- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode we're picking up where we
- 0:06Speaker 1: left off with the Hillary Clinton transcript from her trip
- 0:09Speaker 1: to Congress. Question. I know the public wants names to
- 0:14Speaker 1: be named and I know this is a difficult question
- 0:17Speaker 1: for you given your lack of a relationship with Epstein
- 0:20Speaker 1: or Maxwell. But are there any names you think we
- 0:23Speaker 1: should be talking to at this point that haven't been
- 0:26Speaker 1: out there already? Answer. Answer. I don't know any more
- 0:29Speaker 1: than you do as to what's being exposed in the files.
- 0:33Speaker 1: I saw where Congressman Massey stood on the floor the
- 0:35Speaker 1: other day and said that he named three people. As
- 0:37Speaker 1: I recall, that should be investigated. But there's a long
- 0:40Speaker 1: list of people who, even if they did not do
- 0:43Speaker 1: something themselves wrong because of their association with Epstein, might
- 0:47Speaker 1: have credible information for your committee. Question and final question.
- 0:51Speaker 1: You've expressed a desire for this hearing to be public.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I'd just love to hear sort of an explanation as
- 0:56Speaker 1: to why. Answer, yeah, look, I think sunlight is the
- 0:59Speaker 1: best disinfectant. I think as much as we can do
- 1:02Speaker 1: in public, we should do. And I've testified before Congress
- 1:06Speaker 1: many times before you were there, and it's always in public.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I mean, that's what we did. I testified, and I
- 1:12Speaker 1: was on the other side of the table asking questions
- 1:14Speaker 1: in public. Except for something that was classified that couldn't
- 1:18Speaker 1: be public. What we did was in the sunlight in
- 1:21Speaker 1: front of the press because people, namely our constituents, deserve
- 1:25Speaker 1: to know what we were finding out, to go along
- 1:28Speaker 1: with us, with a few exceptions, to understand what Congress
- 1:31Speaker 1: is doing. So I believe for a long time, I
- 1:34Speaker 1: think we should be testifying in public, and I think
- 1:36Speaker 1: it would benefit this committee for people to see that
- 1:39Speaker 1: you're actually doing things, and especially if you call people
- 1:42Speaker 1: who have some credible information for you, that you are committed,
- 1:45Speaker 1: regardless of the cover-up in the Justice Department or whatever
- 1:48Speaker 1: direction the DOJ is getting from the White House, you
- 1:51Speaker 1: are determined to find out the truth. Question, thank you.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Next person up. Asking questions again. Another congressman. Doesn't say
- 2:00Speaker 1: a name. Question. Secretary, how are you? Answer. I'm okay. Question.
- 2:07Speaker 1: First and foremost, thank you for being here. Question. Thank you.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Or answer. Thank you. Question. Secondly, as an attorney, I
- 2:13Speaker 1: know sometimes things are done differently in D.C., but when
- 2:16Speaker 1: an agreement is made and our word is given, it
- 2:19Speaker 1: should be kept. Answer. I agree with that. question, and
- 2:23Speaker 1: first and foremost, to get into the line of questioning
- 2:25Speaker 1: that I had, on November 12th of last year, Oversight
- 2:28Speaker 1: Committee Democrats released emails that were obtained from the estate
- 2:31Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein. In one email from 2011, Epstein said
- 2:36Speaker 1: to Glenn Maxwell that President Trump was, quote, the dog
- 2:39Speaker 1: that hasn't barked, and that an unnamed victim spent hours
- 2:42Speaker 1: at my house with him. In another email from 2019,
- 2:45Speaker 1: Epstein wrote that, of course, he's referring to President Trump,
- 2:49Speaker 1: and that he knew about the girls as he asked
- 2:51Speaker 1: Glenn to stop. Two days later, President Trump directed Attorney
- 2:55Speaker 1: General Pam Bondi to investigate President Clinton and other prominent
- 2:59Speaker 1: Democrats in order to distract from his own close ties
- 3:02Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. I'll mark his minority exhibit B, a
- 3:05Speaker 1: truth social post from Donald Trump, dated November 14th, 2025,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and I think you have that now. As you can see,
- 3:13Speaker 1: President Trump's post refers to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes against young
- 3:16Speaker 1: girls and women as the Epstein hoax. His post also
- 3:20Speaker 1: completely ignores several other high-profile individuals, including Republicans and allies
- 3:25Speaker 1: of President Trump, who are known to have had relationships
- 3:28Speaker 1: with Epstein. In fact, the Epstein files contain numerous officials
- 3:33Speaker 1: in the current and previous Trump administrations who have had
- 3:36Speaker 1: connections to Jeffrey Epstein, including, but I'm sure not limited to,
- 3:41Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick, RFK Jr., Steve Bannon, Elon Musk, Tom Barack,
- 3:45Speaker 1: Kevin Warsh, and Mehmet Oz, to name a few. Secretary Clinton,
- 3:50Speaker 1: to your knowledge, has the Trump administration done anything at
- 3:53Speaker 1: all to investigate these other individuals with ties to Epstein. Yo,
- 3:57Speaker 1: what is this person even doing right now? That's how
- 4:00Speaker 1: you're spending your time asking your questions? This is about
- 4:03Speaker 1: the Clintons. And when you want to talk about political theater, folks,
- 4:06Speaker 1: here it is once again. Congressman, I know nothing. Just
- 4:11Speaker 1: reading the press. I obviously have no inside information. that
- 4:14Speaker 1: there has been any effort whatsoever to investigate the names
- 4:17Speaker 1: that you just mentioned or any others who might have
- 4:20Speaker 1: credible information about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. And I think that's
- 4:24Speaker 1: where this committee comes in. You're not beholden to the
- 4:26Speaker 1: Justice Department. You have an independent Article 1 jurisdiction. You
- 4:31Speaker 1: are the co-equal branch of government and you have the
- 4:33Speaker 1: responsibility to pursue what the Justice Department apparently is failing
- 4:37Speaker 1: to pursue. The other point I would make is having
- 4:40Speaker 1: observed President Trump up close and personal for a number
- 4:43Speaker 1: of years now, since I ran against him, he has
- 4:45Speaker 1: a tell. He has a behavioral tell. Whenever he's worried
- 4:49Speaker 1: about being found out himself, he accuses somebody else of
- 4:51Speaker 1: doing what he's actually doing. And it's just a pattern
- 4:55Speaker 1: with him. So it's no surprise to me that all
- 4:57Speaker 1: of a sudden, what he promised in his campaign to
- 5:00Speaker 1: reveal everything about the files, and then when his people
- 5:03Speaker 1: began looking in the files and realizing how potentially incriminating
- 5:07Speaker 1: they were of him, All of a sudden, that was
- 5:10Speaker 1: no longer the focus. It was blaming Democrats, talking about
- 5:13Speaker 1: a hoax, saying move on. There is nothing to see here.
- 5:16Speaker 1: That's a typical pattern of President Trump's behavior, which speaks
- 5:20Speaker 1: louder than all the words that he speaks and all
- 5:23Speaker 1: of the true social posts that he makes. He clearly
- 5:26Speaker 1: knows what he did. He knows what others did because remember,
- 5:29Speaker 1: one of the emails that has come out recently is
- 5:32Speaker 1: he called the police chief of Palm Beach at the
- 5:34Speaker 1: time Epstein was arrested, according to the reporting to say,
- 5:37Speaker 1: I'm so glad you got him. I'm so glad you're
- 5:39Speaker 1: stopping him. Well, how would he know that? How would
- 5:42Speaker 1: he know that? So there is so much to be
- 5:44Speaker 1: uncovered there rather than being covered up. And it really,
- 5:48Speaker 1: in addition to the specific information that could be gotten
- 5:51Speaker 1: and accountability that could be achieved, it would restore trust.
- 5:55Speaker 1: The American people are not done. They're watching this. They're
- 5:58Speaker 1: seeing this. They're following this. And it's just one more
- 6:01Speaker 1: example of us not doing the kind of work that
- 6:04Speaker 1: would build trust in finding out the truth, not just
- 6:06Speaker 1: for the victims and survivors, but for the American public. Question,
- 6:11Speaker 1: I just have a couple quick follow-up questions. Howard Lutnick
- 6:15Speaker 1: recently went so far as to lie about his close
- 6:17Speaker 1: connection with Jeffrey Epstein, but the truth came out with
- 6:20Speaker 1: the release of the files. Secretary Clinton, is Howard Lutnick
- 6:24Speaker 1: still employed as Secretary of Commerce in the Trump administration? Answer,
- 6:28Speaker 1: as far as I know, no. Question, Secretary Clinton. In
- 6:31Speaker 1: your opinion, why has Donald Trump ignored these other prominent
- 6:34Speaker 1: figures who had close ties to Epstein? Answer, I can't
- 6:38Speaker 1: speculate on that, Congressman. I think it's a worthwhile question
- 6:41Speaker 1: to ask, and I think it certainly should be asked
- 6:43Speaker 1: by this committee. Question, and lastly, in light of everything,
- 6:47Speaker 1: not just what I think was an embarrassing leak earlier,
- 6:49Speaker 1: do you believe your deposition today is a good faith exercise? Answer,
- 6:54Speaker 1: I can't conclude that. I think all the information, such
- 6:57Speaker 1: as it is, that I could have been delivered and
- 6:59Speaker 1: a sworn statement could have been delivered. So I'm not
- 7:02Speaker 1: going to speculate about the committee's intentions here, but a
- 7:05Speaker 1: former member of this committee, someone with whom I doubt
- 7:08Speaker 1: I have very much in common, Marjorie Taylor Greene, said
- 7:11Speaker 1: that Trump put pressure on Bondi not to release all
- 7:13Speaker 1: the files. And if I recall, she was one of
- 7:16Speaker 1: the votes for the Transparency Act. And she and others,
- 7:19Speaker 1: including other members of this committee, were hauled into the
- 7:22Speaker 1: White House and taken to the woodshed. and so I
- 7:25Speaker 1: believe she may be a source of information about her
- 7:28Speaker 1: own experience demonstrating clearly what this White House does, not
- 7:32Speaker 1: want the Justice Department to release the files that might
- 7:35Speaker 1: in any way incriminate President Trump. Question, thank you, Madam Secretary.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Now the next person up, no name again. Thank you
- 7:43Speaker 1: so much for being here, Madam Secretary. Some of this
- 7:46Speaker 1: was briefly touched upon, but as you know, There's wide
- 7:49Speaker 1: speculation among the public that Jeffrey Epstein may have been
- 7:51Speaker 1: affiliated with domestic intelligence agencies and services. Alex Acosta, for example.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Secretary of Labor and the first Trump administration allegedly said
- 8:02Speaker 1: that Epstein belonged to intelligence. We know that Acosta has
- 8:05Speaker 1: denied the statement, but it nonetheless raises questions about Epstein.
- 8:09Speaker 1: You obviously served in a variety of high-sensitive positions, allowing
- 8:13Speaker 1: you to access some of our nation's most sensitive and
- 8:16Speaker 1: secretive information. either during or after your time in government?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Were you ever made aware of Jeffrey Epstein having any
- 8:23Speaker 1: kind of relationship directly or indirectly with the United States
- 8:26Speaker 1: Intelligence Agency or services like the CIA? Answer, I was not,
- 8:32Speaker 1: but obviously I served in the Senate and I don't
- 8:34Speaker 1: recall anything like that ever being presented. I was on
- 8:37Speaker 1: the Armed Services Committee, so perhaps there might have been
- 8:40Speaker 1: a mention if there was any relevance. And in the
- 8:43Speaker 1: State Department, I don't recall any information like that at all. Question,
- 8:47Speaker 1: and were you ever made aware of Glenn Maxwell having
- 8:49Speaker 1: any kind of relationship with an intelligence agency or service
- 8:53Speaker 1: in the United States? Answer, I was not. Question, thank you. Now,
- 8:57Speaker 1: during the committee's deposition of former Attorney General Bill Barr,
- 9:01Speaker 1: he indicated that many American businessmen who have foreign contacts
- 9:04Speaker 1: sometimes will talk to intelligence agencies and provide information to them.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Are you aware of Jeffrey Epstein having these less formal
- 9:12Speaker 1: interactions with the CEI or any other domestic intelligence? Answer,
- 9:17Speaker 1: I'm not aware of any intelligence connection of Jeffrey Epstein
- 9:20Speaker 1: at all. Question, and that applies to foreign intelligence as well? Answer,
- 9:24Speaker 1: yes it does. But I do think, Congresswoman, as I
- 9:27Speaker 1: said earlier, your questions are well taken. There are so
- 9:30Speaker 1: many threads of this investigation that need to be followed.
- 9:33Speaker 1: You are talking about the intelligence, we have talked about
- 9:36Speaker 1: the sexual abuses, and we should also be following the money.
- 9:40Speaker 1: One of my former colleagues, Senator Wyden, is trying to
- 9:43Speaker 1: get out of the Treasury Department records about Jeffrey Epstein's
- 9:46Speaker 1: financial transactions. The Congress should, and this committee certainly should,
- 9:51Speaker 1: subpoena the Treasury Secretary for the information that Senator Wyden
- 9:55Speaker 1: has compiled. In my experience in the Senate, Senator Wyden
- 9:59Speaker 1: is a thoughtful commissar. investigator. If he says that there's
- 10:02Speaker 1: something there, I would take it to the bank, and
- 10:04Speaker 1: so follow the money. Follow these foreign involvement intelligence potentials.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Whether they're true or not, I don't know. And of course,
- 10:12Speaker 1: follow whatever leads you can get out of the emails
- 10:14Speaker 1: and other information that are being put forth by either
- 10:17Speaker 1: DOJ or the Epstein estate, or anybody else, on the
- 10:21Speaker 1: crimes that he committed. Question, thank you. That brings us
- 10:25Speaker 1: to the issue of transparency, which is related to what
- 10:27Speaker 1: you just said. You and President Clinton have been very
- 10:31Speaker 1: clear about your desire to testify publicly before this committee.
- 10:34Speaker 1: In fact, on February 5th, 2026, you posted on social media,
- 10:39Speaker 1: if you want this fight, at Representative James Comer, let's
- 10:42Speaker 1: have it in public. You love to talk about transparency.
- 10:46Speaker 1: There is nothing more transparent than a public hearing with
- 10:48Speaker 1: cameras on. Secretary Clinton, why is it important for you
- 10:51Speaker 1: to testify before this committee in a public setting? Well,
- 10:55Speaker 1: first of all, I believe in public testimony. I believe
- 10:58Speaker 1: that the public has a right to know what its
- 11:00Speaker 1: elected members of Congress are investigating and legislating. Having served
- 11:04Speaker 1: for eight years, I think it's useful as a member
- 11:06Speaker 1: to do a hearing in public because you're going to
- 11:09Speaker 1: learn things by the coverage of it, by the response
- 11:11Speaker 1: that you get from people. This hearing, if it were
- 11:14Speaker 1: in public, maybe somebody, your questions about intelligence, Maybe somebody
- 11:18Speaker 1: watching it would have said, oh my gosh, I just
- 11:20Speaker 1: remembered having a conversation with Foreign Minister X or Prime
- 11:24Speaker 1: Minister Y, and that person mentioned Jeffrey Epstein. Most people
- 11:27Speaker 1: are not going to look at the video, they're going
- 11:29Speaker 1: to read the transcript, but they will follow a live
- 11:31Speaker 1: public hearing, so I think it actually enhances the work
- 11:34Speaker 1: that those of us who have been privileged to serve
- 11:37Speaker 1: are doing and can do. So to me, it's just
- 11:40Speaker 1: an absolute prerequisite for doing any kind of legislative and
- 11:43Speaker 1: investigative work as effectively as possible by doing it in public. Question,
- 11:49Speaker 1: and did you know that the photograph would be photographed today? Answer, no. Question,
- 11:54Speaker 1: and is that all part of what you understood about
- 11:56Speaker 1: the terms of that agreement for today? Answer, well, I
- 11:59Speaker 1: confess that I had some concerns about whether the majority
- 12:02Speaker 1: on the committee would treat me fairly and would fairly
- 12:05Speaker 1: convey what I say and what I did and how
- 12:08Speaker 1: I looked and how I responded. So yeah, I had
- 12:10Speaker 1: a concern. And when we learned about the photo being taken,
- 12:13Speaker 1: not by a staff member, but by a member, it
- 12:16Speaker 1: was shocking and very disappointing. So if it were in public,
- 12:19Speaker 1: we wouldn't have that debate. Everybody could see the same
- 12:22Speaker 1: thing that the congresswoman saw. I'm sitting there here. Sometimes
- 12:26Speaker 1: I'm smiling. Sometimes I'm frowning. Sometimes I look good. Sometimes
- 12:29Speaker 1: I don't. That's all in public. Everybody can have the
- 12:32Speaker 1: same view rather than an angled photo and all the
- 12:35Speaker 1: rest of it. So it was disappointing. And I regret
- 12:37Speaker 1: that it happened and violated your rules. but that's not
- 12:40Speaker 1: the real concern I have. The real concern is get busy.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Focus on the people that have something to tell you,
- 12:46Speaker 1: that can tell you about intelligence, money, crimes, and get
- 12:49Speaker 1: them before you, and whenever possible, do it in public.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Alright folks, we're going to wrap up right there, and
- 12:54Speaker 1: in the next episode dealing with the topic we're going
- 12:56Speaker 1: to pick up where we left off. All the information
- 12:59Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 13:02Speaker 1: description box.
