Crashes fell from 314 to 263, and injuries dropped from 155 to 129. Troopers issued over 2,600 citations and 1,000 warnings, arresting 46 for DUI. Marine Patrol made 46 boat stops, issued hundreds of citations, and arrested three for boating under the influence.
