Patsy A. Robbins, 81, beloved community pillar and dance enthusiast, passed away June 30 after a life devoted to service—27 years as a court clerk, plus decades in bookkeeping and apartment management. A true lover of life, she danced weekly at the VFW, enjoyed Bluegrass at Marydel, and cherished time with her family. Survived by her sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and lifelong dance partner Eddie Freeman, she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, work, and joy.
