- 0:01You are not going to believe this story from the coin shop.
- 0:06Plus, we've got two big warnings for you if you're a silver
- 0:10stacker. If you're a gold stacker, you
- 0:12better pay heed and we're going to talk about $90.00 silver.
- 0:17But who better to talk to? Who better to hear from when it
- 0:21comes to an unbelievable coin shop story than the one and only
- 0:27coin shop Chris? And boy, does he have a story
- 0:29for us today. Coin Shop Chris, welcome back to
- 0:32Ron's basement. It's always going to be back in
- 0:35the basement, Ron. How you doing my friend?
- 0:38I'm doing great. I'm doing great.
- 0:40I was flabbergasted when you told me the story about what
- 0:44happened this week at the Coin Shop.
- 0:46And I thought we got to go live. We got to share that with our
- 0:49audience. And by the way, thank you to
- 0:51everyone who's joining us today. You are the most important part.
- 0:55I know Coin Shop Chris and I appreciate your support,
- 0:58appreciate you being here. Go subscribe to his channel,
- 1:01Coin shop chris.com. You can subscribe here.
- 1:04Thumbs up or appreciated. But Chris, without further ado,
- 1:07can you share with our audience what happened this week at the
- 1:10coin shop? I just know part of the story
- 1:14and I'm. Well, this actually, this
- 1:16actually happened a couple weeks ago, Ron.
- 1:19But you know, we, we had an elderly lady that her husband
- 1:22passed on and I got to tell you this is she brought in a couple
- 1:27gold coins and her husband always told her to keep out of
- 1:31the safes because this will be your money when you when I pass
- 1:36on. Wow.
- 1:38We didn't know at the time how much she had at the house.
- 1:42So she brought in two gold coins.
- 1:44We helped her get her cash for that to pay for the funeral.
- 1:48And she's like, she was overwhelmed how much we paid her
- 1:51out. And she started saying we got so
- 1:53much stuff at the house. And so we so she asked us to
- 1:57come over. So most of us who work for the
- 2:00coin shop came over there. Ron, I, I want your audience to
- 2:04picture a big kitchen cabinet with big steel doors, OK?
- 2:10Like the height of a kitchen counter.
- 2:12This thing was packed with silver coins with gold coins
- 2:17with bags of 90% silver. Apparently her husband worked
- 2:23for one of the big banks and was flipping houses when the banks
- 2:27were not getting paid and he was buying silver and gold from 1986
- 2:32to almost six months before he passed on this year and it added
- 2:37up. You know, she had cool grands,
- 2:39she had eagles, she had Maple Leaf silver, gold, I mean, you
- 2:43name it, they had it. I'm I'm overwhelmed still with
- 2:47she has bags of junk silver. We have not gone through yet and
- 2:52we only did we have no idea what's in those bags for 90%
- 2:56silver. We don't have this key dates in
- 2:58there, but as a rough estimate Ron and to your audience with
- 3:04over 8 million dollars worth of inventory. $8 million.
- 3:10Over 8 million. And and she really did not have
- 3:14any clue that over all these years her husband had been kind
- 3:18of, what's that called squirreling away.
- 3:20My dad used to call it rat hole money.
- 3:22That he was that he was, you know, making a little extra
- 3:25money on the side and using it to buy silver and gold and
- 3:29putting it in a safe. And let me get this correct, he
- 3:32passed away and she came in with just two of the gold coins
- 3:35because she needed to pay for the funeral and was like
- 3:38overwhelmed with how much those gold coins were worth.
- 3:41And then you guys went over there and discovered there was a
- 3:44lot, lot more. And she also had another safe in
- 3:48the floorboards underneath the computer as his computer.
- 3:51There was cash on. I'm not going to disclose how
- 3:53much cash there was, but there was a lot of cash.
- 3:56You know, this woman is overwhelmed.
- 3:59The daughter don't know what she really does for work.
- 4:03She didn't really disclose that information to us, but she still
- 4:06wants to work for the next three years because she said she's
- 4:09going to get a big pension and she saves her for another three
- 4:11years. But they have over $8 million
- 4:14worth of gold and silver. They're not interested in
- 4:16selling it. We told them all about it and
- 4:19we, we put stickers on everything, all the tubes and
- 4:22exactly what they were. I mean she had stuff from the
- 4:2619861996 silvery Eagles, she had rare Krugerrands, they had
- 4:33Austrian stuff, they had maples, everything on everything.
- 4:39There was one bag mark from 1954 for half dollars.
- 4:44Well, excuse me, 1955 while they, and I wish they were 1955
- 4:49because the Franklins were actually the key date in that
- 4:52run and they happen to be all 54 Franklin Hafts.
- 4:56And these are in beautiful, beautiful shape.
- 5:00I mean, they're like in BU condition.
- 5:03And then about a week later, the lawyer called up.
- 5:09The guy had a lawyer and he had another 15 bags of junk silver
- 5:13from a bulletin company. Won't say the name Ron, but
- 5:17she's got them in her possession.
- 5:19Another 15 bags, $50 face, $100 face bags, $500 face bags.
- 5:26This guy had put this our way and we're waiting for the
- 5:30daughter to come back to where her mother lives because the
- 5:33daughter lives in a different state and they're coming back in
- 5:36October. So there'll be more to come from
- 5:38this story. I mean, this is, I feel like a
- 5:41kid in a candy store. It took us four people, 4 hours,
- 5:45four hours, Ron, to go through all this stuff.
- 5:48And, and you know, one of the, one of the workers, she, she's
- 5:51very good at shorthand, you know, so she was, you know,
- 5:55writing down what they had and we went back to shop to try to
- 5:57add it all up. And we're giving her we, we
- 6:00these we're not buy back prices. We gave her, these were retail
- 6:03prices we gave her. And and I'm so they they are
- 6:06very well with. So, so, so you said you you said
- 6:10you felt like a kid in a candy shop.
- 6:12I'm going to pull up a picture and tell me if this is how you
- 6:14felt. OK, I want you to I want you to
- 6:16think how you felt when all this was going on.
- 6:19Is this how you felt by chance? Did you feel like that?
- 6:28All we knew I would come up with that.
- 6:31Yeah, yeah. Like a happy Barbie.
- 6:33I want to, I want to point something out to our viewer,
- 6:35Chris, that I think this story demonstrates very clearly.
- 6:41And that is what this man did over all those years, right?
- 6:45Of little by little adding, adding to his safe, adding to
- 6:48his stock of stack, little by little some gold coins, some
- 6:53silver coins buying he probably bought, maybe he even bought
- 6:57some of it in the 80s when silver was $50.00 an ounce.
- 7:00Maybe he bought some what in the early 2000s when silver was 4 or
- 7:05$5.00 an ounce. But what he did was he bought
- 7:08little by little by little over all those years.
- 7:12And now, right, we know what you just told us.
- 7:15It's worth almost $8 million. Look, some of the stuff we know
- 7:19we got handwritten receipts. We, we, we don't know exactly
- 7:22what coins drop it came from, but we do know it was a from a
- 7:26different state, which I won't disclose that information.
- 7:29These were all handwritten receipts, Ron and some of this
- 7:33gold he was buying for $300.00 an ounce or less.
- 7:37Look at. Look at today's gold price.
- 7:39Look at today's silver price. You know, he's got all the
- 7:43receipts and he had the PO Box. So the wife had no idea.
- 7:47He, all the wife remembers this. When I die, you'll be well taken
- 7:52care of. That's all he would say to her.
- 7:56Sounds like sounds like he took good care of his family, right?
- 8:00Exactly. But again, it's like, you know,
- 8:01I'll never forget Mike from Pembex said this once.
- 8:05I actually put it in an e-mail that I read to the to the to the
- 8:08basement dweller community. And that is like make like, like
- 8:12responsible. You know, how did he, how did he
- 8:16put it like basically like don't, don't just like at once
- 8:19do everything like make responsible purchase decisions
- 8:23prudent, right? But if you do it, and he didn't
- 8:25say this, but again, this proves that, but this guy did.
- 8:27If you over the years just buy a little bit, a little bit every
- 8:32six months or maybe whenever you have some extra money you're
- 8:35going to do, you're likely going to do really great in the long
- 8:37run with silver and gold. Absolutely.
- 8:41I mean, can you just imagine? I mean, your, your kitchen
- 8:44counter is packed with silver and gold.
- 8:46I mean, I just cannot get over what I've seen.
- 8:50I mean, this is the most silver and gold I've seen at one time.
- 8:54I mean, we don't even have that much at the shop.
- 8:57I mean, that's not even close. I mean, most people don't even
- 9:00see this stuff in their lifetimes.
- 9:02And when you're seeing tubes of cougar ants, you think tubes of
- 9:06eagles, gold eagles, you know, some of these rare dates is
- 9:10like, how can you process this? It's like how can you process in
- 9:15your head of how much value it is?
- 9:18Sounds like it was overwhelming. Are you, are you, are you doing
- 9:21OK Chris? Is everything?
- 9:22Are you OK with all? This, I mean, yeah, I'm very
- 9:25happy for them. But you know, I mean, they're
- 9:27kind of curious to see what's in this not 90% Silber bags.
- 9:32Can I ask you a? Can I ask you a personal
- 9:34question? I need to interrupt you.
- 9:35This is very. Important.
- 9:37Yeah, go ahead. Can.
- 9:37I ask you a personal question. Yes.
- 9:40Are you, are you attempting to date the daughter?
- 9:42You said there was a daughter. Are you attempting to date her
- 9:45now? No Sir, I I do have a girlfriend
- 9:48so and she said she's about 20 years older than me so.
- 9:53Well, that's perfect. That's perfect for you then.
- 9:56He's more up than your age. 1. She's a little older than you.
- 9:58What? Are you talking about my age?
- 10:00I'm 34 years old, Quinchat. For this this live screen.
- 10:04Is now officially over, but I forgot what I was going to say.
- 10:10But what a surprise, right? Like these people had no idea
- 10:12this was even going on. I mean, that's just, it's really
- 10:15an awesome story. I mean, imagine the old lady
- 10:18thinking, well, I need to pay for the funeral.
- 10:20I wonder if I have enough in my safe.
- 10:22It's like, no, you've got $8 million in your safe, honey.
- 10:25And you know, I think she's really lucky to have run into
- 10:28you and the people that work at your shops.
- 10:31I know you guys pride yourself on on providing these happy
- 10:34surprises to people. I mean, it's still, I mean
- 10:36they're both overwhelmed. The daughter's like, you know,
- 10:39should I even work anymore? And but you know, she says, you
- 10:42know, with, you know, I, I have no idea how much she's going to
- 10:44get for a pen, a pen pension if she stays another three years
- 10:48on. But she says I really cannot
- 10:50give that up. Still, you know you.
- 10:52Know she's gonna later in this live stream we're going to talk
- 10:55about $90.00 silver and earlier today I talked about $550
- 10:59silver. I mean, and I, and I want to put
- 11:02things in context for our viewer, right?
- 11:04Because you were just talking about how some of the receipts
- 11:06from when this guy had bought gold, the, the gold was like
- 11:09$300.00 an ounce. And that just seems astounding
- 11:13to us right now. I, I want, I, I want you to
- 11:16think about this, Chris, you and our viewer who's joining us.
- 11:19What do you think people like 40 years from now when they're
- 11:23going through your safe and they're, and they're looking at
- 11:26the silver or gold that you may own, they're going to be looking
- 11:29and thinking the same thing. Can you believe that that that
- 11:33grandpa, our grandma bought these silver eagles for $33 each
- 11:38or or $40 each or $25 each? They're going to be feeling the
- 11:42same way then that we feel now when we look at $300.00 gold.
- 11:48Absolutely. I mean, you know, I mean, you
- 11:51just you just, you know, it's, it's so overwhelming to tell the
- 11:54story because because you know, the time we talk, you know, of
- 11:57course we didn't charge these people for this.
- 11:59You know, our owner did pay us for our time.
- 12:03And thank you for the Barbie doll picture, Ryan.
- 12:05I do appreciate. That sorry, I didn't mean that
- 12:07to. You but no, I mean it it's
- 12:11really I mean it's just shocking to see, you know, with with the
- 12:16wife saying and the daughter had no clue.
- 12:19She she's like, you know, I got I had no clue.
- 12:21My dad was he was bringing this home in little paper bags and
- 12:26the wife he and he said wife says he's gone, gone to his room
- 12:30and sat in there for hours on the computer and he had a brown
- 12:33paper bag, you know, one time a week or so.
- 12:37And she would never knew what was in that He's and you know,
- 12:39it could have been anything in there.
- 12:41But holy cow. I mean, that's all I got to say,
- 12:44Ron. So how much did you charge these
- 12:45people for counting all this up? Three.
- 12:47Million or 200? Zero, huh?
- 12:52Well, super nice of you. Hey guys, we got a lot more to
- 12:55cover. We've got like 260 people who've
- 12:58joined us now, Chris, I just want to quickly.
- 13:00Recap. Yeah, thank you.
- 13:02But Chris, Chris just told the story about someone who came
- 13:05into the coin shop with two gold coins that my husband just died.
- 13:08I need to pay for the funeral, but there's more at the house.
- 13:12And this person was astounded by how much money, Fiat Unicorn
- 13:16fart dust, this stuff, where is it?
- 13:18It's got to make an appearance on every our favorite paper
- 13:21money. How many of these she got for
- 13:24the two gold coins? But then realized she had a lot
- 13:27more at the house that her now deceased husband had been
- 13:31squirreling away for decades. And it looks like it's like
- 13:35around $8 million, which is crazy, I think shocked
- 13:38everybody. But also coin Chef Chris, we got
- 13:42we got a lot more to talk about a couple warnings.
- 13:44And then I want to get your opinion on this, on this idea
- 13:48that we could have $90.00 actually, guys, little bonus.
- 13:51It's actually $150.00 per oz silver because of what the Fed
- 13:55did last week. But Chris, any final words you
- 13:57want to add to the story about the about the the surprise
- 14:01silver? What a nice story, this lady
- 14:03her. Husband died.
- 14:05Think this was about two weeks ago.
- 14:07Silver and gold were cheaper two weeks ago, so how much more
- 14:10value is that even worth today, right?
- 14:13You're probably up to 9 million. You know, I mean, it's.
- 14:17Yeah. I mean, you know what I mean?
- 14:19Stop and think. I mean, every time silver and
- 14:21gold goes up, that stack has gone up dramatically.
- 14:25Yeah. I mean, it's just, you know,
- 14:28wow. You know, yeah, yeah, it's
- 14:30crazy. Your stack, I know, went up
- 14:31dramatically this week as well. All right, guys, we got a couple
- 14:35warnings, more stories from the coin shop, right?
- 14:38But we all know as silver and gold stackers, the one thing
- 14:42that we really need to be careful of is that we trust the
- 14:46company. We trust the person that we're
- 14:48buying our silver and gold from. Now, you all know that I trust
- 14:53channel sponsor. Let me pull up full screen here
- 14:55so I can point to my favorite box, Pimbex Pi MB EX.
- 15:01You can get there at pimbex.com. We usually go to the website,
- 15:04but we'll do it all verbally. Today I was told about Pimbex
- 15:08from the basement to other community.
- 15:10Thank you very much. I made several purchases from
- 15:12them. Was really happy with the fact
- 15:15that I got more metal for my money with Pimbex.
- 15:19But the customer service was great, the selection was great,
- 15:23and everything else. Look, Chris is going to tell us
- 15:27a story next about some fake silver.
- 15:29It's so important that you deal with a company you can trust.
- 15:33What I heard from the basement to other community, What I've
- 15:36learned for myself is that I can trust Penbacks.
- 15:39Look, you do your own due diligence, do your own work.
- 15:41I'll never tell you guys what to do.
- 15:43But please, next time you consider buying some gold,
- 15:46silver or platinum group metals online, please consider channel
- 15:50sponsor pin backs. Now quench up, Chris, tell us
- 15:52about these fakes that you ran into at the shop.
- 15:55The story behind that? Well, you know, we see a lot of
- 15:59fakes come in the shop and most people, I would say have no clue
- 16:05they have fakes and a lot of these fakes are coming off from
- 16:08Etsy. So I mean, my not a financial
- 16:11advice, not advice, but I'm not buying off of Etsy for anything,
- 16:15not for silver, gold. I'm never going to do business
- 16:17with them again for anything, but that's just my personal
- 16:20take. What what happened wrong is
- 16:23these people bought these Franklin's and Walking's and
- 16:26they did say copy on them and I'm trying to line up my camera
- 16:30where my my camera is. I'm sorry.
- 16:33And they did they did say copy on them and the customer had
- 16:38them in the safe. They bought these when the
- 16:39banking crisis happened and they bought them for about $20 a roll
- 16:45and they were trying to sell them.
- 16:46They needed the cash for what? For whatever reason they needed
- 16:51the cash for and they were fake. Couldn't do nothing for them.
- 16:56They had no idea. So our owner suggested to the,
- 17:00you know, since they've said copy on them, they want
- 17:02technically fake coins. OK, because they did say the
- 17:06word copy on them, but I'm calling them a fake.
- 17:08We dig went ahead. They the shop did went ahead and
- 17:11clip them all. They took a little chunk of them
- 17:13so they know which ones were fake so they don't turn around
- 17:17and sell them again. And that really keeps them off
- 17:20the marketplace now, nobody doing what we did.
- 17:23How do these people react? You know, how do these people
- 17:27react when they come in and they think they've got something
- 17:30that's silver and it winds up that it's not silver at all?
- 17:33The what kind of reactions do you get?
- 17:36Well, to be honest, you they're they're teed off on OK, to be
- 17:39say that trying to put it nicely, they're upset, but
- 17:44they're not opposited us, you know, people are a lot, you
- 17:49know, especially when the newer stackers, you know, come on
- 17:52online, Ron, they see a good deal.
- 17:56People don't read descriptions and I don't know what was in the
- 18:00description of the time they bought us.
- 18:01I guess they didn't have the paperwork, but was it in the
- 18:04description? I don't know.
- 18:08You know, people don't. Might be.
- 18:09In might be hidden in there. Yeah.
- 18:11I I think the moral to the story for all of us is if it seems too
- 18:15good to be true, unless it's coming from like your mom or dad
- 18:18or your brother or your very, very best friend.
- 18:21If it seems too good to be true, right, some some price that's
- 18:25significantly better than what the spot prices or some offer
- 18:29that you may see while you're watching the cable news channels
- 18:34that tells you you can get $15,000 of free silver, guys, If
- 18:38it seems too good to be true, would you agree?
- 18:41Coin Shop Chris, It probably is. 99.95% of the time, yes, it's
- 18:48and that's and that's just a true statement, you know, but
- 18:51you know, going back for the half dollars here on, you know,
- 18:55even though they said copy, their owners seemed to say they
- 18:58didn't know. They said copy on the back.
- 19:00I mean, it was small, so maybe they didn't see see them, but we
- 19:05passed everything coming in. If our customers want it test
- 19:09going out, we will test going out the door.
- 19:12So if we try to do a test, we'd always test in.
- 19:15If the customer don't know who we are really, we test going
- 19:19out. That way they know they gain the
- 19:21real deal. And you know, and all these
- 19:24online bowling dealers do the same thing.
- 19:26They test coming in and test going out.
- 19:29And you know, that's why I don't have a problem buying from these
- 19:32online bowling dealers whatsoever.
- 19:35But you know what? I hear more people come in about
- 19:40etsyron and to your viewers, please do your research.
- 19:45Etsy was a place where you sold like like homemade T-shirts and
- 19:50birdhouses and stuff like that. Arts and crafts, live plants,
- 19:53yes. I mean, that's supposed to be
- 19:55art. ART.
- 19:58Artwork. You said art.
- 19:59I just sometimes with your, your southern Missouri.
- 20:03Yeah, Ozark accent. I have a hard time.
- 20:06My New England accent. Got to go get some car pots
- 20:09some. Car pots all.
- 20:10Right, so, so here everybody, I'm going to show you 2 easy
- 20:14ways that you can test your silver.
- 20:16This is a fake coin who which was sent to me.
- 20:20Look at this. This is a what's that called a
- 20:22Morgan, right? Hold on, let me see if we can
- 20:24get. It supposed to be a Morgan,
- 20:25yeah. Supposed to be there it is.
- 20:27Look at that. That's a Morgan Silver dollar
- 20:31from 8:00, 1892. Look at the back of that thing.
- 20:37Isn't it beautiful? And you got to love silver.
- 20:40You got to love silver until this.
- 20:43OK, this is a little super powerful magnet.
- 20:46If the magnet sticks to the supposed silver, it's not real
- 20:52silver. And these are like, I forget
- 20:53what these are called, but they're like super powerful
- 20:55little magnets. This is a fake coin.
- 20:58OK, now another way that you can check coins is with this thing
- 21:02called the pocket pinger, this little black apparatus here
- 21:06called the Poppet Pocket Pinger. I'm not sponsored by them or get
- 21:10any kind of Commission or anything, but they have an app
- 21:13on your phone. And then you take the pocket
- 21:15pinger and you take this little wooden stick and listen.
- 21:17Can you listen to Chris listen? Hear that, guys?
- 21:22And then the app hears that and it can tell because all it has
- 21:25all the different coins and it can tell by the sound of the
- 21:27ping if it's real or if it's fake because listen, listen to
- 21:31this. You can hear that.
- 21:35Now I'm going to switch out and put that fake coin in here.
- 21:38I've never done this before. This is going to be interesting.
- 21:41Let's see what the fake coin sounds like.
- 21:43What do you say, Chris? It doesn't sound a lot different
- 21:47and it's called a coin ping app. OK, all right, Oops.
- 21:52See how different that sounds. I, I hopefully the microphone's
- 21:55picking it up, but it sounds significantly different.
- 21:59So those are two ways it's a real thing.
- 22:01There are real fake coins out there.
- 22:02I think if you're dealing with a reputable online bullion dealer
- 22:07like Pimbex Pi MB EX channel sponsor who makes all this
- 22:11possible or a reputable local coin shop, you'll be fine.
- 22:16However, you know, always buyer beware, especially if you're on
- 22:21one of the big online auction site type places.
- 22:24You want to make sure that you're getting real legitimate
- 22:26metals. Would you agree?
- 22:28Coin job, Chris? I agree 100%, Ron, you know, and
- 22:31that's why I made my channel Ron, to help people.
- 22:34And you're bringing me on to help people and you're helping
- 22:37people. You've been helping people the
- 22:38past three years, Ron. We cannot do this without you
- 22:41either. So we go say thank you to you,
- 22:43Ron. You've been really supportive of
- 22:46me and you know I'm not done enough for for you.
- 22:50Yeah, thank you. Yeah, well, you sent me a silver
- 22:52dollar years back. You're the best.
- 22:54We love you. I'm going to run everybody out.
- 22:55Go ahead. We're going to go on a little
- 22:56field trip. Everybody.
- 22:58Let's go out to this site called YouTube.
- 23:03Oh, you're on that site right now, but don't leave us now.
- 23:05But if you want to go see Coin Shop Chris, he puts out a video
- 23:08every day. Go to YouTube, type in coin.
- 23:11Oh, there. It's already up there.
- 23:13Look, I'll go there So much. Coin Shop, Chris, and let it
- 23:16pull itself up and then you go down here, picture around
- 23:19picture with a bunch of coins. You click on it and then you go
- 23:23to his his not web, not web page.
- 23:25You go to his YouTube page and you press subscribe right there,
- 23:29Chris. Thank you, Thank you.
- 23:31Thank you everybody. Yeah, yeah, you're welcome,
- 23:33Chris. We love you and and all your
- 23:35support and the whole silver and gold community loves you.
- 23:38Here's a question for you. Look, the silver price and the
- 23:42gold price, what's really going to make them take off, OK?
- 23:46Really what's going to make the gold and silver price really
- 23:49take off will be Western investor demand.
- 23:53Part of that is retail, right? People like me and you, people
- 23:57like the, the, the wonderful people and those of you who wish
- 24:01to refer to yourselves as basement dwellers, but you're
- 24:03all basement dwellers. We got like 300 people with us
- 24:05down here in the basement, Chris.
- 24:07Is it crowded? Is it getting crowded yet?
- 24:10No, we need more. Exactly.
- 24:12And there will be more. There will be what's what is
- 24:15going to make the silver price, gold price, platinum price, all
- 24:20of them really take off will be investor demand.
- 24:23Now I heard from Mike over at Pembeck's one of the owners, it
- 24:27was maybe Thursday he went, we were just had a quick text back
- 24:31and forth and he said, wow, we've seen a big uptick in
- 24:34retail demand since the Federal Reserve interest rate cut.
- 24:40Are you, what are you seeing at your at your shop?
- 24:43Are you seeing more interest in silver and gold since this like
- 24:47we've got a big run up, Are you seeing gold selling?
- 24:50What's? What's going on?
- 24:51Well, I would tell you this, but I'm not going to give out the
- 24:53whole. I got a video coming out
- 24:55tomorrow on today with the biggest gold sales this year for
- 25:03the shop and one day, OK, one day and one day.
- 25:10We had the biggest run on gold today.
- 25:13People are getting scared, panic and I'm not trying to drive any
- 25:18panic or fear of missing out. Thank you for the Barbie doll
- 25:21again. I appreciate that and and people
- 25:26are saying they're scared of what's coming with the bricks
- 25:30the upcoming election. You know, I'm hearing both
- 25:32sides. So this one gets in, it's going
- 25:34to be worse. This one.
- 25:35I I don't do politics, so I'm not going to go to down that
- 25:38road. But this is what I'm hearing
- 25:41from the customers at the shop that I work for.
- 25:43Ron, people are starting to get scared.
- 25:46And I had a gentleman came in today and traded about $500
- 25:51worth of face junk silver for gold.
- 25:54We tried to talk him out a little bit.
- 25:57We told him why he should hang on his junk silver.
- 26:00Nope. He wanted.
- 26:00He said he's got enough at home. He wants some gold.
- 26:04What he's been hearing. And this is what's going to
- 26:07drive demand too, As more people come in and demand more gold and
- 26:12more silver, it's going to Jack up the prims.
- 26:15It's going to Jack up the price and the more people who start
- 26:18coming in, my fear is it's going to be the same thing that
- 26:23happened in 2023 during the bank.
- 26:25Prices are on and I tell you, you're not going to be able to
- 26:28find the stuff. At some point, we're not going
- 26:31to be able to find. It do you think we might have a
- 26:33silver shortage again, Chris, at some point?
- 26:35We got one now. We got one now that that that we
- 26:40do have and and people are going to say, and I tell you, people
- 26:43will say there's plenty of silver online.
- 26:46Well, OK, right now there is that supply can be wiped out in
- 26:5072 hours. Think about what's going on,
- 26:55right? We've got this crazy election
- 26:59and the fact that it hasn't, it's, it's crazy right now, but
- 27:01it's, I mean, excuse me, I think it's going to get super crazy in
- 27:07the next six weeks. We have, we have like the
- 27:09majority of the world's population having a major summit
- 27:12called the Bricks, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South
- 27:15Africa, right? And then a bunch of other
- 27:17countries that have either joined or want to join getting
- 27:20together, talking explicitly about wanting to go away from
- 27:24the US dollar. There is big strong suspicion,
- 27:28OK, speculation. Some people think it's pretty
- 27:32much a done deal that they're going to announce a gold backed
- 27:35currency. I mean, that's what's going on
- 27:37right now. By 40% to run by 40%.
- 27:40Back it by 40% gold so and on top of that, if you live in the
- 27:45United States of America and I love my country, I bought an
- 27:48where did where is it hold on that finger Nope that finger
- 27:50right there. I bought a flag that waves
- 27:52automatically. Spent a lot of money on that.
- 27:54I love my country. It's an automatic waving flag.
- 27:58It's waving at you. Everybody way back.
- 28:01Our country is screwed. I'm sorry.
- 28:04I'm, I mean, we, we are, we have unbelievable amount of debt
- 28:09we're spending. Our government is spending 2
- 28:12trillion more than they bring in every year.
- 28:14The interest expenses. I mean, I've, I've, I've gone
- 28:17through this ad nauseam. The basement larger.
- 28:18Like, please, Ron, don't pull up the US debt clock again, which I
- 28:21won't out of respect for your desires.
- 28:24But guys, it is. I mean, it's horrible.
- 28:26It's the situation we're in. And and you know what?
- 28:29Nobody cares. Nobody cares.
- 28:31Hey, yeah, no, you know, let me watch Dancing with the Stars or,
- 28:36or football. Nothing against any of that.
- 28:38I love both those shows. I'm, you know, and you may know,
- 28:42I've applied twice to be on Dancing with the Stars and I'm
- 28:44waiting to hear back on my second application.
- 28:46But nonetheless, nobody gives a crap.
- 28:49Everybody's like, Oh, well, you know, the debts never been a
- 28:52problem. So like, why worry about it,
- 28:55man? We can just print all we want.
- 28:57Everything's cool. I mean, BS people, not you, not
- 29:01you. Basement door.
- 29:02And by the way, Chris, can you, when you look at your camera,
- 29:05can you see all those other people out there, right?
- 29:07They're all with us together in the basement.
- 29:09We know we care. Welcome to the club, guys.
- 29:12We're like the reality club. The rest of the world's like woo
- 29:16La La land, you know? Everything and one more piece of
- 29:21news run. Inflation is not going away.
- 29:24You know this is set for inflation.
- 29:26Inflation. They cut rates by 50%.
- 29:29They don't give a crap about inflation.
- 29:32Watch prices start ticking up after the holiday season.
- 29:36They're going to keep them low through the election.
- 29:39They're going to keep them low to the Christmas season.
- 29:41Well, lower, I should say, because we're still paying a
- 29:44high price for everything. Come January, we're going to see
- 29:48a tick up in inflation. That is my that is my bet.
- 29:51Like my dad would say, hold on to your arse, right?
- 29:54Because yes, I agree with you 100%. the Fed doesn't care about
- 29:59inflation, people. They've even hinted that lately.
- 30:02OK, hold on a second Chris, somebody wants to say hi to you.
- 30:07Not her, not here. Oh.
- 30:10Please, oh please don't bring him out of the clown box.
- 30:12Please. Your boyfriend is here, Chris.
- 30:15Oh yeah, yeah, he's put a Unicorn in there too.
- 30:19Does he have a Unicorn in there? He does.
- 30:21He's got little universe Unicorn fart dust, right?
- 30:24That's a yeah. And you know what else is in
- 30:26there with him? That.
- 30:28What is that? Hold on that.
- 30:31That's a very expensive motorized Roach.
- 30:35OK. Ron, I think I, I think you need
- 30:38to give him one of these 20 half dollars for a deposit.
- 30:42That's that's the solution that goes in there and it makes him
- 30:45shake. Well, anyway, back-to-back to
- 30:48our high level economic discussion.
- 30:50He doesn't care about inflation. You know why?
- 30:53Because the only way that the system perpetuates itself, that
- 30:58it keeps going, there's only one way and that's if they inflate
- 31:02away the debt. They need inflation.
- 31:05They want inflation. That's why when he talks about
- 31:08all our mandate is to keep inflate, only steal 2% of your
- 31:11money per year. That's their mandate is the only
- 31:13steal 2%. The reality is they want to
- 31:16steal more like 789-1012. Who knows where it could go.
- 31:21The other thing that the people don't realize is the United
- 31:25States. Look at what's going on with the
- 31:26bricks. the United States does not have the control over the
- 31:29world economy that it had before.
- 31:31The United States is now working in a different environment where
- 31:35we have these BRICS countries we can't control with the dominant
- 31:39dollar the way the world economies operate like we had in
- 31:44the past. So we're I, I have a new term
- 31:45that we're going to call it's called geopolitical inflation,
- 31:49right? You know, when, when, when,
- 31:52when, when the BRICS country say, hey, that's great guys,
- 31:55that you got that paper dollar that you're so fond of.
- 31:58But if you want oil, if you want our, our, our, our cheap
- 32:03manufactured or expensive manufactured Chinese goods, we
- 32:07want something real in return. You can you.
- 32:10You can play with your dollars all you want, but if you want
- 32:12our goods, maybe you might want to pay us with gold.
- 32:17Bingo. And that's one more point line.
- 32:19This is a 1956 Franklin half dollar, roughly about 1956.
- 32:24A loaf of generic white bread cost about $0.10.
- 32:27Wow, that can buy you the same loaf of bread plus four more and
- 32:33you get changed back from one half dollar.
- 32:36How much is that half dollar worth and in current Unicorn?
- 32:40$11.30 So this We bought you 5 bowls of bread back in 1956,
- 32:45give or take. And it'll still buy.
- 32:48Still buy plus change back. I left my case wrong that.
- 32:52That's why we call you coin shop Chris, right, because you love
- 32:56those coins, right? You're like the the king of junk
- 32:59silver. I mean it, but it's I.
- 33:00Love junk silver I mean. Is it if they do, when I call
- 33:05you the Fred Sanford of junk silver?
- 33:07That's right and that's fine. You know, I mean, I, I love junk
- 33:11serious over and I hear stories of coin shops melting this stuff
- 33:14down because, you know, they, but they, you know, to me, if
- 33:18someone's melting it down because it's my take on this
- 33:21wrong. They don't have the cash flow
- 33:23for one, they, you know, we're trying to preserve history.
- 33:26You know, it's not up to a coin shop to preserve history, But if
- 33:31they, they're buying too much and they need the cash, they
- 33:34don't have the cash flow to hang on to it.
- 33:37And it's that and it also tells me the coin shops that are doing
- 33:41it don't use a bowling dealer, that they can't dump it to a
- 33:45bowling deal or the spread their hour 90% elsewhere.
- 33:49Look, if this is really happening, 90% silver is getting
- 33:53melted down by bag bowls. Now that's going to be less and
- 33:57less in the marketplace. And this is going to drive up
- 34:00the price, which will be good for the people who hold 90%
- 34:05silver. That will raise the price
- 34:07eventually. Yeah, yeah, somebody in the
- 34:09Commons just called me Buttercup.
- 34:11I'm a little offended. Refer to me by my proper name,
- 34:14Big Head Ron. So what Chris was just.
- 34:16Talking about Buttercup. Buttercup is the second major
- 34:21warning. Like the 90% silver is becoming
- 34:26harder to source. Is that correct, Chris?
- 34:30Absolutely. I mean, look, Pendeks just got
- 34:32their Roosevelt Diamonds backing.
- 34:35You know, I was looking them at it last night.
- 34:36They just gone back and after three weeks of being out yes
- 34:41people are having a hard time sourcing this this we're selling
- 34:44as fast as it comes in. So I mean, if if that don't say
- 34:49something there and when I hear 20 stops melting it down, that
- 34:53just really burns my behind on because you know, this is our
- 34:57history for your kids, for your grandkids, your great grandkids
- 35:01and so on. And the more we melt the stuff
- 35:04down today, this mean less and less and less.
- 35:07And some people say there's plenty out there.
- 35:09Well, I disagree with 100% with that statement because I go
- 35:13back, Ron, we said this before on your channel.
- 35:16I said it on my channel, if you took every single Washington
- 35:20silver court out there and if we could find every single
- 35:24Washington court out there, the average American would have
- 35:28about 6.9 Washington silver quarters in your possession.
- 35:32With the population we have today, that is about the ratio
- 35:36figure that one. I know you're fired up about
- 35:39junk silver, no doubt about it. It's critical for us to realize,
- 35:44I think two big things. 2 warnings #1 they only made so
- 35:48much of it, right? They're not, they can't.
- 35:51I'll bring them up one more time.
- 35:52I was talking with Mike from Pinbacks one day and we were
- 35:55talking about 90% silver and I said, do they only made so if
- 35:58they aren't making it anymore. And he was like, I wish they
- 36:01were right because it's, it's becoming difficult.
- 36:04I think especially for the big bullion dealers.
- 36:08I think a lot of it is staying at the coin shop level, like the
- 36:11coin shops that used to get it in and then would sell it to the
- 36:14wholesalers, like you said are holding on to it, right.
- 36:18But at the at the Bay, do you, do you think that's the case
- 36:21right now, Chris? I think some shops are hanging
- 36:24on to it and you know, and then other shops are so-called
- 36:27melting it down. Or melting it down, but at the,
- 36:30but at the base level, they're only made so much of it, right?
- 36:34There's only so much of it out there.
- 36:36And then on top of that, on top of that, still to this day, I
- 36:40know in 1980, I heard a lot of it got melted down, but to this
- 36:44day, people are still melting it down.
- 36:46So you take something that has a finite limited level, right?
- 36:50They aren't making any more of it.
- 36:53And it continues even to shrink and shrink and shrink because
- 36:56people are melting the stuff down.
- 36:58Is that accurate? That is accurate, yes.
- 37:02And when and. Go ahead.
- 37:04And when these light comers come in and when the rushers come in,
- 37:08it's going to be gone. That'd be the first type of
- 37:10silver to be gone. It's your 90% silver first one,
- 37:14mark my words. I think it's on September 21st,
- 37:172024. That will be your first type of
- 37:20silver to be gone. Can you hear this, Chris?
- 37:25Did you hear that? Yeah.
- 37:25It sounds like Janet Yellen's knocking at the door or
- 37:27something. Yeah, that's somebody knocking.
- 37:29I, I told people earlier like, look, we got 400 people with us
- 37:32now, Chris, there's 400 of us. There's 400 of us in the
- 37:36basement, right? We think alike.
- 37:38We know alike, right? We love silver, we love golden.
- 37:40By the way, Welcome. You're always welcome here.
- 37:42You're part of the group. We see you.
- 37:46Unfortunately, you have to see me.
- 37:47But nonetheless, right, we are here.
- 37:50We already get it, right? We're down here at some point,
- 37:54you know, and I can only fit about 800 people down here in
- 37:57the basement. We're going to hear that.
- 37:58Hold on, don't talk, Chris. Right.
- 38:02We're going to have the basement door locked because there's not
- 38:04going to be any more room. And by the way, we want to come
- 38:06down. We want it.
- 38:07Well, you know, there. And what I mean by that is,
- 38:10yeah, there aren't, there isn't going to be any junk silver.
- 38:12There isn't going to be any, any 10 oz silver bars.
- 38:16There's not going to be any Krugerrands, right?
- 38:19It's all going to be gone bye bye, right?
- 38:22I mean, there's only, it's, it's really a very thin, fragile
- 38:26market, that investment market. It's a it's, it's a very
- 38:29important, it's the marginal source of demand, but it's a
- 38:34very thin market and it's very, you know, I hate to be honest
- 38:38with you guys, but I'm a real sensitive guy.
- 38:41Coin shop Chris can attest to that.
- 38:43I get my feelings hurt very easily, but so does the silver
- 38:47market, right? The silver market is, is like
- 38:49bipolar and schizophrenic at the same time.
- 38:52It is multiple personalities, right?
- 38:54It's a monetary metal. It's a but that's not it because
- 38:58it's also an industrial metal. So it's schizophrenic, but it's
- 39:01bipolar. It is subject to wild mood
- 39:04swings. And we've been through a few of
- 39:06the bad swings. And I think what we're going to
- 39:09see here in the future are some of the good swings because it is
- 39:11such a delicate, fragile small market.
- 39:17Gosh, Chris, do you feel better after hearing that?
- 39:19Yeah, and I'm wearing. I'm ready to make my fall
- 39:22prediction for silver and gold drawing.
- 39:24So this this this. This.
- 39:27Well, I'm telling this is bonus information, you know.
- 39:30Yes, I was a little bit wrong. Wait.
- 39:33A minute. Wait.
- 39:33Wait a minute. Wait.
- 39:34It been. Yeah, I wanted to talk about
- 39:36$90.00 silver, but you know what?
- 39:38Go ahead, succumb. I'm going to succumb to the one
- 39:41and only world famous coin shop. Chris, let's hear your
- 39:44prediction for silver. My well, I said this past
- 39:48summer, I was. I remind people I said there was
- 39:52going to trade between 28 and $40.00 for the summer.
- 39:56OK, I was wrong. We got down to 2650 twenties,
- 40:00but the the best to that of this information, we stayed in that
- 40:04lane for the most of the summer. I said go would between between
- 40:092275 and 2515. Well, look, we're over and the
- 40:14futures market 26. $100 in the future months, that's a plus.
- 40:17I was right all along for the most part for gold.
- 40:21So what we we had an uptick. OK, fine, I'll take the uptick.
- 40:24So this winter, this this winter, this fall, I should say.
- 40:29So this will go from now until December 21st to 22nd, whenever
- 40:33the first day of winter is, I'm going to say silver between 28
- 40:37and 41. I'm say gold 2425 to 2800
- 40:43dollars. And this is future prices I'm
- 40:45talking about. That's what you see coming.
- 40:49That's what I see coming. OK, well, I think that we're
- 40:52going to get $44.00 silver by Christmas.
- 40:54I like to kind of bring Santa Claus into all this.
- 40:57Well, remember, this is the fall prediction.
- 40:59Right. Well, you said through December
- 41:0121st, that only gives you four more days.
- 41:03And so I know what you want to do.
- 41:05I know exactly what you're up to.
- 41:06Coin shop. Chris, I'm tired of this.
- 41:08You're piggybacking on me. I know what you want to do.
- 41:11You're going to, it's going to be December 21st.
- 41:13You're going to say, well now it's time for me to give my and
- 41:16silver is going to be $42.00 an ounce and you're going to say
- 41:18now it's time for me to give my Christmas prediction.
- 41:21And I think we're going to get $44.00.
- 41:23That's what you're up to. That's what I'm up to.
- 41:25That's right. Bingo.
- 41:27You're thinking to be out there on your boy.
- 41:29Hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey, Chris, think
- 41:31about this and I'll thus, you know, we're all we're hanging
- 41:34out in the basement together here on Saturday night.
- 41:37Silver is back above $30 per oz. You know what?
- 41:41Let's go 30. 1. OK. 31 in the Peaches we're.
- 41:45Going to go on a little field trip.
- 41:46Hold on here. Oh look, you can see both coin
- 41:48shop Chris and I over there on the side.
- 41:51I want to I just want everybody to look at this unbelievable
- 41:54because this is a big deal. This is the silver price 3119 at
- 42:01a channel sponsor pin backs. We talked about them earlier.
- 42:04Can we look at gold $2624 per oz.
- 42:08But what a big deal this is. I, I don't know that most of us
- 42:14really realize that, that right now, right with the run, the
- 42:18gold's been on the epic run, right?
- 42:20And silver now back above 30 because like coin shop Chris
- 42:24said it got down to 2650 twice over the last probably 7-8
- 42:28weeks. Silver back above $30, actually
- 42:31above $31.00 per oz. We are set up right.
- 42:35Look, we could be talking three weeks from now and be talking
- 42:38about $2526 silver and that we need to hold the line.
- 42:42But I think it's actually more likely now that 5-6 weeks from
- 42:46now we're going to be talking about 343536.
- 42:50Can we get a $3737 per oz silver because silver is really yet
- 42:56silver has not? Absolutely.
- 43:00Really reacted to the massive move that we've had in gold.
- 43:05OK, The reason why, right? The reason why is because it
- 43:08always does that. It always lags gold.
- 43:11So if gold hangs in there and I can't really, you know, hey,
- 43:14look, anything can happen guys, we know that.
- 43:17But if as gold hangs in there, as gold possibly even goes
- 43:20higher, silver is going to have to put it's, you know, it's
- 43:23going to be time for silver to put some boots on the warehouse
- 43:25floor. Time to make some feathers fly
- 43:28and we could see a massive upper swing in the silver price.
- 43:34Absolutely. And the more I heard this on
- 43:36another channel, Ron. You watch other.
- 43:38The more the more that gold rises.
- 43:43The more things, the more, the more that gold rises.
- 43:48I'm going to ignore you at this point.
- 43:50The more that gold rises, the worse things are going to get.
- 43:54We don't really want gold to take off too much more.
- 43:58But if we start seeing 2728 very, very soon, watch out
- 44:02because that just means your dollar is going to be more worth
- 44:06less than anything before. You know, we really don't want
- 44:11higher gold prices, but I think that's coming to be honest with
- 44:16you. And silver prices are just that
- 44:18train just starting getting moving.
- 44:21That train just got moved. We got breaking news, Chris.
- 44:25I need to. I need to share with you.
- 44:27We learned. OK, you know what?
- 44:30I'm gonna see if I can pull this up.
- 44:31This is was breaking. We talked about this earlier,
- 44:35but well, breaking news, they just came out with the India's
- 44:40silver imports for the month. I need to bring this up.
- 44:43It's that important. Chris, can you sing for
- 44:44everybody while I while I go out there and hold on here.
- 44:49No, because you don't pay me enough.
- 44:52Guys, this is big news for. Silver.
- 44:55I was out of town. I was out in Colorado, so I was
- 44:59having a hard time keeping up with the news.
- 45:01But to me, this is breaking news.
- 45:03Here we go. We got it now.
- 45:05All right, guys, we and we talked about this earlier, but
- 45:09this is such a big deal, really unbelievable breaking news.
- 45:15OK, India just imported 45,000,000 ounces of silver in
- 45:20August. Did you know that, Chris?
- 45:22No. OK, 45,000,000 ounces in August,
- 45:28if you annualize that, that comes to 540 million oz per
- 45:33year. That if they, if they did
- 45:35they're and they, they already, you know, we're in August,
- 45:37they're not going to, it's not going to be 540 million.
- 45:40But that just shows that for one month, if they, if they, if they
- 45:43would, if you annualize that, that's 540 million oz annualized
- 45:47or 65% of the global silver mining supply which is created
- 45:53every year, which is 830 million ounces of silver.
- 45:57That means that India just during the, the month of August,
- 46:02if they, if you annualize the amount of silver that that,
- 46:04that, that they would for the month of August.
- 46:07Let me slow down for the month of August, everyone, India
- 46:13basically imported 2 out of every 3 ounces of silver that
- 46:18the entire world was able to produce able to mine.
- 46:22I mean, is that mind numbing or what?
- 46:24That's just India, right? That's just India, which is oh,
- 46:28that's India. You know, India's I, I have huge
- 46:31respect for India and Indian people, but I think a lot of
- 46:34American, well, it's, you know, like a second rate.
- 46:37No, you know, I mean, is that, is that just nuts or what?
- 46:41It is nuts. And let's think 66% run is going
- 46:46to a different country. You know, we need a silver here
- 46:51too. You know we need it for our
- 46:54products too and we need it for our inventory levels.
- 46:58And when the Commack don't, don't, you're going to get me
- 47:01down the road here. But when the commacks in the
- 47:03LBMA are down to record low numbers in their votes, there's
- 47:08something going on folks. And I tell you, when the when
- 47:12the Comax goes broke, when the album A goes broke, it's going
- 47:16to be a brand new day. Yeah, yeah.
- 47:18That's when they say the physical market overtakes the
- 47:23overtakes the paper market. And it's happening.
- 47:26We got a super chat from PMG. Poor man.
- 47:28Gold, Silver, Thank you for the support, my friend.
- 47:31And then Frank Kavigia. Kavigia, Frank Kavigia, hold on
- 47:35here. I'm going to be able to read
- 47:36this. I'm going to pull it up on my
- 47:38screen. He says stack physical precious
- 47:40metals while you can. And that's true.
- 47:43I mean, hey, look, nobody knows for sure, right?
- 47:46I'm not. I'm, I'm.
- 47:47Yeah, we, I could be dead wrong. Don't make any financial
- 47:49decisions probably based on anything I say here.
- 47:52But I'll tell you folks, there might be a day where you go to
- 47:55your local coin shop and they don't have anything.
- 47:58I digress. He also asked when will mining
- 48:00stocks reflect the true value of their product.
- 48:04Look and, and, and Frank, what you might want to do is go back
- 48:08to my live stream I did earlier today and I, I showed the I
- 48:12showed the the Huey index, the big gold mining stock index
- 48:17compared to the price of the Dow.
- 48:22And it's like at historic low levels.
- 48:24The reality is even the big mining stocks just to get back
- 48:28to like more reasonable levels really should be like 102
- 48:34hundred 300, even four or five 100% higher.
- 48:37The junior mining stocks have been obliterated, right?
- 48:40All the junior miners, even the you know, are just as
- 48:44unbelievable. It'll happen the way it the,
- 48:47the, the chain of events happens like this.
- 48:49First the physical price of gold goes up, then the big mining
- 48:53companies go up and that's just started, OK, Like I said with
- 48:57that Hui index compared to the NASDAQ or whatever you want to
- 49:01look at the Dow, any of it, it's now just starting to move up.
- 49:05Then the mid size mining companies move up, then the
- 49:08junior mining companies, the companies that have one little
- 49:11mine somewhere that makes you know, whatever, 40,000 ounces of
- 49:14gold a year. I'm not putting anybody down.
- 49:17And then after that, silver moves around that same time.
- 49:20So that's when silver plays catch up.
- 49:23Then you get the the development stage companies, companies like
- 49:28channel sponsor, first mining gold, they'll move and then
- 49:32finally the exploration stage companies will move.
- 49:35So it'll happen, right? I mean, you know, there's no
- 49:39guarantee that it'll happen, but when it does happen, it does
- 49:43happen in that order. And we're probably right now in
- 49:46maybe like the second inning of that move.
- 49:50So there's a lot of room to run, right?
- 49:53There's no guarantee, right? They could pull the rug on us
- 49:55again. But when it does play out again,
- 49:57that's how it will play out in that order.
- 50:00There's one when one say thing about that one to add to it.
- 50:03You know, we most people were not alive and doing 1929.
- 50:07But if we look back, if we research back in 1929 during the
- 50:12stock market class, the only stocks that did really well was
- 50:16the mining stocks. The mining stocks took off and
- 50:20they held. So not financial advice, but you
- 50:23know, people might want to look that up, what really happened in
- 50:261929, because there's plenty of information what really took
- 50:30place back then and how well mining stocks did.
- 50:35We got more breaking news, Chris.
- 50:37Chris, you want to hear about $90.00 silver?
- 50:39What about $150.00 silver, right?
- 50:42The silver price can go to $150.00 and I'm going to show
- 50:46you the reasons why right now. Are you ready?
- 50:50I'm ready. Let's do it.
- 50:51Let's do it to it. OK, We're going to go out to an
- 50:54article by the Silver Academy. Behind the curve, the Fed Fuels
- 50:59Gold and Silver rally when gold skyrocketed by 5 times and this
- 51:05setup is better is the best ever witnessed.
- 51:08So when did gold go up by 5X? So this is has all to do with
- 51:12when the Fed cut rates. All right here, right here.
- 51:16Last time the Fed was this far behind the curve was 2007.
- 51:20Gold rose almost 3 * 300% from $700.00 an ounce to $1900.00 an
- 51:27ounce over the next four years. That was during the the GFC, the
- 51:31great financial crisis. But the news gets even better.
- 51:34Silver rose 5X from under $9 to $48.
- 51:40So we're going to, we're going to, we're going to skip through
- 51:43the show's gold. I'll just show you real quickly
- 51:45here, make sure I got this up on the screen, which I do, OK?
- 51:49From O 7, you can see the yellow line gold, right, was what,
- 51:54seven, $800.00 an ounce. The green line is the Fed, the
- 51:59Federal Reserve's interest rate, as you can see, right about
- 52:03what, O seven O 8, about halfway through O 7, they started
- 52:06cutting rates like they're doing right now, OK?
- 52:09And we're from about the exact same level.
- 52:11If you look over on the right side where we are now, they cut
- 52:14rates for a couple years, but from the point where they
- 52:18started cutting rates until gold peaked, it went from like 700 an
- 52:22ounce to just under $2000 per oz.
- 52:26So if we apply that same logic, right, I think they said almost
- 52:303X to the let's say $2500 gold price, which is where gold is.
- 52:35Now if gold can follows that same pattern and gold goes up
- 52:40three times from where we are right now, which is the Fed just
- 52:44starting to cut rates and it went up 3X back in O seven, that
- 52:47would be 7500 + 8000 plus gold. But look at silver.
- 52:52OK, this is a very interesting chart.
- 52:56The green section there, right? That's when the Fed started
- 52:59cutting rates. Again, if you look over on the
- 53:01right, it's about the same exact level we were at.
- 53:04The black line is the Fed, is the interest rates from the Fed.
- 53:07They started cutting rates, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
- 53:10For about a year and a half, silver was under $10 per oz.
- 53:14And from the point where the feds started cutting rates,
- 53:16silver went from under 10 all the way to 50, almost a 5X.
- 53:21So if you apply that same thing, cuz here we are now over here
- 53:25and the Fed just started cutting rates.
- 53:28If, if the same reaction were to occur over the next four or five
- 53:32years, we're talking about a 5X return, that's where we could
- 53:37see the unbelievable number of $150.00 silver, right?
- 53:41That so many people scoff at. But but you know, it's, it
- 53:46shouldn't be scoffed at. I mean, you can look at so many
- 53:49different historical ratios and relationships that show.
- 53:53I showed one this morning that shows that silver should be a
- 53:55550 or even $1100 per oz. I mean, it's just absolutely
- 53:59crazy. One, just one point, during that
- 54:02time run, we didn't have wars breaking out.
- 54:05We didn't have all this Geo stuff going around the world we
- 54:09didn't hear about. We didn't know about the bricks
- 54:11back then. With all this uncertain coming
- 54:13on, add that into the mix, how much more is that going to take
- 54:18off? Never mind the 5 * 4 * 3 times,
- 54:21it could 12X15 X 20 * X and you know who knows?
- 54:25You know, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 54:29Chris, I want to add something to what you said.
- 54:31We also we had debt back then, but we didn't have debt like we
- 54:35got now, right. We didn't have in, in the debt,
- 54:38in the, in the interest expense on the debt and the and the
- 54:42money creation and the. So we're, yeah, sorry, I had to
- 54:46throw that in there. And guess what, we have more
- 54:48people in the United States than we did back then, too.
- 54:51That's another point too. We have more people and we we
- 54:54didn't have the inflation like we have now on top of it back
- 54:57then too. I mean, all these things are
- 54:59going to add up. And at what point is this bubble
- 55:03really going to break? And you know, we're at almost
- 55:07crucial levels for silver right now.
- 55:08We are so uncharted 3250 plus there's not a lot of history.
- 55:15We're still we can go, yes, we've been to $50 over twice.
- 55:20There's not a lot of history in between that or above it.
- 55:23We we, we know there's not no history above that, but between
- 55:2730 and 50 there's not a lot of the history chatting to say what
- 55:31it's really going to do. Yeah, no, things are different.
- 55:35I mean, I really appreciate you bringing that up and I know the
- 55:37viewers thank you as well because we can look at those O
- 55:41seven O 8 things were really bad, no doubt about it.
- 55:44But like you said, right, we didn't have the wars going on.
- 55:48We didn't have, you know, the amount.
- 55:50Of National. Inflation going, I mean, yeah,
- 55:53it's, I mean, but everybody's asleep, right?
- 55:56Except for the 500 people, Chris, who've chosen to come
- 55:59down in the basement with us today.
- 56:01And I want to say thank you to each and every one of you.
- 56:06There's only one you, right? I can see you, Chris can see
- 56:09you. You're in the basement with us.
