Last weekend, a historic walking tour of Allman’s Distillery in Bandon drew massive crowds during National Heritage Week, forcing historian Niall Tubridy to lead three tours instead of two. Though the distillery ceased operations just six years ago, it still used a 1915 mash bill—marking exactly 100 years since its final distillation.
