- 0:00We have a big silver warning for Elon Musk.
- 0:04But first, how do you feel about $48 per oz silver?
- 0:09What about numbers higher than that that will make your head
- 0:12spin? Let's dive into some interesting
- 0:15charts and some interesting information that'll give us
- 0:18reason why we can believe the silver price is absolutely
- 0:23headed much, much higher. The silver price has attempted
- 0:30multiple times to breakthrough the $32 per oz barrier.
- 0:35On this chart you can see back in May, back in June it it
- 0:40bumped up against the red line. Try it again late September,
- 0:45October finally broke through, came back down, but recently has
- 0:49broke through again. The important thing for us to
- 0:53remember here is that the more times that a price tries to
- 0:56breakthrough a big barrier, when it finally does, and it finally
- 1:01does for good, the move will be big and the move will be
- 1:06powerful. This alone could catapult us to
- 1:10$48 per oz Silver. Is this the most under
- 1:14appreciated chart in the silver community?
- 1:18It comes to us from the Jerusalem Post.
- 1:20And what this shows is the big cup and handle pattern in silver
- 1:24that everybody knows about. But no one talks about this
- 1:28particular chart which shows the yearly clothes in the price of
- 1:33silver. And the big difference here guys
- 1:35is the fact that if we look at the yearly clothes in the price
- 1:39of silver, if this year on the handle side we get a silver
- 1:44price on December 31st, 2024 above $30.85, we will have
- 1:52broken out of the 44 year cup and handle formation when
- 1:58measured by the yearly close in the price of silver.
- 2:02Remember, the cup and handle formation is one of the most
- 2:06widely followed, one of the most reliable and predictable in the
- 2:10technical analysis arena. And on top of that, the longer
- 2:15the period of time that the cup and handle forms, the more
- 2:20powerful and predictable the move will be.
- 2:24We still have the big silver warning for Elon Musk, but let's
- 2:28look at some more charts which give us even more optimism about
- 2:32the silver price as we head into 2025.
- 2:36This chart from Trading View and Meta Shackle shows us the cup
- 2:41and handle, but shows us also that the breakout when it gets
- 2:45above the all time nominal high of $50 again could go all the
- 2:51way to $300.00. Look at the middle yellow
- 2:55projection. Now the high end of the
- 2:58projection actually shows a price of $373 per oz.
- 3:04This is not going to happen in a month, likely won't happen in a
- 3:09year, but over a number of years.
- 3:11We cannot rule out this occurring.
- 3:14I want to remind you that between 2001 and 2011, just 1213
- 3:21short years ago, the silver price went from under $5 per oz
- 3:27to $50 per oz. That was a 10X increase.
- 3:32And it gets even more optimistic when we look at what Granny, our
- 3:36friend over on X, has to show us on this chart using the Condra
- 3:41Teef wave analysis. When he looks at the cup and
- 3:44handle, he has projections as high as $370 per oz, but adds it
- 3:52could also go much higher. Briefly, at the end of the bull
- 3:57market, the fundamentals for silver have never been better.
- 4:02We have a decreasing supply coming to market from the mining
- 4:06companies. We have increasing demand from a
- 4:09multitude of sources. We have new innovative ways to
- 4:14use silver being introduced to us on a weekly basis.
- 4:19And we know that the price of silver has been held down
- 4:23artificially for decades. 2025 presents a bright future for the
- 4:30silver price. In that light, I'd like to thank
- 4:33the sponsor of today's video, Visa Silver stock symbol VZLA on
- 4:39the New York Stock Exchange. You know, I love to invest in
- 4:43physical silver, but I also have a fondness for the silver mining
- 4:48stocks, in particular the big ones that have a lot of Oz of
- 4:53silver in the ground. I'll be keeping a very close eye
- 4:57on VISLA as we head into 2025. A number of positive catalyst
- 5:03could be heading our way, and it's not just me.
- 5:06Look at this list of analysts who cover the stock and,
- 5:11interestingly, look at their price estimates for the company
- 5:15and compare that to the current stock price of about two US
- 5:19dollars. Here's another reason to be
- 5:21optimistic about the silver price, a chart showing just how
- 5:25overvalued U.S. stocks are compared to the European
- 5:30markets. In each of the previous times
- 5:33that this chart was above the red line, let alone where it is
- 5:38today, silver absolutely soared. Look at 197119751986 and 2001
- 5:49when we know that between 2001 and 2011 the silver price soared
- 5:55from under $5 to $50 per oz. Today we are 3.5 standard
- 6:03deviations above the normal and the price of silver is indeed
- 6:07trading at multi year highs, but nowhere near its all time highs,
- 6:14both in nominal or inflation adjusted figures.
- 6:19This chart shows us that gold and silver aren't very popular
- 6:22at all yet after a generation of investors have concentrated on
- 6:26big tech. But with globalization taking
- 6:29steps back and with countries scared about their commodity
- 6:33supply change fees, less Silver is advancing a project in Mexico
- 6:39that is projected to start production in the first half of
- 6:432027, two years time. This potentially makes VISLA one
- 6:49of the nearest term silver mines in the world.
- 6:53And not only are the analysts bullish about VISLA silver stock
- 6:57symbol VZLA on the New York Stock Exchange, but the
- 7:01company's largest shareholders are Wall Street Titan Franklin
- 7:06Templeton with over 1 trillion under management, Eric Sprott
- 7:11himself and Sprott Inc. Think about that, with 12%
- 7:16ownership, Franklin Templeton has 60 million in Biesela
- 7:21shares. One of the reasons Biesela
- 7:24Silver is such a high quality company in my view, is that
- 7:29while the average peer spends $17.56 to produce 1 ounce of
- 7:36silver, Hanukko, the company's flagship asset, has all in
- 7:40sustaining cost of only $9.40. That's significantly and
- 7:46noticeably cheaper than the average and that is a clear and
- 7:51permanent competitive advantage. I want to share with you the
- 7:55next bit because when I read it, I started to really get a full
- 7:59grasp of how special these less silver is.
- 8:03Mike Pettingill, Senior Vice President of Business
- 8:06Development and Strategy, emphasizes the project's robust
- 8:11economics. The net present value to CapEx
- 8:14ratio puts Visla in a league of their own.
- 8:20But what might be the most important point to consider is
- 8:23what's demonstrated in this chart.
- 8:25It distinctly shows that Panuko, which is Visal, a silver
- 8:29project, can produce 15.2 million ounces of silver
- 8:34equivalent per year, making it the largest undeveloped mine in
- 8:40the world. Let that sink in as we're
- 8:43entering 2025 in a very favorable environment for silver
- 8:49prices. Visa has established a clear and
- 8:52methodical path toward production at Panuko, backed by
- 8:57a strong financial position with over $90 million in cash and no
- 9:03debt. Global silver demand is
- 9:06forecasted to reach 1.2 billion ounces in 2024, which could mark
- 9:11the second highest level on record.
- 9:15Nikki Shields from MKS Pop says silver is in a shortage and
- 9:20there's a notable draw down in the available physical stocks
- 9:23held in New York and London's physical hubs.
- 9:28And even more so than what we're seeing in gold.
- 9:31Shields added that silver is expected to post deficits of
- 9:35more than 100 million oz over the next five years, with
- 9:40industrial demand spurring the tight supply.
- 9:44And look at this, these lists currently valued at .49 X price
- 9:49to net asset values, while the producers are valued at 1.28 X.
- 9:56In other words, in the next two years as the company advances
- 9:59toward production, on paper, the revaluation from .49 X to 1.28 X
- 10:07represents an upside potential of 191 percent.
- 10:13I want you to think about that because we're talking about a
- 10:16company with 90 million in cash, no debt, Sprott and Franklin
- 10:22Templeton as biggest shareholders, low cost, high
- 10:26yield project, which is going to likely be one of the top ten
- 10:31largest silver mines in the world.
- 10:35I'd like to thank Visla Silver for sponsoring this video.
- 10:38It's definitely a stock that I'm going to be keeping a close eye
- 10:43on. I'm not a financial advisor, do
- 10:46your own due diligence, but I think the future looks very
- 10:49bright for Visla Silver. This is a big warning for Elon
- 10:55Musk because when we look at what the charts are telling us
- 10:59about the future for the silver price, when we look at the
- 11:02fundamentals and when we realized that Elon needs a lot
- 11:07of silver to satisfy the demand from his company's electric
- 11:11cars, solar space. I think Elon needs to secure
- 11:16himself a solid source of silver if he wants to survive in the
- 11:22future. Hey, thanks for joining me here
- 11:24in the basement. The future looks absolutely
- 11:28bright for Silver. It's always a big honor when you
- 11:31join me. Thank you and I'll look forward
- 11:34to seeing you next time.
