: It's almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath however,
- 1:18:30Speaker 5: being able to notice the ease in which your brief
- 1:18:59Speaker 5: so nice, actually breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 1:19:49Speaker 5: I imagine my breathing improved when I've got my eyes closed,
- 1:20:13Speaker 5: attend to visualize beautiful field of trees and flowers producing
- 1:20:35Speaker 5: all that life giving oxygen. It was nice too, if
- 1:21:09Speaker 5: nothing else, just taking some time away from everything, enjoying
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: that feeling of peace serenity with a joyful heart. Time
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply, peaceful,
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free.
- 1:24:32Speaker 5: You like to say that.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: Your mind.
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: Slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: You can enjoy the physical sensations of a lad the
- 1:26:00Speaker 5: stress drip out of your body, dripping out of every
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: part of your body, being released from your brain in
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: your mind slowly but surely, muscle, same legs, legs, racks, rice,
- 1:27:57Speaker 5: so very.
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: Deep, thing.
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: Lags so deeply, and the feeings, the pleasant feelings in
- 1:28:39Speaker 5: your arms and shoulders deepen in each part of your
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: body further and deeper and deeper, not to say the
- 1:29:44Speaker 5: feelings in the back of your neck, the feelings in
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: your wrists, muscles in the front of your body, allso
- 1:31:15Speaker 5: peace deep, there's a sense of peace.
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: Spreads through your very cool.
- 1:32:27Speaker 5: Focus on your mind. Your mind becomes that's slow, deep,
- 1:33:27Speaker 5: relax fairy slow stomach days for many of stomach. That is,
- 1:35:08Speaker 5: let you sound relaxed. You now feel in the hole
- 1:35:27Speaker 5: your back in a spye do me a brain oh
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: down middle of your back, sending and receiving millions.
- 1:36:11Speaker 3: Of messages every day.
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: Deecomfort increasing deeply relaxed you mes legs, spreading those signals
- 1:37:46Speaker 5: down your spinal cord, in the every parts of your body,
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: shins and a conferences, outputs, fiefs of peace and tranquility
- 1:39:06Speaker 5: spreading through your body, tips of your toes, to your eyes,
- 1:39:25Speaker 5: your fingers. Wait, you love a bad letting go.
- 1:39:46Speaker 3: Reating m place to drift in.
- 1:40:40Speaker 12: Mind, this wandering away, happy to let go.
- 1:41:02Speaker 2: Like God, cletly.
- 1:41:11Speaker 13: Like God.
- 1:41:37Speaker 5: So drink.
- 1:42:02Speaker 2: No body.
- 1:42:07Speaker 5: Enjoy of sensorstend no joy, space this space pace safety. Eh.
- 1:47:03Speaker 5: Maybe we can just focus on the different parts of
- 1:47:11Speaker 5: your body, just to notice a forehead and your eyes, sous.
- 1:48:44Speaker 5: Let's say, a sense.
- 1:48:46Speaker 3: Of complete freedom, absolute. I'm afraid ray day, pace energy,
- 1:50:53Speaker 3: pace to breeze.
- 1:52:05Speaker 4: You may.
- 1:52:09Speaker 5: May not if not test your mind drifting peace an
- 1:53:10Speaker 5: anual deeply in the direction of.
- 1:53:23Speaker 3: Dito blissful pace, blissful pace arrest two pays.
- 1:55:37Speaker 1: Let's you go.
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: Mind FUCKINGX.
- 1:57:14Speaker 5: For the film's host visible very fast and paceful.
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: Pace like.
- 1:58:36Speaker 5: PA, and you could start to notice that you are
- 1:59:00Speaker 5: feeling more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your
- 1:59:12Speaker 5: mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing
- 1:59:21Speaker 5: within you throughout your body, and your mind starts to
- 1:59:30Speaker 5: slow down, and that could be almost in recognition of
- 1:59:42Speaker 5: I guess my speech not being particularly fast, things generally
- 1:59:57Speaker 5: feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 2:00:08Speaker 5: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 2:00:17Speaker 5: take a break from your life, as it is, to
- 2:00:25Speaker 5: give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some
- 2:00:33Speaker 5: time off and to allow your body to relax and
- 2:00:40Speaker 5: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 2:00:51Speaker 5: the tension any stresses that you had in your body.
- 2:01:02Speaker 5: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 2:01:06Speaker 5: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 2:01:18Speaker 5: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then
- 2:01:29Speaker 5: fills your body up and your mind to also starts
- 2:01:39Speaker 5: to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost
- 2:01:55Speaker 5: uplifting feeling, positive healing, an energy that spreads through your
- 2:02:11Speaker 5: body like a wave of comfort. And all this comes.
- 2:02:22Speaker 2: From just.
- 2:02:26Speaker 5: Allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however
- 2:02:35Speaker 5: long you want it to be, to just rest, allow
- 2:02:48Speaker 5: your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 2:02:59Speaker 5: the setting of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 2:03:14Speaker 5: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 2:03:28Speaker 5: your body and into your mind, almost as if your
- 2:03:36Speaker 5: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other,
- 2:03:49Speaker 5: with that growing positivity and calmness. And it feels nice,
- 2:04:03Speaker 5: really does feel nice to know that you are the
- 2:04:09Speaker 5: one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and
- 2:04:23Speaker 5: to experience.
- 2:04:27Speaker 2: More of this.
- 2:04:30Speaker 5: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 2:04:47Speaker 5: on each part of your body, you can notice that.
- 2:04:53Speaker 14: That part.
- 2:04:57Speaker 5: Becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it, becomes
- 2:05:11Speaker 5: even more calm and comfortable just by focusing. And as
- 2:05:24Speaker 5: I'm moved down your body, starting at your head, the
- 2:05:32Speaker 5: parts that you have already focused on or continue to
- 2:05:39Speaker 5: relax deeply, and those parts that have not yet focused
- 2:05:47Speaker 5: on what just automatically release any remain intention in anticip
- 2:06:00Speaker 5: patient of even more comfort about to come. Now the
- 2:06:14Speaker 5: start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware of
- 2:06:21Speaker 5: the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like mister
- 2:06:32Speaker 5: Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel you're
- 2:06:37Speaker 5: more relaxed. Just means during the moment, this isn't this
- 2:06:48Speaker 5: isn't a sterile environment. This is the world. I live
- 2:06:56Speaker 5: in the countryside, so there's lots of nature sounds around.
- 2:07:08Speaker 5: As you focus on your forehead, just notice how it
- 2:07:14Speaker 5: becomes even more relaxed as you focus only on my
- 2:07:24Speaker 5: voice and that part of your body. Move down to
- 2:07:34Speaker 5: your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids
- 2:07:47Speaker 5: feel so heavy, it has so light at the same time,
- 2:07:57Speaker 5: all the muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 2:08:02Speaker 2: Completely.
- 2:08:07Speaker 5: Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue,
- 2:08:16Speaker 5: your teeth, your comes, the whole of your mouth relaxing, calm, loose.
- 2:08:35Speaker 5: If you focus now on your jaw, just a part
- 2:08:43Speaker 5: of your journey, your mouth, your chin, all the way
- 2:08:48Speaker 5: up the size of your face to your ears.
- 2:08:56Speaker 2: Of your jaw.
- 2:09:00Speaker 15: All relaxed, and a calm.
- 2:09:19Speaker 2: Like sin.
- 2:09:23Speaker 5: On your neck. The front of your neck and your
- 2:09:28Speaker 5: throat relax in, lace and calm. The sides of your leg,
- 2:09:44Speaker 5: the right and left side of your leg relax stan
- 2:09:52Speaker 5: lace and a calm. Now the back of your leg,
- 2:10:09Speaker 5: focusing on the back of your leg, letting go with
- 2:10:19Speaker 5: any tension that may have been there before, and enjoy
- 2:10:26Speaker 5: in that sense of increasing comfort and release. I think
- 2:10:39Speaker 5: you can experience in the back of your neck, moving
- 2:10:50Speaker 5: down your back, moving either side of your spine right
- 2:10:58Speaker 5: from the top of your back.
- 2:11:01Speaker 2: All the way down to.
- 2:11:04Speaker 5: The bottom of your back, down to your lower back.
- 2:11:21Speaker 5: As your up and down your spine, you can feel
- 2:11:29Speaker 5: the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 2:11:44Speaker 5: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 2:11:51Speaker 5: to spread outwards from your spine in to both sides
- 2:12:01Speaker 5: of your back, the top of your back, the middle
- 2:12:08Speaker 5: end your lower back. And as you scared gently and
- 2:12:17Speaker 5: slowly up and down your back, the muscles in the
- 2:12:24Speaker 5: top of your back relegs and become a looser. The
- 2:12:34Speaker 5: muscles in the middle of your back also seemed just
- 2:12:40Speaker 5: almost divide from each other separating and almost melting, and
- 2:12:55Speaker 5: in your lower back there seems to be an extra
- 2:13:01Speaker 5: special feeling of comfort.
- 2:13:13Speaker 15: The spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 2:13:19Speaker 15: into your hips, into the area where your cosicks are,
- 2:13:31Speaker 15: and into your.
- 2:13:31Speaker 5: Buttocks almos muscles don't spread. Bring your lower back into
- 2:13:44Speaker 5: your hip area. Start to melt, start to reading, let go,
- 2:14:04Speaker 5: let you know where about to focus on your shoulders,
- 2:14:11Speaker 5: back your spine, continue till they go, continue to relax, so.
- 2:14:30Speaker 2: Corey.
- 2:14:35Speaker 5: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 2:14:41Speaker 5: already feeling really this, They're already Colm, feel those muscles.
- 2:15:20Speaker 5: Then move from the neck into your shoulders. Feels so
- 2:15:32Speaker 5: soft and gentle, So s and Colm. The feeling in
- 2:16:01Speaker 5: your shoulders seems to spread deep into your shoulders and
- 2:16:17Speaker 5: since relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your usles also
- 2:16:30Speaker 5: relaxing the butterness and move our way to underneath your arms,
- 2:16:46Speaker 5: relaxing the whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 2:16:54Speaker 5: and underneath your.
- 2:16:55Speaker 2: Arms healing.
- 2:17:05Speaker 4: You just so.
- 2:17:08Speaker 5: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders. Always sense that's deep
- 2:17:23Speaker 5: healing message into your aunts. You may feel almost as
- 2:17:44Speaker 5: if your arms an leaven. That because the son relaxed,
- 2:17:54Speaker 5: so deeply relaxed, s s s fings spreading, oh.
- 2:18:45Speaker 1: I down your.
- 2:18:46Speaker 5: Arms to our ways, cling your wise circumfort spreads away
- 2:19:18Speaker 5: into rests your form sadrists.
- 2:19:32Speaker 13: So heavy.
- 2:19:37Speaker 5: Yet the same time sunlight and gentle fuck said, now.
- 2:20:24Speaker 16: You as.
- 2:20:47Speaker 2: A peace.
- 2:20:59Speaker 3: A sense.
- 2:21:23Speaker 15: Pace just seems to feel so far Ida your hands
- 2:21:50Speaker 15: relax deeplyss thinks fetuss as scouts, saint ser pace, circon
- 2:29:13Speaker 15: sack peace, sircom ser peace, sc.
- 2:30:05Speaker 14: Pays f.
- 2:30:15Speaker 1: R say, pays full.
- 2:30:27Speaker 2: Come.
- 2:30:36Speaker 5: Let deep like station, the sprint chested story. Let's take go.
- 2:31:02Speaker 2: Everything.
- 2:31:14Speaker 5: So I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down
- 2:31:20Speaker 5: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:31:29Speaker 5: just walking down some steps. In each step or twenty steps,
- 2:31:35Speaker 5: each step represents a level of comfort, each step represents
- 2:31:48Speaker 5: a deepening of that comfort, and the further you walk
- 2:32:01Speaker 5: down those steps that digged a blax. You feel so
- 2:32:14Speaker 5: Starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen.
- 2:33:22Speaker 11: Eighty seven, ten.
- 2:34:47Speaker 4: Sixteen unity to see the US.
- 2:36:04Speaker 3: Three fourhhhhhhh.
- 2:38:54Speaker 2: Too, we.
- 2:40:05Speaker 14: Using the.
- 2:43:13Speaker 2: Night six, US.
- 2:46:52Speaker 17: Lady five, US.
- 2:50:12Speaker 18: US leading us on.
- 2:52:58Speaker 1: Facts.
- 2:53:09Speaker 5: We're gonna count down from ten down to one. Fergussi
- 2:53:21Speaker 5: just on your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 2:53:32Speaker 5: your eye waves themselves, the whole area that makes up
- 2:53:41Speaker 5: your eye. As we count down from ten down to one,
- 2:54:00Speaker 5: wants to focus in on your eyes, you will become
- 2:54:12Speaker 5: twice is relaxed with each number counting down that you
- 2:54:24Speaker 5: may find the way you want to do is just
- 2:54:34Speaker 5: drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:54:44Speaker 5: then just allow yourself to do that now focusing on
- 2:54:57Speaker 5: your eyes, then to begin countin down ten downs one
- 2:55:10Speaker 5: right now, ten nine eight.
- 2:57:14Speaker 2: Seven h.
- 3:00:27Speaker 18: Shhhh, sis.
- 3:04:17Speaker 2: One, So.
- 3:04:32Speaker 5: Count down ten to one ten nine eight seven, six
- 3:04:48Speaker 5: five four.
- 3:04:54Speaker 2: Three two.
- 3:05:00Speaker 1: One.
- 3:05:07Speaker 5: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 3:05:10Speaker 5: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for you
- 3:05:14Speaker 5: to notice the calming of your body, maybe even a
- 3:05:24Speaker 5: little bit of pressure there. Life you'll count it down
- 3:05:28Speaker 5: from ten to one. Would you expect me to do?
- 3:05:30Speaker 2: Men?
- 3:05:32Speaker 5: Expect me to go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 3:05:42Speaker 5: I can try again, but this time I'll go this slower.
- 3:05:48Speaker 5: This time that you focus on the whole of your
- 3:05:53Speaker 5: body before we focus on relex Just notice how your
- 3:06:02Speaker 5: body does start to feel more relaxed. Every number that
- 3:06:17Speaker 5: I count down ten nine at eight, seven, six, five
- 3:07:08Speaker 5: four three, and just notice how how you feel generally,
- 3:08:07Speaker 5: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about yea
- 3:08:21Speaker 5: counting down from ten to one. It's that space that
- 3:08:29Speaker 5: you have.
- 3:08:30Speaker 2: That.
- 3:08:33Speaker 5: Space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting or
- 3:08:54Speaker 5: lying down, just being there, not doing anything but safe
- 3:09:00Speaker 5: in anything or needed to think about anything. So it
- 3:09:06Speaker 5: opens up the space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 3:09:11Speaker 5: a gap. And the more I came down from ten
- 3:09:21Speaker 5: to one, the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that
- 3:09:28Speaker 5: gap of calmness, of comfort or relaxation. It's a nice feeling,
- 3:09:47Speaker 5: and it moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally,
- 3:09:56Speaker 5: moves away. Allows you to just slow down.
- 3:10:17Speaker 19: Someone can count the game from ten down to one
- 3:10:20Speaker 19: and notice that gap widening, the gap.
- 3:10:29Speaker 5: And it said widens. It's almost like the stress and
- 3:10:34Speaker 5: attention falls into the gap, gives you that distance, that space.
- 3:10:57Speaker 2: Now ten.
- 3:11:07Speaker 5: Nine, eight seven, six.
- 3:11:46Speaker 2: Five four.
- 3:12:16Speaker 5: Three. Now, how did you body you feel?
- 3:13:09Speaker 2: Now?
- 3:13:22Speaker 5: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm?
- 3:13:34Speaker 4: Then?
- 3:13:34Speaker 5: You feel relaxed as we are now, focus on your legs,
- 3:14:05Speaker 5: just your legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on
- 3:14:26Speaker 5: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 3:14:45Speaker 5: to be done, because I'm sure, like most of your
- 3:14:51Speaker 5: body is not a lot going on right now. Just
- 3:15:03Speaker 5: focusing on the whole of your thighs, the tops of
- 3:15:10Speaker 5: your thighs and the side of your fires the bottoms
- 3:15:16Speaker 5: of your thighs, your outer thighs and inner thighs, basically
- 3:15:23Speaker 5: the whole of your thigh that leads into your hip
- 3:15:31Speaker 5: and it goes down to your knee joint. And this
- 3:15:41Speaker 5: is a big area. It's a very heavy area. It's
- 3:15:49Speaker 5: very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body or
- 3:15:56Speaker 5: in your thighs.
- 3:16:07Speaker 2: But I don't think we.
- 3:16:09Speaker 5: Perhaps give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't
- 3:16:24Speaker 5: they acknowledge how important our thighs are.
- 3:16:32Speaker 15: To our lives, how much they actually do for us
- 3:16:52Speaker 15: all through our lives. And it may seem sound really weird, but.
- 3:17:06Speaker 5: I think that all of her body parts, especially her thighs,
- 3:17:13Speaker 5: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 3:17:21Speaker 5: of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what her thighs do
- 3:17:40Speaker 5: for us. I don't know. This may sound as strange.
- 3:17:52Speaker 5: Maybe you think why am I shure, how should be
- 3:17:55Speaker 5: out in the garden hugging a tree or something. Well,
- 3:18:04Speaker 5: it's hard to set a microphone number a tree as
- 3:18:07Speaker 5: what I'm doing to see doors one as I wouldn't
- 3:18:09Speaker 5: be outside in a dream. I can't see the television
- 3:18:13Speaker 5: from the dream. We moved down to your knees, we
- 3:18:24Speaker 5: gain such an important part, and I think we don't
- 3:18:32Speaker 5: necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate
- 3:18:41Speaker 5: all that one needs to do for me until I
- 3:18:47Speaker 5: have a problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever,
- 3:18:52Speaker 5: maybe I'm bess it.
- 3:18:54Speaker 1: It's aching for.
- 3:18:55Speaker 5: Some reason, then that I realize how much it does.
- 3:19:03Speaker 5: You know, the benefit of being able to use my
- 3:19:07Speaker 5: legs without any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful
- 3:19:17Speaker 5: thing that's possibly not appreciating tool it's temporarily removed. You
- 3:19:26Speaker 5: know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 3:19:35Speaker 5: regardless of how your knees feel, you can have that
- 3:19:41Speaker 5: sense of gratitude and love to your needs for all
- 3:19:47Speaker 5: they do for you. You can still have that attention
- 3:20:01Speaker 5: on your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe
- 3:20:08Speaker 5: notice that they are relaxing more deeply as you focus
- 3:20:26Speaker 5: now on the bottoms of your legs and your sheets,
- 3:20:31Speaker 5: your calf muscles, the bones between your knees and your feet.
- 3:20:40Speaker 3: Incorporate, and course your ankles.
- 3:20:44Speaker 2: So important.
- 3:20:51Speaker 5: If anyone has had even there, like the slightest spray
- 3:20:56Speaker 5: of an ankle, knows how how much we take our
- 3:21:03Speaker 5: ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 3:21:11Speaker 5: way when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists
- 3:21:17Speaker 5: are a lot of thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 3:21:21Speaker 5: which is okay, it doesn't you can't see any problem
- 3:21:25Speaker 5: with that because we're just picking stuff up by our
- 3:21:30Speaker 5: ankles so much thinner than the rest of our legs.
- 3:21:42Speaker 5: And from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't
- 3:21:46Speaker 5: really make sense that all this weight will ultimately be
- 3:21:53Speaker 5: resting on your ankles then lead to your feet a
- 3:22:04Speaker 5: thin area think boneer. Yeah, it does so much great work.
- 3:22:15Speaker 5: Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime, helps us
- 3:22:25Speaker 5: to balance, helps you to get around, to be mobile.
- 3:22:41Speaker 5: There's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 3:22:49Speaker 5: I couldn't see the pointing. Calf muscles didn't seem to
- 3:22:53Speaker 5: do anything. Okay, if order around my tiptoes and my
- 3:22:59Speaker 5: calf muscles get some work. Of course, that's not true.
- 3:23:03Speaker 5: The calf muscles have been used whenever we use our legs.
- 3:23:13Speaker 5: Then your shills there to protect your lower legs, shaped
- 3:23:26Speaker 5: in a way almost as a protector for the bone,
- 3:23:38Speaker 5: leading of course to your ankles. Then your feet. I'm
- 3:23:50Speaker 5: not going to focus on your feet. We're just going
- 3:23:52Speaker 5: to focus on the legs. And I realized, and now there,
- 3:23:59Speaker 5: I'm bitch your feet. You'll probably focus on them anyway,
- 3:24:04Speaker 5: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 3:24:11Speaker 5: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 3:24:15Speaker 5: you have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we
- 3:24:20Speaker 5: haven't been focusing on your thighs a few minutes, we're
- 3:24:26Speaker 5: focusing on your angles, there's still that sensation of comfort
- 3:24:43Speaker 5: in your thighs. There's that movement of energy because the
- 3:24:55Speaker 5: thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the
- 3:25:02Speaker 5: muscles and the big straw muscles that we have in
- 3:25:07Speaker 5: our thighs, but the skin on the outside of the thighs,
- 3:25:21Speaker 5: as in the outside of all of our body, can
- 3:25:26Speaker 5: be very sensitive, sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature,
- 3:25:44Speaker 5: and inside your thighs the bones there's the muscle, there's
- 3:25:52Speaker 5: the blood, vessels, the archrees to all this stuff inside
- 3:25:58Speaker 5: your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you
- 3:26:06Speaker 5: could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message.
- 3:26:14Speaker 5: So you can message on the outside, of course, but
- 3:26:18Speaker 5: be able to get deep into the muscles, to be
- 3:26:21Speaker 5: able to just message inside your thighs, message of the bones.
- 3:26:28Speaker 5: If your leg massage with veins, just gently healing thighs,
- 3:26:44Speaker 5: you can move down message inside your knees. Just message
- 3:26:52Speaker 5: in those bones, but with healing fingertips, spreading the healing
- 3:26:59Speaker 5: energy deep into the choice your needs. Of course, it's
- 3:27:10Speaker 5: the back of your need and the inside crease real
- 3:27:16Speaker 5: need is it's a very sensitive area feels very nice
- 3:27:24Speaker 5: when we striken. That might be because it's an area
- 3:27:29Speaker 5: that's not really touched very often. It's almost like a
- 3:27:34Speaker 5: hidden part that grease your legs. It's almost.
- 3:27:43Speaker 14: Like a part that.
- 3:27:45Speaker 5: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:27:57Speaker 5: it's protected by your legs. You can let you put
- 3:28:07Speaker 5: in your fingers to increase your legs. Folded between your legs,
- 3:28:20Speaker 5: you can just message with your fingertips. Let your fingertips
- 3:28:24Speaker 5: going inside massage in the muscle tissue you can cause
- 3:28:35Speaker 5: a fielder the bones of your knees, heading through your fingertips,
- 3:28:50Speaker 5: and then as you go down to your calf muscles,
- 3:28:55Speaker 5: and that's the part I'd like to be outside. Really
- 3:28:59Speaker 5: put my can tap steam inside the calf muscles, massage
- 3:29:05Speaker 5: in every single tissue of the muscle, healing every part.
- 3:29:20Speaker 5: They're doing the same for my shields. Massage and gently
- 3:29:28Speaker 5: stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing in a loving
- 3:29:35Speaker 5: way because they deserve to be treated. There's the precious
- 3:29:42Speaker 5: bones that they are. Their legs are so precious as
- 3:29:47Speaker 5: in all there are parts of our body, the more
- 3:29:52Speaker 5: precious of any chub planet. When you start to think
- 3:30:08Speaker 5: about the legs and its way, it can change your perspective.
- 3:30:24Speaker 5: It might sound it silly to stop here, the idea
- 3:30:32Speaker 5: of family, love the legs, showing appreciation with your thighs,
- 3:30:43Speaker 5: wanting to be able to be your hands in your thighs,
- 3:30:49Speaker 5: passage the muscles and the bonds, to get your fingers
- 3:30:57Speaker 5: deep in there, releasing attention. Just to show how much
- 3:31:07Speaker 5: you care about your legs, what you care for, what
- 3:31:16Speaker 5: your legs do for regularly, your means, your calms, your ankles,
- 3:31:30Speaker 5: the strength of your ankles consideringly, how fit they are
- 3:31:38Speaker 5: compared to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 3:31:45Speaker 5: they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ankles are
- 3:32:02Speaker 5: truly a gift because of what they did for you
- 3:32:12Speaker 5: supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:32:21Speaker 5: even if you're only eat at stony, it's still a
- 3:32:25Speaker 5: long wait for these little angles. How a lot the
- 3:32:32Speaker 5: heavier the mains, though doubled in my course, support my
- 3:32:43Speaker 5: body all the time. Whether they do give off a
- 3:32:50Speaker 5: sigh of relief to sit down, that's my old licks,
- 3:32:56Speaker 5: though my think feel sad. My toast clap. Your legs
- 3:33:29Speaker 5: really are amazing, And I know talking about talking about
- 3:33:38Speaker 5: your legs' is probably possibly the most most boring ficture
- 3:33:45Speaker 5: ever had anyone's saying. Possibly boring or not, everything I
- 3:33:54Speaker 5: said is true. My legs are amazing. Your lex deserve
- 3:34:11Speaker 5: of just respect. They deserve to relax deeply. They deserve
- 3:34:30Speaker 5: to take some time out of the day to just
- 3:34:35Speaker 5: link completely. Lex really can relax because the legs are say,
- 3:35:14Speaker 5: such a nice, you know, very important part of your body.
- 3:35:20Speaker 5: When your relax relegs, the rest of your body also
- 3:35:25Speaker 5: naturally follows in that journey of comfort, like a feeling
- 3:35:43Speaker 5: my hips. My hips feel really loose, and also my
- 3:35:51Speaker 5: lower back as well. My lower back really feels it
- 3:35:57Speaker 5: feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a chair
- 3:36:02Speaker 5: and there's no stretching as far as my way that
- 3:36:08Speaker 5: I'm doing, as almost as if the muscles just relaxed
- 3:36:12Speaker 5: so much and there is a natural stretch as the
- 3:36:17Speaker 5: tension has reduced. Not I'm now going to count down
- 3:36:41Speaker 5: ten down to one, you can continue to feel.
- 3:36:52Speaker 20: Wonderfully relaxed ten nine.
- 3:37:04Speaker 5: Eight seven six, five four three.
- 3:37:33Speaker 4: One.
- 3:37:40Speaker 5: Relax because I'm just gonna countdown five down to one,
- 3:37:53Speaker 5: and it's a countdown. If you just focus on the numbers,
- 3:37:59Speaker 5: just the numbers counting down, and notice how you feel.
- 3:38:10Speaker 21: In this moment.
- 3:38:13Speaker 5: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:38:17Speaker 5: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:38:30Speaker 5: your body, but also relaxing your mind. Just notice how
- 3:38:39Speaker 5: you feel there's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:38:45Speaker 5: there's nothing to think about. Starting with number five.
- 3:39:02Speaker 2: Four three.
- 3:39:23Speaker 5: Two one. As you notice the gradual.
- 3:39:47Speaker 14: Letting go.
- 3:39:50Speaker 5: With the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:39:58Speaker 5: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:40:05Speaker 5: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:40:13Speaker 5: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural.
- 3:40:21Speaker 5: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:40:29Speaker 5: and the more your micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:40:33Speaker 5: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:40:45Speaker 5: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even if
- 3:40:53Speaker 5: this background sounds, maybe your side or mind is still
- 3:41:00Speaker 5: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:41:05Speaker 5: the television on, there's no music in the background, unless
- 3:41:10Speaker 5: you're listening to the recorded with music. Of course, you're
- 3:41:18Speaker 5: very likely not going to be sitting in a room
- 3:41:20Speaker 5: with other people. Of course, you my people. Generally, it's
- 3:41:26Speaker 5: the idea if you can do this on your own,
- 3:41:30Speaker 5: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:41:46Speaker 5: relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort.
- 3:41:56Speaker 2: Starts to grow, and.
- 3:42:03Speaker 5: Without trying to build it up into something fantastical, something magical,
- 3:42:15Speaker 5: this is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:42:28Speaker 5: In fact, it's almost the sense of relaxing completely happens.
- 3:42:35Speaker 5: Really when you put no effort into it. It's not
- 3:42:40Speaker 5: something that you can really force. It's something that happens naturally.
- 3:42:52Speaker 5: A part of the process of this recording and others
- 3:43:01Speaker 5: is simply to allow you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:43:15Speaker 14: This time, just.
- 3:43:23Speaker 5: Lego to just be here, to be in tune with
- 3:43:35Speaker 5: how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to
- 3:43:48Speaker 5: relax deeply, that maybe to fall asleep, depending on what
- 3:44:00Speaker 5: is that you wish for yourself in this moment. As
- 3:44:14Speaker 5: we know, relaxing is the majority of the process of
- 3:44:23Speaker 5: fallen asleep, the actual fall. The sleep part is the
- 3:44:28Speaker 5: tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:44:40Speaker 5: the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also if
- 3:44:58Speaker 5: you choose day focused on my voice.
- 3:45:06Speaker 14: And that.
- 3:45:07Speaker 2: Really enjoy.
- 3:45:15Speaker 5: The process congratually relaxing.
- 3:45:31Speaker 2: Each muscle.
- 3:45:37Speaker 5: In your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation of.
- 3:46:04Speaker 1: Letting go.
- 3:46:11Speaker 5: Completely. This time a count from six down to one.
- 3:46:27Speaker 5: You can notice your mind calming down with each number
- 3:46:40Speaker 5: that you hear me saying, naturally, feeling calm, slow, to.
- 3:46:56Speaker 22: Beeaceful, six, five.
- 3:48:22Speaker 5: Three, No way have you might scout out sinking deeply
- 3:50:09Speaker 5: into relaxation as you focus on your why I noticed
- 3:50:31Speaker 5: that there are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn
- 3:50:41Speaker 5: thoughts that for some reason perhaps needs your attentions. What
- 3:50:57Speaker 5: you can do send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those
- 3:51:10Speaker 5: thoughts with love, my lord, petals with a flower. Just
- 3:51:21Speaker 5: sprinkle over petals, feel with love towards those thoughts. To
- 3:51:29Speaker 5: let those thoughts over them, not band you just need them.
- 3:51:39Speaker 5: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet.
- 3:51:51Speaker 2: Down for now.
- 3:52:03Speaker 5: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As a
- 3:52:08Speaker 5: countdown this time from seven out of one each number,
- 3:52:17Speaker 5: just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude,
- 3:52:33Speaker 5: both of those thoughts. You will allow them to just
- 3:52:42Speaker 5: not away, relax deeply. Every number, those thoughts will become
- 3:52:58Speaker 5: more first starting seven, six, five, three.
- 3:55:46Speaker 20: That is.
- 3:55:49Speaker 5: Next fifth. We got to focus on your hands, I guess,
- 3:56:20Speaker 5: don't over extray adslaxtra body and my done. Yes, you
- 3:56:46Speaker 5: focus on my hands, your fingers. It's nothing I needed
- 3:56:57Speaker 5: to be done. It's like collection facets of dens and
- 3:57:03Speaker 5: the fingers pretty. It's just like SI fusing on your hands.
- 3:57:25Speaker 5: Let film be kiss them, but acts to your hands.
- 3:57:47Speaker 5: Feel I can't wide feels comfort a body tist start.
- 3:58:43Speaker 23: T said, just in your hands and vegers.
- 3:59:16Speaker 5: Xperience a really deepen the relaxation in your hands and
- 3:59:27Speaker 5: vegus more relaxed, feached number.
- 3:59:53Speaker 2: Eight do.
- 4:00:02Speaker 5: And almost.
- 4:00:05Speaker 2: Feel that healing.
- 4:00:08Speaker 15: Relax energy spread it into your hands and fingers coming
- 4:00:28Speaker 15: relaxing with each number.
- 4:00:41Speaker 5: Going down, eight, down to one, drifting drifted again, school
- 4:01:01Speaker 5: two seven s just being here now nothing to think about,
- 4:05:10Speaker 5: nothing to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 4:05:26Speaker 5: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 4:05:34Speaker 5: you just normally feel when you take away that stuff.
- 4:05:45Speaker 5: And I think that's stress.
- 4:05:49Speaker 24: And here I think.
- 4:05:57Speaker 5: Science into thinking about.
- 4:06:07Speaker 24: Take that away.
- 4:06:10Speaker 4: Used to.
- 4:06:12Speaker 5: Have a sense of instruments which caused as also ply
- 4:06:37Speaker 5: it's just a feeling, feeling, a confis if you got
- 4:06:51Speaker 5: inside some found a special place.
- 4:07:00Speaker 2: Th bas.
- 4:07:07Speaker 5: Lay sway in the room as you mention sense comments place,
- 4:07:21Speaker 5: think except yourself sway or joint in whils play sway again.
- 4:07:46Speaker 5: Actually just love yourself some ways more person play like yourself,
- 4:08:00Speaker 5: appreciate the sense of.
- 4:08:13Speaker 7: Gratitude sl sway.
- 4:08:32Speaker 21: U feel.
- 4:08:34Speaker 5: The healing energy sucking into your body. Heaving energy sucking
- 4:08:50Speaker 5: into your body. I hear the energy spreads through plains
- 4:09:04Speaker 5: tremut each every simple thought of your body. You start
- 4:09:17Speaker 5: to realize the actually a healing energy. It's not just
- 4:09:25Speaker 5: intered into your brain, it's become out of your brain.
- 4:09:37Speaker 5: The spinal fluids.
- 4:09:41Speaker 2: Now fixed. The energy.
- 4:09:49Speaker 5: Just allow me to feel so much more ax and
