- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: As the lawsuit by the United States Virgin Islands against J.P.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Morgan continues to evolve and move through the system, we're
- 0:14Speaker 1: learning a little bit more about some of the people
- 0:17Speaker 1: who are connected to this subpoena. And it shouldn't shock
- 0:20Speaker 1: anybody out there that they're some of the richest men
- 0:23Speaker 1: in the United States of America because those are the
- 0:26Speaker 1: people that Jeffrey Epstein was hanging out with. He wasn't
- 0:30Speaker 1: hanging out with people who had no dough, with people
- 0:33Speaker 1: who couldn't do anything for him. It was all about
- 0:36Speaker 1: quid pro quo. And if you could do something for him, well,
- 0:39Speaker 1: you better believe he could do something for you. And
- 0:43Speaker 1: all of the people that were hanging out with him,
- 0:46Speaker 1: going to his island, partying with him, breaking bread with him,
- 0:49Speaker 1: cavorting with him, they all have a lot to answer for.
- 0:52Speaker 1: And even though none of these morons are going to
- 0:55Speaker 1: be held criminally liable, It's nice to see their names
- 0:58Speaker 1: at least get mentioned in the mainstream when it comes
- 1:01Speaker 1: to this story. These are all names we've been talking
- 1:04Speaker 1: about for a very long time. But the legacy media
- 1:07Speaker 1: as a whole, they've only wanted to scratch the surface.
- 1:10Speaker 1: They haven't wanted to go any deeper than that. I mean,
- 1:13Speaker 1: just for example, take a look at Bill Clinton and
- 1:16Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. and their ties to Jeffrey Epstein. You would
- 1:20Speaker 1: think that there would be a treasure trove of information
- 1:22Speaker 1: there for journalists to have a field day with, but
- 1:25Speaker 1: none of them have picked up that baton and ran
- 1:28Speaker 1: with it. So ask yourselves why. Why does the legacy
- 1:32Speaker 1: media continue to protect these people and then act shocked
- 1:35Speaker 1: when names start dropping in court documents? It's like with
- 1:38Speaker 1: Jess Daly. They were acting like it was gigantic news
- 1:42Speaker 1: that Jess Daly was caught up in the undertow of
- 1:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. Everybody knew that if you were following
- 1:49Speaker 1: this story, you definitely knew who Jess Daly was. And
- 1:53Speaker 1: you knew that he played a critical role in the
- 1:55Speaker 1: bullshit that was going on as far as the financial
- 1:58Speaker 1: aspect of that criminal enterprise running. So these are all
- 2:03Speaker 1: names that people who have been following the case are
- 2:05Speaker 1: certainly familiar with. But there are those who are new
- 2:08Speaker 1: to the case who don't know these names. So let's
- 2:11Speaker 1: dive into this CNBC article and let's see what authors
- 2:16Speaker 1: Eamon Jabbers and Dan Mangan have for us. Google founder,
- 2:21Speaker 1: former Disney executive to get subpoenas in J.P. Morgan Epstein lawsuit.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And as far as the subpoenas go, imagine you're hanging
- 2:29Speaker 1: out in your backyard. You're one of these knuckleheads. and
- 2:32Speaker 1: the process server shows up to serve you, and your
- 2:34Speaker 1: wife has no idea you were paddling around with Epstein
- 2:37Speaker 1: in the first place? Sure, that's going to be a
- 2:39Speaker 1: fun conversation. Google founder Sergey Brin, former Disney executive Michael Ovitz,
- 2:47Speaker 1: Hyatt Hotel's executive chairman, Thomas Pritzker, and the fourth billionaire
- 2:51Speaker 1: real estate investor, Mort Zuckerman, will be subpoenaed in a
- 2:55Speaker 1: lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase by the government of the U.S.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Virgin Islands related to sex trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
- 3:04Speaker 1: as far as Sergey Brin goes, he was a backup
- 3:07Speaker 1: executor to Jeffrey Epstein's estate in the first place. So
- 3:10Speaker 1: that's certainly a name that we should all be familiar with.
- 3:14Speaker 1: and I don't mean from his time at Google. This
- 3:16Speaker 1: is the man who was, for whatever reason, named as
- 3:20Speaker 1: one of the co-executors, a backup co-executor. Now, he turned
- 3:24Speaker 1: down the position, but why would Jeffrey Epstein and his
- 3:27Speaker 1: stupid jerk-off face even offer it to this dude in
- 3:30Speaker 1: the first place if they weren't close? We all know
- 3:33Speaker 1: that Indyk and Khan were like his left and right hand,
- 3:36Speaker 1: his in-house lawyer, his accountant, his go-to guys, right? His
- 3:40Speaker 1: version of Tom Hagen. But as far as Brynn goes,
- 3:44Speaker 1: we don't really know the depths of that relationship. And
- 3:48Speaker 1: I think there's a lot more there. Now, I can't
- 3:50Speaker 1: prove that. And I'm not saying that Brynn was diddling
- 3:53Speaker 1: any girls with Jeffrey Epstein. But there's a reason why
- 3:56Speaker 1: Epstein would name him as one of these co-executors. And
- 4:01Speaker 1: as far as Pritzker goes, well, we know that Virginia
- 4:04Speaker 1: Roberts had allegations against Pritzker of him actually taking part
- 4:09Speaker 1: in the abuse. So Pritzker has a lot to answer for,
- 4:12Speaker 1: in my opinion. And that's a name that's not talked
- 4:14Speaker 1: about nearly enough. Now, remember, they're only allegations. I don't
- 4:19Speaker 1: have any evidence to prove one way or the other.
- 4:22Speaker 1: But what I have always called for here is anybody
- 4:25Speaker 1: that gets named directly gets brought in and talked to
- 4:28Speaker 1: under oath at the very least. We're talking about serious
- 4:31Speaker 1: stuff here, stuff that regular people have to answer for.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And I don't care how much money you have. If
- 4:37Speaker 1: you're out here abusing people, you should be answering for that.
- 4:40Speaker 1: And Mort Zuckerman, well, he's an old time pal of
- 4:43Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's. So there's no doubt that that dude was
- 4:46Speaker 1: palling around with him. And he's even been dragged into
- 4:49Speaker 1: some of these recent court proceedings. The subpoenas were first
- 4:54Speaker 1: reported Friday by the Wall Street Journal. A source familiar
- 4:57Speaker 1: with the matter confirmed them to CNBC. The subpoenas demand
- 5:01Speaker 1: communications and documents related to the bank and Epstein, the
- 5:06Speaker 1: journal noted. There's going to be a lot of those communications,
- 5:09Speaker 1: at least with the bank. We're talking about four of
- 5:11Speaker 1: the richest men in America. My guess is they were
- 5:14Speaker 1: doing some business. News of the subpoenas comes three days
- 5:18Speaker 1: after it was reported that J.P. Morgan, CEO Jamie Dimon,
- 5:22Speaker 1: will answer questions under oath in the lawsuit, which alleges
- 5:26Speaker 1: that the bank ignored warning signs about Epstein for years
- 5:29Speaker 1: and continue retaining him as a customer. All of that
- 5:33Speaker 1: is fact. None of that's alleged. That's just all fact.
- 5:37Speaker 1: And the sad part is, that's how most of these
- 5:39Speaker 1: banks are doing business. We just happen to be talking
- 5:42Speaker 1: about J.P. Morgan right now. But you give me a bank,
- 5:46Speaker 1: and I'm sure we can find the scumbag. Last week,
- 5:49Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands in a press release... noted that it
- 5:52Speaker 1: alleges JPMorgan Chase could have prevented harm and trauma faced
- 5:56Speaker 1: by the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's heinous abuse. Well, the
- 6:01Speaker 1: Virgin Islands could have stopped it, too. Not for nothing.
- 6:04Speaker 1: While we're here, we might as well stop and look
- 6:06Speaker 1: at the sites, right? And those sites are the Virgin
- 6:09Speaker 1: Islands not doing shit to stop Jeffrey Epstein. In fact,
- 6:13Speaker 1: emboldening him, giving him tax breaks. giving them the homie hookup,
- 6:18Speaker 1: you know, all of that. And nobody has ever been
- 6:21Speaker 1: held responsible for any of that stuff in the Virgin Islands.
- 6:24Speaker 1: But all of a sudden, they're entitled to all of
- 6:27Speaker 1: this money? Yeah, right, bro, miss me with all of that.
- 6:30Speaker 1: The only reason I'm even halfway excited about any of
- 6:33Speaker 1: this is because we might get to see some dirty
- 6:36Speaker 1: laundry aired from Jeffrey Epstein's dickhead friends. But instead, the
- 6:41Speaker 1: bank chose to look the other way on these legal
- 6:44Speaker 1: matters while continuing to use their banking relationship to grow
- 6:48Speaker 1: their business with new clients introduced by Epstein, the release said.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And that sounds crazy to normal people, right? You really
- 6:55Speaker 1: think the bank cares if you bring your uncle with
- 6:58Speaker 1: you to open a bank account at your institution? Oh,
- 7:01Speaker 1: I'm sure there's some kind of bonus, $ 10, $ 20, $ 50, whatever.
- 7:06Speaker 1: But we're talking about hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars,
- 7:10Speaker 1: maybe even billions. We're talking about some of the most
- 7:13Speaker 1: powerful and wealthy jerk-offs on this whole entire planet. On
- 7:18Speaker 1: March 20th, Judge Jed Rakoff ruled the suit against the bank,
- 7:22Speaker 1: as well as a similar one, by women who say
- 7:25Speaker 1: Epstein trafficked them, can proceed to war trial. The plaintiffs
- 7:29Speaker 1: claim that J.P. Morgan knowingly benefited from participating in Epstein's
- 7:34Speaker 1: trafficking scheme, which transported women to his residence in the
- 7:38Speaker 1: Virgin Islands so that he could sexually abuse them. And
- 7:41Speaker 1: not only that, but he was abusing them even while
- 7:45Speaker 1: he was on paper. This dude was bringing women through
- 7:48Speaker 1: the airport. Everybody knew what was going on, and nobody
- 7:51Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands could be bothered to stop him.
- 7:54Speaker 1: But now, all of a sudden, there are the white
- 7:57Speaker 1: knights showing up to the party. All of a sudden,
- 8:00Speaker 1: they're the ones that are going to save the day?
- 8:02Speaker 1: And this is a defense that the banks have already used.
- 8:06Speaker 1: They've already said, well, if you're blaming us for this,
- 8:09Speaker 1: how is it that you didn't stop them either? And
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm on board with that. From where I'm sitting, there's
- 8:14Speaker 1: plenty of guilt to go around and all of these
- 8:17Speaker 1: people are culpable. JP Morgan has denied the allegations in
- 8:21Speaker 1: suits which are pending in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan.
- 8:25Speaker 1: The bank earlier this month sued former JP Morgan investment
- 8:29Speaker 1: banking chief Jess Daly, claiming he is responsible for the
- 8:32Speaker 1: suits related to Epstein. Always somebody else's fault. It's amazing,
- 8:36Speaker 1: isn't it? No self-responsibility ever. And it's convenient that they
- 8:41Speaker 1: have Jess Daly to blame. After all of these years
- 8:45Speaker 1: of Jess Daly working for that bank, them knowing who
- 8:48Speaker 1: Epstein was, now all of a sudden it's a problem, huh?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Because you get called out on your shit and it
- 8:54Speaker 1: might cost you a few hundred million? Now it's a problem?
- 8:57Speaker 1: It should have been a problem then. But guess what?
- 8:59Speaker 1: It's always about profits over people. The bank seeks to
- 9:04Speaker 1: claw back more than $ 80 million that it paid to Staley.
- 9:08Speaker 1: He quit as CEO of Barclays in 2021 after a
- 9:11Speaker 1: probe by the United Kingdom financial regulators over his ties
- 9:15Speaker 1: to Epstein. A lawyer for the Virgin Islands earlier this
- 9:19Speaker 1: month said in court that Diamond knew in 2008 that
- 9:23Speaker 1: Epstein was a sex trafficker. That year that Epstein was
- 9:26Speaker 1: first hit with sex crime charges in state court in Florida.
- 9:31Speaker 1: If Staley is a rogue employee, why isn't Jamie Diamond?
- 9:36Speaker 1: The attorney, Mimi Liu, said at the hearing, Staley knew,
- 9:39Speaker 1: Diamond knew, JPMorgan Chase knew about Epstein's criminal conduct, Liu said,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and good for her. Give her a nice Tap on
- 9:48Speaker 1: the shoulder and a pat on the back, because anyone
- 9:51Speaker 1: going hard on these banks and calling them out for
- 9:53Speaker 1: their bullshit, I'm on board with it. Because the financial sector,
- 9:58Speaker 1: as you all know, at least in my opinion... is
- 10:01Speaker 1: the biggest danger we all face. A JP Morgan lawyer
- 10:05Speaker 1: said at the time that the bank disputed those claims,
- 10:08Speaker 1: in particular the point about Jamie Dimon having any specific knowledge.
- 10:14Speaker 1: A bank spokeswoman has said, Jamie Dimon has no recollection
- 10:18Speaker 1: of reviewing the Epstein accounts. You notice he doesn't deny it. Oh,
- 10:22Speaker 1: I don't remember. That's basically what he just said right there.
- 10:25Speaker 1: And you can't force them to answer any differently. Remember,
- 10:28Speaker 1: this is not a criminal matter. This is a civil matter.
- 10:31Speaker 1: It should be a criminal matter. This should be Rico.
- 10:34Speaker 1: And all these scumbags should be sleeping terribly at night.
- 10:37Speaker 1: But our government don't have the backbone for that. They're
- 10:40Speaker 1: way too busy with their political theater and all the
- 10:43Speaker 1: other bullshit to divide us. JP Morgan only ended its
- 10:47Speaker 1: customer relationship with Epstein in 2013. Epstein, a former friend
- 10:52Speaker 1: of Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and Britain's Prince Andrew, was
- 10:56Speaker 1: arrested on federal child sex trafficking charges in July of 2019.
- 11:00Speaker 1: He killed himself a month later, allegedly, in a Manhattan
- 11:05Speaker 1: jail cell after being denied bail. or after spending time
- 11:10Speaker 1: with Juice Head Gorilla, Nicholas Tartaglione, who threatened the shit
- 11:14Speaker 1: out of him. I mean, I guess we can go
- 11:15Speaker 1: with the official narrative if you want to, but me?
- 11:19Speaker 1: I need some proof. And so far, we have not
- 11:21Speaker 1: seen any proof of anything telling me that Jeffrey Epstein
- 11:25Speaker 1: killed himself in that jail cell. In fact, I would
- 11:28Speaker 1: think that the evidence that we have seen, that we
- 11:31Speaker 1: have been provided, points in a different direction. And again,
- 11:35Speaker 1: if you want to believe Bill Barr, that is certainly
- 11:37Speaker 1: your prerogative. But personally, I don't believe a word that
- 11:40Speaker 1: comes out of the dude's mouth. So with him being
- 11:42Speaker 1: the arbiter of truth, yeah, people are going to have
- 11:45Speaker 1: some questions. But as far as these subpoenas go, let's rock.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Let's see what's inside of them. Let's see these answers.
- 11:53Speaker 1: And let's see what happens from here. All right, everybody,
- 11:57Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All of
- 11:58Speaker 1: the information that goes with the episode can be found
- 12:02Speaker 1: in the description box.
