Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell You cannot talk about these
0:28
Speaker 1: people without talking about how they used class warfare, basically,
0:34
Speaker 1: on poor people. Now, when I say that, I mean
0:39
Speaker 1: they chose people who came from poor and broken homes,
0:43
Speaker 1: people who only had one parent in their home, people
0:46
Speaker 1: who have been abused, whatever it may be. These were
0:50
Speaker 1: the people that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell targeted on
0:54
Speaker 1: a daily basis. And when you look at one of
0:59
Speaker 1: their main centers of operation, which was Palm Beach, the
1:04
Speaker 1: discrepancy between wealth a mere five or six miles away
1:10
Speaker 1: between West Palm Beach and Palm Beach is mind-boggling. Now,
1:17
Speaker 1: I live in Las Vegas, so I see this all
1:19
Speaker 1: the time. You live in a place like Las Vegas,
1:25
Speaker 1: and you look at Las Vegas Boulevard, all of the money,
1:28
Speaker 1: all of the wealth, all of the prestige. You take
1:32
Speaker 1: a quick drive two miles east, one mile east, into
1:37
Speaker 1: East Las Vegas, into Central Las Vegas, and you see
1:41
Speaker 1: right away how different of a story it is. homeless camps,
1:47
Speaker 1: people struggling, daily, weekly apartments, the whole flip. And you
1:55
Speaker 1: can see how there's almost an invisible line from where
2:02
Speaker 1: the wealth ends and the misery begins. And I'm sure
2:07
Speaker 1: most of you, wherever you're from, if you're from a
2:09
Speaker 1: big city, you have areas like this as well. I
2:12
Speaker 1: watched a documentary about kids in... Orange County, California, and
2:17
Speaker 1: it broke my heart. These kids lived across the street
2:20
Speaker 1: from Disneyland in these hotels, and obviously their parents never
2:25
Speaker 1: had the money to bring them to Disneyland. So these
2:29
Speaker 1: kids every night would watch the fireworks, go over into
2:32
Speaker 1: the parking lots, hang out in the parking garage, but
2:35
Speaker 1: they never had a chance to actually go into the park.
2:39
Speaker 1: And it's just, it's... a microcosm of how society is
2:46
Speaker 1: in general at this point. There are those who have,
2:50
Speaker 1: and then there's the rest of us. And when I
2:53
Speaker 1: talk about the discrepancy in wealth, I'm not talking about,
2:57
Speaker 1: you know, your buddy Joe who went to school and
3:01
Speaker 1: worked his way up and earning a great living now.
3:03
Speaker 1: I'm talking about generational wealth. I'm talking about wealth that
3:08
Speaker 1: most of us will never even be able to comprehend.
3:12
Speaker 1: And that's the kind of wealth that Maxwell and Epstein
3:15
Speaker 1: came from. Maxwell especially. Epstein by proxy, but Maxwell was
3:21
Speaker 1: born into this. Her father, Robert Maxwell, super rich guy.
3:27
Speaker 1: What do you think? They were sitting around talking well
3:29
Speaker 1: of poor people? Of course they weren't. So, Ghislaine Maxwell...
3:35
Speaker 1: has always been one of these upper crust types who
3:38
Speaker 1: looks down her nose at the rest of us. And
3:41
Speaker 1: all you have to do, again, is listen to the
3:43
Speaker 1: survivors themselves. Cut out the middlemen. You really need some
3:47
Speaker 1: jerk-off from the New York Times to tell you the
3:49
Speaker 1: deal when the survivors are telling you the story themselves?
3:54
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell had a pretty shitty opinion of people who
3:58
Speaker 1: were poor. Ghislaine Maxwell, according to all of these allegations
4:02
Speaker 1: and to what a lot of these survivors have said,
4:06
Speaker 1: had nothing good to say about people who were poor.
4:10
Speaker 1: And when you add all of that up and you
4:12
Speaker 1: look at the people that they targeted, it's rather obvious
4:17
Speaker 1: what was going on here. It's rather obvious that Glenn
4:21
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein weren't doing this on a whim.
4:27
Speaker 1: This was planned out. This was plotted out. And we
4:30
Speaker 1: go back to New Mexico once again because it's the
4:32
Speaker 1: elephant in the room. He chose New Mexico for a reason.
4:37
Speaker 1: He knew that he could take these girls there and
4:40
Speaker 1: look at little penalty, little to no penalty, in fact,
4:43
Speaker 1: for abusing them. Oh, well, 16's the age of consent.
4:47
Speaker 1: They consented. Says you. And, of course, who was brought
4:56
Speaker 1: to Zorro Ranch? Who was brought to the Manhattan townhouse?
4:58
Speaker 1: Who was brought down to Palm Beach or the Virgin Islands?
5:03
Speaker 1: Girls from broken homes, girls who were poor, and girls
5:07
Speaker 1: that Maxwell and Epstein looked at as less than. And
5:11
Speaker 1: that's just the fact of the situation. That's how they
5:13
Speaker 1: looked at people, looked at us, everybody. But these girls specifically,
5:19
Speaker 1: there were nothing more to them than a thing to
5:23
Speaker 1: be traded, a commodity. And we all know that that's
5:27
Speaker 1: not how things should be. No human being should ever
5:30
Speaker 1: be put into any kind of servitude or thought that
5:33
Speaker 1: they have to use their body to get by. It's
5:40
Speaker 1: not how this is supposed to work. And then the
5:43
Speaker 1: fact that this guy and Maxwell and the rest of
5:45
Speaker 1: these scumbags got away with it for so long with
5:48
Speaker 1: so many girls coming out and telling their story is
5:51
Speaker 1: just beyond the pale. But when you look at the
5:55
Speaker 1: overall picture here, and you look at the M.O. between
6:00
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell and their criminal enterprise, it was always
6:04
Speaker 1: the same kind of girls who were targeted, poor and
6:08
Speaker 1: from the other side of the tracks. This morning, we're
6:12
Speaker 1: going to touch on an article from Financial Times that
6:16
Speaker 1: kind of goes into this a little bit, and we're
6:20
Speaker 1: going to see what they have to say about it.
6:38
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Joshua Chauvin. On the eighth
6:45
Speaker 1: day of the government's sex trafficking case against Ghislaine Maxwell,
6:49
Speaker 1: a prosecutor asked a witness known as Sean what the
6:52
Speaker 1: difference was between Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, two
6:55
Speaker 1: Florida towns separated by a drawbridge. Money's no object over there,
7:00
Speaker 1: said Sean, a West Palm Beach native, sounding as though
7:04
Speaker 1: the nearby island were a different planet. Growing up, he
7:07
Speaker 1: told the jury... He had very rarely even ventured into
7:10
Speaker 1: Palm Beach because I didn't have enough money to buy
7:14
Speaker 1: anything in the gas station. That changed, he said, when
7:18
Speaker 1: he began ferrying his 14-year-old girlfriend to the island to
7:22
Speaker 1: provide sexualized massages for Jeffrey Epstein. Soon, they were struggling
7:27
Speaker 1: to find a store to change the bills in West
7:29
Speaker 1: Palm Beach, where they don't accept $ 100 bills, Sean explained.
7:33
Speaker 1: That's something you'll see in a lot of poorer neighborhoods
7:36
Speaker 1: for sure. The fact that they're not going to accept
7:40
Speaker 1: those $ 100 bills. You better come with something smaller for sure.
7:45
Speaker 1: And according to Sean, he went from not being able
7:50
Speaker 1: to afford anything in the gas station to having all
7:54
Speaker 1: these $ 100 bills after bringing Carolyn, his girlfriend, over for
8:00
Speaker 1: sexualized massages at Jeffrey Epstein's house. Classes threaded throughout the
8:09
Speaker 1: Epstein story. Maxwell, an Oxford-educated product of fee-paying British public schools,
8:15
Speaker 1: used hers to smooth the social path of the Coney
8:19
Speaker 1: Island-born Epstein when they joined forces in the early 1990s Manhattan. Now,
8:25
Speaker 1: class is present in Maxwell's criminal trial too. It loomed
8:29
Speaker 1: as witnesses recounted over the last two weeks how a
8:32
Speaker 1: tall British woman, with what one called a proper English accent,
8:37
Speaker 1: lured them, when they were young and poor, into a
8:40
Speaker 1: world beyond their imagination. So, you get the idea here
8:45
Speaker 1: of where he's going in the article. And the fact
8:48
Speaker 1: of the matter is, this is exactly what happened. Jeffrey
8:52
Speaker 1: Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell chose these young girls from these
8:57
Speaker 1: broken homes because they knew that they'd be able to
9:00
Speaker 1: get away with it, or that it would be more
9:02
Speaker 1: likely that they'd be able to get away with it. So,
9:07
Speaker 1: They went on their spree. And you want to talk
9:10
Speaker 1: about the early 90s, we can go back a little
9:12
Speaker 1: bit earlier even. Jeffrey Epstein, look, this isn't something that
9:18
Speaker 1: just happens overnight. You don't wake up one morning and
9:21
Speaker 1: have a broken brain like this dude and think trafficking
9:25
Speaker 1: little girls is a good idea. You came off the
9:29
Speaker 1: assembly line fucked up. You're a lemon. There ain't no
9:32
Speaker 1: fixing you. It doesn't matter what mechanic we bring you to.
9:36
Speaker 1: Nobody's fixing you, bro. People like this need to be
9:40
Speaker 1: put underneath the jail. The author goes on in the
9:47
Speaker 1: article to say, it sounded practically like a Dickinson novel
9:54
Speaker 1: when one of Maxwell's accusers described how Epstein had sent
9:57
Speaker 1: a chauffeur-driven car to bring her and her mother across
10:00
Speaker 1: the bridge for tea at his Palm Beach mansion. The
10:04
Speaker 1: girl was 14 at the time, and her father had
10:06
Speaker 1: died months earlier, bankrupting the family, she said. After offering
10:11
Speaker 1: himself as her patron, Epstein would go on to abuse
10:14
Speaker 1: the girl for years, she testified. Maxwell helped, she said,
10:18
Speaker 1: by winning her confidence... and gradually pushing her boundaries. Maxwell
10:23
Speaker 1: would help normalize all of it. That was her role.
10:27
Speaker 1: Maxwell was the one to make these girls feel comfortable.
10:31
Speaker 1: The one where, you know, if you're one of these girls,
10:34
Speaker 1: you'd say to yourself, oh, this lady with this posh accent,
10:37
Speaker 1: this is never going to happen to me. I'm never
10:41
Speaker 1: going to get abused when I'm in the company of
10:44
Speaker 1: somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell. And then all of that is
10:49
Speaker 1: flipped on its head. Everything that these girls thought was
10:53
Speaker 1: going to be the case turned out to be something
10:55
Speaker 1: completely different. And then the whole, well, why do they
11:00
Speaker 1: keep going back? You got to get deeper into the
11:03
Speaker 1: nuance of it all, my friend. People who have that
11:06
Speaker 1: kind of commentary don't really understand what goes on here
11:10
Speaker 1: and the psyche behind all of it. There is so
11:16
Speaker 1: much that goes on as far as the gaslighting, Stockholm Syndrome,
11:21
Speaker 1: the grooming, the normalization of it all. It's just absurd
11:25
Speaker 1: how much goes into it. But it's effective. When these
11:29
Speaker 1: people get their hooks into somebody, it's almost impossible to
11:32
Speaker 1: get them out. When you normalize this kind of weird-ass,
11:37
Speaker 1: weirdo behavior, when kids are young and their brains are
11:41
Speaker 1: still developing... It's a whole lot easier to get them involved,
11:44
Speaker 1: to have them as part of the operation, right? Send
11:48
Speaker 1: them out to bring in other girls because you've normalized
11:51
Speaker 1: it to them. So in their brains, they say, well,
11:53
Speaker 1: this is normal behavior. Maybe my friends want to make
11:55
Speaker 1: some money. And it goes on and on and on.
12:00
Speaker 1: And remember, it couldn't have happened if it was just Epstein,
12:03
Speaker 1: some creepy ass old looking weirdo. He had to have
12:06
Speaker 1: all of these other moving parts, the Ghislaine Maxwells, the
12:10
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers, the Leslie Groffs, the Adriana Rosses. When
12:17
Speaker 1: you look at Nadia Marchenkova, her situation, her being given
12:22
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein as a 15-year-old to be groomed and
12:25
Speaker 1: molded to what he wants, that's a whole different kind
12:28
Speaker 1: of disgusting, draconian sadness. But Epstein couldn't have done this
12:35
Speaker 1: in a vacuum. He couldn't have done this without the
12:37
Speaker 1: help of somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell. The article goes on
12:44
Speaker 1: to say Maxwell denies this and other suggestions of wrongdoing.
12:48
Speaker 1: Her attorneys insist she has been made a scapegoat for
12:51
Speaker 1: the sins of Epstein, who died by suicide, allegedly, in
12:54
Speaker 1: a New York prison cell a month after he was
12:57
Speaker 1: arrested in 2019. So that is the premise for her defense.
13:02
Speaker 1: There's no doubt about it. Let's try and destroy the
13:05
Speaker 1: credibility of the survivors and accusers. And let's make sure
13:10
Speaker 1: we pin this all on Epstein because there's no way
13:13
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell could have been involved in this, right? No
13:16
Speaker 1: way at all. But yet here we are once again
13:21
Speaker 1: with another story about Ghislaine Maxwell, with more witness testimony
13:27
Speaker 1: about Ghislaine Maxwell. And while it is a Not unexpected
13:34
Speaker 1: move on the part of the defense to try and
13:36
Speaker 1: make it all about Epstein. The fact of the matter
13:39
Speaker 1: is this. Ghislaine Maxwell was present. Ghislaine Maxwell was actively participating,
13:46
Speaker 1: according to the allegations. And this is not about Jeffrey Epstein.
13:50
Speaker 1: This is about Ghislaine Maxwell. They have also tried to
14:00
Speaker 1: use class to their advantage during the trial. In her
14:02
Speaker 1: opening statement, attorney Bobby Sternum claimed the accusers were money
14:06
Speaker 1: grabbers who had twisted the truth in hopes of financial jackpot.
14:11
Speaker 1: It was reminiscent of political strategist James Carville dismissing former
14:15
Speaker 1: President Clinton sexual accusers in 1994 by remarking, Yeah, remember that,
14:19
Speaker 1: James Carville? Mr. Big Time, Big Shot over there under
14:31
Speaker 1: the umbrella. That's how they feel about you. All of them.
14:35
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton. They don't think they care about you.
14:39
Speaker 1: They think that if they drag a $ 100 bill through
14:41
Speaker 1: a trailer park, that maybe, you know, one of your
14:44
Speaker 1: family members will bite. Maybe they can bring one of
14:46
Speaker 1: your family members into the fold. Bunch of sick bastards
14:50
Speaker 1: with comments like that. And still, somebody who's running around
14:54
Speaker 1: on TV, right? Where's his cancel culture moment? Yeah. Yeah.
14:58
Speaker 1: Don't worry, I won't hold my breath either. It is
15:02
Speaker 1: not clear whether class issues will sway the jury of
15:05
Speaker 1: mostly working class New Yorkers who will decide the fate
15:08
Speaker 1: of a British socialite or, you know, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag,
15:13
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, and bipedal serpent. Throughout the trial, prosecutors
15:18
Speaker 1: have shown them photos of Epstein's private jets and opulent
15:22
Speaker 1: properties in New York, New Mexico, the Caribbean, and Palm
15:26
Speaker 1: Beach where the bathroom had a sofa. Oh, well, bathroom
15:30
Speaker 1: had a sofa, so there's that. As a gossip columnist
15:34
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach, Jose Lambiet developed a jaded view about
15:38
Speaker 1: the divide between Palm Beach, a manicured bunker of old money,
15:42
Speaker 1: and West Palm Beach, a place that was originally built
15:45
Speaker 1: to house the help and long suffered from a reputation
15:49
Speaker 1: of drugs and violence. Well, that's how it always goes, right?
15:56
Speaker 1: You build the shantytown for the hired help And then,
15:59
Speaker 1: you know, let's treat them like shit. Let them live
16:02
Speaker 1: in weeklies, whatever it may be. But as long as
16:06
Speaker 1: the stench isn't permeating over there into Palm Beach, where
16:13
Speaker 1: you got all that beautiful money, right? Where people like
16:15
Speaker 1: Trump and Epstein are hanging out. Can't have it over there.
16:18
Speaker 1: Keep that shit six miles away. No gentrification projects. None
16:24
Speaker 1: of these big shot loudmouths who live in the area
16:26
Speaker 1: stepping up to help the community. Like usual, just take, take, take,
16:32
Speaker 1: and take. And at the same time, if we abuse
16:36
Speaker 1: some poor kids along the way, who gives a fuck? Well,
16:39
Speaker 1: breaking news, you disgusting assholes. We all do. The story
16:47
Speaker 1: here in my book is how the rich have once
16:49
Speaker 1: again found a way to screw the poor. Lambiet, who
16:52
Speaker 1: now works as a private detective, said of the Epstein case,
16:56
Speaker 1: These girls were from five or six miles away, as
16:58
Speaker 1: the crow flies, where the houses are worth $ 50, 000 or $ 60, 000.
17:03
Speaker 1: That's how much one of these people, Jeffrey Epstein and
17:05
Speaker 1: his friends, watches cost. Whole house for $ 60, 000? It shows
17:11
Speaker 1: you the sort of destitution, the poverty that was present
17:17
Speaker 1: in the area and in the neighborhood where Epstein and
17:20
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell went. And West Palm Beach, just across the
17:24
Speaker 1: intracoastal waterway from Palm Beach, has changed as the region
17:28
Speaker 1: has prospered. It has caught some of the spillover as
17:31
Speaker 1: billionaires have pushed millionaires off Palm Beach Island. It is
17:35
Speaker 1: now becoming a hub for hedge funds fleeing New York
17:38
Speaker 1: to take advantage of Florida's low taxes. Goldman Sachs is
17:42
Speaker 1: just leased space. So now what will happen is these... scumbags,
17:47
Speaker 1: hedge funders, and the rest will come in and they'll
17:49
Speaker 1: eat up all the property. It'll shoot up property prices
17:53
Speaker 1: and values. There'll be no gentrification and they'll simply reap
17:57
Speaker 1: the benefits of the tax structure of Florida. We're seeing
18:01
Speaker 1: it here in East Las Vegas as we speak. The
18:04
Speaker 1: idea is, if you're going to come into one of
18:06
Speaker 1: these areas, you have to gentrify it with your billions
18:09
Speaker 1: of dollars. You're catching all kinds of breaks on the
18:12
Speaker 1: tax end, and here you are just stuffing money in
18:15
Speaker 1: your pockets like the robber barons you are. It is absurd. Still,
18:23
Speaker 1: downbeat pockets remain, as they do in other towns in
18:25
Speaker 1: the vicinity, such as Royal Palm Beach and Loxahatchee, from
18:30
Speaker 1: which many of Epstein's survivors hailed. I've never seen a
18:33
Speaker 1: divide quite like the one in Palm Beach County, said
18:36
Speaker 1: Jonathan Beaton, who worked as a television reporter in the
18:39
Speaker 1: area for many years. You can go from heaven to
18:41
Speaker 1: hell in 15 miles. Look, I got to tell you,
18:46
Speaker 1: that's pretty much par for the course here in Las
18:48
Speaker 1: Vegas too, like I said in the opening. You can
18:52
Speaker 1: go in Las Vegas, you can be in one neighborhood
18:54
Speaker 1: where there are literally 10, $ 20 million homes, and a
18:58
Speaker 1: mile away, there'll be a homeless camp. But these people
19:02
Speaker 1: are insulated from it, right? They're living in their communities,
19:06
Speaker 1: their gated communities with guards, no access, the whole nine,
19:10
Speaker 1: while the rest of us are just left to suffer.
19:15
Speaker 1: You can also find resentment. When he testified last week,
19:19
Speaker 1: Juan Alessi was still bitter from his dozen years as
19:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's Palm Beach property manager. It was slavery, he said. So, yeah,
19:27
Speaker 1: wouldn't you resent that as well? If you were you know,
19:31
Speaker 1: working to the bone by Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell, and
19:34
Speaker 1: they're not giving you the proper compensation? Now, don't get
19:37
Speaker 1: it twisted. I'm not a fan of Juan Alessi. I've
19:39
Speaker 1: told you guys that from Jump Street. If this man
19:42
Speaker 1: was really about it, he would have stepped up to
19:43
Speaker 1: the plate back in the day and tried to stop
19:46
Speaker 1: this shit, but he didn't, like the rest of these scoundrels. So,
19:50
Speaker 1: he'll never be a good guy as far as I'm concerned.
19:56
Speaker 1: Maxwell called them John and instituted house rules that he
20:00
Speaker 1: found degrading. One example, Maxwell forbade him and staff for
20:04
Speaker 1: making eye contact with Epstein. I don't know why you'd
20:07
Speaker 1: want to make eye contact with Epstein anyway. Tell you
20:10
Speaker 1: the truth, gross-ass, ugly son of a bitch. She later
20:13
Speaker 1: reprimanded Alessi in an email to another staffer for doing
20:17
Speaker 1: a truly awful job. After he had allegedly failed to
20:20
Speaker 1: stock pens and bottled water in the Black Merc. That is,
20:24
Speaker 1: the Mercedes. So, stop the press, folks. There's no water
20:29
Speaker 1: and there's no pens in the Black Mercedes. Well... I
20:34
Speaker 1: wonder if he remembered the Grey Poupon. Alessi took his
20:40
Speaker 1: revenge after he quit, returning to the house in 2003
20:44
Speaker 1: and swiping $ 6, 300 in cash from Epstein. He even admitted
20:48
Speaker 1: under cross-examination. Well, what's he going to do, lie? I
20:52
Speaker 1: think that that's kind of going to backfire on the prosecution.
20:56
Speaker 1: I mean, the defense as well. There's no such thing
21:00
Speaker 1: as a perfect witness, right? And Alessi being somebody who
21:03
Speaker 1: is obviously a pretty scummy, it shouldn't take away from
21:09
Speaker 1: the fact of the testimony as far as what he's seen. Now,
21:13
Speaker 1: certainly it comes down to credibility and reliability and what
21:17
Speaker 1: the jurors are going to feel and believe. So that
21:20
Speaker 1: certainly comes into play. But there's no such thing as
21:23
Speaker 1: a perfect witness, right? All my life, I worked very
21:27
Speaker 1: hard and saved a lot of money, including the time
21:30
Speaker 1: I worked for Mr. Epstein, he said, attempting to defend
21:32
Speaker 1: his honor. At times, the social gap between Maxwell, daughter
21:37
Speaker 1: of the late British press baron and embezzler, Robert Maxwell,
21:41
Speaker 1: and her accusers has seemed unimaginably vast. Again, here's another
21:46
Speaker 1: question to ask yourself. What's Maxwell doing hanging out with
21:49
Speaker 1: all of these girls anyway? All right, let's say in
21:52
Speaker 1: a perfect world, there wasn't all of this evidence against her.
21:57
Speaker 1: Why are you hanging out with girls from downtrodden backgrounds,
22:01
Speaker 1: girls that are from broken homes, and girls that are
22:04
Speaker 1: literally 14 and 15 years old? What possible excuse can
22:08
Speaker 1: you have for that? You don't think the prosecution should
22:11
Speaker 1: ask something like that? It's just, you know, when we
22:15
Speaker 1: look back at this and we take a look in hindsight,
22:19
Speaker 1: I think we're going to see so many missed opportunities
22:22
Speaker 1: by prosecutions. While Maxwell flew on the Concorde, was friends
22:28
Speaker 1: with Britain's Prince Andrew, and attended Chelsea Clinton's wedding, one
22:32
Speaker 1: of her accusers, Carolyn, dropped out of middle school in
22:35
Speaker 1: West Palm Beach at 13 and began dating Sean, then 17,
22:40
Speaker 1: who lived across the street. Carolyn had been molested by
22:43
Speaker 1: her grandfather, she told the jury, and her mother was
22:46
Speaker 1: an alcoholic and a drug addict. Now, add to that
22:52
Speaker 1: what Maxwell and Epstein did to her. And you have
22:57
Speaker 1: the perfect storm. Now for Maxwell's lawyers to go after
23:00
Speaker 1: her the way they did. And try and make her
23:02
Speaker 1: feel like she was a piece of shit. Reprehensible in
23:06
Speaker 1: my opinion. Of course that's their job. I get it.
23:09
Speaker 1: Doesn't mean I can't find it reprehensible. Because I do.
23:15
Speaker 1: Because I'm an idiot. She quipped. With a kind of
23:18
Speaker 1: lower class fatalism when asked by a prosecutor to explain
23:22
Speaker 1: why she was arrested in 2011 for cocaine possession. Drive
23:26
Speaker 1: around and smoke pot is how Sean described their relationship.
23:29
Speaker 1: So because somebody smokes pot, by the way, that makes
23:32
Speaker 1: them a bad person or a liar or somebody who
23:35
Speaker 1: is unreliable. It's a ridiculous line, right? and the whole
23:42
Speaker 1: bringing up the drugs and all of that, it just,
23:45
Speaker 1: it goes right back to their whole entire game plan
23:48
Speaker 1: and their book of tricks from the original prosecution. Carolyn
23:56
Speaker 1: was brought to Epstein by another local teenager, Virginia Roberts,
23:59
Speaker 1: whose father worked in maintenance at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club
24:04
Speaker 1: on Palm Beach. I was young, and $ 300 was a
24:07
Speaker 1: lot of money to me. Carolyn said of Robert's offer
24:10
Speaker 1: to earn some cash by helping her massage a rich
24:12
Speaker 1: man in Palm Beach for an hour. Now remember, we're
24:15
Speaker 1: talking about two little girls, okay? The pyramid scheme of
24:19
Speaker 1: human beings that Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell was running, they'd
24:22
Speaker 1: bring in one girl, in this instance it was Virginia,
24:25
Speaker 1: they'd groom her, normalize her, and then send her out
24:27
Speaker 1: to bring in more friends. Now mind you, these girls
24:30
Speaker 1: are all little girls when they're doing this. And that
24:36
Speaker 1: was how they had this pyramid scheme running, especially in
24:38
Speaker 1: Palm Beach, for years. And even when somebody ratted them out,
24:43
Speaker 1: even when one of these girls went to the authorities,
24:46
Speaker 1: all Epstein got was the minor slap on the wrist
24:50
Speaker 1: he ended up with. The first time she went to
24:56
Speaker 1: Epstein's house, Carolyn testified, she was greeted by a woman
24:59
Speaker 1: with an English accent who would arrange some of the
25:01
Speaker 1: 100 or so sexualized massages she would give Epstein over
25:05
Speaker 1: the next two years. She ended up calling her Maxwell,
25:08
Speaker 1: Carolyn said. Why, the prosecutor asked. Because I couldn't exactly
25:12
Speaker 1: pronounce her first name correctly. Yeah, you and everybody else.
25:16
Speaker 1: When this all first started, I couldn't pronounce her name
25:18
Speaker 1: correctly either. Then again, I'm terrible at pronouncing names. I
25:22
Speaker 1: speak New York Italian, so sometimes the pronunciation is a
25:26
Speaker 1: little bit off, shall we say. Carolyn went on to
25:29
Speaker 1: become a drug addict, a prostitute, and a single mother.
25:32
Speaker 1: In court last week, she was face-to-face with Maxwell, who
25:35
Speaker 1: sat just across from her. At one point, she railed
25:38
Speaker 1: at her, you broke my soul. Gut-wrenching, folks. It really
25:43
Speaker 1: is gut-wrenching and horrible, all of it. It makes me sad.
25:50
Speaker 1: And the fact that it's the most vulnerable amongst us
25:52
Speaker 1: every single time you turn around is just another reason
25:57
Speaker 1: to want to see these people brought to justice. Now,
26:01
Speaker 1: will they be? That's the definite question we're all asking.
26:06
Speaker 1: We'll have to see what kind of defense Maxwell and
26:08
Speaker 1: her team brings to the table starting Thursday. And if
26:12
Speaker 1: they bring all 35 of those alleged witnesses to the box.
26:18
Speaker 1: Another thing that I doubt is going to happen, but
26:20
Speaker 1: we have to discuss, is will Maxwell take the stand herself?
26:25
Speaker 1: Very interesting question, no doubt about it. As you can see,
26:30
Speaker 1: I uploaded a couple of episodes for some context, a
26:34
Speaker 1: Scott Borgerson episode, some other stuff, and I'll continue to
26:38
Speaker 1: do that throughout the day today, same schedule as we've
26:40
Speaker 1: been on. And tonight, I'll be back with a morning,
26:44
Speaker 1: I mean, the evening wrap-up. And we'll see where we're
26:47
Speaker 1: at and what we should expect come tomorrow. But for now, folks,
26:51
Speaker 1: that's going to do it. And if you'd like to
26:54
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
26:58
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
27:06
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
27:13
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. This article from
27:16
Speaker 1: the Daily Mail. And let's see what Daniel Bates has
27:20
Speaker 1: to say about the co-conspirators, the core four, turning snitch. Exclusive.
27:30
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's alleged co-conspirators, including recruiters, sexual partners, and friends,
27:36
Speaker 1: are set to turn against Ghislaine Maxwell... And testify in
27:40
Speaker 1: her trial later this year. We all knew it was coming.
27:45
Speaker 1: We all knew it was coming. Nobody's willing to go
27:48
Speaker 1: down with this shit. The second Epstein died and that
27:52
Speaker 1: money ran out. The party was over. These people aren't loyal.
27:58
Speaker 1: What do you think? These are the Praetorian Guard? These
28:01
Speaker 1: aren't loyal people. These are people that were around Jeffrey Epstein.
28:05
Speaker 1: Because he had money. He had power. He had influence.
28:09
Speaker 1: And if it meant helping him abuse, rape, and traffic children,
28:14
Speaker 1: so be it, as long as they were advancing in
28:18
Speaker 1: their pathetic lives and their pathetic careers. Some of Jeffrey
28:26
Speaker 1: Epstein's alleged co-conspirators are set to testify against Ghislaine Maxwell
28:31
Speaker 1: in her trial later this year, court documents suggest. And
28:36
Speaker 1: they definitely do. The new... filings, when you read through them, folks,
28:44
Speaker 1: it's pretty apparent what's coming down the pipe. Now, obviously,
28:48
Speaker 1: I am certainly not a lawyer. But when you look
28:53
Speaker 1: at the wording and the things that are talked about
28:58
Speaker 1: in the briefings, it's pretty obvious what's coming down the pipe.
29:03
Speaker 1: Prosecutors said in a filing that the material for the
29:06
Speaker 1: trial includes... any co-conspirator statements, a major sign that one
29:10
Speaker 1: of Epstein's inner circle has turned state's witness. And it
29:14
Speaker 1: could be more than one person. It could be multiple people.
29:17
Speaker 1: We don't know. We have no idea. But I always
29:22
Speaker 1: was under the impression that there were more sealed indictments
29:26
Speaker 1: that were just waiting to be unsealed in this case.
29:29
Speaker 1: That's how it works usually. So what they'll do is
29:32
Speaker 1: they'll get that sealed indictment returned from the grand jury.
29:35
Speaker 1: And then they'll hold that sealed indictment over the alleged
29:40
Speaker 1: criminal's head so we got this sealed indictment you're going
29:44
Speaker 1: to trial we're going to take you to trial we're
29:47
Speaker 1: going to charge you we're going to indict you but
29:50
Speaker 1: if you play ball if you snitch on your friend
29:54
Speaker 1: if you talk to us about Maxwell and what occurred
29:57
Speaker 1: we might be able to soften the blow a little
29:59
Speaker 1: bit And that's certainly what's going on here. That's certainly
30:04
Speaker 1: what's been going on here from the beginning. And all
30:08
Speaker 1: of these co-conspirators, all of these friends, all of these enablers,
30:15
Speaker 1: they all should be waiting for that phone call at
30:17
Speaker 1: this point. Prosecutors said that nine weeks before the trial,
30:24
Speaker 1: which is set to begin in November, they would turn
30:26
Speaker 1: over to the defense the identity of any unindicted co-conspirator
30:31
Speaker 1: They plan to call to give evidence. So the identity
30:37
Speaker 1: of any unindicted co-conspirator, that's pretty interesting. So perhaps somebody
30:44
Speaker 1: who was not indicted, they're going to be calling up
30:47
Speaker 1: as a witness as well. Pretty interesting. Now, again, we
30:52
Speaker 1: have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. All
30:56
Speaker 1: we know is what the prosecution tells us. And we
30:59
Speaker 1: have to try and fit the pieces together in lieu
31:02
Speaker 1: of that. So I think one thing that is most
31:07
Speaker 1: certain is that somebody is snitching, somebody is talking, and
31:13
Speaker 1: probably multiple people. A separate filing from Maxwell seeking dismissal
31:20
Speaker 1: of the case says that one accuser was encouraged to
31:23
Speaker 1: recruit other females to provide massages to Epstein. The filings
31:28
Speaker 1: strongly indicate that some of the four women who were
31:31
Speaker 1: named as potential co-conspirators under Epstein's sweetheart plea deal in 2008,
31:36
Speaker 1: under which he served just 15 months in jail for
31:39
Speaker 1: having sex with children, could face off against Maxwell in court. Now,
31:44
Speaker 1: while I think that's a good thing, right? I want
31:47
Speaker 1: them all to provide evidence against her and be state's witnesses.
31:52
Speaker 1: I don't want to see them get off because of this.
31:55
Speaker 1: That certainly cannot be a road traveled, right? You can't
31:59
Speaker 1: let these co-conspirators off. They played a huge part in
32:02
Speaker 1: this criminal conspiracy. So even if they're offering up information
32:07
Speaker 1: on Ghislaine, which is great, is that information what is
32:11
Speaker 1: really needed to get over the finish line? I know
32:15
Speaker 1: it helps, right? But if it was me as a prosecutor,
32:19
Speaker 1: I don't know if I'd give up indicting and convicting
32:23
Speaker 1: and going after the co-conspirators... just to get Maxwell, considering
32:28
Speaker 1: we have so much evidence of Maxwell's involvement already. So
32:33
Speaker 1: I really, really, really wonder what the prosecutor's game plan
32:37
Speaker 1: is here. The women in question have been accused of
32:43
Speaker 1: being Epstein's recruiters, groomers, sexual partners, and friends, and have
32:48
Speaker 1: almost always pleaded the Fifth Amendment when questioned during depositions.
32:53
Speaker 1: And we've been through the core four, at this point
32:58
Speaker 1: none of them have ever talked none of them have
33:00
Speaker 1: ever come forward and spoke on the record about what
33:03
Speaker 1: they know about Epstein none of them came forward to
33:06
Speaker 1: help with the investigation after the first time around and
33:10
Speaker 1: all of them were protected by the non-prosecution agreement if
33:15
Speaker 1: they had nothing to do with it if they really
33:18
Speaker 1: cared about these kids and they cared about justice don't
33:21
Speaker 1: you think they would have come forward and said look
33:25
Speaker 1: This is what happened. A, B, C, and D. But
33:28
Speaker 1: none of them did that. So because that happened and
33:30
Speaker 1: because none of them came forward, none of them had
33:33
Speaker 1: even a glimmer of courage, I have no empathy for them.
33:36
Speaker 1: And I certainly don't believe the position that people have
33:41
Speaker 1: taken that, oh, well, these people are victims too. Nope,
33:45
Speaker 1: I don't buy it. Sorry. That is just never going
33:48
Speaker 1: to work for me. They are Sarah Kellan, 40, who
33:53
Speaker 1: is accused of holding a Rolodex of women she would
33:56
Speaker 1: call up for massages at Epstein's mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.
34:00
Speaker 1: Leslie Groff, 53, is said to have been Epstein's executive
34:03
Speaker 1: assistant for 20 years and said in a 2005 interview
34:08
Speaker 1: that she had such a tight bond with him. I
34:10
Speaker 1: know what he is thinking. So she had such a
34:13
Speaker 1: tight bond with him, Leslie Groff, that she knew what
34:16
Speaker 1: he was thinking. But she didn't know he was hurting
34:19
Speaker 1: kids or molesting kids or trafficking kids or anything like that.
34:22
Speaker 1: No idea about that. They shared a brain, though, he said.
34:26
Speaker 1: In fact, she was so integral to everything he had
34:28
Speaker 1: going on that when she was pregnant and leaving for
34:32
Speaker 1: her maternity leave, Epstein didn't know what he was going
34:35
Speaker 1: to do with himself. He was besides himself. So for
34:39
Speaker 1: Leslie Groff to try and plead ignorance about what happened
34:44
Speaker 1: is an absolute joke. An absolute joke. And Sarah Kellen Vickers,
34:51
Speaker 1: she's probably the one spilling the beans, folks. That would
34:54
Speaker 1: be my guess. I don't have any, you know, inside information, obviously.
34:58
Speaker 1: But out of all of these women, it looks like
35:00
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers is probably the likeliest to be spilling
35:05
Speaker 1: the beans right now. And again, it might be multiple.
35:08
Speaker 1: It might be all of them. It really just depends
35:11
Speaker 1: on what the government was holding over their heads as
35:14
Speaker 1: far as leverage. And really, that's what it really comes
35:17
Speaker 1: down to. What kind of leverage does the federal government
35:21
Speaker 1: have on them to force them to become state's witness?
35:28
Speaker 1: Nadia Marcinko, 35, is alleged to have taken part in
35:31
Speaker 1: sexual encounters with underage girls and has been described as
35:35
Speaker 1: Epstein's on-and-off girlfriend. Now, remember Nadia allegedly was purchased from
35:40
Speaker 1: her parents in Yugoslavia at 15 years old? And brought
35:45
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. To groom. And make into. She's disgusting
35:51
Speaker 1: even to say it. Into what he wanted her to be.
35:55
Speaker 1: So out of all of these girls. Nadia is the
35:57
Speaker 1: only one in my opinion. That deserves a double take.
36:00
Speaker 1: Some serious time to consider. Her circumstances previously. To being
36:05
Speaker 1: in Jeffrey Epstein's atmosphere. I think that that's pretty important.
36:09
Speaker 1: Part of the story with Nadia. Now that doesn't mean that.
36:13
Speaker 1: She shouldn't be brought in, talked to. And if there
36:21
Speaker 1: are some charges that she gets hit with, then that's
36:23
Speaker 1: unfortunately part of it. But I definitely have empathy for her.
36:28
Speaker 1: And I think that of all of these core four,
36:31
Speaker 1: she is the only one that you can look at
36:33
Speaker 1: and say, man, her circumstances are pretty, pretty rough. Adriana
36:39
Speaker 1: Ross is a former model from Poland. in her 30s,
36:43
Speaker 1: who allegedly helped to organize Epstein's massages. In a court
36:47
Speaker 1: filing late on Friday night, prosecutors in Maxwell's defense submitted
36:51
Speaker 1: competing timetables and logistics for the trial. Now that's going
36:55
Speaker 1: to happen for sure, right? There's going to be back
36:58
Speaker 1: and forth between the prosecutors and the defense, and they're
37:03
Speaker 1: going to try and jockey for the best position in
37:07
Speaker 1: regards to their case. Prosecutors from the Southern District of
37:13
Speaker 1: New York said the materials during the trial will include
37:17
Speaker 1: testifying witness statements, which themselves will also include any co-conspirator
37:22
Speaker 1: statements about which witnesses may testify at trial. So, again,
37:29
Speaker 1: it's definitely coming down the pipe. There's going to be
37:32
Speaker 1: co-conspirators testifying against Ghislaine Maxwell. That's a foregone conclusion at
37:38
Speaker 1: this point. The question is, who is Is it going
37:41
Speaker 1: to be? Is it going to be just one of them?
37:44
Speaker 1: Is it going to be all of them? Very interesting
37:47
Speaker 1: stuff coming up folks. But I will tell you this.
37:50
Speaker 1: I can't even begin to imagine. The scene inside of
37:53
Speaker 1: that courtroom. When this prosecutor said. That they only intend
37:56
Speaker 1: to introduce. Co-conspirator statements. Either through the testimony of witnesses.
38:01
Speaker 1: Or in the exhibits. Which will be marked before trial. So.
38:06
Speaker 1: There's going to be some fireworks here. There's going to
38:09
Speaker 1: be some. Some people turning on Ghislaine Maxwell. We're going
38:15
Speaker 1: to see it. That's how it always works, right? It's
38:19
Speaker 1: a dog-eat-dog world. And there ain't no honor amongst thieves.
38:28
Speaker 1: Under the proposed prosecution timeline, they will hand over to
38:32
Speaker 1: the defense the government's witness list, any co-conspirator statements it
38:36
Speaker 1: intends to introduce at trial, and the identity of any
38:39
Speaker 1: unindicted co-conspirator on September 27th, nine weeks before trial. So
38:46
Speaker 1: that still gives them time for indictments as well. Remember,
38:50
Speaker 1: we're not out of the woods for any kind of
38:53
Speaker 1: superseded indictment here, or more charges dropped on other people
38:58
Speaker 1: in regards to this case. That's still certainly something that
39:01
Speaker 1: is in the cards. The material will include documentary statements
39:06
Speaker 1: about co-conspirators, e.g. emails, between Epstein and any number of
39:11
Speaker 1: thousands of persons, the government said. The few emails that
39:15
Speaker 1: have been made public in relation to Epstein are have
39:18
Speaker 1: emerged from a defamation case brought by Epstein survivor Virginia
39:22
Speaker 1: Roberts against Maxwell. So, there's going to be a ton
39:28
Speaker 1: more coming out, folks. And remember Preska is still. Unsealing
39:33
Speaker 1: documents as well. So as this trial gets closer. Looking
39:38
Speaker 1: like September here. For some more of these document dumps.
39:43
Speaker 1: And for some more clarity. We'll have a better idea.
39:47
Speaker 1: Of the playing field at that point. The case was settled,
39:53
Speaker 1: but a federal judge has ruled that the documents should
39:55
Speaker 1: be made public, and they are being released in batches.
39:59
Speaker 1: Among the emails was one from Epstein to Maxwell on
40:02
Speaker 1: January 24, 2015, after Roberts accused her of recruiting and
40:07
Speaker 1: grooming her for Epstein to abuse. Epstein tells Maxwell, you
40:12
Speaker 1: have done nothing wrong, and I would urge you to
40:14
Speaker 1: start acting like it. Go outside, head high, not as
40:18
Speaker 1: an escaping convict. Go to parties, deal with it. I mean,
40:23
Speaker 1: what sage advice from Jeffrey Epstein, huh? Yeah, just go
40:26
Speaker 1: out and deal with it. Go to parties. Go hang out.
40:29
Speaker 1: The sad part is, she would be accepted to these parties.
40:33
Speaker 1: She'd be allowed at these parties. Everybody would be welcoming
40:36
Speaker 1: at these parties. Hey, Jeff Bezos, why was Ghislaine Maxwell
40:41
Speaker 1: at your little function in 2018? Maxwell's correspondence with Prince
40:48
Speaker 1: Andrew also made public and shows him asking about Roberts.
40:52
Speaker 1: If the alleged co-conspirators do give evidence, it promises to
40:56
Speaker 1: be one of the most dramatic moments at Maxwell's trial. 100%.
41:01
Speaker 1: It'll be a holy shit moment. You know, there's like
41:05
Speaker 1: those pivotal moments in trials or throughout history when, you know,
41:09
Speaker 1: momentous occasions are occurring. This will be one of those
41:12
Speaker 1: oh shit moments. Kellen has been accused of being Epstein
41:17
Speaker 1: and Maxwell's top lieutenants. She flew 350 times on Epstein's
41:22
Speaker 1: private jet, known as the Lolita Express, and has been
41:25
Speaker 1: seen in photographs on his private island in the Caribbean. Again, folks, look,
41:29
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers should have been arrested yesterday. Yesterday. But somehow,
41:36
Speaker 1: she's still floating around, huh? Perhaps, though, she's not. Perhaps
41:42
Speaker 1: they are speaking to her behind the scenes, and perhaps
41:45
Speaker 1: she is going to be the one sitting across from
41:47
Speaker 1: Maxwell giving testimony. Epstein survivor Sarah Ransom has said that
41:55
Speaker 1: it was Ghislaine and Sarah Kellen that showed me how
41:57
Speaker 1: to please Jeffrey. Right there alone is enough. Bring her in.
42:01
Speaker 1: What are we waiting for, Maureen Comey? I mean, look.
42:08
Speaker 1: When you have these survivors saying that these people took
42:10
Speaker 1: direct part in abusing them, I think that levels it
42:15
Speaker 1: up a bit, right? I think that should be taken very,
42:17
Speaker 1: very seriously. But somehow, for all of these years, it's
42:22
Speaker 1: like backburner shit. Kellen is now married to NASCAR driver
42:29
Speaker 1: Brian Vickers and has rebranded herself as an interior designer
42:33
Speaker 1: under the name Sarah Kensington. Her apartment looks like shit.
42:37
Speaker 1: I mean, an interior decorator. That's her new gig. Imagine
42:45
Speaker 1: hiring her for a gig to come and decorate your apartment.
42:48
Speaker 1: And then finding out who she is. Absolutely disturbing to think.
42:55
Speaker 1: You have some children or whatever. And this disgusting monster.
42:59
Speaker 1: Who is recruiting and grooming girls. According to the survivors
43:03
Speaker 1: and court documents. Is in your home. Telling you how
43:07
Speaker 1: you should display your pillows on your couch. Oh yeah.
43:10
Speaker 1: Sign me up. When approached by reporters outside her home
43:17
Speaker 1: in New York's Lower East Side last December, Kellen said,
43:21
Speaker 1: I'm no monster. I'm a victim of Jeffrey Epstein. I
43:24
Speaker 1: was raped and abused weekly. Oh, well, why didn't you
43:28
Speaker 1: go to the police after his first arrest? Why did
43:31
Speaker 1: you continue to visit him? Why did you continue to
43:33
Speaker 1: go to his house? It's absurd that anyone would believe
43:41
Speaker 1: this nonsense from her. Marcinko's personal story is disturbing and
43:47
Speaker 1: Epstein once bragged she was his sex slave who he
43:50
Speaker 1: had bought from her family in former Yugoslavia when she
43:53
Speaker 1: was 15. Again, that situation, Nadia Marcinko situation, very, very disturbing. Very,
44:03
Speaker 1: very disheartening and very sad. So of all of these co-conspirators,
44:09
Speaker 1: all of these core fours, She's the only one that
44:12
Speaker 1: I have even a fingertips worth of empathy for. She
44:18
Speaker 1: reinvented herself as a pilot who ran a company called Avaloop,
44:21
Speaker 1: selling discount flying lessons under the name Global Girl. Groff
44:26
Speaker 1: was Epstein's personal assistant in New York, and Ransom has
44:30
Speaker 1: claimed that she spoke directly to her, including once emailing
44:34
Speaker 1: that Epstein requested that she lose weight to maintain her
44:38
Speaker 1: slim figure. And Groff's another one who tries to act
44:41
Speaker 1: like she had no involvement in this. She didn't know
44:43
Speaker 1: what was going on. You were with Epstein from the jump, lady.
44:47
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to hear it, okay? If you're going to
44:49
Speaker 1: open your mouth, all we want to hear is about
44:52
Speaker 1: the crimes that were committed. Ross moved to Florida in
45:02
Speaker 1: 2002 and worked at Epstein's mansion in Palm Beach and
45:05
Speaker 1: flew frequently on his private jet, including with Bill Clinton. Now,
45:10
Speaker 1: aged in her 30s, she broke down in tears and
45:12
Speaker 1: declined comment when approached for comment outside a Catholic church
45:16
Speaker 1: close to her home in Miami in 2019. Wah! I
45:22
Speaker 1: don't care. I'm not sad for you. I have no
45:24
Speaker 1: empathy for you, just like you had no empathy for
45:26
Speaker 1: these children. Another person who could give evidence against Maxwell
45:32
Speaker 1: is Haley Robson, who features heavily in the reports from
45:35
Speaker 1: the 2006 investigation into Epstein's which say she recruited girls
45:39
Speaker 1: for him. Robson appeared in the Netflix documentary Jeffrey Epstein,
45:44
Speaker 1: Filthy Rich, in which she said she was manipulated. She said,
45:48
Speaker 1: I was just a 16-year-old girl doing what this man
45:51
Speaker 1: had asked me to do. As a teenager, you don't
45:54
Speaker 1: really stop to think about the bigger picture. You're not
45:57
Speaker 1: mature enough. And Haley was a kid, right? She was 16.
46:01
Speaker 1: Another one where there has to be special consideration, in
46:05
Speaker 1: my opinion, given. Dailymail.com has approached lawyers and spokespeople for
46:12
Speaker 1: Kellen Marcinko and Groff. Tracy Schmaller, the spokeswoman for Kellen,
46:18
Speaker 1: who worked for Washington-based crisis management company Kivit, has previously
46:22
Speaker 1: cast her as a victim. She said that Kellen joined
46:25
Speaker 1: Epstein's circle aged 22. After divorcing a man, she married
46:30
Speaker 1: at 17 and was cast out of Jehovah's Witness community
46:33
Speaker 1: in which she had been born and raised. Wah, so what?
46:37
Speaker 1: Who cares? Who cares, all right? People have been dealt
46:43
Speaker 1: horrible cards forever, way worse than that, and they don't
46:46
Speaker 1: end up with Jeffrey Epstein's. They don't end up hurting children.
46:52
Speaker 1: She said, Sarah continues to struggle with the trauma of
46:55
Speaker 1: her experiences and has chosen not to speak publicly at
46:58
Speaker 1: this time. Smart move. Erica Dubnow, a lawyer for Marchenko,
47:03
Speaker 1: said she was severely traumatized by her abuse and was
47:06
Speaker 1: still coming to terms with it. Michael Bochner, a lawyer
47:10
Speaker 1: for Groff, has said that she made appointments for Epstein,
47:14
Speaker 1: but at no time did she engage in any misconduct. Well,
47:17
Speaker 1: if you made those appointments for children to come and
47:19
Speaker 1: get abused, you took part. You aided and abetted. You
47:22
Speaker 1: were a part of a criminal conspiracy. Thanks for coming
47:26
Speaker 1: to my TED Talk. Maxwell59 denies trafficking a minor and
47:32
Speaker 1: conspiracy sex trafficking, among other offenses. Well, folks... It is
47:39
Speaker 1: heating up in the world of the Ghislaine Maxwell trial,
47:42
Speaker 1: isn't it? Now we got co-conspirators who are about to
47:46
Speaker 1: come out and speak against her at trial. That, my friends,
47:50
Speaker 1: is going to be must-see TV. If you'd like to
