- 0:08Speaker 1: All advice Shooter.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello, welcome to the Lord of BENI show. I'm your
- 0:16Speaker 1: host of Shooter and it is Tuesday, which means our
- 0:18Speaker 1: dear friend Delenna Dexon joins us. Hey, mister, I.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Am oh are you still recovering from the Tonys?
- 0:27Speaker 1: And I love this stuff, So I get it. I
- 0:29Speaker 1: get that some people think Broadway is so New York.
- 0:32Speaker 1: But I grew up in a little town and we
- 0:34Speaker 1: usedtill love watching theater on TV. And I know a
- 0:37Speaker 1: lot of my friends here in America who don't leave
- 0:39Speaker 1: in New York, they can't see the shows. So this
- 0:42Speaker 1: is a great chance that Tony is to get to
- 0:45Speaker 1: see all those delicious shows. And then maybe if they
- 0:48Speaker 1: come to a theater by you on tour, you can
- 0:50Speaker 1: go and see it. But I love it. You love
- 0:52Speaker 1: theatre too, Mistery. I mean, we're friends for many, many reasons,
- 0:55Speaker 1: but theater certainly is one of our joint passions.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Oh yes, and I've seen most of the shows that
- 1:00Speaker 2: were nominated, the show that won Kimberley a Kembo, But
- 1:04Speaker 2: it was fun to kind of relive it and just
- 1:06Speaker 2: kind of be like I was there. I saw that
- 1:08Speaker 2: person absolusolutely.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Okay, let's jump into ours show. What time is it,
- 1:12Speaker 1: my friends? It is tea time. Big story at the
- 1:14Speaker 1: top of the show. It looks like Harry and Meghan
- 1:17Speaker 1: were not invited to the Trooping of the Color next weekend.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Let me explain what all of this means. The Trooping
- 1:22Speaker 1: of the Color is Saturday, and the Trooping of the
- 1:25Speaker 1: Color is the King's or the Queen's whoever is on
- 1:28Speaker 1: the throne. It's their official birthday, so they mark this
- 1:32Speaker 1: event in June, despite the fact that Charles's actual birthday, Misty,
- 1:37Speaker 1: is in November. The reason they did this is years
- 1:40Speaker 1: and years and years ago, hundreds of years ago. They
- 1:43Speaker 1: decided to make sure the King or the Queen could
- 1:46Speaker 1: have an official birthday during a month where the weather
- 1:49Speaker 1: is a little bit nicer, so they picked June. The
- 1:52Speaker 1: Mirror is reporting that Harry and Meghan were left off
- 1:55Speaker 1: the guest list and it's unlikely that they will be attending.
- 2:00Speaker 1: It's just a few days after he was in the
- 2:02Speaker 1: UK for his court case against the Mirror group. For
- 2:06Speaker 1: its part, Buckingham Palace is refusing to say whether or
- 2:10Speaker 1: not they are invited. What do you think Mist's this
- 2:12Speaker 1: is snub.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Oh goodness. I keep thinking of Michelle Obama who said
- 2:17Speaker 2: when they go low, we go high. And I think
- 2:19Speaker 2: it would be great pr for the monarchy or whoever
- 2:24Speaker 2: is the organization the firm to always extend the invitation,
- 2:28Speaker 2: because then you could be like, well, we invited them,
- 2:30Speaker 2: they chose not to show up, so it's kind of
- 2:32Speaker 2: low kichade. But then again, I don't know is this
- 2:36Speaker 2: considered royal duties, because if it is, they're not royals,
- 2:39Speaker 2: so why would they be Yeah, why would they be invited?
- 2:42Speaker 2: So it's kind of a catch twenty two. But I
- 2:45Speaker 2: always say extend the invitation and let the other person
- 2:48Speaker 2: say nah, so you can be like I was.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Gracious, take the high ROADSTA. That's you. That's you. I
- 2:53Speaker 1: think I have some explanation for you. So the last
- 2:56Speaker 1: trooping of the Color that they attended was held during
- 2:59Speaker 1: the Platinum Juwe celebrations of the Queen last Jue, and
- 3:02Speaker 1: so the Queen was around last June. Since then, though
- 3:06Speaker 1: Harry's memoirs come out, the Netflix documentary has come out,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and relationships are at an all time lo. The Daily
- 3:13Speaker 1: Mail is saying that the possible snub might be because
- 3:18Speaker 1: they just don't want any distractions, and whenever and Harry
- 3:22Speaker 1: and Meghan turn up, even if they mean well, they do,
- 3:25Speaker 1: they do distract. Mister. They're probably the most famous couple,
- 3:29Speaker 1: one of them in the world. Wherever they go, all
- 3:32Speaker 1: the cameras go to. They want this day to be
- 3:34Speaker 1: a celebration of the King his birthday, not Meghan and
- 3:38Speaker 1: Harry drama. Yeah.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I mean, you're not gonna win either way, right, Either
- 3:43Speaker 2: they show up and they take away, or you don't
- 3:46Speaker 2: invite them and that becomes the story. But I think
- 3:48Speaker 2: the thing is learning how to be away where you
- 3:51Speaker 2: can invite them and like, like you said, they're not
- 3:54Speaker 2: going to show up. Harry was just in UK. They've
- 3:56Speaker 2: got kids in California. Their life is really in America now.
- 3:59Speaker 2: So I think if they could have made the invitation
- 4:01Speaker 2: pretty much with the knowledge it wasn't going to happen.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I think you're right there, Mistay, they could have
- 4:06Speaker 1: invited them. Have you ever done that? Have you invited
- 4:09Speaker 1: somebody to a party hoping and praying that they don't
- 4:13Speaker 1: show up?
- 4:15Speaker 2: Well, I hate to lie, so I will just say
- 4:17Speaker 2: I've been in that situation before, and usually those people
- 4:20Speaker 2: don't show up. You invite them because you know they're
- 4:22Speaker 2: not going to show up.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I've also been in the situations where people that don't
- 4:27Speaker 1: really like me invite me so that they can look
- 4:30Speaker 1: like they're taking the high road. Then I have to
- 4:32Speaker 1: show up.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That's what the royals need
- 4:35Speaker 2: to do.
- 4:36Speaker 1: That's what they should do. You should listen to mister Harry,
- 4:39Speaker 1: Meghan King Charles. If you're listening Laola Ala, which brings
- 4:41Speaker 1: us to our pole question of the day. Prince Harry
- 4:44Speaker 1: and Meghan looks like they're not going to get invited
- 4:46Speaker 1: to the Trooping of the Color. That's a really fancy
- 4:48Speaker 1: way of saying the King's official birthday. What do you
- 4:52Speaker 1: think about this? Is it a snub? Were they deliberately
- 4:55Speaker 1: not invited or was it a mistake? Sometimes it's an
- 4:58Speaker 1: oversight when you've got a lot of invites to send
- 5:00Speaker 1: that you forget someone I know forgetting you.
- 5:02Speaker 2: You're not gonna forget Prince Harry and Megan.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So what do you think here? Was this a snubber
- 5:07Speaker 1: of mistake? Go votes on our Twitter page at Nordon
- 5:09Speaker 1: and Ice rob facebook page is Nordy Gossip and be
- 5:12Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Misty,
- 5:18Speaker 1: what are you working on?
- 5:19Speaker 2: The okay Now reps for supermodel Irena Shake are shutting
- 5:23Speaker 2: down rumors between her and Tom Brady. They are big.
- 5:28Speaker 2: They are vigorously denying that the Russian supermodel threw herself
- 5:33Speaker 2: at the single and newly retired football greet Tom Brady
- 5:38Speaker 2: at Elevish wedding in Italy. So one of the pieces
- 5:41Speaker 2: that came out about this party is that Irena was
- 5:45Speaker 2: not letting Tom out of her sight. She followed him
- 5:47Speaker 2: all around all weekend and was even throwing herself at him,
- 5:52Speaker 2: which had some big name guests there that she could
- 5:54Speaker 2: have thrown herself at like Leonardo DiCaprio, Serena and Venus Williams.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Was yes now.
- 6:04Speaker 2: The report added that Tom, who split with his supermodel
- 6:08Speaker 2: wife Giselbunction back in twenty twenty two, wasn't interested in
- 6:13Speaker 2: pursuing anything with Hrena. So basically a representative Winter Page six,
- 6:19Speaker 2: our friend Allie and said that this account is totally fictional,
- 6:23Speaker 2: and Sherry Bowen, the vice president of the Society Management,
- 6:28Speaker 2: also told dailymail dot Com this story is completely false.
- 6:33Speaker 2: It is totally malicious and a fictional account of the evening,
- 6:38Speaker 2: but a fun one, right, a fun one. So what
- 6:40Speaker 2: do you think, Rob, Why would somebody make this up?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah? I think you know, following Tom Brady around out
- 6:46Speaker 1: of wedding is something we would all do, mistery, we
- 6:48Speaker 1: would do that too. But throwing yourself at him, that's
- 6:51Speaker 1: where it gets a little bit what's the word they use?
- 6:54Speaker 1: Malicious and alsoious. Let's remind everybody here, she's one of
- 6:57Speaker 1: the world's top super she has a baby with Bradley Cooper.
- 7:04Speaker 1: You know, I don't think if they if I was
- 7:06Speaker 1: told the Donnie Metcher, my friend Donnie had followed Tom
- 7:10Speaker 1: around and thrown himself at Tom, I would believe it.
- 7:14Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that a Donnie is not a supermodel.
- 7:17Speaker 1: He certainly is in ambind but you get what I'm
- 7:19Speaker 1: saying here. I think there's a little bit of meanness
- 7:22Speaker 1: to this. Whoever leaked the story I think had a
- 7:24Speaker 1: little bit of a gender. My sources are telling me
- 7:26Speaker 1: that they're just friends. They do know each other, but
- 7:28Speaker 1: it's purely platonic. There's no relationship there. And also let's
- 7:33Speaker 1: remember that she's the latest female who has been linked
- 7:37Speaker 1: to Tom. Just a few weeks ago, there was speculation
- 7:40Speaker 1: that Tom was with Kim Kardashian. Maybe Tom's people are
- 7:44Speaker 1: pushing this narrative that he's single, he's ready to mingle. However,
- 7:48Speaker 1: at the moment, he hasn't found a nice girl. There's
- 7:51Speaker 1: lots and lots of moving parts to this one, But
- 7:53Speaker 1: I do think as if Irena got the short end
- 7:56Speaker 1: of the stick here, not with Tom Brady. He is
- 8:00Speaker 1: not the short end of anything. He's delicious. But there's
- 8:03Speaker 1: this sort of like undertone of her being desperate, and
- 8:07Speaker 1: I think that's what her management really dislike.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Oh, I agree, And it's kind of just putting females
- 8:14Speaker 2: in this position. They're throwing themselves at yeah this you know,
- 8:18Speaker 2: retired football player. I mean Arena, she is her own woman.
- 8:22Speaker 2: She don't need to throw herself at anybody. She can't
- 8:24Speaker 2: get any man in the room she wants. So that's right,
- 8:27Speaker 2: right period, book clothes not true.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I like this story. Jojo Sibar is explaining that social
- 8:36Speaker 1: media actually made it easier for her to come out
- 8:39Speaker 1: as LGBTQ. It gave her a safe space. So a
- 8:43Speaker 1: lot of people think of social media as a place
- 8:45Speaker 1: where bullies lurk and that can definitely be true, but
- 8:48Speaker 1: Jojo is saying she's actually really thankful for social media
- 8:52Speaker 1: and it helped her on a positive coming out journey.
- 8:54Speaker 1: The singer who came out as LGBTQ on an Instagram
- 8:59Speaker 1: lie in January twenty twenty one, said she found it
- 9:02Speaker 1: easier to open up about her sexuality online after finding
- 9:07Speaker 1: a supportive community there. She told E News quote, just
- 9:10Speaker 1: getting social media for me actually gave me a safe
- 9:13Speaker 1: space to come out. I love this mystery because we
- 9:17Speaker 1: always talk about social media are such a negative, such
- 9:20Speaker 1: a mean, such a nasty place, and it certainly can
- 9:24Speaker 1: be that. I'm not saying it's not, but it also
- 9:27Speaker 1: can be a really positive thing. I know that I
- 9:29Speaker 1: talked to so many of the Northeast. We DM we
- 9:32Speaker 1: speak on social media. We have our little FanBook page.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Terry created it a lem Lolo Terry, thank you for that.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I've learned to really enjoy social media and the dark
- 9:43Speaker 1: side I step away from.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Oh and I totally agree. I mean, there can be
- 9:48Speaker 2: some really dark things, and it can if you read
- 9:50Speaker 2: some things. I've read some things about myself, but what
- 9:52Speaker 2: I've chosen is not to go to those things because
- 9:56Speaker 2: they don't define me. You surround yourself around people who
- 9:59Speaker 2: support you. And the fact that she found this community
- 10:02Speaker 2: that we're accepting of her and we're able to maybe
- 10:05Speaker 2: share stories of their coming out. I think that's so important,
- 10:09Speaker 2: and that just goes to show you how social media
- 10:12Speaker 2: can be used for good. A lot of people use
- 10:14Speaker 2: it for evil, but you know what, for everybody just
- 10:16Speaker 2: reached in their heart and used it for good, it
- 10:18Speaker 2: would be a safe and great place for everyone.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Absolutely, and remember that if you're on social media, you're
- 10:25Speaker 1: part of this group. Be a force of good. It's
- 10:30Speaker 1: so easy to just write negative things. I fall down
- 10:33Speaker 1: this rabbit hole all the time, mistay of trying to
- 10:36Speaker 1: be witty, and I'm not being witty and being mean.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I now go out of my way to say nice
- 10:41Speaker 1: things like you look pretty, or what a great dress,
- 10:43Speaker 1: or oh wow, that's so great. I literally know, every
- 10:47Speaker 1: time I post something negative, I have to post ten
- 10:49Speaker 1: things good. That's my rule. It's got to be a
- 10:52Speaker 1: ten to one ratio. Eventually I'm going to get a
- 10:53Speaker 1: ten to zero, but at the moment, I'm still on
- 10:56Speaker 1: the process. So you've got social media, you're looking at
- 10:58Speaker 1: your phone maybe right now listening to this podcast, Maybe
- 11:01Speaker 1: on your phone go on to Twitter and say something nice.
- 11:04Speaker 1: So I see someone's photograph on Facebook and don't scroll
- 11:07Speaker 1: past it like it. The same with Instagram, mystery. I
- 11:10Speaker 1: find myself scrolling and scrolling and never actually stopping to
- 11:14Speaker 1: say something nice, which we've all got the power to do. Okay,
- 11:20Speaker 1: moving along, Kevin Federline is shutting down reports about his
- 11:24Speaker 1: ex wife. We spoke about this yesterday, miss Da, about
- 11:27Speaker 1: the rumors about Britney Spears. But today Kevin has jumped
- 11:31Speaker 1: into this debate.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yeah, he's basically come and said that his wife ex
- 11:36Speaker 2: wife is not using drugs, and he's really berating reporter
- 11:41Speaker 2: Daphne Barack, who allegedly told The Daily Mail earlier this
- 11:45Speaker 2: month that she had a conversation with Federline about Britney Spears.
- 11:51Speaker 2: So now, of course we all know that Kevin is
- 11:53Speaker 2: co parenting their children, Sean Preston and Jade James. Can
- 11:57Speaker 2: you believe these kids are almost eighteen now and he's
- 12:01Speaker 2: just denying these allegations. And Kevin said it sands our
- 12:05Speaker 2: family that Dafhene has decided to fabricate lies and publish
- 12:09Speaker 2: the heartache our family has endured. We did allow Daphine
- 12:14Speaker 2: into our home because we trusted them, but that trust
- 12:17Speaker 2: was lost and we sever tize back in March. For
- 12:20Speaker 2: many reasons, we choose not to go into here. It's
- 12:24Speaker 2: very distressing that she continues to harass our family when
- 12:28Speaker 2: we have reportedly asked her to leave us alone. Wow,
- 12:32Speaker 2: So what do you think about this? I mean, we're reporters,
- 12:35Speaker 2: and of course people allow us in their lives. I
- 12:38Speaker 2: have an interview coming out tomorrow and the person was
- 12:41Speaker 2: very candid, and I always want to take care of
- 12:44Speaker 2: the person, just as as somebody would take care of
- 12:47Speaker 2: what I said.
- 12:47Speaker 1: What do you think wrong? Yeah, I like to take
- 12:50Speaker 1: care of the truth of what they said. I don't
- 12:53Speaker 1: take them on as astray anymore. I don't because we
- 12:55Speaker 1: meet a lot of crazy people doing what we do delist,
- 12:58Speaker 1: So I don't take on the person as a friend,
- 13:00Speaker 1: and I'm really good at now having these boundaries. But
- 13:03Speaker 1: what I do take extreme care about is the truth.
- 13:06Speaker 1: And if you say something perfect, I report it, and
- 13:09Speaker 1: if you don't say something, I don't report it, and
- 13:11Speaker 1: I certainly don't misrepresent what you said. Where this gets
- 13:16Speaker 1: really difficult is Daphanie approached Kevin about doing a documentary,
- 13:20Speaker 1: and I believe there was money involved here. She sold
- 13:22Speaker 1: it to the BBC, to a British broadcasting organization, and
- 13:26Speaker 1: I know people that have worked with this reporter in
- 13:29Speaker 1: the past and they have been paid. So we're not
- 13:31Speaker 1: sure if she paid Kevin, but she has paid people
- 13:35Speaker 1: to talk. So she had her cameras in his house
- 13:39Speaker 1: for many days. A lot of stuff was said, and
- 13:41Speaker 1: now she's claiming now that this relationship has gone bad.
- 13:44Speaker 1: She's claiming that he said he thought Brittany was back
- 13:48Speaker 1: on drugs, an explosive allegation. What makes me very worried
- 13:51Speaker 1: here is that Daphanie, like her or not, she's controversial.
- 13:55Speaker 1: She's done this a long time and she might have
- 13:57Speaker 1: something on tape. So if you did say it, if
- 14:00Speaker 1: you did say it and you wish you hadn't said it,
- 14:03Speaker 1: that's not the same as not ever have saying it
- 14:08Speaker 1: in the first place. We've had this happen, Misty. People
- 14:11Speaker 1: have talked stupid things and then they regret saying it,
- 14:14Speaker 1: and quite often I let them off the hook. I'm like, okay,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I'll be you did say it, but I'll be a
- 14:20Speaker 1: good fellow. I'll delete that sentence or too. Daphanie doesn't
- 14:23Speaker 1: appear to be playing by those rules of the game,
- 14:27Speaker 1: and they're not. They're not, you know, setting Stone. We
- 14:30Speaker 1: all make a judgment call on this, but I worry
- 14:32Speaker 1: that he said something and she's got him on tape.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Yes, that's true, But the question is if the interview
- 14:38Speaker 2: is about his side of the family, why is it
- 14:40Speaker 2: important what he said about Britney Spears. But again, as journalists,
- 14:44Speaker 2: we know it's people gonna want to read, and of
- 14:46Speaker 2: course they would want to read about that. So it's
- 14:48Speaker 2: always a fine line to say, like you said the truth,
- 14:52Speaker 2: but also making sure that it's it's done with some
- 14:56Speaker 2: kind of care.
- 14:57Speaker 1: So absolutely, yeah, absolutely a balancing act, but makes me
- 15:01Speaker 1: nervous this one. Okay, moving along before we get to
- 15:03Speaker 1: break Samuel L. Jackson's face after losing the Tony has
- 15:07Speaker 1: become a mean So I think Samuel L. Jackson thought
- 15:10Speaker 1: he was gonna win. He lost to Brandon Kranowitz, who's
- 15:13Speaker 1: in Leopold stat It's an amazing play and what they do,
- 15:17Speaker 1: and I love this sort award shows is they put
- 15:19Speaker 1: a camera on all the nominees and then they announced
- 15:21Speaker 1: the winner. The winner jumps up and smiles and screams
- 15:24Speaker 1: and cries. The other four faces are still upon the screen,
- 15:27Speaker 1: and so you've got to practice a losing face. So
- 15:30Speaker 1: if ever we get nominated for something misty, we probably
- 15:32Speaker 1: won't win. But if we get nominated, mister, we're going
- 15:35Speaker 1: to practice our faces at Botido. Two faces, our winning
- 15:39Speaker 1: face and our losing face. That's the face. It's a
- 15:42Speaker 1: good face. Okay, we're going to take a quick break,
- 15:45Speaker 1: if we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:49Speaker 1: Nordy bannicam Rob shuld if I, dear friend, mister Hemsty,
- 15:51Speaker 1: let's get to the polls dot dot, Thank you darling.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Last show, he talks about Britney Spears's lawyer calling out
- 15:57Speaker 1: the reckless claims that the singer is on meth, crystal meth.
- 16:01Speaker 1: That's a big accusation. Do you believe Britney's lawyer or
- 16:05Speaker 1: do you believe the shocking reports? Seventy percent believe the reports.
- 16:09Speaker 1: And I think this is because something's a little off
- 16:12Speaker 1: on Britney. We see the videos, we know something's been
- 16:14Speaker 1: off for a long time. We know she struggles with
- 16:16Speaker 1: mental health issues. I think if we just blame it
- 16:18Speaker 1: on drugs. It's an easy way to explain this, and
- 16:21Speaker 1: I believe it's much more complicated than that, but we
- 16:24Speaker 1: go with the majority on the Naughty book Nice show.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's pole. Go to our
- 16:28Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob a facebook page is
- 16:32Speaker 1: Naughty your zib and be sure to check back to
- 16:35Speaker 1: Morawa to hear your results. And now it's time for
- 16:39Speaker 1: our nicest of the day.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Well, our nicest of the day is actually kind of
- 16:46Speaker 2: the coronation going back to Royalty. So, as you may recall,
- 16:50Speaker 2: there was a lot of scening drama at the coronation,
- 16:52Speaker 2: so Harry ended up sitting in the third row directly
- 16:56Speaker 2: in front of Princess Anne, who was wearing the world's
- 16:59Speaker 2: largest red feather in her hat that completely blocked Harry's
- 17:04Speaker 2: face from the view of the cameras. Okay, so if
- 17:07Speaker 2: you're curious what the royal family thought of this moment,
- 17:10Speaker 2: the Time spoke to an insider who said the hat
- 17:13Speaker 2: prompted much hilarity among the family. Where the plume ended
