- 0:28Speaker 2: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 2: What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's time War War.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:40Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:56Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Root, Root Root, The Root is on
- 1:00Speaker 1: If I are welcome to the show, Welcome to my podcast,
- 1:02Speaker 1: The Root Reaction. It is Tuesday, the day after Labor Day,
- 1:06Speaker 1: and the Labor Day weekend is over. You know what's
- 1:08Speaker 1: great about holidays. First of all, it's a great weekend.
- 1:10Speaker 1: And I relaxed and had fun and saw friends and
- 1:12Speaker 1: saw my kids and my wife and I went out
- 1:14Speaker 1: to her birthday dinner last night. All of that was fantastic.
- 1:18Speaker 1: But it means that the next week is great too,
- 1:21Speaker 1: because we it seems like it's Monday, but it's not.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It's Tuesday. So this is a short week. Not only
- 1:26Speaker 1: was last week a short week, but when you have
- 1:28Speaker 1: these three or four day weekends. The next week is
- 1:30Speaker 1: a short week, so we get another kind of vacation
- 1:34Speaker 1: holiday week this week. So that's great stuff. Thank god
- 1:37Speaker 1: it's Friday. Will come much sooner, one full day sooner
- 1:40Speaker 1: this week. I'm very excited about that. All of life
- 1:43Speaker 1: comes down to a little bit of luck. I just
- 1:44Speaker 1: raced here from the Crypto Bitcoin Convention in Las Vegas
- 1:49Speaker 1: or Bitcoin Conference in Las Vegas, star studded event. I
- 1:52Speaker 1: was in the audience near the front watching Vivek Ramaswami
- 1:56Speaker 1: speak today. I was actually invited to be in a
- 1:59Speaker 1: room with all twelve people to sit and hang out
- 2:02Speaker 1: with Vivek Ramaswami before he gave his big speech to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the general room. But I got there and I turned
- 2:08Speaker 1: it down because when I got there, they told me
- 2:09Speaker 1: you have to pay five thousand dollars to sit in
- 2:11Speaker 1: that room. They invited me to sit in the room,
- 2:14Speaker 1: but they didn't tell me you got to spend five
- 2:15Speaker 1: thousand dollars. I don't need to spend five thousand to
- 2:17Speaker 1: speak to vivek Ramaswami. He's on my show all the time, right,
- 2:20Speaker 1: you guys have seen him here a few times. I
- 2:22Speaker 1: don't need to spend five grand spend some time with
- 2:24Speaker 1: him kind of ridiculous, So I turned that down. But
- 2:26Speaker 1: then I sat in the general luncheon and with about
- 2:29Speaker 1: I don't know, about three hundred people and watch Viveka.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And then when I was leaving the race here, timing
- 2:35Speaker 1: is everything in life, I started to get on the
- 2:36Speaker 1: elevator and the elevator door wouldn't open, and I heard
- 2:39Speaker 1: people inside screaming for help, help, help, Help, Did anybody
- 2:43Speaker 1: hear us? Help? We're stuck, help, we can't get out.
- 2:45Speaker 1: So I ran and got security and saved these people.
- 2:48Speaker 1: And then I walked down the stairs and walked all
- 2:50Speaker 1: the way around the fashion show mall to get back
- 2:53Speaker 1: to Valley Parking and get here. If I had stepped
- 2:55Speaker 1: in that elevator maybe five minutes before, I would have
- 2:58Speaker 1: been the one stuck in the elevator. Could have happened,
- 3:00Speaker 1: and that I wouldn't have made it for the show,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and who knows what else might have happened. I have
- 3:03Speaker 1: no idea if those people ever got out, but I
- 3:06Speaker 1: know without me hearing them, it was very faint. I
- 3:09Speaker 1: guess they were two stories below and they were screaming, help, Help, Help,
- 3:12Speaker 1: could anyone hear us, and I heard them. I kept saying,
- 3:15Speaker 1: am I hearing someone say? Help? If I had not
- 3:18Speaker 1: told the security about them, who knows? So thank god
- 3:22Speaker 1: I was able to help them. So a lot of
- 3:24Speaker 1: good things happening. I have a lot of good news.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm gonna announce one thing. They're not gonna get to
- 3:28Speaker 1: my commentary, and all the rest will have to wait.
- 3:31Speaker 1: RFK Junior announced day the COVID nineteen shot is removed
- 3:34Speaker 1: from the CDC schedule for children and pregnant women. Thank God, Glory, Honelujah,
- 3:40Speaker 1: be thankful for little things. President Trump, little by little, slowly,
- 3:45Speaker 1: carefully is disassembling Big Pharma and the COVID vaccine. He's
- 3:49Speaker 1: doing as much as you could ever do as president.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I states, you cannot get elected president without billions of
- 3:56Speaker 1: dollars of funding and money and campaigns. And Big Pharma
- 4:02Speaker 1: gives you all your money. Big Farmer pays for all
- 4:04Speaker 1: the ads on TV. Big farm as all the lobbyists.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Big Farma owned everything. So Trump has to be very
- 4:10Speaker 1: careful and very cautious how he moves. But here's a
- 4:14Speaker 1: guy who named RFK Junior as HHAs secretary. Nobody else
- 4:18Speaker 1: would have done that. I'm gonna write that column this week.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Nobody in the world history before or since would have
- 4:24Speaker 1: named Robert F. Kennedy Junior to be HHS Secretary. Nobody
- 4:28Speaker 1: Trump did. And that was Trump's way of doing all this.
- 4:30Speaker 1: You don't think everything Robert Kennedy does is approved by Trump?
- 4:34Speaker 1: Of course it is. He had to go to Trump
- 4:36Speaker 1: and say, is it okay if I stop this vaccine
- 4:39Speaker 1: for the kids' schedule for pregnant women? And Trump had
- 4:42Speaker 1: to say yes. So all you people out there that
- 4:44Speaker 1: voted for Trump or supported Trump or last time supported
- 4:47Speaker 1: Trump and this time just couldn't get yourselves to vote
- 4:50Speaker 1: for him because you say he's wrong on the COVID issue,
- 4:52Speaker 1: He's as good as you're ever gonna get elected. See
- 4:57Speaker 1: Wayne Root. Could I get elected if I say Big
- 5:00Speaker 1: Pharma is guilty of mass murder and crimes against humanity
- 5:04Speaker 1: and they murdered millions of Americans and people around the
- 5:07Speaker 1: world and injured hundreds of millions around the world. Would
- 5:11Speaker 1: I get elected president? Probably not? And if I didn't
- 5:14Speaker 1: take big form of money when I get elected president,
- 5:16Speaker 1: absolutely not. Trump took their money, and Trump was careful
- 5:19Speaker 1: what he said now that he's president. He names Bobby Kennedy,
- 5:22Speaker 1: and he lets him run wild and do what needs
- 5:25Speaker 1: to be done, slowly, carefully, measured, based on science. Great news,
- 5:30Speaker 1: what a great president. Love you, President Trump. My column
- 5:35Speaker 1: a Memorial Day sos to President Trump. The nurses of
- 5:39Speaker 1: American need your helped. Is a life or death emergency.
- 5:43Speaker 1: So first, I hope everyone enjoys your Mortal Day weekend.
- 5:46Speaker 1: I wrote this sub two days ago, but always think
- 5:48Speaker 1: about the Americans who sacrificed their lives for our great
- 5:51Speaker 1: country and our freedoms. Thank God for the men and
- 5:54Speaker 1: women of the military. God bless you all living and gone.
- 5:58Speaker 1: And I say Happy Memorial Day because I'm happy our
- 6:01Speaker 1: heroes are resting in heaven. Most people say, you're not
- 6:04Speaker 1: supposed to say Happy Morral Day. It's a solemn day.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Happy Memorial Day. I'm happy that you're all safe and
- 6:09Speaker 1: resting in heaven. Now to the sos for President Trump
- 6:13Speaker 1: from the nurses of America, at least the ones who
- 6:15Speaker 1: deserve their jobs, smart, competent, talented, and earned their job.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I have been blessed. I'm an sob son of a butcher,
- 6:23Speaker 1: and my dad, the butcher, taught me to listen to
- 6:26Speaker 1: average Americans. He told me. Average Americans have more wisdom
- 6:29Speaker 1: than all of the rich guys put together. You know,
- 6:31Speaker 1: Like the room I was just in filled with bitcoin
- 6:34Speaker 1: bros and tech bros. They're all little rich, spoiled brats.
- 6:38Speaker 1: They're not any smarter than the average American. Based on
- 6:41Speaker 1: the emails I get from my fans who are average Americans,
- 6:44Speaker 1: you're smarter than the tech bros from Harvard that I
- 6:46Speaker 1: sat in the room with just now. They just have
- 6:49Speaker 1: rich fathers that bank all their businesses. So I keep out.
- 6:53Speaker 1: By and by the way, I absolutely confirm that I
- 6:55Speaker 1: spoke to a guy sitting next to me who's a
- 6:57Speaker 1: blue collar guy who made it in crypto, just like
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'm a blue collar guy who made it in media.
- 7:01Speaker 1: And he said, Wayne, I know all these guys in
- 7:03Speaker 1: the room I'm in crypto. Everyone in the entire room
- 7:06Speaker 1: is the son of a hedge fund owner, and the
- 7:08Speaker 1: hedge fund owner gave them five million dollars to start
- 7:10Speaker 1: their crypto business. See you and I never had a chance.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Average middle class kids, sons of butchers, never have a chance.
- 7:17Speaker 1: These guys are all spoiled brats who get their money
- 7:20Speaker 1: from their daddy. So I give out my email address
- 7:23Speaker 1: and every TV and radio show, and I urge my
- 7:24Speaker 1: fans to contact me with their comments, issues and ideas.
- 7:28Speaker 1: And I actually read every single email. The wisdom that
- 7:31Speaker 1: I've gleamed from these average Americans has led to my
- 7:34Speaker 1: best ideas and commentaries and my best advice to President Trump.
- 7:38Speaker 1: My dad was right. Listen to average Americans. They possess
- 7:41Speaker 1: incredible wisdom and common sense, and they are patriots. So
- 7:45Speaker 1: here's the entire email I received from a nurse yesterday,
- 7:48Speaker 1: published in full. This is the holy email. Everyone needs
- 7:51Speaker 1: to hear this story, but most importantly, President Trump needs
- 7:55Speaker 1: to read it. I will send this column directly to
- 7:58Speaker 1: President trumt, which I did. I hope and pray takes
- 8:00Speaker 1: immediate action because all of our lives are at risk.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Here is the letter, Read it and weep. Dear Wayne
- 8:06Speaker 1: Allen Root, nurses need your help. Exclamation point. President Trump
- 8:12Speaker 1: must get this message. I know you have a friendship
- 8:14Speaker 1: with him. This is a matter of life and death.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I know there is so much for you and President
- 8:20Speaker 1: Trump to do, but please remember to help us too.
- 8:23Speaker 1: The medical community, especially nursing, is still being choked with
- 8:28Speaker 1: DEI brainwashing being shoved down our throats. The American Nurses
- 8:32Speaker 1: Association ANA and their five oh one to three c
- 8:35Speaker 1: nonprofit charity ARM American Nurses Foundation in ANF gets millions
- 8:42Speaker 1: of dollars in funding from the federal government, as do
- 8:45Speaker 1: most of the medical facilities across the country. I work
- 8:48Speaker 1: as a nurse in a nationwide organization, and despite President
- 8:52Speaker 1: Trump's fantastic and heroic efforts in his first four months,
- 8:55Speaker 1: nothing has changed with nurses. We are still required to
- 8:58Speaker 1: do annual competency related to DEI. We are required to
- 9:03Speaker 1: learn about other races and cultures. Mind you, this despite
- 9:07Speaker 1: the fact that all other ethnicities do not have to
- 9:10Speaker 1: learn anything about white Americans, but we have their culture
- 9:15Speaker 1: shoved down our throats, which has nothing to do with nursing.
- 9:18Speaker 1: By the way, I know you could put another great
- 9:20Speaker 1: idea in President Trump's idea. President Trump's ear, Please ask
- 9:24Speaker 1: our president to pull any and all funding to every
- 9:27Speaker 1: healthcare association that is still instituting this terrible, idiotic, insulting
- 9:31Speaker 1: DEI brainwashing. Do you want a nurse caring for you
- 9:35Speaker 1: that got admitted and passed nursing school just because she
- 9:39Speaker 1: was black or brown, but cannot perform in life or
- 9:42Speaker 1: death situations or calculate medication doses correctly. Do you want
- 9:47Speaker 1: that for your mom or dad, for your grandparents, or
- 9:50Speaker 1: for your children? The A and A the American Nurse
- 9:54Speaker 1: Association literally developed a racial reckoning statement, seeking forgiveness from
- 9:59Speaker 1: black nurses for white nurse actions in the past that
- 10:03Speaker 1: perpetuated systemic racism. There is a program specifically created for
- 10:08Speaker 1: increasing inclusivity for nurses of color. How many millions of
- 10:12Speaker 1: dollars are wasted on that just so we can continue
- 10:15Speaker 1: to hiring competent and in some cases, dangerous nurses based
- 10:20Speaker 1: only on the color of their skin. Could you please
- 10:22Speaker 1: get out the message to the nurses of America what
- 10:25Speaker 1: their nursing does go to fund not only DEI and
- 10:29Speaker 1: social justice, which is racism against nurses who don't happen
- 10:32Speaker 1: to be black or brown, but the promotion of only
- 10:35Speaker 1: Democrat candidates. I don't think most nurses have a clue
- 10:39Speaker 1: where their dues are going. I've included some screenshots from
- 10:43Speaker 1: the American Nursing Association's websites. They are shocking and revolting.
- 10:47Speaker 1: I did not want to bombard you with too many
- 10:49Speaker 1: but the Marxist and Dei brainwashing is truly unbelievable. Talk
- 10:53Speaker 1: about gangsters. You can find plenty of Marxists Dei gangsters
- 10:57Speaker 1: running the nursing departments and schools of America. Thank you
- 11:00Speaker 1: kindly for your consideration and help. Please do not use
- 11:03Speaker 1: my name or I'll be fired. There's the problem right there.
- 11:05Speaker 1: After a lifetime of giving my all to the profession
- 11:08Speaker 1: of nursing, they would fire her in a second for
- 11:11Speaker 1: being an honest whistleblower and a good nurse. God bless you,
- 11:14Speaker 1: Wayne Alerut. We all love your America's Top ten TV
- 11:16Speaker 1: countdown show. God Bless President Trump, God Bless America, as
- 11:20Speaker 1: you always say to end each show. God bless your
- 11:23Speaker 1: tax free Las Vegas. People get it, man, People listen
- 11:27Speaker 1: to my show and they get it. I'll give you
- 11:28Speaker 1: my finality and all this my sum up of what
- 11:32Speaker 1: we just heard. When we get back, I'll have a
- 11:34Speaker 1: few interesting choice words for what's going on in America today.
- 11:38Speaker 1: So don't go anywhere, stay with us, Wayne Alerude. If
- 11:41Speaker 1: you go somewhere, I'm gonna get a baseball bat. You

- 13:50Speaker 1: Hi everyone, Wayne L. Root. Here is a personal story
- 13:52Speaker 1: that really changed my life. I'm so allergic to wheat
- 13:55Speaker 1: and grains and gluten that I had to give up bread.
- 13:58Speaker 1: And then recently I found Gyms Amazing Bread and it's amazing.
- 14:01Speaker 1: It changed my life. Now I can eat bread again
- 14:03Speaker 1: and I love it. I eat toast for breakfast and
- 14:05Speaker 1: sandwiches for lunch with no allergy or stomach issues. What
- 14:09Speaker 1: makes Jim's Amazing Bread so amazing It was inspired by
- 14:11Speaker 1: Jim's daughter, who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. This
- 14:14Speaker 1: loving father was determined to create a delicious, all natural,
- 14:18Speaker 1: digestion friendly bread. Jim found a gently crushed wholesale wheat
- 14:22Speaker 1: that keeps gluten cells from activating. The result a soft,
- 14:25Speaker 1: wholesome wheat bread that's easier to digest. Customers with gluten sensitivity,
- 14:29Speaker 1: blood sugar concerns, cut health issues, inflammation issues, and some
- 14:33Speaker 1: autoimmune diseases have found tremendous relief. But this bread is

- 14:58Speaker 3: Wo as usual.
- 15:05Speaker 1: There's so much going on. I can't keep up with
- 15:07Speaker 1: it all. I'll never get to it all. I've got
- 15:09Speaker 1: so many articles here, and all of them are important.
- 15:11Speaker 1: The stuff at the bottom of my pile, the least important,
- 15:14Speaker 1: would be the most important if it was any other
- 15:16Speaker 1: president but Trump. But everything is going on twenty four
- 15:19Speaker 1: to seven. It's unbelievable. Did we lose video?
- 15:23Speaker 2: Just now?
- 15:23Speaker 1: It looks like it's me there we go, We're back
- 15:25Speaker 1: on again. Okay, I don't know what happened, but Trump
- 15:28Speaker 1: pardons former Virginia sheriff who was convicted of taking seventy
- 15:32Speaker 1: five thousand bribes. He was on the show what three
- 15:34Speaker 1: weeks ago and begged me for help and getting him
- 15:37Speaker 1: a pardon. I don't think that I had anything to
- 15:39Speaker 1: do with this one. I've gotten quite a few pardons,
- 15:42Speaker 1: but only for friends of mine, people that I really
- 15:44Speaker 1: know well, and I'm certain they're friends of mine. I
- 15:47Speaker 1: trust them. I did not get this pardon for Scott Jenkins.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I cannot take any credit. But he seemed like a
- 15:53Speaker 1: really nice police officer who was literally set up by
- 15:59Speaker 1: the Biden administration to take a fall because he wanted
- 16:02Speaker 1: to look into the hunter Biden laptop. His name is
- 16:04Speaker 1: Scott Jenkins, and he was supposed to report to jail today,
- 16:10Speaker 1: but President Trump and a social media post said, instead
- 16:12Speaker 1: of reporting to jail, he will have a wonderful and
- 16:15Speaker 1: productive life starting today. Thank you, President Trump. Moments ago,
- 16:20Speaker 1: President Trump called Savannah Chrisly, the reality TV star the
- 16:24Speaker 1: daughter of the parents who went to jail, to inform
- 16:27Speaker 1: her he'll be granting full pardons to her parents. Todd
- 16:30Speaker 1: and Julie Chrisly, the Chrisly Knows Best couples, sought pardons
- 16:36Speaker 1: from President Trump. They were convicted of conspiring to defraud
- 16:39Speaker 1: Atlanta banks out of more than thirty million dollars. Todd
- 16:43Speaker 1: Christly got twelve years in prison, Julie Chrisly got seven
- 16:46Speaker 1: years in prison. They believe it was they received unfair
- 16:50Speaker 1: treatment in the criminal justice system, and President Trump told
- 16:54Speaker 1: Savannah Chrisly, your parents are going to be free and clean,
- 16:57Speaker 1: and I hope we can do it by tomorrow. I
- 16:59Speaker 1: don't know that, but give them my regards and wish
- 17:02Speaker 1: them a good life. They were given pretty harsh treatment
- 17:06Speaker 1: based on what I am hearing, so I don't know
- 17:09Speaker 1: whether that's good or bad. I don't know if President
- 17:11Speaker 1: Trump should have done it or not, I have no idea.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I know nothing about the Chris lies. I know nothing
- 17:15Speaker 1: about what they did. But President Trump sure is handing
- 17:18Speaker 1: out pardons. Boy. I think most presidents wait till the
- 17:20Speaker 1: last days of their fourth year when they're saying goodbye.
- 17:24Speaker 1: President Trump does it every day throughout his entire presidency.
- 17:29Speaker 1: He seems to be partnering people who are conservative and
- 17:31Speaker 1: we're on our team and were persecuted by the communist
- 17:35Speaker 1: government of Joe Biden. So maybe they fall into that category.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Let me finish up the column I wrote. So I
- 17:42Speaker 1: said this column, this letter was signed by Mary. I
- 17:45Speaker 1: changed her name to protect Mary the whistleblower. I changed
- 17:48Speaker 1: this nurse's name to prevent retaliation. But then I said
- 17:51Speaker 1: to you, now understand what is happening to America, even
- 17:54Speaker 1: with President Trump in charge. DEI is the destruction of
- 17:57Speaker 1: our great country, the end of excellence, and an intentional
- 18:01Speaker 1: effort to make America mediocre again. And by the way,
- 18:04Speaker 1: it's racism. I mean, what else would you call it?
- 18:07Speaker 1: If you hire a nurse because she's black or brown,
- 18:09Speaker 1: and you pass over someone smarter because they're white or
- 18:13Speaker 1: a white male by the way it's racism, but this
- 18:16Speaker 1: time it's not about just jobs and executive positions in
- 18:20Speaker 1: government or at a generic corporation. This is about health
- 18:24Speaker 1: and your life. And I would point out it's not
- 18:27Speaker 1: just nurses. This goes double for doctors. Medical schools have
- 18:30Speaker 1: thrown talent, performance and competence out the window in favor
- 18:34Speaker 1: of accepting for admission only DEI candidates. The future doctors
- 18:39Speaker 1: and heart surgeons and brain surgeons are now chosen only
- 18:42Speaker 1: for being black, brown, gay, lesbian, transgender, or radical feminist.
- 18:48Speaker 1: No one cares if they have the worst grades or
- 18:51Speaker 1: the worst test scores. No one cares if they are competent.
- 18:53Speaker 1: These are people who will treat you the next time
- 18:55Speaker 1: you're sick or dying, or someone you love and care
- 18:58Speaker 1: Abouteople who will make life or death decisions about your
- 19:02Speaker 1: life or someone you care about. Good luck, President Trump,
- 19:06Speaker 1: now you know, please take action. DEI as it relates
- 19:10Speaker 1: to doctors and nurses is a life or death issue,
- 19:13Speaker 1: and I choose life. You know, how you live when
- 19:17Speaker 1: the doctor that treats you is good at it, he's talented,
- 19:21Speaker 1: he got the best grades, the best scores, he comes
- 19:24Speaker 1: from Harvard at a time when Harvard actually meant something crazy.
- 19:29Speaker 1: All right, all right, all rights, all right, good news.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Lots of things going on. I repeat again. RFK Junior
- 19:35Speaker 1: announced the COVID nineteen shot is removed from the CDC
- 19:38Speaker 1: schedule for kids and pregnant women. Really really good news.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Lots of more good news to get to as the
- 19:44Speaker 1: show goes on. Lost Soldier Oil and Gas is the
- 19:46Speaker 1: sponsor of this segment. This is the second term of Trump.

- 24:38Speaker 1: I mean world history. He's the author of the best
- 24:41Speaker 1: selling book Lucifer's Banker Uncensored, the untold story of how
- 24:46Speaker 1: I destroyed Swiss bank secrecy. This is one of the
- 24:51Speaker 1: great stories you will ever hear. Brad Birkenfel, Welcome to
- 24:55Speaker 1: the Wayne Root Show. How are you?
- 24:57Speaker 3: I'm great, Wayne, Great to be here with you.
- 25:00Speaker 1: All right, And you could find his book by the
- 25:02Speaker 1: way Lucifersbanker dot com Lucifersbanker dot com. It's the most
- 25:07Speaker 1: fascinating story I really have ever heard. He's the new
- 25:10Speaker 1: modern day. Catch me if you can. An amazing, amazing
- 25:14Speaker 1: story you exposed, Brad, how ubs the world's largest bank
- 25:19Speaker 1: helped ultra wealthy Americans commit billions in tax fraud. Explain
- 25:25Speaker 1: what you did at UBS and what happened.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Well, I was a director at UBS in Geneva, Switzerland,
- 25:31Speaker 4: Wayne at Well, our job was to manage offshore money
- 25:35Speaker 4: for American clients, and we did that effectively under the
- 25:38Speaker 4: guise of UBS the bank itself. So we would go
- 25:42Speaker 4: to the US to visit existing clients as well as
- 25:45Speaker 4: potential clients and manage their money's offshore where they never
- 25:48Speaker 4: paid income tax, capital gains tax, or inheritance tax. So
- 25:52Speaker 4: this was a system going on long before I came
- 25:55Speaker 4: to Switzerland, long before I was born. And this has
- 25:58Speaker 4: been something of law that Swiss bank accounts, numbered accounts
- 26:02Speaker 4: in Switzerland were there to hide money for a variety
- 26:05Speaker 4: of people, hid it from the irs, a spouse, a
- 26:09Speaker 4: business partner, maybe drug dealers, arms dealers, and so on
- 26:14Speaker 4: and so forth. So my job as a director at
- 26:16Speaker 4: UBS in Switzerland was to manage these funds and acquire
- 26:20Speaker 4: new funds to manage within the bank.
- 26:23Speaker 1: And this was not a small amount of money. This
- 26:25Speaker 1: was billions of dollars correct, that's correct.
- 26:29Speaker 4: We had about nineteen thousand clients and about twenty billion
- 26:32Speaker 4: dollars in assets. So you can imagine this was one
- 26:35Speaker 4: bank of one hundred and thirty banks in Switzerland doing
- 26:38Speaker 4: the same type of business.
- 26:40Speaker 1: And you wound up flying to Washington, d c. And
- 26:43Speaker 1: walking into the DOJ building and basically saying, I give up.
- 26:48Speaker 1: I'm going to hand you the entire nineteen thousand person
- 26:51Speaker 1: client list and expose the entire Swiss tax bank fraud story.
- 26:57Speaker 1: And why did you do that? And what happened?
- 27:00Speaker 3: Well, I came in.
- 27:02Speaker 4: I quit my job at UBS as a director because
- 27:04Speaker 4: they lied to me. And I came into the DOJ
- 27:07Speaker 4: thinking that these people would be interested to hear about
- 27:09Speaker 4: the largest tax scandal operating under their noses for decades.
- 27:13Speaker 4: And I had all the information not just on UBS
- 27:17Speaker 4: but many of the other big banks in Switzerland that
- 27:19Speaker 4: were committing this fraud on taxes and securities for decades.
- 27:24Speaker 4: So I thought this was the right thing to do
- 27:26Speaker 4: as an American citizen. I came back to my country,
- 27:29Speaker 4: but unfortunately the DOJ was not only corrupt, but it
- 27:32Speaker 4: was hostile towards me. And as you can see from today,
- 27:35Speaker 4: they've changed now under the Trump administration, but the old
- 27:39Speaker 4: administrations they were just part of the whole game, trying
- 27:43Speaker 4: to take credit for anything they could and blaming everyone else.
- 27:48Speaker 1: So you wind up being the only person I believe
- 27:51Speaker 1: to actually go to prison. You're the guy who exposed
- 27:54Speaker 1: this scam. You handed in the names. None of them
- 27:56Speaker 1: ever went to prison, but they put you in prison
- 28:00Speaker 1: for two and a half years.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Right, that is absolutely correct.
- 28:04Speaker 4: I mean, the problem with the DJ under the Obama
- 28:07Speaker 4: administration was Eric Holder and Joe Biden, of course, was
- 28:12Speaker 4: so corrupt because what they wanted to do was shut
- 28:15Speaker 4: me up and say, look, we don't want to investigate this.
- 28:18Speaker 4: But I kept pushing forward and I said no, I'm
- 28:20Speaker 4: going to expose this, and they attacked me.
- 28:23Speaker 3: And that was just the essence of what the DJ
- 28:27Speaker 3: did to me.
- 28:29Speaker 1: And when you get out of jail, right, you served
- 28:31Speaker 1: two and a half years in prison, and when you
- 28:34Speaker 1: get out, you're met at the front door by your lawyer,
- 28:37Speaker 1: and your lawyer surprised you with an envelope, And in
- 28:40Speaker 1: that envelope was a check. Tell everyone what kind of
- 28:43Speaker 1: check was in that envelope.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Well, it was a US treasuring check I received when
- 28:48Speaker 4: I finally got up to New Hampshire and he showed
- 28:52Speaker 4: me the check in Actually, what it was was my
- 28:55Speaker 4: portion of the award on the final ubs, which was
- 28:58Speaker 4: one hundred and four million dollars. I paid taxes on
- 29:01Speaker 4: that money, by the way, so the net amount I
- 29:03Speaker 4: received was seventy five million dollars for doing the right thing,
- 29:07Speaker 4: being courageous, and helping my country eradicate in decades long crime.
- 29:12Speaker 1: But it's so bizarre they paid the IRS, paid you
- 29:16Speaker 1: as a whistleblower, as a good guy, one hundred and
- 29:19Speaker 1: four million dollars, while the DOJ, with Obama in charge
- 29:23Speaker 1: and hold her in charge and Biden in charge, sent
- 29:26Speaker 1: you to prison at the same time. Isn't that weird.
- 29:31Speaker 3: It's the biggest hypocrisy ever.
- 29:33Speaker 4: And you can't imagine that it shows to the American people,
- 29:37Speaker 4: people who pay taxes, that I did the right thing.
- 29:39Speaker 4: But the Obama administration just wanted to try and gag me,
- 29:43Speaker 4: and they didn't want the story to be told. That's
- 29:46Speaker 4: why I came forward and did what I did.
- 29:49Speaker 1: So Obama and his DOJ sent his Secretary of State
- 29:53Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton to Switzerland to investigate the crimes that you
- 29:58Speaker 1: handed to him, tied up in a bow, and Hillary
- 30:02Speaker 1: goes there and what does she do exactly, brad.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Well, she was put in charge of the largest international
- 30:09Speaker 4: criminal investigation ever and she only gets forty seven hundred
- 30:13Speaker 4: names out of nineteen thousand. That's a seventy five percent failure.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Eight Wade. Anyone else who fails seventy five percent of
- 30:19Speaker 3: the time is fired.
- 30:20Speaker 4: But she protected a lot of her Democratic donors who
- 30:23Speaker 4: had millions of dollars in offshore assets undeclared. The very
- 30:28Speaker 4: fact that she only got twenty five percent of these
- 30:31Speaker 4: names and buried the case is criminal in of itself.
- 30:35Speaker 4: Hillary is quite frankly responsible for covering up this crime.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Right.
- 30:40Speaker 1: She was sent there to be the bag man or
- 30:42Speaker 1: the bad woman in this case. Right. But Obama must
- 30:45Speaker 1: have said, oh my god, these are my biggest Democrat donors. Hillary,
- 30:50Speaker 1: rush to Switzerland and make sure you cover the whole
- 30:52Speaker 1: thing up and remove all the names on the list
- 30:55Speaker 1: that are my Democrat donors and your Democrat donors, and
- 30:59Speaker 1: protect all of them and cover it up. Obviously that's
- 31:02Speaker 1: what happened, right.
- 31:04Speaker 3: That's exactly what happened.
- 31:05Speaker 4: Just as an example, when I gave Kevin Costner, the
- 31:08Speaker 4: Hollywood actor, he had over twenty million dollars undeclared in Switzerland.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Nothing happened to him. He was a big Liz Cheney supporter.
- 31:15Speaker 4: And then you had Leonard Lauter of the Estay Laughter family,
- 31:18Speaker 4: who also had millions of dollars there.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Nothing happened to him because he was a big Hillary
- 31:23Speaker 3: supporter from New York. So and you know this thing
- 31:26Speaker 3: that went.
- 31:27Speaker 1: On, Brad. You know this because you're the guy who
- 31:30Speaker 1: managed the.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Money, right, that is one hundred percent correct?
- 31:33Speaker 1: Plane Wow, all right, last thing before we run out
- 31:37Speaker 1: of time. I think this would make the greatest movie ever.
- 31:40Speaker 1: This is catch Me if you can, real life involving
- 31:44Speaker 1: tens of billions of dollars of stolen tax money and
- 31:48Speaker 1: you the hero handing it in a bow to the
- 31:51Speaker 1: DOJ and them saying I don't want it, I don't
- 31:54Speaker 1: want it, sending you to prison covering it up, and
- 31:57Speaker 1: then you get a check for one hundred and four
- 31:59Speaker 1: million dollars in the IRS as a commissioned finers fee.
- 32:03Speaker 1: What a great story. He's gonna make a great movie.
- 32:06Speaker 3: I think it's gonna make a great movie.
- 32:07Speaker 4: And my book, of course, is in eight languages right now,
- 32:10Speaker 4: and it's Lucifer's banker uncentered, as you rightly said. Here's
- 32:14Speaker 4: the book and the website. I think your audience will
- 32:17Speaker 4: love to read. I'm happy to be on your show, Wayne,
- 32:20Speaker 4: and really just excited that you can tell the story
- 32:23Speaker 4: to you.
- 32:24Speaker 1: He's become a friend of mine. He lives far away
- 32:27Speaker 1: outside the United States. That's all we'll say. He doesn't
- 32:29Speaker 1: want to be involved with the United States or the
- 32:31Speaker 1: irs ever again. And who could blame him, But he's
- 32:34Speaker 1: got a great life now. One hundred and four million
- 32:36Speaker 1: dollars handed to him and more to come a percent
- 32:40Speaker 1: of what came in. Great job, Brad, in stopping the
- 32:43Speaker 1: biggest tax fraud in the history of the United States
- 32:45Speaker 1: and the greatest financial fraud maybe in the history of
- 32:48Speaker 1: the world. Brad Berkenfeld his website again, Lucifer's Banker dot com,
- 32:54Speaker 1: his book Lucifer's Banker. All right, check me out on
- 32:57Speaker 1: social media. You can find me an X. You can
- 33:00Speaker 1: find me a truth social you could find me a getter,
- 33:02Speaker 1: you could find me a gab. You could find me at.
- 33:05Speaker 3: All of them.
- 33:05Speaker 1: All you do is look up at real Wayne Root,
- 33:08Speaker 1: at real Wayne Root, at any one of those social
- 33:12Speaker 1: media sites, and you get my root reaction to all
- 33:16Speaker 1: the biggest news story of the day, All day law,
- 33:19Speaker 1: We'll be right back, all right, A special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 1: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 1: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 1: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 33:52Speaker 1: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 1: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:57Speaker 1: production much easier. You're allegend in the oil industry, in
- 34:02Speaker 1: the gas industry. Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 5: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 5: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 5: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:15Speaker 5: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:17Speaker 5: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 5: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 5: out to a US steal. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 5: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 34:29Speaker 5: You would probably know me better as the chairman of
- 34:32Speaker 5: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 34:37Speaker 5: which you're very familiar with.
- 34:38Speaker 1: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:41Speaker 1: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:45Speaker 1: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:52Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 1: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 1: deal lost sold? This project is so special. I hear
- 35:02Speaker 1: about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
- 35:06Speaker 1: one special?
- 35:07Speaker 3: Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 5: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:10Speaker 5: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:12Speaker 5: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 5: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 5: was reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:21Speaker 5: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 5: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty
- 35:28Speaker 5: five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are
- 35:32Speaker 5: the only operator in this field, and right now we
- 35:36Speaker 5: can see that we've got enough room for five hundred
- 35:38Speaker 5: horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
- 35:41Speaker 5: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 35:45Speaker 5: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 35:48Speaker 5: of magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 1: All right. The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty

- 36:27Speaker 3: Good to see you again.
- 36:48Speaker 1: All right, Swayne, All Ruth, the root, the root, the
- 36:50Speaker 1: root is on fire. I was just talking to my wife, Cindy,
- 36:53Speaker 1: and I was telling her the same thing I'm about
- 36:55Speaker 1: to tell you. So, first of all, for the first
- 36:57Speaker 1: time in history, in the history of Rasmus in polling,
- 37:01Speaker 1: and that's going to be a long time. They've been
- 37:02Speaker 1: around forever. A majority of Americans to the United States
- 37:06Speaker 1: on the right track. You know, because my wife said
- 37:08Speaker 1: to me, you know from what I hear everybody's man
- 37:10Speaker 1: at Trump's tariffs. I said, are you watching the regular news?
- 37:14Speaker 1: They lie? If that was true, then how could the
- 37:17Speaker 1: majority of Americans say the US is on the right
- 37:18Speaker 1: track for the first time in history since rasmus In
- 37:23Speaker 1: polling began. And Trump's favorability is fifty two percent. Fifty
- 37:28Speaker 1: two percent. And here's rasmusen, reports lead pollster Mark Mitchell.
- 37:33Speaker 1: He tweeted out, Holy crap, it happened. For the first
- 37:36Speaker 1: time in our polling history. A majority says the country's
- 37:40Speaker 1: on the right track. Don't f it up, Republicans. Good news.
- 37:44Speaker 1: And then here's the second one. US consumers shake off gloom.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Confidence sees the biggest boost in four years. US consumers
- 37:53Speaker 1: just delivered a clear message they're not as worried as
- 37:56Speaker 1: the experts thought. The Conference boards consumer confidence in their
- 38:00Speaker 1: jumped by twelve point three points in May, the largest
- 38:03Speaker 1: monthly gain in four years. Gee, I wonder why four years?
- 38:07Speaker 1: What could have happened four years ago? Hmm? Let me
- 38:10Speaker 1: think about that one. As Americans grow more upbeat about
- 38:14Speaker 1: the economy, the jar market, and their own financial prospects.
- 38:17Speaker 1: The reading came up ninety eight, up sharply from April's
- 38:22Speaker 1: eighty five, and blew past all forecast by economists. Econo
- 38:27Speaker 1: Day's survey had a range of forecasts from eighty four
- 38:30Speaker 1: to ninety one. The consensus was that it would come
- 38:33Speaker 1: in at eighty seven. It came in at ninety eight.
- 38:36Speaker 1: It wasn't a bounce, it was a breakout. People are
- 38:40Speaker 1: happy and positive and they think things are gonna be okay.
- 38:43Speaker 1: But then I told my wife about a third poll.
- 38:45Speaker 1: It kind of explains a lot. It was not rasmusing
- 38:48Speaker 1: where Trump's at fifty two percent. The one I saw,
- 38:51Speaker 1: I can't remember who it was, but it's an exact
- 38:53Speaker 1: repeat of the election, fifty to forty eight. Trump won
- 38:55Speaker 1: the election by two points, by the way, not to brag,
- 38:58Speaker 1: but you know, mom not lisaid. It ain't brag if
- 39:00Speaker 1: you go back it up. I'm the guy who predicted
- 39:02Speaker 1: Trump would win win by an electoral landslide, win all
- 39:05Speaker 1: seven swing states. I predicted all that and win by
- 39:08Speaker 1: two points exactly, And he won by two points exactly.
- 39:13Speaker 1: He's now leading fifty to forty eight in this poll
- 39:16Speaker 1: fifty to forty eight, the exact numbers of the elections.
- 39:19Speaker 1: You know what that means. That's what I just said, Cindy.
- 39:21Speaker 1: I said, that means that every single Republican to vote
- 39:23Speaker 1: for Trump still loves him, and they do it again.
- 39:26Speaker 1: And every single Democrat the vote for Kamala would vote
- 39:28Speaker 1: against Trump again. Nobody's learned a gosh darn thing. Not
- 39:32Speaker 1: one Democrat has learned anything from this. They vote for Biden,
- 39:35Speaker 1: brain dead Biden, and they'd vote for Kamala Harris, the
- 39:39Speaker 1: communist moron who screwed her way to the top. Unbelievable.
- 39:43Speaker 1: You can't believe they haven't learned a thing. I also
- 39:45Speaker 1: said to Cindy, I'm repeating everything I just said two
- 39:48Speaker 1: minutes ago. I said that things are going so well.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Is only one negative? One negative? It just looks like
- 39:55Speaker 1: it's a big negative. It looks like we're gonna be
- 39:58Speaker 1: in World War three with Russia soon because of Ukraine.
- 40:00Speaker 1: It really does. The average person doesn't even know what's
- 40:02Speaker 1: happening over there. Do you realize Putin was giving in
- 40:05Speaker 1: and there was gonna be a ceasefire, and then Putin's
- 40:07Speaker 1: flying in his helicopter and Ukraine sends drones to kill him,
- 40:12Speaker 1: and a giant drone attack tried to shoot down Putin's
- 40:15Speaker 1: helicopter almost killed him. How would you react to that?
- 40:17Speaker 1: I know how i'd react. I would take the people
- 40:19Speaker 1: that tried to kill me, and I would kill them
- 40:21Speaker 1: and kill their families and bomb everybody in the entire
- 40:24Speaker 1: Ukraine and blow it up. Surprised it isn't a mushroom cloud.
- 40:27Speaker 1: So Putin attacks Ukraine in the last few days after
- 40:30Speaker 1: they try to assassinate him, and he attacks with one
- 40:33Speaker 1: of the biggest bombings of the entire Ukraine War, if
- 40:36Speaker 1: not the biggest, and a lot of civilians get killed.
- 40:38Speaker 1: And now Trump is at Putin's throat saying, what are
- 40:41Speaker 1: you doing? I thought we had a cease fire. What
- 40:42Speaker 1: do you do well? They tried to kill him, Their
- 40:46Speaker 1: deep state wants world War three, and despite Trump being
- 40:50Speaker 1: a brilliant negotiator and a man looking for peace, world peace,
- 40:55Speaker 1: I don't think he's gonna get it. It looks to me
- 40:56Speaker 1: like it's a fate company. We can't stop it, because
- 41:00Speaker 1: no matter how many times you try and stop it,
- 41:02Speaker 1: no matter how many times you calm down, Vladimir Putin
- 41:05Speaker 1: Ukraine sends drones into Russian territory to bomb Russian civilians
- 41:11Speaker 1: and to blow up Russian military and to blow up
- 41:14Speaker 1: Putin himself, try and kill him. So of course he's
- 41:17Speaker 1: gonna be mad and he's gonna go back and retaliate.
- 41:20Speaker 1: So they know this. This is how you cause World
- 41:22Speaker 1: War III. Another big story. Senior bonus in the Trump Bill.
- 41:29Speaker 1: The Trump Reconciliation Bill would temporarily provide relief to Americans
- 41:33Speaker 1: over age sixty five in the form of a temporary
- 41:36Speaker 1: four thousand dollars deduction. It's called the senior bonus, and
- 41:40Speaker 1: it's a tax cut targeted to benefit only lower income seniors,
- 41:45Speaker 1: which I disagree with. I disagree with completely. As a
- 41:47Speaker 1: matter of fact, my fans have sent me so many
- 41:49Speaker 1: emails saying, Wayne, you're the guy that created, that, invented that,
- 41:53Speaker 1: lobbied for no tax on Social Security, and instead of
- 41:57Speaker 1: getting that, we're getting this measly crappy four thousand dollars deduction,
- 42:01Speaker 1: not a four thousand dollars tax credit, a four thousand
- 42:03Speaker 1: dollars deduction which would only equal, like I don't know,
- 42:06Speaker 1: five hundred to one thousand dollars in tax savings. For
- 42:08Speaker 1: the average senior. So it's not a lot of money,
- 42:11Speaker 1: you know. You know what, It adds up to twenty
- 42:12Speaker 1: billion dollars instead of one hundred and twenty billion if
- 42:15Speaker 1: they actually did no tax on so security my idea.
- 42:18Speaker 1: So they're saving themselves one hundred billion by screwing over seniors.
- 42:21Speaker 1: But it is a twenty billion dollar tax cut, which
- 42:24Speaker 1: is better than nothing. Right, twenty billion is a lot
- 42:26Speaker 1: of money, and I got it for you. Better say
- 42:29Speaker 1: thank you, Wayne. And here's the thing I found out
- 42:31Speaker 1: over the weekend. A reconciliation bill cannot eliminate tax on
- 42:34Speaker 1: social Security. There has to be a separate bill by
- 42:37Speaker 1: Congress no tax on sobi security. So let's put pressure
- 42:40Speaker 1: on them to come up with this bills. There is
- 42:42Speaker 1: no tax on SOBI security. A sponsor of this segment
