⚡ELON MUSK KNOWS!⚡The BIG Question about SILVER 😏.. (Gold Price Too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:02
Do you ever get the feeling that silver and gold are living on
0:06
borrowed time? And what I mean by that is that
0:09
we are a fastly approaching a period where we could see
0:13
massive price increases in silver and gold.
0:18
Guys, when? We look all over the world when
0:20
we look at China, when we look at India, when we look at
0:23
Vietnam, when we look at Thailand, and the list goes on
0:27
and on for both gold and silver. We are seeing unbelievable
0:33
demand numbers. Look, we got to be real, OK?
0:36
I know most of you are joining me from the West, a lot of you
0:39
from the United States, Canada, a lot of you from Australia,
0:43
right? And I'm, I guess I don't know,
0:45
is Australia a Western? Country, I'm not sure, but
0:47
nonetheless we got to be real about the fact that we can thank
0:52
Asia, yes Asia, the BRICS countries in general for this
0:57
massive. Price move that we've had in
1:00
silver and gold and now Elon Musk point something out on X
1:06
yesterday that does have something very much to do with
1:11
the silver price. And it got 10 million views or
1:14
10 million shares or whatever you want to call it.
1:17
Guys, everywhere we look, there's a growing story, a
1:21
growing fundamental story for the silver and gold price, and
1:24
it's mostly being driven by Asia, OK?
1:28
But the good news is, as you know, that if the Western
1:32
investors just stop hating gold and silver so much, right?
1:38
I've heard Rick Rule say that. And by the way, I will be having
1:41
Rick Rule as a guest here in the basement in just a few weeks.
1:45
But I loved when Rick Rule said that like he was talking about
1:48
silver. And he said.
1:50
We don't need silver to be loved for the price to go through the
1:55
roof to be loved by Western investors.
1:58
No, we just needed to be a little less hated.
2:02
I mean, we have so much runway of for improvement in the silver
2:06
price just when the Western investor comes back, right?
2:11
I mean, wait till you see this data that I'm going to show you
2:14
regarding what's going on in Asia.
2:16
It is fascinating. But let's start by taking a look
2:20
at and I am in Pfc. Hold on, bear with me.
2:24
We are live in Ron's basement and I think you you're still
2:28
here, right? Yeah, you're still here.
2:30
Let's go take a look at this tweet from Elon Musk.
2:35
The one and only. Elon Musk, I hear that his car
2:39
company Tesla's having a good morning.
2:42
I know there's people have a, a, a variety of opinions regarding
2:47
Tesla, but none the less, this is about solar and he retweeted
2:51
this tweet from Alex Stapp newly added solar capacity year to
2:56
date in China. OK, now we're going to dig into.
2:59
This a little. More that shows 2024.
3:02
I've got another chart that'll show it better, but what you
3:05
want to see is 11 million people.
3:08
Now stop, basement dwellers, stop right now.
3:11
OK, I'm telling you. I'm telling you, when you're
3:16
think about a solar panel, don't think of a solar panel as a
3:20
solar panel. Think of a solar panel as a one
3:24
ounce American Silver Eagle or a one ounce Krugerrand or a one
3:29
ounce silver bar. Because at this point.
3:32
OK, I know that the previous generations had about 2/3 of an
3:36
ounce of silver in them, but the newer generation of solar panels
3:39
have more and more silver in them.
3:42
Just for for for example, purposes, when we see a solar
3:46
panel, when you're driving down the road, think of the nearest,
3:49
you know, maybe you've got them on your house, maybe your
3:51
neighbors. When you look at those panels,
3:53
think of an ounce of silver. And when you see what's going on
3:56
in China, it is downright crazy. And when Elon Musk retweets a
4:01
tweet and it gets 11,000,000 views, you know?
4:06
Things are moving, but let's go take a look at this because it
4:09
explains it a little bit better. It's guys, it's unbelievable the
4:15
amount of demand that we are seeing for silver from the solar
4:19
industry. This one came.
4:21
From. Lori Miraverta, she says China
4:26
added 19 gigawatts. I've got something also very
4:31
interesting. Do you know what a GW is?
4:34
Eisenhower, I'll be honest with you, I'm not the biggest.
4:37
I'm not, I'm not an electric guru.
4:38
But I've got some information for you about what a GW is that
4:42
you're going to find absolutely fascinating.
4:44
But a GW is also a huge amount of silver when it is produced by
4:49
solar. Back to this tweet.
4:52
Let's keep it on track here. What do you say, basement?
4:54
Well, there's China added 19 gigawatts of solar, 3 gigawatts
4:58
of wind and 1.2 gigawatts of nuclear in May 79 gigawatts of
5:03
solar and 20 gigawatts of wind were added between January and
5:07
May. So the what?
5:09
The first five months of the year increasing 29% and 21% from
5:14
last year's numbers. Solar edition speed up in May
5:18
from the last month in May of last year.
5:21
But let's take a look at these charts, guys.
5:23
This chart on the left is the one right there.
5:27
Solar OK newly added power capacity year to date OK, Look
5:32
over here 2019-2020 2020 two 2020.
5:39
Three, obviously that's for the whole year through May of this
5:43
year. We are again at adding capacity
5:48
at a rate which is going to be a new record.
5:51
We are living on borrowed time in the silver market.
5:56
There is no other way to talk about it.
5:58
We are living off the reserves. It'd be like you and your wife
6:03
are you and your husband are you and your partner are just you.
6:07
And by the way, there is only one you.
6:09
I forgot the most important part of the show.
6:12
It's a big deal that you decide to give us your time graciously
6:16
to join us here in the basement. On behalf of myself and Susie
6:20
Silver, Susie, my wife, the boss, we want to say thank you
6:24
for being here. We hope you find a little refuge
6:27
from the storm, a home away from home where you can talk about
6:31
your favorite subjects. At the top of the list are, of
6:34
course, silver and gold. That's what we.
6:37
Tend to focus on on this channel so thank you for being here
6:40
please give this a thumbs up that helps the channel helps get
6:43
the word out to more people and subscribe if you haven't already
6:48
that helps as well thank you now when we're talking about this
6:53
whole silver situation 2/3 of a of a now I forgot my.
6:57
Train of thought. Bear with me, I'll get back on
7:02
track in just one second. OK.
7:05
The solar story is huge, and it's going to continue to be
7:08
huge. It's happening faster and faster
7:11
than ever. Oh, I promised you something
7:12
interesting. That's right.
7:14
I know you're, you're fascinated already, but it's going to get
7:16
more fascinating. OK, here.
7:19
Here we go. OK.
7:22
And I think the guy, what's his name, Salivate Metal, kind of
7:25
broke this story last night, so I want to give him credit.
7:28
But this one, the world's largest solar plant.
7:31
Featuring over 5 million panels. 5 million.
7:35
Remember what we said earlier, guys, just just for example's
7:39
sake, you can think of each panel as one ounce of silver.
7:43
Oh, I know what it is. We're living on borrowed time.
7:46
OK, then I'm gonna get back to this.
7:48
OK? We are.
7:48
We are. We are pulling silver out of the
7:51
reserves every year. It would be like if you and your
7:54
partner, spouse. Whatever You yourself, we're
7:57
living, we're 35 or 40 years old.
8:00
Wouldn't that be nice to be that young again, huh?
8:02
Those of you out there who are enjoy your youth, but none the
8:05
less, being 30 years old and and living off your $200,000 four O
8:12
1K balance, right, It's only going to last for so long.
8:15
Say no, I'm not going to work. I'm going to take five years
8:18
off. Well, guess what, at the end of
8:20
those five years, all that money's gone.
8:21
That's exactly what's going on right now in the silver market.
8:24
We are living on borrowed. Time we are pulling from the
8:29
world, from the reserves, right? It's it can only go on for so
8:34
long and you know the whole story.
8:36
There is not new silver production coming online.
8:40
Not at all. Forget about that.
8:42
Sorry. Silver institute, OK, there will
8:46
be decreasing silver production in the years to come.
8:50
World's largest solar plant 5 million panels get switched on
8:55
in China. It looks really cool.
8:58
Somebody says wait till you see this picture.
9:02
You got that, my friends, is what, 5 million?
9:06
So so look at think about that. Not as a big field full of all
9:10
those millions and millions of solar panels.
9:13
That's a giant fields with millions and millions of one
9:18
ounce silver bars, American silver Eagles.
9:21
However you want to think about it, that's what it is.
9:23
Let's just look at some of the highlights here.
9:26
The title World's largest is a brief designation for wind and
9:29
solar farms worldwide as they exceed establish turbine height,
9:33
panel count and capacity limits. What they're saying is week
9:37
after week, it seems like we're hearing about a new world's
9:40
biggest solar farm. We know India also is building
9:44
solar farms the size of Paris there.
9:47
I mean, come on, is this is huge, guys.
9:51
The thing is. They're out in the middle of
9:53
nowhere, so nobody sees them until I share pictures like that
9:57
last. One with you.
9:58
Right. I mean, they are building these
10:00
things out all over the place now.
10:03
A subsidiary of China Green Development Investment Group has
10:06
turned on the world's largest solar plant.
10:08
What does? What's a GW wait till?
10:10
You hear the GW? We're going to get into that,
10:12
yes. Going to share the picture.
10:16
Or just talk about. It oh, I'm going to share it,
10:17
which I forgot to do OK, guys, hold on.
10:20
I apologize. I made a mistake.
10:24
What wrong one? OK, here we go Here's the
10:28
picture. I thank you Susie.
10:30
You saved me on that one. I forgot to share the screen.
10:33
That's the picture guys again, that's 5 million.
10:36
That's probably only, I don't know a million of them.
10:38
It goes on for miles and miles. They say that is you think of
10:45
not that think of of that picture is not a bunch of solar
10:47
panels, but a bunch of one ounce silver bars.
10:50
Sorry, I forgot to share the screen.
10:54
So they're talking it's a 3.5 GW operation, blah, blah, blah.
10:57
This is interesting. Has more than 5,260,000 million
11:03
panels again or we could say ounces of silver roughly
11:06
speaking. For reference, a GW one GW can
11:11
power 100 million LED light. Bulbs.
11:15
That's a lot, OK? Reuters reported that the 33,000
11:19
acre solar farm in Xinjiang, which came online on June 3rd,
11:22
will generate about 6.09 billion kilowatt electric hours
11:29
electricity each year, enough to power the country of.
11:31
Papua New Guinea. All right, so this is happening
11:34
right beneath our eyes. Solar is taking off.
11:37
And I think, oh, here we go. Photovoltaic solar power
11:40
generated about only 4.5%. I thought that was interesting
11:44
of global electricity in 2022. Silver and photovoltaic are hand
11:51
in hand. What I what I think is important
11:53
to recognize there for us guys. I mean, do you agree?
11:56
4.5%. If that were to let's say
12:00
quadruple, that would be what, 18% that's not out of line, OK,
12:06
behind, behind hydropower and when but.
12:10
Solar's growth was up 26% with China creating about almost 40%
12:16
of the new capacity. I got to come back to you guys.
12:19
I really apologize. That happens from time to time.
12:22
I don't realize that I'm not sharing the screen, so please
12:25
forgive me. I will continue to do the best I
12:28
can with my presentation skills for you here in the basement,
12:32
right? And I'm going to say it again.
12:33
Thank you for being here. It's a big deal.
12:36
I appreciate. OK.
12:38
And Susie says we got 100 likes. Let's let's do it.
12:44
Let's ping it 10 times 345678910 that's 10 pings of the bell for
12:53
the 100 thumbs up. Thank you guys.
12:55
I will ring the other bell now let's learn this is this is this
12:59
I found this very, very interesting about a GW how much
13:03
power is one get this quick education, but this is this also
13:06
was kind of fascinating to me. For instance, at the end of
13:10
2022, there were over 144 gigawatts of wind power, but I
13:16
didn't realize only 110 gigawatts of solar photovoltaic
13:22
power in the United States. There's more wind power being
13:25
generated than solar here in the United States.
13:27
I have a feeling that's going to change.
13:29
That's not the point of this. Stay with me because you're
13:31
about to be. Fascinated.
13:33
If you're anything like me in purple.
13:35
To help put this number into perspective, it's important to
13:39
know just how big one GW is. Like, I have no idea.
13:42
Like, what's a GW? A Watt is a measure of power,
13:46
and there are 1 billion watts. In one GW OK, but really here
13:52
this is interesting. How much power is one GW?
13:57
2.5 million solar panels again guys, those aren't solar panels.
14:01
Those are little silver bars, but it's also can be looked at
14:05
3. It's also 310 utility scale wind
14:09
turbines. This is not the really the
14:10
interesting part. This gets more interesting.
14:12
It's also one GW is 100 million. LED bulbs, guys, the energy and
14:19
electronic transformation is going on right now in our world
14:24
and it all has everything to do with silver.
14:28
Right. OK, I'm I'm staying on track
14:31
with you here. This.
14:32
Is where I got. Interesting one.
14:34
GW power is also roughly equal to 1.3 million horses.
14:41
I thought that was interesting based on horsepower to watts
14:44
conversion, 746 watts equals 1 horsepower.
14:48
I mean, this is how I mean, I know just just to keep this in
14:52
perspective, that's how, because I've heard that say about about
14:56
like a barrel of oil is equal to 2000 hours of manual labor by an
15:02
by an average man. This is how energy
15:05
transformations take place. And we're going to talk a little
15:07
bit more because it gets even more interesting.
15:09
It's also one gigawatts equal to 2000 Corvette Z Oh, sixes, kind
15:15
of a cool car, no doubt about it, 9090 Nissan Leafs.
15:21
So anyway that that just gives you, I think that's the most
15:23
interesting 1.31 gigawatts equal to 1.3 million horses.
15:27
We are in Do you? Do you believe?
15:31
That we are in the midst right now of an energy revolution an
15:35
an electronics revolution, right?
15:38
I believe we are. But what does that mean, right?
15:41
That means there's one critical metal that runs common amongst
15:46
almost all the technologies involved in the green energy
15:50
revolution, in the electronics technology revolution, and the
15:54
semiconductors. Right.
15:56
We're not even gonna. It's silver, right?
15:58
Is silver the new oil? We talked about this like 2-3
16:02
weeks ago, right? The last 100 years oil
16:05
transformed the world because it was energy.
16:09
Remember what I just said earlier?
16:10
1 barrel of oil. And don't quote me on this, but
16:12
there is a a a stat out there like 1 barrel of oil can create
16:17
the energy that's equal to like one man working 2000 hours a
16:21
year or however long it is. Half a year?
16:24
Year and a half what? A but right oil.
16:27
Because of, of, of technology innovations that came about
16:30
about 100 years ago, transformed the world from an energy
16:34
perspective. Now, I'm not one of these people
16:37
that says, well, in 10 years, oil's gonna be gone.
16:39
No, Excuse me, I don't think oil's gonna be gone.
16:43
But I do know. That green energy is taking a
16:49
lion's share. In the next, let's say 20 to 50
16:53
years, five years from the, the oil industry and, and and is
16:58
silver the new oil for the next 100 years, right we're.
17:02
Going to talk later. Silvers and everything.
17:04
It's even used in nuclear reactors.
17:06
I mean, it's absolutely mind numbing what's going on right
17:09
now in the world and we're not even talking about let's just
17:13
briefly touch on this is what's driving the metals.
17:18
This is in particular what's driving the silver price.
17:22
Do you? Is it any wonder?
17:23
Let's run out here. Let's go out and take a look.
17:25
Is it any wonder, right? I am really impressed with
17:28
silver. Let me make sure I'm on here
17:30
now. OK?
17:31
I am and here we are at the Pendex website.
17:33
Let's do a quick refresh. OK, Silver's up 14 cents are are
17:38
you? I'm really impressed with how
17:41
how resilient the silver price has been over let's say the last
17:44
two to three weeks. Silver just keeps holding in
17:49
there. I I had said earlier, if we can
17:51
make it through this, you know, kind of July, mid August time
17:56
frame with the silver price holding above 262728 ish per oz.
18:01
But so far, knock on wood, OK, knock on some wood with me.
18:05
I don't know if you heard that. Silver's holding strong and This
18:10
is why, right? This because they're guys were
18:13
living off their reserves at the same time where the demand
18:18
because of what I showed you is going through the roof.
18:20
Let's say thank you to channel sponsor Pimbex Pi MB EX OK, It's
18:26
where I buy my silver. They sponsored the channel.
18:30
I think August is going to be a full year, but I first started
18:33
buying silver from Pimbex months before that.
18:37
And as a happy customer, I was even more happy when they
18:40
offered to sponsor Ron's Basement because I know when I
18:43
go to Pinbex, I've got a great selection to choose from.
18:46
I mean, look at this guys, all these different gold coins, all
18:50
these different silver coins, bars, products, and we'll go
18:53
platinum group, same thing, OK? I know the selection's going to
18:57
be great. I know that it's a company that
19:01
I can trust. I've developed a very high level
19:04
of confidence that when I order something from Pimbex, it's
19:06
going to show up, it's going to be wrapped like Fort Knox.
19:09
But what I really? Like is when I order something
19:12
from Pimbex, that package that shows up, it's got a little
19:15
extra silver in there because I'm able to buy an ounce or two
19:19
more each time with all the money that I saved.
19:23
When I compare their prices to the other big online bullion
19:26
dealers, but you need. To figure it out.
19:29
For yourself, I never tell you what to do.
19:31
I'm not giving financial advice, but I'll just say I think you'll
19:35
benefit if next time you're looking to buy some silver, gold
19:38
or platinum, you check out Pembeks and they can help with
19:41
IRA conversions as well. Let's do an update here.
19:44
Look at that. Since we've been on silver's
19:46
gone up to cents. Maybe we should just sit here
19:48
all day and keep hitting refresh.
19:52
No, didn't work that time. All right, let's go back just
19:56
quickly. We're not going to get into
19:58
this. It's not just China.
20:00
OK guys. And wait till you hear what's
20:03
going on in Thailand and Vietnam right now with precious metals.
20:08
It is happening. We don't know what's happening
20:11
in the United States because of two things.
20:13
Number one, we're, we're so like we live in a bubble in the
20:16
United States and #2 the mainstream media and our
20:21
government doesn't want us to know what's going on.
20:24
Don't forget guys. The federal government does not
20:27
like gold and silver. That's been well proven and well
20:32
documented. So while the rest of the world
20:34
is going precious metals crazy, I mean, does it make, does it
20:37
make sense that that's why we got gold at 2300 and silver like
20:42
$29.00 per oz? The world is going crazy over
20:45
these metals. But in America, we're just like,
20:48
we're like in a we're like, like, our heads are not you and
20:51
me, but our fellow Americans. Heads are in the sand.
20:55
That's what I'm trying to say. You want to look at India real
20:58
quickly, All right, We're not going to spend a lot of time on
21:01
this one. But India imports more silver in
21:04
four months, the first four months of 2024, then in all of
21:09
2023. And again, I'm not, we're not
21:12
going to dig into this, but it's all from industrial demand.
21:16
They're the world's biggest silver consumer.
21:20
They, they, they just to put it in perspective, down here in
21:22
purple, they imported 4 / 4000 metric tons from January to
21:26
April and in last year in that same period, January to April,
21:31
they only. Imported 455, forty 200 this
21:36
year, 460 last year. Case closed.
21:40
OK, all right, there's other big news going on and then we're
21:43
going to talk about what's happening in Thailand.
21:46
Thailand I'm trying to get. Bry the Thai guy to come on
21:50
here. One of my best friends was my
21:51
neighbor. He's lived in Thailand for like
21:53
20 years now. Super successful guy.
21:57
He's not going to come on today, but I'm going to get Bry the
21:59
Thai guy on here. He's like the president of the
22:02
Rotary Club. Super successful, smart, cool
22:05
guy. To ask him what he's sensing on
22:08
the streets of Thailand because this news we're getting out of
22:11
Thailand is crazy, But we got other big news stories to cover,
22:14
things that are going to impact the price of silver and gold.
22:17
OK, let me make sure I got everything colored covered here.
22:22
Yes. OK.
22:23
All right, let's talk. Let's switch gears quickly
22:26
because the big news of the day, we got a couple of big news
22:29
stories. Number one, our old friend.
22:31
Wow. Wait a minute.
22:33
I guess, boy, we've been on A roll lately.
22:36
This guy, this guy, he's in Europe.
22:40
He's over in Europe, you know. Do you know who that is?
22:44
Come on. If you don't know who that is,
22:45
basement dwellers, you need to write it down right now.
22:47
That's Jerome Powell. Hi, everybody.
22:57
You may not like it, I'm not, I don't like it, but I'm telling
23:00
you temporarily. Temporarily, just like when
23:03
Nixon took us off the gold standard temporarily.
23:06
We're back in a little period of.
23:08
Time when the silver price and gold price are going to be more
23:12
dramatically affected by what goes on with economic data in
23:16
the Federal Reserve. It does not diminish the fact
23:20
that it still remains that it's short term noise, but
23:24
temporarily OK. Remember back in December?
23:27
When gold was fighting for 2000 and we predicted us basement
23:32
dwellers that by May we would have $2500 gold, which we became
23:37
very close to. We got the 2450 go back and
23:40
check the old live streams, OK? But back in December, we said
23:45
we're in a new environment, a new paradigm.
23:47
For the gold and silver price and we are, but temporarily
23:50
we're still going to have a little little little relapses,
23:54
right? Gold and silver are going to be
23:57
during the summer doldrums affected by the Fed.
23:59
And what do we get? News.
24:00
I mean, it's such BS, OK, I'm sorry, I got to call it what it
24:04
is, OK Such BS such Mickey Mouse.
24:09
Yahoo Finance has this article from Reuters that says Feds
24:13
Gomer Pyle. Says more evidence of falling
24:17
inflation needed before the Fed cut.
24:20
I mean, they're like, it's like wishy washy.
24:22
They, they're scared guys. They're one day they're dovish,
24:25
the next day they're hawkish. One day they're dovish, the next
24:28
day they're hawkish. On the days when they're dovish,
24:31
gold and silver are going to go up on the days when they're
24:34
hawkish. Oh, we need to fight inflation
24:36
and blah, blah, blah. The price of gold and silver go
24:38
down. Let's just briefly look and say
24:40
what he said here in Portugal. What's he doing in Portugal?
24:44
The US central bank still needs more data before cutting
24:48
interest rates to ensure that recent weaker inflation readings
24:51
give a true picture of what's happening to the underlying
24:54
price pressures. Federal.
24:56
It's Gomer Pyle. Gomer Pyle, what did I say?
25:04
What did I say? Susie, what did I say?
25:09
You said Gomer. Pyle.
25:11
But I was saying calm Gomer Pyle.
25:14
Oh, Gomer Powell. OK.
25:16
Sorry, I'm I'm, I'm subscribing to my Susanity there, she says.
25:21
Gomer Powell. Gomer Powell.
25:22
Thank you. Gomer Powell.
25:24
No, it's Jerome. Anyway, look, he's playing
25:27
Mickey Mouse games. Guys, we aren't even going to
25:29
read this. We're not going to.
25:30
We're not even going to. It's it's it's.
25:34
Either no matter how it works out, no matter all their little
25:38
smoke and mirrors games that they're playing at this point
25:42
because. This.
25:43
Remember this is based on nothing, nothing, nothing.
25:51
It's based on confidence and what are the 1st 3 letters in
25:55
the word confidence con OK, Why do you think why do you think
26:00
they have to put the Fed governors out every every week
26:03
and have speeches and try to control the market, manage
26:06
expectations? Why is the Fed become more of a?
26:11
Hold on, my dad's calling me. Why is the Fed become more of a
26:18
public public relations firm then they are a a bank?
26:24
Think about it. OK all right, case closed, but
26:27
we'll just but just be prepared. Now the big story.
26:30
Be scared or be excited. I made a prediction but the
26:34
Friday's the big day. We're all going to party up on
26:37
the 4th of July. Friday's a big, big, massive,
26:41
massive, major Newsday. That's when we get the non farm
26:45
payroll number. OK, if it comes in greater than
26:48
expected, oh, we created all these jobs and oh, everything's
26:52
awesome, blah blah blah, you know, we're going to get killed
26:56
in the silver and gold market. But what I think's going to
26:59
happen instead is the numbers going to come in under
27:03
expectations. I think the hens have come home
27:05
to roost. I I could be dead wrong don't
27:08
make any finding, but I think we could be in for a big positive
27:11
up move day on Friday in the silver and gold market.
27:15
You know right you can ask Susie she'll tell you I'm wrong all
27:19
the time. If I'm wrong, I'll come back on
27:21
here. I'll say that I'm wrong, but the
27:23
potential I don't want to oversell this, but there's a
27:26
there's a there's a good chance guys that if.
27:30
We. Get that news on Friday that the
27:33
jobs numbers are down. It could be the catalyst to
27:37
start what I would call an early summer rally in the metals.
27:42
OK, All right. I don't think that it's an odds
27:46
on favorite, but I think it's much more likely than a lot of
27:49
people are willing to go out on a limb like I am and say it's
27:53
the case. We're in the summer doldrums.
27:55
But if we get this big news on Friday, Katie, bar the door,
27:58
right, We could have a big summer party, right?
28:00
And guess what? I got news for you too, basement
28:03
dwellers you want to give away, I think.
28:06
I'll keep you. Posted I think I'm pretty
28:09
confident actually that we might be doing a silver giveaway
28:12
thanks to our friends at Pendex at the end of August and end of
28:16
summer giveaway. So stay tuned for that as well.
28:20
Let's put up our banner. Hold on here, guys.
28:23
Banner. There it is to say thanks to
28:27
Pendeks and all of our sponsors. And let's let's look at some
28:32
charts. Crucial.
28:34
That's what they're saying, right?
28:35
I mean, I was here. Hold on.
28:39
Let's look at this. This is this is what we'll go
28:42
out to Yahoo Finance. And now I'm sure it'll be
28:46
disappeared. OK, here we go.
28:49
Job openings, new hires unexpectedly rise.
28:52
So that was the JOLTS data that came out today.
28:57
Paul says now we're getting back on a disinflationary pant.
29:00
It's all a bunch of noise. OK stock search for direction
29:05
after Powell comments jobs data one of the articles and and
29:09
we're going to skip a forward at this point, but one of the
29:12
articles this morning said that Friday's big numbers are quick,
29:17
quick. OK thank you Susie.
29:20
Susie's very active this morning.
29:22
That's great, critical, crucial. So they're really building up to
29:27
Friday, OK. I I just I I got a.
29:30
Feeling we're in for a good day on Friday in the silver and gold
29:33
market. OK, Hey, wow.
29:36
Here we are at silverseek.com. I want to go through some
29:39
charts. These these are some excellent
29:40
charts from this website at the for silver and gold.
29:45
And then look up there in the corner, Fortuna Silver, also a
29:49
Fortuna silver, Fortuna mining, right?
29:52
They've changed their name, but Fortuna is a sponsor of Ron's
29:57
Basement. You can learn more about them at
29:59
Fortuna mining.com. Here we go.
30:02
Gold and silver charts looking most encouraging.
30:05
And again, these. This is an article on
30:07
silverseek.com by Clive Monde. I'm going to skip down to the
30:10
charts. I don't know if I can click on
30:13
this or not. Oh, yeah, that works.
30:16
OK, so guys, this is gold. This is interesting what this
30:20
guy sees in these gold charts, trying to make that smaller so
30:25
it takes up the whole screen, but I don't know that that's
30:27
working. OK, so this is gold six months.
30:32
OK, all right, here we go. The trading range that has
30:37
formed in gold from April is believed to be of a rectangular
30:42
consolidation that will lead to another strong up leg.
30:46
So here we go. We'd gold, what, $2000 back in
30:50
back in February, right? We touched 2000, shot all the
30:54
way up, as you know, right as we had predicted that we'd have.
30:59
2425 hundred by May, we didn't quite get there, but none the
31:03
less during this period starting around April, look at gold,
31:07
right kind of in this in this zone and what it's doing right
31:11
and we're going to look at silver next, but what it's
31:14
doing. Is it is getting rid of the weak
31:17
hands, It's building a new base, OK.
31:20
And then man, if we build this base, I was really hoping well,
31:24
here's the support down here 2200 and also supported 2300.
31:29
I was hoping this support would hold through the summer.
31:32
So far, again, knock on wood, it's holding about 2300.
31:36
And if we get rid of enough of the sellers?
31:38
In this range and with all the things going on in the world, we
31:43
could definitely see a big move. Up like a stair step.
31:46
Move up. Let's go down and look at
31:48
silver. OK.
31:50
And again, this is this is the MACD, which shows overbought
31:54
underbought. April's overbought condition is
31:57
now fully unwound. So you can see the MACD
32:00
indicator got really high, which meant, OK, I'm going to ring the
32:03
bell. That's for 200 thumbs up.
32:08
That's for you, basement dwellers.
32:10
Thank you. Wow, I'm feeling lucky.
32:12
Let's see if I can get the silver.
32:15
OK, here's silver. Let's look at the silver chart.
32:20
OK, silver on a six month basis and hold on here, see if I can
32:31
make it smaller so that we can see it better.
32:35
OK, Silver. OK.
32:39
If you look at the silver chart, it's also a very interesting OK,
32:44
looks like a classic buy spot for silver here after its normal
32:47
counter trend reaction back to support.
32:50
At the lower rail of the uptrend channel.
32:53
So what he's saying is here's a channel, right?
32:55
The two blue lines and look how silver.
32:58
Let's just remember guys, we had $22.00 silver on my birthday in
33:02
mid February, OK, silver flew up.
33:05
Now it's in this channel goes up, down, up $29.00 for silver
33:11
is very, very critical now because if we don't, if we don't
33:15
stick $29.00, they're saying the next support level is 26.
33:19
That is ultra. Critical we get below. $26 an
33:22
ounce on silver. It could be.
33:25
It could be not good. I'll be more depressed than
33:30
normal, but nonetheless, these are called flags.
33:34
I'm not a tech guru, but this is like a flag.
33:36
Like there's the pole, there's the flag and then it breaks up.
33:39
There's the pole, there's the flag.
33:42
If we can hold here and break up and if we can do that over the
33:46
summer months. Katie bar the door 'cause we
33:49
looked at yesterday on my charts, the long term chart of
33:56
the of of silver with the cup and handle and that we're in the
34:00
handle of the cup and handle and within the handle of the cup and
34:02
handle, we got a cup and handle an inverse head and shoulders, a
34:05
wedge that we broke out of all, you know, support everything
34:08
else. This is the mining stocks.
34:11
Look, the mining stocks are important because guys, think
34:14
about this. If money comes back into the
34:17
into the gold and silver mining sector, which it has not been
34:21
in, nobody's buying gold mining stocks, nobody's buying silver
34:24
mining stocks. It's like, it's like a high
34:26
school gymnasium full of 400 people in the whole world that
34:30
are buying and selling gold and silver mining stocks.
34:32
And that's OK because that gives a massive room for improvement.
34:36
Like we could be moving to the the Rose Bowl with 80,000 seats
34:42
full of people buying them. So if you're buying and holding
34:46
precious metal mining stocks right now, you are an elite.
34:50
You're smart of a smart and part of a small crowd in my opinion.
34:54
But the GDX, which is the gold miners index again, he says,
35:00
remains a very positive chart. For the past two months, the
35:03
sector has been consolidating its strong gains from late
35:07
February through mid-april and will soon be ready to advance
35:10
anew. This is a buy area.
35:12
So again, we went up, we shot up, right and we're back in this
35:16
area. OK, thank you, Susie.
35:20
These are support areas. I'm going to recognize the Super
35:22
chats in just one second. But what I want to say first is
35:25
why it's important for us to look at the gold and silver
35:29
mining stocks right as well is because if some of those people
35:33
remember right now, it's a high school gymnasium with 400 people
35:37
trading gold and silver mining stocks.
35:39
I'm sorry, but that's what it's like.
35:41
I heard Peter granted say it's just me and him.
35:44
You joked around, are the only people that that buy and sell
35:47
the precious metal mining stocks, right?
35:50
When we get the when we get the Rose Bowl full of people, guess
35:54
what, buttercup, that's not just gonna help the precious metal
35:58
mining stocks, which it will, right, which it will cause it's
36:01
such a small time, but it will also bring renewed focus in the
36:06
West to the mining or I'm sorry to the physical metals, silver
36:11
and gold, because let's be real, right?
36:14
What we talked about earlier, The only reason.
36:18
OK, don't, Pat. I'm not Pat.
36:20
Well, look, I'm not. Don't take me wrong.
36:22
Don't get me wrong here when I say this, it's not we, we can
36:29
thank you and I, the basement dwellers, right?
36:31
And we got a huge community, over 5, almost 600 people with
36:34
us now. But we aren't the reason why
36:37
silver and gold have gone up. The Asians, right?
36:40
The Chinese, the, the, oh, they're the reason why.
36:43
And wait till you hear this information about what's going
36:45
on in Thailand and Vietnam. It's crazy, OK.
36:49
So if we. Get western investors buying
36:51
gold mining stocks and then they start to buy some silver and
36:54
gold on top of it. It it could be, it could, it
36:58
could move not only the mining stocks, but also the value of
37:02
the actual metals as well. Let's go out here, I need to
37:05
say. Thank.
37:06
You thank you, our good friend. There he is smiling Ron McAdams.
37:12
And you know what you got a great first name.
37:15
Thank you, Ron for the Super chat, Rachel.
37:18
Also gave us a super chat. I want to recognize that.
37:21
Thank you, Rachel. You're very welcome.
37:23
And I, we appreciate on behalf of myself, Susie and my twin
37:26
daughters, thank you for the support of the channel.
37:29
Now excuse me guys. Let's.
37:33
Look at it's, it's unbelievable what is happening right now in
37:39
these markets. So let's go out and.
37:44
Let's go to the Silver Academy. OK, Shanghai Gold Exchange
37:49
inventory, massive outflows of silver.
37:53
Does this jive with? What we were talking about
37:56
earlier that they are sucking in all the world silver.
37:59
This is crazy. But we got a lot of animal
38:01
analogies today. Remember, one kilowatt.
38:06
Kilowatt. Yeah, one GW, whatever is equal
38:08
to 1.3 million horses. But wait till you hear this.
38:12
Two 215,000 kilos and a kilo is about a little over like 3335
38:19
oz. Anyway, 215,000 kilos.
38:22
This is roughly the weight of 60 adult, not juvenile adult
38:28
African elephants, or about 108 average cars.
38:34
You know, elephants are big. I'm.
38:37
I got to tell. You this quick story remember
38:39
Bry, the Thai guy that's at some point going to tell us about the
38:44
demand for gold in Thailand? Well, I went over, I, I was in
38:47
Thailand for like 5 weeks right before I got married to Susie,
38:51
visiting with Brian. He was a college professor.
38:53
We were in Hua Hen. Anyway, I travelled around the
38:55
country and I went, I, I, I paid some money to go on an elephant
38:59
ride. You couldn't believe how big an
39:01
elephant is when you're sitting on top.
39:03
I was on this elephant quick story in this we're going
39:06
through the jungle in Thailand and this elephant that I'm on
39:10
there was like a tree in the way and it was a pretty big tree.
39:14
And he just put his head down and pushed the tree over.
39:17
And I remember I was like, Oh my God, I can't believe this is
39:21
happening. Anyway, 60 adult African
39:24
elephants worth of silver is how much silver came off the
39:27
Shanghai Gold Exchange. It's the weekly inventory
39:29
report. We actually looked at this
39:31
yesterday. 215,000 kilograms last week left the Shanghai Gold
39:37
Exchange. OK, now.
39:40
Remember, that's a physical market.
39:42
That's not like the Comex and the LBMA where everything's
39:46
paper, Unicorn fart dust, make believe, funny money, whatever
39:49
you want to call it. 400 to one leverage, 100 to one leverage,
39:52
whatever the heck the number is. Leverage, make believe, right?
39:57
Right. For each one ounce of silver
39:59
that's mined every year, there's like 400 electronic oz.
40:03
So anyway, this is the physical market in Shanghai.
40:07
And it's down 215,000 kilograms. What's a kilogram?
40:11
Here we go. This is our friend John Little
40:13
over at Silver Academy, delivering the goods as normal,
40:16
1 kilogram. And we're learning a lot today,
40:20
basement dwellers, we learned about gigawatts kilograms.
40:23
Anyway, 1 kilogram is equal to 35.27 ounces.
40:28
I'll forget that as soon as I get off this page, but
40:31
nonetheless, we know it for now. So 215,355.
40:35
Kilograms is equal to 7.6 million oz.
40:40
OK, to put this large number into perspective, the 7.6
40:46
million ounces is equivalent to about £475,000.
40:51
It's roughly. The weight of 60 adult.
40:53
How about you guys want to see some elephant pictures?
40:57
60 adult African elephants, or about 108 average cars.
41:02
China's using all their silver, OK, 90% of it.
41:05
Photo vitalics going through the roof.
41:07
We know that electrical electroplating silver consumed
41:12
wow, 3000 tons. I didn't know that this is
41:15
China. Those are elephants.
41:17
When you look at those elephants, imagine sixty of them
41:20
and imagine. And there's elephants and cars
41:23
as well. Interesting.
41:25
OK, imagine that much silver in one week, leaving the Shanghai
41:31
Gold Exchange more unreported. This was just interesting.
41:35
The Silver Institute doesn't give us any numbers on how much.
41:38
Silver is used by aerospace and military, right?
41:42
They just kind of forget about that.
41:44
And we know it's solar. We know, OK, But it's also used
41:47
in aerospace and military, but it's also used in nuclear.
41:52
Silver is the material that absorbs excess radiation and
41:56
nuclear reactors. We never hear about this
41:59
Westinghouse pressurized water reactors.
42:01
There are over 3000 of these rod cluster control assemblies,
42:06
control rods and operation per the manufacturer.
42:11
Silver may be better way. OK.
42:14
And, and these things have silver in them.
42:16
And he what he's proposing is again, silver is silver the new
42:20
oil. It's so I mean silver's used in
42:22
solar, silver's used in everything electric.
42:25
Silver is everywhere. And now we're learning it's even
42:28
critical to the nuclear power generation industry because.
42:32
I found this in here. OK follow my little follow.
42:36
OK, see my pointer on the right. Then it turns into a plus sign.
42:40
The most widely used material for control rod absorbers is an
42:45
alloy of 80% silver, 15% Indium and 5% candium.
42:52
OK, so there we go. Silver, 80% silver.
42:57
On average these rods must be replaced every 8.5 years as
43:02
opposed to the 15 year manufacturer service I've
43:04
estimated. That's a lot of silver.
43:07
And it can't be recycled. You want that?
43:10
It's hard enough to recycle silver, but you really don't
43:12
want it if it's been in a nuclear reactor.
43:17
Sometimes when the price of silver gets killed, we feel like
43:19
it's our silver's been in a nuclear reactor, don't we, guys?
43:24
No, we don't. We love our silver, just not
43:26
nuclear. Not silver that came from a
43:28
nuclear reactor, No doubt about it.
43:30
South China Morning Post What? What are they telling us?
43:35
About silver and I mean, we know what's going on in China, We
43:38
know what's going on in India. We know.
43:41
Let's talk about quickly, quickly what is happening with
43:46
the silver price. I'm sorry, silver demand and now
43:53
I'm all screwed up. Here we go.
43:54
I hope you guys are still with me.
43:55
This is from the South China Morning Post Gold by This is
44:01
from China Gold mine frenzy grips.
44:03
This is interesting. There's a lot hidden in this, so
44:06
pay attention. Gold mine frenzy grips Vietnam
44:09
and Thailand. Remember, Vietnam and Thailand
44:12
are not China and India. We exhaustively covered why they
44:15
are sucking in all the world's silver and gold.
44:18
This is about gold. But Southeast Asia's rush for
44:22
gold rush, according to Gold rush is pushing prices up.
44:26
But it's not just everyday investors.
44:28
Central banks are buying at a blistering rate, too.
44:32
I like this picture. This OK, here, this is
44:36
customers. This is in Vietnam.
44:39
OK, This guy's got a silver helmet on.
44:42
He wore his a, or she wore her silver helmet when she went to
44:45
the gold store. This lady.
44:47
I don't know. I forget what these hats are
44:48
called. I haven't seen one of those in
44:50
forever. And I.
44:51
Think this guy at the end that might be coin shop Chris.
44:56
Looking away from the camera because he doesn't want to be on
44:59
camera. So there's coin shop Chris in
45:01
Hanoi at a Gold. Shop and oh and by the way, Coin
45:05
shop Chris has his own channel now go checking out at Coin Shop
45:08
Chris just put that in the YouTube search bar but don't do
45:11
it now. Don't leave this video now.
45:13
Please 'cause we got a lot more to cover and let's go down here.
45:18
Anxious customers in Vietnam Anxious customers in Vietnam and
45:22
Thailand are rushing to buy gold, a sign of Asia's mounting
45:26
alarm, analysts say, over currency devaluations against
45:31
the US dollar, inflation and geopolitical uncertainty In red.
45:37
Visible queues of buyers I'm not a big fancy word guy.
45:41
A queue is a line. Visible lines of buyers waiting
45:46
to snap up chunks of the yellow metal have persisted outside
45:50
banks in Southeast Asian nations for months.
45:55
Let's just this is the only sentence I'll repeat.
45:58
You got lines of people waiting to buy gold and it had been
46:03
persistent outside banks and it's been going on for months.
46:08
OK quote in orange. What they are trying to do is to
46:12
protect themselves against local currency depreciation, said a
46:17
Singapore based commodities my Michael Lanford.
46:20
Anyway, thank you Michael. We had no idea why they were
46:23
doing it. Purple.
46:24
If you don't have much money in life and all the goods that you
46:28
buy and sell, this sounds like Americans.
46:30
Think about your. Think about us, the average
46:32
Americans. If you don't have a lot of money
46:34
in life and all the goods that you buy and sell are ultimately
46:38
priced in U.S. dollars and your local currency is going down,
46:42
that doesn't feel good. Yeah.
46:44
Like when you go to the dollar store to buy some dollar candy
46:48
and they raise the price to $1.25.
46:50
It doesn't feel good. Welcome to America.
46:54
You have got inflation working against you, plus you've got
46:57
currency depreciation. You get hit twice.
47:00
Southeast Asia's rush for gold has pushed prices up over the
47:03
last 6 to 12 months. Again, guys, this is is Asia is
47:10
who we can thank for these high prices.
47:14
Let's go down. I got more highlighted, don't
47:16
you worry. SE Asians are particularly
47:19
inclined to buy gold due to the. Long held belief that the metal
47:22
is a reliable and tangible quote.
47:24
Long term store of value compared with other assets.
47:28
Yes, they have a complete everybody.
47:31
But in America, because we've been brainwashed since 1930
47:35
against gold and silver, everybody else in the world
47:38
knows that it's a store of value in purple.
47:41
And it's not just these everyday investors who are seeking safe
47:45
haven. Central banks are also buying
47:47
gold at a quote UN quote blistering rate.
47:50
More than 80% of central banks. I didn't realize it was this
47:53
high. What is this telling us?
47:55
Expect their reserve managers to increase their gold holdings
47:59
over the next 12 months, A survey published by the council
48:03
on June 18th revealed stockpiling the precious metal
48:07
as a bulk work, Bulk work, whatever.
48:10
What's a bulk? Bulwark against bulwark.
48:13
Bulwark against heightened geopolitical risk and mounting
48:17
macroeconomic uncertainties. There's a person at a Kwik E
48:21
Mart or a household. Where is that in Hanoi all right
48:26
now? Typically, high US interest
48:29
rates would depress. Think about this guys.
48:32
This is what we talked about. This is another reason why the
48:35
rally that we've had in the silver and gold market is so
48:38
exciting and that we're holding. Steady.
48:41
Right. We're holding the line over the
48:43
summer because typically high US interest rates would depress
48:46
gold prices. Yet gold sustained strength
48:49
suggests investors are more concerned with sticky global
48:53
inflation, economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions than
48:57
rising rates. National University of
48:59
Singapore, I mean, it's coming from every direction.
49:02
Business School. Strategy, and that's a long.
49:05
Title for this guy to have strategy and policy lecture he's
49:09
got a long title and a shortest name in the history of the
49:12
planet zuli. I wish I had My last name has 11
49:17
letters in it. I wish I had a My last name was
49:20
Lee. Think of all.
49:21
The time I've wasted writing my last name over the years.
49:24
Anyway, in Asian markets, investors are fucking their
49:27
typical pattern. Here we go of buying gold only
49:30
on price tips, opting to purchase the precious metal even
49:34
as prices surge, the world gold council said.
49:37
Fighting to buy they're fighting to buy gold buyers rushed to
49:43
vietnam's state owned banks in June after the central bank
49:46
agreed to sell more gold to meet public demand and drive down
49:49
prices. Banks rapidly depleted their
49:52
supplies, forcing them to. Limit.
49:55
Purchase it. You're tuning out.
50:02
You're tuning out. Check out Steven.
50:03
Super chat. Please.
50:07
OK, I will. Are you going to do that list of
50:09
chores that I left for you upstairs?
50:14
Are you going to do the list of chores that I left for you
50:17
upstairs? Sweetheart, why don't you go
50:21
take a bite of something, OK? All right.
50:22
We're turning Susie off at this point.
50:25
Banks rapidly depleted their supplies, forcing them to limit
50:28
purchases TO1 tail, which is, my Lord, kilograms, grams, tons and
50:35
a tail is a form of measurement guys.
50:37
I forget what that one means. The lines continued for weeks
50:41
until banks implemented an online registration system for
50:46
gold purchases, which also filled up within minutes.
50:50
Each day. Can you see it?
50:52
Oh, my gosh. Hold on.
50:54
Is there more? All right.
50:55
Gold bars have now become the major channel of investment in
50:59
Vietnam. Guys, Vietnam's a big economy.
51:02
There are now lines in the rain and in the sun to buy bars.
51:08
Commercial banks have sold 2 tons of gold in one week.
51:11
Previously, they sold 2 tons in one month.
51:15
Sorry, I'm yelling. Meanwhile, Vietnam.
51:18
OK, Anyway, in Thailand. Hold on.
51:21
Are you guys still there? I didn't lose you, did I?
51:24
Basement. No, No, You're still there.
51:26
Yeah. No, we're going to talk about
51:27
Thailand next. People are lining up in the sun
51:30
and the rain. Gold has become the main
51:33
investment vehicle in Vietnam. But what about Thailand?
51:37
You might be asking all. Right.
51:39
Well, here. We're going to go to Thailand
51:40
next. Let's go talk to a one of our
51:42
viewers, Steven Edmonds. Good morning, Ron from the Gold
51:45
Coast. Thanks for helping keeping me up
51:48
to try to get into the time zone.
51:51
Leave today for Boca Raton for the Rick Rule conference.
51:54
No, I'm not going to the conference, but you warn Rick
51:58
Rule, tell him, get, tell him to give.
52:00
Him a thumbs. Up when he's on he's going to be
52:02
on the basement. I'm going to interview him think
52:05
on the 23rd is what it's scheduled for.
52:07
So thank you for the Super chat. Now let's go.
52:10
Wow, thank you Steven. That is really awesome.
52:14
Let's go back to this article. We're almost done, guys.
52:17
And Thailand, too. Ordinary investors are flocking
52:19
to gold. Oh, boy.
52:21
I think I like that name Julie better.
52:23
This one's a hard one to pronounce.
52:25
Hold on. Make sure we got you guys.
52:27
Nope, we don't. Darn it.
52:30
OK, now get back to the article. OK, Ordinary investors are
52:35
flocking to gold. Not a pong.
52:39
OK, not a Pong, Hirai UI, our Siri managing director of MTS
52:46
Gold Group, told the Asia Pacific Precious Metals
52:49
Conference this was the first time in his career he has seen
52:54
ties buy gold when prices were rising.
52:58
Quote, at this price, people should be selling, but
53:01
everybody's buying. People are actually fighting to
53:05
buy OK and I've seen that Thai boxing and you don't want to
53:10
fight with a Thai guy. Chinese investors also bolster
53:13
gold prices as they join the buying frenzies.
53:16
Videos on TikTok and it's mainland China counterpart
53:19
Duyang have shown crowds lining up.
53:23
I hate that word, queuing to purchase gold in cities like
53:27
Shenzhen. OK guys, it's happening all over
53:30
the. World, is it making sense?
53:31
Are you seeing this is happening?
53:37
I know, I understand. I'm in Saint Louis, right?
53:39
Home of the gold, the big giant silver arch, right?
53:42
OK, I understand. It's hard for us to fathom.
53:46
But if we got on a plane right now and went to Asia and went
53:50
around and looked at gold, there's people, there's a gold
53:52
apparently, right? There's a gold frenzy.
53:55
Does that make sense when you look at the gold price, guys
53:58
with interest rates as high as they are right now with the
54:02
dollar index, right? The best turd in the toilet
54:06
contest, as high as it is right now, gold should be at like 1800
54:11
bucks an ounce. But it's not.
54:13
And it's not because of what is going on in Asia.
54:17
There's no other way to think about it, OK?
54:21
There's no other fact. That's what's going on and it's
54:24
not stopping. And on top of that, the good
54:27
news I'm, I'm getting excited. To share this with you.
54:32
The good news, the great news is it hasn't even started yet in
54:37
America. It's like, it's like, it's like
54:41
you. Got a a car with a turbo button.
54:44
OK, a nice car, right? A nice fast.
54:46
Car it's the gold. It's it's a gold and silver.
54:49
You got a gold car, I got a silver.
54:51
Car. But we both have a turbo button,
54:53
right? Nitrous oxide, whatever you want
54:55
to call it. These are good cars.
54:57
We're driving fast, right? We're performing well.
55:00
We haven't even pressed the turbo button yet.
55:02
And do you know what the turbo button is?
55:04
The turbo is when the Western investors come back, when they
55:09
start to buy gold and silver mining stocks and they start to
55:12
wake up when this next wave of inflation hits.
55:16
And baby, it's gonna hit. There's no way that it's not
55:19
gonna hit. Look at the math.
55:22
Look at the US debt clock, right?
55:24
Look at the debt that we have, right?
55:26
Look at what's going on with the BRICS countries.
55:28
Look at what? There's no way.
55:31
There's just no way that the dollar is not gonna go down in
55:35
value. Listen to Matt.
55:37
Pipenberg, I'd highly recommend the guy from Gold.
55:40
He's the, I think he's one of the smartest people in the
55:43
world. OK, besides you, 'cause you're
55:45
smart. And I know that because YouTube
55:47
tells me that the average viewer of Iran's basement video has a
55:50
little bit higher, let's say we'll call it intellectual
55:54
horsepower. Right.
55:56
You don't have as much as one GW worth of power of horsepower.
55:59
That's what 1.3 million? But you do you know it's real
56:03
easy. You can get real confused,
56:05
right? You can get all.
56:06
Confused about oh, what's going on in in jobs numbers and
56:09
inflation and DX No, it's real easy because no matter where you
56:14
look for evidence, it all points to one thing and that is that
56:20
this. Is going down in value.
56:24
This is paper. This is nothing.
56:26
This right? This is an old fashioned dollar.
56:30
It's actually not a dollar, is it technically?
56:32
It's look at the very top. Can you read that?
56:35
Let me hold it still. Right above the United States of
56:39
America. There you go.
56:40
It says, see that silver certificate?
56:46
OK, You see what it says down here in the bottom, $1.00 in
56:54
silver, payable to the bearer on demand.
56:58
These don't exist anymore. So the bottom line at the end of
57:02
the day, is this, right? It's just paper confidence.
57:08
You know, you can get all confused.
57:10
You can trust me. I do it all the time.
57:12
You know it's a struggle, right, 'cause there's so much data, but
57:15
we know that the value of the dollar is going down.
57:18
Now, what happens when the value, the real value, not the
57:21
turds in the toilet. DXY index, right?
57:25
The turd index, we're going to call it from now on.
57:27
Not that that means nothing. Who cares?
57:31
Who cares if who cares? Sorry, if 10 years from now the
57:36
DXY, the DXY index is right roughly where it is.
57:40
It doesn't make a lick of difference.
57:43
OK? Who cares if 10 years from now,
57:46
right? What you you can trade one of
57:50
these for a euro? They're around parity, OK.
57:53
Who cares? What you care about is what can
57:57
you buy with this, right, right. What can you buy with it 10
58:02
years from now? And I'll guarantee you one
58:04
thing, what you're able, I mean it's, it's, it's a mathematical
58:09
absolute fact that 10 years from now.
58:12
Right, even if the Fed were able to achieve their 2% devaluation
58:18
that they shoot for, which they won't, you're going to be able
58:21
to buy a heck of a lot less last time.
58:23
You're going to have to look at that.
58:25
You get my pretty face the rest of the video right.
58:28
You're going to be able to buy a heck of a lot less with this.
58:30
But but and it's a big butt and I know you like big butts.
58:35
You do not lie. OK here this.
58:41
This right, this. What do you think?
58:44
What do you think? You can buy with this look at
58:46
that beauty that came from coin shop Chris, by the way, the gift
58:50
he sent me. What do you think you can buy
58:51
with this beauty today and then think about this beauty and.
58:55
Imagine me 10. Years better looking than I am
58:58
right now because I am one of those people that gets better
59:01
looking with age. My mom's that way too.
59:06
Hi. Mom, Mom's always everybody say
59:08
hi to my mom. Will you in the comments say hi,
59:11
Mom. She watches.
59:12
She loves you guys. What do you think this is going
59:15
to buy in 10 years? Oh, let's see this today would
59:19
buy about 8 gallons of gasoline. What do you think that's going
59:23
to buy in 10 years? I put money, right?
59:27
It's going to buy about 8 gallons of gasoline.
59:30
All right. Yeah.
59:30
What if I had what? What, 3030 U.S. dollars?
59:34
I hate the things. What if I had thirty of these?
59:37
All right, This is not a silver certificate.
59:39
That's a dollar. OK.
59:41
Do you think, do you think thirty of these is going to buy
59:45
is going to buy you 10 ounces of of gasoline in 10 years?
59:50
No. Keep dreaming.
59:52
Sorry, it's not going to happen. OK.
59:54
