• 1:17
SPEAKER_03: Their Michelon Reserve line reflects their story from the start to the bottle to your glass, with unique wheated and rye bourbons, and also rye and wheat whiskies.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_03: The Michelon brand is easy to sip.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_03: It might be a grain to glass experience, but I like to think of it as uncut and unfiltered from their family to yourself.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_06: Tiny's here with Supernast in the house with my buddy Scully here, having a cigar and a pour of a few spirits.

• 4:34
SPEAKER_03: I mean, I think fuse one of the few people that proofed down their whiskeys or bourbons with tea, and uh, so that's what we're what I'm sipping on.

• 14:16
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_03: So I don't think you can contort yourself quite like that yet, but I'm sure you'll try.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_03: I see almost looked like she was coming out of the TV screen when she came came up from behind you like that.
• 14:28

• 14:51
SPEAKER_03: So are you happy to be out?
• 14:53
SPEAKER_06: So do you want to be uh I'm sitting here trying to pull the cork out of this screw cap.
• 15:01
  SPEAKER_06: Did you hear that?
• 15:02
SPEAKER_06: Yes, I'm trying to pull the cork out of this screw cap.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_03: Yes, the devil's cut has this has the nice seal, but then it is a screw cap.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_03: And we've got uh 2020 devil's cut, and we got 2025 devil's cut, and we're gonna do a comparison, but that brings us to could you hand me the whiskey the old Louisville bottle right behind in the bag?
• 15:30
SPEAKER_03: Old Louisville in the black bag.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_03: Yes, are we gonna write both of them?
• 15:36
SPEAKER_03: We're gonna write no, not no, keep it in the bag.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_03: The it's just both of them.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_03: Don't take it out of the bag.
• 15:43
  SPEAKER_03: What the hell?
• 15:44
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna send you back if you don't behave.
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_03: That is the greatest costume ever.
• 15:57
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_05: That is just too spooky.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_03: That bring that brings me to she's like and she's so so many horror film movies.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_03: That brings us to the old Louisville.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_03: Oh, wait, old Louisville just went in front of her.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, let's put it over here.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_03: The old come on back.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_03: Come on back.
• 16:25
  SPEAKER_03: Yes, there we go.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_03: The old Louisville Whiskey Company barrel bottle breakdown of Devil's Cut.
• 16:35
  SPEAKER_03: Jim Beam's Devil's Cut.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_03: Ah, I don't, I know you're it's gonna be hard for you to give your opinion, isn't it?
• 16:44
SPEAKER_03: Or are you gonna give it like uh well you play it?
• 16:48
SPEAKER_03: You should probably do it.
• 16:53
  SPEAKER_03: You should do it.
• 17:00
  SPEAKER_03: You should do it.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_03: Everybody, um Samara Morgan is am I saying that right?
• 17:12
  SPEAKER_03: Samara?
• 17:13
SPEAKER_03: Samara Morgan is here with us for everybody on the audio.
• 17:18
  SPEAKER_03: Um say hi, Samara.
• 17:23
  SPEAKER_03: There you go.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_03: So we've got our skull pores to she and uh the way that I got her to come up from hell is I convinced her because I told her she could drink some whiskey.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_03: And she was thinking that she hadn't had any whiskey for a long time.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_03: Every single time she comes out the well or out your TV, it's not like people are offering her shots of whiskey, right?
• 17:50
SPEAKER_03: You wanted that devil's cut juice.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_03: So, of course, my cut.
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_03: It's my cut.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_03: It's like it comes from the unholy process of extracting whiskey from the barrel and then mixing it with Jim Beam, regular Jim Beam.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_03: And to extract it, Jim Beam won't tell you how they do it because they had to cut the deal with me.
• 18:17
  SPEAKER_05: Oh my god.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_03: So I am gonna give her a healthy pour.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_03: And then what the she's fingering it.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_03: It's like everybody, um, just know that I'll say this for all of our thieving videos that fingering the whiskey um is okay.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_03: Because it is basically house cleaner.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_06: That's that's the distilled alcohol is taking all the germs away.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_06: All right, so of course I don't think there's any kind of germ that oh my god.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_03: So this is the greatest story there ever was um when it comes to Devil's Cut.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_03: It's the it basically uh is something that when Fred No was young and Booker was doing his thing and he started bringing him to the started bringing him to the uh distillery, um he would run around.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_03: And when he was running around, one you know the employees would always like talk with him and hang, and he would do different things and odd jobs.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_03: But it was his in introductory to the distillery until one of the distillery workers told him to take a barrel home that had just been emptied, put some water in it, let it roll around for a while, you know, for a couple days, and see how much it tasted like whiskey, how much whiskey it had.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_03: So that was what happened to him as a child.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_03: So he's like, you better watch it there, control yourself, otherwise she's gonna come out of the out of your uh YouTube or your Facebook.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_03: So there, oh, we got Roxy Poltergeist.
• 20:18
  SPEAKER_03: That's from John.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_03: Oh, a few yes, a few boogers.
• 20:24
  SPEAKER_03: Do you got boogers?
• 20:26
  SPEAKER_03: No, okay.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_03: This is this is uh this is fucked up.
• 20:34
  SPEAKER_03: That's all I gotta say.
• 20:35
  SPEAKER_03: That's pretty good.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_03: That's probably the best costume you've ever had, anyways.
• 20:41
  SPEAKER_03: Absolutely wow.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_03: All right, so uh you're gonna have a problem just like me.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_03: How the hell are we getting this in our mouths?
• 20:49
SPEAKER_03: So, all right, so this is the old Louisville whiskey company barrel bottle breakdown.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_03: To quickly say old Louisville in uh Louisville, Kentucky.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_03: Uh Amin there is uh owner operator, and when you go there and you have a time with Amin, you will absolutely have a time with Amin.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_03: Uh, he will help you let you taste through barrels, he's got bottles, he doesn't he doesn't put anything out less than or less than seven years old, and he does a fantastic job there.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_03: So when you're uh cruising around Louisville, make sure that you contact Amin at the old Louisville Whiskey Company and check that out.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_03: But they also just are getting close to moving into their space.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_03: It's the old Seagrim warehouse in Shively, and they are moving everything in operations, and they're gonna be a lot bigger with a lot more space for those barrels.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_03: So check out old Louisville Whiskey Company.
• 21:48
  SPEAKER_03: Uh I believe it's old Louisville Whiskey Company.com.
• 21:52
  SPEAKER_03: So check that out.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_03: Thank you, Amin, for sponsoring the barrel bottle breakdown.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_03: And we are about to do that.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_03: And are you gonna tell us the rating scale for Samara?
• 22:51
  SPEAKER_06: Their supernash?
• 22:53
  SPEAKER_06: Yep, I sure will.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_06: Samara, we have a rating scale that goes off of four different categories: nose, body, taste, and finish.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_06: On the nose and the body, you can give it up to four barrel slashes, and on the taste and the finish, you can give it up to five barrel slashes.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_06: And if one of the categories is exceptional, you can actually give it a butt-up bump of slash to make a total score of 19 out of 18.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I guess if we're saying that right, it could possibly get a rating of 19, but the total score without the butt-up bump is a 18.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_03: I'm trying to get Samara into the YouTube, so I'm trying to get her a little bit closer.
• 23:48
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_03: Oh, your hair's in there, you could see that.
• 23:51
  SPEAKER_03: Get close.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_03: Well, you could put put it closer to uh never mind.
• 23:55
  SPEAKER_06: Uh, anyways, Samara.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_06: Since this is a special Halloween, I I hey, I'm the dark emperor.
• 24:05
  SPEAKER_06: I know, but I changed it.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_06: I'm throwing out the whiskey bottle rule for Halloween.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_06: It's barrel slashes.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_03: How are we gonna what's the slash gonna be?
• 24:20
  SPEAKER_06: I didn't think that far ahead.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_06: Do you want me to go get a knife?
• 24:25
  SPEAKER_06: No! I will go get a I will go get a a let's let's not let's I will go get a Michael Myers knife right now.
• 24:34
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_03: Anyways, where did she go?
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_03: As a matter of fact, I will be right back.
• 24:41

  SPEAKER_06: I know one thing.
• 27:05
  SPEAKER_06: What?
• 27:06
SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna have a pretty sharp knife once I get done.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna have to cut some.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_03: It's a breakdown, and now you turn it into a slash.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_03: You know that Stacy's Halloween.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_06: Stacy's gonna Stacy's gonna get a It should be flashes.
• 27:30
  unknown: Oh my god.

SPEAKER_06: And I hear that background music in the background too.
• 27:39
  SPEAKER_06: Must be on TV.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_03: So you did the barrel bottle breakdown.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_03: You talked about the butt up ups and everything.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_03: So we're getting ready, folks.
• 27:47
  SPEAKER_03: We're we're ready to do it.

SPEAKER_03: There's no doubt about it.

  SPEAKER_03: Oh my gosh.
• 28:27
SPEAKER_03: This is starting to get itchy.

  unknown: Oh no.
• 29:19
  SPEAKER_03: There we go.
• 29:20
  SPEAKER_03: We can hear it.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_03: All right, and then I could check it.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_03: Well I'll ask Super Nash when he comes.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
• 29:40
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_03: This is this is the I I I like that idea.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_03: So I want to know how many how you're gonna tell me, are you gonna grunt them?

  SPEAKER_03: That's the sound.
• 30:02
  SPEAKER_03: I wonder.
• 30:35
  SPEAKER_03: There we go.
• 30:37
  SPEAKER_03: We're having our barrel.
• 30:39
SPEAKER_03: So, John, you can hear that.
• 30:41
  SPEAKER_03: You can hear.
• 30:44
  SPEAKER_03: Can you hear that?
• 30:46
  SPEAKER_03: I'm just asking.
• 30:48
  SPEAKER_03: I think you can.
• 30:52
  SPEAKER_03: I hope he can.
• 30:55
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_03: I don't know what happened to you for now.
• 31:24
SPEAKER_03: We're not worried about that.
• 31:36
  SPEAKER_03: We're ready to go.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_03: Super Nash is still giving us a oh god.
• 31:46
  SPEAKER_03: I don't think uh Randy's seen Samara yet.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_03: Are you gonna make your your there you go?
• 32:00
  SPEAKER_03: It's working.
• 32:01
SPEAKER_03: It's working on YouTube and it's working on Facebook.
• 32:10
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 32:14
SPEAKER_03: That how are you how what the heck?
• 32:17
SPEAKER_03: Are you pulling out are you making some whiskey over there, Super Nash?
• 32:30
  SPEAKER_03: He's getting it, she.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_03: Our whiskey, I need some more.
• 32:35
SPEAKER_06: That ain't gonna work, so I'm back.
• 32:39
  SPEAKER_03: You're coming back.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_03: Tell me if you hear this.
• 32:45
  SPEAKER_06: Yes, I do.
• 32:46
SPEAKER_06: I heard it all the way in there.
• 32:48
SPEAKER_03: All right, so we're ready to do our barrel.
• 32:55
  SPEAKER_03: What?
• 32:57
  SPEAKER_03: Samara.
• 32:59
  SPEAKER_03: Samara.
• 33:00
SPEAKER_03: Yes, she is raiding two.
• 33:03
SPEAKER_03: She is gonna do the barrel bottle slashes instead of barrel knocks.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_03: We're doing barrel, we're doing bottle slash, we're doing knife slashes.
• 33:15
  SPEAKER_03: Alright, everybody.
• 33:17
SPEAKER_03: So what are we gonna do?
• 33:18
  SPEAKER_03: So so it's we're I've I don't have it in a crystal glen or a glen.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_03: I've got it in a skull shot glass.
• 33:27
  SPEAKER_03: So does Samara.
• 33:29
SPEAKER_03: So the nose on this.
• 33:31
SPEAKER_06: You're gonna have to raise your mask on that.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_03: So the one thing about Devil's Cut that's so awesome, always, and what you get out of it, is it must pull out the sugars of the barrel that are the vanilla tan the vanilla aspect of it because it's always so vanilla.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it is full of vanilla.
• 33:58
SPEAKER_03: And I get the oakiness too.
• 34:00
SPEAKER_03: And I love the vanilla aspect, it's way more vanilla nosing than any other Jim Bean product, and it definitely has that vanilla, you know, that vanilla extract nose.
• 34:17
SPEAKER_03: What do you okay, Samara?
• 34:20
SPEAKER_03: What do you get off of it?
• 34:22
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so she says she also gets vanilla too.
• 34:28
SPEAKER_06: Vanilla and just a slight little bit of brown sugar.
• 34:32
SPEAKER_06: The sweetness of the brown sugar, and then just a little bit of hopiness.
• 34:39
  SPEAKER_06: Okay.
• 34:42
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 34:43
  SPEAKER_03: So let's let's sip this.
• 34:54
  SPEAKER_04: That is so sweet.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_03: This is Devil's Cut, and this is the funny part.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_06: I'm about to it's like drinking vanilla pudding, liquid vanilla puddin.
• 35:10
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 35:11
SPEAKER_03: This is made with bourbon extracted from barrel walls.
• 35:15
SPEAKER_03: It is Kentucky Strait bourbon.
• 35:19
SPEAKER_03: Um oh my god, the glasses just steamed up right as I was about to do that.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_03: Extra aged in the heart of Kentucky, Jim Beam Devil's Cut.
• 35:32
SPEAKER_03: Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey is made for those who take their whiskey seriously.
• 35:40
SPEAKER_03: What's the proof on it?
• 35:42
  SPEAKER_03: I that's what I was looking for.
• 35:44
  SPEAKER_03: It is 90 proof.
• 35:47
SPEAKER_06: Uh Randy Ford said it's it's one of his uh favorites for under$25.
• 35:52
SPEAKER_06: And uh I picked my I picked mine up today for$19.99.
• 35:55
  SPEAKER_03: That's hilarious, Samura.
• 35:57
  SPEAKER_03: Look at my glasses.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_03: Uh there's a that is so awesome.
• 36:10
SPEAKER_03: All right, so from the taste standpoint, I've got um, I do have a little bit on this off the Jim Beam website.
• 36:20
  SPEAKER_03: Um we said, Scully.
• 36:26
SPEAKER_06: Scully is a vanilla too.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_03: Is Sully gonna rate it too?
• 36:31
SPEAKER_06: We take I don't think Scully's gonna rate it uh because he had he he doesn't have a nose, so he can't nose it.
• 36:41
SPEAKER_06: Okay and he doesn't have a tongue, so he can't take it.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_06: He's not gonna get the full mouth fill.
• 36:48
SPEAKER_06: So we're gonna leave his ratings out of it.
• 36:50
SPEAKER_03: All right, what's really but he is gonna join us with a pour here.
• 36:55
  SPEAKER_03: Yep, I see that.
• 36:56
SPEAKER_03: Well, I will tell you um on the website, Jim Beam's website, they allow you to there's they allow you to rate it and review it and write a review.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_03: So maybe the Scotchy Bourbon boys will write a review after this.
• 37:09
SPEAKER_03: We take the liquid we extract from our barrels, blend it with an extra age Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, and bottle it at 90 proof to create a premium bourbon with extra depth and complexity designed to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
• 37:23
SPEAKER_03: Jim Beam's Devil Cut has a robust flavor with deep color aroma and character.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_03: It's an un it's it's unlike any other spirit there is.
• 37:32
SPEAKER_03: I mean, nobody else does, and everybody knows what the angel's cut is.
• 37:36
  SPEAKER_03: That's the evaporation.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_03: This is the devil's cut, what they extract out of the barrels.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_03: So the aroma, deep char aroma with a smoky backdrop, they say flavored full body with intense oak and vanilla notes.
• 37:51
SPEAKER_03: And then they make they've got some really good cocktails that I wanted to suggest.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_03: One is called Dance with the Devil.
• 38:00
SPEAKER_03: The other one's called Devil Cut and Cola, and the Devil Went to Georgia.
• 38:05
SPEAKER_03: But Dance with the Devil is.
• 38:09
  SPEAKER_03: I can tell you.
• 38:11
  SPEAKER_03: Right here.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_03: You can really smell that charm.
• 38:14
SPEAKER_03: Two parts Jim Beam's Devil Cut, one part um the coupe triple sec, the coupe your triple sec liqueur, one part fresh lemon sour, and one part passion fruit.
• 38:26
SPEAKER_03: So there, that's what the dance with the devil is.
• 38:30
SPEAKER_03: All right, so there you go.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_03: A little bit more information on Jim Beam Devil's Cut.
• 38:36
SPEAKER_03: All right, so all right, let's go nose.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_03: We'll let Samara let us know how many slashes she gives the nose.
• 38:59
SPEAKER_06: Out of four, she gives it three slashes, three slashes for Zamora.
• 39:13
  SPEAKER_06: All right, Tani.
• 39:15
  SPEAKER_06: I mean, uh Jucifer.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_03: You can refer to me as the Dark Lord.
• 39:26
  SPEAKER_06: Yes, the Dark Lord.
• 39:28
  SPEAKER_06: I hear Obe.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_03: So I love the vanilla, so I don't get a lot of vanilla pudding noses, so I'm giving it four.
• 39:41
  SPEAKER_06: Wow.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_06: I'm getting that vanilla pudding, a little bit of brown sugar, and also you could you can smell that smoke, that smoky char.
• 39:56
SPEAKER_06: Okay, after two or three noses.
• 39:59
  SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna give it a three.
• 40:03
  SPEAKER_06: Three slashes.
• 40:08
SPEAKER_03: Alright, this you get to go first on body.
• 40:13
SPEAKER_03: I think the body on this is sort of lacking a little bit.
• 40:22
SPEAKER_06: And so I'm gonna give it a two.
• 40:24
  SPEAKER_06: A two?
• 40:26
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I'm not gonna go into great detail because there's not a lot of detail to the body.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_06: Like my friend Scully here, it's got no body.
• 40:39
  SPEAKER_03: All right, Samara.
• 40:46
  SPEAKER_03: She pulls off.
• 40:49
SPEAKER_03: She comes from hell and gives it a two.
• 40:52
SPEAKER_03: Comes from hell and gives it a two.
• 40:56
SPEAKER_06: I what did you oh you ain't gave it yet?
• 41:01
SPEAKER_06: I I are gonna pour another pour.
• 41:04
  SPEAKER_06: I'm the devil.
• 41:05
  SPEAKER_03: I could do whatever I want.
• 41:07
SPEAKER_06: No, you were the dark lord.
• 41:16
SPEAKER_03: It hits it's big body flavor vanilla, except it don't hit your cheeks.
• 41:23
SPEAKER_03: So right across the lips and the and the and the it hits the top and roof of my mouth pretty good, and and it actually has a medium finish.
• 41:35
  SPEAKER_03: But I will.
• 41:46
  SPEAKER_03: A three, he says.
• 41:49
  SPEAKER_06: I think you're being generous.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_03: I am not being generous.
• 41:53
  SPEAKER_03: I've always loved Devil's Cut.
• 41:55
SPEAKER_03: It was one of the coolest things when I read um Fred's book, or had Fred's book read to me.
• 42:03
  SPEAKER_03: I love that book.
• 42:04
  SPEAKER_03: I I listened to it twice.
• 42:07
SPEAKER_03: All right, and I went out and bought that bottle of Devil's Cut early on, and I will have to say, when it comes to I I love caramels and butterscotches and vanillas, I was always a vanilla pudding person.
• 42:21
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 42:23
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 42:25
SPEAKER_06: I guess uh since you went forward on the body creamy in your mouth there, Dark Lord.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_06: You don't put you didn't say that.
• 42:37
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_03: Don't put words in my mouth.
• 42:41
  SPEAKER_03: Just whiskey.
• 42:43
  SPEAKER_06: Just whiskey.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_06: Since you just took that big old taste, you go first on the taste.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_06: It is my turn to go first.
• 42:51
  SPEAKER_06: Yes.
• 42:52
SPEAKER_06: I've got my you you you you are number one, dark lord.
• 42:57
  SPEAKER_06: Oh hell, Lucifer.
• 43:00
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 43:01
SPEAKER_03: So it's like a lot of stuff that's I mean, the price, you can't go wrong for this.
• 43:09
SPEAKER_03: It is singularly a fantastic whiskey.
• 43:16
  SPEAKER_03: It's it's not complex though.
• 43:19
SPEAKER_03: It's vanilla and and it's barrel wood, you know what I mean?
• 43:25
  SPEAKER_03: And it's just straightforward.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_03: It reminds me so much of why I like old tub.
• 43:30
SPEAKER_03: And and so for me, on the taste out of five, I love the vanilla, but you know, it's not complex enough.
• 43:40
  SPEAKER_03: So I give it a three.
• 43:43
  SPEAKER_03: A three.
• 43:48
  SPEAKER_03: Supernast?
• 43:49
SPEAKER_03: What do you give it for the taste?
• 43:51
  SPEAKER_04: All right.
• 43:52
SPEAKER_04: I like I like that that vanilla pudding, that silkiness.
• 44:08
  SPEAKER_04: And the taste.
• 44:10
  SPEAKER_04: That brown sugar.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_06: And then like I say, I I am tasting that that that charred oak.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_06: I love I love that the way that that comes out in this.
• 44:22
SPEAKER_06: It comes out to me better in this than any any other whiskey that I've drink.
• 44:28
SPEAKER_06: So given that, it's like you said, it's not very complex in its flavors.
• 44:35
SPEAKER_06: And I'm also getting a little bit of some kind of fruit there, you know, as it finishes.
• 44:44
SPEAKER_06: But uh that's another category.
• 44:47
SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna give it a three slashes.
• 44:54
  SPEAKER_06: All right.
• 44:57
SPEAKER_06: Just so everybody knows, I'll I'll be cooking up a a brisket this weekend to use this nine hog.
• 45:03
  SPEAKER_06: So maybe a hog.
• 45:04
  SPEAKER_03: So Samara Samara concurs.
• 45:12
SPEAKER_03: She gets she gives it three slashes along with hisses.
• 45:18
SPEAKER_03: So we're back to Samara as far as the finish.
• 45:36
SPEAKER_03: Two slashes out of five.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_03: That goes to you, Supernash with a two.
• 46:02
SPEAKER_06: I like the way it just finishes.
• 46:12
SPEAKER_06: When I'm getting up fruit, going across the tongue and then finishing for nine fruit, I'm not looking for a very big huge hug on it.
• 46:25
SPEAKER_06: But I like the way the flavors and finish and just last, you know.
• 46:30
SPEAKER_06: And so I'm gonna give it a three.
• 46:37
SPEAKER_03: Alright, I think it's the strongest part of it.
• 46:40
SPEAKER_03: It's surprising, it's medium, so it's not like gonna be a five or a butt up up.
• 46:45
SPEAKER_03: But what I look for in a finish is what's left, and that vanilla with a little bit of the char mixed with the vanilla.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_03: It's sweet, and it's like it lasts a medium time, and that's a very pleasant thing to be left with.
• 47:11
SPEAKER_03: So I'm gonna give the finish a four.
• 47:21
SPEAKER_03: So Super Nash is gonna do some math and tell us what the old Louisville Whiskey Company barrel slash breakdown of Jim Beam Devil's Cut will be.
• 47:43
SPEAKER_06: It is you gave it a 14, Zamar gave it a 10, I gave it an 11, or a grand total of a you're not oh my god, you are not gonna believe this.
• 47:56
  SPEAKER_06: The total is 11.6667.
• 48:04
  SPEAKER_06: What a fitting number.
• 48:06
  SPEAKER_03: 11.me.
• 48:08
  SPEAKER_03: 11.666.
• 48:10
  SPEAKER_03: No, eleven point me.
• 48:13
  SPEAKER_03: 11 point you.
• 48:15
  SPEAKER_03: Yes, exactly.
• 48:17
SPEAKER_06: That is on that is unreal.
• 48:20
SPEAKER_06: So that would actually uh we're just gonna leave it at 11.
• 48:26
SPEAKER_03: All right, so we're gonna do are you're not gonna drink the rest of that, Samara?
• 48:31
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so here we go.
• 48:34
  SPEAKER_03: Let's let's pour the two.
• 48:36
SPEAKER_03: Let's just do this quick well before Samara has to leave.
• 48:39
SPEAKER_03: Um, we are gonna pour.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_03: I've got a couple glens, and you got another Glen, right?
• 48:44
  SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_03: All right, we're gonna pour the bottle from 2021 or 2022 or whatever, and we are gonna compare the two.
• 48:57
SPEAKER_03: So that's yours, and that's here, and let's see what happens when something's open for a couple years in the bottle, it's oxidizes, and it compared to a fresh crack of the same thing, and let's just see what the difference is, everybody.
• 49:21
SPEAKER_03: That this is really a kind of cool thing, and and we're gonna go a little bit long tonight, you know, that's for sure, because honestly, it's Halloween, and we love to do this.
• 49:32
SPEAKER_03: Well, be sharp enough to cut down one of the ashes oaks.
• 49:44
SPEAKER_03: Randy says, a friend of mine did a tasting with Booker.
• 49:48
  SPEAKER_03: No, this evening.
• 49:49
SPEAKER_03: No, I don't think he did it with Booker.
• 49:51
SPEAKER_03: He might have done it with Fred or Freddie, but Booker's been gone a long time.
• 49:57
  SPEAKER_03: Since 2004.
• 49:59
SPEAKER_03: Unless he did it on the unless Randy knows somebody from the underworld, because I I brought Samara in.
• 50:09
  SPEAKER_03: Hey.
• 50:17
SPEAKER_06: Walker broke it down for us.
• 50:19
SPEAKER_06: It's otherwise known as 11 and two-thirds, unless you're running with the devil.
• 50:25
  SPEAKER_03: That's a good comment.
• 50:26
SPEAKER_03: Or you're running with I love that comment.
• 50:30
SPEAKER_03: You're running with my uh well dweller.
• 50:33
  SPEAKER_03: Running with yourself.
• 50:36
SPEAKER_03: Do you want to go back to the well soon?
• 50:40
SPEAKER_03: All right, let's let's compare the two.
• 50:42
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 50:43
SPEAKER_06: So we know what the ones I know I know this one all right off the bat.
• 50:49
SPEAKER_06: This one doesn't have the nose as that fresh prep.
• 50:54
SPEAKER_03: There's more caramel on this one.
• 50:57
SPEAKER_06: Yes, more caramel, less vanilla.
• 51:02
  SPEAKER_06: And it's less caramel.
• 51:04
SPEAKER_06: Now caramel caramel brown sugar.
• 51:09
SPEAKER_06: Um almost like a toffee.
• 51:20
  SPEAKER_03: Interesting.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_03: A little bit more pepper on that.
• 51:25
SPEAKER_03: Are we still at 90 proof from before?
• 51:29
SPEAKER_03: I'll get my I mean, it's like when I'm up here and I'm not in the underworld, I don't see as well.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_06: I ain't got enough light to see.
• 51:40
  SPEAKER_03: Yep, 90 proof.
• 51:42
SPEAKER_03: Same as the same, same as before.
• 51:48
SPEAKER_03: So what are you thinking?
• 51:50
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so you could probably break character at this point before you go.
• 51:55
  SPEAKER_03: If you want.
• 51:58
SPEAKER_03: Is she gonna rate it?
• 51:59
  SPEAKER_03: Rate it too.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_03: Well, we're not gonna- I don't know if we're gonna rate this.
• 52:02
SPEAKER_03: We don't have the barrel bottle breakdown.
• 52:04
SPEAKER_03: We we need to discuss what the difference is.
• 52:06
  SPEAKER_03: There's and there's a barrel bottle slash.
• 52:10
  SPEAKER_03: A barrel barrel slash.
• 52:13
  SPEAKER_03: Barrel bottle slash.
• 52:16
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 52:19
  SPEAKER_03: Hey Steve, cheers.
• 52:21
  SPEAKER_03: Say hi to Samara.
• 52:27
SPEAKER_03: You should show, you should show um Steve your face.
• 52:39
  SPEAKER_06: Oh my god.
• 52:42
SPEAKER_06: Oh, I'm gonna have nightmares.
• 52:44
SPEAKER_03: She's straight from the well tonight.
• 52:46
  SPEAKER_03: Yes.
• 52:47
SPEAKER_03: I told her that she needed to fix those sores, but she said no.
• 52:54
  SPEAKER_03: She hissed no.
• 52:57
SPEAKER_03: All right, so Samar, the difference between the two.
• 53:02
SPEAKER_03: Do you like which one do you like better?
• 53:07
SPEAKER_03: Are we are we holding up what we like better?
• 53:09
  SPEAKER_03: And you're twirling?
• 53:12
  SPEAKER_03: She's she's showing.
• 53:13
SPEAKER_06: I like this one that's been open for.
• 53:15
  SPEAKER_03: Why can she twirl?
• 53:16
  SPEAKER_06: I it's like that's she'd been hanging around CT too much.
• 53:21
  SPEAKER_06: That's it.
• 53:22
  SPEAKER_06: We need it.
• 53:23
  SPEAKER_06: We need it.
• 53:24
  SPEAKER_06: Oh my god.
• 53:27
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, stop that shit.
• 53:31
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
• 53:34
SPEAKER_03: And and Steve says, Hi, Samara.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_03: And he said that that the costume is crazy.
• 53:42
  SPEAKER_04: All right.
• 53:50
  SPEAKER_03: Oh my gosh.
• 53:51
  SPEAKER_03: I I have to.
• 53:53
SPEAKER_03: Now, how much better is it?
• 53:55
SPEAKER_03: How much would you say between the two?
• 53:59
  SPEAKER_06: Four?
• 54:00
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I I would rate the taste on this a four.
• 54:04
SPEAKER_06: It seems like the body is there a little bit more than the other one.
• 54:10
SPEAKER_03: So I will say that if you're gonna buy a new bottle of um Devil's Cut, that you need to open it instantly.
• 54:20
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 54:21
SPEAKER_03: And let it sit around for a while.
• 54:24
  SPEAKER_03: I agree.
• 54:25
  SPEAKER_03: So that's that's that's where you're getting the difference.
• 54:28
SPEAKER_03: I mean, we've we've revisited this after a couple years, and um, you know, it's pretty spectacular.
• 54:35
  SPEAKER_03: Um I I I have to agree wholeheartedly.
• 54:48
SPEAKER_03: Hey! The devil is said it's time for you to go back home.
• 54:58
SPEAKER_03: Say hi, say goodbye to everybody tomorrow.
• 55:02
  SPEAKER_03: No, yes.
• 55:09
  SPEAKER_03: Cheers.
• 55:12
SPEAKER_03: I will summon you tomorrow.
• 55:15
SPEAKER_03: I will summon you in the future.
• 55:19
SPEAKER_06: I'll be seeing you in my dreams, damn.
• 55:29
SPEAKER_03: I mean, is that the right amount of time?
• 55:32
SPEAKER_03: Or did you want more?
• 55:35
  SPEAKER_03: No, I didn't think so.
• 55:37
  SPEAKER_03: We discussed this before.
• 55:39
  SPEAKER_03: All right.
• 55:42
SPEAKER_06: Thank you for giving us your hisses the more for your hisses your presence from the underworld.

SPEAKER_06: It's not often if she comes through that TV.
• 56:13
  SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna crack a seal.
• 56:23
SPEAKER_03: Ah you know what we talked about there, Super Nash, about cracking seals.

• 57:03
SPEAKER_03: Oh god, it's just so creepy.
• 57:06
SPEAKER_03: That's like that's like movie creepy right there.

• 57:33
SPEAKER_03: Um, we do have a couple more folks to uh go over, and um that ends that.
• 57:39
SPEAKER_03: But at this point, I'm gonna strip it down to another.
• 57:44
SPEAKER_03: I'm taking this off right here.
• 57:46
  SPEAKER_03: We uh I don't even know.
• 57:50

• 59:09
  SPEAKER_06: Oh, it's coping a feel.
• 59:16
  SPEAKER_06: I meant that figuratively.
• 59:22
  SPEAKER_03: Uh oh.
• 59:24
  SPEAKER_03: That's funny.
• 59:25
SPEAKER_03: Anyways, um, I will say, let's that was um Samara was was here's a toast.

• 59:43
  SPEAKER_06: Uh thanks so much.
• 59:47
SPEAKER_03: It's like normally when Roxy comes on, she tries to look as pretty as possible.
• 59:53
SPEAKER_03: But I think tonight she tried to look as bad as possible, as dead as possible.
• 59:59
SPEAKER_03: But you're still but you're still beautiful, dear.
• 1:00:02
  SPEAKER_03: Can I ask you a question?
• 1:00:04
SPEAKER_03: Where the hell did that black wig come from?
• 1:00:09
SPEAKER_00: Our giant box of costumes.
• 1:00:11
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so you so you know what I think of black hair.
• 1:00:18
  SPEAKER_03: It's like she's eyes like no.

• 1:00:56
SPEAKER_06: Look at the girl on his face.
• 1:01:01
SPEAKER_03: Alright, so um so we got one more to talk about before we zoom in up.
• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_03: Because, oh my god, this is the most uncomfortable costume I've ever worn in my life.
• 1:01:17
SPEAKER_03: Anyways, um, one of the the most awesome, and and this is gonna keep Roxy down here.
• 1:01:25
  SPEAKER_03: It is.
• 1:01:27
SPEAKER_03: What we do need is a couple glands off the table.
• 1:01:29
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I can I can make that happen.
• 1:01:32
SPEAKER_06: So one of our that was about that was another funny comment.
• 1:01:36
  SPEAKER_06: I can't get over that.
• 1:01:37
  SPEAKER_06: Scully's got a bone for some.
• 1:01:41

• 1:01:55
SPEAKER_06: It it's it's always great to be able to do this.
• 1:01:58
  SPEAKER_06: Oh my god.
• 1:02:03
SPEAKER_03: All right, so we'll move that's blood oath right now.
• 1:02:09
  SPEAKER_03: We did not.
• 1:02:10
SPEAKER_03: But this is pac nine.
• 1:02:12
SPEAKER_03: Do you got pac nine?
• 1:02:14
  SPEAKER_03: No, I don't know.
• 1:02:15
SPEAKER_03: I never did get pac nine.

• 1:02:21
SPEAKER_06: Oh yeah, I got like blood oath, five, six, seven.
• 1:02:26
  SPEAKER_06: They're buried under like 700.
• 1:02:29
SPEAKER_06: No, no, no, no, they're not.
• 1:02:31
  SPEAKER_06: They're right here.
• 1:02:32
  SPEAKER_03: There you go.
• 1:02:34
  SPEAKER_03: Blood Oath's awesome.
• 1:02:36
SPEAKER_03: Comes with uh comes in this great box.
• 1:02:40
SPEAKER_03: I got eight, four, and six right there.
• 1:02:44
  SPEAKER_03: Get eight out.
• 1:02:46
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 1:02:47
SPEAKER_03: Oh, I got two bottles of eight.
• 1:02:49
SPEAKER_03: I got what what's the is the current one?
• 1:02:53
SPEAKER_03: Was this your batch ten?
• 1:02:56
  SPEAKER_03: Eleven.
• 1:02:57
  SPEAKER_03: Eleven.
• 1:02:58
  SPEAKER_03: I missed two batches.
• 1:03:02
SPEAKER_03: How about blood o six?
• 1:03:06
SPEAKER_06: You sent all the blood oaths to me, remember that?
• 1:03:09
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:03:10
SPEAKER_06: I got blood O six that I'm gonna pour.
• 1:03:13
SPEAKER_06: Let me get a fresh Glen turn.
• 1:03:16
SPEAKER_03: Can you put this right behind us on the barrel?
• 1:03:20
SPEAKER_03: Just set it on the barrel when it was there.
• 1:03:23
SPEAKER_03: Okay, this blood oath is signed by none other than John Rumpy.
• 1:03:35
SPEAKER_03: Rumpy of uh of uh uh the master distiller from uh Lux Row.
• 1:03:42
SPEAKER_03: Now, the thing about the pact of blood oath is basically John scours for bottles or barrels, not bottles, all year long, and he picks barrels, and it doesn't matter, he picks barrels from it's not just uh Bardstone Burbbing Company barrels, it's barrels from everywhere, and he basically picks the barrels he wants and makes a blend and puts it out once a year as far as blood oath.
• 1:04:12
  SPEAKER_03: Fantastic, fantastic uh concept.
• 1:04:17
SPEAKER_03: Um, it's the ultimate in blending that Scotch drinkers would very much appreciate.
• 1:04:28
SPEAKER_06: Actually, I'm I am going to switch up pack six, blood of six, is a finishing cognac girl.
• 1:04:38
SPEAKER_06: But I'm gonna switch to pack to pack five, which pack five was a blend of all bourbons.
• 1:04:50
SPEAKER_03: John just asked, does anybody have a casket strength bourbon yet?
• 1:04:56
  SPEAKER_03: That's pretty clever, John.
• 1:04:58
SPEAKER_03: John You are on your game tonight.
• 1:05:02
  SPEAKER_03: He is on.
• 1:05:05
  SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
• 1:05:06
SPEAKER_06: Let me tell you about pack five, what I'm gonna be tasting.
• 1:05:08
SPEAKER_06: A masterful union of well well-bred bourbons, one, an extra-aged mahogany bourbon, unapologetically peppery with shavings of dark chocolate, two, a silky weeded bourbon with vanilla and honey, and three, a younger uh finished in uh finished in bourbon rum girl to import orange brown sugar and warm island spice.
• 1:05:44
  SPEAKER_06: Oh my gosh, yeah.
• 1:05:45
SPEAKER_06: I I this is like my second bottle of pack five.
• 1:05:50
SPEAKER_06: And I have to say this it's been my all-time favorite, so that's why I'm going back to it.
• 1:05:56
SPEAKER_03: Well, nine is pretty damn good.
• 1:05:58
  SPEAKER_03: Roxy loves Blood Oath.
• 1:06:00
SPEAKER_03: I mean, absolutely, whatever uh whatever uh John does as far as blending, she's just right on.
• 1:06:12
  SPEAKER_03: Right on.
• 1:06:13
  SPEAKER_03: Oh yes.
• 1:06:14
  SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
• 1:06:14
SPEAKER_03: From the first time, you know, this would have worked better if it was a there was uh it's like you go to the Halloween store as a large person.
• 1:06:24
SPEAKER_03: This this costume would have been I would have been a little bit more comfortable as a 2XL.
• 1:06:31
SPEAKER_03: But DXL we made work.
• 1:06:33
SPEAKER_03: It was it was rough, was it not?
