  Speaker 1: entire wedding week, things that we have not told anybody

  Speaker 1: on social media. Only our close friends and family know

  Speaker 1: the details for our entire wedding week. And because I

  Speaker 1: start of our trip to the very end of our honeymoon.

  Speaker 1: So Zach and I are flying out Thursday, August first.

  Speaker 1: Flight from Ottawa to Rome. We are starting our adventure

  Speaker 1: in Rome. The wedding is not in Rome, but Rome

  Speaker 1: is one of the major airports. Obviously, to just get

  Speaker 1: around Italy, I think it's the easiest way.

  Speaker 3: We thought that was.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, from North America, it's definitely the easiest way to

  Speaker 1: get there. But we really didn't want to rush our

  Speaker 1: travels too much in terms of bouncing around to different

  Speaker 1: areas of Italy. So we decided to have a to night,

  Speaker 1: three days stay there just to kind of get adjusted

  Speaker 1: to the time zone. We purposely decided to fly out
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: a week early just to get you.

  Speaker 3: Know, adjusted to the time zone.

  Speaker 1: And I don't know, just overall, we thought it'd be

  Speaker 1: fun to start the trip with our friends as well.

  Speaker 3: We have about how many people ten.

  Speaker 2: I think there's ten or twelve of us flying over

  Speaker 2: on the same flight, ten or.

  Speaker 1: Twelve of us, which is a lot of friends all

  Speaker 1: in one flight, which is super exciting. We actually just

  Speaker 1: got a notification this morning that we got upgraded, which

  Speaker 1: we are so pumped, so pumped about. I've never ever

  Speaker 1: been upgraded for a nice flight and long flight like that,

  Speaker 1: so I think we're gonna be really enjoying that type
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: of status. We usually fly economy, so this is different

  Speaker 1: for us. But I think it's exciting. And yeah, I

  Speaker 1: think it just makes you know, the start of our

  Speaker 1: trip a little bit more exciting. So yeah, I think

  Speaker 1: that'll be a good way to start out with the trip.

  Speaker 1: So we'll be having our flight. It's gonna be an

  Speaker 1: overnight flight. I hope we can get some shimp. I'm

  Speaker 1: go to bed and just try to adjust the time

  Speaker 1: likely sleep in a bit the first morning, just because

  Speaker 1: that's usually what happens. But I mean, you got to

  Speaker 1: catch up on your sleep, right, So it's going to

  Speaker 1: be an interesting first few days. And this is why

  Speaker 1: you travel early for a destination wedding is because, yeah,

  Speaker 1: you got to just get into the time zone. So

  Speaker 1: Rome is pretty chill for us. We don't really have

  Speaker 1: much plan, to be honest. The only thing we have
• 5:17
  Speaker 1: planned is one of our guy friends actually turns thirty,

  Speaker 1: so we're celebrating his thirtieth at a really, really nice
• 5:22
  Speaker 1: restaurant in Rome. It's a Michelin Star. I don't know

  Speaker 1: what restaurant it is, but apparently it sounds really bouge

  Speaker 1: and nice, so we're pretty excited about it. And then

  Speaker 1: we're staying in a really big airbnb with all of
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: our friends as well. So I don't know anything that
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: you can think of that we have planned. Zach was

  Speaker 1: kind of in charge.

  Speaker 2: Of the room part of Rome's get pretty low key.

  Speaker 2: We did Rome in the fall, so yeah, I think true, Like, yes,

  Speaker 2: it's a very historic city. It's nice to see it.

  Speaker 2: There's things we didn't see while we were there that
• 5:49
  Speaker 2: we can go see this time. But I think we've

  Speaker 2: got all the big tourist attractions out of the way. Yeah,

  Speaker 2: now we can try and actually enjoy the city and

  Speaker 2: relax a little bit walking around the city like crazy.

  Speaker 1: This will be my third time in Rome, so I

  Speaker 1: definitely don't want to do the Coliseum again because I've

  Speaker 1: already done it twice. So there's certain things where I'm like,

  Speaker 1: I don't want to do this, but I'd be happy to,

  Speaker 1: you know, do the Trevy Fountain again where I don't
• 6:11
  Speaker 1: have to pay anything or whatever, right, So I don't

  Speaker 1: really want to pay for any of the big tourists

  Speaker 1: attractions that I've already done.

  Speaker 3: But there's more that we haven't done. What else are

  Speaker 1: I like finding little hidden gems through TikTok and all that.

  Speaker 1: I feel like that's the best spot to search for

  Speaker 1: restaurants within a city. So that's what we've been doing

  Speaker 1: for a lot of our honeymoon spots as well, is

  Speaker 1: just searching up the top restaurants in each city that

  Speaker 3: So that's a little hack if you're looking to.

  Speaker 1: Find good restaurants, go on TikTok or Instagram and search

  Speaker 3: We head to my bats are at so exciting we

  Speaker 1: Sorrento. Okay, okay, we're going to Sorrento. We have an

  Speaker 1: airbnb there. We have the entire bats arette planned somewhere else,

  Speaker 1: but Sorrento was the easiest way to get all the girls.

  Speaker 1: We have about fourteen girls coming, so it's a lot

  Speaker 1: of girls. It was the best place to find a

  Speaker 1: large airbnb because the main theme at the bachorette is

  Speaker 1: having it in Capri, which is crazy to even say

  Speaker 1: that out loud. We were having my bacherette in Capri.

  Speaker 1: What the actual hell? Someone, I don't even know it's

  Speaker 1: on my manifestation board. I'm looking at my vision board

  Speaker 1: right now. I have a picture of Capri. This was

  Speaker 1: not planned. I'm telling you right now what I see

  Speaker 1: we're actually going to see this view. We're going on

  Speaker 1: a chairlift to see this exact view in Capri. Like

  Speaker 1: so well. And oh, look at that boat day with friends.

  Speaker 1: So here is the batcherette itinerary. We start off in Sorrento.

  Speaker 1: All the girls made up there. We're all gonna be

  Speaker 1: wearing our workout sets. It's gonna be a hawt girl

  Speaker 1: walk day. So we're gonna be walking around Sorrento getting

  Speaker 1: hear really amazing things about Sorrento, so I'm hoping we

  Speaker 1: anything like that, just kind of get a feel of it.

  Speaker 1: Are done with our hawkgirl walk, we're going for a

  Speaker 1: nice dinner. And I don't actually know the themes, like

  Speaker 1: I know some, but they're kind of a surprise to me.

  Speaker 1: for the batcherette for obvious reasons, like I have to

  Speaker 1: And then they booked us at a really cute restaurant,

  Speaker 1: which I'm very excited about. And I'm just gonna make

  Speaker 1: the assumption that we're probably gonna end up at a

  Speaker 1: karaoke bar or something like a hole in the wall

  Speaker 1: bar in Sorrento. Just having apparal and having a funn

  Speaker 1: and like, I'm in shock. I can't believe I'm saying

  Speaker 1: and my parents and I wanted to go see Pussieno

  Speaker 1: and we didn't purposely book Reblo. We just saw it

  Speaker 1: as a small town that was close to a Mafi

  Speaker 1: Coast Pustiano area, so there was no main reason as

  Speaker 1: to why we booked Rebello. Found this cute little town

  Speaker 1: and we were obsessed with it, where like the views
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: are spectacular. It's all up in the mountains. It just

  Speaker 1: has the most spectacular view of the ocean and just
• 12:35
  Speaker 1: a Mafi coast in general. So it's crazy to me
• 12:39
  Speaker 1: that a place that I visited, this small little town
• 12:42
  Speaker 1: four years ago, we're now getting married in. And I

  Speaker 1: remember seeing a wedding in the church of this little
• 12:48
  Speaker 1: square that Revello has. It's their main downtown square, and

  Speaker 1: they have this little church, and I remember seeing a
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: bride come out of this church, and I remember telling

  Speaker 1: my parents like, wow, imagine getting married here, like a

  Speaker 1: like what a crazy moment that would be. Guys, I

  Speaker 1: literally manifested this, like what, I'm not lying. I'm not lying.

  Speaker 1: I swear on my life I said those exact words

  Speaker 1: in Revello because I remember seeing a wedding. I see,

  Speaker 1: I saw a bride come out of this church, and

  Speaker 1: I said, Wow, imagine having a wedding.

  Speaker 3: Here in Boom. We're getting married. We're getting married in Revello.

  Speaker 1: Crazy. However, we're not getting married in a church. We're

  Speaker 1: getting married at a different venue in Ravello. But still,

  Speaker 1: it's crazy that this small little town ended up being

  Speaker 1: our wedding location. So we arrive in Revello with all

  Speaker 1: of our friends and we have our kind of like

  Speaker 1: our welcome party, but it's also kind of like a

  Speaker 1: combined bachelor and bacherette party.

  Speaker 3: We have a theme night that night. I think it's.

  Speaker 1: Sunset themed or apparel themes something like that. But we

  Speaker 1: hired a DJ because we really wanted to go clubbing.

  Speaker 1: And I'll not be coast, but Revello is definitely not

  Speaker 1: an easy place to get around to.

  Speaker 2: It's the logistics of trying to get yes in an

  Speaker 2: note of and then to another town not super easy night,

  Speaker 2: especially night, especially at night.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, and especially the club that we wanted to go to,

  Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure we had to like take a boat

  Speaker 1: taxi to it. Like it just sounded very complicated and

  Speaker 3: So Zach and I were like, friget, let's bring the

  Speaker 1: So we hired a DJ, and we're going to be

  Speaker 1: a massive terrace and outdoor terrast that is literally overlooking

  Speaker 3: Like it's going to be insane. I cannot wait.

  Speaker 1: To just experience that with our friends and yeah, dance
