  This

  is

  our

• 1:26
  special.
• 1:27
  This
• 1:28
  is
• 1:28
  that
• 1:28
  update
• 1:28
  that
• 1:29
  we
• 1:29
  do
• 1:29
  that
• 1:29
  doesn't
• 1:30
  talk
• 1:30
  about
• 1:30
  the
• 1:30
  stuff
• 1:31
  that
• 1:31
  we
• 1:31
  did
• 1:31
  last
• 1:31
  weekend
• 1:32
  or
• 1:32
  the
• 1:33
  stuff
• 1:33
  that
• 1:33
  didn't
• 1:33
  fit
• 1:34
  into
• 1:34
  this
• 1:34
  weekend
• 1:35
  show.
• 1:35
  And
• 1:36
  we've
• 1:36
  got
• 1:36
  a
• 1:36
  lot
• 1:36
  to
• 1:37
  talk
• 1:37
  about
• 1:37
  today.
• 1:38
  If
• 1:38
  you
• 1:38
  want
• 1:38
  to
• 1:39
  find
• 1:39
  out

• 1:41
  online.com
• 1:43
  well,
• 1:44
  I
• 1:44
  was
• 1:44
  surfing
• 1:45
  through
• 1:45
  the
• 1:45
  interwebs
• 1:46
  today
• 1:46
  and
• 1:46
  I
• 1:46
  was
• 1:47
  looking
• 1:47
  at
• 1:47
  some
• 1:47
  stuff
• 1:48
  and
• 1:49
  I
• 1:49
  saw
• 1:49
  this
• 1:49
  come
• 1:50
  out
• 1:51
  and
• 1:51
  it's
• 1:51
  pretty
• 1:52
  interesting.
• 1:53
  Orkin,
• 1:54
  the
• 1:55
  big
• 1:55
  rodent
• 1:56
  control
• 1:56
  company
• 1:57
  came
• 1:58
  up
• 1:59
  with
• 1:59
  their
• 2:00
  top
• 2:00
  rattiest
• 2:02
  cities.
• 2:03
  So
• 2:03
  who
• 2:03
  is
• 2:03
  America's
• 2:04
  rattiest
• 2:05
  city?
• 2:06
  For
• 2:06
  the
• 2:06
  first
• 2:07
  time
• 2:07
  in
• 2:07
  over
• 2:08
  a
• 2:08
  decade,
• 2:09
  Los
• 2:10
  Angeles
• 2:10
  now
• 2:10
  has
• 2:11
  taken
• 2:11
  the
• 2:11
  top
• 2:11
  spot,
• 2:13
  beating
• 2:13
  out
• 2:14
  Chicago
• 2:15
  and
• 2:16
  New
• 2:16
  York.
• 2:17
  So
• 2:17
  in
• 2:17
  true
• 2:18
  Hollywood
• 2:18
  fashion,
• 2:18
  LA
• 2:19
  has
• 2:19
  taken
• 2:19
  center
• 2:20
  stage
• 2:20
  on
• 2:20
  this
• 2:20
  one.
• 2:22
  Pretty
• 2:22
  interesting.
• 2:22
  Rodents
• 2:23
  are
• 2:23
  so
• 2:24
  nasty.
• 2:24
  They
• 2:24
  create
• 2:25
  so
• 2:25
  many
• 2:25
  problems.
• 2:27
  They
• 2:27
  just
• 2:27
  chew
• 2:28
  up
• 2:29
  everything.
• 2:30
  So
• 2:30
  they
• 2:30
  went
• 2:31
  from
• 2:31
  August
• 2:31
  20,
• 2:32
  2024
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  August
• 2:34
  21,
• 2:34
  2025.
• 2:36
  And
• 2:36
  while
• 2:36
  Chicago
• 2:37
  sits
• 2:37
  at
• 2:37
  number
• 2:38
  two,
• 2:39
  it
• 2:39
  still
• 2:39
  continues
• 2:40
  to
• 2:40
  buy
• 2:40
  to
• 2:41
  to
• 2:41
  battle
• 2:41
  those
• 2:42
  high
• 2:42
  levels
• 2:42
  of
• 2:42
  rodent
• 2:43
  activity
• 2:44
  across
• 2:44
  its
• 2:45
  urban
• 2:46
  landscape.
• 2:47
  Coming
• 2:47
  up
• 2:47
  on
• 2:48
  a
• 2:48
  close
• 2:48
  third
• 2:48
  is
• 2:48
  New
• 2:49
  York
• 2:49
  City.
• 2:50
  Fourth
• 2:51
  is
• 2:51
  San
• 2:51
  Francisco.
• 2:53
  This
• 2:53
  year,
• 2:53
  California
• 2:54
  has
• 2:54
  the
• 2:54
  most
• 2:55
  represented
• 2:55
  state
• 2:56
  with
• 2:56
  four
• 2:56
  cities
• 2:57
  in
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  top
• 2:57
  50.
• 2:58
  You
• 2:58
  got
• 2:58
  LA,
• 2:59
  San
• 2:59
  Francisco
• 3:00
  at
• 3:00
  number
• 3:00
  four,
• 3:02
  Sacramento
• 3:02
  at
• 3:02
  19
• 3:03
  and
• 3:03
  San
• 3:03
  Diego
• 3:04
  number
• 3:04
  24.
• 3:06
  Notably,
• 3:06
  two
• 3:07
  of
• 3:07
  those,
• 3:07
  LA
• 3:07
  and
• 3:07
  San
• 3:07
  Francisco
• 3:08
  are
• 3:08
  in
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  top
• 3:09
  five.
• 3:11
  So
• 3:11
  if
• 3:11
  you
• 3:11
  look
• 3:11
  here,
• 3:11
  you
• 3:11
  got
• 3:12
  LA,
• 3:12
  Chicago,

  Washington,
• 3:18
  D.C.
• 3:19
  hartford,
• 3:20
  Connecticut
• 3:20
  is

• 3:21
  Wow,
• 3:22

• 3:22
  you
• 3:22
  guys
• 3:22
  are
• 3:22
  climbing
• 3:23
  up
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  thing.
• 3:24
  Detroit,
• 3:24
  Michigan
• 3:24
  is
• 3:25

• 3:26
  Philly
• 3:26
  at
• 3:26
  number
• 3:27
  8
• 3:27
  is
• 3:27

  2.
• 3:32
  Denver,
• 3:32
  way
• 3:32
  to

• 3:34
  down
• 3:35
  4.
• 3:35
  At
• 3:35
  number
• 3:35
  10,
• 3:36
  Tom.
• 3:36
  Now,
• 3:36
  I
• 3:37
  don't
• 3:37
  know
• 3:37
  if
• 3:37
  Denver
• 3:37
  is
• 3:38
  doing
• 3:38
  a
• 3:38
  lot
• 3:38
  with
• 3:38
  that
• 3:38
  or
• 3:39
  these
• 3:39
  other
• 3:39
  people
• 3:39
  are
• 3:39
  doing
• 3:40
  little
• 3:40
  and
• 3:41
  it's
• 3:41
  getting
• 3:41
  them
• 3:41
  up
• 3:41
  there.
• 3:42
  But
• 3:43
  wrapping
• 3:43
  up
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  top
• 3:44
  20
• 3:44

  Boston,
• 3:49
  14
• 3:49
  is

  Indianapolis,
• 3:51
  15
• 3:51
  Dallas,
• 3:52
  16
• 3:53
  Milwaukee.
• 3:54
  Number
• 3:55
  17,
• 3:56
  Seattle.
• 3:56
  They're
• 3:56
  actually
• 3:57
  down
• 3:57
  three.
• 3:57
  Dallas
• 3:58
  is
• 3:58
  up
• 3:58
  seven.
• 3:59
  Watch
• 3:59
  out,
• 3:59
  Dallas,
• 4:00
  18
• 4:01
  is
• 4:01
  Atlanta.
• 4:02
  19
• 4:02
  is
• 4:02
  Sacramento.
• 4:04
  Tom.
• 4:04
  And
• 4:04
  number
• 4:04
  20
• 4:05
  is
• 4:05
  Pittsburgh.
• 4:06
  Now,
• 4:07
  if
• 4:07
  you
• 4:07
  go
• 4:07
  down
• 4:07
  through
• 4:07
  the
• 4:08
  list,
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  notable
• 4:09
  ones
• 4:09
  here
• 4:10
  that
• 4:10
  are
• 4:10
  growing,
• 4:11
  you
• 4:12
  got
• 4:12
  Hartford,
• 4:12
  Connecticut
• 4:13
  at
• 4:13
  plus
• 4:13
  eight
• 4:14
  on
• 4:14
  the
• 4:14
  list.
• 4:15
  You've
• 4:15
  got
• 4:15
  Tampa
• 4:16
  at
• 4:16
  plus
• 4:16
  13.
• 4:17
  They're
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  rising
• 4:18
  star.
• 4:19
  Cincinnati
• 4:20
  is
• 4:20
  plus
• 4:20
  eight.
• 4:21
  Portland,
• 4:22
  Oregon,
• 4:22
  way
• 4:23
  to
• 4:23
  stay
• 4:23
  in
• 4:23
  the
• 4:23
  game
• 4:23
  at
• 4:24
  plus
• 4:24
  seven.
• 4:25
  Orlando
• 4:26
  plus
• 4:26
  six.
• 4:27
  Kansas
• 4:28
  City
• 4:28
  plus
• 4:29
  nine.
• 4:30
  And
• 4:30
  you
• 4:30
  see
• 4:30
  where
• 4:30
  we're
• 4:31
  going
• 4:31
  with
• 4:31
  this.
• 4:32
  Now,
• 4:33
  some
• 4:33
  of
• 4:33
  the
• 4:33
  ones
• 4:33
  that
• 4:33
  have
• 4:34
  made
• 4:34
  the
• 4:34
  biggest
• 4:34
  differences
• 4:35
  out
• 4:35
  there,
• 4:35
  gotta
• 4:36
  say,
• 4:36
  Albuquerque
• 4:37
  and
• 4:37
  minus
• 4:37
  13,
• 4:39
  Albany,
• 4:39
  New
• 4:40
  York,
• 4:40
  minus
• 4:40
  18.
• 4:41
  Way
• 4:42
  to
• 4:42
  go,
• 4:42
  guys.
• 4:43
  So
• 4:43
  you're
• 4:43
  seeing
• 4:44
  some
• 4:44
  really
• 4:45
  interesting
• 4:46
  stuff.
• 4:46
  Tampa,
• 4:47
  of
• 4:47
  course,
• 4:47
  has
• 4:47
  gone
• 4:47
  up,
• 4:48
  but
• 4:48
  it's
• 4:49
  interesting
• 4:49
  to
• 4:49
  see
• 4:49
  how
• 4:50
  we
• 4:50
  look
• 4:51
  at
• 4:51
  this
• 4:52
  and
• 4:52
  see
• 4:52
  where
• 4:53
  the
• 4:53
  rodent
• 4:54
  problems
• 4:54
  are.
• 4:54
  Many
• 4:55
  times
• 4:56
  these
• 4:56
  rodent
• 4:57
  problems
• 4:57
  are
• 4:58
  part
• 4:58
  of
• 4:58
  a
• 4:58
  cleanliness
• 4:59
  area
• 5:00
  in
• 5:00
  the
• 5:00
  cityscape.
• 5:02
  And
• 5:02
  I
• 5:02
  tell
• 5:02
  you
• 5:02
  what,
• 5:03
  like
• 5:03
  in
• 5:04
  Portland,
• 5:04
  if
• 5:04
  they
• 5:05
  don't
• 5:05
  keep
• 5:05
  it
• 5:05
  clean
• 5:06
  in
• 5:06
  my
• 5:07
  area
• 5:07
  here,
• 5:07
  it
• 5:08
  gets
• 5:08
  brutal.
• 5:09
  Now,
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  problem
• 5:09
  with
• 5:10
  rodents,
• 5:10
  you
• 5:10
  can
• 5:10
  get
• 5:11
  structural
• 5:11
  damage,
• 5:11
  health
• 5:12
  concerns,
• 5:12
  of
• 5:12
  course,
• 5:13
  when
• 5:13
  they
• 5:13
  start
• 5:14
  growing,
• 5:15
  boy,
• 5:16
  do
• 5:16
  they.
• 5:17
  They
• 5:17
  have
• 5:17
  fast
• 5:18
  reproduction.
• 5:19
  So
• 5:20
  things
• 5:20
  you
• 5:21
  can
• 5:21
  do
• 5:21
  for
• 5:21
  that
• 5:21
  is
• 5:22
  to.
• 5:22
  They
• 5:22
  have
• 5:22
  an
• 5:22
  acronym
• 5:23
  for
• 5:23
  this.
• 5:24
  That
• 5:24
  orchid
• 5:25
  has
• 5:25
  no
• 5:26
  G
• 5:26
  NAW
• 5:27
  guard
• 5:27
  entry
• 5:28
  points,
• 5:28
  ceiling
• 5:28
  cracks,
• 5:29
  holes
• 5:29
  and
• 5:29
  gaps.
• 5:30
  Never
• 5:30
  leave
• 5:30
  food
• 5:30
  unattended
• 5:31
  outside
• 5:31
  for
• 5:31
  pets
• 5:32
  or
• 5:32
  wildlife.
• 5:33
  A
• 5:34
  avoid
• 5:34
  clutter.
• 5:35
  That
• 5:35
  could
• 5:35
  create
• 5:35
  nesting
• 5:36
  spots.
• 5:36
  And
• 5:36
  w
• 5:37
  watch
• 5:37
  for
• 5:37
  signs
• 5:38
  like
• 5:38
  droppings
• 5:38
  now
• 5:39
  marks,
• 5:39
  rub
• 5:39
  marks,
• 5:39
  burrows,
• 5:40
  or
• 5:41
  scampering
• 5:41
  noises
• 5:42
  in
• 5:42
  your
• 5:42
  home.
• 5:44
  So
• 5:44
  brutal.
• 5:45
  That
• 5:45
  one's
• 5:46
  nasty.
• 5:46
  That
• 5:46
  one
• 5:46
  is.
• 5:47
  Oh.
• 5:48
  Tells
• 5:48
  you
• 5:48
  what.
• 5:48
  There's
• 5:49
  a
• 5:49
  lot
• 5:49
  of
• 5:49
  cities
• 5:50
  out
• 5:50
  there
• 5:50
  that
• 5:50
  need
• 5:50
  to
• 5:50
  do
• 5:50
  a
• 5:51
  little
• 5:51
  bit
• 5:51
  more
• 5:51
  work.
• 5:52
  And
• 5:53
  it's
• 5:53
  a.
• 5:53
  It
• 5:53
  talks
• 5:54
  about
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  bigger
• 5:54
  problem
• 5:54
  that
• 5:55
  we're
• 5:55
  seeing
• 5:56
  around
• 5:57
  with
• 5:58
  the
• 5:59
  Just
• 5:59
  absolute
• 6:00
  messes
• 6:00
  in
• 6:01
  some
• 6:01
  of
• 6:01
  our
• 6:01
  urban
• 6:02
  blight
• 6:02
  and
• 6:02
  stuff
• 6:02
  that
• 6:02
  we
• 6:03
  see
• 6:03
  going.
• 6:04
  Some
• 6:04
  cities
• 6:05
  have
• 6:05
  been
• 6:05
  doing
• 6:05
  really
• 6:05
  well.
• 6:06
  Think
• 6:06
  of
• 6:06
  where
• 6:07
  Detroit
• 6:07
  was
• 6:08
  15
• 6:09
  years
• 6:09
  ago,
• 6:09
  where
• 6:09
  you
• 6:09
  could
• 6:09
  buy
• 6:10
  a
• 6:10
  house
• 6:10
  for
• 6:10
  $500.
• 6:11
  In
• 6:11
  Detroit,
• 6:11
  that
• 6:12
  was
• 6:13
  pretty
• 6:13
  well
• 6:14
  beat
• 6:15
  down.
• 6:16
  So
• 6:16
  it's
• 6:16
  getting
• 6:16
  interesting
• 6:17
  with
• 6:17
  that.
• 6:17
  Tom.
• 6:18
  I'm
• 6:18
  seeing
• 6:18
  a
• 6:18
  lot
• 6:19
  of
• 6:19
  stuff
• 6:19
  out
• 6:19
  there,
• 6:19
  and
• 6:19
  I
• 6:20
  think
• 6:20
  some
• 6:20
  of
• 6:20
  this
• 6:20
  is
• 6:20
  regional.
• 6:21
  You're
• 6:21
  seeing
• 6:22
  some
• 6:22
  areas
• 6:22
  are
• 6:23
  busy,
• 6:24
  some
• 6:24
  areas
• 6:24
  for
• 6:25
  construction
• 6:25
  are
• 6:25
  slow.
• 6:26
  New
• 6:27
  construction
• 6:27
  here
• 6:27
  is
• 6:28
  really
• 6:28
  slowed
• 6:29
  down.
• 6:30
  I
• 6:30
  am
• 6:30
  talking
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  many
• 6:31
  people
• 6:31
  in
• 6:32
  the
• 6:32
  Pacific
• 6:32
  Northwest
• 6:33
  just
• 6:34
  with
• 6:34
  the
• 6:34
  brutal
• 6:36
  layoffs
• 6:36
  that
• 6:36
  you're
• 6:36
  seeing
• 6:37
  from
• 6:37
  people,
• 6:37
  not
• 6:38
  even
• 6:38
  counting
• 6:38
  this
• 6:38
  whole
• 6:38
  shutdown
• 6:39
  stuff.
• 6:40
  But
• 6:40
  really,
• 6:41
  we're
• 6:42
  seeing
• 6:43
  banks
• 6:43
  like
• 6:43
  Wells
• 6:44
  Fargo
• 6:44
  close
• 6:45
  here.
• 6:45
  They're
• 6:45
  closing
• 6:46
  up
• 6:46
  many
• 6:46
  of
• 6:46
  their
• 6:46
  operations.
• 6:47
  In
• 6:47
  Portland,
• 6:48
  they
• 6:48
  had
• 6:48
  a
• 6:48
  high
• 6:48
  rise.
• 6:49
  Wells
• 6:50
  Fargo
• 6:50
  had
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  high
• 6:51
  rise
• 6:51
  in
• 6:51
  downtown
• 6:52
  Portland
• 6:52
  that
• 6:52
  is
• 6:52
  nearly
• 6:53
  empty.
• 6:54
  You're
• 6:54
  seeing
• 6:55
  Amazon
• 6:56
  laying
• 6:56
  off
• 6:56
  30
• 6:57
  plus
• 6:57
  thousand
• 6:57
  people
• 6:57
  in
• 6:58
  the
• 6:58
  US
• 6:59
  lots
• 6:59
  of
• 6:59
  stuff
• 7:00
  heading
• 7:00
  out
• 7:00
  where
• 7:01
  people
• 7:01
  are
• 7:01
  downsizing
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  doing
• 7:03
  that.
• 7:03
  And
• 7:03
  they're
• 7:04
  not
• 7:04
  really
• 7:04
  making
• 7:04
  it
• 7:04
  easier
• 7:05
  to
• 7:05
  do
• 7:05
  business
• 7:06
  here.
• 7:06
  So
• 7:06
  that's
• 7:07
  getting
• 7:07
  interesting.
• 7:07
  So
• 7:08
  we'll
• 7:08
  see
• 7:08
  if
• 7:09
  we
• 7:09
  see
• 7:09
  some
• 7:09
  turnarounds
• 7:10
  with
• 7:10
  that.
• 7:11
  Companies
• 7:11
  like
• 7:12
  Sherwin
• 7:12
  Williams
• 7:12
  are
• 7:13
  doing
• 7:13
  well.
• 7:13
  They
• 7:13
  had
• 7:13
  a
• 7:13
  great
• 7:13
  third
• 7:14
  quarter,
• 7:14
  I
• 7:14
  saw.
• 7:15
  So
• 7:15
  we're
• 7:16
  seeing
• 7:16
  a
• 7:16
  mix
• 7:16
  of
• 7:17
  what's
• 7:17
  going
• 7:17
  on
• 7:17
  out
• 7:18
  there
• 7:18
  and
• 7:18
  it
• 7:18
  makes
• 7:18
  it
• 7:18
  interesting.
• 7:19
  It
• 7:19
  does.
• 7:21
  So
• 7:21
  what
• 7:21
  I
• 7:21
  would
• 7:22
  do
• 7:22
  right
• 7:22
  now,
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  think
• 7:22
  we're
• 7:23
  seeing
• 7:23
  it's
• 7:24
  7
• 7:24
  o'
• 7:24
  clock
• 7:24
  in
• 7:24
  the
• 7:24
  morning
• 7:25
  here
• 7:25
  on
• 7:25
  Wednesday
• 7:25
  morning.
• 7:26
  So
• 7:26
  we're
• 7:26
  doing
• 7:26
  this
• 7:26
  about
• 7:27
  as
• 7:27
  live
• 7:27
  as
• 7:27
  we
• 7:27
  can
• 7:27
  for
• 7:28
  you
• 7:28
  on
• 7:29
  the
• 7:29
  podcast,
• 7:29
  if
• 7:29
  you're
• 7:30
  just
• 7:30
  catching
• 7:30
  it
• 7:30
  when
• 7:30
  it
• 7:30
  came
• 7:31
  out.
• 7:31
  But
• 7:32
  we've
• 7:32
  got
• 7:32
  China
• 7:33
  in
• 7:33
  the
• 7:34
  US
• 7:34
  Government,
• 7:34
  the
• 7:35
  president
• 7:35
  talking
• 7:35
  about
• 7:36
  tariffs
• 7:36
  this
• 7:36
  afternoon.
• 7:37
  That
• 7:37
  could
• 7:37
  be
• 7:38
  interesting.
• 7:39
  Don't
• 7:39
  know
• 7:39
  how
• 7:39
  that's
• 7:40
  going
• 7:40
  to
• 7:40
  go.
• 7:40
  I
• 7:40
  think
• 7:40
  we're
• 7:41
  going
• 7:41
  to
• 7:41
  see
• 7:41
  more
• 7:41
  information
• 7:41
  on
• 7:42
  that.
• 7:43
  So
• 7:43
  it's
• 7:43
  going
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  be
• 7:43
  an
• 7:43
  interesting
• 7:44
  time
• 7:44
  right
• 7:44
  now.
• 7:45
  So
• 7:45
  sit
• 7:45
  tight.
• 7:46
  It's
• 7:46
  the
• 7:46
  holidays.
• 7:47
  I
• 7:47
  wouldn't
• 7:47
  go
• 7:48
  planning
• 7:48
  a
• 7:48
  big
• 7:48
  project
• 7:48
  right
• 7:49
  now.
• 7:49
  I
• 7:49
  would.
• 7:49
  Unless
• 7:50
  you
• 7:50
  have
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  do
• 7:50
  one,
• 7:51
  knock
• 7:51
  it
• 7:51
  out.
• 7:52
  But
• 7:52
  pay
• 7:53
  attention
• 7:53
  to
• 7:53
  see
• 7:53
  what
• 7:53
  you
• 7:54
  got
• 7:54
  going
• 7:54
  on
• 7:55
  out
• 7:55
  there.
• 7:55
  It
• 7:56
  might
• 7:56
  be
• 7:56
  time
• 7:56
  just
• 7:56
  to
• 7:57
  hold
• 7:57
  your
• 7:57
  cards
• 7:57
  until
• 7:57
  the
• 7:57
  new
• 7:58
  year.
• 7:58
  Usually
• 7:59
  I
• 7:59
  would
• 7:59
  say,
• 7:59
  hey,
• 7:59
  it's
• 8:00
  not
• 8:00
  going
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  get
• 8:00
  less
• 8:00
  expensive,
• 8:01
  but
• 8:02
  right
• 8:02
  now
• 8:02
  it
• 8:02
  could.
• 8:03
  So
• 8:04
  let's
• 8:04
  see
• 8:04
  what
• 8:04
  happens
• 8:04
  out
• 8:05
  there.
• 8:05
  We're
• 8:05
  heading
• 8:05
  into
• 8:05
  that
• 8:06
  new
• 8:07
  product
• 8:07
  year
• 8:08
  and
• 8:08
  I
• 8:09
  think
• 8:09
  we
• 8:09
  could
• 8:09
  see
• 8:09
  some
• 8:09
  things
• 8:10
  change
• 8:10
  as
• 8:10
  far
• 8:10
  as
• 8:10
  tariffs
• 8:11
  and
• 8:11
  stuff.
• 8:11
  Hopefully
• 8:12
  that
• 8:12
  stuff
• 8:12
  goes
• 8:12
  down.
• 8:13
  We'll
• 8:14
  see
• 8:14
  how
• 8:14
  we
• 8:14
  do
• 8:14
  with
• 8:15
  all
• 8:15
  these
• 8:15
  agreements.
• 8:15
  But
• 8:16
  it's
• 8:16
  going
• 8:16
  to
• 8:16
  be
• 8:16
  interesting
• 8:18
  to
• 8:18
  see
• 8:18
  what
• 8:18
  happens
• 8:19
  with
• 8:19
  that.
• 8:20
  So
• 8:20
  stay
• 8:20
  tuned.
• 8:22
  As
• 8:22
  far
• 8:22
  as
• 8:22
  recalls
• 8:23
  is
• 8:23
  going,
• 8:23
  I
• 8:23
  don't
• 8:23
  see
• 8:24
  a
• 8:24
  ton
• 8:24
  out
• 8:24
  there.
• 8:24
  They
• 8:25
  are
• 8:25
  still,
• 8:25
  you
• 8:26
  know,
• 8:26
  doing
• 8:26
  things
• 8:27
  over
• 8:27
  at
• 8:27
  the
• 8:28
  Consumer
• 8:28
  Product
• 8:28
  Safety
• 8:29
  Commission
• 8:29
  Here
• 8:29
  in
• 8:29
  the
• 8:29
  US
• 8:30
  notable
• 8:31
  recalls
• 8:31
  this
• 8:31
  week,
• 8:32
  3M
• 8:32
  Company
• 8:32
  recalls
• 8:33
  thermal
• 8:33
  laminators
• 8:34
  due
• 8:34
  to
• 8:34
  overheating.
• 8:35
  There's
• 8:35
  about
• 8:36
  1300
• 8:36
  13,000
• 8:37
  of
• 8:37
  those.
• 8:38
  Lots
• 8:38
  of
• 8:39
  drawers
• 8:39
  and
• 8:39
  dressers
• 8:39
  and
• 8:40
  stuff
• 8:40
  that
• 8:40
  weren't
• 8:40
  tied
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  walls.
• 8:41
  Another
• 8:41
  one
• 8:41
  is
• 8:42
  scepter
• 8:42
  fuel
• 8:43
  containers.
• 8:43
  Recall
• 8:44
  due
• 8:44
  to
• 8:44
  risk
• 8:44
  of
• 8:44
  serious
• 8:44
  injury
• 8:45
  or
• 8:45
  death
• 8:45
  from
• 8:45
  flash
• 8:46
  fire,
• 8:47
  violates
• 8:47
  mandatory
• 8:48
  standards
• 8:48
  for
• 8:48
  portable
• 8:49
  fuel
• 8:49
  containers.
• 8:50
  Only
• 8:50
  about
• 8:51
  1500
• 8:51
  of
• 8:52
  those.
• 8:52
  And
• 8:53
  I
• 8:53
  tell
• 8:53
  you
• 8:53
  what,
• 8:54
  I'm
• 8:54
  not
• 8:54
  really
• 8:54
  impressed
• 8:55
  with
• 8:55
  those
• 8:55
  things.
• 8:56
  I
• 8:56
  would
• 8:57
  be
• 8:57
  taking
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  look
• 8:58
  at
• 8:58
  some
• 8:58
  of
• 8:58
  the
• 8:59
  better
• 8:59
  fuel
• 8:59
  containers
• 9:00
  out
• 9:00
  there.
• 9:01
  Really.
• 9:01
  That's
• 9:01
  about
• 9:02
  it.
• 9:03
  Not
• 9:04
  too
• 9:04
  much.
• 9:04
  We've
• 9:04
  got
• 9:04
  some
• 9:05
  sauna
• 9:05
  360s
• 9:06
  recalls,
• 9:07
  the
• 9:07
  Tylo
• 9:08
  Homestead
• 9:08
  and
• 9:09
  on
• 9:09
  a
• 9:09
  hybrid
• 9:10
  saunas
• 9:10
  due
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  fall
• 9:10
  hazard.
• 9:12
  Not
• 9:12
  too
• 9:12
  many
• 9:12
  of
• 9:12
  those,
• 9:13
  about
• 9:13
  a
• 9:13
  thousand
• 9:13
  of
• 9:13
  them
• 9:14
  and
• 9:14
  that's
• 9:15
  pretty
• 9:15
  much
• 9:15
  it.
• 9:17
  Not
• 9:17
  a
• 9:17
  lot
• 9:17
  of
• 9:17
  stuff
• 9:18
  going
• 9:18
  on
• 9:18
  there.
• 9:18
  I
• 9:18
  think
• 9:19
  they've
• 9:19
  been
• 9:19
  doing
• 9:19
  their
• 9:19
  due
• 9:20
  diligence
• 9:20
  on
• 9:21
  continuing
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  look
• 9:24
  for
• 9:24
  those
• 9:24
  bad
• 9:24
  products.
• 9:25
  But
• 9:25
  lots
• 9:25
  of
• 9:25
  dressers
• 9:26
  because
• 9:26
  people
• 9:26
  didn't
• 9:27
  put
• 9:27
  in
• 9:27
  the
• 9:27
  the
• 9:28
  brackets
• 9:28
  to
• 9:28
  anti
• 9:29
  tip
• 9:29
  which
• 9:30
  happens
• 9:31
  every
• 9:31
  time
• 9:31
  that
• 9:31
  we
• 9:31
  see
• 9:32
  those
• 9:32
  come
• 9:32
  out.
• 9:33
  And
• 9:33
  I'm
• 9:33
  really
• 9:34
  seeing
• 9:34
  a
• 9:34
  lot
• 9:34
  of
• 9:34
  more
• 9:34
  of
• 9:34
  that
• 9:35
  stuff
• 9:35
  here
• 9:35
  that
• 9:35
  we're
• 9:35
  seeing.
• 9:36
  Get
• 9:36
  caught
• 9:36
  and
• 9:37
  be
• 9:37
  really
• 9:37
  careful
• 9:37
  guys.
• 9:38
  I
• 9:38
  tell
• 9:38
  you
• 9:38
  what,
• 9:38
  I've
• 9:38
  learned
• 9:39
  a
• 9:39
  lesson
• 9:39
  this
• 9:39
  week
• 9:40
  and
• 9:41
  it
• 9:41
  was
• 9:41
  an
• 9:41
  interesting
• 9:41
  one.
• 9:42
  And
• 9:43
  my
• 9:43
  girlfriend's
• 9:44
  got
• 9:44
  a
• 9:44
  Dyson
• 9:45
  one
• 9:45
  of
• 9:45
  those,
• 9:46
  I
• 9:46
  guess
• 9:46
  I
• 9:47
  would
• 9:47
  call
• 9:47
  it
• 9:47
  a
• 9:47
  cordless
• 9:48
  stick
• 9:48
  vacuum.
• 9:50
  Her
• 9:50
  battery
• 9:50
  was
• 9:50
  dying,
• 9:51
  jumped
• 9:52
  on
• 9:52
  Amazon,
• 9:53
  bought
• 9:53
  one,
• 9:54
  put
• 9:54
  it
• 9:54
  in
• 9:55
  new
• 9:55
  battery.
• 9:56
  It
• 9:57
  lasted
• 9:57
  for
• 9:57
  60
• 9:58
  days
• 9:59
  before
• 9:59
  it
• 9:59
  died.
• 10:00
  And
• 10:01
  the
• 10:02
  lesson
• 10:02
  learned
• 10:03
  is
• 10:03
  when
• 10:03
  you're
• 10:04
  buying
• 10:04
  replacement
• 10:05
  batteries
• 10:05
  and
• 10:05
  I,
• 10:06
  I
• 10:06
  knew
• 10:07
  better
• 10:07
  and
• 10:07
  I
• 10:07
  did
• 10:07
  anyway.
• 10:08
  So
• 10:08
  it's
• 10:08
  up
• 10:08
  to
• 10:08
  me.
• 10:09
  I
• 10:09
  own
• 10:09
  this
• 10:10
  one.
• 10:11
  But
• 10:11
  I
• 10:11
  tell
• 10:11
  you
• 10:11
  what,
• 10:11
  I
• 10:12
  would
• 10:12
  stay
• 10:12
  away
• 10:13
  from
• 10:13
  those
• 10:15
  off
• 10:15
  brand
• 10:16
  cheesy
• 10:16
  batteries
• 10:17
  when
• 10:17
  you
• 10:17
  see
• 10:17
  them.
• 10:18
  I
• 10:18
  haven't
• 10:18
  found
• 10:19
  one.
• 10:19
  I've
• 10:19
  been
• 10:19
  starting
• 10:20
  to
• 10:20
  look
• 10:20
  now
• 10:21
  they
• 10:21
  all
• 10:21
  about
• 10:22
  have
• 10:22
  the
• 10:22
  same
• 10:22
  reviews.
• 10:24
  So
• 10:24
  you're
• 10:24
  better
• 10:24
  off
• 10:25
  finding
• 10:25
  the
• 10:25
  manufacturer's
• 10:26
  one
• 10:26
  from
• 10:27
  the
• 10:27
  manufacturer.
• 10:28
  And
• 10:28
  yeah,
• 10:29
  it's
• 10:29
  so
• 10:29
  tempting
• 10:30
  to
• 10:30
  pay
• 10:30
  25
• 10:31
  and
• 10:31
  get
• 10:31
  a
• 10:31
  brand
• 10:31
  new
• 10:31
  battery
• 10:32
  when
• 10:33
  they're
• 10:33
  a
• 10:33
  hundred
• 10:33
  dollars
• 10:33
  from
• 10:34
  the
• 10:34
  manufacturer.
• 10:35
  But
• 10:35
  there's
• 10:36
  a
• 10:36
  reason
• 10:36
  why
• 10:36
  they're
• 10:37
  a
• 10:37
  hundred
• 10:37
  dollars.
• 10:37
  They're
• 10:37
  using
• 10:38
  quality
• 10:38
  pieces
• 10:39
  and
• 10:39
  putting
• 10:40
  the
• 10:40
  right
• 10:40
  parts
• 10:40
  in
• 10:40
  there.
• 10:41
  And
• 10:41
  I
• 10:42
  can
• 10:42
  tell
• 10:42
  you
• 10:42
  what
• 10:43
  I
• 10:43
  am
• 10:43
  just
• 10:44
  about
• 10:44
  guaranteeing
• 10:45
  you,
• 10:45
  if
• 10:45
  I
• 10:45
  was
• 10:45
  to
• 10:45
  tear
• 10:45
  that
• 10:46
  thing
• 10:46
  apart,
• 10:47
  you
• 10:47
  would
• 10:47
  see
• 10:48
  substandard
• 10:49
  or
• 10:50
  even
• 10:50
  worse,
• 10:51
  rejected
• 10:52
  little
• 10:52
  lithium
• 10:53
  ion
• 10:53
  batteries
• 10:54
  and
• 10:54
  that
• 10:55
  could
• 10:55
  be
• 10:55
  its
• 10:55
  own
• 10:55
  fire
• 10:56
  hazard.
• 10:56
  So
• 10:56
  you
• 10:57
  want
• 10:57
  to
• 10:57
  be
• 10:57
  careful
• 10:57
  with
• 10:57
  that
• 10:58
  and
• 10:58
  make
• 10:58
  sure
• 10:58
  that
• 10:59
  you
• 10:59
  don't
• 10:59
  have
• 10:59
  that
• 11:00
  issue
• 11:00
  out
• 11:00
  there.
• 11:01
  So
• 11:02
  be
• 11:02
  careful.
• 11:02
  I
• 11:03
  learned
• 11:03
  my
• 11:03
  lesson.
• 11:04
  I'm
• 11:04
  not
• 11:04
  doing
• 11:04
  it
• 11:04
  again.
• 11:05
  I'm
• 11:05
  going
• 11:05
  to
• 11:05
  buy
• 11:05
  the
• 11:06
  right
• 11:06
  battery
• 11:06
  for
• 11:06
  it
• 11:07
  instead
• 11:07
  of
• 11:07
  the
• 11:07
  Amazon
• 11:08
  knockoff
• 11:09
  and
• 11:09
  get
• 11:09
  the
• 11:09
  right
• 11:10
  one
• 11:10
  put
• 11:10
  in
• 11:10
  there.
• 11:10
  Because
• 11:11
  worst
• 11:11
  case
• 11:11
  is
• 11:12
  on
• 11:12
  something
• 11:12
  like
• 11:12
  that
• 11:13
  you're
• 11:13
  going
• 11:13
  to
• 11:13
  have
• 11:13
  a
• 11:13
  fire
• 11:14
  and
• 11:14
  nobody
• 11:15
  wants
• 11:15
  that.
• 11:15
  All
• 11:16
  right
• 11:16
  everybody,
• 11:16
  we
• 11:16
  have
• 11:17
  a
• 11:17
  great
• 11:17
  show
• 11:17
  coming
• 11:18
  up
• 11:18
  this
• 11:18
  weekend
• 11:18
  with
• 11:19
  Johnny
• 11:19
  and
• 11:19
  I
• 11:19
  that
• 11:20
  I
• 11:20
  can't
• 11:20
  wait
• 11:20
  to
• 11:20
  share
• 11:21
  with
• 11:21
  you.
• 11:22
  It's
• 11:22
  going
• 11:22
  to
• 11:22
  be
• 11:22
  a
• 11:22
  lot
• 11:22
  of
• 11:23
  fun
• 11:23
  and
• 11:23
  we
• 11:23
  have
• 11:24
  a
• 11:24
  lot
• 11:24
  of
• 11:24
  banter
• 11:24
  back
• 11:24
  and
• 11:25
  forth.
• 11:25
  I
• 11:25
  can
• 11:25
  tell
• 11:25
  we
• 11:26
  both
• 11:26
  had
• 11:26
  a
• 11:26
  lot
• 11:26
  of
• 11:26
  coffee
• 11:27
  before
• 11:27
  that
• 11:27
  one.
• 11:27
  It's
• 11:28
  going
• 11:28
  to
• 11:28
  be
• 11:28
  a
• 11:28
  great
• 11:28
  show
• 11:29
  for
• 11:29
  you
• 11:29
  to
• 11:29
  catch
• 11:29
  this
• 11:29
  Saturday
• 11:30
  and
• 11:31
  that'll
• 11:31
  be
• 11:31
  Aaron
• 11:31
  at
• 11:32
  the
• 11:32
  normal
• 11:32
  times
• 11:32
  as
• 11:32
  we
• 11:33
  always
• 11:33
  see
• 11:33
  it.
• 11:34
  And
• 11:34
  we're
• 11:34
  going
• 11:34
  to
• 11:34
  have
• 11:34
  a
• 11:35
  great
• 11:35
  if
• 11:35
  you're
• 11:35
  listening
• 11:35
  in
• 11:36
  Portland,
• 11:36
  Oregon,
• 11:37
  Tom,
• 11:37
  we're
• 11:37
  gonna
• 11:37
  have
• 11:38
  a
• 11:38
  huge
• 11:38
  announcement,
• 11:39
  if
• 11:39
  you're
• 11:40
  a
• 11:40
  radio
• 11:40
  listener
• 11:41
  out
• 11:41
  there,
• 11:41
  coming
• 11:42
  up
• 11:42
  here
• 11:42
  with
• 11:43
  some
• 11:43
  exciting
• 11:43
  new
• 11:43
  stuff
• 11:44
  coming
• 11:44
  up
• 11:44
  in
• 11:44
  the
• 11:44
  coming
• 11:44
  weeks.
• 11:45
  So
• 11:45
  stay
• 11:45
  tuned
• 11:46
  for
• 11:46
  that.
• 11:46
  It's
• 11:46
  a
• 11:47
  big
• 11:47
  deal
• 11:47
  and
• 11:48
  I
• 11:48
  can't
• 11:48
  wait
• 11:48
  to
• 11:48
  announce
• 11:49
  it
• 11:49
  when
• 11:49
  we're
• 11:50
  ready.
• 11:50
  So
• 11:51
  I'll
• 11:51
  tease
• 11:51
  you
• 11:51
  with
• 11:51
  that.
• 11:52
  All
• 11:52
  right,
• 11:52
  everybody,
• 11:53
  have
• 11:53
  a
• 11:53
  great
• 11:53
  rest
• 11:53
  of
• 11:53
  your
• 11:54
  week.
• 11:54
  Happy
• 11:55
  hump
• 11:55
  day.
• 11:55
  Happy
• 11:55
  Wednesday.
• 11:56
  Happy
• 11:57
  end
• 11:57
  of
• 11:57
  the
• 11:57
  month.
• 11:58
  And
• 11:58
  enjoy.
• 11:58
  And
• 11:59
  have
• 11:59
  a
• 11:59
  safe
• 11:59
  Halloween
• 12:01
  this
• 12:01
  weekend.
• 12:02
  So
• 12:03
  enjoy
• 12:03
  it,
• 12:03
  be
• 12:04
  safe
• 12:04
  with
• 12:04
  the
• 12:04
  family.
• 12:05
  Have
• 12:05
  some
• 12:05
  good
• 12:05
  time
• 12:05
  with
• 12:05
  the
• 12:06
  kids.
• 12:06
  And
• 12:06
  remember,
• 12:07
  if
• 12:07
  you're
• 12:07
  giving
• 12:07
  out
• 12:08
  those
• 12:08
  candies,
• 12:09
  make
• 12:09
  sure
• 12:09
  you
• 12:09
  got
• 12:10
  something
• 12:10
  for
• 12:10
  the
• 12:10
  parents
• 12:10
  too
• 12:10
  out
• 12:11
  there.
• 12:11
  Maybe
• 12:11
  they
• 12:12
  need
• 12:12
  a
• 12:12
  little
• 12:12
  top
• 12:12
  off
• 12:12
  of
• 12:13
  their
• 12:13
