- 0:00Speaker 1: Now we're going through the big divorce California style. It's
- 0:03Speaker 1: one more thing. I'm strong and getty.
- 0:07Speaker 2: One more thing.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Is Denise Richards famous for much more than being Charlie
- 0:19Speaker 1: Sheen's ex wife.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Oh, she's kind of the sex pot DuJour for a
- 0:24Speaker 2: few years in the nineties.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Definitely. Whatever that movie was her and the other chick, huh,
- 0:30Speaker 1: I got everybody's attention.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Ruined the poor teacher's life.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Those Harlot's, do you know, Katie? I mean, you're younger
- 0:35Speaker 1: than the things. You're trying to remember the name. I
- 0:38Speaker 1: think that was the name of the movie. But Denise
- 0:40Speaker 1: Richards and then she I think she did some I
- 0:43Speaker 1: think she's been on a few of those Real Housewives
- 0:46Speaker 1: shows or some reality in addition to being Charlie Sheen's
- 0:49Speaker 1: ex wife. And then I saw an article the other day.
- 0:51Speaker 1: We're about to get into her current divorce. I saw
- 0:55Speaker 1: an article the other day the only fans models most
- 0:58Speaker 1: likely to break up your marriage, which I clicked on
- 1:01Speaker 1: just because I thought, what, I don't even understand the
- 1:03Speaker 1: premise of this, But she was number two. They did
- 1:08Speaker 1: a survey of women and they thought, what only fans
- 1:11Speaker 1: models are most likely to break up your marriage, or
- 1:13Speaker 1: you think your husband spending too much time looking. I
- 1:15Speaker 1: don't know, I didn't even get it.
- 1:17Speaker 2: You become obsessed in this scenario. Was breaking of your knowledge?
- 1:20Speaker 1: Maybe the amount of money being spent, I don't know.
- 1:23Speaker 1: The whole thing seems stupid to me anyway, The whole
- 1:26Speaker 1: the only the only fans business model I've never quite understood,
- 1:31Speaker 1: but it clearly is real and exists, and it makes
- 1:35Speaker 1: a tremendous amount of money. I was doing a little
- 1:37Speaker 1: research before we get into Denise Richards. In particular, it
- 1:41Speaker 1: generated only fans the website. It's not all adult material,
- 1:45Speaker 1: but that's mostly what's going on there, and anybody can
- 1:49Speaker 1: set up I could today set up an only fan
- 1:51Speaker 1: site and I could build birdhouses or you know, posing
- 1:55Speaker 1: cheerleader outfits, or do whatever the hell I want. And
- 1:58Speaker 1: if people are combine.
- 1:59Speaker 2: The two genius WHOA.
- 2:02Speaker 1: And if people decide, and then you promote it usually
- 2:06Speaker 1: through your Instagram or Twitter, your cross platform. And if
- 2:09Speaker 1: another enough people have thought, you know, I want to
- 2:11Speaker 1: see an old bald man in a cheerleading outfit build
- 2:14Speaker 1: a birdhouse, and I'm willing to pay five dollars a
- 2:16Speaker 1: month or whatever you decide to charge. It's up to you.
- 2:20Speaker 1: That's the only fans model. And last year it generated
- 2:24Speaker 1: over six billion dollars in gross revenue, taking in one
- 2:29Speaker 1: point one billion because twenty percent of what you get
- 2:33Speaker 1: goes to only fans, but all the rest you get
- 2:35Speaker 1: to keep. And uh, that's quite a bit depending on
- 2:39Speaker 1: how well you're doing.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah, the dude who founded it is is thinking, is
- 2:43Speaker 2: selling it. It's going to make him one of the
- 2:45Speaker 2: richest men on.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Earth and it you know there there are I'm sure
- 2:50Speaker 1: there are still ideas out there to be had. I
- 2:52Speaker 1: wish I would sit around and ponder them, because I mean,
- 2:56Speaker 1: what a kind of obvious idea once you think of it. Okay,
- 3:01Speaker 1: it's just a platform people go to and then I
- 3:03Speaker 1: have a system for collecting some of their money. Okay, great,
- 3:08Speaker 1: But man, it caught on your top creators, the top
- 3:13Speaker 1: one percent of only fans. People make between twenty thousand
- 3:16Speaker 1: and well over a million dollars a year. But so
- 3:18Speaker 1: twenty thousand a year that's included in the one percent.
- 3:25Speaker 1: If the low number of twenty thousand puts you in
- 3:28Speaker 1: the top one percent, there's a ton of people not
- 3:30Speaker 1: making any money on it right, right, Yeah, that's making nothing.
- 3:36Speaker 1: You hear about all the extraordinarily high numbers, but the
- 3:41Speaker 1: top ten.
- 3:41Speaker 2: I'm thinking an old guy in cheerleader outfit making bird
- 3:45Speaker 2: house would be in that that lower ninety nine percent, which.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Kill his dreams.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Oh, you're gonna barely pay for your bird house making
- 3:55Speaker 2: supplies telling it.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Well, that's a hobby I was doing anyway, So I
- 3:58Speaker 1: figured that cost can be Yeah, live your life, Jack,
- 4:02Speaker 1: I believe in you.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Yeah, cheerleader outfits in your size are not going to
- 4:06Speaker 2: come cheap. I mean, I'm sorry. For some reason, I
- 4:09Speaker 2: was picturing like a transgender thing across dressing thing. You
- 4:14Speaker 2: could certainly dress yourself as a male cheerleader, who are
- 4:17Speaker 2: very common in college sports.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Now, I was thinking a female cheerlead out there.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, okay, so I assumed correctly.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Wig, No, Wig, you're really yeah.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I like it. I like it. It's it's like
- 4:37Speaker 2: one of those fusion cuisines. It's Asian with Italian influences,
- 4:42Speaker 2: and there will be zero sexual anything. It's just be
- 4:47Speaker 2: building a birdhouse in that outfit, right, Never make any
- 4:51Speaker 2: reference to it, no reference, no nothing.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Very birdhouses a niche audience very niche. Yeah, so it's
- 5:00Speaker 1: as if, I mean, if I were wearing jeans and
- 5:02Speaker 1: a T shirt, I would do the exact same thing
- 5:04Speaker 1: building a bird house. Let me go get my hammer.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Come back.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Now, here's the key to get in the roof. To
- 5:10Speaker 2: sit on straight. You have to as you're there in
- 5:12Speaker 2: some sort of central high.
- 5:17Speaker 1: And they're the rofled skirt depleted skirt in the midriff
- 5:20Speaker 1: beuring top, and there would be a certain percentage of
- 5:22Speaker 1: people there who are just wanting to learn how to
- 5:25Speaker 1: build a bird house, assuming I'm decent at it. But
- 5:27Speaker 1: then there's some people that are hoping I'd drop a
- 5:29Speaker 1: nail and I have to pick it up. That's what'sy're
- 5:32Speaker 1: there for. Oh wow, good, good grief. It's just it's terrible,
- 5:37Speaker 1: isn't it. It's so bad, it's so odd. I think
- 5:40Speaker 1: it can catch on, and it would be one of
- 5:42Speaker 1: those things. It's like the perform It would catch on ironically. Yeah,
- 5:46Speaker 1: it's like the performance art I was walking watching in
- 5:48Speaker 1: Washington Square Park where I was looking around and I
- 5:50Speaker 1: really feel like ninety nine percent of the people were
- 5:53Speaker 1: watching it mockingly. She thought it was people who dug
- 5:56Speaker 1: her art and I would get tons of viewers at
- 6:00Speaker 1: least for a short period of time.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Yeah, it would go I freaking hey, I would tune
- 6:06Speaker 3: in John start get it would all but we'd do
- 6:09Speaker 3: a late night joke off everybody would mention the old
- 6:13Speaker 3: bald guy who builds a birdhouses and a cheerleader out
- 6:15Speaker 3: of it.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Right, I'm doing it today. Anyway, back to you.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Know you can unsubscribe pretty quickly. Yeah, I'd pay five
- 6:21Speaker 2: dollars to see that. Why do you unsubscribe?
- 6:22Speaker 1: Why do you know that what that you can unsubscribe quickly?
- 6:27Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:27Speaker 2: That that's everything in the modern world, no, is it?
- 6:31Speaker 1: Yes, have you been on Denise Richard's OnlyFans' site a
- 6:35Speaker 1: few times a week?
- 6:36Speaker 3: So?
- 6:38Speaker 1: Uh, your top ten percent, which of course would include
- 6:42Speaker 1: the top one percent. Uh, monthly earnings average between two
- 6:46Speaker 1: thousand and ten thousand, so it's twenty four thousand dollars
- 6:49Speaker 1: a year and one hundred and twenty thousand dollars a
- 6:51Speaker 1: year is the average for your top ten percent, which
- 6:55Speaker 1: it ain't nothing because it's not a lot of work.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I don't think to like go on there and be
- 7:01Speaker 1: sexy or whatever is people doing. I've never seen an
- 7:03Speaker 1: only Fight fan site, so I don't know exactly what
- 7:06Speaker 1: you do. And then the vast majority of people are
- 7:09Speaker 1: making between zero and five hundred dollars a month.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Yeah, well you can. What you can do is anything
- 7:15Speaker 2: from like soft core lingerie shots to full on you know,
- 7:20Speaker 2: whatever exotic act of love you'd like to perform for
- 7:24Speaker 2: the camera. Yeah, that's a variety.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I don't really have any point with this financial breakdown.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I mean, because in our industry, in the radio industry,
- 7:32Speaker 1: it would be more or less the same. I mean,
- 7:35Speaker 1: the top one percent make pretty podcast, the top ten
- 7:37Speaker 1: percent make pretty good, the vast majority make basically nothing.
- 7:41Speaker 1: I mean that's true in almost any realm of entertainment.
- 7:47Speaker 1: So anyway, I just thought that was kind of interesting.
- 7:48Speaker 1: But it came up because we're having a discussion about
- 7:50Speaker 1: Denise Richards, the actress who's going through a divorce from
- 7:53Speaker 1: a guy. I don't know. Is he famous? This Aaron
- 7:56Speaker 1: Viper's guy, I don't know. It doesn't make any difference
- 7:58Speaker 1: to me, but they seem to be wealthy. She's fifty
- 8:01Speaker 1: four years old. Yes, she was in the Real Housewives
- 8:04Speaker 1: of Beverly Hills. That's why she had a resurgent.
- 8:06Speaker 2: She's also a bond girl.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I didn't realize she was a bond girl at one point. Okay,
- 8:11Speaker 1: she earns more than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars
- 8:14Speaker 1: a month from a variety of Appearance's brand deals and
- 8:17Speaker 1: her only fans activity. And as I mentioned, she finished
- 8:20Speaker 1: second in that survey of only fans stars most likely
- 8:25Speaker 1: to break up a marriage, so she must be doing
- 8:27Speaker 1: pretty well on OnlyFans.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Did you say a quarter of a million a month?
- 8:30Speaker 1: Yes? Holy crack wow. Yes. And then, because I have
- 8:39Speaker 1: some knowledge of how the whole California divorce thing works,
- 8:41Speaker 1: first of all, I don't think it's cool at all
- 8:43Speaker 1: that this is public information for anybody that gets divorced.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Somebody can go to the courthouse and then get all
- 8:49Speaker 1: of your financial details about your life.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Wow.
- 8:52Speaker 1: I mean, I understand why on one level, But on
- 8:54Speaker 1: another level, it's just awful. And it's used all the
- 8:57Speaker 1: time by people who are famous to you know, ridicule them,
- 9:00Speaker 1: disparage them purely whatever that word is, look into their lives.
- 9:06Speaker 1: But we're about to do that now. According to the breakdown,
- 9:09Speaker 1: she says she spends sir, she makes two hundred and
- 9:13Speaker 1: fifty thousand dollars a month, but she spends one hundred
- 9:15Speaker 1: and five thousand dollars a month. That's one of the
- 9:17Speaker 1: great things about the way the divorce system works in California.
- 9:20Speaker 1: A person can claim they spend any amount per month,
- 9:23Speaker 1: and rather than the judge saying, well, you shouldn't have
- 9:26Speaker 1: been that's ridiculous, or no way you do or whatever,
- 9:30Speaker 1: they just say, Okay, well that's how much money you
- 9:32Speaker 1: need because we need to maintain your lifestyle. That's the
- 9:34Speaker 1: goal of all the horses is to maintain the lifestyle.
- 9:38Speaker 1: So even if you're spending ridiculously, the judge says they
- 9:41Speaker 1: need to maintain that.
- 9:43Speaker 2: That is so troubling.
- 9:45Speaker 1: You think, do you think would you like me to
- 9:48Speaker 1: lose my mind?
- 9:49Speaker 3: No?
- 9:50Speaker 1: Anyway, m So the breakdown of her expenses because she
- 9:53Speaker 1: spend one hundred and five thousand dollars a month, is
- 9:55Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars per month for clothing per month, ten
- 10:00Speaker 1: grand per month for rent, eight thousand for utilities. Man,
- 10:03Speaker 1: you spend eight thousand month on new utilities. Of course,
- 10:05Speaker 1: you can wrap down anything you want. They don't really
- 10:09Speaker 1: verify it, and then that just counts toward the what
- 10:12Speaker 1: you deserve to maintain it because the laws exist to
- 10:15Speaker 1: make lawyers rich.
- 10:16Speaker 2: That's right.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Five thousand dollars per month on home maintenance. How often
- 10:21Speaker 1: do things break down in your house? Five thousand dollars
- 10:25Speaker 1: for laundry per month?
- 10:30Speaker 2: Wow, that's well, she's very clean.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Well or she just understands how the whole system works.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And you're write down a big number because you get
- 10:37Speaker 1: more money than my seven thousand dollars on childcare. The
- 10:42Speaker 1: couple together spends ten thousand dollars a month on groceries.
- 10:47Speaker 1: That seems like a lot. Fifteen k on restaurants, and
- 10:53Speaker 1: fifteen k on various entertainment gifts and vacations per month.
- 10:57Speaker 1: That is quite the lifestyle.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Yeah, no kidding.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Wow, of course you don't know if those numbers are
- 11:02Speaker 1: real or not, because it's kind of a kind of
- 11:04Speaker 1: like game.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Certainly not.
- 11:06Speaker 1: It's a bit of a game to uh, and then
- 11:08Speaker 1: they fight back and try to clean blah blah blah
- 11:10Speaker 1: blah blah. Uh. Kind of interesting that a woman in
- 11:17Speaker 1: her late fifties did I say late fifties earlier, late
- 11:20Speaker 1: fifty eight, late fifties is able to make so much
- 11:23Speaker 1: money on OnlyFans I don't know what she's doing. I
- 11:26Speaker 1: don't know if she's part of.
- 11:27Speaker 2: It's the interactive aspect of it, which I've tried to
- 11:31Speaker 2: explain to you multiple times. It's different than porn in
- 11:33Speaker 2: that you can have different levels of interaction. I guess she.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Hasn't got time for that, does she, Denise Richards?
- 11:41Speaker 2: Depends what you're willing to pay.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Well, yeah, i'm sure.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Plus she's got those enormous dry cleanings, so she's just
- 11:47Speaker 2: got to make time.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Yeah. Maybe I'm not going to, but maybe I should
- 11:54Speaker 1: try it at some point in my life, just to
- 11:56Speaker 1: see what the appeal is, because I don't quite get it.
- 11:59Speaker 1: There's there. I wouldn't spend one hundred bucks to have
- 12:02Speaker 1: a sexy conversation with Denise Richards, but that's just me.
- 12:06Speaker 3: I guess.
- 12:07Speaker 2: No, No, indeed.
- 12:10Speaker 1: She I was about to say something awful, but yeah.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Don't awfulness. No, No, I don't have any time for that.
- 12:19Speaker 2: I'm working on mine. I could like read Dickens to you.
- 12:26Speaker 1: In heels in a baseball uniform, making a foot thing
- 12:29Speaker 1: with you with your feet up, just with your feet up,
- 12:32Speaker 1: it's a foot thing, bare feet. You sit, Yeah, you
- 12:35Speaker 1: sit there and you read Dickens with your bare feet
- 12:37Speaker 1: up in front of the camera. Foot fetish older people
- 12:43Speaker 1: who like English literature.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Hanson suggested a really tight T shirt that may be moist.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Oh, if it didn't start moist, it would be moist.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Oh I hate that idea.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Well, I guess that's it. Thank god,
