- 0:12Speaker 2: you think that about everything?
- 0:17Speaker 3: I don't think if she had the chance, she'd be
- 0:18Speaker 3: all over me. Anyway, I was talking to britt Brian
- 0:20Speaker 3: the other day and she was like, I gotta stop
- 0:24Speaker 3: going to Trade or Joe's. Why we all have one
- 0:27Speaker 3: of those places where you look at your credit card
- 0:29Speaker 3: statement at the end of the month and you're like,
- 0:30Speaker 3: oh good Lord was like that with Buffalo Wild Wings
- 0:33Speaker 3: a while ago.
- 0:34Speaker 4: Yeah, no, it some places just take your money, whether
- 0:38Speaker 4: you want them, or whether you try to or not.
- 0:40Speaker 1: It's just do you just love it so much.
- 0:41Speaker 3: You rolling and you buy everything there. Anyway, my friend
- 0:45Speaker 3: Brittany was like, I gotta, I.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Just got it. Stop going to Trader Shows because I
- 0:48Speaker 2: buy so much stuff. And this caught my eye. This
- 0:52Speaker 2: is for you, Brittany.
- 0:53Speaker 3: This whole list out this morning from Trader Joe's. It's
- 0:56Speaker 3: their employees. They are revealing their faith for it products,
- 1:01Speaker 3: the nine must Try items. I love it too, except
- 1:07Speaker 3: it's straight crap because they left a bunch of them
- 1:09Speaker 3: off that are by farms.
- 1:12Speaker 1: They have many good things.
- 1:14Speaker 3: I'm gonna tell you right now, the number one thing
- 1:15Speaker 3: on the list I would not buy just because of
- 1:18Speaker 3: the name. Can you see a grown ass man Jare
- 1:21Speaker 3: Bear your majesty rolling into Trader Joe's and tapping one
- 1:24Speaker 3: of the employees on the shoulder and say, pardon me,
- 1:27Speaker 3: where are the strawberry doodle cookies?
- 1:30Speaker 2: Would direct me towards these strawberry doodle cookies?
- 1:34Speaker 4: Well, he probably knows exactly where they are, so they sound.
- 1:39Speaker 3: They say it's a summer seasonal twist on a snicker doodle,
- 1:43Speaker 3: soft and chewy, rolled in sugar freeze, dried strawberry powder,
- 1:47Speaker 3: and they have strawberry and apple pieces inside five bucks
- 1:51Speaker 3: for about six of them.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Could you direct me to the strawberry doodle cookies?
- 1:56Speaker 1: I got a hanker in what else list?
- 1:58Speaker 2: The unexpected Cheddar cheese spread?
- 2:02Speaker 1: Oh is it called unexpected.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Unexpected cheddar treat cheese spread? I guess it's got hatch
- 2:08Speaker 3: chili's in it. I got a little bit of kick
- 2:10Speaker 3: hatch chilies, bell peppers, and cayenne.
- 2:13Speaker 1: PEPPERSJS knows how to do it.
- 2:16Speaker 5: Uh.
- 2:16Speaker 2: The cinnamon coffee cake muffins.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Hell me in who and they're gluten free, made with
- 2:22Speaker 3: buttermilk and sour cream and cinnamon and sugar crumbles on top.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Six dollars for four of them. I'd sit out in
- 2:27Speaker 3: my car alone and ethos.
- 2:30Speaker 2: I have, I feel i'd sit out with the box
- 2:35Speaker 2: of cookies.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Sounds like a good time to.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Be all right, here's something that I feel like somebody
- 2:41Speaker 3: fairly healthy might get.
- 2:42Speaker 2: The butternut squashed mac and cheese.
- 2:45Speaker 1: That is good?
- 2:46Speaker 2: Is it?
- 2:46Speaker 5: Hat?
- 2:46Speaker 1: The butternuts butternut squashed mac and cheese.
- 2:49Speaker 2: It is tasty, is it? Yeah? That makes it so great.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I think it's just that.
- 2:53Speaker 4: You know it's supposed to be better for you, but
- 2:56Speaker 4: it doesn't taste like it, so it makes you enjoy
- 2:58Speaker 4: it even more.
- 2:59Speaker 1: It's like the placebo effect.
- 3:01Speaker 4: You know.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Well, I you know it's made with nutmeg and sage. Yeah,
- 3:04Speaker 2: that's it too, which is also my colone that I
- 3:07Speaker 2: used to I can't even pronounce. Number six.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Oh you look at this?
- 3:12Speaker 2: What did you think?
- 3:13Speaker 1: Number six? Yang Ni Yohum sauce.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Sure, it's a Korean style sweet and spicy sauce with
- 3:21Speaker 4: gochu jang molasses, red miso soy sauce and rice vinegar
- 3:25Speaker 4: and garlic.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Also something I wouldn't get because I can't pronounce it.
- 3:28Speaker 1: That sounds tasty, though.
- 3:30Speaker 2: The how do you say?
- 3:32Speaker 1: Number?
- 3:32Speaker 2: Okay?
- 3:33Speaker 4: Number seven is olive for gasse, the French for.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Focus. Nobody knows. That's not a product I would get.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Gussie Joe's call us.
- 3:51Speaker 1: The olive us sounds it sounds good.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Okay, pumpkin cheese spread is on there and that sounds fine.
- 3:58Speaker 3: The chunky garlic and hall of pen you hot sauce,
- 4:00Speaker 3: that sounds good.
- 4:01Speaker 5: All right.
- 4:01Speaker 3: This list is total bs because on here they don't
- 4:05Speaker 3: have their corn salsa.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Corn salica.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Corn salsa a Trader Jos is money.
- 4:11Speaker 3: We keep two or three jars of it in the
- 4:12Speaker 3: cabinet just in case we have company pop over. Oh yeah,
- 4:15Speaker 3: you know, you bust out the taco chips in the
- 4:18Speaker 3: corn salsa and you just give it.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Hell. Yeah, it's We use it in four play. It's
- 4:21Speaker 2: really and I'm not gonna lie.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Every time we go on a road trip, we head
- 4:27Speaker 3: in and get the bags of dried mango there. The
- 4:30Speaker 3: mango is so good, it's unsweetened and it's great for
- 4:33Speaker 3: road trips. I send Katie a bag or picture of
- 4:35Speaker 3: the bag of dry mango got there the other day?
- 4:37Speaker 4: Yes, well, and just a little more on the unhealthy stuff.
- 4:39Speaker 4: What about their peanut butter chocolate cups? Are they not
- 4:42Speaker 4: on the list?
- 4:43Speaker 2: Here is the differences between us on.
- 4:45Speaker 4: The show the best things there also their pork and
- 4:49Speaker 4: ginger soup dumplings you're gonna turn.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Into why is it not listed? And then you turn
- 4:56Speaker 1: me onto something recently.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Definitely not the dried mango.
- 5:00Speaker 1: It's a seasonal item, but it's a lemon pasta.
- 5:03Speaker 5: Oh the.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Changer.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I forgot about the damn lemon pasta.
- 5:12Speaker 1: It's like pasta, not the sauce is lemon. That actual
- 5:15Speaker 1: pasta is infused with lemon.
- 5:17Speaker 5: You guys.
- 5:18Speaker 2: It is so long good.
- 5:19Speaker 4: And don't even get me started on the sublime ice
- 5:22Speaker 4: cream cookies. Okay, because knows how to do an ice
- 5:26Speaker 4: cream cookie?
- 5:27Speaker 1: WHOA.
- 5:28Speaker 2: So many ladies right now in the car going.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Yes, yes, I know something, you saying their things like
- 5:35Speaker 4: tell us what you like at TJ's.
- 5:38Speaker 1: They didn't make the list.
- 5:39Speaker 2: The corn nuts too, three layer hummus. Okay, you better.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Have a cigarette alright, alright, So, speaking of luxury, I
- 5:49Speaker 3: want to give you this story really quick because I
- 5:52Speaker 3: feel so vindicated. For twenty plus years on this morning show,
- 5:59Speaker 3: I talked about the worst drivers.
- 6:01Speaker 2: On the planet and what they be driving.
- 6:04Speaker 3: We know, and it is consistently BMW drivers and RAM
- 6:10Speaker 3: pickup drivers.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Yep, you guys are jerks.
- 6:13Speaker 1: You get on this hill all the time.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Have mercy, We'll get this.
- 6:19Speaker 3: There's a new report out that analyzed actual data from
- 6:22Speaker 3: all the insurance companies on accident reports and they came
- 6:26Speaker 3: up with a list of the best and worst drivers
- 6:28Speaker 3: by vehicle brand. Number one it's Dodger, I know, it's
- 6:33Speaker 3: BMW and RAM truck driver tie well, and then Tesla
- 6:39Speaker 3: came in third. But the first two BMW and Ram,
- 6:43Speaker 3: they could have just come to me.
- 6:44Speaker 2: They to spend all this money to analyze data. Just
- 6:49Speaker 2: listen to your majesty, I'm preaching for years.
- 6:53Speaker 1: A proclamation was said.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Now there is a third one I have added to
- 6:58Speaker 3: the list recently because I have no It is that.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Super roo drivers.
- 7:01Speaker 3: The other one are the biggest a hole drivers lately,
- 7:05Speaker 3: especially around here.
- 7:07Speaker 2: They they are nuts.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like, you know, we own those mountains, so
- 7:11Speaker 1: we're all.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Just gonna act like you can drive those mountains.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Yeah, no, no, no.
- 7:15Speaker 3: There's like two or three Superoos that I see every
- 7:18Speaker 3: morning on my drive in because I'm like alone generally,
- 7:21Speaker 3: and no joke. They come right up on my rear
- 7:25Speaker 3: end and I go, I bet this is the white
- 7:26Speaker 3: Superoo and he goes zip and buy me. The RAM
- 7:30Speaker 3: people and the Supero people are the drivers with the
- 7:34Speaker 3: highest accident rates, so they get in the most accidents,
- 7:38Speaker 3: are Ram and Supero.
- 7:39Speaker 2: So there you go. There it is suck it, bro.
- 7:42Speaker 4: You must feel vindicated because that's so good something you've
- 7:45Speaker 4: said since I've known you.
- 7:47Speaker 2: So yeah, it's funny.
- 7:50Speaker 3: And I can say this because my mom drives a
- 7:52Speaker 3: BMW and she's all over the freaking road.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Drivers.
- 7:58Speaker 3: All right, So, speaking of lugs with BMW, there is
- 8:01Speaker 3: a Reddit post out this morning asking people a simple question,
- 8:06Speaker 3: and we would love it if you guys chimed in
- 8:08Speaker 3: about this. Uh three O three six nine one one
- 8:11Speaker 3: mix three oh three six nine.
- 8:13Speaker 2: One sixteen forty nine.
- 8:16Speaker 3: The question on Reddit what is your luxury let down?
- 8:21Speaker 3: What did you want stop wanting after you finally had
- 8:24Speaker 3: it or experienced it? You've been saving for years telling
- 8:27Speaker 3: all your friends, I'm gonna get a BMW something yeah, right,
- 8:31Speaker 3: you know you have pictures of it up on your
- 8:33Speaker 3: vision board.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Yes, Katie, Uh so what is it? And then you
- 8:37Speaker 2: got it? You're like, oh, this sucks three O three
- 8:39Speaker 2: six nine one sixteen forty nine. Do you have one?
- 8:42Speaker 1: Well?
- 8:42Speaker 4: I think as a woman, we are kind of dealt
- 8:46Speaker 4: a bad hand in one specific category. So I'm gonna say, uh,
- 8:50Speaker 4: perfume as one, because I will know. For one Christmas,
- 8:55Speaker 4: I asked for coach perfume from everybody. All I wanted
- 8:59Speaker 4: was coach perfume. And then I got it. And that
- 9:00Speaker 4: stuff's over one hundred bucks for a good sized bottle, right,
- 9:04Speaker 4: and that's not.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Even the high end perfume perfume. But I got it,
- 9:08Speaker 1: and then I was wearing it, and I'm like, I
- 9:09Speaker 1: don't love how.
- 9:10Speaker 4: I smell walking around, first of all, but the fact
- 9:13Speaker 4: that it costs.
- 9:14Speaker 1: So much money.
- 9:15Speaker 4: And now I buy the six dollars toasted pistachio body
- 9:19Speaker 4: spray from Bathroom body Works.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Now all the dogs chase the street.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I love the smell, Like I'll walk by.
- 9:26Speaker 2: What that is? It's the best of my eyes burned?
- 9:29Speaker 2: Don't you come from my ice burn every morning? What
- 9:32Speaker 2: is that?
- 9:32Speaker 4: No, it smells so good and I love it and
- 9:34Speaker 4: it's six dollars, so again, like I just feel like
- 9:38Speaker 4: it's and there's so many things in that category for women,
- 9:41Speaker 4: you know, any kind of like health and beauty stuff.
- 9:43Speaker 1: We are told we have to spend hundreds of dollars
- 9:45Speaker 1: on it, and it doesn't do what it says.
- 9:48Speaker 2: So I'm like, oh, it's all marketing. It's all fake.
- 9:51Speaker 2: You know what My late the latest at my house.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Yeah, Nick Knack was showing me just the other night
- 9:55Speaker 3: as we're standing there brushing our teeth and she had
- 9:57Speaker 3: some sort of face mask thing on.
- 10:00Speaker 2: She's like oo.
- 10:01Speaker 3: I was like, put the toothbrush down first, and she's like,
- 10:04Speaker 3: look at this new bottle of stuff I have.
- 10:06Speaker 2: She's like, it's made by a woman in Hawaii.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Oh see, And then all of a sudden it's on dollars.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I was like, well that sounds expensive. Yes, it does,
- 10:14Speaker 2: shipping from Hawaii.
- 10:15Speaker 1: It's it.
- 10:16Speaker 2: It's like it's so potions, elixirs.
- 10:19Speaker 4: The buzzworthy stuff. And here's the thing, is like, we
- 10:22Speaker 4: want to look young. I think every woman can say,
- 10:25Speaker 4: we want to look pretty, we want to look presentable,
- 10:27Speaker 4: and these things are promised to give you that the
- 10:30Speaker 4: fountain of the Glow.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Yes, I guarantee this woman who's in Hawaii is probably
- 10:35Speaker 3: just in Parker or something.
- 10:37Speaker 2: What are your luxury letdowns?
- 10:41Speaker 3: All right, we're talking about luxury letdowns this morning with JKJ.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Things that you've saved up for for many many months,
- 10:48Speaker 3: many many years, and you finally got it and you're like, eh,
- 10:51Speaker 3: this is mediocre at best.
- 10:53Speaker 2: So what's your luxury letdown?
- 10:55Speaker 3: Three oh three, six nine, one, sixteen forty nine the
- 10:58Speaker 3: amount of people who have in on the text line
- 11:01Speaker 3: and said hot tub.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I lost track. Yeah, my parents.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Had one for a few years and my dad finally
- 11:08Speaker 3: took a sal's all to it and chopped it up
- 11:10Speaker 3: into about fifty pieces and put it out.
- 11:12Speaker 2: In the trash. So way to do it.
- 11:14Speaker 3: I mentioned to my neighbor like a couple of weeks ago,
- 11:16Speaker 3: because he's got one.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I go, eh, how do you like your hot tb?
- 11:18Speaker 2: I was thinking about getting one.
- 11:19Speaker 3: He he looked me in the eye and said, I
- 11:23Speaker 3: will remove two sections of the fence and push it
- 11:25Speaker 3: into your yard if you want it.
- 11:27Speaker 2: He's like, you can have it, And I was like, oh,
- 11:30Speaker 2: so you don't like it?
- 11:31Speaker 4: Huh, it's so funny too, how psyched up people are
- 11:35Speaker 4: to get a hot tub and he never used his, never,
- 11:38Speaker 4: and then like to check in with them a couple
- 11:40Speaker 4: months later. Every single one of them says that, I
- 11:42Speaker 4: don't think I've met one person.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Yeah, he's like every day. I know he's had it
- 11:47Speaker 2: for about a year. He's like, I think I've been
- 11:49Speaker 2: in it twice.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Yeah. Most people say that what's your luxury let down?
- 11:53Speaker 3: Three oho three six nine one sixteen forty nine. Here
- 11:56Speaker 3: is sweet Monica.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Hi Monica, morning, well, good morning to you. So what's
- 12:02Speaker 2: your luxury let down?
- 12:05Speaker 5: One of those expensive brand purses. I don't know if
- 12:09Speaker 5: I could say the brand o?
- 12:11Speaker 2: Is it Gucci? Is it Michael Core's? Is it?
- 12:15Speaker 5: No, It's not even that expensive. It's a like a
- 12:18Speaker 5: Tory birch bag.
- 12:20Speaker 1: These are or so yeah.
- 12:23Speaker 5: I mean I'm a coach girl Michael Core's and you know,
- 12:26Speaker 5: Tory is a little bit more expensive. And everyone had
- 12:29Speaker 5: Tory sandals Tory purses, and I was like, I want
- 12:32Speaker 5: a Tory bag. And I bought it and I think
- 12:34Speaker 5: it was probably like maybe three fifty four hundred and
- 12:39Speaker 5: I used it for about a month and now it
- 12:41Speaker 5: sits in my closet in a dust bag.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Well, because persons they're like accessories that you change them
- 12:50Speaker 3: in and out depending on your outfit.
- 12:52Speaker 5: The style kind of comes and goals and that's not
- 12:55Speaker 5: the style.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Anymore, but it'll come back.
- 12:59Speaker 5: Now. It's just sitting there, you know what.
- 13:02Speaker 2: You found a lot like Nick Knak, my wife.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Who went through a huge coach phase, and it was
- 13:06Speaker 3: great for me because it's like any birthday, any holiday,
- 13:09Speaker 3: Mother's day. I was just getting her coach persons purse
- 13:11Speaker 3: is like crazy, Yeah, girlfriend, I can't even tell you
- 13:15Speaker 3: how many coach purses are sitting in the closet and
- 13:16Speaker 3: not being used.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:18Speaker 3: And she's made the comment like I should try to
- 13:20Speaker 3: sell these on next door or you know, Facebook, marketplace
- 13:23Speaker 3: or something to tell you that something.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Maybe you could, but I get it.
- 13:27Speaker 4: You probably were so excited to get that Tory birch
- 13:29Speaker 4: bag Monica.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Because it did like the excitement, right, The excitement alone
- 13:33Speaker 1: is worth more I think than the.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Actual I say a rocket, I say screw it, get
- 13:37Speaker 3: it out.
- 13:38Speaker 2: You spent four hundred bucks on it, wear it? Who cares?
- 13:42Speaker 2: Use it up?
- 13:42Speaker 5: It's just sitting there, the idea, because it is it's
- 13:46Speaker 5: just sitting there and I'm just like, I spent all
- 13:49Speaker 5: this money on this purse. Now now you know, it's
- 13:52Speaker 5: just a little purse to hold my phone.
- 13:54Speaker 2: And that's about it.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I want you to make a mental note, put a
- 13:58Speaker 3: reminder in your phone or something to wear it tomorrow,
- 14:01Speaker 3: and I want you to send us a picture of
- 14:03Speaker 3: you wearing it, and I'll put you on our social media.
- 14:06Speaker 2: All the ladies love seeing you with your purse.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Oh you could show it off, Monica.
- 14:11Speaker 5: I will do that, guys.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Thank you, Thank you, Monica. You kisses to you. Here
- 14:19Speaker 2: is Reese. Hi, Reese, Hi, how's it going.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Well, we're super dopes. We're talking luxury letdowns. Things you
- 14:26Speaker 3: saved up for and it was kind of crap.
- 14:27Speaker 2: How about you.
- 14:29Speaker 5: We saved up for two years to go to Disney
- 14:31Speaker 5: World and we splurged and we did all the things,
- 14:34Speaker 5: and it was We even watched the Instagram videos everything
- 14:38Speaker 5: and it was just a letdown.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Man, and you get there and everything's like so expensive
- 14:43Speaker 3: and there's so many people.
- 14:45Speaker 1: It's the lines.
- 14:46Speaker 5: We tired the lines. We tried even doing the fast passes,
- 14:49Speaker 5: we did the rope drops. It was just we were tired, exhausted,
- 14:52Speaker 5: the kids were over it. It wasn't worth the trip.
- 14:54Speaker 5: We had better at a lake in Michigan.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Know, I've been to Disneyland and I kind of I don't.
- 15:01Speaker 2: I don't know can we say that kind.
- 15:04Speaker 5: Do we prefer? We like Land better because it's just
- 15:06Speaker 5: quick and short, you know, but World is like everything
- 15:10Speaker 5: so far and everything is a track.
- 15:12Speaker 1: It's just not.
- 15:14Speaker 3: I don't think Space Mountain was even that great for
- 15:17Speaker 3: all the steaks, Like everybody runs the Space Mountain.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I was like, eah, yeah it was.
- 15:22Speaker 5: The kids were over it. They were all different ages,
- 15:24Speaker 5: so we had a little bit of everything and it
- 15:26Speaker 5: just wasn't worth it.
- 15:27Speaker 3: You're not a Disney adult, are like our our fans are.
- 15:33Speaker 5: We are we're Disneyland though our family is all about it.
- 15:36Speaker 5: But it's just the kids.
