- 0:24Well, hey guys, good evening, it is John
- 0:28C.
- 0:28Morley here, serial entrepreneur.
- 0:30It's great to be with you on the
- 0:31Inspirations for Your Life show.
- 0:32Thanks so much for popping in.
- 0:34If this is your very first time, a
- 0:36big warm welcome to you.
- 0:37If you're coming back, of course, welcome back.
- 0:39Thanks so much for joining me.
- 0:41It's Sunday night.
- 0:42It's March 1st.
- 0:43It is a first, but that's not the
- 0:45start of our new week.
- 0:46Our week starts on Saturday and ends on
- 0:48Friday.
- 0:49So, yeah, that's what's happening there.
- 0:51So we're on a first, but we're actually
- 0:54on day two of our master topic.
- 0:56We'll get to that in just a minute.
- 0:57If you guys definitely have been here before,
- 1:00I hope you will check out BelieveMeAchieve.com
- 1:05for of course, more of my amazing, inspiring
- 1:08creations.
- 1:09Now you know, you can actually watch this
- 1:12show and listen to it.
- 1:13I don't know if you know this, 24
- 1:14hours a day that you can watch the
- 1:18show.
- 1:18Yeah.
- 1:19Not now, obviously, don't do that now, but
- 1:21I hope you will definitely decide to do
- 1:25this different times.
- 1:25It might be easier for you, whatever works
- 1:28best.
- 1:30I hope that you will think about this
- 1:32in a very unique way because it definitely
- 1:35will help you become a better version of
- 1:38yourself.
- 1:40And so that's why I'm here.
- 1:42And I know that a lot of people
- 1:44out there say to me, oh, John, you
- 1:46know, I've done this stuff before.
- 1:48I get it.
- 1:49What I do is I bring some very
- 1:52unique enlightenment to the table, maybe helping you
- 1:56see something in a different way.
- 1:58Oh, and by the way, guys, if for
- 2:00any reason you're hungry or you're thirsty, feel
- 2:05free to go grab something in the kitchen
- 2:06and come on back.
- 2:07Whether that's water, whether that's a snack or
- 2:10whether that's fruit or whatever else that is,
- 2:13feel free to go grab that and come
- 2:15on back.
- 2:16So every single week, guys, I have a
- 2:19master topic that starts on Saturday and it
- 2:21ends on basically Friday.
- 2:24And every day we have granular topics in
- 2:27case you guys did not know that.
- 2:32So pretty interesting, right?
- 2:38I think it's interesting because a lot of
- 2:40people don't necessarily understand what goes on or
- 2:46how things transform.
- 2:49I think that happens because people get a
- 2:51little bit, how can I say, people get
- 2:53a little bit crazy.
- 2:55And, you know, that's an important thing to
- 2:59realize is that people sometimes, you know, they
- 3:03get well, they get stressed.
- 3:05Right.
- 3:06And so by getting stress, I think sometimes
- 3:12that can be, again, a challenge.
- 3:16For a lot of people.
- 3:19And so I say a lot of people
- 3:20because, you know, you're trying to do something
- 3:22right.
- 3:23But then for whatever reason, things are not
- 3:25going maybe the way you want it to.
- 3:28And so what I want to tell you
- 3:30is that this show gives you some great
- 3:34insights about how you can change the world
- 3:38around you.
- 3:39But, you know, it actually starts with you.
- 3:41I don't know if you know that it
- 3:42starts with you.
- 3:43You are the catalyst.
- 3:44You're the one that makes these changes and
- 3:47you can do this every single day in
- 3:49your life.
- 3:49But you have to make these changes yourself.
- 3:53That is probably the most important thing that
- 3:57I want to tell you is that you
- 4:00need to basically make these changes, because if
- 4:05you decide to make these changes, guys, life
- 4:08is going to be so much more, so
- 4:12much more inviting.
- 4:13And I want to let you know that
- 4:18it's important to do.
- 4:22And so, you know, just thinking about this
- 4:25and what this means and how that can
- 4:30change your life.
- 4:34So I want to tell you something.
- 4:36And what I want to tell you is
- 4:37that all of you have the potential to
- 4:40grow your lives.
- 4:42OK, all of you, not just one of
- 4:43you.
- 4:44I mean, every single one of you.
- 4:46So that's why I have this show on
- 4:47every single day.
- 4:48Right.
- 4:50And so I know what a lot of
- 4:54you are saying and probably saying, you know,
- 4:57this isn't going to work for me.
- 4:59Well, your belief is the main important thing,
- 5:01guys.
- 5:01That's the most thing your belief is the
- 5:02most important thing.
- 5:03So what I further do, guys, I want
- 5:04to go ahead and kick this show off.
- 5:07Yep.
- 5:07This is Inspirations for Your Life.
- 5:10This is series five, which means we're on
- 5:12the air over four years.
- 5:14So this is our fifth year.
- 5:16We're going into like our we're starting our
- 5:17third month, which is kind of amazing.
- 5:19In 2026, our fifth year, show 10, episode
- 5:23number two.
- 5:24And the master topic of the week is
- 5:25own your choices, clarity, courage and calmness.
- 5:32And, you know, I think that's an important
- 5:34thing to to realize.
- 5:37But I want to tell you that these
- 5:40choices come from within you.
- 5:43OK, that's where they that's where they come
- 5:46from.
- 5:46They don't come from anywhere else.
- 5:48They come from within you.
- 5:50And so you have to make these choices
- 5:52as a person that wants these choices in
- 5:57their lives.
- 5:57That is probably the most important thing that
- 6:00I can tell you.
- 6:01And when you own these choices, your life
- 6:05basically unfolds around you.
- 6:09Yeah, your life unfolds around you.
- 6:12And that's a that's a pretty cool thing,
- 6:16if I do say so myself.
- 6:18It's a very cool thing, because when you've
- 6:21done this, you'll realize that there is a
- 6:24lot that you can do.
- 6:27And the reason I say that to you
- 6:30guys is because so many people get stuck
- 6:32when they get stuck, they get stuck in
- 6:34the weeds.
- 6:35Yeah, they get stuck in the weeds.
- 6:38And that might sound like something that's kind
- 6:40of crazy.
- 6:41But I want to tell you, it's not
- 6:43crazy.
- 6:44It's actually the truth.
- 6:47And as I say to you, the truth
- 6:49will set you free.
- 6:54And so the more that we become aware
- 6:57of different things in our lives, the more
- 7:00that we can, how can I say, entertain
- 7:03these things, the more that we can understand
- 7:07what's going on or why things are going
- 7:09on or why they're not.
- 7:11But I think having an awareness of something
- 7:13is probably the biggest thing I can tell
- 7:15you.
- 7:15If you have an awareness, then you can
- 7:19make a lot of differences in your life.
- 7:21But a lot of people get stuck immediately.
- 7:25And I think that's a problem for some
- 7:27people because they want everything today.
- 7:30Right.
- 7:31And that's a very important thing to understand
- 7:37is how do we do these things?
- 7:39How do we not do these things?
- 7:41And I think that comes down to, I
- 7:44guess, another question, a question that maybe a
- 7:47lot of us don't necessarily answer.
- 7:50And that question is, how do we make
- 7:51these changes in our life?
- 7:53And we can make these changes in our
- 7:55life very easily.
- 7:56But again, it's not like it's going to
- 8:00happen overnight.
- 8:00So I want to be I want to
- 8:02try to be as clear with you guys
- 8:04as possible about that, that it won't happen
- 8:07overnight, but it will happen.
- 8:09That's the thing I want to tell you.
- 8:10It will happen, but you've got to be
- 8:13persistent.
- 8:15OK, and that's a that's a key that's
- 8:19a key thing for us to understand.
- 8:20So let's let's dive into the show because
- 8:22I got a lot to share with you.
- 8:23OK, we're talking about owning your choices, clarity,
- 8:27courage and calmness.
- 8:29The daily focus for Sunday is self-control
- 8:32and boundaries.
- 8:33Now, boundaries get us in a lot of
- 8:34trouble, whether it's personal relationships, whether it's business,
- 8:37whether it's volunteering.
- 8:39By the way, I'm John Seymour, a serial
- 8:41entrepreneur.
- 8:42I'm an engineer, I'm a marketing specialist, I'm
- 8:43a video producer.
- 8:44Podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student and
- 8:48a passionate lifelong learner.
- 8:49And pretty soon, guys, you're going to be
- 8:51going to be, yes, a published author.
- 8:54And I am looking very forward to that
- 8:58day.
- 9:02So very interesting, you know, that that's happened.
- 9:06And it's going to happen, I should say,
- 9:08very, very soon.
- 9:08So today we're diving into the power of
- 9:14self-control and boundaries, how mastering them amplifies
- 9:19your energy focus and personal authority.
- 9:22You know, some people say to me, John,
- 9:23you know, when you have boundaries, it takes
- 9:25away.
- 9:25No, it doesn't.
- 9:28It actually gets you to become more free
- 9:32because you have a little bit of structure.
- 9:34Okay, so this is series five, show 10,
- 9:38episode number two.
- 9:39Self-control protects focus and the energy.
- 9:44When you resist instant gratification, your mind stays
- 9:47sharp for what truly matters.
- 9:49It's like you focus in on what is
- 9:52important to you, even if people try to
- 9:55lead you off your path, because that's going
- 9:56to happen, guys, I'll be honest with you.
- 9:58Boundaries prevent external hijacking, protecting your time and
- 10:01space keeps you aligned with goals.
- 10:04That's an important one, real important one.
- 10:06Saying no, I've said this in the past,
- 10:08preserves your momentum.
- 10:10It allows you to say yes to you.
- 10:11Every no to wish distraction is a yes
- 10:13to your purpose.
- 10:15And it's important, guys, that we avoid forbidden
- 10:17shortcuts that compromise growth.
- 10:20True progress is built.
- 10:21It's not borrow, it's built.
- 10:28That's an important thing to realize.
- 10:34It's something that you may be a little
- 10:38bit scared about, but growth is uncomfortable.
- 10:43So true progress is built, it's not borrowed.
- 10:45Discipline turns wins into lasting habits.
- 10:48Small victories become compounding achievements.
- 10:54Clear limits reduce stress and fatigue.
- 10:58Knowing your rules keeps your energy from leaking.
- 11:01Respect the boundaries to gain natural authority.
- 11:06Others trust you when they see consistent self
- 11:09-governance.
- 11:10Even if you think they're not paying attention
- 11:12to you, I can assure you, guys, they're
- 11:14paying attention to you more than you believe
- 11:16they are.
- 11:17And I think that's a really important one.
- 11:19Restraint.
- 11:20Restraint strengthens long-term outcomes.
- 11:23It's also very important when being an author,
- 11:26I've learned that you have to have restraint
- 11:28so you can hold your reader's attention.
- 11:30You don't want to, you know, crack open
- 11:32the cookie jar or the candy jar right
- 11:34away.
- 11:34You want to lure them in.
- 11:36You want to create, let's say, this tension
- 11:40of people wanting to know more and being
- 11:42curious.
- 11:44Patience multiplies your impact over time.
- 11:49Control impulses to gain freedom.
- 11:52Freedom isn't doing whatever you want, guys.
- 11:54It's choosing deliberately in your life.
- 11:57Protect energy from toxic influences.
- 11:59Minimize unnecessary friction to stay productive.
- 12:02That's key, guys.
- 12:04Boundaries clarify priorities.
- 12:06Focus on what matters most without distraction in
- 12:09life.
- 12:09Self-control builds confidence under pressure.
- 12:13Calm decisions shine brightest in high-stakes moments.
- 12:18Saying no creates space for meaningful work.
- 12:23Guard your attention for growth and mastery.
- 12:25Avoid behaviors that are road-focused.
- 12:29Even small compromises can compound into lost opportunities.
- 12:34And that's the truth, guys.
- 12:36Recognize harmful impulses early.
- 12:39Awareness prevents energy drains before they start.
- 12:42Self-discipline compounds over time.
- 12:46Daily adherence strengthens character exponentially.
- 12:50I think when we hear things can be
- 12:52growing exponentially, that's a pretty, pretty big thing,
- 12:55guys.
- 12:55It's really big.
- 12:56We think about things doubling or tripling, but
- 12:59when I say they exponentially grow in size,
- 13:01that's like, wow, okay?
- 13:04Limit, sharpen our focus.
- 13:07Our limits sharpen our focus.
- 13:09And rules aren't restrictions.
- 13:11They're tools to optimize life.
- 13:13Protecting energy multiplies productivity.
- 13:16Your output scales when your mind isn't fragmented.
- 13:22Boundaries prevent overload, guys.
- 13:24Avoid burnout by respecting natural thresholds.
- 13:28Strategies and strategic ways of saying no are
- 13:32actually yes to your goals, saying yes to
- 13:34your life, saying yes to your purpose.
- 13:38Every decision aligns with long-term vision.
- 13:40Self-control builds resilience.
- 13:42Discipline today ensures you weather tomorrow's storms.
- 13:47Yeah, it's like you being proactive rather than
- 13:52reactive.
- 13:52Avoid paths that threaten progress.
- 13:55Say no before you lose momentum.
- 13:57Chasing the shortcuts is the beginner's game.
- 14:01Boundaries create clarity in life.
- 14:04Structure removes confusion and strengthens the resolve that
- 14:08we have.
- 14:09I know you might think you're doing nothing,
- 14:11but really you are doing something.
- 14:13And I think that's a real important thing
- 14:14to understand.
- 14:16Resisting impulses strengthens character.
- 14:19Strength grows in the moment you hold back.
- 14:23Discipline turns vision into action.
- 14:26Execution is the bridge from goals to reality.
- 14:30Yeah, it's the real bridge.
- 14:32Hermit zones protect focus.
- 14:34Avoid places, habits, and inputs that pull you
- 14:38off course.
- 14:40Because people are going to knock us off
- 14:42course.
- 14:43Let's face it, that is going to happen,
- 14:44unfortunately.
- 14:46Boundaries maintain emotional stability.
- 14:48Protecting limits stabilizes mood and response.
- 14:54Self-control is the foundation of excellence.
- 14:59Greatness starts with mastery over self.
- 15:01I think a lot of people want everything
- 15:03today or they want it tomorrow.
- 15:05But the thing is, if we can be
- 15:07restrained, we'll actually wind up getting more than
- 15:10we bargained for.
- 15:11I think that's a very important thing.
- 15:15Saying no multiplies your influence.
- 15:19Authority grows when others see you act deliberately.
- 15:25Deliberate limits amplify freedom.
- 15:28Structure, paradoxically, opens the door to true autonomy.
- 15:32But I think a lot of people get
- 15:33confused with, what is autonomy, what is control?
- 15:37Let's take a typical situation.
- 15:41Maybe you're using your phone and somebody's texting
- 15:44you for an appointment.
- 15:45Maybe you're a plumber or some other house
- 15:49service professional.
- 15:52The person's texting you.
- 15:55You want to get an appointment, so you're
- 15:57texting them.
- 15:58And they text you back and they say,
- 15:59well, gee, we have an appointment today at
- 16:01three.
- 16:02So now, you decide that you're going to
- 16:06text them back, oh, that sounds great.
- 16:09And then you start asking all these questions.
- 16:13And you confirm a time.
- 16:15And then a few days before, you're like,
- 16:16oh, you know what, my schedule's changed.
- 16:18I have to, you have to cancel.
- 16:20Like, that's not professional.
- 16:23Another thing is somebody might say to you,
- 16:24oh, gee, my whole schedule got thrown against
- 16:28the wall and now I only have my
- 16:29mornings free.
- 16:30Well, that's not going to be something that
- 16:32the person can suddenly just miraculously change their
- 16:35schedule.
- 16:36So I think we've got to have some
- 16:37respect for people.
- 16:39And we've got to not let people put
- 16:42us in a corner.
- 16:43I know being in the service industry for
- 16:45a long time, it's possible that you want
- 16:48to be put in a corner, right?
- 16:49But you really don't.
- 16:51If you put yourself in a corner, you're
- 16:55going to find that you're going to devalue
- 16:57yourself.
- 17:00And I know that sounds like something you
- 17:02don't want to do.
- 17:03But some people do it because they feel
- 17:07under pressure that they have to respond.
- 17:11Well, oh my gosh, you text, I better
- 17:12text back.
- 17:13No, you text back with just something short.
- 17:18Maybe they change your schedule.
- 17:19Okay, well, let me know when you want
- 17:22to rebook an appointment or, oh, my schedule's
- 17:25busy until this week.
- 17:28Narrow down dates and times.
- 17:30Don't play this, well, you know, I'm open,
- 17:33so whatever.
- 17:33A person texts you back, oh, gee, yeah,
- 17:37maybe next week.
- 17:39Well, I appreciate that.
- 17:41And let me know when you want to
- 17:43book.
- 17:43We can't hold appointments for anyone without a
- 17:46deposit.
- 17:47And I only have two slots open the
- 17:50week that you're coming back from vacation.
- 17:54It'll move from somebody being interested to taking
- 17:56an action to really getting that service.
- 17:58Maybe they don't have an interest to get
- 18:01it serviced.
- 18:03Okay, now maybe there's an emergency.
- 18:04Somebody goes to the hospital.
- 18:05I get it, okay.
- 18:06But everything's not an emergency.
- 18:10And when you expect your service provider to
- 18:13kowtow to you when you have not even
- 18:17been upfront with them about your timing, about
- 18:19your schedule, you're moving your whole schedule around.
- 18:23And technically, that's not fair to your service
- 18:25provider.
- 18:26You might say, well, gee, John, you know,
- 18:28they're in work.
- 18:28I get it.
- 18:29So don't schedule appointments when you're in work.
- 18:33Wait till it's after work.
- 18:34Maybe do it the weekend time.
- 18:37But people just think because they have a
- 18:40cell phone because they can text, they can
- 18:43take advantage of people.
- 18:46No, no, no.
- 18:48And once you allow that to happen, guys,
- 18:51you know what happens?
- 18:52You keep doing it over and over again.
- 18:55It becomes this pattern that you can't get
- 18:57out of.
- 18:58You're like, oh my gosh, what am I
- 18:59supposed to do now?
- 19:00Well, you're in trouble is what you're supposed
- 19:02to do now.
- 19:03And that sounds like something, again, paradoxical.
- 19:06But it's the truth.
- 19:07Once you open Pandora's box, you can't let
- 19:11Pandora go back in the box.
- 19:13That's an important little caveat there.
- 19:18When we think about, you know, how this
- 19:22works and we think about what we're talking
- 19:24about today, which is a very important point,
- 19:28guys.
- 19:28We're talking about something very, very important.
- 19:31That is self-control and boundaries.
- 19:35Again, it could be in personal relationships, whether
- 19:39that's platonic, non-platonic, romantic, not romantic, in
- 19:42case you didn't know the terminology there.
- 19:45It's about you having respect for yourself.
- 19:50When you let other people break your boundaries
- 19:53or push your boundaries, you're disrespecting yourself.
- 19:59I don't care what it is.
- 20:01It could be something as simple as, you
- 20:03know, I'm not picking those people up today
- 20:05or a carpool or I can't do this.
- 20:07But now you kowtow and do it because
- 20:09you feel bad.
- 20:10Don't let the emotions take you back off
- 20:15your guard.
- 20:16If you have time for yourself to do
- 20:18something and you need that time, don't give
- 20:20it away because, oh, well, you know, you
- 20:22never pick up anybody in the carpool.
- 20:26I understand.
- 20:27I'm busy with work.
- 20:28When I can, I'll try.
- 20:30Don't let somebody put you on that corner
- 20:34saying, well, you know what?
- 20:35You never do it.
- 20:38It's nobody's business whether you do it or
- 20:39you don't do it, okay?
- 20:41It's none of their business.
- 20:43And if people are going to make you
- 20:44feel that way, then I want to tell
- 20:47you that those people are not doing something
- 20:51for the greater good of all concerned.
- 20:53They're definitely not doing anything great for you.
- 20:56That's for certain.
- 20:58Maybe you're thinking, oh, well, John, I can
- 21:00actually do this another way.
- 21:02Another way?
- 21:03What is the other way?
- 21:05And the other way can get complicated, can't
- 21:08it?
- 21:09Complicated because you're wanting everyone to like you.
- 21:14And although I get that premise, okay, it's
- 21:18overrated, okay?
- 21:19If somebody doesn't like you because you can't
- 21:23schedule them, there's no reason for that to
- 21:27cause you to get soft or to suddenly
- 21:30make an opening.
- 21:31See, that's what they're hoping you're going to
- 21:34do.
- 21:34But when we talk about a boundary, okay,
- 21:37let's think about maybe a tennis court.
- 21:39Maybe you played tennis before or if you
- 21:41played soccer before.
- 21:42They have boundary lines, right?
- 21:43They have the lines or even in basketball.
- 21:47If the ball goes outside the lines or
- 21:48any sport, then it becomes the other team.
- 21:51The last person's hand who touched it and
- 21:53it goes out of bounds, it goes back
- 21:55to the other team.
- 21:56So if red team had it and I
- 21:58was on the line and blue team touched
- 22:00it before it went out, it would go
- 22:01back to red team.
- 22:04So boundaries.
- 22:06A lot of people like to talk to
- 22:07say, you know, John, I don't like boundaries,
- 22:09but I can do them.
- 22:12What do you mean you can do them?
- 22:13It's not like a, it's not an exercise.
- 22:16It's not a, you know, or someone personal
- 22:18said to me, oh, John, you know, I
- 22:19could try boundaries.
- 22:21Well, it's not a vanilla shake.
- 22:23It's not a soft drink.
- 22:26You know, it's not an appetizer.
- 22:28I can try it.
- 22:30What, if you don't like it, then you're
- 22:32gonna stop doing it?
- 22:33I don't think so.
- 22:35So boundaries is one of the hardest thing
- 22:37for most people to recognize and understand.
- 22:40But I'm here to tell you that it
- 22:42matters a lot.
- 22:44Because when you have boundaries, it says that
- 22:48you respect yourself.
- 22:50And other people respect you only when you
- 22:53respect yourself.
- 22:54But if you don't respect yourself, I got
- 22:55news for you guys.
- 22:56You are never gonna be respected.
- 23:00That's the, that's the ultimate truth.
- 23:03People will play games with you day in
- 23:06and day out.
- 23:07Why?
- 23:08To test your boundaries.
- 23:11To see how far somebody can push you.
- 23:15An example of a service call.
- 23:18Maybe I might be asking a question about,
- 23:21what does it cost for the service call?
- 23:24So I get that.
- 23:25Now, if I'm trying to keep testing, well,
- 23:27gee, well, if I come here, we do
- 23:28this, we do this, we do this.
- 23:29Like now I'm wasting your time on the
- 23:32text or on the call.
- 23:34And I'm pushing your boundaries to see what
- 23:37you're gonna do.
- 23:38Like, so it's one something to come out,
- 23:41right?
- 23:41And that'll handle my sink.
- 23:43That'll handle my dishwasher.
- 23:45And yeah, so you're pushing, right?
- 23:47But how much are you trying to push
- 23:49against it?
- 23:50Because the person's gonna finally say, you know
- 23:51what?
- 23:53You know what, I can't make it that
- 23:54day.
- 23:54We'll have to reschedule.
- 23:57People do it every day.
- 23:58They think that pushing boundaries is a win
- 24:03for a power.
- 24:04And although it appears like a win, actually
- 24:08both parties lose.
- 24:10You lose because the other person shuts you
- 24:11down, okay?
- 24:12The other person loses because, well, you try
- 24:15to take advantage of them.
- 24:17And again, it's not just in personal relationships.
- 24:19It can be in business relationships.
- 24:20It even could be in a study group
- 24:23at school, college, or high school.
- 24:25Well, yeah, I'll work on the PowerPoint presentation.
- 24:29Oh, good.
- 24:30And can you do the research too?
- 24:32And then like, what are you doing?
- 24:35Like, well, I'm kind of busy because, you
- 24:38know, I'm gonna be going away this weekend.
- 24:40But, you know, I'll help you guys out
- 24:42when we get to the presentation.
- 24:43Maybe I'll talk or something.
- 24:47So many people I know try to do
- 24:48this.
- 24:49And they guilt the rest of the team
- 24:51into believing that it's okay.
- 24:53And then they do it.
- 24:56That's a problem, guys.
- 24:58A serious, serious problem.
- 25:03And that becomes an issue for a lot
- 25:05of people today.
- 25:08Because when they see or they hear a
- 25:10boundary, they like, they pull back.
- 25:12Oh, my gosh.
- 25:13It's like this thing that they gotta avoid.
- 25:17A boundary's not bad.
- 25:20A boundary is there to keep you intact
- 25:23and to keep the other person intact.
- 25:27It's also there to keep respect in play.
- 25:31So we want autonomy, right?
- 25:33We want respect.
- 25:35And we want freedom.
- 25:37We need boundaries to let that happen.
- 25:40Now, we can adjust our boundaries so they're
- 25:43less or so they're more.
- 25:44And we don't have to have the same
- 25:46boundaries in all situations.
- 25:48For a one-time relationship, we can have
- 25:50this boundary.
- 25:50You know, there's a boundary even for your
- 25:51space.
- 25:52Somebody around you, like, how close can somebody
- 25:55get to you before you consider them invading
- 25:57your personal space?
- 25:59So there's a boundary for just about everything
- 26:01we have.
- 26:03And that's important, guys.
- 26:06You know, I don't know if you know
- 26:07this, but I want to share this with
