• 1:26
  Happy
• 1:26
  midweek
• 1:27
  everybody.
• 1:28
  Wow,
• 1:28
  I
• 1:28
  can't
• 1:29
  believe
• 1:29
  it's
• 1:29
  already
• 1:29
  midweek.
• 1:30
  We
• 1:30
  have
• 1:30
  been
• 1:30
  rolling
• 1:31
  through
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  week
• 1:31
  this
• 1:32
  week.
• 1:32
  It
• 1:32
  is
• 1:33
  busy
• 1:33
  time
• 1:33
  of
• 1:34
  year
• 1:34
  for
• 1:34
  us
• 1:34
  here
• 1:34
  with
• 1:34
  our
• 1:35
  studio
• 1:35
  build
• 1:35
  out
• 1:36
  and
• 1:36
  all
• 1:37
  the
• 1:37
  stuff
• 1:37
  going
• 1:37
  on.
• 1:37
  Speaking
• 1:38
  of
• 1:38
  that,
• 1:38
  on
• 1:38
  Saturday
• 1:39
  here
• 1:39
  on
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  25th
• 1:40
  at
• 1:41
  11am
• 1:41
  in
• 1:41
  Portland
• 1:42
  area,
• 1:43
  I
• 1:43
  will
• 1:43
  be
• 1:43
  at
• 1:44
  the
• 1:44
  West
• 1:44
  Lynn
• 1:46
  Park
• 1:46
  Rose
• 1:46
  Hardware.
• 1:47
  Come
• 1:47
  say
• 1:47
  hi
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  me
• 1:48
  about
• 1:48
  11am
• 1:49
  somewhere
• 1:49
  around
• 1:49
  there.
• 1:50
  We'll
• 1:50
  be
• 1:51
  doing
• 1:51
  some
• 1:51
  stuff
• 1:51
  there
• 1:52
  at
• 1:52
  the
• 1:52
  store.
• 1:52
  It's
• 1:53
  their
• 1:53
  60th
• 1:54
  anniversary
• 1:54
  sale
• 1:55
  and
• 1:55
  I
• 1:55
  believe
• 1:55
  they've
• 1:55
  got
• 1:56
  a
• 1:56
  20,
• 1:56
  20%
• 1:57
  off
• 1:57
  sale
• 1:58
  that
• 1:58
  day.
• 1:59
  So
• 1:59
  if
• 1:59
  you
• 2:00
  were
• 2:00
  in
• 2:00
  the
• 2:00
  Westland,
• 2:01
  if
• 2:01
  you're
• 2:01
  in
• 2:02
  Oregon
• 2:02
  City,
• 2:02
  Lake
• 2:03
  Oswego,
• 2:04
  all
• 2:05
  those
• 2:05
  different
• 2:05
  areas
• 2:06
  around
• 2:06
  there,
• 2:06
  that's
• 2:06
  my
• 2:07
  little
• 2:07
  hardware
• 2:07
  store.
• 2:08
  It's
• 2:08
  not
• 2:08
  little,
• 2:08
  it's
• 2:09
  a
• 2:09
  former
• 2:09
  Albertsons.
• 2:09
  It's
• 2:10
  a
• 2:10
  good
• 2:10
  sized
• 2:10
  store,
• 2:11
  tool
• 2:12
  rental,
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  whole
• 2:12
  thing.
• 2:13
  I
• 2:13
  love
• 2:13
  working
• 2:14
  with
• 2:14
  those
• 2:14
  guys
• 2:14
  there.
• 2:15
  So
• 2:16
  take
• 2:16
  a
• 2:16
  look,
• 2:17
  come
• 2:17
  on
• 2:18
  down.
• 2:18
  I'll
• 2:18
  be
• 2:18
  down
• 2:18
  there
• 2:18
  hanging
• 2:19
  out,
• 2:19
  say
• 2:19
  hi.
• 2:20
  Might
• 2:20
  even
• 2:20
  do
• 2:20
  some
• 2:21
  recording
• 2:21
  down
• 2:21
  there.
• 2:21
  So
• 2:22
  if
• 2:22
  you
• 2:22
  want
• 2:22
  to
• 2:22
  be
• 2:22
  part
• 2:22
  of
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  show,
• 2:23
  come
• 2:24
  say
• 2:24
  hello.
• 2:25
  We're
• 2:25
  just
• 2:26
  finalizing
• 2:26
  those
• 2:26
  details
• 2:27
  right
• 2:27
  now.
• 2:27
  That
• 2:28
  is
• 2:28
  on
• 2:28
  Saturday
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  25th
• 2:29
  here
• 2:30
  of
• 2:30
  April,
• 2:31
  11am
• 2:32
  West
• 2:33
  Lynn
• 2:33
  Parkrose
• 2:34
  Hardwire
• 2:35
  I
• 2:35
  tell
• 2:35
  you
• 2:35
  what,
• 2:36
  I
• 2:36
  had
• 2:37
  an
• 2:37
  interesting
• 2:38
  day
• 2:38
  yesterday.
• 2:40
  I
• 2:40
  was
• 2:40
  in
• 2:40
  a
• 2:40
  meeting
• 2:41
  with
• 2:41
  Comcast,
• 2:42
  Xfinity
• 2:42
  and
• 2:43
  Xfinity
• 2:43
  for
• 2:43
  all
• 2:43
  you
• 2:44
  retail
• 2:44
  people
• 2:44
  out
• 2:44
  there.
• 2:45
  And
• 2:46
  they
• 2:46
  have
• 2:46
  a
• 2:46
  new
• 2:46
  thing
• 2:47
  for
• 2:47
  streaming
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  makes
• 2:48
  a
• 2:49
  lot
• 2:49
  of
• 2:49
  sense.
• 2:50
  And
• 2:50
  this
• 2:50
  isn't
• 2:51
  a
• 2:51
  paid
• 2:51
  commercial,
• 2:51
  but
• 2:52
  have
• 2:52
  you
• 2:53
  ever
• 2:53
  realized,
• 2:53
  I
• 2:54
  don't
• 2:54
  know
• 2:54
  how
• 2:54
  many
• 2:55
  streaming
• 2:56
  platforms
• 2:56
  I
• 2:56
  have,
• 2:57
  am
• 2:57
  I
• 2:57
  still
• 2:58
  paying
• 2:58
  for
• 2:58
  that?
• 2:59
  Am
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  spending
• 3:00
  more
• 3:00
  money?
• 3:00
  I
• 3:00
  should.
• 3:01
  They
• 3:02
  came
• 3:02
  out
• 3:02
  with
• 3:02
  a
• 3:02
  really
• 3:02
  great
• 3:03
  way
• 3:03
  to
• 3:04
  put
• 3:04
  it
• 3:04
  all
• 3:04
  in
• 3:04
  one
• 3:05
  spot
• 3:05
  for
• 3:06
  you
• 3:06
  to
• 3:06
  manage
• 3:06
  it.
• 3:07
  Let's
• 3:07
  run
• 3:07
  out
• 3:07
  here
• 3:07
  and
• 3:08
  listen
• 3:08
  to
• 3:08
  Comcast
• 3:09
  for
• 3:09
  a
• 3:09
  few
• 3:09
  minutes
• 3:09
  and
• 3:09
  let
• 3:10
  me
• 3:10
  show
• 3:10
  you
• 3:10
  what
• 3:11
  Xfinity
• 3:11
  has
• 3:12
  here
• 3:12
  that
• 3:12
  could
• 3:12
  save
• 3:13
  you
• 3:13
  money
• 3:13
  if
• 3:13
  you're
• 3:14
  a
• 3:14
  streamer
• 3:15
  and
• 3:15
  this
• 3:15
  could
• 3:15
  save
• 3:15
  you
• 3:16
  like
• 3:16
  20
• 3:16
  or
• 3:16
  30%.
• 3:17
  So
• 3:17
  that's
• 3:18
  a
• 3:18
  significant
• 3:18
  savings.
• 3:19
  Let's
• 3:20
  hear
• 3:20
  what
• 3:20
  they
• 3:20
  had
• 3:20
  to
• 3:20
  say.
• 3:20
  Yeah,
• 3:21
  no
• 3:21
  Absolutely.
• 3:22
  And
• 3:22
  this
• 3:22
  is
• 3:22
  part
• 3:23
  of
• 3:23
  my
• 3:23
  role
• 3:23
  here.
• 3:23
  And
• 3:23
  it's
• 3:24
  been
• 3:24
  a
• 3:24
  lot
• 3:24
  of
• 3:24
  my
• 3:24
  time
• 3:24
  just
• 3:25
  obsessing
• 3:25
  about
• 3:25
  how
• 3:25
  to
• 3:26
  make
• 3:26
  entertainment
• 3:27
  simpler,
• 3:27
  smarter,
• 3:28
  and
• 3:28
  more
• 3:28
  affordable
• 3:29
  for
• 3:29
  customers.
• 3:29
  So
• 3:29
  that
• 3:30
  is
• 3:30
  exactly
• 3:30
  the
• 3:30
  type
• 3:30
  of
• 3:30
  challenge
• 3:31
  that
• 3:31
  we
• 3:31
  are
• 3:31
  addressing
• 3:32
  with.
• 3:32
  With
• 3:32
  the
• 3:32
  launch
• 3:33
  of
• 3:33
  Stream
• 3:33
  Saver
• 3:33
  and
• 3:33
  Stream
• 3:34
  Store.
• 3:34
  As
• 3:35
  you
• 3:35
  said,
• 3:35
  streaming
• 3:36
  has
• 3:36
  provided
• 3:36
  customers
• 3:37
  a
• 3:37
  lot
• 3:37
  more
• 3:37
  choice,
• 3:38
  but
• 3:38
  has
• 3:38
  also
• 3:38
  created
• 3:39
  this
• 3:39
  more
• 3:39
  messier
• 3:40
  household
• 3:40
  situation
• 3:41
  where
• 3:41
  customers
• 3:42
  have
• 3:42
  a
• 3:43
  variety
• 3:43
  of
• 3:43
  streaming
• 3:44
  subscriptions.
• 3:44
  I
• 3:44
  think
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  average
• 3:45
  household
• 3:46
  in
• 3:46
  the
• 3:46
  US
• 3:46
  has
• 3:47
  around
• 3:47
  four
• 3:47
  or
• 3:47
  five
• 3:48
  apps
• 3:48
  right
• 3:48
  now.
• 3:49
  They
• 3:49
  need
• 3:49
  to
• 3:49
  be
• 3:49
  able
• 3:50
  to.
• 3:50
  They're
• 3:50
  basically
• 3:50
  juggling
• 3:51
  between
• 3:51
  different
• 3:52
  app
• 3:52
  services,
• 3:53
  different
• 3:53
  bills,
• 3:54
  and
• 3:54
  they
• 3:54
  often
• 3:54
  end
• 3:55
  up
• 3:55
  paying
• 3:55
  more.
• 3:55
  The
• 3:55
  price
• 3:55
  of
• 3:56
  these
• 3:56
  streaming
• 3:56
  subscriptions
• 3:57
  has
• 3:57
  gone
• 3:57
  up
• 3:57
  significantly
• 3:58
  over
• 3:58
  the
• 3:58
  last
• 3:58
  couple
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  years.
• 3:59
  Customers
• 3:59
  are
• 4:00
  faced
• 4:00
  with
• 4:00
  these
• 4:00
  challenges
• 4:01
  and
• 4:01
  what
• 4:02
  we
• 4:02
  launched
• 4:03
  recently
• 4:03
  with
• 4:03
  Streamsaver
• 4:04
  addresses,
• 4:04
  this
• 4:05
  Stream
• 4:05
  Saver
• 4:05
  is
• 4:06
  meant
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  really
• 4:06
  provide
• 4:08
  a
• 4:08
  way
• 4:08
  for
• 4:09
  these
• 4:09
  households
• 4:09
  to
• 4:10
  access
• 4:10
  some
• 4:10
  of
• 4:10
  the
• 4:10
  best
• 4:11
  streaming
• 4:11
  services
• 4:12
  out
• 4:12
  there
• 4:13

• 4:13
  savings
• 4:14
  of
• 4:14
  up
• 4:14
  to
• 4:15
  45%.
• 4:16
  And
• 4:16
  with
• 4:16
  the
• 4:16
  added
• 4:17
  simplicity
• 4:17
  of
• 4:17

• 4:18
  one
• 4:18
  bill,
• 4:18
  the
• 4:19
  Xfinity.
• 4:20
  And
• 4:20
  on
• 4:20
  top
• 4:21
  of
• 4:21
  this
• 4:21
  Stream
• 4:22
  Store
• 4:22
  is
• 4:22
  how
• 4:23
  what
• 4:23
  makes
• 4:23
  it
• 4:24
  easier
• 4:24
  for
• 4:24
  the
• 4:24
  customers
• 4:25
  to
• 4:25
  manage.
• 4:25
  And
• 4:26
  we
• 4:26
  make
• 4:26
  it
• 4:26
  easier
• 4:27
  by
• 4:27
  allowing
• 4:27
  them
• 4:28
  to,

• 4:37
  So
• 4:38
  we
• 4:38
  think
• 4:38
  with.
• 4:39
  And
• 4:39
  just
• 4:40
  to
• 4:40
  summarize,
• 4:40
  I
• 4:40
  think
• 4:40
  it's
• 4:41
  really
• 4:41
  about
• 4:41
  taking
• 4:41
  something
• 4:42
  that
• 4:42
  has
• 4:43
  become
• 4:43
  fairly
• 4:43
  complex,
• 4:44
  expensive,
• 4:44
  and
• 4:44
  making
• 4:45
  it
• 4:45
  more
• 4:45
  affordable,
• 4:46
  easier,
• 4:46
  and
• 4:46
  flexible.
• 4:48
  I
• 4:48
  can
• 4:48
  relate
• 4:48
  to
• 4:48
  that.
• 4:49
  I
• 4:49
  had
• 4:49
  somebody
• 4:50
  here
• 4:50
  about
• 4:50
  three
• 4:51
  weeks
• 4:51
  ago
• 4:52
  break
• 4:52
  into
• 4:53
  an
• 4:53
  account
• 4:53
  of
• 4:54
  one
• 4:54
  of
• 4:54
  mine
• 4:54
  and
• 4:54
  take
• 4:55
  my
• 4:55
  credit
• 4:55
  card
• 4:55
  number
• 4:55
  from
• 4:56
  their
• 4:56
  system.
• 4:57
  And
• 4:58
  no
• 4:58
  big
• 4:59
  deal.
• 4:59
  I
• 4:59
  had
• 4:59
  fraud
• 5:00
  on
• 5:00
  it.
• 5:00
  They
• 5:00
  took
• 5:00
  care
• 5:00
  of
• 5:01
  it,
• 5:01
  bank
• 5:01
  took
• 5:01
  care
• 5:01
  of
• 5:01
  it.
• 5:02
  But
• 5:02
  then
• 5:03
  I'm
• 5:03
  like,
• 5:03
  what
• 5:04
  was
• 5:04
  on
• 5:04
  that
• 5:04
  card?
• 5:05
  What
• 5:05
  memberships
• 5:06
  of
• 5:06
  my
• 5:06
  streaming
• 5:07
  services
• 5:07
  were
• 5:08
  on
• 5:08
  there?
• 5:09
  Okay.
• 5:09
  And
• 5:09
  so
• 5:10
  I
• 5:10
  thought
• 5:10
  I
• 5:10
  had
• 5:10
  them
• 5:10
  all.
• 5:11
  And
• 5:11
  then
• 5:11
  I
• 5:11
  went
• 5:11
  to
• 5:11
  go
• 5:11
  log
• 5:12
  in
• 5:12
  and
• 5:12
  I
• 5:12
  went,
• 5:12
  oh,
• 5:13
  that
• 5:13
  didn't
• 5:13
  renew.
• 5:14
  Oh,
• 5:14
  that
• 5:15
  was
• 5:15
  on
• 5:15
  there.
• 5:16
  I
• 5:16
  had
• 5:16
  no
• 5:16
  idea
• 5:17
  without
• 5:17
  spending
• 5:18
  hours
• 5:18
  and
• 5:18
  hours
• 5:18
  of
• 5:19
  my
• 5:19
  own
• 5:19
  time
• 5:19
  to
• 5:19
  figure
• 5:19
  out.
• 5:20
  Because
• 5:21
  like
• 5:21
  most
• 5:21
  people,
• 5:22
  I
• 5:22
  think
• 5:22
  out
• 5:22
  there,
• 5:22
  when
• 5:23
  you
• 5:23
  subscribe
• 5:23
  for
• 5:23
  something,
• 5:24
  you
• 5:24
  grab
• 5:24
  whatever
• 5:24
  you've
• 5:25
  got
• 5:25
  that's
• 5:25
  your
• 5:25
  main
• 5:26
  at
• 5:26
  the
• 5:26
  time.
• 5:26
  And
• 5:27
  having
• 5:27
  it
• 5:27
  in
• 5:27
  one
• 5:27
  place,
• 5:27
  to
• 5:28
  me
• 5:28
  is
• 5:28
  very
• 5:28
  attractive.
• 5:29
  And
• 5:30
  that's
• 5:30
  what
• 5:30
  customers
• 5:31
  tell
• 5:31
  us.
• 5:31
  Often
• 5:32
  customers
• 5:33
  think
• 5:33
  that
• 5:34
  they're
• 5:34
  actually
• 5:34
  paying
• 5:35
  less
• 5:35
  than
• 5:35
  what
• 5:35
  they
• 5:35
  actually
• 5:36
  are
• 5:36
  because
• 5:36
  they
• 5:36
  have.
• 5:37
  To
• 5:37
  your
• 5:37
  point,
• 5:37
  they've
• 5:38
  basically
• 5:38
  forgotten
• 5:39
  all
• 5:39
  of
• 5:39
  the
• 5:39
  services
• 5:39
  they've
• 5:40
  subscribed
• 5:40
  to
• 5:40
  and
• 5:40
  are
• 5:40
  probably
• 5:41
  underestimating
• 5:42
  or
• 5:42
  underusing
• 5:43
  their
• 5:43
  subscriptions.
• 5:43
  And
• 5:44
  that's
• 5:44
  also
• 5:44
  what
• 5:44
  we're
• 5:44
  trying
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  address.
• 5:46
  So
• 5:46
  we
• 5:46
  want
• 5:46
  to
• 5:47
  ensure
• 5:47
  that
• 5:47
  customers,
• 5:48
  that
• 5:48
  we
• 5:49
  provide
• 5:49
  that
• 5:49
  added
• 5:49
  value
• 5:49
  to
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  customer.
• 5:51
  And
• 5:51
  that's
• 5:51
  great
• 5:51
  because
• 5:51
  yeah,
• 5:52
  so
• 5:52
  many
• 5:52
  people
• 5:52
  go,
• 5:52
  they
• 5:53
  don't
• 5:53
  even
• 5:53
  go
• 5:53
  looking
• 5:54
  to
• 5:54
  subscribe.
• 5:54
  I
• 5:54
  think,
• 5:55
  I
• 5:55
  think
• 5:55
  the
• 5:56
  people
• 5:56
  I
• 5:56
  want
• 5:56
  to
• 5:57
  watch
• 5:57
  this
• 5:57
  series
• 5:57
  or
• 5:58
  this
• 5:58
  show
• 5:58
  and
• 5:58
  they
• 5:58
  go,
• 5:58
  oh
• 5:59
  man,
• 5:59
  you're
• 5:59
  going
• 5:59
  to
• 5:59
  get
• 5:59
  me
• 5:59
  for
• 6:00
  X.
• 6:00
  And
• 6:01
  they
• 6:01
  sign
• 6:01
  up
• 6:01
  and
• 6:02
  they
• 6:02
  may
• 6:02
  never
• 6:02
  use
• 6:03
  that
• 6:03
  for
• 6:03
  three
• 6:03
  or
• 6:03
  four
• 6:04
  years
• 6:04
  until
• 6:05
  something
• 6:05
  comes
• 6:05
  on
• 6:06
  and
• 6:06
  I've
• 6:07
  signed
• 6:07
  on
• 6:07
  to
• 6:07
  things
• 6:07
  and
• 6:08
  went,
• 6:08
  I
• 6:09
  had
• 6:09
  no
• 6:09
  idea
• 6:09
  I
• 6:09
  was
• 6:09
  even
• 6:10
  paying
• 6:10
  for
• 6:10
  that.
• 6:11
  Right.
• 6:11
  It
• 6:11
  gets
• 6:11
  lost
• 6:12
  and
• 6:12
  just
• 6:13
  so
• 6:13
  easy
• 6:13
  in
• 6:13
  the
• 6:13
  mix
• 6:14
  of
• 6:14
  life.
• 6:14
  Absolutely.
• 6:15
  And
• 6:15
  what
• 6:15
  we
• 6:15
  actually
• 6:16
  do
• 6:16
  also
• 6:16
  is
• 6:16
  that
• 6:17
  if
• 6:17
  you
• 6:17
  paid
• 6:17
  for
• 6:17
  a
• 6:18
  service
• 6:18
  but
• 6:18
  are
• 6:18
  not
• 6:18
  using
• 6:18
  it,
• 6:19
  we
• 6:19
  actually
• 6:19
  nudge
• 6:19
  you
• 6:20
  and
• 6:20
  remind
• 6:20
  you
• 6:21
  that,
• 6:21
  that
• 6:21
  you
• 6:21
  should
• 6:21
  activate
• 6:22
  that
• 6:22
  service.
• 6:22
  Also
• 6:23
  provides
• 6:23
  you
• 6:23
  good
• 6:24
  reasons
• 6:24
  to,
• 6:25
  to
• 6:25
  start
• 6:25
  and
• 6:25
  tune
• 6:26
  in
• 6:26
  to
• 6:26
  one
• 6:26
  of
• 6:26
  these
• 6:27
  services.
• 6:27
  Oh,
• 6:27
  that's
• 6:27
  so
• 6:28
  smart
• 6:28
  because
• 6:28
  yeah,
• 6:28
  there's
• 6:29
  significant
• 6:29
  money
• 6:30
  people
• 6:30
  are
• 6:30
  spending
• 6:30
  out
• 6:30
  there
• 6:31
  for
• 6:31
  something
• 6:31
  that
• 6:31
  they
• 6:31
  might
• 6:31
  not
• 6:32
  have
• 6:32
  used
• 6:33
  a
• 6:33
  year
• 6:33
  or
• 6:33
  two.
• 6:34
  And
• 6:34
  that
• 6:34
  again
• 6:34
  comes
• 6:35
  back
• 6:35
  to
• 6:35
  that
• 6:35
  value
• 6:36
  that.
• 6:36
  Oh
• 6:36
  wow,
• 6:37
  okay.
• 6:37
  I
• 6:38
  can
• 6:38
  sure
• 6:38
  sign
• 6:38
  up
• 6:39
  for
• 6:39
  this
• 6:39
  again
• 6:39
  if
• 6:39
  I
• 6:39
  need
• 6:39
  to.
• 6:40
  It's
• 6:40
  not
• 6:40
  like
• 6:40
  you're
• 6:41
  kicked
• 6:41
  out
• 6:41
  of
• 6:42
  the
• 6:42
  club
• 6:42
  here,
• 6:43
  but
• 6:43
  why
• 6:43
  pay
• 6:44
  for
• 6:44
  it
• 6:44
  for
• 6:44
  a
• 6:44
  year
• 6:44
  if
• 6:44
  you're
• 6:44
  not
• 6:45
  going
• 6:45
  to
• 6:45
  even
• 6:45
  sign
• 6:45
  in?
• 6:45
  Use
• 6:46
  it.
• 6:46
  Absolutely.
• 6:47
  That
• 6:48
  is
• 6:48
  cool.
• 6:48
  So
• 6:48
  is
• 6:48
  that
• 6:49
  all
• 6:49
  just
• 6:49
  within
• 6:50
  when
• 6:50
  you
• 6:50
  sign
• 6:50
  on
• 6:51
  to
• 6:51
  streaming?
• 6:51
  Kind
• 6:51
  of
• 6:51
  like
• 6:52
  and
• 6:52
  it's
• 6:52
  just
• 6:52
  all
• 6:53
  right
• 6:53
  there
• 6:53
  and
• 6:53
  you
• 6:53
  pick
• 6:53
  your
• 6:54
  choices
• 6:54
  and
• 6:54
  it's
• 6:54
  all
• 6:55
  in
• 6:55
  the
• 6:55
  settings.
• 6:55
  So
• 6:56
  basically
• 6:56
  we
• 6:56
  have
• 6:56
  Stream
• 6:57
  Store
• 6:57
  is
• 6:57
  our
• 6:57
  digital
• 6:58
  destination
• 6:59
  for
• 6:59
  all
• 6:59
  of
• 6:59
  that
• 6:59
  and
• 7:00
  it's
• 7:00
  available
• 7:00
  both
• 7:00
  on
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  web
• 7:01
  and
• 7:01
  on
• 7:02
  the
• 7:02
  devices.
• 7:02
  So
• 7:03
  what
• 7:03
  I
• 7:03
  can
• 7:03
  do
• 7:03
  is
• 7:03
  actually
• 7:04
  show
• 7:04
  you
• 7:05
  what
• 7:05
  it
• 7:05
  looks
• 7:05
  like
• 7:05
  on
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  web
• 7:06
  and
• 7:06
  just
• 7:07
  walk
• 7:07
  you
• 7:07
  through
• 7:07
  a
• 7:07
  bit
• 7:07
  of
• 7:07
  the
• 7:08
  different
• 7:08
  steps
• 7:08
  that
• 7:08
  a
• 7:09
  customer
• 7:09
  would
• 7:09
  go
• 7:09
  through.
• 7:09
  Okay,
• 7:10
  so
• 7:10
  I'll,
• 7:10
  I'll
• 7:11
  share
• 7:11
  my
• 7:11
  screen.
• 7:12
  Do
• 7:12
  you
• 7:12
  have
• 7:12
  X1
• 7:13
  at
• 7:13
  home?
• 7:14
  Oh
• 7:14
  yeah,
• 7:14
  I'm
• 7:14
  probably
• 7:15
  a
• 7:15
  power
• 7:15
  user.
• 7:16
  I've
• 7:16
  got
• 7:16
  the
• 7:16
  two
• 7:17
  gig
• 7:17
  up
• 7:17
  down
• 7:18
  Internet
• 7:18
  at
• 7:18
  the
• 7:18
  house
• 7:19
  and
• 7:19
  then
• 7:19
  I've
• 7:19
  got.
• 7:19
  I
• 7:20
  don't
• 7:20
  pay
• 7:20
  for
• 7:20
  a
• 7:20
  lot
• 7:20
  of
• 7:20
  the
• 7:21
  subscriptions
• 7:21
  on
• 7:22
  it,
• 7:22
  but
• 7:22
  Yeah,
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  have
• 7:22
  X1.
• 7:23
  Okay.
• 7:24
  So
• 7:24
  you
• 7:24
  could
• 7:24
  just
• 7:24
  say
• 7:24
  screen
• 7:25
  store,
• 7:25
  India
• 7:25
  remote
• 7:26
  to
• 7:27
  see
• 7:27
  what
• 7:27
  it
• 7:27
  looks
• 7:27
  like
• 7:28
  price
• 7:28
  that
• 7:28
  John's
• 7:29
  mentioning.
• 7:29
  But
• 7:29
  then
• 7:29
  this
• 7:30
  is
• 7:30
  how
• 7:30
  it
• 7:30
  comes
• 7:30
  to
• 7:31
  life
• 7:31
  on
• 7:32
  our
• 7:32
  cine
• 7:32
  dot
• 7:33
  com.
• 7:33
  Nice.
• 7:33
  So
• 7:33
  if
• 7:33
  you're
• 7:34
  going.
• 7:34
  If
• 7:34
  you're
• 7:35
  a
• 7:35
  new
• 7:35
  customer
• 7:35
  and
• 7:36
  you
• 7:36
  want
• 7:37
  to
• 7:37
  add
• 7:37
  some
• 7:37
  streaming
• 7:38
  services,
• 7:38
  this
• 7:38
  is
• 7:38
  the
• 7:39
  experience
• 7:39
  you
• 7:39
  would
• 7:39
  get.
• 7:39
  And
• 7:39
  just
• 7:40
  to
• 7:40
  remind
• 7:40
  you,
• 7:40
  so
• 7:40
  Stream
• 7:41
  Store
• 7:41
  not
• 7:41
  only
• 7:42
  aggregates
• 7:43
  these
• 7:43
  new
• 7:43
  streaming
• 7:43
  Bundles
• 7:44
  those,
• 7:44
  but
• 7:44
  also
• 7:45
  aggregates
• 7:45
  all
• 7:45
  of
• 7:45
  the
• 7:46
  other
• 7:46
  apps
• 7:46
  that
• 7:46
  we
• 7:46
  have
• 7:46
  over
• 7:47
  350
• 7:47
  services
• 7:48
  that
• 7:48
  we
• 7:48
  offer
• 7:48
  to
• 7:49
  our
• 7:49
  customers.
• 7:49
  And
• 7:50
  we
• 7:50
  want
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  make
• 7:50
  them
• 7:50
  available
• 7:50
  in
• 7:51
  one
• 7:51
  place
• 7:51
  so
• 7:51
  customers
• 7:52
  can
• 7:52
  easily
• 7:53
  create
• 7:53
  their
• 7:53
  own
• 7:54
  experience.
• 7:54
  And
• 7:54
  so
• 7:55
  what
• 7:55
  we've
• 7:55
  done
• 7:55
  with
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  recently
• 7:56
  launched
• 7:56
  Stream
• 7:57
  Store
• 7:57
  is
• 7:57
  really
• 7:57
  revamp
• 7:58
  that
• 7:58
  experience.
• 7:58
  So
• 7:58
  as
• 7:59
  customers
• 7:59
  go
• 7:59
  into
• 8:00
  our
• 8:00
  website,
• 8:00
  they
• 8:00
  will
• 8:01
  find
• 8:01
  this
• 8:01
  newly
• 8:02
  designed
• 8:02
  Stream
• 8:03
  Store,
• 8:03
  which
• 8:03
  just
• 8:03
  makes
• 8:03
  it
• 8:04
  easier
• 8:04
  to.
• 8:05
  We've
• 8:05
  improved
• 8:05
  the
• 8:05
  categorization.
• 8:06
  We've
• 8:07
  just
• 8:07
  made
• 8:07
  it
• 8:07
  a
• 8:07
  bit
• 8:08
  more
• 8:08
  engaging
• 8:08
  with
• 8:08
  the
• 8:08
  content
• 8:09
  so
• 8:09
  customers
• 8:09
  can
• 8:09
  find
• 8:10
  the
• 8:10
  content
• 8:10
  that
• 8:10
  they
• 8:10
  want.
• 8:11
  And
• 8:11
  of
• 8:11
  course,
• 8:12
  our
• 8:12
  new
• 8:12
  streaming
• 8:13
  bundles
• 8:13
  are
• 8:14
  front
• 8:14
  and
• 8:14
  center.
• 8:15
  Nice.
• 8:15
  A
• 8:15
  curated
• 8:16
  number
• 8:16
  of
• 8:16
  bundles
• 8:17
  we
• 8:17
  think
• 8:17
  customers
• 8:17
  will
• 8:18
  love,
• 8:19
  but
• 8:19
  we
• 8:19
  also
• 8:20
  have
• 8:20
  a
• 8:20
  lot
• 8:20
  more,
• 8:20
  as
• 8:21
  just
• 8:22
  discussed,
• 8:22
  to
• 8:23
  show
• 8:23
  our
• 8:24
  customers.
• 8:25
  Now,
• 8:25
  if
• 8:25
  we
• 8:25
  dive
• 8:26
  a
• 8:26
  bit
• 8:26
  deeper
• 8:26
  into
• 8:26
  streaming
• 8:27
  bundles,
• 8:28
  customers
• 8:29
  can
• 8:29
  decide
• 8:30
  to
• 8:30
  create
• 8:30
  their
• 8:31
  own
• 8:31
  bundle
• 8:32
  experience.
• 8:32
  And
• 8:33
  they
• 8:33
  do
• 8:33
  this
• 8:33
  by
• 8:34
  accessing
• 8:34
  this
• 8:35
  module
• 8:35
  here,
• 8:36
  which
• 8:36
  allows
• 8:36
  them
• 8:36
  to
• 8:37
  freely
• 8:37
  select
• 8:38
  the
• 8:38
  apps
• 8:38
  which
• 8:39
  are
• 8:39
  important
• 8:39
  for
• 8:39
  them.
• 8:40
  And
• 8:40
  what
• 8:40
  we
• 8:40
  would
• 8:41
  then
• 8:41
  do
• 8:41
  is
• 8:41
  basically
• 8:42
  once
• 8:42
  they
• 8:42
  made
• 8:42
  a
• 8:42
  selection,
• 8:43
  you
• 8:43
  see
• 8:44
  here,
• 8:44
  for
• 8:44
  example,
• 8:45
  a
• 8:46
  customer
• 8:46
  would
• 8:46
  select
• 8:46
  Netflix
• 8:47
  and
• 8:47
  the
• 8:47
  Disney
• 8:48
  and
• 8:48
  Odoo
• 8:48
  bundle.
• 8:49
  We
• 8:49
  would
• 8:49
  then
• 8:50
  surface
• 8:50
  the
• 8:51
  bundles
• 8:51
  that
• 8:52
  we
• 8:52
  think
• 8:53
  are
• 8:53
  relevant
• 8:53
  for
• 8:53
  them
• 8:54
  and
• 8:54
  that
• 8:54
  they
• 8:54
  could
• 8:55
  choose
• 8:55
  from.
• 8:55
  Nice.
• 8:56
  You
• 8:57
  see
• 8:57
  here
• 8:57
  that
• 8:57
  we're
• 8:58
  making
• 8:58
  available
• 8:59
  bundles
• 9:00
  with
• 9:00
  premium
• 9:01
  services.
• 9:01
  And
• 9:02
  I
• 9:02
  think
• 9:02
  this
• 9:02
  is
• 9:02
  also
• 9:02
  unique
• 9:03
  on
• 9:03
  the
• 9:03
  market.
• 9:04
  We
• 9:04
  are
• 9:04
  providing
• 9:05
  the
• 9:05
  largest
• 9:05
  marketplace
• 9:06
  for
• 9:06
  premium
• 9:07
  streaming
• 9:08
  bundles
• 9:09
  out
• 9:09
  there.
• 9:09
  Our
• 9:09
  customers
• 9:10
  are
• 9:10
  really
• 9:10
  delighted
• 9:11
  to
• 9:11
  have
• 9:11
  access
• 9:11
  to
• 9:12
  this
• 9:12
  right
• 9:12
  now.
• 9:13
  So
• 9:13
  just
• 9:13
  to
• 9:13
  continue
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  journey,
• 9:15
  suppose
• 9:15
  the
• 9:15
  customer
• 9:16
  would
• 9:16
  select
• 9:16
  one
• 9:16
  of
• 9:16
  those
• 9:17
  bundles.
• 9:17
  They
• 9:17
  would
• 9:18
  then
• 9:18
  have
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  opportunity
• 9:19
  to
• 9:19
  upgrade
• 9:20
  specific
• 9:21
  apps
• 9:21
  in.
• 9:22
  In
• 9:22
  those.
• 9:23
  In.
• 9:23
  In
• 9:23
  that
• 9:23
  bundle
• 9:24
  to
• 9:24
  add
• 9:24
  free
• 9:24
  services.
• 9:25
  This
• 9:26
  again
• 9:26
  is
• 9:26
  something
• 9:26
  that
• 9:27
  our
• 9:27
  customers
• 9:27
  have
• 9:27
  been
• 9:27
  requesting
• 9:28
  for
• 9:28
  quite
• 9:28
  some
• 9:28
  time.
• 9:29
  And
• 9:30
  very
• 9:30
  few
• 9:30
  services
• 9:30
  out
• 9:31
  there
• 9:31
  can
• 9:31
  do
• 9:32
  it
• 9:32
  in
• 9:32
  this
• 9:32
  manner
• 9:33
  and
• 9:33
  as
• 9:33
  seamless
• 9:33
  as
• 9:34
  this.
• 9:34
  And
• 9:34
  once
• 9:35
  they've
• 9:35
  customized
• 9:35
  their
• 9:36
  experience,
• 9:36
  they
• 9:36
  basically
• 9:36
  just
• 9:37
  add
• 9:37
  it
• 9:37
  to
• 9:37
  the
• 9:37
  cart
• 9:38
  and
• 9:38
  then
• 9:38
  can
• 9:38
  start.
• 9:39
  I
• 9:39
  like
• 9:40
  how
• 9:40
  you
• 9:40
  can
• 9:40
  add.
• 9:40
  You
• 9:40
  don't
• 9:41
  have
• 9:41
  to
• 9:41
  do
• 9:41
  all
• 9:41
  of
• 9:42
  them
• 9:42
  ad
• 9:42
  free
• 9:42
  if
• 9:43
  you
• 9:43
  don't
• 9:43
  want.
• 9:43
  Thanks,
• 9:43
  John.
• 9:44
  You
• 9:44
  guys
• 9:44
  over
• 9:44
  there
• 9:45
  have
• 9:45
  been
• 9:45
  really
• 9:46
  helpful
• 9:46
  with
• 9:47
  giving
• 9:48
  us
• 9:48
  some
• 9:48
  hacks
• 9:48
  on
• 9:48
  how
• 9:48
  to
• 9:49
  save
• 9:49
  some
• 9:49
  money
• 9:49
  and
• 9:50
  all
• 9:50
  of
• 9:50
  that.
• 9:50
  For
• 9:50
  all
• 9:51
  you
• 9:51
  people
• 9:51
  out
• 9:51
  there
• 9:52
  that
• 9:52
  are
• 9:53
  Xfinity
• 9:54
  users
• 9:54
  or
• 9:55
  you're
• 9:55
  looking
• 9:55
  to
• 9:56
  use
• 9:56
  their
• 9:56
  service,
• 9:57
  it's
• 9:57
  not
• 9:57
  a
• 9:58
  bad
• 9:58
  way
• 9:58
  to
• 9:58
  go.
• 9:58
  And
• 9:58
  that
• 9:59
  could
• 9:59
  save
• 9:59
  you
• 9:59
  a
• 9:59
  little
• 9:59
  bit
• 9:59
  of
• 9:59
  money,
• 10:00
  which
• 10:00
  I
• 10:00
  am
• 10:01
  a
• 10:01
  fan
• 10:01
  of.
• 10:02
  Now,
• 10:02
  I
• 10:02
  wanted
• 10:03
  to
• 10:03
  run
• 10:03
  out
• 10:03
  here
• 10:03
  real
• 10:04
  quick
• 10:04
  and
• 10:05
  talk
• 10:05
  about
• 10:06
  some
• 10:07
  of
• 10:07
  the
• 10:07
  things
• 10:07
  that
• 10:07
  we're
• 10:07
  seeing
• 10:08
  in
• 10:08
  recalls
• 10:08
  right
• 10:09
  now.
• 10:09
  There
• 10:09
  are
• 10:09
  a
• 10:10
  bunch
• 10:10
  of
• 10:10
  them,
• 10:11
  and
• 10:12
  sometimes
• 10:12
  we
• 10:12
  get
• 10:12
  into
• 10:13
  this
• 10:13
  and
• 10:13
  it's,
• 10:13
  oh,
• 10:13
  there's
• 10:14
  not
• 10:14
  much
• 10:14
  going
• 10:14
  on,
• 10:15
  not
• 10:16
  a
• 10:16
  big
• 10:16
  deal.
• 10:16
  And
• 10:17
  then
• 10:17
  we
• 10:17
  get
• 10:17
  into
• 10:18
  some
• 10:18
  of
• 10:18
  these
• 10:18
  where
• 10:18
  it's
• 10:19
  holy
• 10:19
  smokes,
• 10:20
  they're
• 10:21
  everywhere.
• 10:21
  And
• 10:21
  this
• 10:22
  is
• 10:22
  one
• 10:22
  of
• 10:22
  those
• 10:22
  they're
• 10:23
  everywhere
• 10:24
  weeks.
• 10:25
  So
• 10:26
  what
• 10:26
  I'm
• 10:26
  seeing
• 10:26
  is
• 10:27
  there
• 10:27
  is
• 10:27
  a
• 10:28
  lot
• 10:28
  of
• 10:28
  the
• 10:28
  Chinese,
• 10:29
  as
• 10:29
  I
• 10:30
  call
• 10:30
  it,
• 10:30
  pressure
• 10:31
  washers
• 10:32
  that
• 10:33
  were
• 10:33
  sold
• 10:34
  and
• 10:35
  I
• 10:35
  tell
• 10:35
  you
• 10:35
  what,
• 10:35
  they
• 10:36
  were
• 10:36
  sold
• 10:36
  online
• 10:37
  and
• 10:38
  they've
• 10:38
  got
• 10:39
  some
• 10:39
  serious
• 10:39
  problems.
• 10:40
  I'm
• 10:41
  not
• 10:41
  going
• 10:41
  to
• 10:41
  try
• 10:41
  to
• 10:41
  go
• 10:41
  through
• 10:42
  the
• 10:42
  names,
• 10:42
  but
• 10:43
  if
• 10:43
  I
• 10:43
  go
• 10:43
  through
• 10:43
  here,
• 10:44
  the
• 10:44
  big
• 10:45
  issue
• 10:45
  is,
• 10:45
  is
• 10:45
  they
• 10:46
  built
• 10:46
  them
• 10:46
  without
• 10:46
  a
• 10:46
  GFCI
• 10:48
  posing
• 10:48
  a
• 10:48
  serious
• 10:48
  risk
• 10:49
  of
• 10:49
  injury
• 10:49
  or
• 10:49
  death
• 10:49
  since
• 10:50
  you've
• 10:50
  got
• 10:50
  electricity
• 10:51
  and
• 10:51
  water
• 10:51
  playing
• 10:52
  together.
• 10:54
  So
• 10:54
  I'm
• 10:54
  looking
• 10:54
  at
• 10:55
  here,
• 10:55
  there's
• 10:55
  one,
• 10:56
  there's
• 10:56
  two,
• 10:58
  there's
• 10:58
  three,
• 11:01
  there's
• 11:02
  four.
• 11:02
  So
• 11:02
  if
• 11:02
  you
• 11:03
  bought
• 11:03
  one
• 11:04
  of
• 11:04
  these
• 11:05
  five,
• 11:06
  they
• 11:06
  keep
• 11:07
  going
• 11:07
  six,
• 11:10
  at
• 11:10
  least
• 11:10
  six
• 11:11
  on
• 11:11
  here.
• 11:11
  If
• 11:11
  you
• 11:12
  bought
• 11:13
  one
• 11:13

  these,

  no
• 11:14
  name
• 11:16
  or
• 11:16
  a
• 11:16
  name
• 11:17
  that
• 11:17
  you've
• 11:17
  never
• 11:17
  heard
• 11:17
  of,
• 11:17
  you
• 11:18
  can't
• 11:18
  even
• 11:18
  say
• 11:18
  that
• 11:19
  is
• 11:19
  probably
• 11:21
  on
• 11:21
  a
• 11:21
  recall
• 11:22
  list.
• 11:22
  So
• 11:23
  take
• 11:23
  a
• 11:23
  look@cpsc.gov
• 11:26
  that
• 11:26
  is
• 11:26
  one.
• 11:26
  It
• 11:26
  looks
• 11:27
  like
• 11:27
  there
• 11:27
  is
• 11:27
  a
• 11:27
  big
• 11:28
  recall
• 11:28
  on
• 11:28
  those.
• 11:29
  Now,
• 11:29
  a
• 11:29
  lot
• 11:29
  of
• 11:29
  these,
• 11:29
  they
• 11:29
  didn't
• 11:30
  sell
• 11:30
  a
• 11:30
  ton
• 11:30
  of
• 11:30
  these.
• 11:31
  That's
• 11:31
  80,
• 11:32
  100,
• 11:33
  200,
• 11:33
  500,
• 11:34
  that
• 11:34
  kind
• 11:34
  of
• 11:34
  thing.
• 11:34
  But
• 11:35
  if
• 11:35
  you've
• 11:35
  got
• 11:35
  one,
• 11:36
  they
• 11:37
  want
• 11:37
  you
• 11:37
  to
• 11:37
  not
• 11:37
  use
• 11:37
  them
• 11:38
  and
• 11:38
  take
• 11:38
  them
• 11:38
  back.
• 11:39
  The
• 11:40
  next
• 11:40
  thing
• 11:40
  is
• 11:40
  here
• 11:40
  that
• 11:40
  I
• 11:41

• 11:41
  was
• 11:41
  interesting.

• 11:48
  That
• 11:48
  can
• 11:49
  be
• 11:49
  an
• 11:49
  issue.
• 11:50
  There
• 11:50
  are

• 11:55
  or
• 11:55
  death
• 11:55
  from
• 11:55
  fire.
• 11:56
  There's
• 11:57
  about
• 11:57
  almost
• 11:57
  half
• 11:58
  a
• 11:58
  million
• 11:58

• 11:58
  those
• 11:58
  things
• 11:58

• 11:59
  So
• 11:59

• 12:01
  Take
• 12:01
  a
• 12:01
  look

• 12:02
  That's

• 12:03
  Now
• 12:04
  here's
• 12:04
  one
• 12:04
  that's
• 12:05
  big.

• 12:13
  When
• 12:13
  first
• 12:14

• 12:14
  the
• 12:14

• 12:15

• 12:15
  with
• 12:15
  gasoline,
• 12:16

• 12:16
  can
• 12:16

• 12:17
  from
• 12:17
  the

• 12:22
  So
• 12:23
  consumers
• 12:23
  with

• 12:24
  that

  without
• 12:29
  any

• 12:31
  continue
• 12:32
  to
• 12:32

• 12:34
  There's
• 12:34
  about
• 12:34
  150,000
• 12:36
  of
• 12:36
  those
• 12:37
  and
• 12:38
  it
• 12:38
  looks
• 12:38
  like
• 12:38
  they
• 12:39
  are
• 12:39
  the.
• 12:39
  It's
• 12:40
  called
• 12:40
  Power

• 12:43
  So
• 12:43
  take
• 12:43
  a
• 12:43
  look
• 12:43
  at
• 12:43
  that
• 12:44
  one
• 12:45
  more
• 12:45
  that
• 12:45
  I
• 12:45
  saw
• 12:46
  on
• 12:46
  here,
• 12:46
  which
• 12:46
  was
• 12:46
  interesting.
• 12:48
  And
• 12:48
  another
• 12:48
  one
• 12:48
  for
• 12:49
  you

• 12:56
  The
• 12:56

• 12:57
  and
• 12:57
  ranges
• 12:57
  can
• 12:57
  experience
• 12:58
  a
• 12:58
  delayed
• 12:58
  ignition,
• 12:59
  causing
• 13:00
  gas
• 13:00
  to
• 13:00
  accumulate
• 13:01
  and
• 13:01
  the
• 13:01
  oven
• 13:01
  door
• 13:02
  to
• 13:02
  open
• 13:02
  from
• 13:03

• 13:04
  posing
• 13:04
  a
• 13:04

• 13:05

• 13:06
  So,
• 13:06
  yeah,
• 13:07
  that
• 13:07
  could
• 13:07
  go
• 13:07
  boom.
• 13:08
  Not
• 13:08
  a
• 13:08
  good
• 13:08
  thing.
• 13:09
  There's
• 13:10
  only
• 13:10
  about
• 13:11
  433
• 13:12
  of
• 13:12
  these
• 13:12
  things,
• 13:12
  so
• 13:13
  they
• 13:13
  were
• 13:13
  not
• 13:13
  a
• 13:13
  big
• 13:13
  seller.
• 13:14
  But
• 13:15
  it's
• 13:15
  a
• 13:15
  big
• 13:15
  deal
• 13:15
  if
• 13:16
  you
• 13:16
  have
• 13:16
  one.
• 13:17
  So
• 13:18
  take
• 13:18
  a
• 13:18
  look.
• 13:18
  That
• 13:18
  is
• 13:19
  our
• 13:19
  recalls
• 13:20
  of
• 13:20
  the
• 13:20
  day.
• 13:21
  Now
• 13:22
  we've
• 13:22
  got
• 13:22
  a
• 13:22
  great
• 13:23
  show
• 13:23
  coming
• 13:23
  up
• 13:23
  here.
• 13:23
  This
• 13:24
  is
• 13:24
  gonna
• 13:24
  be
• 13:24
  a
• 13:24
  lot
• 13:24
  of
• 13:24
  fun
• 13:25
  coming
• 13:25
  up
• 13:26
  here
• 13:26
  next
• 13:26
  weekend.
• 13:27
  This
• 13:27
  weekend
• 13:27
  we
• 13:27
  got
• 13:27
  a
• 13:27
  great
• 13:28
  one,
• 13:28
  too.
• 13:28
  Cause
• 13:29
  little
• 13:29
  inside
• 13:30
  baseball
• 13:30
  here
• 13:31
  coming
• 13:31
  up
• 13:32
  later
• 13:32
  today.
• 13:32
  I'm
• 13:32
  doing
• 13:32
  an
• 13:32
  interview
• 13:33
  for
• 13:33
  a
• 13:33
  future
• 13:33
  episode
• 13:34
  with
• 13:34
  Dude
• 13:35
  Dad.
• 13:35
  And
• 13:35
  if
• 13:35
  you
• 13:35
  don't
• 13:35
  know
• 13:36
  who
• 13:36
  dude
• 13:36
  dad
• 13:36
  is,
• 13:37
  you'll
• 13:38
  want
• 13:38
  to
• 13:38
  look
• 13:38
  him
• 13:38
  up
• 13:38
  on
• 13:39
  Facebook.
• 13:39
  I'm
• 13:40
  sure
• 13:40
  you've
• 13:40
  seen
• 13:40
  him
• 13:40
  if
• 13:40
  you're
• 13:41
  a
• 13:41
  homeowner.
• 13:41
  He
• 13:42
  is
• 13:42
  out
• 13:42
  there
• 13:43
  everywhere.
• 13:43
  We're
• 13:43
  gonna
• 13:44
  have
• 13:44
  a
• 13:44
  little
• 13:44
  bit
• 13:44
  of
• 13:44
  fun
• 13:45
  there
• 13:45
  as
• 13:45
  well.
• 13:46
  Great
• 13:47
  show
• 13:47
  coming
• 13:47
  up
• 13:47
  this
• 13:48
  weekend.
• 13:48
  Make
• 13:48
  sure
• 13:49
  you're
• 13:49
  following
• 13:49
  us
• 13:49
  on
• 13:49
  social
• 13:50
  media.
• 13:50
  We're
• 13:50
  gonna
• 13:51
  have
• 13:51
  some
• 13:51
  great
• 13:51
  stuff
• 13:51
  coming
• 13:51
  up
• 13:52
  here
• 13:52
  as
• 13:52
  well.
• 13:53
  And
• 13:54
  really
• 13:54
  we're
• 13:54
  building
• 13:54
  out
• 13:55
  that
• 13:55
  studio.
• 13:55
  I'll
• 13:55
  probably
• 13:56
  put
• 13:56
  a
• 13:56
  video
• 13:56
  up
• 13:56
  on
• 13:57
  that
• 13:57
  soon
• 13:58
  and
• 13:58
  then
• 13:58
  a
• 13:59
  little
• 13:59
  one
• 13:59
  here.
• 13:59
  We're
• 14:00
  gonna
• 14:00
  be
• 14:00
  putting
• 14:00
  out
• 14:00
  a
• 14:00
  new
• 14:00

• 14:01
  in
• 14:01
  the
• 14:01
  next,
• 14:01
  oh,
• 14:01
  two
• 14:02
  or
• 14:02
  three
• 14:02
  weeks
• 14:02
  here
• 14:02
  with
• 14:02
  Cam
• 14:03
  Anderson
• 14:03
  and
• 14:03
  Blacktail
• 14:04
  Studios.
• 14:05
  As
• 14:05
  we
• 14:05
  work
• 14:05
  through
• 14:06
  his
• 14:06
  process.
• 14:06
  There
• 14:07
  are
• 14:07
  more
• 14:07
  twists
• 14:07
  and
• 14:08
  turns
• 14:08
  in
• 14:08
  this
• 14:09
  that
• 14:09
  are
• 14:09
  coming
• 14:09
  up
• 14:09
  that
• 14:10
  you
• 14:10
  won't
• 14:10
  want
• 14:11
  to
• 14:11
  miss.
• 14:12
  So
• 14:12
  if
• 14:12
  you're
• 14:12
  a
• 14:12
  Blacktail
• 14:13

• 14:18

• 14:18
  We're
• 14:19
  going
• 14:19

• 14:20
  that
• 14:20
  here
• 14:21
  this
• 14:21
  afternoon.
• 14:22
  So
• 14:23
  a
• 14:23
  little
• 14:23

• 14:23
  of
• 14:23
