- 0:00Speaker 1: Tectone went to court today, and he lost the court
- 0:03Speaker 1: case against Pinkchoo. Tectone, with his five lawyers, lost. She
- 0:07Speaker 1: had won, and she won. That's how bad it was.
- 0:10Speaker 1: For the next 10 years, Tectone can't own guns and
- 0:13Speaker 1: has to pay all of her attorney fees, which is
- 0:15Speaker 1: hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Thanks, Ms. Kiff.
- 0:18Speaker 3: We can always trust you to report things accurately. In
- 0:21Speaker 3: case you haven't heard, Twitch streamer Tectone and an ex-girlfriend
- 0:24Speaker 3: of his who goes by Pinkchoo had been in a
- 0:26Speaker 3: legal battle after Pinkchoo publicly accused Tectone of sexually assaulting her. Recently,
- 0:30Speaker 3: Pinkchoo filed for a protective order, which is to prevent
- 0:32Speaker 3: stalking and harassment, and Tectone lost a motion to get
- 0:36Speaker 3: it dismissed. Now, before we get into all this, let
- 0:38Speaker 3: me just say that I'm not even remotely neutral on
- 0:40Speaker 3: whose side I'm on. I started out neutral. I started
- 0:43Speaker 3: out with the mindset of, let's take a look at
- 0:45Speaker 3: the facts of the case. Maybe there's some nuance here.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Maybe both parties did something bad at certain points. Usually,
- 0:50Speaker 3: that's how relationships in particular work. But my mind changed
- 0:54Speaker 3: when I began researching, and I think after you guys
- 0:56Speaker 3: watching see the details... you'll come to the same conclusion
- 0:59Speaker 3: that I did, which is that this is a massive
- 1:01Speaker 3: failure of the justice system. Which is why this video
- 1:04Speaker 3: is a defense of Tectone. It's about how, in my opinion,
- 1:06Speaker 3: none of the assault allegations were true, and it's about
- 1:09Speaker 3: how this whole situation was a coordinated effort from multiple
- 1:12Speaker 3: streamers to ruin his career. That being said, Tectone, or John,
- 1:16Speaker 3: is a popular Twitch streamer who started out by playing
- 1:19Speaker 3: gacha games.
- 1:20Speaker 4: I played Genshin Impact, so you don't have to. So,
- 1:24Speaker 4: it's Breath of the Wild, but worse, but with waifus.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Also- Be careful of shit-talking Paimon's English voice acting.
- 1:30Speaker 3: More recently, Tectone is known for calling out how entitled
- 1:33Speaker 3: the least talented video game voice actors are, and for
- 1:36Speaker 3: helping expose Hasan Piker as an animal abuser.
- 1:39Speaker 2: And this is Pinkchoo.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Hey, officer, you ever realize how hard it is to
- 1:42Speaker 5: say rough two times.
- 1:43Speaker 6: In a row?
- 1:45Speaker 7: Rough, rough?
- 1:46Speaker 6: Good boy.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Well, that was cringe.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Anyway, Pinkchoo, who also goes by her middle name Ashley,
- 1:52Speaker 3: is an OnlyFans creator... who's achieved success after getting a
- 1:56Speaker 3: very noticeable amount of plastic surgery, followed by a generous
- 1:59Speaker 3: use of photo editing tools. I mean, this is an
- 2:01Speaker 3: insane amount of catfishing. I'm not even looking at the
- 2:03Speaker 3: same person when I compare a livestream to a photo
- 2:06Speaker 3: of her. Which brings us to November 20th, 2024, where
- 2:09Speaker 3: Pink Chew goes on an alternate account to make a
- 2:11Speaker 3: post accusing someone of forcing her into oral sex. And
- 2:15Speaker 3: everyone immediately assumed that she was talking about Tectone.
- 2:18Speaker 5: If you can believe it, Tectone actually is a piece
- 2:21Speaker 5: of shit. His ex-girlfriend, Pinky Choo, she's come out to
- 2:24Speaker 5: speak about his sexual assault against her. How do you
- 2:29Speaker 5: know that she's referring to Tectone? Because it's on LSF
- 2:32Speaker 5: and they're not following each other anymore.
- 2:33Speaker 3: She's referring to this livestream fails post from an anonymous
- 2:36Speaker 3: account announcing that Pink Choo was referring to Tectone. I mean,
- 2:39Speaker 3: there were also obvious context clues like saying they live together.
- 2:42Speaker 3: And who posts something to a public forum if they
- 2:44Speaker 3: believe that the audience isn't going to know who they're
- 2:46Speaker 3: talking about?
- 2:47Speaker 2: So let's be clear.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Everybody on the internet knew this was Tectone, despite her
- 2:50Speaker 3: not saying his name in the post. So obviously Tectone
- 2:53Speaker 3: had to respond. And he did so at first by
- 2:55Speaker 3: not specifically naming who he was talking about.
- 2:57Speaker 4: So if you're confused, you're going to stay confused. Because
- 3:00Speaker 4: this shit is not about content for me.
- 3:01Speaker 6: Okay?
- 3:03Speaker 4: I know the person who needs to hear this is
- 3:05Speaker 4: going to hear this. And I mean this genuinely. I
- 3:08Speaker 4: did everything for you. I helped you with everything. I
- 3:11Speaker 4: fixed everything for you. I was there for you like
- 3:14Speaker 4: nobody else was there for you in your whole life.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Your words, not mine.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Now, he does sound pretty mad here, which is why
- 3:21Speaker 3: people such as Denims interpreted this as a definite confirmation
- 3:24Speaker 3: that he was an abuser.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Your words, not mine.
- 3:26Speaker 5: Oh my God, he even talks like an abuser.
- 3:28Speaker 8: Holy shit.
- 3:30Speaker 9: Very glad Tectone is such a dumbass that he doesn't
- 3:32Speaker 9: realize how bad this makes him look.
- 3:35Speaker 5: Well, yeah, the problem is that he has an inflated
- 3:37Speaker 5: ego and he's stupid, which is like a horrible combination
- 3:40Speaker 5: to have.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Well, that was the projection of the century. And though
- 3:43Speaker 3: maybe that video out of context was a bad look
- 3:45Speaker 3: for Tectone, trust me, as we go over the court transcript,
- 3:48Speaker 3: not Mizgib's transcript that his idiot friend wrote, I mean
- 3:51Speaker 3: the actual court transcript, so when we go over the
- 3:53Speaker 3: real transcript, you're going to understand why Tectone was a
- 3:56Speaker 3: little angry there. In fact, I think he was quite polite.
- 3:59Speaker 3: That transcript is infuriating knowing that it was used to
- 4:02Speaker 3: take someone's First and Second Amendment rights away for 10 years. Anyway,
- 4:05Speaker 3: on November 22nd, 2024, two days after Pinkchoo makes her allegations.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Tectone confirms on Twitter that Pinkchoo was talking about him.
- 4:13Speaker 3: He says that she has two weeks to apologize and
- 4:15Speaker 3: admit that her allegations were false, or he will sue
- 4:18Speaker 3: her for what I imagine was defamation, citing that he
- 4:21Speaker 3: will also pursue legal action against those who knowingly repeat
- 4:24Speaker 3: her lies with reckless disregard for the truth. Tectone goes
- 4:27Speaker 3: on to say that he's willing to work with law
- 4:28Speaker 3: enforcement and is ready to prove his innocence. And then
- 4:31Speaker 3: Keemstar comments with some words of wisdom at the end.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Which brings us to Travis County in Texas on January
- 4:36Speaker 3: 23rd of 2026, and a hearing for a protective order
- 4:39Speaker 3: filed by Linda Ashley Lamar, that's Pinkchew, against John Robertson,
- 4:43Speaker 3: that's Tectone.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Tectone and his.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Tectone with his five lawyers.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Tectone and his one lawyer, that's one lawyer, Miskif. I
- 4:50Speaker 3: don't know why you would lie about something that was
- 4:52Speaker 3: so easy to disprove.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I'm smart. I'm not going live and saying things that
- 4:56Speaker 1: are stupid. I'm not going live and being not strategic
- 5:00Speaker 1: with my words and my actions. I'm being smart.
- 5:04Speaker 8: Right.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Miskif sent a friend of his to go to court
- 5:06Speaker 3: and take notes on the day of the hearing. Seems
- 5:08Speaker 3: like the information wasn't very accurate. So Tectone's one lawyer
- 5:11Speaker 3: is Joffrey Puryear, a guy with an enviable jawline, and
- 5:15Speaker 3: Pinkchew's lawyer is Michelle Locke, an aspiring self-help influencer.
- 5:19Speaker 10: Life is a journey. Life has ups and downs.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Very insightful words of wisdom. Last, the case is being
- 5:24Speaker 3: heard by Judge Dimple Malhotra. Just for clarification, this is
- 5:28Speaker 3: a civil case. Conveniently, a lot of these types of
- 5:30Speaker 3: allegations seem to be tried in civil courts. Probably because
- 5:33Speaker 3: the burden of proof there is much lower than in
- 5:35Speaker 3: criminal court.
- 5:36Speaker 11: I want you to understand something, Chad, that the judge
- 5:39Speaker 11: agreed with that. Now, the judge was not empowered to
- 5:43Speaker 11: put him in prison directly because that was not a
- 5:45Speaker 11: criminal case. Had it been a criminal case and had
- 5:48Speaker 11: he been given a bench trial, he would have gone
- 5:51Speaker 11: to prison as a right then.
- 5:53Speaker 3: God, these idiots are annoying. For those of you who
- 5:55Speaker 3: don't know, Mike from PA is the guy who pretended
- 5:57Speaker 3: to be a licensed attorney to run for the Pennsylvania legislature.
- 6:00Speaker 3: but the state Supreme Court kicked him off the ballot
- 6:02Speaker 3: after they found him misrepresenting himself. Now he's pretending to
- 6:05Speaker 3: be an authority on the law on Twitch. Spoilers, most
- 6:08Speaker 3: of the law influencers get shit wrong all the time,
- 6:10Speaker 3: and they aren't really that trustworthy. Anyway, in reality, there
- 6:13Speaker 3: was a police investigation, but it didn't go anywhere, let
- 6:15Speaker 3: alone prosecute, so Pink Shoe claimed that she would put
- 6:18Speaker 3: a pause on pressing criminal charges because she was afraid
- 6:20Speaker 3: of Tectone retaliating, which I don't believe because he publicly
- 6:23Speaker 3: said he would cooperate with the police, and also, if
- 6:26Speaker 3: Pink Shoe was actually afraid, she wouldn't have continued to
- 6:28Speaker 3: attack Tectone legally. Personally, I think the only reason that
- 6:32Speaker 3: a protective order was filed is because she wants to
- 6:34Speaker 3: attack him and there's no way in hell that she
- 6:36Speaker 3: would have won a criminal case. Now, just so it's
- 6:38Speaker 3: less confusing and because there's no video of this hearing,
- 6:41Speaker 3: as we go over the transcript, I'll put pictures on
- 6:43Speaker 3: the side of who is talking. That being said, Pinkchew's
- 6:45Speaker 3: lawyer starts her opening statement by blaming Pinkchew's lack of
- 6:48Speaker 3: evidence to corroborate her story on the fact that she's autistic.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Pinkchew's primary argument here is that, as a person who
- 6:54Speaker 3: was nearly 30 at the time, she didn't realize that
- 6:57Speaker 3: she was being abused until someone else told her, Because
- 6:59Speaker 3: she's very slightly autistic.
- 7:01Speaker 2: What, did they take that argument from TikTok?
- 7:03Speaker 3: So anyway, you know, if there's like a mountain of
- 7:05Speaker 3: evidence showing that this was all consensual, well, just ignore
- 7:08Speaker 3: that because Pink Choo changed her mind after the breakup
- 7:11Speaker 3: and after Tectone got into a relationship with a different woman.
- 7:14Speaker 3: What a convenient set of circumstances. That being said, let's
- 7:18Speaker 3: go to the first allegation of assault. Pink Choo said
- 7:20Speaker 3: that she had recently gotten breast implants, so this is
- 7:23Speaker 3: a plastic surgery-related allegation. Now, I'm going to redact some
- 7:26Speaker 3: of this information to make it YouTube safe, but the
- 7:28Speaker 3: page numbers are all there, so you can just look
- 7:30Speaker 3: it up for yourself. Basically, the allegation was that Pink
- 7:33Speaker 3: Chu could not perform because of her recent surgery, so
- 7:35Speaker 3: Tectone found other non-consensual means.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Allegedly.
- 7:39Speaker 12: Much love to this queen. I mean, seriously, I'm sorry
- 7:42Speaker 12: that you had to go through all of that, and
- 7:43Speaker 12: then probably get traumatized altogether one more time in the
- 7:46Speaker 12: court process, but at least now you have a moment
- 7:49Speaker 12: of respite.
- 7:50Speaker 3: To further elaborate on the context here, Pink Chu testifies
- 7:53Speaker 3: that she had been living with Tectone in exchange for
- 7:55Speaker 3: sexual favors. Personally, I don't believe this version of the
- 7:58Speaker 3: story at all. After reading through the transcript, it is
- 8:00Speaker 3: very clear to me that they were living together because
- 8:02Speaker 3: they were in a relationship. For reference, Pinkchoo and Tectone's
- 8:06Speaker 3: relationship started in December of 2022, and they broke up
- 8:09Speaker 3: around June or July of 2024. About a month later,
- 8:12Speaker 3: in July or August, Tectone meets his now-fiancée, Sophia, and
- 8:16Speaker 3: a few months later, in November, Pinkchoo accuses Tectone of
- 8:19Speaker 3: sexual assault. Which brings us to the second allegation. Again,
- 8:23Speaker 3: pictures are here to indicate who is in the conversation.
- 8:26Speaker 3: If you see a Q, though, that means a lawyer
- 8:28Speaker 3: is talking, and if you see an A, that's going
- 8:30Speaker 3: to be either Tectone or Pinkchew talking. Anyway, Pinkchew said
- 8:33Speaker 3: that she had just gotten lip filler, and Tectone had
- 8:35Speaker 3: forced her into oral sex, which had ruined the lip filler. Geez,
- 8:38Speaker 3: another plastic surgery-related incident? Do all of her allegations have
- 8:42Speaker 3: some sort of plastic surgery involved? Now, is there any
- 8:45Speaker 3: corroborating evidence that this happened?
- 8:47Speaker 2: Not really.
- 8:47Speaker 3: There may have been a doctor's appointment where she had
- 8:49Speaker 3: to get the lip filler fixed, However, that doesn't prove
- 8:52Speaker 3: anything because she could have just as easily screwed up
- 8:54Speaker 3: the filler through regular consensual activity or something else entirely.
- 8:58Speaker 3: But these are pretty much the allegations of assault. Now,
- 9:00Speaker 3: when I say that Pink Choo had no evidence of
- 9:02Speaker 3: this stuff occurring, understand that her own testimony counts as
- 9:05Speaker 3: evidence from a legal standpoint. So, allow me to clarify
- 9:08Speaker 3: what I mean. I'm saying she had no additional evidence
- 9:11Speaker 3: to verify the truth of her story. And let me
- 9:13Speaker 3: point out just how ridiculous this is. Tectone is a
- 9:16Speaker 3: guy who is constantly on camera.
- 9:18Speaker 4: There's like a good like eight to ten people who
- 9:21Speaker 4: have already said he didn't do it. We know he
- 9:24Speaker 4: didn't do it. We were there when they said it happened.
- 9:27Speaker 4: That never happened. They say there's a third girl. They
- 9:30Speaker 4: don't exist. They don't realize that the entirety of a
- 9:34Speaker 4: large portion of my house is fucking filmed on the
- 9:36Speaker 4: inside of security cameras on the inside. That's how fucking
- 9:40Speaker 4: paranoid I am.
- 9:41Speaker 3: This is a guy who streams for multiple hours a day,
- 9:43Speaker 3: plus the couple of streams that he did with Pink Chew.
- 9:45Speaker 3: You're going to tell me that you have no footage,
- 9:47Speaker 3: no audio recordings, and no texts that make him look
- 9:50Speaker 3: abusive or make him look like a stalker? You also
- 9:52Speaker 3: have no testimony from other witnesses saying that Tectone was
- 9:55Speaker 3: abusing you? This is despite the fact that there were
- 9:57Speaker 3: two roommates living with them the entire time. So either
- 10:01Speaker 3: Tectone is this master manipulator who can get away with
- 10:03Speaker 3: all of this without a trace, which is a weird
- 10:05Speaker 3: thing to argue, because his opposition is constantly calling him stupid.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I don't know how anyone fucking ever listens to this guy.
- 10:12Speaker 11: He's dumb as fuck. I honestly think he needs to
- 10:15Speaker 11: be arrested just so he can experience what that is
- 10:18Speaker 11: like so he shuts the fuck up and goes away.
- 10:20Speaker 5: I genuinely don't understand how someone could be so fucking
- 10:25Speaker 5: stupid to think that this is.
- 10:26Speaker 10: A good response.
- 10:27Speaker 3: So either he is this master manipulator who can fool anyone,
- 10:31Speaker 3: or none of this shit happened, in my opinion. On
- 10:34Speaker 3: that note, Pinkchoo's lawyer has finished questioning her client, so
- 10:37Speaker 3: let's go to cross-examination from Tectone's lawyer, Joffrey. Before we
- 10:40Speaker 3: get into this though, it requires some backstory. For those
- 10:43Speaker 3: of you who didn't know, Tectone was previously married for
- 10:46Speaker 3: like 10 years to a woman whose name is Jessica.
- 10:48Speaker 2: They divorced a while back.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Now to me, the details here are kind of murky
- 10:52Speaker 3: because an NDA was signed, and I only really have
- 10:54Speaker 3: the court transcript to piece together what was going on,
- 10:57Speaker 3: but remember how I said that Tectone has cameras everywhere? Well,
- 11:00Speaker 3: it turns out that his ex-wife still had remote access
- 11:03Speaker 3: to the cameras after the divorce, and allegedly, she was
- 11:06Speaker 3: using some intimate footage between Tectone and Pinkchoo to blackmail them.
- 11:10Speaker 3: And how this didn't land his ex-wife in jail is
- 11:12Speaker 3: beyond me. Anyway, a lawsuit was filed, and a part
- 11:14Speaker 3: of this lawsuit included Pinkchoo suing Tectone's ex-wife because she
- 11:18Speaker 3: called her Tectone's sex slave.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Let me repeat this.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Pinkchoo sued his ex-wife because she accused her of being
- 11:24Speaker 3: victimized by Tectone. Pinkchoo said it was defamatory to call
- 11:28Speaker 3: her an abuse victim. Not only that, but this lawsuit
- 11:31Speaker 3: occurs one month after her alleged incidents of abuse, and
- 11:34Speaker 3: she says these claims about her from Tectone's ex-wife were
- 11:37Speaker 3: disgusting lies. What a weird thing to say, right? So
- 11:40Speaker 3: that's our first counter to Pinkchoo's story, and just right there,
- 11:43Speaker 3: throw the case out. You mean to tell me that
- 11:45Speaker 3: someone called her an abuse victim and she spent money
- 11:48Speaker 3: suing them to say, no I'm not? The second part
- 11:51Speaker 3: of this is that Pink Chu went to a mental
- 11:53Speaker 3: hospital in July of 2024, around 1-2 months after the
- 11:56Speaker 3: alleged victimizations. When she's being questioned by her lawyer, she
- 12:00Speaker 3: states that she went to the hospital because she just
- 12:02Speaker 3: had to get out of the house. And if your
- 12:03Speaker 3: first thought was, that makes no sense, then I would
- 12:06Speaker 3: agree with you. This sounds like a lie. Now, I'm
- 12:09Speaker 3: not a fan of Illymation, but I do think she
- 12:10Speaker 3: has a very insightful video on mental hospitals. People don't
- 12:13Speaker 3: go to mental hospitals just because they wanted to get
- 12:16Speaker 3: out of the house. They go because they're either a
- 12:18Speaker 3: danger to others or they're afraid of harming themselves.
- 12:21Speaker 13: Facilities like this save lives every day. There are two
- 12:24Speaker 13: types of admission. The first is voluntary, which is where
- 12:27Speaker 13: you go to the emergency room and say, Hi, um,
- 12:30Speaker 13: I don't feel safe. Can you please help me? And
- 12:32Speaker 13: the second is involuntary, which is where your doctor or
- 12:35Speaker 13: psychiatrist feels you're at grave risk to yourself or others.
- 12:40Speaker 13: So they write you a note and send you to
- 12:42Speaker 13: the hospital.
- 12:43Speaker 3: So it's a weird downplay from Pink Chew to say
- 12:45Speaker 3: that she just needed to get out of the house.
- 12:47Speaker 3: If she wanted to do that, she could have just
- 12:48Speaker 3: checked herself into a hotel or something. Note that Pinkchew
- 12:51Speaker 3: has more than enough money to do this. Also note
- 12:54Speaker 3: that this admission into a mental hospital seems to have
- 12:56Speaker 3: happened directly after Tectone broke up with her, so I'm
- 12:58Speaker 3: guessing that the breakup caused thoughts of self-harm. Actually, it
- 13:01Speaker 3: looks like the redaction series suggests something a little bit
- 13:04Speaker 3: worse than self-harm. So honestly, I think checking herself into
- 13:07Speaker 3: the mental hospital was a psychologically healthy thing to do. However,
- 13:11Speaker 3: the issue with this hospital visit is that it works
- 13:13Speaker 3: as evidence against her story of abuse. Let me start
- 13:16Speaker 3: by saying that when she's being questioned by her lawyer,
- 13:18Speaker 3: Pinkchew said that after she got back from Austin Oaks,
- 13:21Speaker 3: the mental hospital, she moved in with her mom, but
- 13:23Speaker 3: as she was getting her stuff from Tectone's house, she
- 13:26Speaker 3: told a roommate of his about how afraid she was
- 13:28Speaker 3: of Tectone. Now, anytime you go to the hospital or
- 13:31Speaker 3: see a doctor, they're going to ask you, why are
- 13:33Speaker 3: you here?
- 13:34Speaker 2: Surely if Tectone was so.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Abusive that she just had to get out of the house,
- 13:38Speaker 3: and she had to tell his roommate how afraid she was,
- 13:40Speaker 3: she would have also told the doctors, well, you see,
- 13:43Speaker 3: I have this really abusive ex-boyfriend.
- 13:45Speaker 2: But she didn't do that.
- 13:46Speaker 3: In fact, the doctors specifically asked her if she had
- 13:49Speaker 3: been a victim of abuse. Pink Chu says yes, but
- 13:52Speaker 3: she doesn't mention Tectone. She mentions a prior non-Tectone relationship,
- 13:56Speaker 3: and that's it. Keep in mind that the time period
- 13:59Speaker 3: where she's alleging the abuse happened was one or two
- 14:02Speaker 3: months before she goes to the mental hospital in July.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Also keep in mind that Pink Chu testified that she
- 14:07Speaker 3: told Tectone's roommate three or so days after this questioning
- 14:10Speaker 3: from the mental hospital or around the same time that
- 14:13Speaker 3: she was afraid of Tectone noting that his roommate did
- 14:15Speaker 3: not come in to testify on her behalf. She can't
- 14:18Speaker 3: even get that corroborated, so I don't see how this
- 14:21Speaker 3: can be considered as anything other than crucial evidence that
- 14:23Speaker 3: Pinkchoo is making all of these allegations up. Now, her
- 14:26Speaker 3: argument for why she didn't report to the mental hospital
- 14:28Speaker 3: that she had been assaulted by Tectone is because she
- 14:31Speaker 3: just didn't see it that way at the time. But again,
- 14:33Speaker 3: immediately after she gets out of the hospital to collect
- 14:36Speaker 3: her stuff, she tells Tectone's roommate about how scared she is. Conveniently,
- 14:40Speaker 3: this change of story happens in a place where it
- 14:42Speaker 3: couldn't be documented as evidence. Because, you know, if you
- 14:45Speaker 3: were an abuse victim who was fleeing your house because
- 14:47Speaker 3: you're afraid of your ex-boyfriend, certainly you would want to
- 14:49Speaker 3: tell medical staff later so it could be used as
- 14:51Speaker 3: evidence in a police investigation. This is why I don't
- 14:54Speaker 3: believe anything that Pink Chu says. There are tons of
- 14:56Speaker 3: holes in her story and really nothing to defend her
- 14:59Speaker 3: outside of taking her word for it.
- 15:00Speaker 2: But that's not all.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Before Pink Chu goes to the mental hospital, there are
- 15:04Speaker 3: text messages between her and Tectone, where Tectone, or John, says,'
- 15:08Speaker 3: Text me when you're on your way, and please be safe.'
- 15:12Speaker 3: And then she tells him what hospital she's going to
- 15:14Speaker 3: be at. He also says, if you need me, just
- 15:16Speaker 3: text me. I'm sorry you're going through this. So when
- 15:19Speaker 3: I read stuff like that, I think, wow, there was
- 15:21Speaker 3: so much documented evidence of Tectone being supportive. But when
- 15:24Speaker 3: it comes to him being abusive, you just have to
- 15:26Speaker 3: take people's word for it.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Isn't that odd?
- 15:29Speaker 3: This is like no case of abuse that I've ever seen.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Abusive people usually leave evidence everywhere because they can't help themselves.
- 15:36Speaker 2: We're not done yet.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Pinkchoo and Tectone's lawyer Joffrey discuss her leaving the mental hospital,
- 15:40Speaker 3: and there's this part where Joffrey says, in fact, I
- 15:43Speaker 3: believe he's listed, and the rest is blacked out. Judging
- 15:46Speaker 3: by the context clues, I'm guessing that he's saying that
- 15:48Speaker 3: Tectone was listed as an emergency contact, considering that Tectone
- 15:52Speaker 3: says stuff like, if you need anything, let me know,
- 15:54Speaker 3: and Pinkchoo told him what hospital she was going to
- 15:57Speaker 3: be at. So again, extremely weird behavior here, especially considering
- 16:01Speaker 3: that Pinkchoo communicates that her mom lives somewhere in the area,
- 16:04Speaker 3: So why is she using her alleged abuser that she's
- 16:07Speaker 3: afraid of as a contact instead of her mom? Moving on,
- 16:10Speaker 3: let's talk about why a protection order was granted. In Texas,
- 16:13Speaker 3: in order to get a protection order, the standard of
- 16:16Speaker 3: proof is reasonable to believe. This is kind of a
- 16:18Speaker 3: major issue for me when it comes to family court,
- 16:21Speaker 3: and I think the law around this needs to be modified.
- 16:23Speaker 2: To prevent abuse.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Especially in cases like Tectone's where there is tons of
- 16:27Speaker 3: counter evidence to his accuser's story, reasonable to believe is
- 16:31Speaker 3: a very low standard. It's like saying if one person thinks, yeah,
- 16:35Speaker 3: that could have happened, that's enough to grant an order
- 16:37Speaker 3: in Texas. This standard is even lower than the more
- 16:40Speaker 3: likely than not to have happened standard, which is what
- 16:43Speaker 3: we're all used to hearing about in civil court cases.
- 16:45Speaker 6: This isn't Texas. I want to say this again. This
- 16:48Speaker 6: is not California. This is not New York. This is
- 16:52Speaker 6: not Illinois. This is not Massachusetts. This is Texas.
- 16:57Speaker 3: He's implying that it's impossible to get an order of
- 17:00Speaker 3: protection in Texas when actually it seems to be fairly easy.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Here's Michelle Locke, PinkTooth's lawyer, on her podcast, saying that
- 17:06Speaker 3: the standard of proof in these kinds of courts is
- 17:08Speaker 3: very low.
- 17:09Speaker 14: When it comes to marriage and there are abusive instances,
- 17:15Speaker 14: how important is it for someone to have that documented?
- 17:20Speaker 10: Your testimony alone can be enough. And people think, well, really?
- 17:24Speaker 10: I don't have to have pictures or bruises? I mean,
- 17:27Speaker 10: all those things would be great and helpful. It's not
- 17:29Speaker 10: a requirement because judges every day make decisions based on
- 17:34Speaker 10: the credibility of witnesses. And that's the bottom line. And
- 17:37Speaker 10: so the court's going to look at what you say,
- 17:39Speaker 10: what he or she says, and then make the call
- 17:42Speaker 10: on whether it's a believable story.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Let me remind you that Mike from PA is not
- 17:46Speaker 3: a lawyer. He's an idiot propagandist who really seems to
- 17:49Speaker 3: have his own boundary issues with women. Just because guns
- 17:52Speaker 3: are more legal in Texas doesn't mean that this state
- 17:54Speaker 3: always favors the right. A lot of bullshit occurs in Texas, too. Also,
- 17:58Speaker 3: this legal battle between Pink Chew and Tectone occurred in
- 18:01Speaker 3: Travis County, which is where Austin is. Austin is like
- 18:04Speaker 3: the California of Texas. But anyway, Pink Chew still has
- 18:07Speaker 3: to prove that there is some sort of reason to
- 18:09Speaker 3: believe that Tectone will be a danger to her. Before
- 18:11Speaker 3: we go into this next section, I would like to
- 18:13Speaker 3: point out that neither Michelle Locke or the judge really
- 18:16Speaker 3: have a grasp over how.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Social media works.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Pink Chew's lawyer Michelle said in the transcripts that she
- 18:21Speaker 3: doesn't really understand social media, and in this video that
- 18:24Speaker 3: I found of the judge, she openly states that she
- 18:26Speaker 3: doesn't really have an interest in being online.
- 18:28Speaker 8: And so, for me, I didn't even have social media,
- 18:31Speaker 8: by the way, until I knew that I had to.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Run Okay, so this is very important because, essentially, all
- 18:37Speaker 3: of Pinkchew's evidence for why she needs an order of
- 18:40Speaker 3: protection and why Tectone is an ongoing threat is because
- 18:43Speaker 3: of his social media posts. And if you, as a judge,
- 18:46Speaker 3: don't understand social media, you're going to miss a ton
- 18:49Speaker 3: of nuance. It's actually to the point where this court
- 18:51Speaker 3: decision is quite scary and possibly a strong violation of
- 18:54Speaker 3: the First Amendment. Personally, I think Pinkchew is taking advantage
- 18:57Speaker 3: of the judge's lack of knowledge of social media and
- 18:59Speaker 3: using that to lie. To talk about that, let's go
- 19:02Speaker 3: to Exhibit 16, I think. This post from Tectone is
- 19:05Speaker 3: still alive, so I'll just show the actual tweet. It says,
- 19:08Speaker 3: Another OnlyFans woman lying about rape then just moves on.
- 19:12Speaker 3: No damage done to them. Ruin a man's life for
- 19:14Speaker 3: three years. Why is this so common? This is from
- 19:17Speaker 3: October 21st of 2025, nearly a year after Tectone was accused,
- 19:22Speaker 3: and he's signal boosting a post talking about a friend
- 19:24Speaker 3: of his from OTK, who I guess was falsely accused.
- 19:27Speaker 3: I don't know that situation too well, but that's what's
- 19:29Speaker 3: being talked about. Pinkchew says that she believes that the
- 19:32Speaker 3: tweet was about her, And then she says that TechTel
- 19:34Speaker 3: makes posts like this to try to get his fans
- 19:36Speaker 3: to attack her because she does OnlyFans. Which is retarded
- 19:39Speaker 3: because if you look at the comments on the tweet,
- 19:41Speaker 3: you can see that people aren't talking about PinkChu. You
- 19:44Speaker 3: can't even find her name by doing a text search
- 19:46Speaker 3: on the page. In fact, you can't see this in
- 19:48Speaker 3: the court transcript, but... since this tweet is still live,
- 19:51Speaker 3: we know who Tectone is referring to in this tweet,
- 19:53Speaker 3: because he has quote tweeted a post talking about Azalea Lexi.
- 19:56Speaker 3: So how in the hell is this comment about Pinkchoo?
- 19:59Speaker 3: By the way, this is in stark difference to her
- 20:01Speaker 3: allegation post, where the top comment essentially is saying, hey,
- 20:05Speaker 3: you're talking about Tectone, right? The irony here is that
- 20:08Speaker 3: Pink Chew herself made the argument in court that people
- 20:10Speaker 3: wouldn't know who she's talking about because Tectone's name wasn't
- 20:13Speaker 3: mentioned in her tweet. But if you know anything about
- 20:16Speaker 3: the internet, the minute you start vague posting like this,
- 20:19Speaker 3: tons of people in the comments are going to start asking,
- 20:21Speaker 3: oh my god, who is she talking about? Which will
- 20:24Speaker 3: prompt all the know-it-alls to try to be the first
- 20:26Speaker 3: person to say that it's Tectone. In fact, here's me
- 20:28Speaker 3: doing this with the false allegations against Turkey Tom. You
- 20:31Speaker 3: can see that I don't mention Tom in the post,
- 20:33Speaker 3: people are asking who I'm talking about, And if you
- 20:36Speaker 3: scroll through the comments, you can see several people explaining
- 20:38Speaker 3: the reference. This is not like a secret behavior that
- 20:41Speaker 3: people have. Anytime some sort of inside joke or a
- 20:44Speaker 3: test question is posted on social media, tons of people
- 20:47Speaker 3: go to the comments section looking for the person who
- 20:49Speaker 3: will explain everything. So in my opinion, Pinkchoo left Tectone's
- 20:52Speaker 3: name out of this post to prevent a defamation lawsuit,
- 20:55Speaker 3: but left in enough clues for people to easily figure
- 20:57Speaker 3: out who she was talking about, So her followers would
- 21:00Speaker 3: say who it was for her. If she only wanted
- 21:02Speaker 3: her friends to know about these allegations like she said
- 21:04Speaker 3: in court, she wouldn't have posted it on social media.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Anyway, back to Tectone. Here's where it gets scary.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Remember that the order of protection was granted, meaning that
- 21:12Speaker 3: Tectone is not allowed to talk about Pinkchoo. Her evidence
- 21:15Speaker 3: that this tweet was about her was purely on the
- 21:17Speaker 3: basis of Tectone bringing up OnlyFans, and because she does OnlyFans.
- 21:21Speaker 3: She actually makes this argument several times. Here's another one.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Exhibit 20. This tweet is also still alive, so I'll
- 21:28Speaker 3: just bring it up. He's asking for OnlyFans models to
- 21:30Speaker 3: stop giving life advice because you can see them naked
- 21:32Speaker 3: for less than a Fortnite battle pass.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Where's her dignity?
- 21:35Speaker 15: Oh, I don't know.
- 21:36Speaker 2: I heard she's selling it for $ 5.
- 21:38Speaker 3: This is another post where if you scroll down, you
- 21:40Speaker 3: can see that nobody is talking about Pinkchu. Yet she
- 21:43Speaker 3: is suggesting that these posts are targeted at her and
- 21:46Speaker 3: designed to train Tectone's audience into hating her. Now, if
- 21:49Speaker 3: you were a judge who doesn't use social media that much,
- 21:52Speaker 3: you would think, oh, well, that makes sense. Obviously, he's
- 21:54Speaker 3: only mentioning OnlyFans. because Pink Chew does OnlyFans. Why would
- 21:58Speaker 3: anybody else talk about that? Except, talking about OnlyFans girls
- 22:01Speaker 3: is an entire meta of content creation that has existed
- 22:04Speaker 3: for years. And, I don't know, maybe it has something
- 22:06Speaker 3: to do with people like Morgpie trying to bend Twitch's
- 22:09Speaker 3: rules so she can show her boobs to 13-year-olds and
- 22:11Speaker 3: try to get them addicted to pornography. Maybe some of
- 22:14Speaker 3: these women deserve to be criticized, so citing these posts
- 22:16Speaker 3: as threats and possibly suggesting that Tectone can never talk
- 22:19Speaker 3: about OnlyFans because of the order of protection I think
- 22:22Speaker 3: is a massive violation of the First Amendment. Second, in
- 22:25Speaker 3: the same way that she cites these posts about OF,
- 22:28Speaker 3: she also cites Tectone talking about illegal aliens as a
- 22:30Speaker 3: threat towards her, saying, well, I'm half Mexican, so I'm
- 22:34Speaker 3: almost a minority, and that means he's victimizing me with
- 22:36Speaker 3: these posts. If this type of post counts as talking
- 22:39Speaker 3: about Pingshu, then Tectone, as a social media influencer, can't
- 22:43Speaker 3: talk about the most pressing issues of the past year
- 22:45Speaker 3: because his ex-girlfriend is half Mexican?
- 22:47Speaker 2: This is very stupid.
- 22:49Speaker 3: She continues, and I think this is the most ridiculous part,
- 22:52Speaker 3: and I think it's where she takes the most advantage
- 22:53Speaker 3: of the judge's ignorance of social media. She says that
- 22:56Speaker 3: Techtel makes call-out videos on certain influencers. These kinds of videos,
- 23:00Speaker 3: by the way, are extremely common on YouTube. I mean,
- 23:02Speaker 3: this reads like she's suggesting that YouTube drama should be illegal.
- 23:06Speaker 3: She says here that if a protective order isn't granted,
- 23:08Speaker 3: then he will continue relentlessly harassing and threatening her to
- 23:11Speaker 3: the point where her life will be in danger.
- 23:13Speaker 2: This is absolutely ridiculous.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Over the past handful of days, Tectone and Miskif have
- 23:18Speaker 3: made like 18 videos on each other. By her logic,
- 23:21Speaker 3: you would think that both of them would have been
- 23:22Speaker 3: dead 10 times over by now. Keep in mind that
- 23:25Speaker 3: between the breakup in July and the time that Pinkchoo
- 23:28Speaker 3: made her allegations on November 20th, 2024, I can't find
- 23:31Speaker 3: a single instance where Pinkchoo's name is mentioned by Tectone,
- 23:34Speaker 3: and she certainly doesn't provide any mentions outside of his
- 23:37Speaker 3: post on November 22nd. And keep the context here in mind.
- 23:41Speaker 3: Tectone and Pinkchoo break up. I think this is the
- 23:43Speaker 3: main reason why Tectone has become so extreme.
- 24:03Speaker 9: And whenever you think about it, really calling somebody a
- 24:06Speaker 9: rapist is one of, like, the top three things that
- 24:09Speaker 9: you can say to somebody that is career-destroying, career-ending.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Or damaging.
- 24:15Speaker 16: Right.
- 24:15Speaker 3: That's a career-ending allegation. And during the court case, Tectone
- 24:18Speaker 3: said that he was dropped from his partnership with OTK
- 24:21Speaker 3: almost immediately after Pinkchew's allegations. By the way, if you're
- 24:24Speaker 3: thinking she must be the innocent party because she filed
- 24:27Speaker 3: for the protective order, note that protective orders get abused
- 24:30Speaker 3: actually quite a lot. In fact, if you watched my
- 24:32Speaker 3: video on Alexa Nicholas who was falsely accused of leaking
- 24:35Speaker 3: sealed court documents by a good friend of Taylor Loren's,
- 24:38Speaker 3: you would know that she mentioned that she had a
- 24:40Speaker 3: stalker who was harassing her and her family. That stalker
- 24:43Speaker 3: filed a restraining order against her. So yes, these orders
- 24:46Speaker 3: can be weaponized. And speaking of that, here's the fun part.
- 24:49Speaker 3: I think this was all a coordinated effort against TekTone
- 24:52Speaker 3: from multiple streamers. Let's move on to another stupid argument
- 24:55Speaker 3: that PinkChew makes that you would only think is valid
- 24:57Speaker 3: if you didn't understand social media. On page 144, Pinkchew
- 25:02Speaker 3: says that Tekton destroyed her streaming career when he made
- 25:05Speaker 3: his post on November 22nd. Now, personally, I don't know
- 25:08Speaker 3: the validity of her claim. She provides no evidence of
- 25:10Speaker 3: this outside of saying that's what happened, and she could
- 25:13Speaker 3: have just as easily nuked her own Twitch channel to
- 25:15Speaker 3: hide evidence that Tekton wasn't actually abusive, since they did
- 25:18Speaker 3: a lot of streams together. But nonetheless, she's suggesting that
- 25:21Speaker 3: her online career was over and her life was ruined,
- 25:24Speaker 3: which is stupid, because her primary income is Fansly and OnlyFans.
- 25:28Speaker 3: It's stupid because hating on OnlyFans creators only makes them
- 25:31Speaker 3: more popular. Everyone who is good at social media knows that.
- 25:35Speaker 3: That's why OF chicks go on podcasts like Whatever or
- 25:37Speaker 3: Fresh and Fit and say dumb stuff.
- 25:39Speaker 2: It's to promote their content.
- 25:41Speaker 10: When you got kicked off of Fresh and Fit the
- 25:43Speaker 10: first time, how much money did you make girl afterwards?
- 25:47Speaker 1: Like how many subscribers?
- 25:49Speaker 5: Fresh and fit.
- 25:50Speaker 16: There's no one that does more for OnlyFans women than
- 25:53Speaker 16: Fresh and Fit. You have helped sex workers more than anybody,
- 25:56Speaker 16: I think, in the world. You have given us the world.
- 25:59Speaker 16: Every time I come on your show, my money goes
- 26:02Speaker 16: way up. And then he kicked me off and then
- 26:04Speaker 16: he invited me back on.
- 26:07Speaker 3: The only bad press that you can get for OnlyFans
- 26:09Speaker 3: is being unattractive. People don't care about the morality of
- 26:11Speaker 3: a porn star. It's actually kind of a problem because
- 26:14Speaker 3: you can inadvertently make the thing more popular by criticizing it.
- 26:17Speaker 3: So PinkJu suggesting that her life was over after a
- 26:19Speaker 3: single tweet from Tectone where, keep in mind, he was
- 26:22Speaker 3: defending himself against allegations with no corroborating evidence.
- 26:25Speaker 2: It's his right to do that.
- 26:27Speaker 3: So PinkJu suggesting that her life was over after that
- 26:29Speaker 3: tweet couldn't be further from the truth. She's now more
- 26:32Speaker 3: popular than ever and has more social media followers than
- 26:34Speaker 3: Tectone between Instagram and TikTok. In fact, don't take my
- 26:38Speaker 3: word for it. Take it from Mugen, who said on Twitter,
- 26:41Speaker 3: let it be known that from this point onward, anyone
- 26:43Speaker 3: still caught defending Tectone is purposefully ignoring facts for what
- 26:46Speaker 3: is most likely a desperate and pathetic attempt at gaining
- 26:49Speaker 3: favor or clout. I mean, maybe, though I'm not sure
- 26:52Speaker 3: what facts he was talking about. Note that he said
- 26:55Speaker 3: this before the transcript was made available, so real smart
- 26:57Speaker 3: of him to not wait until the evidence was public. However,
- 27:00Speaker 3: you can see that he is very much on Pink's side,
- 27:03Speaker 3: and more importantly, you can see him stating here that
- 27:05Speaker 3: she makes significantly more money than Tectone. Weird, because a
- 27:09Speaker 3: statement like that makes her look like she's the one
- 27:11Speaker 3: who actually has more power, and thus makes her look
- 27:13Speaker 3: like the aggressor. But here's the part where things get interesting. Again,
- 27:17Speaker 3: you would have to understand social media to recognize this stuff.
- 27:20Speaker 3: On this page, page 144, Pink Shoe mentions a girl
- 27:24Speaker 3: named Morgan, and then she says that she went to
- 27:26Speaker 3: Los Angeles to do collabs. I think it was a
- 27:28Speaker 3: mistake to say this, because Morgan is almost certainly Morgpie,
- 27:32Speaker 3: a person who Pink Shoe has done numerous collabs with.
- 27:34Speaker 11: Not me.
- 27:35Speaker 2: That's funny, because I picked that card in a different group,
- 27:39Speaker 2: and it was me.
- 27:41Speaker 17: But I'm a big one.
- 27:42Speaker 3: Again, she's done a number of collabs with Morgpie, like
- 27:45Speaker 3: this one here at the gym. God, she must edit
- 27:47Speaker 3: her photos a lot. I'm not even looking at the
- 27:49Speaker 3: same person when she's on video and in a place
- 27:51Speaker 3: where she can't cake on makeup. Anyway, there's tons of
- 27:54Speaker 3: video evidence of them interacting with each other, and tons
- 27:57Speaker 3: of tweets and stuff, so this person Morgan is almost
- 28:00Speaker 3: certainly Morgpie.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Why is that interesting? Well, it's interesting because one of
- 28:04Speaker 2: the things.
- 28:04Speaker 3: That Morgpie is famous for is helping signal boost false
- 28:08Speaker 3: allegations against the YouTubers who run a channel called SuperMega.
- 28:11Speaker 3: Turkey Tom made a huge video on it.
- 28:13Speaker 18: Super Mega is a comedy gaming channel with almost 1
- 28:16Speaker 18: million subscribers, run by Matt Watson and Ryan McGee. Over
- 28:20Speaker 18: the past two years, the channel has found itself mired
- 28:22Speaker 18: in endless controversy. However, none would prove as devastating as
- 28:26Speaker 18: those levied in July of 2023. That month, a cosplayer
- 28:29Speaker 18: named Lex accused SuperMega's channel artist, Don, of SA. Matt
- 28:33Speaker 18: and Ryan were named for mishandling the situation. This sparked
- 28:36Speaker 18: enough backlash for a whole new wave of accusations to
- 28:38Speaker 18: surface from former friends and employees. Lex's outright lies in
- 28:42Speaker 18: her own video poisoned the well. And if her initial
- 28:44Speaker 18: story about Dom was true, it is severely discredited by
- 28:47Speaker 18: the various falsehoods she spread. These falsehoods were supported by
- 28:51Speaker 18: her boyfriend EthanIsOnline, their friend NickIsNotGreen, their other friend Layton Stollard, Morgpie,
- 28:57Speaker 18: and even Rav. All of these people spread provable lies
- 29:00Speaker 18: to smear SuperMega as a brand.
- 29:02Speaker 3: SuperMega was a popular variety channel that had a podcast,
- 29:05Speaker 3: and this was quite the Turkey Tom video. It's kind
- 29:08Speaker 3: of like an epic set of false allegations. But where
- 29:10Speaker 3: Morg Pie plays a role is that she had a
- 29:12Speaker 3: crush on one of the owners named Matt. Matt didn't
- 29:14Speaker 3: want to pursue a relationship, but they hooked up twice
- 29:17Speaker 3: and then I think Matt chose a different girl over her. Honestly,
- 29:20Speaker 3: I cried for.
- 29:20Speaker 10: Months over that guy.
- 29:21Speaker 7: I was like, give me one of your shirts.
- 29:23Speaker 8: You know what I mean?
- 29:24Speaker 7: So I posted a picture of me wearing the shirt.
- 29:28Speaker 18: I took of his onto my personal Twitter.
- 29:31Speaker 10: Not like my big one, but my other one.
- 29:33Speaker 16: And he texted me after ghosting me after I asked
- 29:37Speaker 16: him if he wanted to hang out again that night.
- 29:40Speaker 7: He didn't he didn't respond to me asking if he
- 29:42Speaker 7: wanted to hang out again he responded with a screenshot
- 29:45Speaker 7: of the post and was like hey can you take
- 29:48Speaker 7: this down like people have seen me in that shirt
- 29:52Speaker 7: like they know that shirt can you just take down
- 29:54Speaker 7: this post did.
- 29:56Speaker 3: You hear the part where she said she made the
- 29:57Speaker 3: post on a second account Kind of like, similar to
- 30:00Speaker 3: what Pinkchoo did.
- 30:01Speaker 2: What an odd coincidence.
- 30:03Speaker 3: To quickly sum things up, Morgpie became friends with a
- 30:06Speaker 3: disgruntled ex-SuperMega employee named Layton, whose goal was to do
- 30:09Speaker 3: whatever he could to ruin their career. Morgpie's purpose was
- 30:13Speaker 3: to basically signal boost and give validity to all of
- 30:15Speaker 3: the provably false things that Layton was saying about SuperMega.
- 30:19Speaker 3: During this time, she also doxes the ex-girlfriend and current
- 30:22Speaker 3: girlfriend of one of the owners, and it seems like
- 30:24Speaker 3: the doxing was intentional to get back at him for
- 30:26Speaker 3: picking another girl over her. Again, these are very familiar circumstances.
- 30:30Speaker 15: So I was just talking about personal details being unnecessarily
- 30:34Speaker 15: mentioned and weaponized to make me look worse and unfortunately
- 30:39Speaker 15: more people have jumped on that bandwagon. One of those
- 30:42Speaker 15: people being Morgan, aka Morgpie. Morgan not only brought my
- 30:46Speaker 15: current girlfriend into the situation on stream without her consent,
- 30:49Speaker 15: she also name-dropped my girlfriend and revealed that we were
- 30:51Speaker 15: in a relationship, which was not public information. I'm very
- 30:54Speaker 15: private about my relationships, so this was a big blow.
- 30:57Speaker 15: Morgan also brought my ex-girlfriend into the picture without her
- 31:00Speaker 15: consent and has strongly hurt her because of this. She
- 31:03Speaker 15: lied about conversations with my ex-girlfriend. She wrongly stated that
- 31:06Speaker 15: I had been having a multiple month affair with my
- 31:08Speaker 15: current girlfriend while I was dating my ex-girlfriend. She also
- 31:11Speaker 15: lied about not knowing who my current girlfriend was because
- 31:15Speaker 15: she did know who that was and she used it
- 31:17Speaker 15: as a segue to name drop her. She also falsely
- 31:19Speaker 15: claimed that I was cheating on my current girlfriend, which
- 31:22Speaker 15: is not true. They are both being harassed viciously and
- 31:24Speaker 15: their personal lives are being used as weapons to make
- 31:27Speaker 15: me look worse. And I think that's completely unacceptable.
- 31:30Speaker 3: And by the way, even though the allegations were false,
- 31:33Speaker 3: they still succeeded. SuperMega took a huge hit and it
- 31:36Speaker 3: really hasn't been the same since. Even after SuperMega was
- 31:39Speaker 3: exonerated in the eyes of the public. So if you're
- 31:41Speaker 3: wondering why people do these tactics and coordinate these ops
- 31:44Speaker 3: on Discord and stuff, it's because they work. So where
- 31:47Speaker 3: am I going with all this? Well, PinkChu's official story
- 31:50Speaker 3: is that she thought her relationship with Tectone was all
- 31:52Speaker 3: consensual until after the breakup and after she confided in
- 31:55Speaker 3: a friend... who told her that actually she was being abused.
- 31:59Speaker 3: And yes, this sounds very much like I consented to
- 32:01Speaker 3: sex and then changed my mind later. It's like 2015
- 32:04Speaker 3: college feminist behavior. Anyway, my personal opinion is that the
- 32:08Speaker 3: friend who Pinkchoo talked to was Morgpie, which is why.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Her name randomly slips in the transcript.
- 32:13Speaker 3: And I think the actual reason that Pinkchoo is doing
- 32:15Speaker 3: all of this is because she's mad that Tectone broke
- 32:18Speaker 3: up with her, and she's mad that he is with
- 32:20Speaker 3: someone else after she clearly was still into him when
- 32:22Speaker 3: the relationship ended, based on texts that were shown in court.
- 32:25Speaker 3: And what I mean is that on page 113, after
- 32:28Speaker 3: the breakup, before she goes into the mental hospital, she's
- 32:31Speaker 3: talking about how much she loves him and says, I'm
- 32:34Speaker 3: sorry if I ever hurt you, I'm going to get
- 32:36Speaker 3: a full psych evaluation and get some real help. So
- 32:39Speaker 3: I've read certain parts of this transcript a lot of times,
- 32:42Speaker 3: particularly this part, and here it sounds like the actual
- 32:44Speaker 3: story is that she was having regular psychological breakdowns, he
- 32:48Speaker 3: got tired of putting up with it, so her going
- 32:50Speaker 3: to the mental hospital was like, no wait, I swear
- 32:52Speaker 3: I'll change. I would also guess that she was threatening
- 32:55Speaker 3: self-harm if he broke up with her, which is why
- 32:57Speaker 3: she's saying, I'm sorry if I ever hurt you, which again,
- 33:00Speaker 3: makes her look like the abuser because threatening self-harm is
- 33:02Speaker 3: emotional blackmail. Honestly, this visit to the mental hospital looks
- 33:06Speaker 3: like some sort of bargain to get him back after
- 33:08Speaker 3: the breakup, and I think the actual reason that Ping-Chu
- 33:11Speaker 3: acted out on social media is because she's pissed off
- 33:14Speaker 3: that Tectone moved on to somebody else. Based on the
- 33:16Speaker 3: information that I've shown, I don't think this is that
- 33:18Speaker 3: much of a stretch. Now, pay attention to who Ping-Chu's
- 33:21Speaker 3: friend Morgpie is friends with. Would it shock you if
- 33:24Speaker 3: I said that Hasan Piker is a friend of hers?
- 33:26Speaker 3: I don't know how every bad thing on social media
- 33:28Speaker 3: always relates back to this social circle, but it seems
- 33:31Speaker 3: to be the case.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Why is that important?
- 33:33Speaker 3: Well, Hasan Piker has this ongoing war with Asmongold, probably
- 33:37Speaker 3: because he's mad that Asmund is more famous than him.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Hasan likes to sit back and have his little lackeys
- 33:42Speaker 3: do all the dirty work for him. This is a
- 33:44Speaker 3: famous tactic of his, and he primarily works by not
- 33:46Speaker 3: directly saying that he has certain values. but he will
- 33:49Speaker 3: signal boost all the people who have the values that
- 33:51Speaker 3: he wants to promote by watching their content on his stream.
- 33:54Speaker 3: That being said, Tekton is friends with Asmongold, Hasan wants
- 33:57Speaker 3: to attack Asmongold in any way that he can, so
- 34:00Speaker 3: I think his lackeys came up with a plot to
- 34:01Speaker 3: destroy Tekton.
- 34:02Speaker 2: They do this a lot.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Recently, girl Hasan and promoter of incest, aka Denims, randomly
- 34:08Speaker 3: attacked Emiru for being friends with Asmongold and for not
- 34:11Speaker 3: talking about her politics, which was stupid and pointless.
- 34:14Speaker 5: Racist chud. Emmer is friends with Asmongold, Licari, Tectone, plus
- 34:18Speaker 5: she thinks Ethan Klein's lawsuits are justified.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Asmongold's a bad person.
- 34:21Speaker 12: Tectone is a bad person.
- 34:23Speaker 3: But going back to Tectone, seeing that Morgpie has already
- 34:26Speaker 3: been involved in conspiracy behavior against SuperMega, I don't think
- 34:30Speaker 3: it's that unreasonable to say that this tactic is being
- 34:32Speaker 3: repeated a lot. Ethan Klein being yet another example of
- 34:36Speaker 3: a person who Hasan's social circle has conspired against. So
- 34:39Speaker 3: basically the lackeys create the noise. And then Hassan does
- 34:42Speaker 3: stuff like signal boost false information about Tectone that was
- 34:45Speaker 3: said by Miskif.
- 34:46Speaker 12: Apparently Miskif sent like a court reporter to the court
- 34:50Speaker 12: to take notes in this process. Then he brought Hassanabi
- 34:54Speaker 12: saying like how when he shocked his dog. So apparently
- 34:59Speaker 12: he did a right wing pivot and he thought that
- 35:02Speaker 12: but Hassanabi, but Hassanabi bad would work in a court
- 35:07Speaker 12: of law. This is why I always say nobody grifts
- 35:09Speaker 12: to the left.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Sorry, that last line wasn't super relevant, but it was
- 35:12Speaker 3: so stupid that I had to include it. If you
- 35:15Speaker 3: read the court transcript, it was actually Pink Shoe's lawyer
- 35:17Speaker 3: who brings up that Hasan abuses animals, not Tectone. And
- 35:21Speaker 3: the reason it was brought up was because of a
- 35:23Speaker 3: retarded counter-argument that Pink Shoe's lawyer made about the allegations
- 35:26Speaker 3: against Tectone having no effect on how much hate he
- 35:28Speaker 3: gets because he brings up things like Hasan shocking his dog.
- 35:32Speaker 3: It was such a stupid part of the transcript because
- 35:34Speaker 3: Pink Shoe's lawyer is arguing that Pink's pretty direct allegations
- 35:37Speaker 3: against Tectone on Twitter... of one of the most horrific
- 35:39Speaker 3: crimes didn't really have an effect on how many threats
- 35:42Speaker 3: he gets because nobody could figure out that she was
- 35:44Speaker 3: talking about him despite numerous people in the comments saying
- 35:47Speaker 3: that it was Tectone. But when Tectone says any random
- 35:50Speaker 3: thing about OnlyFans, even when he's showing that he's referencing
- 35:52Speaker 3: a different person, it's an immediate threat to Pinkchoo's life.
- 35:56Speaker 3: So again, I think there's a bigger thing going on
- 35:58Speaker 3: here where a bunch of people are collaborating with Pinkchoo
- 36:00Speaker 3: to try to destroy Tectone, Morgpie being one of them.
- 36:04Speaker 3: By the way, these people are often stupid so they
- 36:06Speaker 3: leave tons of evidence lying around. Here's Mizkiff going on
- 36:09Speaker 3: a huge tirade during his Tectone video, where he's basically
- 36:12Speaker 3: blowing Hasan and the rest of the LA streamer scene.
- 36:15Speaker 1: You attacked Hasan for months, years now, shitting on Hasan,
- 36:19Speaker 1: farming so much hate on the guy, acting like he's
- 36:21Speaker 1: a problem. You're farming hate on Hasan Piker all fucking day?
- 36:25Speaker 8: Frogan?
- 36:26Speaker 1: People that are doing shit? You attacked Pokimane, Cutie Cinderella.
- 36:30Speaker 3: I don't think it's that much of a stretch to
- 36:31Speaker 3: say that these people are talking, especially considering they live
- 36:34Speaker 3: in the same area. I mean, Miskiff flat out admits
- 36:37Speaker 3: to talking to Pink Shoe, but you know, not out
- 36:39Speaker 3: of concern for her well-being, but to point out that
- 36:41Speaker 3: she didn't think it was weird when he shook her
- 36:43Speaker 3: hand for too long that one time.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Then me and his ex-girlfriend started to talk, and I'm like, what?
- 36:48Speaker 1: And she's like, yeah, I never ever said that in
- 36:49Speaker 1: my fucking life. Why the fuck would I care about that? Like,
- 36:52Speaker 1: I did not shake her hand a long time.
- 36:54Speaker 3: You can watch Miskiff for about 60 seconds and easily
- 36:57Speaker 3: see that this guy only cares about himself. Personally, I
- 37:00Speaker 3: think all of this drama farming for him... is just
- 37:03Speaker 3: to make people not pay attention to his ex-girlfriend Emiru's allegations,
- 37:06Speaker 3: saying that he was pretty abusive.
- 37:08Speaker 7: After all of that rough stuff happened was when the
- 37:12Speaker 7: other domestic abuse stuff really started. He would destroy furniture
- 37:17Speaker 7: in front of me. He would throw things in front
- 37:21Speaker 7: of me and near me. Troy Walls, again, you can
- 37:24Speaker 7: go see this in some of his VODs in his bedroom,
- 37:27Speaker 7: the holes in the wall. There would be times where
- 37:29Speaker 7: he was upset at me and I would go to
- 37:32Speaker 7: my stream room and literally lock myself in to get
- 37:35Speaker 7: away from him. And he would be banging on the
- 37:37Speaker 7: door and screaming at me. At the time, he also
- 37:40Speaker 7: would more often do things like, like if we were
- 37:42Speaker 7: driving in the car together, he would be going like
- 37:44Speaker 7: 150 miles an hour. And like one time he even
- 37:48Speaker 7: said like, well, now we're both going to die. Like,
- 37:51Speaker 7: threatening to kill both of us?
- 37:53Speaker 2: Interesting story.
- 37:54Speaker 3: So we have Miskiff talking to Pink Shoe. Well, of
- 37:56Speaker 3: course he was talking to Pink Shoe because he couldn't
- 37:58Speaker 3: have known about the court date and where to send
- 38:00Speaker 3: his court reporter to take a bunch of factually inaccurate notes.
- 38:03Speaker 3: In fact, this idiot friend of Miskiff's who goes by
- 38:06Speaker 3: Axiom publicly admits to being invited to the court by
- 38:09Speaker 3: Pink Shoe.
- 38:09Speaker 18: He knows me.
- 38:10Speaker 4: I think he tried to get me kicked out or something.
- 38:13Speaker 4: I can only assume.
- 38:14Speaker 2: That's not for sure. Because the bailiff came over and
- 38:17Speaker 2: asked me, are you here for her?
- 38:19Speaker 10: And she was like, yeah.
- 38:20Speaker 2: And I was like, yeah.
- 38:22Speaker 10: Did Pink know?
- 38:22Speaker 2: I said, yeah, she signed me.
- 38:23Speaker 15: Up to be there.
- 38:24Speaker 3: What an idiot to have admitted that. So now we
- 38:26Speaker 3: know that Miskif and Axion's involvement was directly approved by Pinkchoo,
- 38:30Speaker 3: which is interesting because it seems to be the case
- 38:32Speaker 3: that Miskif has gone on a full-on disinformation campaign against Tectone,
- 38:36Speaker 3: where he spreads numerous lies that are easy to disprove
- 38:39Speaker 3: if you just look at the court transcript. So now
- 38:42Speaker 3: I believe this chick even less. If she was being honest,
- 38:45Speaker 3: then she wouldn't have to side with people who constantly
- 38:47Speaker 3: make statements of fact that are easy to verify as false.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Here's another stupid one that Miskiff said.
- 38:52Speaker 1: And has to pay all of her attorney fees, which
- 38:54Speaker 1: is hundreds of thousands of dollars. It's not a small price.
- 38:58Speaker 3: Miskiff, if this is how factually accurate you are in
- 39:00Speaker 3: reporting the story, then you should go work for CNN.
- 39:03Speaker 3: The fees were around $ 15, 000. It's said out loud in
- 39:06Speaker 3: the courtroom, so his friend would have heard it. And,
- 39:09Speaker 3: you know, you think a guy like Miskif, who has
- 39:11Speaker 3: his own allegations of abuse and is saying they aren't true,
- 39:14Speaker 3: would be more careful to accurately report information, especially considering
- 39:18Speaker 3: that this stuff is so easy to look up. Anyway,
- 39:20Speaker 3: Miskif also graciously leaked his own DMs showing that he
- 39:23Speaker 3: was talking to Mike from PA, another Hassan orbiter, who
- 39:26Speaker 3: went on to repeat other bombastic things about Tectone.
- 39:29Speaker 10: So there you have it. it, chat.
- 39:30Speaker 11: Tectone is a racist.
- 39:32Speaker 2: He is a stalker. He's a danger to the community.
- 39:35Speaker 11: And he should absolutely 100% be permanently banned from Twitch.
- 39:39Speaker 11: And can someone explain to me why he's not been
- 39:41Speaker 11: permanently banned from Twitch?
- 39:42Speaker 3: That is real crazy coming from a guy who was
- 39:44Speaker 3: trying to get one of his viewers to assassinate a
- 39:46Speaker 3: YouTuber he didn't like. Or was him simping over the
- 39:49Speaker 3: $ 5 a month girl the more egregious offense? And last,
- 39:52Speaker 3: as far as I've been able to find, I think
- 39:53Speaker 3: Denim's is a part of this as well, because she
- 39:55Speaker 3: was openly saying that it was Tectone being accused of
- 39:58Speaker 3: sexual assault before that was public. So personally, in my opinion,
- 40:01Speaker 3: I think this whole situation was not because Pink Chew
- 40:04Speaker 3: was afraid of Tectone. I think it was a coordinated
- 40:06Speaker 3: effort by people who hate Tectone to try to ruin
- 40:09Speaker 3: his career. I mean, also, she has no proof that
- 40:11Speaker 3: he's abusive outside of her saying he is. And let
- 40:13Speaker 3: me elaborate on what I'm talking about. When Emiro accused
- 40:16Speaker 3: Miskif of being abusive, she brought receipts. She had Discord
- 40:20Speaker 3: messages and then like a million schizo texts that he
- 40:22Speaker 3: sent her after the breakup. Now I'm more likely to
- 40:24Speaker 3: believe what she says because she can show documented behavior
- 40:27Speaker 3: that supports her accusations. As for Tectone, the only time
- 40:31Speaker 3: he mentions Pinkchoo is after she accuses him of abuse
- 40:35Speaker 3: and what's really going on here is that she made
- 40:37Speaker 3: an allegation with no corroborating evidence Tectone says, that's not true,
- 40:41Speaker 3: and now he's getting legally punished for it. It's actually
- 40:43Speaker 3: disturbing how often these types of situations happen. I mentioned
- 40:47Speaker 3: recently that Turkey Tom was falsely accused by an ex-girlfriend
- 40:50Speaker 3: of his in a situation that is strikingly similar to Tectone's,
- 40:53Speaker 3: where four days after the breakup, she goes on to
- 40:55Speaker 3: Kiwi Farms to accuse him of physical abuse, filming without consent,
- 40:59Speaker 3: and engaging in weird fetishes.
- 41:01Speaker 18: Recently, I've been accused by an ex-girlfriend, along with an ex-partner,
- 41:04Speaker 18: of non-consensually filming sexual encounters, being so rough and inconsiderate
- 41:08Speaker 18: during sexual encounters that it bordered on assault, encouraging eating disorders,
- 41:12Speaker 18: being into age play, along with a litany of other
- 41:14Speaker 18: completely baseless, false accusations.
- 41:17Speaker 3: The reality was that his ex-girlfriend Rowan was actively consenting
- 41:21Speaker 3: to everything, including being filmed, she had a bunch of
- 41:24Speaker 3: creepy fetishes, And she was trying to push Tom into
- 41:26Speaker 3: behavior that he didn't want to engage with.
- 41:28Speaker 8: He never asked me. He would just pull out his
- 41:31Speaker 8: phone and record.
- 41:33Speaker 7: I wouldn't notice until maybe 30 seconds in a minute
- 41:36Speaker 7: or a minute into it.
- 41:37Speaker 18: Now, I obviously can't and would never show these videos
- 41:40Speaker 18: to anyone. But in them, it's undeniable that she is
- 41:43Speaker 18: staring directly into the camera from the moment the video starts.
- 41:46Speaker 18: Because the reality is that every single time we recorded,
- 41:49Speaker 18: I had explicit permission. Rowan texts me saying, quote, rape
- 41:53Speaker 18: thing is so hot. My response to this is, consensual
- 41:57Speaker 18: sex is good.
- 41:58Speaker 3: It's funny, because Tom sends texts like the FBI is watching.
- 42:01Speaker 3: I just want to make sure that we've established that
- 42:03Speaker 3: this is all consensual, okay? Somebody knew this was coming.
- 42:07Speaker 18: In the interview, it stated that our breakup took place
- 42:09Speaker 18: in December, and that after that, she realized how bad
- 42:11Speaker 18: it was, and she felt the need to contact Katie,
- 42:14Speaker 18: who we're going to get into later.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Gee, where have I heard that one before? If you
- 42:18Speaker 3: watch Tom's video on the false allegations against him, It's
- 42:21Speaker 3: an incredibly similar story to Tectone's, except I think Tom
- 42:24Speaker 3: is a little bit more conscientious about this stuff, and
- 42:26Speaker 3: so he made sure to have evidence of his ex
- 42:28Speaker 3: openly saying that she would blackmail him if they didn't
- 42:31Speaker 3: get back together.
- 42:31Speaker 18: Immediately after I told Rowan that I wanted to break
- 42:34Speaker 18: up with her, she began threatening to post about me online.
- 42:36Speaker 18: I'm gonna make it hard for you to ever.
- 42:40Speaker 14: Be in a relationship.
- 42:41Speaker 18: Okay, Rowan, I just want to move on and have
- 42:44Speaker 18: my life, and you'll move on and have your life, and...
- 42:49Speaker 18: We can be in our own corners. We don't have
- 42:51Speaker 18: to do damage to each other.
- 42:52Speaker 8: Like, do you think we'll ever be able to see
- 42:55Speaker 8: each other?
- 42:56Speaker 18: After the way these conversations have gone today, I really
- 42:58Speaker 18: don't think so.
- 43:00Speaker 5: Why?
- 43:00Speaker 18: Um, because you're, like, threatening to blackmail me.
- 43:04Speaker 6: I'm not. Well, if you don't come see me, then
- 43:08Speaker 6: I will.
- 43:08Speaker 3: You know what's great about all this? Despite that Tom
- 43:10Speaker 3: has her recorded saying that she will blackmail him, there
- 43:13Speaker 3: really isn't much remedy you can get against someone for
- 43:15Speaker 3: false allegations unless you sue them for defamation. which is
- 43:19Speaker 3: expensive and hard to prove, and it's why people feel
- 43:22Speaker 3: safe in falsely accusing somebody. And then asshats like Hasan
- 43:25Speaker 3: will boost the false allegations without critical thought or saying
- 43:28Speaker 3: where's the evidence.
- 43:29Speaker 12: By the way, one of your OG slop tuber ops,
- 43:31Speaker 12: Turkey Tom, also caught a sexual assault allegation where he
- 43:35Speaker 12: physically abused two of his exes. This didn't even reach
- 43:38Speaker 12: your radar because he's laying low. No, it didn't reach
- 43:40Speaker 12: my radar because I have so many fucking ops that
- 43:43Speaker 12: have done like sexual assault. that I don't even know
- 43:46Speaker 12: who the fuck this one is. But that's crazy.
- 43:49Speaker 3: There he is, just agreeing with and validating the allegation
- 43:52Speaker 3: with no pushback, despite knowing nothing about it. Luckily, Tom
- 43:55Speaker 3: knew the exact way to humiliate his ex for blackmailing
- 43:58Speaker 3: him and how to prove his innocence. But for average people,
- 44:01Speaker 3: this can be life-destroying, and there's not really much you
- 44:03Speaker 3: can do about it. Anyway, let's go to the court decision.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Like everyone else, I already knew the results before I
- 44:08Speaker 3: read this transcript, and I was still shocked to see this.
- 44:11Speaker 3: Based on the testimony and the evidence that's been provided
- 44:13Speaker 3: to the court, The court does find that there are
- 44:16Speaker 3: reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant is the victim
- 44:18Speaker 3: of sexual assault. The court makes the additional finding that
- 44:21Speaker 3: there are reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant is
- 44:23Speaker 3: the victim of stalking and will grant a 10-year protective order.
- 44:27Speaker 3: The court means the judge, by the way. The judge
- 44:29Speaker 3: made this decision. Just to make it clear that this
- 44:31Speaker 3: was not a trial by jury. Some additional things. Tecton
- 44:35Speaker 3: has to pay $ 15, 000 in lawyer fees to Pinkchoo. He
- 44:38Speaker 3: can't go anywhere near her. Who cares about that? He
- 44:40Speaker 3: obviously doesn't want to go near her. He has lost
- 44:42Speaker 3: his right to own a firearm for 10 years, which
- 44:45Speaker 3: is nuts considering she didn't really have any evidence that
- 44:47Speaker 3: Tectone was dangerous. And he's not allowed to talk about her,
- 44:50Speaker 3: which again, is also ridiculous, not because he can't say
- 44:53Speaker 3: the name Pinkchoo for 10 years, but because of the
- 44:56Speaker 3: criteria they considered to be a conversation about Pinkchoo. As in,
- 45:00Speaker 3: if Tectone ever talks about OnlyFans in a negative light,
- 45:02Speaker 3: is he liable for criminal charges?
- 45:04Speaker 2: This is insane.
- 45:06Speaker 3: Knowing nothing going in, I don't think any reasonable person
- 45:08Speaker 3: would have agreed with the judge here. So I started
- 45:11Speaker 3: researching on who this person is. Judge Dimple Malhotra. If
- 45:14Speaker 3: you go to her website, it basically describes her as
- 45:17Speaker 3: an activist who started out by working in San Francisco, California.
- 45:21Speaker 3: Remember how I said that Austin is the California of Texas?
- 45:24Speaker 2: Also this.
- 45:25Speaker 8: It is so incredibly important that we celebrate and embrace diversity.
- 45:29Speaker 8: And I think it's just so important for even for
- 45:32Speaker 8: this courtroom community. When people walk into this courtroom and
- 45:35Speaker 8: they're from different ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, to be
- 45:43Speaker 8: able to walk in and see someone who looks like me,
- 45:46Speaker 8: I think provides a certain level of comfort to them.
- 45:49Speaker 3: An immigrant who grew up in the U.S. with a
- 45:51Speaker 3: family environment deeply rooted in Indian culture, Judge Dimple Malhotra
- 45:55Speaker 3: is the first and only person of South Asian descent
- 45:58Speaker 3: elected to a judicial seat in Travis County history.
- 46:01Speaker 2: Oh, great.
- 46:01Speaker 3: So she's one of those people where we have to
- 46:03Speaker 3: focus on their race instead of their qualifications.
- 46:05Speaker 8: You know, oftentimes I think, especially for me being an immigrant,
- 46:10Speaker 8: being a woman, being a woman of color.
- 46:12Speaker 3: Basically, I'm saying the judge is woke. Now, there were
- 46:15Speaker 3: a bunch of arguments made by Pinkchew's lawyer that didn't
- 46:17Speaker 3: really make sense to me. I mean, the ones where
- 46:19Speaker 3: she brings up Tectone talking about anti-white racism. What does
- 46:22Speaker 3: that have to do with this case? What does it
- 46:25Speaker 3: have to do with Pinkchew? Why did Pinchu bring up
- 46:27Speaker 3: that she's half Mexican? Why are they making arguments that
- 46:30Speaker 3: are irrelevant and would clearly make a judge who ran
- 46:32Speaker 3: as a Democrat think that Tectone is a racist? Keep
- 46:35Speaker 3: in mind that this court case is occurring on January
- 46:38Speaker 3: 23rd of 2026, which is during a bunch of anti-ICE
- 46:41Speaker 3: riots and after Rene Good died. These are very politically
- 46:44Speaker 3: polarized things to bring up that I think aren't relevant
- 46:47Speaker 3: to Tectone's case. I'm guessing that maybe Pinchu's lawyer did
- 46:50Speaker 3: some research on the judge, and maybe this is why
- 46:52Speaker 3: Judge Malhotra didn't notice things like Pink 2's lawyer victim-blaming
- 46:56Speaker 3: Tectone for his abuse as a child in her opening statements,
- 46:59Speaker 3: something that was immediately noticeable to me. I mean, this
- 47:03Speaker 3: statement right here very much makes it seem like Pink
- 47:05Speaker 3: 2 was trying to use shame to force Tectone into
- 47:07Speaker 3: sex acts that he was uncomfortable with because of his
- 47:10Speaker 3: childhood trauma. Wouldn't it be ironic if that were the case?
- 47:13Speaker 19: Because you spent your career doing domestic violence cases, and
- 47:18Speaker 19: you have a background, some might think that it would
- 47:21Speaker 19: be hard for you to be impartial as the judge.
- 47:24Speaker 19: So how do you maintain your impartiality?
- 47:26Speaker 8: As a prosecutor, I took an oath to seek justice,
- 47:29Speaker 8: not conviction. And so people have to remember that. And
- 47:34Speaker 8: not to say that there aren't prosecutors in the world
- 47:36Speaker 8: who are doing the wrong thing. Unfortunately, with every profession,
- 47:40Speaker 8: you have people who really shouldn't be in that profession,
- 47:43Speaker 8: who are there for the wrong reason. I took an
- 47:45Speaker 8: oath as a judge to be fair and impartial. And
- 47:49Speaker 8: that is also important. incredibly important. People walking into your
- 47:53Speaker 8: courtroom deserve your impartiality and to listen to their side
- 47:57Speaker 8: of the story.
- 47:58Speaker 3: That was hard to listen to considering her decision on
- 48:01Speaker 3: Tectone's case. How do you stay impartial?
- 48:03Speaker 2: That's easy.
- 48:04Speaker 3: The answer is she doesn't. Now, this does seem like
- 48:07Speaker 3: a random question to ask. So why was it brought up? Well,
- 48:10Speaker 3: the answer to that, I think, is a much bigger
- 48:12Speaker 3: issue than the diversity stuff from earlier. The answer, I think,
- 48:15Speaker 3: is a massive conflict of interest. I believe she was
- 48:18Speaker 3: asked that question because a few years prior to this interview,
- 48:21Speaker 3: there was an article written on her about how a
- 48:23Speaker 3: lawyer got her taken off his case because of her
- 48:25Speaker 3: domestic violence activism. Now, I think that trying to stop
- 48:28Speaker 3: domestic violence is great. However, I also agree with the
- 48:31Speaker 3: defense attorney, Steve Brand, who says that her activism makes
- 48:34Speaker 3: her biased towards alleged victims and there's no way he
- 48:37Speaker 3: could win a case with her as a judge. He
- 48:39Speaker 3: also kind of recommends that every defense lawyer should be
- 48:41Speaker 3: filing a motion to remove her from their case. And personally,
- 48:45Speaker 3: after reading the transcript of Tectone's hearing, I agree. And
- 48:48Speaker 3: in my armchair internet lawyer opinion with 20-20 hindsight, Tectone's
- 48:52Speaker 3: lawyer should have gotten Judge Dimple removed and gone with
- 48:54Speaker 3: somebody else. I'm curious how many other people like Tectone
- 48:57Speaker 3: she's done this to where the accuser has no corroborating
- 49:00Speaker 3: evidence mixed in with strong counter evidence against her story.
- 49:03Speaker 8: A lot of people don't know that there's a huge
- 49:06Speaker 8: intersection between gun violence and domestic violence. All the studies
- 49:11Speaker 8: that have been done show us that over half of
- 49:14Speaker 8: the cases where there have been mass shootings, the mass
- 49:17Speaker 8: shooter has had a history of domestic violence.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Did I hear that correctly?
- 49:21Speaker 3: Is this why Tectone has to be treated like a
- 49:23Speaker 3: felon for something that, after reading the transcript, I don't
- 49:26Speaker 3: think he did? It looks like she's on some sort
- 49:28Speaker 3: of anti-gun crusade, which is why she took his access
- 49:30Speaker 3: to firearms away for a decade. For a decade when
- 49:33Speaker 3: he's a streamer. which puts his life in danger. Has
- 49:36Speaker 3: she ever heard of the phrase correlation does not equal causation?
- 49:40Speaker 3: What evidence do you have that Tectone's going to crash
- 49:42Speaker 3: out and become like a mass shooter or something? Is
- 49:45Speaker 3: this why Pinkchoo's lawyer tried to associate him with white supremacy?
- 49:48Speaker 3: Is it also why Pinkchoo's lawyer, immorally in my opinion,
- 49:51Speaker 3: pretended to be a medical expert on schizophrenia to frame
- 49:54Speaker 3: Tectone as an unmedicated psycho who could break any time?
- 49:57Speaker 3: By the way, Tatone got re-diagnosed and he doesn't have schizophrenia.
- 50:02Speaker 4: I went to a psychiatrist yesterday. Guys, I'm not schizophrenic.
- 50:05Speaker 17: The psychiatrist believes the reason why I see things that
- 50:09Speaker 17: aren't there, mainly, well, at night, is due to the
- 50:12Speaker 17: fact that I got stabbed in my left eye and
- 50:16Speaker 17: my right eye is normal. And so they believe that
- 50:20Speaker 17: my eyeballs are causing me to temporarily hallucinate things that
- 50:23Speaker 17: aren't there because they're not signaling my brain properly. And
- 50:27Speaker 17: what they believe that I have is anxiety with bad
- 50:31Speaker 17: vision as well as unresolved childhood trauma. And so I
- 50:34Speaker 17: was going to actually try to get medicated. They said
- 50:37Speaker 17: I do not require medication.
- 50:39Speaker 3: You have to read the transcript to get to the
- 50:40Speaker 3: level of fuck these people that I'm at. Basically, what's
- 50:43Speaker 3: happened here is that to a judge who appears to
- 50:45Speaker 3: be in favor of DEI and appears to be anti-gun,
- 50:49Speaker 3: Pink Shoe's lawyer framed Tectone as a violent, unmedicated, schizophrenic neo-Nazi.
- 50:53Speaker 3: Tectone is also bald, so he might as well be
- 50:55Speaker 3: seen as a skinhead, too. No wonder this trial ended
- 50:58Speaker 3: the way it did. This is so messed up, and
- 51:00Speaker 3: I don't just think this is a violation of the
- 51:02Speaker 3: First and the Second Amendment, but also a violation of
- 51:05Speaker 3: the Eighth Amendment against cruel and unusual punishment. It's also
- 51:08Speaker 3: clear to me, in my opinion, based on the evidence
- 51:10Speaker 3: that I've shown, that a big part of the reason
- 51:12Speaker 3: that Pinkchoo filed for this protective order is to avoid
- 51:15Speaker 3: a defamation lawsuit. Maybe Tectone's biggest mistake here was being
- 51:18Speaker 3: openly arrogant around all this during his livestreams, but it's
- 51:21Speaker 3: hard to blame him because who in the hell would
- 51:23Speaker 3: have thought that he would have lost this case based
- 51:25Speaker 3: on the evidence in the court transcripts? And you know
- 51:28Speaker 3: what the real messed up thing is? Well, I said
- 51:30Speaker 3: it already. Pink Shoe most likely will not receive any
- 51:33Speaker 3: consequences for this, and Tectone will probably not be able
- 51:36Speaker 3: to win an appeal because of how appeals court works.
- 51:39Speaker 3: The sad truth is that there is very little recourse
- 51:41Speaker 3: for victims of false allegations, and if Pink Shoe were
- 51:44Speaker 3: found to be lying, which, in my opinion, she was,
- 51:46Speaker 3: there's basically nothing that you can do outside of suing
- 51:49Speaker 3: for defamation, which is incredibly expensive, Hard to prove, and
- 51:53Speaker 3: Tectone likely would not win a defamation case because the
- 51:55Speaker 3: order of protection was granted. Well, if he's even allowed
- 51:58Speaker 3: to file a lawsuit like that at this point. On
- 52:00Speaker 3: top of that, this horrendous court decision will give protection
- 52:03Speaker 3: to people such as Hasan Piker, Denims, Mike from PA,
- 52:07Speaker 3: and Miskif when they call Tectone an abuser. and when
- 52:09Speaker 3: they repeatedly lie about the facts of the case.
- 52:12Speaker 11: There was also, and this is confirmed, he had recordings
- 52:16Speaker 11: of some of the sexual assaults and his victim in
- 52:20Speaker 11: sexually compromising positions and was ordered to delete all of
- 52:24Speaker 11: them or else he was going to prison that day.
- 52:27Speaker 11: The judge said, if you don't delete them right now,
- 52:30Speaker 11: I'm going to put you in prison myself.
- 52:31Speaker 2: This is yet another lie. This did not happen.
- 52:34Speaker 3: All the judge said was to not share explicit content
- 52:37Speaker 3: of Pink Shoe that was privately filmed. As for Tectone,
- 52:39Speaker 3: on his return to live streaming after a long break,
- 52:42Speaker 3: he stated that he wants to respect the court's decision
- 52:45Speaker 3: and move on.
- 52:46Speaker 4: I lost the civil case. I did.
- 52:48Speaker 17: But I do genuinely want to respect the court's decision.
- 52:52Speaker 17: I believe even though I lost the case, I do
- 52:55Speaker 17: believe that this still gets me to where I want
- 52:59Speaker 17: to go, which is for all parties to simply move on.
- 53:04Speaker 17: That's pretty much all I want is for everybody to
- 53:07Speaker 17: go their separate ways. to be able to move on
- 53:10Speaker 17: and find solace and peace in their life.
- 53:13Speaker 8: Genuinely.
- 53:14Speaker 2: That's a very kind way to put it. I'd be
- 53:16Speaker 2: a lot more mad.
- 53:17Speaker 3: I mean, I was furious at the court's decision after
- 53:19Speaker 3: doing the research, and this isn't even my life. But
- 53:22Speaker 3: in times like this, I think we can look back
- 53:24Speaker 3: on the words of wisdom from Keemstar about it being
- 53:27Speaker 3: a stupid idea to date a chick who does OnlyFans. Anyway,
- 53:30Speaker 3: thanks for watching, follow me on Twitter, and I'll see
- 53:32Speaker 3: you in the next video.
