- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice Shoot. Hello, Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm your home drop Shooter. It's Wednesday, which means our
- 0:19Speaker 1: dear friend Donny Meetsham joins us, Hey, Danny are you there? Hello,
- 0:26Speaker 1: Lo Willo Hello. Not to make everybody jealous, but spring
- 0:29Speaker 1: has sprung here in Ella. It is seventy eight degrees today.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I feel just I'm hot. Have you got your bikini? Ana,
- 0:37Speaker 1: You've gone down to that beach in your little, itsy
- 0:40Speaker 1: bitsy yellow polka dot bikini. Get my nice little Okay,
- 0:49Speaker 1: let's start this show before this train goes even for
- 0:52Speaker 1: the rough rails stingong, My friends, what time is it?
- 0:55Speaker 1: It is tea time. So this story at the top
- 1:00Speaker 1: of the show. I just love this story. We had
- 1:01Speaker 1: to do it. Jennifer Anderson has a surprising breakfast that
- 1:06Speaker 1: she swears if you eat, you won't feel hungry until lunch.
- 1:10Speaker 1: That sounds good, doesn't it? So we always trust in Jen.
- 1:13Speaker 1: She's sitting down with El magazine and sharing a clever
- 1:16Speaker 1: trick for staying satified all morning long to food is
- 1:21Speaker 1: out There. Jen's pretty famous for her chocolate cherry protein
- 1:26Speaker 1: smoothie that she had every day for a decade on
- 1:30Speaker 1: the set of Friends, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, and Jennifer
- 1:35Speaker 1: all had the same smoothie every day for a decade. However,
- 1:40Speaker 1: now jenn has given us a little tip, a little
- 1:43Speaker 1: secret about what she has for breakfast that has changed
- 1:47Speaker 1: her life. So jen said the following quote. When I
- 1:50Speaker 1: wake up, I have warm lemon water, delicious. And then
- 1:54Speaker 1: she has a shaker avocado and eggs, which is one
- 1:57Speaker 1: of her favorites. And she sprinkles a little bit of
- 2:00Speaker 1: coconut oil on that. Sometimes, just sometimes, Johnny, she has oatmeal.
- 2:06Speaker 1: And this is the trick. Everybody, I know you're hanging
- 2:09Speaker 1: on every word, the biggest story of the day. Jennifer
- 2:13Speaker 1: puts an egg white into the oatmeal dot door. Now,
- 2:18Speaker 1: she got this trick from her ex husband, Justin. Oh
- 2:21Speaker 1: he's so sexy that Justin. And she said he told
- 2:25Speaker 1: her that a little bit of extra protein in the morning,
- 2:28Speaker 1: right in your oatmeal. It's marvelous. It gives the oatmeal
- 2:31Speaker 1: some texture, it's fluffy, it's delicious, but it means you
- 2:34Speaker 1: won't get hungry until lunch. You know what, Donny, it
- 2:39Speaker 1: doesn't sound like my cupper tea. But if I look
- 2:41Speaker 1: like Jennifer Anderson, maybe I should consider this too. What
- 2:45Speaker 1: do you think about this? And what is your breakfast? Mr?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Meat Chum. I was gonna say, if putting a little
- 2:51Speaker 1: egg white in my oatmeal gets me a body like
- 2:53Speaker 1: justin the road, sweetie, I'm in. I'm gonna go buy
- 2:56Speaker 1: me a dozen right now, the whole dessert. But I really,
- 3:01Speaker 1: I must admit I'm bad about eating breakfast. I would
- 3:03Speaker 1: say maybe six out of seven days I just drink
- 3:06Speaker 1: coffee and I don't eat anything in the morning. Now
- 3:09Speaker 1: you're a skinny mini though, and so I think a
- 3:11Speaker 1: lot of people trying to start their day off with
- 3:14Speaker 1: a good breakfast. The goal is to really feel full,
- 3:17Speaker 1: isn't it. I've started recently during the pandemic. I used
- 3:21Speaker 1: to have a bagel delicious. I used to have some
- 3:24Speaker 1: cream cheese on it, Oh delicious, and maybe even a
- 3:27Speaker 1: muffin for breakfast. It's a lot of girl. I've now
- 3:31Speaker 1: changed that to a banana, just the banana every day.
- 3:36Speaker 1: And I do drink warm water. I don't know why
- 3:38Speaker 1: that makes a difference. But if Jen says warm, then
- 3:41Speaker 1: I say warm too. She adds that you can put
- 3:44Speaker 1: the whole egg in not just the white sea the
- 3:46Speaker 1: whole egg. But Jen says it makes it more fluffy
- 3:50Speaker 1: and thinker if you just just use the egg white,
- 3:54Speaker 1: I say in Rachel Green and we trust so if
- 3:57Speaker 1: Rachel Greed from Friends says that this is what's amazing
- 4:01Speaker 1: to me is this is one of the biggest stories online.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Donnie jed Addison talks about her diet We go Nuts
- 4:08Speaker 1: and I was the executive editor of Okay magazine and
- 4:12Speaker 1: there was all this news going on every week, and
- 4:14Speaker 1: one of the most stressful things about the job, Donnie,
- 4:17Speaker 1: was deciding to cover every week. And so we did.
- 4:20Speaker 1: This is a little secret here. We made three covers
- 4:23Speaker 1: a week. We sent them to a focus group and
- 4:26Speaker 1: they tested them. It was like a political campaign, and
- 4:29Speaker 1: they gave us their numbers back and depended on their favorite.
- 4:32Speaker 1: We really would go towards that. My biggest selling cover,
- 4:37Speaker 1: on my second biggest selling cover when I was the
- 4:39Speaker 1: executive editor, was Jen's Magic Diet. The magic was there
- 4:44Speaker 1: wasn't a lot there, Donnie. I mean, we didn't. We didn't,
- 4:47Speaker 1: we didn't, We didn't have how much information. But it
- 4:50Speaker 1: amazes me have diet stories, particularly when they are associated
- 4:55Speaker 1: with Jennifer, they go through the roofs at that time.
- 4:58Speaker 1: We started the show with this story. However, it's what
- 5:02Speaker 1: you think that really matters. On the Naughty but Nice Show,
- 5:05Speaker 1: a pole of the day is Jennifer swears by adding
- 5:08Speaker 1: an egg to her oatmeal for breakfast and that will
- 5:11Speaker 1: keep you full up until lunch. Our question is do
- 5:15Speaker 1: you trust Rachel Green? Do you do you trust Rachel
- 5:19Speaker 1: jeb from friends let us know? Go to a Twitter
- 5:22Speaker 1: page at naughty Nice robber on Facebook page which is
- 5:24Speaker 1: naughty does it? And Misu had to check back tomorrow
- 5:27Speaker 1: about this very important breaking news. Donny Love, what are
- 5:30Speaker 1: you working on? Well, Britney Spears is living her best
- 5:35Speaker 1: life nude on I don't know if you've noticed that.
- 5:40Speaker 1: If you follow Brittany on Instagram, you could tell she
- 5:42Speaker 1: is just living her life since being freed of her conservatorship.
- 5:47Speaker 1: And I don't blame her at all, but she recently
- 5:49Speaker 1: tucked to social media. She said a carousel post of
- 5:53Speaker 1: naked beach vacation photos, living her best life. And I
- 5:58Speaker 1: just gotta say, I would say maybe one out of
- 6:01Speaker 1: every seven photos Brittany postly the our neked photos. It's
- 6:06Speaker 1: it's a what is she trying to do? Is trying
- 6:09Speaker 1: to tell us she's free? Dolly said, this has been
- 6:11Speaker 1: quite controversial. Some people are worried about Brittany, worried that
- 6:15Speaker 1: she is stumbling down again. Let's put that in a
- 6:18Speaker 1: nice way. I hear that she's just living her life.
- 6:21Speaker 1: She's independent. You know what, for thirteen years, this girl
- 6:25Speaker 1: was practically locked up. She is now free. She has
- 6:28Speaker 1: a lot of money. She has a very cute fiance.
- 6:31Speaker 1: If you want to run to a beach, Brittney, even
- 6:34Speaker 1: if it's packed with people, I don't care. She always
- 6:36Speaker 1: finds a place that isn't backed me. We should point
- 6:39Speaker 1: that out. So she's on a beach naked. Some people
- 6:42Speaker 1: are worried. I think a lot of her fans are
- 6:44Speaker 1: rejoiced in it. I love the way you frame this story, Donnie.
- 6:47Speaker 1: She's living her best life. We've been criticized on this
- 6:50Speaker 1: podcast for being too positive, but I don't think that's true.
- 6:54Speaker 1: We give you the truth, we give you the real story.
- 6:57Speaker 1: This is a story that could go either way. Are
- 7:00Speaker 1: you worried about Brittany or do you think she's living
- 7:02Speaker 1: her best life? I'm told she's living her best life
- 7:05Speaker 1: and let's not Let's not forget from a very early
- 7:09Speaker 1: aged she was very provocative even when she was a
- 7:13Speaker 1: very young girl upsided again, remember that in the school
- 7:17Speaker 1: in the schoolgirl outfit, Brittany likes herbody, she likes the
- 7:20Speaker 1: showing off. She works out really hard at forty to
- 7:24Speaker 1: look that amazing Britney spears. You go, girl, Hey, moving
- 7:29Speaker 1: along a Another really nice story is We've got the
- 7:31Speaker 1: heartwarming reason that Ben Affleck skipped the SAG Awards. So
- 7:37Speaker 1: Ben was not there despite the fact that he was
- 7:40Speaker 1: nominated for his work in The Tender Bar. The reason
- 7:45Speaker 1: he wasn't there is he was celebrating his son, Samuel's
- 7:50Speaker 1: tenth birthday. No darnny. So Samuel he shares with Jennifer Gardner.
- 7:56Speaker 1: They also have Violet and Sarah Fina thirty in and
- 8:00Speaker 1: I think Violet sixty and and so he couldn't make
- 8:03Speaker 1: the Ponty because he already had a party with his son.
- 8:07Speaker 1: It just goes to show you, it, doesn't it, that
- 8:09Speaker 1: Ben's best role is dad. What do you think? This
- 8:14Speaker 1: is very very sweet? I mean, because you think the
- 8:16Speaker 1: Saga words are huge and it's amazing. But one thing
- 8:20Speaker 1: I will say about Ben Affleck is he loves those kids.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Him and Jennifer have done what they should teach a
- 8:28Speaker 1: master class in co parenting. The two of them are
- 8:30Speaker 1: able to put their lives aside and just be there
- 8:33Speaker 1: for those three kids. And it is brilliant. It is brilliant.
- 8:36Speaker 1: It is beautiful to say. And let's just acknowledge he
- 8:39Speaker 1: didn't win the awards, so maybe Ben new So he
- 8:44Speaker 1: didn't win, so let's just the best supported Actor did
- 8:48Speaker 1: not go to mister Affleck. However, we're not going to
- 8:51Speaker 1: raid on this loveliness, this parade, Ben daddy of the
- 8:56Speaker 1: moving Along Danny, we have we have some sad news
- 8:59Speaker 1: here are you working on? So Nya Rivera. Her family
- 9:04Speaker 1: has privately settled her wrongful death lawsuit. So we all
- 9:07Speaker 1: remember she accidentally drowned. I think it was July eight,
- 9:11Speaker 1: so it's been almost a few years now, with a
- 9:14Speaker 1: Council for the Estate of Naya as well as her
- 9:17Speaker 1: six year old son Josie, have confirmed that all parties
- 9:20Speaker 1: have entered into a settlement, which is subject to approval
- 9:23Speaker 1: by the Ventura Superior Court. According to the documents, the
- 9:27Speaker 1: plane has alledged to the drowning was utterly preventable and
- 9:30Speaker 1: claimed that the defendants negligence was a substantial factor in
- 9:33Speaker 1: causing Naya's death by drowning. They're saying that basically she
- 9:37Speaker 1: was in great fitness health, except she just got exhausted
- 9:40Speaker 1: and she overcame to her exhaustion, which is how she drowned.
- 9:44Speaker 1: This is very sad, but it's also it's setting Josie
- 9:47Speaker 1: up for a future because obviously the mom was still
- 9:49Speaker 1: been alive, she would have a successful career and there'd
- 9:52Speaker 1: be lots of money there for this child. And I
- 9:54Speaker 1: think now it's just going to help him kind of
- 9:57Speaker 1: move past and move forward with his life. Absolutely, this
- 9:59Speaker 1: is a about her young son here, Josie. According to
- 10:03Speaker 1: the court papers, Donnie, that drowning was utterly preventable. They
- 10:08Speaker 1: said there should have been some signs up. She was
- 10:10Speaker 1: really fit. Let's not forget she was a great, great swimmer.
- 10:14Speaker 1: She was very very fit. She was young, she had
- 10:17Speaker 1: a sun with her who she loved. If this could
- 10:20Speaker 1: happen to her in this lake, it could happen to anybody.
- 10:25Speaker 1: So part of this too is not just setting her
- 10:27Speaker 1: son up financially, but trying to make sure that proper
- 10:31Speaker 1: signage is put up around this lake, and I think
- 10:34Speaker 1: we can all agree that is a very good thing. Quickly,
- 10:39Speaker 1: before we go to break, accents that Americans find most
- 10:43Speaker 1: attractive have been revealed. Donnie, this is a big story
- 10:48Speaker 1: for me for a very obvious reason. So Americans love
- 10:53Speaker 1: British accents. I was going to say, come on so
- 11:01Speaker 1: properly dot com. I'm not sure what that is. It
- 11:04Speaker 1: sounds a bit suspicious, doesn't it. But let's go with
- 11:06Speaker 1: the results because I like them. They're reporting the British
- 11:09Speaker 1: accents are favored, favored, favored by Americans. This study shows
- 11:14Speaker 1: the more than half of the respondents said they like
- 11:17Speaker 1: the accent. And get this, Donny, here it tops, it
- 11:20Speaker 1: tops the charts for the most sexy and the most trustworthy.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Oh I like it. We we should acknowledge here that
- 11:29Speaker 1: there's lots of different accents though within the United Kingdom
- 11:33Speaker 1: there's the Scottish and the Welsh accent, the English accent,
- 11:36Speaker 1: lots of different accents, and so also on the study,
- 11:40Speaker 1: Oh dear, poor whales, they're at the bottom, the least
- 11:43Speaker 1: sexy and the least trustworthy. Katherine Jolnes is not going
- 11:48Speaker 1: to like that. What do you think Donny, do you
- 11:51Speaker 1: have a favorite accent? Be careful here on your response.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I never would have said British. British definitely unless it's
- 11:58Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth is Queen Elizabeth is talking our listen, but
- 12:02Speaker 1: from brab shootez. Britain must be Welsh, your accent must
- 12:06Speaker 1: be us. What accent turns you on? I like French,
- 12:10Speaker 1: I do I like I like Spanish or like a
- 12:13Speaker 1: like a Latino like I do love like a Spanish accent,
- 12:17Speaker 1: though like a very im just thinking about my head,
- 12:21Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, okay, And here in America, the
- 12:25Speaker 1: most sexy accent, according to this very dubious study is
- 12:30Speaker 1: Southern accents. Oh yes, I I like that too. Hey,
- 12:35Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick break and we will be
- 12:38Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but night shows.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Did I mentioned that my accent is very sexy and
- 12:47Speaker 1: very trustworthy? We should do this story every week once
- 12:51Speaker 1: a week. Hey, let's get to uh Paul results dark Johnny,
- 12:59Speaker 1: and you're a American accent. So Beyonce and jay Z
- 13:03Speaker 1: enjoyed an intimate dinner together in l A. Who paid
- 13:06Speaker 1: for it? Was it Beyonce or was it Jay? Let's
- 13:09Speaker 1: have her look said Jay paid for the dinner. I
- 13:14Speaker 1: think beyonced. What do you think, girl Power? I think
- 13:17Speaker 1: Blue Ivy paid, Blue Ivy paid. None of us are right.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote onto Dave's pole. Go to our
- 13:26Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or our Facebook page
- 13:29Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment there and sure
- 13:32Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. And now
- 13:37Speaker 1: it's time for our noisest of the day. What's the
- 13:43Speaker 1: woman with the most sexiest accent? It's quit Elizabeth. She's
- 13:51Speaker 1: recovering from COVID and she spent time with Prince William,
- 13:54Speaker 1: Kate Middleton and their kids. She is on the men.
- 13:57Speaker 1: I know there was a little bit of worry about
- 13:59Speaker 1: the Queen after she contracted COVID nineteen, but she's ninety
- 14:02Speaker 1: five years old. She's been recovering at Windsor Castle. She
- 14:06Speaker 1: was well enough for an outdoor family visit from some
- 14:09Speaker 1: of the grandchildren and great grandchildren over the weekend. She
- 14:12Speaker 1: met up with Prince William and Kate, George, Charlotte and
- 14:16Speaker 1: Prince Louis. She's a grandparent. I'm sure that alone made
- 14:20Speaker 1: her just want to get out of bed and see somebody.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I love this. I think the meet up was by
- 14:24Speaker 1: Frogmore House. It's one of her favorite properties. It's on
- 14:27Speaker 1: the grounds of Windsor Castle. If that sounds familiar, that's
- 14:30Speaker 1: the house. It's really beautiful. It's more than a cottage.
- 14:33Speaker 1: It's really really beautiful. That's the how she gave to
- 14:38Speaker 1: Harry and Megan. Now Princess Beatrice is living there with
- 14:42Speaker 1: her five month old daughter, so the Queen also met
- 14:46Speaker 1: with them. This makes me so happy. The Queen and
- 14:50Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace have not commented on her COVID status, but
- 14:54Speaker 1: this is definitely a good sign. We were worried about
- 14:56Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth for a moment years old having COVID not good,
- 15:01Speaker 1: but thank goodness, she was vaccinated, she was fully boosted,
- 15:05Speaker 1: she'd had her booster. So it's so nice that she
- 15:08Speaker 1: has bounced back here. I desperately want her to be
- 15:12Speaker 1: around and to being good enough helped Darna to celebrate
- 15:16Speaker 1: her jubberly in June. It's really really close. You're the
- 15:23Speaker 1: nicest of the day, Queen Elizabeth, the nama and naughtiest
- 15:28Speaker 1: of the day. Naughty, norty, norty, shame, shame, shame, shame.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Fans are spirally and out of control of the Kim
- 15:36Speaker 1: Kardashian capturing her latest Instagram with one of Ariana Grande's songs.
- 15:41Speaker 1: So Kim casually, casually harped onto Instagram and shared some
- 15:47Speaker 1: new photos of her in what else and all leather outfit,
- 15:51Speaker 1: and she captioned it quote just like magic. Cool. Fine,
- 15:56Speaker 1: there seems to be nothing here except Danny the and
- 16:00Speaker 1: have pointed out that just like magic happens to be
- 16:04Speaker 1: the title of an arian A Grande a song. I'm
- 16:08Speaker 1: sure I don't have to remind you, but Ariana Grande
- 16:12Speaker 1: was engaged to Kim's boyfriend Pete Davidson. Who is this
- 16:17Speaker 1: an easter egg? I'm actually surprised that Kim would do this,
- 16:21Speaker 1: but I think she's trying to do anything now to
- 16:23Speaker 1: get Kanye West off of everybody's lips about social media
- 16:28Speaker 1: and regarding to her, because every time we turn around,
- 16:30Speaker 1: she's getting roasted by him or lambasted by him, and
- 16:32Speaker 1: he's attacking her. So she's like, I need something else
- 16:35Speaker 1: out there in the r PR machine, there Kardashian ink machines.
- 16:40Speaker 1: They know how to change the narrative. Honestly, this is
- 16:43Speaker 1: a genius, genius move, and it also goes to show
- 16:47Speaker 1: you that came as a great sense of humor. She
- 16:50Speaker 1: really really does. I just love this, And you fans
- 16:54Speaker 1: are the naughtiest of the tade for trying to make
- 16:57Speaker 1: this into something much deeper than that. Taylor tender with
- 17:02Speaker 1: a moment are robb you. So the choices we make
- 17:10Speaker 1: reveal who we are far more than our natural abilities.
- 17:15Speaker 1: So if you're born with a natural ability, you didn't
- 17:19Speaker 1: choose that it was natural. It's the choices that we
- 17:24Speaker 1: make that really reveal who you are. Make good choices,
- 17:30Speaker 1: make kind choices. If you want people to like you,
- 17:35Speaker 1: then you've got to be likable. I always think, Donnie,
- 17:39Speaker 1: before I make a big decision or even a small decision,
- 17:43Speaker 1: is this who I am? Is this choice going to
- 17:45Speaker 1: reflect who I am? If I'm about to say something
- 17:48Speaker 1: bitchy and catty and me and I start and I think,
- 17:52Speaker 1: you know, what, is that really who I am? And
- 17:54Speaker 1: the answers, no, it's not. What about you? Donnie? Are
- 17:57Speaker 1: you aware of the fact that choices you make, these
- 18:00Speaker 1: little choices, really add up to who you are in life?
- 18:03Speaker 1: I'll be honest, I think sometimes I overthink about the
- 18:07Speaker 1: choices that I make, and I over analyze everything I think.
- 18:11Speaker 1: I like what you're saying here in the fact that
- 18:13Speaker 1: we need to worry more about what if it reflects
- 18:16Speaker 1: who we are as a person, because sometimes I overthink
- 18:18Speaker 1: what are others going to think of my decision? And
- 18:21Speaker 1: it nearly needs to be more about what am I
- 18:23Speaker 1: going to think of my decision? Am I going to
- 18:25Speaker 1: be happy with what I did? Am I going to
- 18:27Speaker 1: be proud of the decision that I made? Or am
- 18:29Speaker 1: I going to be upset? Right? Right? Little choices add
- 18:33Speaker 1: up to be a big life. Be very, very careful
- 18:38Speaker 1: with your choices. That's it for today. Thank you so
- 18:41Speaker 1: much for listening. So They're naughty but nice with Rob
- 18:45Speaker 1: and Donnie show a production of I Heart Radio. Don't
- 18:48Speaker 1: forget to subscribe on the I Heart Radio app Apple podcast.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Wherever you listen, leave us a review if you can.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I spotted a few one star reviews. Donnie, there were
- 18:59Speaker 1: a little cross So if you have something nice to say,
- 19:02Speaker 1: please say it too. We're in the habit, this culture
- 19:05Speaker 1: we live in, of only posting, of only saying mean things,
- 19:08Speaker 1: no saying nice things if they are deserved. If you
- 19:12Speaker 1: don't think we deserve a nice thing. Don't say it.
- 19:15Speaker 1: But if we bring your pleasure for twenty minutes or so,
- 19:18Speaker 1: say something nice. Even if it's about Donnie. I won't
- 19:21Speaker 1: be jealous, only a little bit. A little bit. No,
- 19:23Speaker 1: say something nice if you think we deserve it. And remember, everybody,
- 19:31Speaker 1: if you're going to be naughty, you've got to be
- 19:34Speaker 1: a nice nice care everybody tip, it's not even nice
- 19:45Speaker 1: with
