Transcript
- 0:00Misty Celli: I need to tell you something today, and I need you to really hear it, not just process it, not just nod along while you drive.
- 0:07Misty Celli: I mean, really let it in.
- 0:10Misty Celli: That woman you've been grieving, the one you catch yourself thinking about in the quiet moments, the one who was confident and alive and knew who she was and what she wanted, the one you see in old photos and feel that ache, because she seems so far away, like she belongs to a version of your life you can't quite reach anymore.
- 0:30Misty Celli: She is not gone.
- 0:32Misty Celli: She didn't leave you, give up on you, or decide one day that you weren't worth staying for.
- 0:39Misty Celli: Everything else just got so loud.
- 0:43Misty Celli: The needs, the demands, the daily accumulation of a life that asked everything of you and forgot to ask how you were doing.
- 0:52Misty Celli: And so she got quieter.
- 0:54Misty Celli: Not gone, but quiet.
- 0:57Misty Celli: And those are not the same things, not even close.
- 1:01Misty Celli: Today I'm giving you something I wish someone had handed me on the worst morning of my life.
- 1:07Misty Celli: A question that cracked everything open and an answer that I believe with everything in me will shift something real in you too.
- 1:16Misty Celli: Are you tired of feeling like you don't know who you are anymore?
- 1:19Misty Celli: Do you look in the mirror and catch yourself thinking, is this all there is?
- 1:24Misty Celli: Even though you know you were made for more, you are in the right place.
- 1:28Misty Celli: I'm Misty Chelli, and I help women step into their highest potential and design a life that feels true, rich, and deeply satisfying.
- 1:35Misty Celli: A life built by design, not by default.
- 1:38Misty Celli: On this podcast, you will learn the principles and strategic tools that create real lasting transformation in your health, your relationships, your confidence, your goals, and deeper parts of you like purpose, growth, love, and parenting.
- 1:50Misty Celli: This is where you begin the process of becoming your utmost self and reclaiming a life that feels like yours again.
- 1:56Misty Celli: Welcome to your Upmost Life Podcast.
- 1:59Misty Celli: So here's what I know about where you are right now, because I've been there.
- 2:03Misty Celli: Not a version of there, the actual there.
- 2:06Misty Celli: You are tired in a way that doesn't have a simple name.
- 2:10Misty Celli: It's not a physical exhaustion, although that's real too, but it's the tiredness that comes from pouring yourself out for years, for your kids, for your husband, for everyone who needs something from you.
- 2:23Misty Celli: And then one day you're looking around for yourself and you realize you can't quite find her.
- 2:29Misty Celli: And the worst part isn't even the emptiness.
- 2:32Misty Celli: The worst part is the shame that lives right underneath it.
- 2:36Misty Celli: That quiet, relentless voice that says, You did this, you let this happen, you gave yourself away, and now she's gone, and it's your fault.
- 2:47Misty Celli: And so you carry both things at once: the grief of losing her and the guilt of believing you caused it.
- 2:54Misty Celli: And that is an enormous weight to carry.
- 2:58Misty Celli: However, however heavy it looks from the outside, the inside is heavier, and you've been carrying it largely alone.
- 3:08Misty Celli: Because how do you explain to someone that you feel like a stranger in your own life?
- 3:13Misty Celli: How do you say out loud, I have everything and I feel nothing without sounding ungrateful, without sounding like the problem.
- 3:22Misty Celli: So you don't say it, you keep it.
- 3:25Misty Celli: You show up, you keep being everything to everyone else who needs you to be, and she gets quieter.
- 3:32Misty Celli: I see that.
- 3:34Misty Celli: I see you.
- 3:36Misty Celli: And before I say anything else, what you're feeling is not weakness.
- 3:42Misty Celli: It is not ingratitude or evidence that something is fundamentally broken in you.
- 3:48Misty Celli: It is the sound of a woman who has been running unempted for so long.
- 3:53Misty Celli: She's forgotten what full feels like.
- 3:56Misty Celli: And that is not a character flaw.
- 3:58Misty Celli: That is a human being who needs someone to come alongside her and say, Here, let me show you what I found.
- 4:07Misty Celli: That's why I'm here today.
- 4:10Misty Celli: I want to ask you something, and I want you to actually sit with it rather than answer it quickly, because the quick answer and the true answer are usually different.
- 4:21Misty Celli: When you imagine the woman you used to be or the woman you thought you would be by now, what do you feel?
- 4:29Misty Celli: Because I'm guessing it's not simple.
- 4:31Misty Celli: I'm guessing there is this complicated mix of longing and grief and something that feels almost like embarrassment.
- 4:39Misty Celli: Like you should be further along or you should have it figured out by now.
- 4:43Misty Celli: Other women seem to have held on to themselves through the hard seasons, and you somehow didn't, and you're not entirely sure what that says about you.
- 4:54Misty Celli: And underneath all of that, underneath the longing and the grief and the embarrassment, there is a belief that sits quietly running the show.
- 5:04Misty Celli: A belief so embedded you might not even recognize it as a belief.
- 5:10Misty Celli: You might just recognize it as the truth.
- 5:13Misty Celli: The belief is this she's gone.
- 5:16Misty Celli: The woman I used to be, the one with confidence and aliveness and the sense of herself, she left.
- 5:24Misty Celli: And I don't know if I can get her back.
- 5:26Misty Celli: I don't know if there's anything left to get back.
- 5:30Misty Celli: I think I might just be too far gone.
- 5:34Misty Celli: I know that belief.
- 5:35Misty Celli: I know exactly how it sits in your chest, how it masquerades as realism, how it sounds after a while, like just an honest assessment of the situation.
- 5:47Misty Celli: But I need to tell you something about that belief.
- 5:50Misty Celli: And I need you to hear this not as a motivational statement and not as something I'm saying to make you feel better, but as something I know to be true because I lived the question and I cracked it open.
- 6:03Misty Celli: That belief is not the truth about you.
- 6:07Misty Celli: It is a conclusion you reached in the dark, and conclusions reached in the dark deserve to be examined in the light.
- 6:15Misty Celli: Here's what that belief is actually costing you.
- 6:18Misty Celli: And I'm not going to soften this because you deserve the honest version.
- 6:23Misty Celli: Right now, today, this week, that belief is costing you your own presence in your own life.
- 6:31Misty Celli: You're in the room, but you're not really there, are you?
- 6:35Misty Celli: You're going through the motions, doing the things, showing up for everyone.
- 6:39Misty Celli: And somewhere underneath all of it, there is a woman watching herself live her life from behind glass, wondering when she gets to come back.
- 6:49Misty Celli: That's the immediate cost, the present, the aliveness, the feeling of being fully in your own body on your ordinary afternoon.
- 6:59Misty Celli: But underneath that, there's a cost that she doesn't talk about as much.
- 7:05Misty Celli: That belief, she's too far gone, it's too late.
- 7:09Misty Celli: I don't even know where to start.
- 7:12Misty Celli: That belief doesn't just steal her presence, it steals her permission.
- 7:17Misty Celli: It tells her that wanting more is greedy, that reaching for herself is selfish, that the woman she used to be was a luxury she had before the real responsibilities came.
- 7:31Misty Celli: She stops even letting herself want it clearly.
- 7:34Misty Celli: She learns to manage the ache instead of listening to it.
- 7:38Misty Celli: And that quiet act of managing the ache instead of following it is one of the most expensive things a woman can do.
- 7:46Misty Celli: And then there's the cost that lives furthest out, the one she doesn't let herself look at directly.
- 7:53Misty Celli: But I need you to look at it today because it matters.
- 7:57Misty Celli: Five years from now, if nothing changes, if she keeps going through the motions, if the belief that it's too late keeps running the show, where is she?
- 8:07Misty Celli: She's still there, but she's older, more practiced at managing the ache.
- 8:12Misty Celli: Her kids are five years bigger and five years closer to leaving, and she spent those years showing up for them without ever fully arriving for herself.
- 8:22Misty Celli: Her daughter is watching her, and what her daughter is learning, not from what she says, but from what she has done, is what a woman does with herself when the world asks too much of her.
- 8:34Misty Celli: She's learning the answer is to go quiet.
- 8:37Misty Celli: That's the real cost.
- 8:39Misty Celli: Not just her life, her daughter's script.
- 8:43Misty Celli: I'm not saying that to punish you.
- 8:45Misty Celli: I'm saying it because you already feel it at some level, and it deserves to be said out loud.
- 8:51Misty Celli: The age you feel isn't random.
- 8:54Misty Celli: It's information.
- 8:56Misty Celli: It's been telling you something important for years, and it is time to start listening.
- 9:02Misty Celli: Now, that belief, I'm too far gone, I want to honor it before I dismantle it.
- 9:09Misty Celli: Because it didn't come from nowhere.
- 9:12Misty Celli: It came from the real evidence.
- 9:14Misty Celli: Years of feeling disconnected, years of reaching and not finding her.
- 9:18Misty Celli: That evidence is real.
- 9:20Misty Celli: What you feel is real.
- 9:23Misty Celli: And giving what you felt, the conclusion your mind drew, comes complete sense.
- 9:30Misty Celli: But that conclusion is not the only one available.
- 9:33Misty Celli: It just happens to be the one that you made in the dark.
- 9:35Misty Celli: And when you hold it up to the light, it doesn't hold.
- 9:39Misty Celli: She didn't leave.
- 9:40Misty Celli: She went quiet.
- 9:42Misty Celli: And quiet has a way back.
- 9:45Misty Celli: I want to tell you about a morning that I don't talk about easily.
- 9:50Misty Celli: For years, I had been pouring myself into my family, my husband, my kids, the life that we were building together, and it was good.
- 9:59Misty Celli: And I was good at it.
- 10:01Misty Celli: I want to be honest about that because it isn't a story about a woman who resented her family.
- 10:06Misty Celli: I love them deeply, completely.
- 10:10Misty Celli: That love was real.
- 10:13Misty Celli: But underneath the loving, underneath the showing up and planning and giving, there was something I wanted that I had stopped letting myself name.
- 10:24Misty Celli: Not a different life, not different people, just myself.
- 10:29Misty Celli: I wanted to feel like a person who mattered beyond what she did for everyone else.
- 10:34Misty Celli: I wanted to recognize my own face.
- 10:37Misty Celli: I wanted to move through a day and feel like I was choosing it, not just surviving it.
- 10:42Misty Celli: That was the hunger.
- 10:43Misty Celli: Simple and human and real.
- 10:46Misty Celli: And I couldn't get there because I had made a decision I didn't realize that I was making, not consciously, not out loud, but in the daily accumulation of a thousand small choices.
- 10:59Misty Celli: I had decided that they mattered more than me, that their needs were real and mine were optional.
- 11:08Misty Celli: That a good mother, a good wife, a good woman puts herself last.
- 11:14Misty Celli: And the wall I kept running into every time I tried to reach for myself was that belief.
- 11:20Misty Celli: This is what love looks like.
- 11:23Misty Celli: Wanting more for yourself is selfish.
- 11:26Misty Celli: You don't get to have both.
- 11:29Misty Celli: And so I kept choosing everyone else.
- 11:33Misty Celli: And I disappeared behind the choosing.
- 11:36Misty Celli: Then, one ordinary Thursday morning, I dropped my kids off at school and pulled up to a red light.
- 11:45Misty Celli: And there, in the car beside me, was a woman in a silver Mercedes, and she was radiant.
- 11:52Misty Celli: That's the only word.
- 11:54Misty Celli: She was laughing at something, completely at ease with herself, full of kind of this liveness that hit me like a physical thing.
- 12:03Misty Celli: And I sat in my car and I looked at her and something in me just shattered.
- 12:09Misty Celli: Not because of her.
- 12:11Misty Celli: She didn't do anything wrong, but in that moment looking at her, I saw what alive looked like from the outside.
- 12:20Misty Celli: And I felt the distance between us like a physical ache.
- 12:25Misty Celli: I could hear the silence in my own car where something used to be.
- 12:29Misty Celli: I could feel the weight I'd been carrying that I'd gotten so used to, I'd stopped noticing it.
- 12:36Misty Celli: I looked at her laughing and I thought, I used to look like that.
- 12:40Misty Celli: I used to sound like that.
- 12:43Misty Celli: I drove home and I sat in my own silence and I asked myself a question I think about to this day.
- 12:50Misty Celli: Does self-worth have an expiration date?
- 12:55Misty Celli: Think about that for a second.
- 12:57Misty Celli: Really think about it.
- 12:58Misty Celli: Because my first instinct in that darkness, that hollow morning, was yes, yes, it must.
- 13:07Misty Celli: Because I had it once and now I don't.
- 13:11Misty Celli: Therefore, it must run out.
- 13:13Misty Celli: It must get used up somehow.
- 13:16Misty Celli: It must expire.
- 13:18Misty Celli: But the moment I actually examined that thought, the moment that I held it up to the light, instead of just accepting it as true, something happened.
- 13:28Misty Celli: I couldn't find the evidence for it.
- 13:32Misty Celli: I couldn't find a single reason why self-worth would work like milk, why confidence and aliveness and a sense of yourself would be finite resource that gets depleted and then just simply is gone.
- 13:48Misty Celli: And if it doesn't expire, then the next question is where did it go?
- 13:54Misty Celli: That question cracked everything open because it shifted the entire premise.
- 14:01Misty Celli: It moved me from she's gone to she's somewhere, from I lost her to she got lost.
- 14:09Misty Celli: And those are not the same thing.
- 14:13Misty Celli: Gone means over, lost means findable.
- 14:17Misty Celli: And on an ordinary Tuesday, not long after that, I sat down with my coffee before everyone else was awake and I did something I hadn't done in years.
- 14:27Misty Celli: I just sat, not with my phone, not with a mental list.
- 15:12Misty Celli: I sat in the quiet and I asked myself what I actually wanted, not what I should want, not what would make everyone else comfortable, but what I wanted.
- 15:26Misty Celli: And she answered quietly, but she answered.
- 15:31Misty Celli: That's when I understood it.
- 15:33Misty Celli: She hadn't left, she had just gotten so quiet for so long that I had stopped listening.
- 15:41Misty Celli: And that moment I got still enough to hear her.
- 15:45Misty Celli: She was right there.
- 15:47Misty Celli: She had always been right there waiting.
- 15:52Misty Celli: Your rhythm never stops.
- 15:55Misty Celli: It just gets drowned out.
- 15:57Misty Celli: And findable, even when you can't see the path yet, means there is still something to reach for.
- 16:06Misty Celli: Now I want to come back to that belief that I'm too far gone.
- 16:10Misty Celli: I don't know if she's still in there, because I want to do something with it.
- 16:15Misty Celli: I'm not going to argue with it, but here's what I know about that belief.
- 16:20Misty Celli: It came from evidence, real evidence, years of feeling disconnected, years of not recognizing yourself, years of reaching for that aliveness and not finding it.
- 16:31Misty Celli: Given what you felt, the conclusion your mind drew makes complete sense.
- 16:36Misty Celli: But the evidence that led you to that conclusion is not the only evidence available.
- 16:42Misty Celli: It's just the evidence you've been closest to, that you've been looking at.
- 16:48Misty Celli: So I want to offer you a different place to look.
- 16:51Misty Celli: Think about the ache itself, that specific hollow longing you feel when you think about her.
- 16:57Misty Celli: I want you to consider what that ache actually is telling you, because I don't think it's telling you what you've been assuming it is.
- 17:06Misty Celli: When you lose someone, someone that we love, truly lose them.
- 17:11Misty Celli: Grief is one of the most sacred things we carry.
- 17:14Misty Celli: It honors what's real, but the longing you feel for yourself, that's a different kind of signal entirely.
- 17:22Misty Celli: That's not the weight of something permanently gone.
- 17:25Misty Celli: That is the feeling of something still alive in you, still present, still close enough to ache.
- 17:32Misty Celli: You can feel the distance between where you are and where she is, and that distance is not the same thing as absence.
- 17:42Misty Celli: She is still in there, and the fact that you miss her this much is her reaching back.
- 17:48Misty Celli: Now think about the moments, not just the big ones, the small ones.
- 17:52Misty Celli: The moment a piece of music moved through you, and just for a second you forgot to be tired.
- 17:59Misty Celli: The moment that you laughed, really laughed, and it felt like something unlocked.
- 18:04Misty Celli: The moment you had a strong opinion about something before you talked yourself out of saying it out loud, those moments are not accidents.
- 18:12Misty Celli: Those are not just random pieces.
- 18:15Misty Celli: Those are her, those flickers, those glimpses.
- 18:20Misty Celli: That is a woman whose rhythm never stopped playing.
- 18:24Misty Celli: You just can't hear it clearly from where you are standing right now, because everything else is so loud.
- 18:32Misty Celli: The moment you get still enough, the moment you stop filling every space with noise and obligation and everyone else's needs, she gets louder.
- 18:45Misty Celli: Not because she came back, because she never left, but because you are actually listening for her.
- 18:52Misty Celli: Self-worth doesn't have an expiration date.
- 18:56Misty Celli: It doesn't get used up, it doesn't run out, it gets buried, and buried, unlike gone, has a way back.
- 19:04Misty Celli: You are not too far gone.
- 19:06Misty Celli: You are too close to the noise, and those are not the same thing.
- 19:12Misty Celli: I know what you might be thinking right now because I've thought it too.
- 19:16Misty Celli: That's a beautiful story, Misty.
- 19:18Misty Celli: But my situation is actually different.
- 19:20Misty Celli: I've been at this for longer, my circumstances are more complicated, and I've tried to find my way back before and it didn't work.
- 19:29Misty Celli: And I cannot afford to hope again and be wrong.
- 19:32Misty Celli: I hear that.
- 19:33Misty Celli: I really do.
- 19:35Misty Celli: And I'm not going to tell you that you're wrong for thinking it, but I want to name what that thought actually is because it's not a rational assessment of your situation, it's your protection mechanism.
- 19:47Misty Celli: It is the part of you that has been disappointed before deciding that skepticism is safer than hope.
- 19:54Misty Celli: And that makes complete sense.
- 19:56Misty Celli: But when you've reached and not found what you're reaching for, the smart thing feels like stop reaching.
- 20:04Misty Celli: But here's what I know about that.
- 20:06Misty Celli: The attempts that didn't work, every single one of them, were behavior attempts.
- 20:13Misty Celli: They were strategies, new routines, new goals, new ways of organizing your time.
- 20:19Misty Celli: And they didn't fail because you're uniquely unfixable.
- 20:24Misty Celli: They failed because they started at the wrong floor.
- 20:28Misty Celli: You cannot rearrange the furniture in a house that hasn't been built yet.
- 20:33Misty Celli: You have to start with the foundation, and the foundation is identity, who you are, not what you do.
- 20:42Misty Celli: Every previous attempt started at the roof and worked down.
- 20:47Misty Celli: What I'm talking about is starting at the ground floor.
- 20:50Misty Celli: And your situation, I hear you, it's complicated.
- 20:54Misty Celli: There are real constraints, real people depending on you, real history that is genuinely hard.
- 21:02Misty Celli: All of that is true.
- 21:04Misty Celli: And complexity is the circumstance.
- 21:08Misty Celli: The decision to come back to yourself is the variable.
- 21:11Misty Celli: Those are not the same thing.
- 21:13Misty Celli: And one does not cancel out the other.
- 21:16Misty Celli: You don't have to start with hope.
- 21:19Misty Celli: Hope can come later.
- 21:21Misty Celli: Start with curiosity.
- 21:22Misty Celli: Just what if she's still in there?
- 21:26Misty Celli: That question requires nothing from you except a willingness to ask it.
- 21:31Misty Celli: And you've already done that, haven't you?
- 21:33Misty Celli: You pressed play.
- 21:35Misty Celli: That was her.
- 21:36Misty Celli: And here's what I need you to hold alongside that.
- 21:40Misty Celli: The waiting has a cost, not a dramatic one, not one that announces itself.
- 21:45Misty Celli: It is a quiet cost, the kind that adds up while you're busy managing everything else.
- 21:52Misty Celli: Every year you spend convincing yourself it's too late or not the right time or too complicated.
- 21:59Misty Celli: That is a year that you spend living a half-life, not a whole life.
- 22:06Misty Celli: She's been patient, more patient than she needed to be, but time is the one thing that does not get refunded.
- 22:13Misty Celli: Your kids are watching you right now, not listening, watching.
- 22:17Misty Celli: They are learning what a woman does with herself when life gets hard and loud and asks too much.
- 22:22Misty Celli: They are building their script from yours.
- 22:25Misty Celli: And the most powerful thing you can give them, more than any lesson you'll ever teach out loud, is the sight of their mother choosing herself, not instead of them, for them and for her.
- 22:40Misty Celli: Been waiting long enough, and so have you.
- 22:43Misty Celli: I want you to come somewhere with me for a moment, and I want you to actually let yourself feel this rather than immediately ask yourself whether it's possible for you.
- 22:52Misty Celli: Your brain is going to want to do that, and we've already talked about why.
- 22:56Misty Celli: So just come with me.
- 22:58Misty Celli: You can evaluate later.
- 23:00Misty Celli: Think about where you are this moment.
- 23:02Misty Celli: Maybe you're driving or folding laundry or making dinner.
- 23:06Misty Celli: You can feel the weight of the day pulling at you, the list, the needs, the noise that perhaps hasn't started yet, but you already know is coming.
- 23:15Misty Celli: Feel that for a second.
- 23:16Misty Celli: That's your Tuesday right now.
- 23:18Misty Celli: Hold it.
- 23:20Misty Celli: Now, imagine a morning not far from now.
- 23:24Misty Celli: Same house, same life, same people, where you wake up and the first thing you feel is yourself.
- 23:32Misty Celli: Not the inventory, not the weight, just you, your own breath, your own presence, like coming home to a room you forgot you had.
- 23:42Misty Celli: You make your coffee and you sit down and you don't immediately reach for your phone.
- 23:47Misty Celli: You just sit in the quiet and you feel at home.
- 23:52Misty Celli: Not in the house, but in yourself, like something has settled that was unsettled for a very long time.
- 24:00Misty Celli: And it's not that life got easier, the kids still need things, your husband still needs things, the calendar is still full, but you move through all of it differently because you can feel your own rhythm underneath it.
- 24:15Misty Celli: Steady, yours, not anyone else's tempo, not the pace the world set for you, yours.
- 24:23Misty Celli: And the difference between surviving your day and living your day in that rhythm, the moment you can feel it, everything around changes.
- 24:32Misty Celli: Your daughter comes downstairs and you look at her, and the love you feel isn't tangled up with exhaustion and obligation.
- 24:39Misty Celli: It's clean, it's full.
- 24:42Misty Celli: It's the love of a woman who has something to give because she has something left and she feels it.
- 24:48Misty Celli: Children always feel it.
- 24:50Misty Celli: Something in the room is lighter, and she can't name it, but she will carry it forward.
- 24:55Misty Celli: She is learning right now what a woman looks like when she knows who she is.
- 25:01Misty Celli: She is building that into her own blueprint.
- 25:04Misty Celli: You move through your day and you have opinions, you have choices that are yours.
- 25:09Misty Celli: You catch yourself laughing, really laughing, and it doesn't feel foreign anymore.
- 25:13Misty Celli: It feels like something that was always supposed to be there.
- 25:17Misty Celli: Just turned back up.
- 25:19Misty Celli: That is not a fantasy.
- 25:21Misty Celli: That is not a version of you that requires a different history or a different life or different people.
- 25:26Misty Celli: That is you, the real you, the one whose rhythm never stopped, living at full volume again in the same house with the same people on an ordinary Tuesday.
- 25:38Misty Celli: And here's what I want you to understand about that vision.
- 25:41Misty Celli: You don't have to build her from scratch.
- 25:44Misty Celli: You have to uncover her.
- 25:46Misty Celli: The foundation is already there.
- 25:48Misty Celli: The rhythm is already there, underneath the noise, underneath the obligations, underneath everything that got loud while she got quiet.
- 25:58Misty Celli: She is already there, waiting.
- 26:01Misty Celli: The moment that you decide to listen, she gets louder.
- 26:05Misty Celli: That's not hope.
- 26:07Misty Celli: That's just how it works.
- 26:08Misty Celli: You don't have to become her.
- 26:11Misty Celli: You just have to remember her.
- 26:12Misty Celli: And you cannot remember something that you never experienced.
- 26:16Misty Celli: She exists, she is waiting, and she is so much closer than you think.
- 26:20Misty Celli: Here's what I want you to do before you go.
- 26:23Misty Celli: I want you to ask yourself the question that I asked myself at the red light, not as rhetorical exercise, but as a real inquiry.
- 26:30Misty Celli: Sit with it, let it land.
- 26:32Misty Celli: Does self-worth have an expiration date?
- 26:35Misty Celli: And when your mind goes looking for the evidence, really looking and honestly looking, I think you're going to find what I found.
- 26:43Misty Celli: There isn't any evidence that what you've been calling gone is actually quiet.
- 26:49Misty Celli: And quiet has a way back.
- 26:51Misty Celli: It has a volume.
- 26:53Misty Celli: You can turn it up.
- 26:55Misty Celli: Here's what we need to do next.
- 26:57Misty Celli: Thursday, I'm going to release the next episode, and we are going to talk about something I think will be the missing piece for you.
- 27:05Misty Celli: Because now that you know she still exists, that she's still there, the question becomes: what has been drowning her out?
- 27:13Misty Celli: Until we can name that, we can't turn the volume down.
- 27:16Misty Celli: And turning the volume down on everything that isn't her, that's where the real work begins.
- 27:22Misty Celli: That's exactly what we're greeting into on Thursday, and I don't want you to miss it.
- 27:26Misty Celli: Subscribe if you haven't already so it lands in your feed automatically and share this episode.
- 27:32Misty Celli: If you know a woman who's been quietly grieving the woman she used to be, send this to her today because she needs to hear that the woman she's been missing hasn't left.
- 27:42Misty Celli: She just went quiet, and quiet is not gone.
- 27:47Misty Celli: Before you go, I want to give you something to carry out of here: a declaration.
- 27:52Misty Celli: Say this out loud or say it inside yourself, but say it like you mean it, because it's true.
- 27:58Misty Celli: I am a woman whose utmost self is already inside her.
- 28:02Misty Celli: She's been whispering to me this whole time, and now I hear her.
- 28:07Misty Celli: Say that.
- 28:08Misty Celli: Own that.
- 28:09Misty Celli: Because the moment you do, something shifts.
- 28:12Misty Celli: It's small, it's real, it's yours.
- 28:16Misty Celli: And one more thing, because I know what's coming within the hour, maybe sooner, the old voice is going to come back.
- 28:23Misty Celli: The one that says, Who do you think you are?
- 28:26Misty Celli: You've tried this before, and you don't get your hopes up because it's not going to happen for you.
- 28:32Misty Celli: And I want you to be ready for it.
- 28:34Misty Celli: That voice is not the truth.
- 28:37Misty Celli: That voice is not about you.
- 28:39Misty Celli: That is the identity eraser effect.
- 28:42Misty Celli: The thing that gets louder every time you get close.
- 28:46Misty Celli: Answer it with this self worth doesn't expire, it gets buried.
- 28:51Misty Celli: And I know how to dig.
- 28:53Misty Celli: You are more than everyone's everything.
- 28:57Misty Celli: You are someone.
- 28:59Misty Celli: I'll see you Thursday.
