- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:13Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Ross Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is it. It's time war War. Here's your host,
- 0:39Speaker 1: one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 1: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots. All right, Wayne, we're on.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Maybe I was off for a couple of days. I
- 1:03Speaker 1: was in Washington, d C. At the inauguration of my
- 1:05Speaker 1: friend President Donald J. Trump. What a great time had
- 1:08Speaker 1: by all. Also some kind of crappy times, because no
- 1:12Speaker 1: matter how close you are to President Trout, no matter
- 1:14Speaker 1: how great your tickets are, no matter how many VIP
- 1:18Speaker 1: events you're invited to, the traffic is horrible. The roads
- 1:23Speaker 1: are all closed. There's motorcades going by of all kinds
- 1:26Speaker 1: of cabinet officials. Those motor caids have five police cars
- 1:29Speaker 1: and ten Secret Service so it's fifteen car motorcade. Sometimes
- 1:34Speaker 1: they've got fire trucks and ambulances with them just in
- 1:37Speaker 1: case of an emergency with a major government official. So
- 1:39Speaker 1: you're sitting there waiting at a green light, well, fifteen
- 1:42Speaker 1: cars go by, and then the next road is blocked.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Then the next road is blocked, the next road is blocked,
- 1:47Speaker 1: and you're going around and around and around. It is
- 1:50Speaker 1: so hard. I mean, it takes like two hours to
- 1:53Speaker 1: get to a event that's ten minutes away. Ten blocks
- 1:57Speaker 1: might take you an hour in bumper to bumper traffic
- 2:00Speaker 1: with roadblocks and lines. Once you get there, you're talking
- 2:04Speaker 1: me at a one hour line to get into anything.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Because so many people are at the inauguration, it doesn't
- 2:08Speaker 1: matter how VIP you are. You're in long lines for everything,
- 2:11Speaker 1: and you're facing long you know, lines in the road
- 2:15Speaker 1: of bumper to bumper, and you're facing roads block left
- 2:17Speaker 1: and right by police. So it's an exasperating experience and
- 2:22Speaker 1: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I would never
- 2:24Speaker 1: go again. This is my last inauguration of my life.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I went to Trump's first one and I went to
- 2:28Speaker 1: his last one, and I'm done. But I was thrilled
- 2:33Speaker 1: to show up there and find out that my tickets
- 2:36Speaker 1: were friends and family tickets of the President of the
- 2:38Speaker 1: United States. I went to a very special place. Everybody
- 2:41Speaker 1: else was going to get their tickets, you know, in
- 2:44Speaker 1: one place they waited in long lines for that. I
- 2:46Speaker 1: think it was the Convention Center. I got my tickets
- 2:49Speaker 1: at a very old, historic brownstone in the middle of Washington,
- 2:53Speaker 1: d C. That were only friends and family and cabinet
- 2:57Speaker 1: members of President Trump were getting their tickets for their families.
- 3:01Speaker 1: And so I stood in line with cabinet members and
- 3:04Speaker 1: friends of the family and that I just was so
- 3:07Speaker 1: honored and so humbled that President Trump gave me tickets
- 3:10Speaker 1: like that and got me VIP entrance to every event.
- 3:12Speaker 1: And at the Liberty Ball, I think the most amazing
- 3:15Speaker 1: thing about the Liberty Ball was just that, you know,
- 3:19Speaker 1: there were so many beautiful women, and my wife was
- 3:22Speaker 1: the most beautiful woman of all, and every woman in
- 3:25Speaker 1: the place came up to us to say, your wife
- 3:27Speaker 1: is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life.
- 3:29Speaker 1: You are the luckiest man in the world. And I am,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I am. She really is the most beautiful woman at
- 3:33Speaker 1: the entire ball, any of the balls, or any of
- 3:36Speaker 1: the Washington DC locations. And you know it's true when
- 3:39Speaker 1: literally hundreds of women come up and say it. So
- 3:44Speaker 1: what a wonderful time we had. I'll tell you my
- 3:46Speaker 1: biggest observation of what's going on right now is I'm
- 3:52Speaker 1: waking up in kind of a dream state. It's like
- 3:55Speaker 1: a dream state. It's like a dream. I can't even
- 3:58Speaker 1: believe it's really happening. One thing to be a talk
- 4:01Speaker 1: show host like Wayne Lerrutin say the things I do.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You know, the things I believe in are all quote
- 4:06Speaker 1: unquote controversial. Right They're controversial. Supposedly they're controversial. And it's
- 4:16Speaker 1: one thing to believe in those things and to say
- 4:19Speaker 1: them on the radio and on the TV. It's a
- 4:23Speaker 1: whole another thing to actually act on them as president
- 4:28Speaker 1: and do them. It'd be one thing as president to
- 4:32Speaker 1: say them. But President Trump is doing them. Everything he's
- 4:36Speaker 1: doing is what I talked about and recommended and ranted
- 4:40Speaker 1: about for ten years on radio, TV and knew that
- 4:42Speaker 1: nobody would ever do it, no would ever make America
- 4:45Speaker 1: great again. And President Trump tried his best in his
- 4:48Speaker 1: first term, and he did some great things and accomplished
- 4:50Speaker 1: some great things, but nothing compared to what's happening now.
- 4:54Speaker 1: This is unbelievable. This is the moment of our lives.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I mean, the man is ENDINGZI and ending affirmative action.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I mean, it's too much to believe, it's too good
- 5:04Speaker 1: to be true. This is a dream. So it's truly amazing,
- 5:12Speaker 1: truly amazing what Trump is doing. And the second observation,
- 5:16Speaker 1: you know again, I just want to state whatever Waynod
- 5:18Speaker 1: has said for ten years is my dream, Trump is
- 5:21Speaker 1: doing it. The second observation is Reagan was always my hero,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and Trump has now moved far ahead of Reagan, so
- 5:28Speaker 1: far ahead it's like not even a race anymore. It's
- 5:30Speaker 1: like Trump is the president and Reagan is like a
- 5:32Speaker 1: small town Georgia mayor, right, or a small time Georgia
- 5:36Speaker 1: police chief. I mean, it's not even freaking close anymore.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Trump is the greatest Republican ever. He beats Reagan, he
- 5:45Speaker 1: beats Lincoln, he beats all of them. There's nobody even close, great, great,
- 5:51Speaker 1: great president. So you see what is Wayne talking about? Well,
- 5:55Speaker 1: first of all, Trump just let out all fifteen hundred
- 5:58Speaker 1: and j six political prisoners. Who would do that. There's
- 6:01Speaker 1: no other president that would have done it. Jd Vance
- 6:04Speaker 1: let you know, if he was elected president, would have
- 6:05Speaker 1: let out only the nonviolent ones. Well, you know what,
- 6:07Speaker 1: JD that answer was never good enough. That was not
- 6:10Speaker 1: a good answer by JD. Vance, What do you mean
- 6:13Speaker 1: non violent ones? First of all, the whole thing was
- 6:16Speaker 1: a set up, one hundred percent set up. They were
- 6:21Speaker 1: all set up. They were all entrapped by FBI and
- 6:23Speaker 1: FBI informants and no National Guard and waving them into
- 6:27Speaker 1: the building and then arresting him for going in when
- 6:30Speaker 1: they were waved in by the police and shooting at
- 6:33Speaker 1: peaceful protesters with projectiles and hitting him in the head,
- 6:36Speaker 1: would steal batons and breaking their bones. I mean, this
- 6:40Speaker 1: is incredible, truly that anybody you know, this is the
- 6:47Speaker 1: fruit of the poison tree, that you'd want to keep
- 6:49Speaker 1: these people in jail. Four years later, Jake Lang, my
- 6:53Speaker 1: friend who's made so many periods on my show, four
- 6:56Speaker 1: years later, he's in prison without a trial, nine hundred
- 7:01Speaker 1: days in solitary confinement. So truly amazing. And I wrote
- 7:07Speaker 1: a letter on Jake's behalf to President Trump and also
- 7:11Speaker 1: included a letter with my letter from his dad, Ned Lang,
- 7:16Speaker 1: and President Trump took his heart and allowed Jake Lang
- 7:20Speaker 1: to be a free man today. And he's on my
- 7:23Speaker 1: show tonight on Real America's Voice TV, and we'll replay
- 7:25Speaker 1: that interview tomorrow right here on Frank's Beach otherwise known
- 7:30Speaker 1: as Lyndel TV. We'll replay it tomorrow. She'll get a
- 7:33Speaker 1: chance to actually to see it tomorrow here, But if
- 7:37Speaker 1: you get a chance, go to Real America's Voice tonight
- 7:39Speaker 1: at ten pm Eastern, seven pm Pacific and watch it.
- 7:45Speaker 2: So.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Trump is also set to pardon pro life activist targeted
- 7:50Speaker 1: by the Biden regime for fighting against baby murder, against abortion.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Bevelyn Williams sends to forty one months in a federal prison.
- 7:59Speaker 1: She's a mom, she's a Christian pastor. I can't imagine
- 8:03Speaker 1: leaving your husband and kids and going to a protest
- 8:06Speaker 1: and never coming home for four years. How could you
- 8:09Speaker 1: do that to anybody? How could anyone in the world
- 8:12Speaker 1: do that to a nice Christian lady for protesting peacefully
- 8:15Speaker 1: and abortion clinic. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What
- 8:18Speaker 1: else is Trump doing great today? Well, he orders active
- 8:21Speaker 1: duty military forces to the southern border. Yeah, boom boo yah.
- 8:27Speaker 1: He orders the closure of all DEI offices by the
- 8:31Speaker 1: end of the day. In other words, DEI is now dead.
- 8:33Speaker 1: On arrival. DEI is now DEI. It's dead. Trump obliterates DEI.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Every Federal Diversity program employee is on paid leave by
- 8:44Speaker 1: five pm today, and of course it's four pm West
- 8:47Speaker 1: coast times seven pm on the East coast. So they're
- 8:50Speaker 1: all out of a job. Now, how wonderful. And I
- 8:55Speaker 1: don't like anyone being out of a job. By the way,
- 8:56Speaker 1: but gunment employees, we have way too many. We got
- 8:59Speaker 1: to follow our Hovey a malaise pathway in Argentina and
- 9:03Speaker 1: literally fire a third, at least a minimum of a
- 9:08Speaker 1: third of all governed employees, federal goverment employees. There's too
- 9:12Speaker 1: many of them. They make too much money. It's ridiculous.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Trump ends the nineteen sixty five executive order from Lynna
- 9:20Speaker 1: Johnson that began affirmative action. Nineteen sixty five affirmative action
- 9:26Speaker 1: in the US government. I mean, it's get any betterness.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Can you even imagine at getting any betterness? Trump leads
- 9:37Speaker 1: the US towards energy independence and abundance with a slew
- 9:46Speaker 1: of energy executive orders. This is what caused inflation. Does
- 9:51Speaker 1: anybody understand that I'll go through these. There's a whole
- 9:56Speaker 1: slew of them. But just understand, drill baby droell' just
- 9:59Speaker 1: gonna elect crazy. Uh you think I'm done, I'm not
- 10:05Speaker 1: even close. State Department blocks Pride and BLM flags from
- 10:12Speaker 1: embassies and outposts with a new one flag policy. Our
- 10:19Speaker 1: country has one flag called the United States flag. That's
- 10:26Speaker 1: the only flag you're allowed to fly now. No more
- 10:27Speaker 1: Pride flags, no more BLM flags gone. Trump revokes Biden's
- 10:34Speaker 1: order allowing my voice is dying here transgender troops, if
- 10:41Speaker 1: you want to be transgender, it's fine. No one's hurting you.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I've never heard a transgender person. You could be transgender.
- 10:48Speaker 1: You want to switch from a man to a woman,
- 10:50Speaker 1: a woman a man, great, But you can't play women's sports,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and you certainly can't serve in the military. That's it.
- 10:58Speaker 1: You can't do everything you want to do when you're
- 11:01Speaker 1: mixed up and mentally ill and weird and strange. Sorry,
- 11:04Speaker 1: and no more. Rachel Levine's number two at HHS. If
- 11:08Speaker 1: you're a man with a wig and i els and lipstick,
- 11:11Speaker 1: you shouldn't be running the United States governor healthcare in
- 11:14Speaker 1: the United States. Sorry, it's a bridge too far, uh
- 11:20Speaker 1: my pillow. I mean, this is just the greatest we

- 14:47Speaker 1: five Energized health dot com. Did I learned my voice
- 15:01Speaker 1: back under control? Sorry about that? You know. I did
- 15:04Speaker 1: my Real America's Voice TV show and I was so animated.
- 15:08Speaker 1: My voice was so loud, and I thought, wow, my
- 15:11Speaker 1: voice is back. It's the strongest it's been in years,
- 15:14Speaker 1: because I got back from my Hawaii vacation in Christmas
- 15:18Speaker 1: week and my voice has been great ever since. And
- 15:22Speaker 1: I thought, wow, if I solved that problem, and then
- 15:24Speaker 1: all of a sudden it broke again a few minutes
- 15:26Speaker 1: ago because I'm just so animated. I gotta learn to
- 15:29Speaker 1: calm down a little bit, tone down a little bit,
- 15:30Speaker 1: because you just can't go pedal to the metal, balls
- 15:33Speaker 1: to the walls throughout an entire show, four hours a
- 15:36Speaker 1: day on radio TV. It's impossible. Nobody can do it.
- 15:41Speaker 1: And so I got to calm my voice down a
- 15:42Speaker 1: little bit and lower my tone just a little bit.
- 15:44Speaker 1: But acting FBI director his name is Paula Bates. Remember
- 15:48Speaker 1: Christopher ray resign Now Acting FBI Director Paula Baty abruptly
- 15:53Speaker 1: announced his retirement minutes before Trump was sworn in. Folks,
- 15:57Speaker 1: these people are all guilty. Anyone could see that. You'd
- 15:59Speaker 1: have to be a moron not to know that, just
- 16:01Speaker 1: like anyone who gets a pardon at the last minute
- 16:03Speaker 1: who's never been accused of convict of committing a crime
- 16:06Speaker 1: in the first place. Like doctor Fauci is guilty of
- 16:09Speaker 1: a crime. How do you know because he took a pardon.
- 16:13Speaker 1: What if someone's been given a pardon without being accused
- 16:17Speaker 1: of a crime. I think it's very clear they committed
- 16:20Speaker 1: a crime. Huh. I mean doctor Fauci, Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff,
- 16:27Speaker 1: the entire Biden crime family. They all got pardons. How
- 16:31Speaker 1: about the policeman who beat and killed and shot January
- 16:36Speaker 1: sixth peaceful protesters during that faithful day. They were given
- 16:40Speaker 1: a pardon, many of them. We're in a period man
- 16:44Speaker 1: with an outcoming administration just bad people, evil people, and
- 16:49Speaker 1: President Trumpe has got to take them and put them
- 16:53Speaker 1: in prison. There's just no choice. These people have got
- 16:55Speaker 1: to be made an example. So not only the FBI
- 17:00Speaker 1: director resign and the acting FBI director resign. The Bureau
- 17:03Speaker 1: of Prisons director out as well. Colette Peters has led
- 17:07Speaker 1: the Bureau of Prison since August twenty twenty two. She's gone.
- 17:12Speaker 1: She's resigned the minute Trump gets in. You know why,
- 17:15Speaker 1: because she kept the January the January sixth protesters. She's
- 17:18Speaker 1: a piece of garbage. Your fire. Trump boots four high
- 17:22Speaker 1: profile Biden appointees, including Mark Milly, the high profile general.
- 17:27Speaker 1: All of that after midnight on Tuesday. He's firing thousands
- 17:32Speaker 1: of bureaucrats. Trump's FBI overhaul with acting director Brian's Driscoll
- 17:37Speaker 1: puts untouchable Feds on notice. He's coming after all of them.
- 17:42Speaker 1: This is great, This is a dream. Septual State Marco
- 17:46Speaker 1: Rubio ends covid Era work from home BS orders all
- 17:51Speaker 1: state department officials immediately back to work. Great Marco, thank you.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Doj to investigates state or local officials who obstruct greation enforcement.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Perfect timing for Las Vegas. Las Vegas has now announced
- 18:05Speaker 1: that the police here are not going to help Ice
- 18:11Speaker 1: deport illegal aliens. So you know what I say, arrest
- 18:14Speaker 1: them all, not the illegals. The police arrest all the
- 18:18Speaker 1: scumbags that are standing in the way of law and
- 18:22Speaker 1: honor in the United States of America, and if that
- 18:24Speaker 1: includes police chiefs and jarriffs, if that includes the people
- 18:29Speaker 1: working under them, if you are gonna stand in the way,
- 18:32Speaker 1: you should go to prison because you're not an American,
- 18:35Speaker 1: You're a trader. So I want to hear from Las Vegas.
- 18:40Speaker 1: I want to hear what the reasoning is behind this.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Are you not gonna stand in the way and participate
- 18:47Speaker 1: in the arrests and not gonna help? That's terrible, but
- 18:50Speaker 1: that's one thing. But you're gonna let ice come in
- 18:53Speaker 1: and make the arrests or do you think you're gonna
- 18:56Speaker 1: stand in the way and try and stop the arrests?
- 18:59Speaker 1: That's whole other thing. Now you should be sent to guantanamo.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So let's see what the reasoning is of the Vegas
- 19:07Speaker 1: Police Department. You're skirting on some dangerous ground, buddies, because
- 19:12Speaker 1: let me tell you something, Guys like me, you have
- 19:14Speaker 1: millions of followers. Do you know who comes to Vegas
- 19:18Speaker 1: and gambles? It's one hundred percent. All the high rollers
- 19:22Speaker 1: are Wayne roots, successful businessmen, Republican, mostly white, mostly all
- 19:30Speaker 1: Republican almost all college grads and all of them businessmen
- 19:35Speaker 1: and women. Now, if we decide to boycott Las Vegas
- 19:39Speaker 1: because you won't participate in sporting all the illegal criminals,
- 19:44Speaker 1: then guess what. Las Vegas goes down the tubes. Las
- 19:47Speaker 1: Vegas becomes like the Hindenburg. That's the end of Las Vegas.

- 23:30Speaker 1: show host. He's a political analyst. He's the author of
- 23:34Speaker 1: Preserving Liberty, Bold and Brave Solutions to Save American Create
- 23:38Speaker 1: Permanent Freedom. Josh Bernstein, Welcome to Wayne al Ucio. How
- 23:42Speaker 1: are you.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Great to be back on the program with you February fourth.
- 23:46Speaker 3: It's a very good day. That's my fiftieth birthday, so hey,
- 23:50Speaker 3: Thking Gold to that day as well.
- 23:52Speaker 1: But thank you. You got me angry, Josh, you got
- 23:57Speaker 1: me I angry because my next my next party, I'll
- 24:00Speaker 1: be sixty four. So now I'm jealous and angry. But
- 24:02Speaker 1: that's Okay, I love you, and it's okay. I'm glad
- 24:05Speaker 1: you're gonna be.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:08Speaker 1: So tell me about President Trump's DJ when you talk
- 24:13Speaker 1: about all the people that Biden has pardoned, and at
- 24:16Speaker 1: the top of that list, as much as I hate
- 24:19Speaker 1: Liz Cheney and hate Adam Schiff at the top of
- 24:22Speaker 1: the list, and I hate the Biden crime family and
- 24:24Speaker 1: they should all be in jail, at the top of
- 24:26Speaker 1: my list is doctor Fauci. I hate that man. That
- 24:31Speaker 1: man is a mass murderer and he was just pardoned.
- 24:35Speaker 1: So my question for you is they're all pardoned. You
- 24:38Speaker 1: can't go after him, But can you go after him?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Tell me how you would go after him? What would
- 24:43Speaker 1: you do to go after people that think that they're
- 24:46Speaker 1: now free and clear.
- 24:50Speaker 3: Well, the first thing that I would do is I
- 24:53Speaker 3: would pinpoint in particular doctor Anthony Fauci. Why because we
- 24:58Speaker 3: know that he lied to the Senate and to Ran
- 25:02Speaker 3: Paul about gain of function research. This is the reason
- 25:06Speaker 3: why they went all the way back to twenty fourteen
- 25:09Speaker 3: when himself rathed Barrack from North Carolina, and of course
- 25:12Speaker 3: Peter Dayzak from Eco Health Alliance. They all got together
- 25:17Speaker 3: and they were all working on gain of function research
- 25:19Speaker 3: with the Wuhan Lab in Wuhan, China. So there are
- 25:23Speaker 3: a lot of people, sadly in this country that are
- 25:25Speaker 3: suffering from what's known as long COVID. Long COVID is
- 25:29Speaker 3: a terrible, debilitating chronic pain and illness caused from not
- 25:35Speaker 3: getting treatment quick enough basically for the COVID coronavirus. And
- 25:40Speaker 3: so there's a lot of people that would then have
- 25:44Speaker 3: medical standing because they have been injured by something that
- 25:48Speaker 3: he did. So what I suggest is they get a
- 25:51Speaker 3: class action lawsuit together of people that have long COVID,
- 25:55Speaker 3: hundreds and thousands of them probably and do a direct
- 25:59Speaker 3: appeal to the United States Supreme Court forced them to
- 26:04Speaker 3: take the case and finally decide whether or not pre
- 26:10Speaker 3: emptive pardoning is something that should be allowed. And in
- 26:14Speaker 3: the Constitution, I think that if you were able to
- 26:17Speaker 3: do that, have the court look at it. If they
- 26:20Speaker 3: were to overturn and say, I'm sorry, but this preemptive
- 26:23Speaker 3: thing Article two, section two, which clearly says that you
- 26:26Speaker 3: can do that. This needs to be addressed. And if
- 26:29Speaker 3: they can rule on that, guess what happens. All the
- 26:32Speaker 3: people that were parted now are no longer pardoned. So
- 26:36Speaker 3: there are ways to do it, and if you can't
- 26:38Speaker 3: do it that way, then I just suggest just going
- 26:41Speaker 3: after them anyway, give them the Trump treatment, right, I mean,
- 26:43Speaker 3: what did they do. They went after President Trump, they
- 26:46Speaker 3: went after his supporters, They tried to bankrupt them. Let's
- 26:49Speaker 3: just do the same thing and have some you know,
- 26:51Speaker 3: pardon karma if you will on the way out.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Well, so let me, let me let's talk about this,
- 26:56Speaker 1: because you're a smart guy, a creative guy, and I'm
- 26:58Speaker 1: a smart guy, a creative guy, and I've come up
- 27:00Speaker 1: with some solutions. First of all, you mentioned that anybody
- 27:03Speaker 1: who's got long COVID should be part of this lawsuit
- 27:08Speaker 1: or or bringing charges whatever else you can possibly do.
- 27:12Speaker 1: But it's more than that, Josh. There are a lot
- 27:15Speaker 1: of people that had massive heart attacks, a lot of
- 27:17Speaker 1: people had strokes, a lot of people had blood clots,
- 27:19Speaker 1: a lot of people have neurological problems, a lot of
- 27:21Speaker 1: pilots can never fly again because of the issues they've
- 27:25Speaker 1: gotten for the COVID vaccine. And then there's also, in
- 27:28Speaker 1: my opinion, several million Americans who are dead and their estates,
- 27:33Speaker 1: their surviving partner or their children could very well join
- 27:37Speaker 1: the lawsuit as well, so it could be even more
- 27:40Speaker 1: than your thinking right. And then and then, second of all,
- 27:49Speaker 1: so your idea is great, I'm just expanding it a
- 27:51Speaker 1: little bit. And then your idea that you know, maybe
- 27:53Speaker 1: we can get rid of these pardons because there should
- 27:55Speaker 1: be no such thing as a preemptive pardon for a
- 27:58Speaker 1: crime that has not been charged, is a great idea.
- 28:01Speaker 1: But let me give you a second idea. Why can't
- 28:03Speaker 1: you go to the Supreme Court and argue that none
- 28:05Speaker 1: of the partons count because the man who gave the
- 28:08Speaker 1: pardons was clearly mentally incapacitated. I believe that would make
- 28:12Speaker 1: them null and void if you could prove that, Biden,
- 28:15Speaker 1: since the moment of the debate with Trump, the whole
- 28:18Speaker 1: nation saw that he was mentally incapacitated. From that moment
- 28:23Speaker 1: on nothing he did, it should all be null and void.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Nothing should count. And certainly those partons don't count when
- 28:28Speaker 1: a man doesn't know what he's doing. So that's another
- 28:31Speaker 1: way to look at it. And let me give you
- 28:33Speaker 1: a third one. Let me get your reaction to third one.
- 28:35Speaker 1: How did they get Trump? Well, they went after with
- 28:38Speaker 1: the federal government, Jack Smith, but they also went after
- 28:40Speaker 1: Trump on the state level. New York went after him,
- 28:43Speaker 1: Georgia went after him, Fanny Willis, Alvin Bragg. Why can't
- 28:47Speaker 1: Republican state ags in bright red safe Republican states Utah, Oklahoma, Alabama, Florida,
- 28:55Speaker 1: they should all go after Fauci and Liz Cheney and
- 29:00Speaker 1: Adam Schiff and the Biden crime family. You can go
- 29:03Speaker 1: after anyone who's pardon on the state level, and there's
- 29:07Speaker 1: nothing that federal pardon does to protect them on the
- 29:10Speaker 1: state level. Ask Steve Baett about that New York State
- 29:13Speaker 1: went after him. Doesn't matter that drum pardon them on
- 29:15Speaker 1: the federal level. How about that one. Let's go after
- 29:18Speaker 1: him on the state level.
- 29:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that's an excellent idea as well. Obviously,
- 29:24Speaker 3: we want to continue to go through and investigate all
- 29:28Speaker 3: of these people. We already have the receipts, right, we
- 29:31Speaker 3: have all the proof of the crimes that they've committed.
- 29:34Speaker 3: So I think at this point, if they have now
- 29:37Speaker 3: been given this part in which they have, they can
- 29:40Speaker 3: no longer plead the Fifth Amendment. So therefore you can
- 29:43Speaker 3: question them, and if they don't want to be questioned
- 29:46Speaker 3: or they defy the subpoena. Well then then they get
- 29:49Speaker 3: the Steve Benn and Peter Navarro treatment, right, then they
- 29:52Speaker 3: go to jail for four months, right right, Good for
- 29:55Speaker 3: the goose, is good for the gander. That's exactly what
- 29:57Speaker 3: they did to those two patriots, so they can also
- 30:00Speaker 3: have of course, their security clearance is stripped as well,
- 30:04Speaker 3: so there are ways to punitively damage them. But again,
- 30:08Speaker 3: I think you're right. I think you're onto something with
- 30:10Speaker 3: the Supreme Court.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and the state Ags. I'm telling you there's no
- 30:14Speaker 1: reason why Republican State ag can't go after these people
- 30:18Speaker 1: the same way that you know, Fanny Willis and Alvin
- 30:21Speaker 1: Bragg went after that.
- 30:23Speaker 3: With Tina Peters, right right, it's a night situation. He
- 30:27Speaker 3: can't write, he can't touch it. Sadly, yeah, it's reverse.
- 30:31Speaker 1: You know. Let me ask you a question. This was
- 30:33Speaker 1: not part of our original discussion, but now you brought
- 30:35Speaker 1: up Tina Peters. I get so many emails every day
- 30:39Speaker 1: from my fans asking me, Wayne, why aren't you asking
- 30:42Speaker 1: for a pardon of Tina Peters? And I have to
- 30:45Speaker 1: explain to every one of them. I kind of cut
- 30:47Speaker 1: and paste. I said the same thing to every one
- 30:48Speaker 1: of them. Tina Peters was sentenced on a state level.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Trump has nothing to.
- 30:52Speaker 3: Do with it.
- 30:53Speaker 1: He cannot give her a party. There's nothing you can do.
- 30:56Speaker 1: But there's got to be something we can do. So
- 30:58Speaker 1: what if Trump said, I'm going to withhold all funding
- 31:01Speaker 1: from the state of Colorado to you, let this miscarriage
- 31:04Speaker 1: of justice be undone at Tina Peters's free, and if
- 31:07Speaker 1: the governor doesn't want money anymore, you know, you can
- 31:09Speaker 1: go broke. Colorado and Denver could go broke, the mayor
- 31:12Speaker 1: go broke. Tell them all you either let Tina Peters
- 31:15Speaker 1: go or I'm cutting off all funding for Colorado. Could
- 31:17Speaker 1: a president do that? I don't see why not. I
- 31:20Speaker 1: love it. Yeah, you know what, he can do that.
- 31:22Speaker 3: And you're obviously close enough to him to portray poor
- 31:26Speaker 3: lay that information to him. But the other thing is,
- 31:29Speaker 3: let's go after the judge. Let's go after the prosecutors
- 31:32Speaker 3: that you know, did these horrific charges against her that again,
- 31:36Speaker 3: she didn't commit any crime. They were just you know, exposed,
- 31:40Speaker 3: and so they were upset about that, and that's why
- 31:42Speaker 3: they did what they did. This is a gold star, mom,
- 31:45Speaker 3: This is a wonderful human being, a great patriot, nicely,
- 31:48Speaker 3: and that's what needs to do. You're right, let's put
- 31:51Speaker 3: some pressure on Colorado.
- 31:53Speaker 1: No, that's a terrible miscarriage. I fought hard for Jake Lang,
- 31:56Speaker 1: really hard for Jake Lang, and I'm about to fight
- 31:58Speaker 1: hard for Pete Rose. By the way, posthumously, p Rose
- 32:01Speaker 1: is now dead, but I want President Trump to pardon him,
- 32:04Speaker 1: which will open the way for him to go into
- 32:06Speaker 1: the Baseball Hall of Fame. And I think it's time
- 32:08Speaker 1: to start fighting for Tina Peters because what's happened to
- 32:11Speaker 1: her is one of the great travesties of injustice in
- 32:14Speaker 1: the history of this country. Let's talk about your book.
- 32:17Speaker 1: In the time we have left preserving liberty, what do
- 32:21Speaker 1: you think is killing our great nation? I think whatever
- 32:23Speaker 1: it is, Trump has probably got the solution in the
- 32:26Speaker 1: last forty eight hours. He's amazing. He's a machine. The
- 32:29Speaker 1: way he's going after everything bad I've ever pointed out,
- 32:32Speaker 1: he's doing it. Tell us, give us, we got about
- 32:35Speaker 1: a minute left. Give us a little synopsis.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Yeah, he's very poised this time around. You can tell
- 32:42Speaker 3: it's not new to him. He's very relaxed, and he's
- 32:45Speaker 3: had a lot of time four years. Sadly, that they
- 32:48Speaker 3: took from him to continue to kind of think about
- 32:51Speaker 3: it and things like that.
- 32:52Speaker 1: In my book, I have.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Very similar solutions to some of the things that are
- 32:55Speaker 3: going on. But one thing I want to stress is
- 32:58Speaker 3: that in any other situation, if we had a president
- 33:01Speaker 3: come in and put two hundred executive orders down, we
- 33:05Speaker 3: would be pulling what hair I don't have left on
- 33:08Speaker 3: my head out and be freaking out. In this case,
- 33:10Speaker 3: we understand why he's doing it because he has to
- 33:13Speaker 3: fix all the damage. But I would like to get
- 33:15Speaker 3: to a point of permanent freedom, as I talk about
- 33:18Speaker 3: in the book, in which we can pass actual legislation
- 33:22Speaker 3: that will then insulate amazing.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Just stay there, We're headed to a break. Stay there.
- 33:27Speaker 1: I'll pick you up on the other side. Don't go away.
- 33:29Speaker 1: LL be right back. Hi, this is Wayne Allen Route.

- 37:10Speaker 1: all time high. I mentioned that because the sponsor of
- 37:12Speaker 1: this segment is Advantage Gold. You'd be the judge. From
- 37:16Speaker 1: January of two thousand December of twenty twenty four, if
- 37:19Speaker 1: you invested one hundred thousand dollars in the stock market,
- 37:21Speaker 1: you'd have done very well. The Dow was up almost
- 37:24Speaker 1: three hundred percent, the S and P of five hundred
- 37:26Speaker 1: up over three hundred percent, the Nasdaq sword almost four
- 37:30Speaker 1: hundred percent, but gold skyrocketed eight hundred and twenty five percent.
- 37:36Speaker 1: If you had one hundred thousand dollars invested in gold
- 37:39Speaker 1: in January two thousand, today it'd be worth about nine
- 37:41Speaker 1: hundred and twenty five thousand dollars. And who you buy
- 37:45Speaker 1: your goal from matters which why buy mine from Advantage Gold.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Matter of fact, my wife Cindy gave me a beautiful

- 38:57Speaker 1: All right, back with Josh Bernstein, we're gonna do aw
- 39:00Speaker 1: here because I'm trying to ask about his book Preserving Liberty.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Tell us some of the things in Preserving Liberty that
- 39:08Speaker 1: perhaps tie in with what President Trump has been doing
- 39:12Speaker 1: for the last let's see Monday, he became president Tuesday, Wednesday,
- 39:16Speaker 1: last three days. Anything in that book that Trump is
- 39:19Speaker 1: on right now and what should he be on? Like
- 39:22Speaker 1: you know, as they say, White on Rice.
- 39:26Speaker 3: Well, I've come up with a couple of different solutions
- 39:29Speaker 3: the Truth and Media Act. I've also suggested the fifty
- 39:33Speaker 3: one people have their security clearances stripped. Of course he's
- 39:37Speaker 3: gone ahead and done that. Another thing is is rating
- 39:41Speaker 3: in the FISA Court. You know, you have a court
- 39:44Speaker 3: that is working in concert, secretly, secretively, really and parallel
- 39:49Speaker 3: to the Supreme Court for well over forty years. It's
- 39:52Speaker 3: been around since the late nineteen seventies. It has a
- 39:55Speaker 3: ninety nine point nine percent acceptance rate on spy warrants.
- 40:00Speaker 3: And every single person appointed to that court is done
- 40:04Speaker 3: by John G. Roberts Junior, the Chief Justice of the
- 40:07Speaker 3: Supreme Court. So at a very minimum I talk about
- 40:09Speaker 3: in the book, why not take that away from the
- 40:12Speaker 3: Chief Justice and force them to go through and advise
- 40:15Speaker 3: and consent and Senate confirmation hearing in order to have
- 40:19Speaker 3: those judges chosen. Although altogether I'd like to get rid
- 40:22Speaker 3: of the entire viz of court. But if we can't
- 40:24Speaker 3: do that, then it needs some oversight, for sure. That's
- 40:27Speaker 3: one thing that I talk about. As far as elections
- 40:31Speaker 3: and as far as what's happening with the border, I
- 40:34Speaker 3: talk about the Swanson section of Vermont which has the
- 40:37Speaker 3: most amount of crossings, because a lot of these legal
- 40:41Speaker 3: immigrants are realizing it's a lot less treacherous and a
- 40:44Speaker 3: lot less dangerous to go through Canada than it is
- 40:47Speaker 3: to go through Columbia into Panama into the Darien Gap
- 40:52Speaker 3: with child traffickers and murderers and rapists and marauders and
- 40:55Speaker 3: all these other people go through Central America into Mexico
- 40:58Speaker 3: and then into the United States. Just take a flight
- 41:00Speaker 3: from Bogata, as they've been doing secretly all these airports,
- 41:04Speaker 3: which I expose all those airports, they fly into Canada
- 41:08Speaker 3: and then you know, just walk on over because there's
- 41:10Speaker 3: nobody there. And so we've got to have a border
- 41:13Speaker 3: construction wall on both sides, not just the southern border.
- 41:17Speaker 3: I talk about that in Preserving Liberty as well.
- 41:20Speaker 2: I like it.
- 41:20Speaker 1: You know, you know what a bugaboo of mine is
- 41:23Speaker 1: is I think we should take the Civil Rights Act.
- 41:25Speaker 1: I think it was of nineteen sixty four. I believe
- 41:28Speaker 1: where they basically say, you can't, you know, deny someone
- 41:31Speaker 1: or hire someone based on whether they're black or white, race, gender, religion,
- 41:36Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. But you know what they should do.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Trump should do an executive order that adds the words
- 41:42Speaker 1: political beliefs, because you should not be able to hire
- 41:45Speaker 1: someone or fire someone anywhere in America, or rent to them,
- 41:49Speaker 1: or refuse to rent to them just based on a
- 41:52Speaker 1: he's a conservative. I refuse to allow him to rent
- 41:56Speaker 1: from me. I refuse to allow him admission into college,
- 41:58Speaker 1: I refuse to hire him. I think conservatives should be
- 42:02Speaker 1: protected the same way that race and religion, and sex
- 42:06Speaker 1: and gender is protected. All of that. So I think
- 42:10Speaker 1: Trump should add to the Civil Rights Act of nineteen
- 42:13Speaker 1: sixty four.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Your thoughts, I think that's a great idea. Another thing
- 42:18Speaker 3: that I discussed in the book is called the Transition
- 42:21Speaker 3: Act that I created, which basically states that anybody from
- 42:25Speaker 3: a previous administration would have to reapply for their job.
- 42:29Speaker 3: In other words, once their term is up, they have
- 42:32Speaker 3: three days to reapply for their job, otherwise they're fired automatically.
- 42:37Speaker 3: And of course schedule F will help along with that
- 42:40Speaker 3: as well. So we have to understand that these entrenched
- 42:43Speaker 3: administrative state folks are stuck there, and it's not necessarily
- 42:47Speaker 3: President Trump and his cabinet that are kind of running
- 42:49Speaker 3: the country. It's these entrenched right bureau Buera press from
- 42:53Speaker 3: ses that have been there for thirty five forty years.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Josh, I'm getting a ten count by year. We're on
- 42:58Speaker 1: the run. But Josh Bernstein's talk show host. He's the
- 43:01Speaker 1: author of Preserving Liberty. Grab a copy of his book.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Great guy, Thank you, Josh, God Bless, Happy New Year, great.
- 43:07Speaker 3: Tag done to God Bless anytime.

- 43:25Speaker 1: The price of gold is hearing it all time high
- 43:28Speaker 1: at central banks. The smartest mind to the financial world
- 43:30Speaker 1: bought the most golden history in twenty twenty two, then
- 43:32Speaker 1: they bought the most golden history in twenty twenty three,
- 43:35Speaker 1: and now they're on pace to the all time record.
- 43:36Speaker 1: And who's buying the most gold in the world China.
