- 1:30Speaker 3: two eight one three one. We're gonna be talking about
- 1:31Speaker 3: several things this morning. We're gonna talk about insurance. You know,
- 1:34Speaker 3: it is the beginning of the year. Dental insurance works
- 1:36Speaker 3: a little different than your traditional medical insurance. We're going
- 1:38Speaker 3: to get into some of those differences. We're gonna talk
- 1:40Speaker 3: about different specialties that are in the office and also
- 1:42Speaker 3: what you can expect with your first visits, uh, if
- 1:44Speaker 3: you're going into greeb Dental Group for the first time.
- 1:46Speaker 3: But first of all, like I said when I first
- 1:49Speaker 3: saw you, merry Christmases and New Years and Thanksgivings and
- 1:53Speaker 3: everything else.
- 1:54Speaker 6: I guess the holiday, but we have all the happy
- 1:57Speaker 6: holidays throughout, so yeah, it's it's been a great holiday season.
- 2:01Speaker 6: Now we're back to kind of getting into the groove
- 2:03Speaker 6: of real life.
- 2:04Speaker 7: It seems like. So yeah, it's been very fun.
- 2:07Speaker 3: It's been for me. It was very frustrating last year
- 2:11Speaker 3: when the first full week of January I got really sick.
- 2:14Speaker 3: I think I got COVID for like the third time
- 2:15Speaker 3: or something, and so I was out of it for
- 2:17Speaker 3: like a week or whatever. And then this year it
- 2:19Speaker 3: was the like the deep freeze. You know, it's like
- 2:21Speaker 3: the very first the first Monday when you had a
- 2:23Speaker 3: full week of work, when you're like, okay, let's get
- 2:25Speaker 3: back in here. Nobody's going to be out of work anymore.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Nobody came to work because there was a deep freeze
- 2:29Speaker 3: for a week, and so I'm I'm just ready to
- 2:31Speaker 3: have a normal week of work.
- 2:32Speaker 6: That's also we had an extended holiday season with that,
- 2:36Speaker 6: and it's like a whole another kind of week that
- 2:39Speaker 6: that has slowed down a bit. So now I think
- 2:41Speaker 6: we're back into the back into the swing of.
- 2:43Speaker 3: It, ready to get going and ready also to take
- 2:45Speaker 3: care of our teeth so you can you can join
- 2:48Speaker 3: in this morning as well in the text line threes
- 2:49Speaker 3: or four, nine, three, five, five years your eight, Doctor Carson,
- 2:51Speaker 3: How are you doing. How did your holidays go?
- 2:54Speaker 4: Well? Pretty good.
- 2:54Speaker 5: I actually visited some family in Texas, which is always fun.
- 2:58Speaker 5: By the way, still there, they're still If you ever travel,
- 3:01Speaker 5: travel on Christmas Day?
- 3:03Speaker 3: Oh right, I've done that. No traffic, Oh my goodness.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Is great.
- 3:06Speaker 5: And the best part is that I have a personal
- 3:08Speaker 5: line with Santas So I told my kids, Santa is
- 3:11Speaker 5: going to show a day early.
- 3:13Speaker 4: That's just how things work.
- 3:15Speaker 3: It's amazing. How so many, how many so many parents
- 3:18Speaker 3: have a really close relationship with Santa Clausa. That guy
- 3:20Speaker 3: is very very good at interpersonal relationship. Yeah, very good.
- 3:27Speaker 3: You can learn a lot from the guy, There's no
- 3:28Speaker 3: doubt about that. So there's many things that we need
- 3:30Speaker 3: to talk about this morning, and I like that we
- 3:32Speaker 3: do the show every once in a while, and it's
- 3:33Speaker 3: really important. I used to do HR seminars when when
- 3:37Speaker 3: people orientation and things like that, and with another company
- 3:40Speaker 3: I was with, you veteran employees would volunteer to do
- 3:43Speaker 3: different things, and I always took up some of the
- 3:45Speaker 3: insurance stuff because I had gone through training with it,
- 3:48Speaker 3: and then I would volunteer to help when orientation with insurance,
- 3:52Speaker 3: and it was always when we got to the dental riders,
- 3:55Speaker 3: you know, like when you're getting your dental insurance package
- 3:57Speaker 3: that And this company hired a lot of interns, like
- 4:00Speaker 3: like first time, full time jobs, like straight out of
- 4:02Speaker 3: college type. And these people had degrees and like you know,
- 4:06Speaker 3: like engineering and stuff. But when you were trying to
- 4:08Speaker 3: explain insurance to them, they're like, what, how does that work?
- 4:11Speaker 3: They didn't understand the difference because it is difference between
- 4:14Speaker 3: traditional medical insurance and what you're doing with your dental injury.
- 4:16Speaker 5: And this is their first foray and you're like the
- 4:19Speaker 5: expert compared to them, and yet you like, no one
- 4:22Speaker 5: knows everything right, so it's impossible to fully explain it.
- 4:26Speaker 5: And yet these interns, I mean, these people that are coming,
- 4:29Speaker 5: h yeah, they're.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Like tell me everything.
- 4:31Speaker 5: You're like, well, I know a lot, but there's still
- 4:33Speaker 5: some nuances that we even don't know as doctors.
- 4:36Speaker 3: And this was all twenty years ago too, so I
- 4:38Speaker 3: mean how much I've forgotten. But the bottom line is is,
- 4:41Speaker 3: h it is a little different, but that also means
- 4:43Speaker 3: it opens up some different strategies and why it's important
- 4:45Speaker 3: to talk about at the beginning of the year because
- 4:46Speaker 3: you want to get in early, right, I mean, because
- 4:48Speaker 3: because usually there's a cap as and this we'll start
- 4:51Speaker 3: kind of getting into this a little bit. But you
- 4:53Speaker 3: want to work within work with your dentist and doctor
- 4:55Speaker 3: gree will go over this a little bit with you. You
- 4:57Speaker 3: want to make sure that you're staging out any work
- 4:59Speaker 3: that you need done, things like that if you have to.
- 5:01Speaker 3: With your insurance, there's ways that you can take advantage
- 5:03Speaker 3: of it. It's a benefit, it's one that you pay
- 5:05Speaker 3: for and there's ways to use it and use it,
- 5:06Speaker 3: use it the right way.
- 5:07Speaker 6: And you know that we could title this show kind
- 5:09Speaker 6: of Expectations versus Reality because a lot of people go
- 5:14Speaker 6: into the dental insurance discussion and they receive dental insurance
- 5:19Speaker 6: and they expect it to behave like their medical insurance does. Because,
- 5:24Speaker 6: like you said, you're you're in the process of getting
- 5:26Speaker 6: people signed up for these different writers and the dental
- 5:30Speaker 6: is an add on type of thing a lot of
- 5:32Speaker 6: times to a medical So from the subscriber's standpoint, from
- 5:36Speaker 6: the patient's standpoint, there, I say, okay, I've got medical insurance,
- 5:39Speaker 6: I've added dental to it. So they all must be
- 5:41Speaker 6: the same, you know. They just kind of puts in
- 5:42Speaker 6: their head like it all works the same way, but
- 5:44Speaker 6: it's totally different.
- 5:45Speaker 3: But alright, paid my deductible. Now you paid your deductible
- 5:48Speaker 3: for your medical insurance.
- 5:49Speaker 6: Yeah, And it gets so frustrating because then you're there
- 5:52Speaker 6: in the office and like, oh, I just signed up
- 5:54Speaker 6: for this insurance and you know, they told me it's
- 5:56Speaker 6: going to be you know, I got all this coverage,
- 5:57Speaker 6: and they told you about your medical coverage. The dental
- 6:00Speaker 6: coverage is a whole nother animal. Again, So just to
- 6:03Speaker 6: give a quick overview and a disclaimer, doctor Henley and
- 6:07Speaker 6: I are dentists. We are not insurance professionals like we
- 6:12Speaker 6: because we employ people in our offices to be the experts,
- 6:16Speaker 6: which do a great job. But we're the ones on
- 6:18Speaker 6: the radio right now, so I've got to try to.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Disclaimer.
- 6:23Speaker 6: I know a lot, but yeah, so there are again,
- 6:26Speaker 6: as he was saying, a lot of different nuances to it.
- 6:29Speaker 6: But nonetheless, yes, we're at the beginning of the year.
- 6:33Speaker 6: And first of all, with dental insurance, it seems that
- 6:36Speaker 6: most policies, most renew January one, but there are some
- 6:41Speaker 6: that also renew in July. So that's the number one
- 6:44Speaker 6: thing to figure out with your dental insurance is that
- 6:47Speaker 6: you need to know when that rolls over the policy
- 6:51Speaker 6: does what does that mean? That means you have a
- 6:53Speaker 6: fresh amount of insurance dollars that you can use. Then
- 6:57Speaker 6: the question is how much of the how many dollars
- 7:00Speaker 6: do you have with insurance to use, and what are
- 7:02Speaker 6: the limitations and what are the coverages of them, Because
- 7:06Speaker 6: with medical insurance it's many times, and again that's different
- 7:09Speaker 6: with everybody, but a lot of times you pay, you know,
- 7:13Speaker 6: a copay or a deductible, or you pay a certain amount,
- 7:17Speaker 6: and then once you pay up to a certain amount,
- 7:19Speaker 6: then the insurance covers the rest.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Right.
- 7:22Speaker 7: So if it's you know, let's say you.
- 7:25Speaker 6: Have a like a two thousand dollars deductibly, pay to
- 7:27Speaker 6: two thousand dollars for the year, and then the insurance
- 7:30Speaker 6: will pay. If you have a medical bills of one
- 7:32Speaker 6: hundred thousand dollars, they'll pay their remainder.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I had a cat scan and a couple
- 7:36Speaker 3: other things last year. I met my my policy maximum,
- 7:38Speaker 3: and so after that it was like, you know, your
- 7:40Speaker 3: insurance is paid for it.
- 7:41Speaker 7: Yeah, you're like, oh, let me get others.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Get all the prodders. Might as well get them before
- 7:46Speaker 3: the end of the year.
- 7:47Speaker 7: Right.
- 7:47Speaker 6: So that's and that's what a lot of patients expect
- 7:50Speaker 6: from their dental insurance. But in fact it's reverse, it's
- 7:53Speaker 6: the opposite exactly. It's Yeah, so the dental insurance has
- 7:58Speaker 6: a maximum amount that they will pay, not that you
- 8:02Speaker 6: will pay, but the maximum amount that they will pay,
- 8:05Speaker 6: and generally that's fifteen hundred dollars right now, it seems
- 8:08Speaker 6: to be maybe maybe a lot of times it's one
- 8:10Speaker 6: thousand dollars. Sometimes I've seen maybe two or three thousand
- 8:15Speaker 6: dollars in very rare plans. So you can think of
- 8:19Speaker 6: it that way, to say, you know, from my dental insurance,
- 8:22Speaker 6: I have each year around fifteen hundred dollars. Let's say,
- 8:27Speaker 6: if that's the average maximum amount that they're going to
- 8:30Speaker 6: pay on my behalf any other expenses that I have
- 8:33Speaker 6: in the office will come out of the patient's pocket. Basically,
- 8:38Speaker 6: Now you got to start thinking. Some listeners are maybe thinking, well,
- 8:43Speaker 6: I pay I pay one hundred dollars a month for
- 8:45Speaker 6: this dental insurance. If they're only going.
- 8:48Speaker 4: To math is not math.
- 8:51Speaker 6: If they're gonna pay fifteen hundred dollars you know, a
- 8:54Speaker 6: year maximum, then if I have, if I used all
- 8:58Speaker 6: of it, maybe I save a couple under you know.
- 9:01Speaker 6: But a lot of people don't use all of it.
- 9:02Speaker 6: And so I encourage patients to understand that. I say,
- 9:05Speaker 6: you know that some patients come and say what insurance
- 9:07Speaker 6: should I get? I say, well, they're all pretty similar,
- 9:10Speaker 6: but make sure that you're not paying more than they're
- 9:13Speaker 6: going to ever pay out, you know, And that happens sometimes,
- 9:16Speaker 6: so and just to use that knowledge to budget, even
- 9:21Speaker 6: if it's fifty dollars a month, but they aren't going
- 9:23Speaker 6: to pay too much out and you're not really making
- 9:26Speaker 6: that much, you know. On the other end of it,
- 9:28Speaker 6: you know, it might be a decision that you make
- 9:30Speaker 6: to say, you know, instead of getting that insurance, I'm
- 9:33Speaker 6: going to put one hundred dollars a month in a
- 9:35Speaker 6: health savings account, because health savings accounts can use at
- 9:38Speaker 6: the office at dental offices as well, which a lot
- 9:41Speaker 6: of patients may not realize that either, And that's money
- 9:44Speaker 6: that they have but built up over the year at their.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I had an HSA for two years before I realized
- 9:50Speaker 3: that I could pay for my dental bill with it.
- 9:52Speaker 8: I was like, wait a minute, this makes it a
- 9:54Speaker 8: lot easier. I thought it was just for the hospital,
- 9:55Speaker 8: right and for real? Yeah, and so yeah, you can
- 9:58Speaker 8: use that for dental And a lot of of people
- 10:00Speaker 8: have those accounts that that their employers offer them and
- 10:04Speaker 8: then it comes to the end of the year and
- 10:06Speaker 8: it's sometimes if you don't use it, the money's gone
- 10:09Speaker 8: and then you could have used it for your dental bill.
- 10:11Speaker 7: So so that's something else. So that's how they would pay.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Most most HSA's rollover single.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Yeah, no rollert. But but what you mentioned there is
- 10:20Speaker 3: actually what I started doing. It makes complete sense. Instead
- 10:23Speaker 3: of paying your seventy eight dollars a month for dental
- 10:27Speaker 3: insurance that that caps at about fifteen hundred dollars, you
- 10:30Speaker 3: know you can you can make that same investment into
- 10:33Speaker 3: your HSA. And the way our hs HSA is it's
- 10:36Speaker 3: attached to a to A to an index where you
- 10:39Speaker 3: can invest in mutual funds and you actually make profit
- 10:42Speaker 3: off of what you have in your HSA and keep
- 10:44Speaker 3: so much cash. I've made money on my HSA this
- 10:46Speaker 3: year that has more than made good for the shortfall
- 10:50Speaker 3: that I would have realized otherwise. I mean it was
- 10:52Speaker 3: maybe it's threating a needle some years, but it worked
- 10:53Speaker 3: great for me this year. And that's sometimes a better
- 10:56Speaker 3: deal for folks, especially if they need to get like
- 10:57Speaker 3: dental work done, or if they have like problems that
- 11:01Speaker 3: are persistent year after year, or they have a large
- 11:04Speaker 3: scale things they need to attack, it might work a
- 11:06Speaker 3: little better for him. Honestly, Yeah, for sure.
- 11:08Speaker 6: So then that's the other element to it is what
- 11:11Speaker 6: type of work are you needing done? If you're going
- 11:14Speaker 6: to be if you have generally good dental health, you're
- 11:17Speaker 6: keeping up on your cleanings. A lot of times dental
- 11:20Speaker 6: insurance works really well for those patients because they're coming
- 11:23Speaker 6: in regularly for their cleaning, might have a filling here
- 11:25Speaker 6: or there, maybe a crown would be the big expense
- 11:27Speaker 6: that they would have. That's who I think, you know,
- 11:30Speaker 6: the dental insurance really can make sense for and work
- 11:33Speaker 6: for well, because again according to each plan. A lot
- 11:37Speaker 6: of plans include two cleanings a year, so you're paying
- 11:41Speaker 6: your premium every month, but when you come to the
- 11:46Speaker 6: office then you don't have to pay out for your cleaning.
- 11:49Speaker 7: At that time.
- 11:50Speaker 6: So that's that's a benefit you know you can get,
- 11:52Speaker 6: but that amount from your cleaning many times takes away
- 11:55Speaker 6: from that maximum that the pay that the insurance will
- 11:58Speaker 6: pay for the year. You have to kind of calculate
- 12:01Speaker 6: that as well. But again there are are nuances to that.
- 12:04Speaker 6: But then the question is if you're going to the
- 12:08Speaker 6: right office as well. So that's another real big caveat
- 12:13Speaker 6: that the insurances cause a lot of confusion with is
- 12:17Speaker 6: We'll have patients that come in and they expect us
- 12:21Speaker 6: to be what's what they call a preferred provider or
- 12:24Speaker 6: on the insurance list, and sometimes those lists are not
- 12:28Speaker 6: accurate and it varies, you know, depending on the dental
- 12:32Speaker 6: office's choice of participation that year or not, and when
- 12:36Speaker 6: they come in. Some that can determine how much the
- 12:40Speaker 6: insurance will pay that specific office. Some insurances say, if
- 12:44Speaker 6: you don't go to someone on our list, we will
- 12:46Speaker 6: pay nothing to that office. Others say we'll pay a
- 12:50Speaker 6: little bit less. Others say it doesn't matter, we'll pay
- 12:52Speaker 6: the same amount. So that's another thing that a patient
- 12:55Speaker 6: has to really pay attention to as they go as
- 12:58Speaker 6: they make the decision what office to go to. Related
- 13:00Speaker 6: to their insurance exactly.
- 13:02Speaker 5: And sometimes insurance carriers have different plans between different companies,
- 13:06Speaker 5: oh for sure.
- 13:07Speaker 4: So if there's a big hospital group.
- 13:09Speaker 5: In this area that has a certain insurance and then
- 13:12Speaker 5: there's a small business that has that same insurance, it
- 13:14Speaker 5: might have totally different packages, different offerings to their employees.
- 13:18Speaker 5: And so we might have back to back patients with
- 13:20Speaker 5: the same quote unquote insurance, and then we try to
- 13:23Speaker 5: provide that we will provide the exact same procedure and
- 13:28Speaker 5: we'll get different monies back from the insurance companies. It's
- 13:32Speaker 5: kind of wild trying to navigate that.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Before my mom retired, she was an office manager and
- 13:37Speaker 3: an insurance builler for a doctor for forty years or
- 13:39Speaker 3: whatever it was. But that was really everybody kind of
- 13:43Speaker 3: thought my mom might work through retirement a little bit,
- 13:45Speaker 3: like semi retire, still work a little bit or whatever.
- 13:47Speaker 3: It got to the point with all of this stuff
- 13:49Speaker 3: where it's just hard for her to do her job
- 13:51Speaker 3: because like, payments weren't matching up. Why are you giving
- 13:53Speaker 3: me this? She just quit. She was just like I'm done.
- 13:56Speaker 3: She was just done with it. She just didn't want
- 13:59Speaker 3: to deal with it anymore. And then the doctors that
- 14:00Speaker 3: she worked for got so frustrated trying to to uh
- 14:04Speaker 3: replace her, they just decided to retire early. They just
- 14:10Speaker 3: we can't figure it out either, so never mind. So
- 14:13Speaker 3: so I have empathy, just like secondhand empathy. I understand
- 14:16Speaker 3: what you and your office must go through. It's not
- 14:18Speaker 3: you know a lot of times people think, well the
- 14:20Speaker 3: doctors that they're the ones that control you. Guys can't
- 14:22Speaker 3: control any of that. Yeah, it's completely not in your
- 14:24Speaker 3: in your coordinate.
- 14:25Speaker 6: And also was frustrating to the patients. I feel so
- 14:27Speaker 6: badly for them because they've been in their minds sold
- 14:30Speaker 6: a false bill of goods. Not necessarily, I mean, it's
- 14:33Speaker 6: just not what they expected expectations versus reality, and and
- 14:37Speaker 6: we're they're trying to explain it to them. And I
- 14:39Speaker 6: can just understand how they can get frustrated with us
- 14:41Speaker 6: because we're the we're the messenger at the time, and
- 14:44Speaker 6: they want us to do something. But but really, the
- 14:46Speaker 6: insurance all they'll do. We reach out to them and
- 14:49Speaker 6: they give us information. We can't change anything about their policy,
- 14:53Speaker 6: anything about their coverages. We can't change a code to
- 14:57Speaker 6: make it work somehow, you know, the patients expect yes,
- 15:00Speaker 6: to do a lot.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Please commit fraud.
- 15:01Speaker 5: I've been asked that before, Please commit fraud, but they
- 15:05Speaker 5: asked me to do something that.
- 15:08Speaker 7: We're not going.
- 15:10Speaker 3: Can't you just do it this way? You know that
- 15:12Speaker 3: would work for everybody.
- 15:13Speaker 6: And really it just it works so much better when
- 15:16Speaker 6: the patients reach out to the to their insurance because
- 15:18Speaker 6: it really it's another relationship that's hard to comprehend many times.
- 15:25Speaker 6: But truthfully, if you sign up for a plan, even
- 15:28Speaker 6: if it's through your employer, the agreement with that insurance company,
- 15:32Speaker 6: it's not between the dental office and the insurance company.
- 15:35Speaker 6: It's between the patient and the insurance company. So every
- 15:37Speaker 6: time we reach out to the insurance we are the middleman.
- 15:41Speaker 6: We're the third party that they can't give us certain information.
- 15:44Speaker 6: But when the subscriber, when the patient reaches out and
- 15:46Speaker 6: talks to them, they get a lot further than we do.
- 15:49Speaker 6: So sometimes we have to work with the patients there
- 15:51Speaker 6: say you know, hey, I understand this is very frustrating.
- 15:53Speaker 6: We want to help you, We want to provide you
- 15:55Speaker 6: the service, but we also want don't want you to
- 15:57Speaker 6: be to expect the insuran to cover something they're not,
- 16:01Speaker 6: so please talk to.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Them about it always the bridesmaid, you know, and you
- 16:05Speaker 3: guys do a great job when you break that stuff down,
- 16:07Speaker 3: says I'm a patient, I've seen this before. You give
- 16:10Speaker 3: the a print out that shows like if there's cost options,
- 16:14Speaker 3: you have the options that are on there, and then
- 16:16Speaker 3: you have what the insurance will and won't pay, what
- 16:17Speaker 3: the expectations are, what to do now, and all that stuff.
- 16:20Speaker 3: You make it as easy as you possibly can. But
- 16:22Speaker 3: on the patient end, it is easier or it does
- 16:24Speaker 3: make it better for the patient if you're aware of
- 16:26Speaker 3: how your insurance works, how much you're want to be
- 16:28Speaker 3: able to get off of it, what procedures, because the
- 16:30Speaker 3: dental office might know, but it helps, or they might learn,
- 16:33Speaker 3: but it helps if you know what's going on, so
- 16:35Speaker 3: you can help make some of these decisions. And it's
- 16:37Speaker 3: never good to slough off all your agency to somebody else.
- 16:41Speaker 3: You probably shouldn't.
- 16:42Speaker 6: And then even with as much as we do in
- 16:44Speaker 6: our staff does an amazing job and trying to provide
- 16:47Speaker 6: all this information to our patients, but even then they're
- 16:51Speaker 6: relying on information that the insurance company tells our team
- 16:54Speaker 6: at the time we formulate the estimate on the cards.
- 16:59Speaker 6: That says this is only you never know until you
- 17:01Speaker 6: send it off to the insurance what they really will pay.
- 17:04Speaker 6: Sometimes we even pre authorize and they say, yes, this
- 17:06Speaker 6: is how much we'll pay. We send it off, it
- 17:08Speaker 6: comes back Nope, we're not gonna pay anything.
- 17:11Speaker 7: Like what are you talking about? And of course the
- 17:12Speaker 7: patient's mad. We're mad.
- 17:14Speaker 6: We did everything that we could. But then when the
- 17:16Speaker 6: rubber meets the road with the actual submission, the insurance
- 17:20Speaker 6: company has some some little fine print that changes something,
- 17:24Speaker 6: and you know it's it's it's very frustrated.
- 17:27Speaker 5: Just this last week, I had this crazy situation where
- 17:30Speaker 5: I sent off for a pre authorization for a bridge.
- 17:32Speaker 5: A bridge is two crowns linked together. Right, It's like two.
- 17:36Speaker 4: Crowns that have a link between them.
- 17:37Speaker 5: That's that's a bridge, right kind of Well, the insurance
- 17:41Speaker 5: approved the pontic or the floating part that replaced the tooth,
- 17:45Speaker 5: but not the abutment parts, the actual crown parts that
- 17:47Speaker 5: attached to the teeth. It's like approving the roadway of
- 17:51Speaker 5: a bridge, but not the actual like towers that support it.
- 17:54Speaker 5: It made no sense, and so we called the insurance like.
- 17:56Speaker 4: Why is this?
- 17:57Speaker 5: They didn't know why, Like the age on the other hand, said,
- 18:00Speaker 5: I've never seen this before. This is strange, So even
- 18:03Speaker 5: they don't know what's happening sometimes, So that's what we.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Have to deal with.
- 18:05Speaker 7: Yeah, on daily Bak. It's a moving.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Target and I know it's incredibly frustrating, but the bottom
- 18:10Speaker 3: line is that's why you need someone a partner in
- 18:12Speaker 3: the medical field that you work with and something along
- 18:14Speaker 3: these lines. The Great Dental Group does a great job
- 18:16Speaker 3: with that in helping you once you come through all
- 18:18Speaker 3: this stuff to get the care that you need and
- 18:21Speaker 3: whatever you need to do at that point to make
- 18:23Speaker 3: sure that you're taking care of If you guys can
- 18:24Speaker 3: help with that. If it's something that's major, you can
- 18:27Speaker 3: help stage those things out. But that's some people that
- 18:30Speaker 3: do it. But some people just need the education piece
- 18:31Speaker 3: and they just need their cleanings, maybe a cavity field
- 18:33Speaker 3: every once in a while or something like that. Whatever
- 18:36Speaker 3: this situation is, you can kind of make your way
- 18:38Speaker 3: through it and figure out how the insurance is going
- 18:40Speaker 3: to work for you. And it should never be a
- 18:42Speaker 3: barrier for you to pick up the phone, make a
- 18:43Speaker 3: phone call and figure out what it is that you
- 18:45Speaker 3: need to have done.
- 18:46Speaker 6: Yeah, we're happy, happy to help and try to assist
- 18:48Speaker 6: the patients in submitting the claims and figuring things out
- 18:52Speaker 6: for him.
- 18:53Speaker 3: For sure, I know that all of that could be confusing,
- 18:55Speaker 3: but it is something that we need to make sure
- 18:56Speaker 3: that you're aware of as you start to get into
- 18:59Speaker 3: your twenty twenty five and you know, every I don't
- 19:01Speaker 3: know if everybody does this, but I think most people
- 19:02Speaker 3: look at their year and be like, Okay, what do
- 19:04Speaker 3: I need to have done this year? Or at least
- 19:05Speaker 3: when I get to this age, that's where I am. Okay.
- 19:07Speaker 3: As a matter of fact, I have a colonoscophy this week.
- 19:09Speaker 3: I can't wait.
- 19:10Speaker 7: Yeah, figure out.
- 19:12Speaker 3: I figure I need to be an example for my daughter.
- 19:16Speaker 3: You know, we always tell her that she needs to
- 19:18Speaker 3: you know, you need to go in and make sure
- 19:19Speaker 3: to do this, and she's been great about it. But
- 19:21Speaker 3: Daddy doesn't want to be the one that doesn't do
- 19:22Speaker 3: the thing in his doctor tell you to do. So
- 19:24Speaker 3: I'm we're making it trying to be a trying to
- 19:27Speaker 3: be a show her the way it's done. Yeah, exactly.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Beacon of other things we're going to talk about today.
- 19:33Speaker 3: We want to talk a little bit about specialties within
- 19:35Speaker 3: offices and how folks can tap into that and what
- 19:37Speaker 3: that might mean at Greeb Dental Group and what those
- 19:40Speaker 3: things might be able to help you with. We're going
- 19:42Speaker 3: to have that discussion and more when we come back.
- 19:44Speaker 3: You're welcome to lend your common sense to the conversation.

- 22:14Speaker 3: a little while now, so I'm gonna be there changing
- 22:16Speaker 3: things a little.
- 22:17Speaker 5: Bit in there for a long time too. I need
- 22:18Speaker 5: to work on that. You could do it, doctor Stephen,
- 22:21Speaker 5: that'd be great.
- 22:22Speaker 8: What you'll mean just sing no Stephen whistle.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Yeah, listen to ask the expert this morning. Grave Dental
- 22:32Speaker 3: Group is in studio with us this morning. Doctor Stephen,
- 22:34Speaker 3: doctor Carson is here. You can give us a call.
- 22:36Speaker 3: Three zero four three four two eight one three one
- 22:38Speaker 3: three zero four three four two eight one three one.
- 22:40Speaker 3: That's our office line number. Now, uh, he was probably
- 22:43Speaker 3: sick of its different yeah, yeah, but people are sick
- 22:45Speaker 3: of the narrative. This this is all happened since you
- 22:47Speaker 3: guys had your last show. When we started moving stuff
- 22:49Speaker 3: in the moving studios there, you wouldn't believe the amount
- 22:53Speaker 3: of wires in this place. So there's there's literally been
- 22:55Speaker 3: thousands of feet of wire that we're just useless that
- 22:58Speaker 3: we've had to just get out of here. But sometimes
- 23:00Speaker 3: in removing wires, you remove stuff that was connected to
- 23:03Speaker 3: things that one, yeah, and then there's some things you
- 23:06Speaker 3: just can't reconnect until we get the studio back the
- 23:09Speaker 3: other way. So our old hardware for the for the
- 23:12Speaker 3: fifty eight fifty eight number, it's still there. You can
- 23:14Speaker 3: call fifty eight fifty. We just can't get it to
- 23:16Speaker 3: the studio. It's just because we move stuff around, we
- 23:18Speaker 3: can't get it to the studio. So we can get
- 23:20Speaker 3: our office line number here. So it's three four two
- 23:22Speaker 3: eight one three one. You can tell Tracy that you
- 23:24Speaker 3: want to be on air and they'll get you back
- 23:26Speaker 3: to Ryan who's our producer and will get you in
- 23:29Speaker 3: the air that way. So yeah, want one more step
- 23:31Speaker 3: in a different number. I apologize for that. We'll get
- 23:33Speaker 3: it fixed pretty soon, but it's it's not the worst
- 23:35Speaker 3: and you're can get through to us that way. You
- 23:37Speaker 3: can find out more about gree Dental Group. One mine
- 23:39Speaker 3: is Greebdentalgroup dot com. That's g j r eb greeb
- 23:41Speaker 3: Dentalgroup dot com. The phone number one one hundred great
- 23:43Speaker 3: Care that will send you to the closest location near
- 23:45Speaker 3: you in the Kanall Valley if you want to contact
- 23:48Speaker 3: the Greed Dental Group. One of the great things to
- 23:50Speaker 3: talk about the gree Dental Group with so many locations
- 23:52Speaker 3: that around here. Of course, one of my favorite things
- 23:54Speaker 3: that we always talk about is continuing education that you
- 23:57Speaker 3: guys are so good at and the technology that you
- 23:59Speaker 3: bring back here, but within not only collectively, but within
- 24:03Speaker 3: each of your practice and things like that. Not only
- 24:05Speaker 3: have all all of you all great dentists, but everybody
- 24:07Speaker 3: does a little bit of something in their different offices.
- 24:11Speaker 3: You have different specialties that exist. I know doctor Stephen,
- 24:14Speaker 3: you're very proud of a lot of the aesthetic work
- 24:15Speaker 3: that gets done in your various offices with helping folks out.
- 24:19Speaker 3: It's really it's really nice to have so many different
- 24:21Speaker 3: options because you have doctors that are interested in and
- 24:24Speaker 3: are good at doing different things on top of being
- 24:26Speaker 3: great dentists.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Correct.
- 24:27Speaker 5: I absolutely, I would say we're all somewhat of a
- 24:31Speaker 5: super GP. We're all super general practitioners. We all do
- 24:35Speaker 5: youroot canals, we all do extractions, most all of us
- 24:38Speaker 5: do implants, but some of us have decided to kind
- 24:42Speaker 5: of focus on a small niche of dentistry and kind
- 24:45Speaker 5: of dive into that. So doctor Steven, I'll let you
- 24:48Speaker 5: take it away with your aesthetics journey and you're going
- 24:50Speaker 5: back to San Diego here in a couple months, which
- 24:53Speaker 5: is really cool. But he is he is going really
- 24:55Speaker 5: hard on the aesthetic approach. That's kind of a kind
- 24:58Speaker 5: of a what's He's kind knocked out a part of
- 25:01Speaker 5: his practice just to focus on that, and it's very
- 25:04Speaker 5: impressive what he's able to do and the options he's
- 25:07Speaker 5: able to provide patients that they would have to go
- 25:09Speaker 5: to a bigger city to accomplish it.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Many of these times.
- 25:13Speaker 7: Yeah, well thank you, thanks for that.
- 25:14Speaker 6: But as doctor Henley is saying and mentioning, it's worth
- 25:20Speaker 6: noting the what dental specialties there are that are recognized
- 25:24Speaker 6: specialties from the American Dental Association, because some patients come
- 25:29Speaker 6: in and are confused, they say, well, are you an
- 25:31Speaker 6: oral surgeon, are you a peridonis or are you a
- 25:34Speaker 6: general dentist.
- 25:35Speaker 7: So, just as a.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Large overview legal disclaimer, yes you have a dentist if
- 25:43Speaker 6: you operate and work on teeth, operate a dunal office,
- 25:45Speaker 6: work on teeth in any way, you've gone to dental
- 25:47Speaker 6: school and you've got your doctorate and dentistry right somehow,
- 25:50Speaker 6: and so then there are additional there's additional training after
- 25:56Speaker 6: that that you can go to a recognized specialty training
- 25:59Speaker 6: and become many different things. There's an oral surgeon that
- 26:03Speaker 6: mainly extract teeth and a lot of implants and wisdom
- 26:07Speaker 6: teeth and all this that you go, Yeah, they have
- 26:10Speaker 6: a very broad scope of things they can do, but
- 26:15Speaker 6: they're not the ones you go to to get your
- 26:16Speaker 6: regular cleanings and get fillings the right. So that's what
- 26:19Speaker 6: a general dentist is. As you go there, you get
- 26:23Speaker 6: your cleanings done, you get your your fillings, crowns, and
- 26:25Speaker 6: you know your your overall family dental work. They're done
- 26:29Speaker 6: there and that's what many of us are. And then
- 26:32Speaker 6: oral surgeries one specialty. Periodontics we go and do specific
- 26:37Speaker 6: gum surgery. There's endodontics, the root canal treatments, pedodontists that
- 26:42Speaker 6: work only on children. There's pathologists that study, you know,
- 26:48Speaker 6: tumors and microscopic sections of of of oral tissues. Many
- 26:56Speaker 6: different specialties. I think there are twelve specials of one
- 26:59Speaker 6: that that they focus in on more complex crown and
- 27:03Speaker 6: bridge type of issues there too, So I've missed a couple,
- 27:07Speaker 6: but there's a lot of these specialties that you go
- 27:09Speaker 6: and people can they only do that one thing that
- 27:11Speaker 6: they've specialized in and that's what their offices is based around.
- 27:14Speaker 6: Now us we have general dental offices and that's the
- 27:18Speaker 6: beauty of dentistry is that you can do anything specialists
- 27:21Speaker 6: to do as long as you do it as well
- 27:22Speaker 6: as they do it. And so that's where we've gone
- 27:26Speaker 6: to additional training to any of these specialty type procedures.
- 27:29Speaker 6: We've gone to a lot of training to learn about
- 27:32Speaker 6: and in practice with over the years now, Cosmetic dentistry,
- 27:35Speaker 6: as doctor Henley was saying, is not technically a recognized specialty,
- 27:40Speaker 6: but there are organizations out there that do provide training
- 27:45Speaker 6: as if it was its own specialty, which is what
- 27:47Speaker 6: I've pursued through the American Academy Cosmetic Dentistry and going
- 27:51Speaker 6: through that certification process and knowing more about cosmetic dentistry.
- 27:57Speaker 6: So that's where I've focused a lot of my thing
- 28:00Speaker 6: time and efforts on and thankfully having great results there
- 28:03Speaker 6: as well as with implantology with implants dental implants, there
- 28:06Speaker 6: are other associations that focus in on just training on
- 28:10Speaker 6: dental implants, and we've taken a lot of those continuing
- 28:12Speaker 6: education courses as well. So, as doctor Henley was saying
- 28:16Speaker 6: during your break, it's it's pretty unique and very advantageous
- 28:22Speaker 6: for our patients that within our offices we have so
- 28:25Speaker 6: many of our providers and doctors that have their own
- 28:29Speaker 6: little niche in a niche in dentistry and is it
- 28:32Speaker 6: niche It depends if you're from Texas or West Virginia.
- 28:36Speaker 4: There it is.
- 28:39Speaker 3: I grew up saying niche and then I got shamed
- 28:42Speaker 3: into changing it to niche at some point in like
- 28:44Speaker 3: my twenties or thirties or something.
- 28:47Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Yeah, either way, we have smart listeners. Somebody will will
- 28:50Speaker 3: text you and like, hey, your knucklehead, this is what
- 28:52Speaker 3: it says, so feel free to do that. Please do
- 28:54Speaker 3: threes are four five five none three five five eight.
- 28:59Speaker 6: So so yeah, my thing is is cosmetics and implants.
- 29:03Speaker 6: For the most part, Doctor Henley is doing more and
- 29:07Speaker 6: more in sedation right now. That's he's gone to tons
- 29:10Speaker 6: of training for to do a very significant sedation with patients.
- 29:14Speaker 6: Would do some sedation in my office as well, but
- 29:16Speaker 6: he does a little more with that. What else, doctor
- 29:20Speaker 6: and l Run you were talking about the different things
- 29:22Speaker 6: in our office.
- 29:23Speaker 5: So Doctor Scarberry and Saint Albans, he's going through a
- 29:25Speaker 5: lot of courses trying to more kind of thoroughly and
- 29:29Speaker 5: comprehend sleep medicine, sleep dental medicine with some dental appliances
- 29:34Speaker 5: that can help patients sleep with the help of a
- 29:38Speaker 5: sleep physician. So that's kind of what he's kind of
- 29:42Speaker 5: kind of chipping away some of his practice to start
- 29:44Speaker 5: heading into that because we don't really have that in
- 29:46Speaker 5: this area as much as if you had.
- 29:49Speaker 4: You don't really have.
- 29:50Speaker 5: The quote unquote mini specialists that you might have in
- 29:53Speaker 5: like a bigger city. Another brand new specialty is dental
- 29:58Speaker 5: an caesiology that came out maybe two years ago now,
- 30:01Speaker 5: and those are people that only sedate the patient. So
- 30:04Speaker 5: they might bring their own equipment and come into your
- 30:08Speaker 5: practice and sedate a patient.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Wow, really you do it.
- 30:11Speaker 4: We don't have I don't think we have a single
- 30:12Speaker 4: one in this state. I don't know for sure. But
- 30:14Speaker 4: in bigger cities they have that. I have friends that
- 30:16Speaker 4: bring them in.
- 30:17Speaker 5: These specialists come in and sedate patients for them. But
- 30:21Speaker 5: we're not going to have that here, and so you
- 30:22Speaker 5: kind of have to go out and do the training
- 30:24Speaker 5: yourself so that you can do that safely and effectively.
- 30:29Speaker 4: But doctor Gunter, who's one of our.
- 30:32Speaker 5: Amazing associates, she did a fellowship in a mini fellowship
- 30:37Speaker 5: in pathology. She's not pathologist, but she has some training.
- 30:40Speaker 5: So she's one of those people that we can text
- 30:42Speaker 5: and say, hey, I just saw this, what do you
- 30:44Speaker 5: think I should do? And then she will give the
- 30:47Speaker 5: she'll kind of give us some guidance of yeah, you
- 30:48Speaker 5: need to cut this out so it's a specialist, or hey,
- 30:51Speaker 5: I think it's fine, let's watch it. So we have
- 30:53Speaker 5: people that kind of decided to kind of cut out
- 30:57Speaker 5: parts of their practice to focus very thoroughly on certain
- 31:00Speaker 5: practical parts of dentistry that help us as a group
- 31:03Speaker 5: effectively treat our patients, which I don't think you really
- 31:06Speaker 5: find that often.
- 31:07Speaker 7: That's right, that's right.
- 31:08Speaker 6: And doctor Gunter also has the ability to sedate go
- 31:11Speaker 6: to the hospital, yes, the hospital dentistry, which is really
- 31:14Speaker 6: great for especially patients that children that need a lot
- 31:18Speaker 6: of work done need to go to the hospital and
- 31:20Speaker 6: be sedated to do that under you know, in an
- 31:23Speaker 6: operating room setting. Also patients with special needs, so we
- 31:27Speaker 6: have different options with her in that arena as well.
- 31:31Speaker 5: Doctor Kayla with with with the TMG and to pormandular disease.
- 31:36Speaker 5: She's she's gone to some some mini residencies in that regard.
- 31:40Speaker 4: So she's one of those people.
- 31:42Speaker 5: She's one of those lovely people that whenever I have
- 31:45Speaker 5: a problem with the patient that has joint pain in
- 31:47Speaker 5: their jaw, I will shoot her at text and say, hey,
- 31:50Speaker 5: is this a good patient to send you? And she'd
- 31:51Speaker 5: be like, send them my way, I'll take care of them.
- 31:53Speaker 4: So it's good to have that.
- 31:54Speaker 3: And the great thing about that is is although these
- 31:57Speaker 3: are are specialists categories that the education is going on,
- 32:02Speaker 3: it makes it more accessible. It makes the information more accessible.
- 32:04Speaker 3: You don't have to go to a special office or
- 32:06Speaker 3: make a special polly, I mean to make that more collective.
- 32:08Speaker 3: Common knowledge is only a benefit not only to you guys,
- 32:10Speaker 3: because it makes you more nimble and be able to
- 32:12Speaker 3: treat a patient, but for the patient, it's a huge
- 32:14Speaker 3: benefit to have that knowledge more accessible to people that
- 32:17Speaker 3: you have access to.
- 32:18Speaker 6: And as many of the listeners I'm sure have experienced
- 32:22Speaker 6: in our area, it is sometimes it's hard to get
- 32:25Speaker 6: into a specialist, especially a dental specialist, and a timely
- 32:28Speaker 6: fashion sometimes and we just have a lot of need
- 32:30Speaker 6: and not that many providers to spread that out. So
- 32:34Speaker 6: that's where we've tried to help. We do all this
- 32:37Speaker 6: to help our patients, yeah, you know, and fill that gap. Yeah,
- 32:40Speaker 6: And that way we can we may not need to
- 32:43Speaker 6: have a patient wait four months to go in. Yeah,
- 32:45Speaker 6: there were a certain procedure when we can get it
- 32:47Speaker 6: done ourselves a lot quicker.
- 32:48Speaker 3: It's obviously dealing with the other end. But with my colonosopy,
- 32:51Speaker 3: it was delayed like five months, you know, because in
- 32:53Speaker 3: a tree situation. It's only precautionary. I didn't have any
- 32:56Speaker 3: reason to go. It's just because I'm fifty in my
- 32:57Speaker 3: doctors that you better start doing this. So they just
- 32:59Speaker 3: push me way down because there because there's the narrow
- 33:02Speaker 3: amount of people that actually offer the service around here,
- 33:05Speaker 3: it's actually found kind of swat.
- 33:06Speaker 6: And also, to be very clear, I mean our specialists
- 33:08Speaker 6: in the area we have we're very fortunately well, yeah,
- 33:10Speaker 6: great general specialists that we have wonderful relationships with, and
- 33:13Speaker 6: we all so doctor Henley's just mentioning, you know, they'll
- 33:15Speaker 6: we'll call each other on the phone say hey, what
- 33:16Speaker 6: do you think about this?
- 33:17Speaker 7: What do you like that?
- 33:18Speaker 6: Let's let's organize how we can best serve the station.
- 33:20Speaker 6: So so yeah, we're very fortunate to have that great
- 33:24Speaker 6: relationship a small dental community in our area that we
- 33:27Speaker 6: can all kind of lean on each other when we
- 33:29Speaker 6: need to.
- 33:30Speaker 3: Over the years, this show may be more than any
- 33:32Speaker 3: other expert show that I set in on, has changed
- 33:34Speaker 3: the way that I perceive people, sometimes not in a
- 33:37Speaker 3: bad way, but like I would never like have noticed,
- 33:40Speaker 3: like you know, the chick lit teeth. I remember the
- 33:42Speaker 3: very first time you describe someone who having overly white teeth.
- 33:45Speaker 3: It's chick. It was such a visceral reaction that I
- 33:47Speaker 3: had in my head. It's like I see it all
- 33:48Speaker 3: the time now when I see somebody that had the
- 33:50Speaker 3: two white teeth or whatever. But when you were talking
- 33:52Speaker 3: about the aesthetics a minute ago, and I remember now
- 33:55Speaker 3: this was right around Christmas, I was like, I got
- 33:57Speaker 3: to talk to Doc Agrieve about this. I saw a
- 33:59Speaker 3: waiter at a restaurant that we were in, and this
- 34:01Speaker 3: it must have been in at home thing that he
- 34:02Speaker 3: was using, because the bottom half of his teeth were
- 34:05Speaker 3: really white, and the top half looked like, I mean,
- 34:08Speaker 3: probably not terrible, but in contrast, it looked terrible because
- 34:11Speaker 3: it looked like he basically was sporting a two tone tooth,
- 34:13Speaker 3: and it was all the way around, not his bottom teeth,
- 34:15Speaker 3: but just his top teeth, like he had one of
- 34:17Speaker 3: those things and he like left it in too long
- 34:19Speaker 3: to like bleach his teeth or something. I don't know
- 34:21Speaker 3: what was going on, but it was to me anyway,
- 34:23Speaker 3: it was highly distracting when you're looking up at somebody,
- 34:26Speaker 3: you know, making your order or whatever it is, and
- 34:28Speaker 3: they have these weird little white tints like he like
- 34:31Speaker 3: he's stuck the top of his teeth into like a
- 34:33Speaker 3: white paint or so. It was just like a white
- 34:35Speaker 3: stripe around the bottom of his teeth, super distracting. It
- 34:38Speaker 3: was so I can't imagine that it was on purpose.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Maybe it was a cosmetic thing. I don't know. A
- 34:43Speaker 3: little bit. Yeah, I was like doctor Greef would be like,
- 34:45Speaker 3: what's going on here? Because it looks really weird?
- 34:48Speaker 4: To forget it?
- 34:49Speaker 3: Yeah, but that does go back to it. And although
- 34:51Speaker 3: it's not necessarily what we were talking about this morning,
- 34:53Speaker 3: you do have to be careful when you're trying to
- 34:55Speaker 3: maybe cut costs or find an easier way to do something,
- 34:58Speaker 3: because you might get an at home home kit that
- 35:00Speaker 3: does that it gives you zebra teeth.
- 35:02Speaker 7: Who knows that's true.
- 35:04Speaker 4: I've never heard that. I'm going to take that zebra teeth.
- 35:07Speaker 3: Well, speaking of too, since we have two minutes left,
- 35:09Speaker 3: I'm going to take a moment to ask a personal question.
- 35:12Speaker 3: My kid has shark teeth, So she has double rows
- 35:15Speaker 3: all along the bottom of the bottom of her mouth.
- 35:18Speaker 3: Right now, her teeth are a little wobbly, her main
- 35:21Speaker 3: teeth are a little but they're not coming out.
- 35:23Speaker 4: Man.
- 35:24Speaker 3: And uh and I don't know how much longer that
- 35:26Speaker 3: I should give them.
- 35:27Speaker 7: Yeah, she said she's six, she's six. Yeah, that's about
- 35:29Speaker 7: the age. Yeah.
- 35:30Speaker 6: So what can happen many times is the adult teeth
- 35:33Speaker 6: come in behind the baby teeth, and then what happens
- 35:36Speaker 6: there is a lot of times it it kind of
- 35:38Speaker 6: wedges that baby tooth against the bone and the new tooth,
- 35:42Speaker 6: so it actually the teeth get a little bit loose,
- 35:45Speaker 6: and then as those permanent teeth come up behind, they
- 35:47Speaker 6: tighten again because they're putting pressure against them. And the
- 35:51Speaker 6: way we've been designed is that the the baby tooth
- 35:54Speaker 6: gets resorbed by the adult tooth as the adult tooth
- 35:58Speaker 6: comes in right underneath it. But in her case, the
- 36:01Speaker 6: tooth is coming in to the tongue side, so it's
- 36:04Speaker 6: coming up the side of it right, and it's not
- 36:06Speaker 6: resorbing that root away. So unfortunately, in many cases like that,
- 36:12Speaker 6: the dentist has to help those teeth get out of there,
- 36:14Speaker 6: get out of the way, and it's probably about time
- 36:16Speaker 6: to do that.
- 36:17Speaker 7: From the sounds of it. She's not gonna be happy.
- 36:20Speaker 3: She's not gonna be happy at all. Have great, I know,
- 36:24Speaker 3: I know, yeah, oh yeah, I know.
- 36:25Speaker 7: I know that.
- 36:26Speaker 3: I'm very glad that that I know you guys. She
- 36:30Speaker 3: she is not going to be happy about that one.
- 36:32Speaker 3: But she's getting better about that stuff, so who knows.
- 36:33Speaker 3: I'm gonna be able to reason with her a little
- 36:35Speaker 3: bit with it. We'll see how it goes exactly. Good
