- 0:09Speaker 1: Welcome back to creek Cast. Today we're venturing down the
- 0:13rabbit hole to one of the Internet's earliest spooky people,
- 0:18slender Man. Right.
- 0:20Speaker 2: I just want to point out that you said creep cast,
- 0:23and this isn't creep cast.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Oh creep TV whatever, dude, Come.
- 0:26Speaker 2: On, man, Yes we are going to slender Man of
- 0:30classic but not just any slender Man, the slender Man
- 0:33that made Slenderman popular. That is right, Marble Hornets. So
- 0:37if you're someone like me, you probably remember Marble Hornets
- 0:40as one of the earliest online horror projects to kind
- 0:45of give the birth of where online horror is now
- 0:48to like, you know, analog horr was, like it adapted
- 0:51the found footage style into like the YouTube platform. So
- 0:54Marble Hornets is a forerunner not only for starting like
- 0:58creepypasta culture with stuff like Slenderman, but for starting the
- 1:01way like Hoares presented now on the Internet. So if
- 1:04we're gonna have this whole series where we talk about
- 1:06early Internet whrror and like, you know, where this stuff
- 1:09came from, we might as well go back to the beginning.
- 1:11Speaker 1: I think it's a great idea. I love the idea
- 1:13of this too. This is my first time ever watching
- 1:15Marble Hornets. I've actually never heard of it. I've seen
- 1:17people suggesting it a lot on the subreddit or even
- 1:21like tweets and all that kind of stuff. And I
- 1:23love that it's found footage, especially that this is this
- 1:26came about fifteen years ago. It looks like the first
- 1:28video that we're getting ready to watch here introduction came
- 1:31out on June twentieth, two thousand and nine. That pivotal
- 1:34moment where found footage was also kind of like hurling
- 1:37itself back into the mainstream with like Paranormal Activity and
- 1:40clover Field all that kind of jazz, and I think
- 1:43I kind of was an inspiration for people to just
- 1:46pick up a camera and be like, fuck, do we
- 1:47can like walk around our house and act scared or whatever?
- 1:51You know? And I think that's and it's a fun
- 1:53little it's a fun transition into Internet horror becoming a
- 1:58thing that's shared around to people being like is this real?
- 2:02I can't tell?
- 2:03Speaker 2: Like like, plus, it's like you said, people can walk
- 2:07around their house and record stuff. It was one of
- 2:10the earliest examples of really what internet creation became of,
- 2:15like oh, I don't need a whole team or like
- 2:17a ton of experience to do this. I can figure
- 2:19it out as I go. And this is like, are
- 2:23you familiar with the plot of like the story at
- 2:25all or no idea?
- 2:26Speaker 1: The only thing that you told me was that it's
- 2:28about slender Man stuff. And the only thing I know
- 2:30about slender Man really was just the actual real life
- 2:35murder of that or attempted murder of that girl, or
- 2:37the murder of the of the child. I've seen some
- 2:40of that stuff, but I and I'm aware that it
- 2:41was a game and that kind of stuff too, But
- 2:44in terms of slender Man actual lore and the stories
- 2:47and stuff, I'm very I have no idea.
- 2:49Speaker 2: It doesn't like rely that heavily on a lot of
- 2:51Slenderman myth of online. Again, it was one of the first,
- 2:54like early ones to really capitalize on it. So the
- 2:56series builds out its own lore and stuff like that,
- 2:59mainly just using the visage of Slenderman. I believe he's
- 3:02referred to as the operator throughout the series. Yeah, like
- 3:06it's it's it's creative what it does with the concept.
- 3:09So I have never sat down and watched the whole
- 3:11thing through. I've watched a ton of like summaries about
- 3:14it an analysis on YouTube. But as someone who was
- 3:16also considering making a video of marble hornets in the future,
- 3:19this is a great excuse to watch through it. So
- 3:21I'm excited.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Yeah, no, definitely. You know what's funny you bring that
- 3:24up too, is I was gonna say, as I was
- 3:26going to pitch this to you on it during the recording,
- 3:29was the one year anniversary of creep Cast is barreling forward, right,
- 3:37and I was thinking for the one year anniversary, we
- 3:39could we could actually read in its entirety ted the caver.
- 3:42I think that'd.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Because, Ah, that'd be so cute.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Because we only did a summary, people kind of enlicit
- 3:48that as the first official creep Cast episode, But I
- 3:51think that revisiting that would be a lot of fun.
- 3:54So I think that'd look forward to that ahead. I
- 3:56think that would be a good time to go back.
- 3:58Speaker 2: And has it really been a year?
- 4:00Speaker 1: It is coming up quick? Hearing about like, I think
- 4:02it's like six weeks. Pretty crazy. Oh that's weird. That
- 4:05is so weird to think so one of us isn't
- 4:08dead yet. Well yeah, I know, thank god. The uh
- 4:11another thing too, this will be a multi part video series,
- 4:15just because Isaiah here was telling me that it's gonna
- 4:19take nine and a half hours to watch the whole thing.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I think if you watch all of the side channels
- 4:25and everything, it adds up to like nine hours, which
- 4:28I would like.
- 4:28Speaker 1: To do too, just to have the full context of everything.
- 4:30If you're gonna do it, you might as well do
- 4:32it right. But today I believe we're just gonna go
- 4:34over entries one through twenty on the Marble Hornets channel
- 4:38and just kind of get uh, get the feeld, get
- 4:41the groove today.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Okay, so hold on, I am looking at so apparently
- 4:46it's summarized into seasons, right, three seasons of the Core one.
- 4:50Season one is an hour and a half. It is
- 4:53the first forty four episodes.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Oh okay, so do you want should we just do
- 4:56one through forty four then season one.
- 4:57Speaker 2: We could try it. We'll see, we'll see off the time.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Let's see what we can do.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, all right.
- 5:02Speaker 1: First one here is introduction. This is I'm excited. I'm
- 5:06ready to get a little spooked with slender Man. If
- 5:08I'm being honest, I've never been I've never been spoofed
- 5:10with slender Man before. Here we go.
- 5:12Speaker 2: I want to take a quick moment to think today's
- 5:14sponsor Aura. When I'm not forced to read stories to Hunter,
- 5:17I like to read about what's going on in the world,
- 5:19and one of those things going on is two point
- 5:22nine billion records were recently stolen from national public data.
- 5:26The MPD offers personal information to things like employers or
- 5:29private investigators, and it's scary that that kind of information
- 5:33can just leak out online, things like people's birthday, social
- 5:36security numbers, phone numbers. It may not seem considering I
- 5:39throw my face all over the internet, but there's some
- 5:41things that I want to keep private, like, for example,
- 5:44my address. If all of you showed up to my
- 5:46house at once, I would be upset, which is why
- 5:48I use Aura. Or it gives me alerts if any
- 5:51of my information shows up somewhere it's not supposed to
- 5:53be online. They let me know fast if anyone tries
- 5:55to access my credit or bank accounts and then from there,
- 5:58or it can help you figure out out what to
- 6:00do next. On top of that, Aura has a ton
- 6:02of other features to keep you safe online, everything from
- 6:05family access tools to monitoring your email. The internet is
- 6:09a really cool place until bad people do otherwise. So
- 6:13if you want to be safe online and continue to
- 6:15have a good time without worrying about something going wrong,
- 6:18or is here to help stop leaving yourself vulnerable to
- 6:21data breaches, and get in on this fantastic offer to
- 6:24see if Aura is right for you. That's because if
- 6:26you head to the link in the description at Aura
- 6:27dot com slash creepcast, you will be able to try
- 6:30Aura for fourteen days absolutely free. That is right. You
- 6:34can try Ura for two weeks absolutely free, and there'll
- 6:37be enough time for ORR to find out if your
- 6:38personal data has been exposed, and then from there they
- 6:41can help you decide what to do next. But for
- 6:43now you can get in on this fantastic offer and
- 6:45have confidence when you browse the internet for free. Thank
- 6:48you all so much for watching the ad, and thank
- 6:50you so much to Aora for sponsoring the show. It
- 6:52really does mean the most. We are now back to
- 6:54the episode.
- 7:03Speaker 1: The fucking uh the sound POV. You're in Windagoon's hurricane rittenhouse. Okay,
- 7:12so this is taking place in CHOS six, so this
- 7:13is technically like, oh, this is three years okay.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah yeah. His film crew.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Complained of his increasing level okay. Near the end of shooting,
- 7:24Alex Holler production event indefinitely and dropped the unfinished project.
- 7:29He told me if it was due to the unworkable
- 7:31conditions on his set, which was less of my way
- 7:34from his house. Typical college student. I asked that, what you're
- 7:37going to do with the candless numbers of tapes he
- 7:39had funded?
- 7:43Speaker 4: Burned them?
- 7:43Speaker 1: Oh that's sick, man. I love this old shitty camera.
- 7:58Mm hm oh such a vibe. The random text placement
- 8:02always being different is fucking me up a little bit.
- 8:05Speaker 2: It's just all over the just throwing itself all over
- 8:08the place.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Holy shit. This oozes oozes analog influence. Like oh yeah,
- 8:35even the found footage like found footage movies very rarely
- 8:39did you hold like text up and like you're conveying
- 8:41information in that kind of way, Like that felt more
- 8:45analog than anything. Like it's it's so crazy to see
- 8:48that precursor.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's like it's like pre everything right, It's
- 8:55like yeah, yeah, all like you said, the text randomly
- 8:58flying up differently. It's it's just like someone got a camera.
- 9:01It was like, well, make stuff to upload online and
- 9:03you can show text online and it's like you can
- 9:06see everything that came after this, how it was influenced by.
- 9:10Speaker 1: This, Yeah, which I love. I was saying that during
- 9:13the clip. I love the the low almost like Walmart camera.
- 9:18You can tell they just picked that fucking thing up
- 9:19from oh cam quarter from Walmart went home the Windows
- 9:23movie maker and was just typing out. They're like, well,
- 9:24I don't know how else were we You just drive
- 9:27down Main Street for five minutes.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Let's just take up there's your b roll. Yeah, there
- 9:31you go.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And then it's like yeah, and I love that setup.
- 9:34It's just so fun. But the it also just makes
- 9:36it so much more authentic to me, Like if I
- 9:39I picture me and my friends when we were younger
- 9:41making this kind of stuff, even though it was fun
- 9:43film because I'm one hundred and eight years old. But
- 9:46you know, but this is the first actual entry. It
- 9:49is entry number one.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Yes.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Yes.
- 9:51Speaker 2: So to clarify for the audience, the guy who was
- 9:55posting these got the tapes from his friend Alex, who
- 9:59doesn't want anything to do with him for some reason.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Yeah, for some reason, there were his tapes. Yeah, he
- 10:04had There was like a weird disturbance in their set
- 10:06and he's just like fucking burn him whatever. So we'll
- 10:09say entry number one.
- 10:13Speaker 3: And finding nothing unusual, I came across a clip that
- 10:15doesn't fit in with the others what I can tell
- 10:18The following footage takes place inside Alex's house, not the.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Set of Marble Hornets. Oh it's okay, So Marble Hornets
- 10:23is the set of his movie.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yes, that was the movie Alex was filming. Happened.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Yeah, the audio has been removed, either the microphone was
- 10:31disabled at the time or was taken out afterwards.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Yeah, there was a strange French mime on my doorstep.
- 11:02There was a weird frenchman on my.
- 11:04Speaker 2: I will I will say, I will, I will say,
- 11:07I will say. I do really like how that was
- 11:10completely silent.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Oh dude, Yeah no, no, that was fun.
- 11:14Speaker 2: That was fun.
- 11:14Speaker 1: It is going to be impossible.
- 11:16Speaker 5: Let me let me just say, it's going to be
- 11:17impossible to take this extremely seriously with just how infamous
- 11:22slender Man has. Slender Man, I can't seeing the guy
- 11:25out there in a fucking white in a white morph
- 11:27suit with a tuxedo on or black suit on was
- 11:31just fine.
- 11:31Speaker 1: But I even just the way that the camera work
- 11:33at the beginning. It's just it's it's just a little
- 11:36the little glimpse at too. It's just fun. I like it,
- 11:39and just a drone. It's it's it's so much fun,
- 11:42true too.
- 11:42Speaker 3: After a few more hours of tapes from this clip
- 11:45of Alex talking while driving, but now I assume that
- 11:48this probably took place before the events of Entry one.
- 11:51Speaker 6: I got home late tonight and I was taken Rocky
- 11:53for his walk about twenty minutes ago, so around midnight.
- 11:58Speaker 7: This one is near the set of Marble Ornants.
- 12:01Speaker 8: A little bit farther down the road.
- 12:02Speaker 6: You saw this really tall guy stand in the middle
- 12:04of the street, just completely still. For whatever reason. It's
- 12:08really set off Rocky and she just got really scared.
- 12:12He wouldn't move and he kept on point. Actually used
- 12:14to go back home. There was something about this guy
- 12:17that was just it was strange. So we had it
- 12:21back home. I have a little bit of time left
- 12:23on this tape, and I want to go see if
- 12:25he's still hanging around. In fact, I think this is
- 12:28the light that he's standing under, so.
- 12:30Speaker 9: I'm to have a look here.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Why would you get out of the car.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Fuck, what are you doing? Why are you out of
- 12:47the car. All right, So now I'm totally all right.
- 12:50So now I'm actually totally exposed my stomach cats. I'm
- 12:53totally exposed right.
- 12:54Speaker 10: Now anyone around here.
- 12:56Speaker 4: So I guess he's moved on.
- 12:59Speaker 2: This is great, by the way.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Oh I love it.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, this is awesome.
- 13:06Speaker 11: That's great.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I forgot. I haven't seen this in
- 13:10a minute. That worked so well, just like again it's
- 13:14dummy got out of the car, but like just the
- 13:16shaky cam down down the road at night and then
- 13:20there's the light and he gets out and he's talking,
- 13:22and there's an entire episode dedicated to that, just to
- 13:25like building building the world. Man, that's fun.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Yeah, there's nothing I'll say it. I'll be I'll be
- 13:30the first person to say it. There's nothing creepier than
- 13:33these found footage kind of movies where it's just driving
- 13:35down a dark road. Yeah, you never know what the
- 13:38fuck's going on. But I love the I love the
- 13:41I like also how quickly got out. He's like, yeah,
- 13:43we're we're a big, tall creepy guy and he's just
- 13:45like parking. He's like, all right, car, I'm gonna go
- 13:47see the tall creepy guy he was he's underneath this light. Okay,
- 13:50he's not here now injury three.
- 13:53Speaker 2: I will say this, this is making me like like
- 13:56I want to go make something now. Oh yeah, this
- 13:59looks fun.
- 13:59Speaker 1: This is always I need to do. Yeah, you can tell.
- 14:02It was just a bunch of friends who live probably
- 14:04in nowhere in the middle of like like a little
- 14:06country town or something. They're just like, fuck, due, let's just.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Let's just let's make a horror movie.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. It's so endearing, which is so cool.
- 14:15Speaker 2: I mean, like what we kind of forget the aspect
- 14:17of YouTube because we're so used to it that it
- 14:19used to be completely impossible for anything close to that.
- 14:22But now you could just upload your own your own
- 14:24home movies and stuff and that that's just it's really cool.
- 14:27I'm getting nostalgic watching this.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Yeah, it feels fun. But also just the authenticity of
- 14:32it feels nice too.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, it feels like a group of guys just
- 14:37yeah making a movie exactly.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And I think it really lends to the like aesthetic. Also,
- 14:40I kind of like a short and punchy they are too.
- 14:43It's like it doesn't feel like it's super frilled up
- 14:45and there's this big production. It feels like kind of
- 14:48like very weird little excerts of time from a guy
- 14:51who just had who just happened to have a camera
- 14:53on them.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it feels like it is a series of tapes
- 14:58rather than like a series.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm starting to notice a vast majority of the
- 15:01tapes are completely unrelated to Marbleford, and it's a lot
- 15:05of him naked in the shower singing. At some point
- 15:09it seems Alex began filming himself exclusively. I kind of
- 15:12like that too, of like almost like a like a
- 15:15just sent into madness kind of thing.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Is that the angry video game nerd.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Ab g N right there? So people keep messing with me.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's me whatever you call.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Interesting. I really like the build up of this guy,
- 16:45Like the having a camera on him at all times
- 16:49is a lot of fun, like just in terms of uh,
- 16:52still not fully aware of the kind of the strange
- 16:55phenomenon that's happening around him too. But do you think
- 16:58that the sod did the games come out before the
- 17:01story or did the story come.
- 17:03Speaker 2: What was the release date? Is?
- 17:06Speaker 4: Nine?
- 17:07Speaker 2: Episode June nine Slender eight pages.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Because I'm wondering, because I know in the game. From
- 17:13what I remember too, you would collect notes or whatever.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, Eight Pages came out in twenty twelve.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Oh okay, so wait before this.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Okay, unless the eight Pages is a is a later one,
- 17:23hold on first slender.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Man, because I just know I was wondering if him
- 17:28tearing out the pages, if it was supposed to be
- 17:30hearkening to that or not.
- 17:31Speaker 2: It was first released in June of twenty twelve. Yep,
- 17:35so this the game came way after this, which means
- 17:39that the pages from the game are in reference to
- 17:41Marble Hornets. That's fun, That's what I thought, but I
- 17:45didn't want to say something to be called stupid on
- 17:48the internet.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Well we probably that will probably still happen eventually somehow.
- 17:52I know Entry for I love the no audio track
- 17:58for videos. It's very menacing, creepy park guy running, Well.
- 18:12Speaker 2: There you are, there, he is, there, he is.
- 18:16Speaker 1: It's just like guy. The thing too is, if I
- 18:20know if I saw the ship in two thousand and nine,
- 18:21I would be freaked the fuck out. I'd be like, dude,
- 18:24turn the light.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Yeah me as ak me as a kid would have
- 18:27lost his vide. I actually remember seeing the clip of
- 18:30the first one a ton being freaked out. Hold On,
- 18:32I was talking what did that audio? That? What that
- 18:34text say at the ending, it.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Was pretty much it said that like the only only
- 18:39entry one in this have no audio and he thinks
- 18:41that's because Alex removed to himself. Okay, so which also
- 18:45that's another thing too, Uh, just slender Man knowledge here
- 18:49as I have the slender Man expert, does he make
- 18:52some kind of like horrid sound or anything.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Or is it just it's whenever you see him, he
- 18:57starts to make you go insane, like the stat and
- 19:00this buzzing and stuff like that, at least in most adaptations.
- 19:04I don't know if that is something that's in marble hornets,
- 19:08because I know it's like he makes technology mess up
- 19:10and stuff like that. So maybe that's why the audio
- 19:12is removed.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Hm hmm. Yeah, So you're thinking that the narrative, like
- 19:15the person who said, like, oh, I'm suspecting Alex removed
- 19:18to himself is just because they don't understand the power
- 19:21of the of the creepy.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Potential and potentially because anytime you get near slender like
- 19:26everything gets staticky, and uh, there typically is a weird
- 19:30noise associated with it, like the kind of like sounds
- 19:33like a electronic scratch. But I assume that typically that's
- 19:39only applied to like technology like cameras and stuff like that.
- 19:43So I don't know if you yourself would hear it
- 19:45was he?
- 19:46Speaker 1: Was he like a pied piper? Or did he just
- 19:49straight up murder your ass? How did Slenderman?
- 19:52Speaker 2: Okay, So there's different It depends on which story you're
- 19:55going through. If you're going through like typical like Slender
- 19:58eight pages, then he's out in the woods and if
- 20:01he sees you, he like tracks you down and kills you.
- 20:04In other versions, he would which I'm pretty sure this
- 20:07also comes from marble hornets, he would do he would
- 20:11create what's called proxies, So basically some people he would kill.
- 20:16Others he would like melt their mind effectively and turn
- 20:21them into his like taskmen, like his wappits or whatever.
- 20:26In most stories, a lot of people you know that
- 20:29what's up one creep the rake? Do you know the Rake? No?
- 20:32Speaker 1: I know, that's like a popular creep pasta, but I
- 20:34still don't know.
- 20:34Speaker 2: It's it's like this little like claw footed It looks
- 20:37like a little grimlin thing that runs around and attacks people.
- 20:40I know in a lot of stories the rake is
- 20:42a slender Man proxy. And for full context, since you
- 20:49said you knew about the murders, if I remember right,
- 20:52the two girls that tried to kill that other girl
- 20:54said they were trying to become proxies.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Can we also just take time to talk about how
- 21:00badass the chick was, who fucking survived.
- 21:02Speaker 2: That live through that yeah a lot, and then walked out.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I was like, I felt so fucking pumped when I
- 21:10was watching the documentary. I think there's I think it
- 21:12was on HBO or something, but they did the documentary
- 21:15about that, and uh. When I heard that she like
- 21:18fucking like survived and like crawled her way, like basically
- 21:22got up and walked to I was like, what a
- 21:24like actual chad unbelievable, like some rocky type shit. I hear,
- 21:28no ball, they come back and stab her to death again.
- 21:31I'm getting note the Uh.
- 21:32Speaker 2: All right, thank you, hold on, hold on, I didn't
- 21:36realize this. Okay, So the way Slenderman first started is
- 21:41someone posted, uh it's it's two images of a group
- 21:44of kids at a playground and slender Man standing in
- 21:47the background. I think I've seen that one that was
- 21:49the original doctored image that led to the whole lore right,
- 21:53I did not know this. The first episode of Marble
- 21:56Hornets was posted ten days after the slender Man was
- 22:01first posted on some whole forums. That was fucking days after.
- 22:05That means this is like the first.
- 22:08Speaker 1: This has to be the absolute first. Also, holy ship
- 22:11that must have cut on so fast, that must have
- 22:13blown up.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Yeah, first Marble Hornet's affiliated post nine days after the
- 22:19character create days. I didn't realize it was that title.
- 22:22Ho wow, man, I know it was early. I didn't
- 22:26know it was that early. That's ridiculous.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I love that, man. I also love that because of
- 22:30Slenderman's simple design, people were able to just be like,
- 22:32fuck it, dude, let's just get a white more suit
- 22:34in a suit, and like, let's just make it.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Throw a mask on, wear a suit. Boom.
- 22:39Speaker 1: It's so sick.
- 22:41Speaker 2: And also like at the time this was happening, for one,
- 22:45I don't even know if he was given the name Slenderman,
- 22:47yet he might have been. I think in the original
- 22:49something off of forms, it's just like, you know, the thing,
- 22:52the thing that you know, yeah, some whatever, children, sure,
- 22:57but at the time, like he pretty much had any
- 23:01mythos he wanted to build off of. So I would
- 23:03say nearly all of the slender Man mythos that gets
- 23:05used to tone probably came from him.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You'd have to assume, so, I mean, you'd have to
- 23:09assume that people saw this stuff and probably other kind
- 23:12of creepypastas and shit people were writing and just but
- 23:14even then, I feel like the creepypastas that were probably
- 23:16being written were just solely influenced off of some of
- 23:20the shit that they saw here, if not all of it.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Yeah, honestly, you know, it reminds me of more recently.
- 23:25It reminds me of the back Rooms because back Rooms
- 23:27was one image that people kind of build stuff around,
- 23:30and then like Cane Pixels makes a series that gets
- 23:32sixty million views and a lot of people associate his
- 23:34lore with like the actual lore. Yeah right, yeah, well,
- 23:37I mean there's an image, and then marble Hornets came along.
- 23:40Speaker 1: He definitely made the definitive. He made the definitive. I
- 23:43feel like translation, you know what I mean, and everybody
- 23:47can just kind of build off that in their own way,
- 23:49and it's just yeah, it makes it's just so sick.
- 23:52I also love this idea too, of people deriving entire
- 23:55narratives off of single images, just really fun.
- 23:58Speaker 12: Yeah, I agree, all right, dis according, okay, uh, this
- 24:19is the where I want to come back.
- 24:21Speaker 2: And like it has a nostalgia critic hat.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Dude, nobody. They need to just fucking burn these hats. Dude,
- 24:29there's no there is no cultural context.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Hello, I'm the nostalgia critic. I remember, So you don't
- 24:35have to I.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Name one cultural or like fucking any event where that
- 24:41thing you should be wearing a fucking a bowl hat
- 24:44or where the fuck they call.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Those if if if if slender Man puts on one
- 24:49of those hats, is it not, then a nostalgia critic
- 24:51costume it?
- 24:53Speaker 1: Absolutely is?
- 24:55Speaker 13: It?
- 24:55Speaker 1: Absolutely? Absolutely is? Also I really like the first line
- 24:59he said there too. So this is the gazebo where
- 25:01I want my main character to come back and reflect.
- 25:04You really got a scout out that gazebo.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Where I want my character to reflect.
- 25:08Speaker 1: I want my character reflect. I want to hear that again.
- 25:11Speaker 8: This is the I want Brian come back and reflect later.
- 25:15Speaker 10: The probably be about three four the way through.
- 25:19Speaker 2: This will just be by himself, right.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Yeah, put it, you're talking.
- 25:33Speaker 2: This is how you speak.
- 25:35Speaker 1: This is Brian reflecting in the gazebo.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I think Brian should.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I decided to Actually, he got drunk and he hit that.
- 25:56I'm wondering if you pause here, if you could see
- 25:58him somewhere right Slender, It's gotta be somewhere one of these.
- 26:01Speaker 2: It's it sounds like there's actual voices and what's being
- 26:05said to If I had to imagine this is probably
- 26:07Slender like trying to get in the mind of or sorry,
- 26:11the operator trying to get into the mind of these people.
- 26:17Speaker 8: It's very.
- 26:19Speaker 2: I don't know, included. I guess.
- 26:23Speaker 1: True, so true.
- 26:26Speaker 2: King.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I love those big ass dc IS shoes from back
- 26:28in the day, Dude, everybody looked like a fucking Cartoon
- 26:33Network character, like a Codings next door.
- 26:37Speaker 10: This is gonna be near Sarah's hunting camp.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Over there, me when Sarah's hunting camp where.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Sarah and Brian.
- 26:53Speaker 10: I don't have him there at some point are sitting around.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Think it will past you know, just there he is.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Oh wait, hold on, hold on for sure, that's gotta
- 27:07be him right there, right, hold on, go back, go
- 27:09back a few seconds. Let me see the camera pan over.
- 27:14I think you're paranoid. Buddy, I think that is a tree.
- 27:18Speaker 1: You don't think that's him.
- 27:18Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure that's a tree.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Mmm okay, really tall. I mean he's doing the classic
- 27:27like so there's these are trees. They're very tall, and
- 27:29the guy he's like looking right at that direction.
- 27:31Speaker 2: So they're they look out tall that there's very troll trees.
- 27:35Speaker 1: They've been here one time. It's very tall.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Look over there, look over there, tall I've seen and
- 27:39then watching these are tall ones.
- 27:41Speaker 1: He lift him u because he's gonna look back over
- 27:42and the thing's gonna be gone. They're gonna show over
- 27:45there one more time.
- 27:46Speaker 2: What's that? It's still there, like an old climbing wall.
- 27:51Speaker 10: I can't remember if it was a climbing wall or
- 27:54fire department.
- 27:58Speaker 2: Me wouldn't climbing the wall.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Me when at a military training facility. He's gone.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Now no it isn't go back, he's still. It's the
- 28:11same tree.
- 28:12Speaker 1: It's not this, I swear to God.
- 28:13Speaker 2: Go back like ten seconds. Okay, it's still there. I
- 28:21know you're I think this has got you messed up.
- 28:27I think you're scared. I think that's what it is. Yeah,
- 28:45I remember what I said. Slender disrupts like technology when
- 28:47yeah around it.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, almost positive. I feel like I feel like
- 28:52you're making me feel like I'm going fucking crazy.
- 28:54Speaker 2: I think you are going crazy, was slender man. I
- 28:58think I think your which is all right. I don't
- 29:03like that you said that, but I think I think
- 29:08I think the story is doing its job making you scared.
- 29:11I don't like that.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I can see, I can I can pick out a
- 29:14tall white man a model away, a model a way.
- 29:18I can see a tall white man.
- 29:20Speaker 2: If if if I'm in the woods and.
- 29:24Speaker 1: I can see I can see any white man from a.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Far yeah, yeah, just like lower it intended.
- 29:35Speaker 1: I found the falling clip at the beginning of a
- 29:37new tape.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Man. It had to be so tempting for these early
- 29:45horror filmmakers who just slowed their movie out with like
- 29:48jump scared noises and bit and stuff. Just the restraint
- 29:53on display.
- 29:54Speaker 1: And I feel like you don't you don't think it's
- 29:56gonna hapen. I feel like they're gonna be influence.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Oh, I mean that that'll happen later. That's whoa whoa,
- 30:01whoa whoa go back. I didn't even see that well,
- 30:03I was when he.
- 30:03Speaker 1: First looked at the window look at this. Look to
- 30:06the door.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Yo, that's that is fun. That's great.
- 30:11Speaker 1: That would scare the ship out of because it's it's.
- 30:13Speaker 2: Not just like slender Man quote unquote, it's like an
- 30:16entity that appears kind of tall personal formed. It's a
- 30:20tall person exactly. Yeah, yeah, although.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I think person so freakishly tall.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Sir, it was dropped. Go ahead, go ahead, do your
- 30:31best nod the bit was bad.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I'm not going to commit to it.
- 30:36Speaker 2: That's why I want to hear the bad. So no,
- 30:42just like a lot of people, like, yes, slender Man
- 30:45got way overdone in the media, so now it's like
- 30:47hard to take him scary or anything. But just the
- 30:51idea of like a non human human esque entity that
- 30:56is stalking you for some reason, it's like it, you know,
- 30:58it's classic.
- 30:59Speaker 1: I mean the entry six so far. Definitely, it's I
- 31:03think objectively true to say that's weird. Freaky footage, Yeah, uncanny,
- 31:08like long length, like lanky humanoid person looking in also
- 31:12had no eyes or whatever. So also always better to
- 31:20just give him a glimpse, you know, don't ever, dude,
- 31:24I don't want to see slender Man for a full
- 31:25u interrupted ten seconds.
- 31:27Speaker 2: I also want to say uh that that last one,
- 31:32not six, but five was an entire one that had
- 31:37no direct slender Man. It's just like, oh, the camera
- 31:39was weird at some points. It adds to the legitimacy
- 31:41of this being someone just trying to catalog stuff that's happening.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Well, Entry five, I beg to differ. I think that
- 31:46the slender Man was behind the tree.
- 31:49Speaker 2: All right, Well, those of us in the audience who
- 31:51aren't blind, I need.
- 31:52Speaker 1: People in the comments to let me know if I
- 31:54if you saw slender Man.
- 31:56Speaker 2: You are just insane.
- 31:57Speaker 1: I'm telling you that was and what people rushing in
- 32:01saying Entry five, he's right behind the tree. I better
- 32:04get a goddamn apology immediately.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Brian, it's right behind the tree, is right by the tree.
- 32:15Speaker 10: Let's start again.
- 32:15Speaker 7: Let's start again to look at you.
- 32:18Speaker 10: Yeah, that's fine, all right, I'm rolling and just think
- 32:21with me.
- 32:26Speaker 14: I thought you were talking to her. Crap, I just
- 32:29lost this script. You know, I'm talking to Brian there
- 32:41because the camera picks it up. All right, you ready?
- 32:45Speaker 7: Yeah? Are you gonna feed me Tim's lines?
- 32:48Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 32:53Speaker 1: All right?
- 32:54Speaker 7: Action, I don't know. This town just doesn't feel the
- 32:59same to me anymore. I missed it so much when
- 33:03I was in college, But now that I'm back, I
- 33:08just feel like a depressed teenager all over again.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Isaiah reading Pancake Family be like.
- 33:15Speaker 7: Stuck in a loop of unhappiness.
- 33:18Speaker 10: Maybe you've grown up.
- 33:20Speaker 7: I don't know, maybe this town has grown up.
- 33:23Speaker 2: What that was? That was low and uncalled?
- 33:28Speaker 3: For?
- 33:29Speaker 2: First?
- 33:29Speaker 1: I thought the hurricane took out your power.
- 33:32Speaker 2: I wish it dead.
- 33:34Speaker 1: That was low and uncalled?
- 33:38Speaker 2: Oh there he is?
- 33:39Speaker 1: So is he? Is he gonna? Do we see him
- 33:41this time? Can we confirm we see slender Man this time?
- 33:44Speaker 2: I don't know. I have to go read The Pancake
- 33:46Family and be really bad at it.
- 33:47Speaker 1: So maybe this town's grown up? Is a that that
- 33:51that is a brutal line.
- 33:53Speaker 2: I do like how well this feels like a like
- 33:56a high school film.
- 33:58Speaker 1: So authentic. So the amount of just like especially him
- 34:02like fumbling his keys like you motion sickness, just because
- 34:05the guy he's kept it recording and he's just like
- 34:07flinging the camera around. Slenderman's kind of look a little
- 34:11prehistoric dude with his little like weird baby arms, his
- 34:14weird little fucking velociratter hands.
- 34:18Speaker 2: That one kind of looks like a statue.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Do you think do you think that's just a statue
- 34:22or do you think that's a person in an outfit?
- 34:24Speaker 2: Well, either way, I think the length of the arm
- 34:27is fake.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Right, it looks like somebody holding something in the sleeves
- 34:32or something like that.
- 34:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's it.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Yeah, we're done.
- 34:38Speaker 1: At that point. If you were the guy being tortured,
- 34:40if you're Alex here, right, would you not just be like, hey, man,
- 34:42can you check out that uh eight foot tall white guy?
- 34:45Speaker 2: Well here, here's the thing about slender. Right. So one
- 34:49of the early concepts with slender was if you see it,
- 34:53it begins to stalk you.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Oh, so he's trying to save his boys.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Yes, which again probably comes from Marble Hornets, since I
- 35:02didn't realize how early Marble Hornets was in the mythos.
- 35:06So you don't want anyone else to see it, which
- 35:08is probably why Alex was like, burn the tape.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Well, that's what I was wondering. Do you think that
- 35:12translates over as well even from footage.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Or I feel like it's only in person.
- 35:20Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking too, because I was I
- 35:22was wondering, I'm like, if he was that conscious with
- 35:24his friends about it. Why would he keep recording all
- 35:26of himself.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's only in person because I think
- 35:29I remember people posting images and being like, images are safe,
- 35:32but if you ever come into contact with blah blah blah. Oh,
- 35:36so I think images are fine, it's seeing it in person,
- 35:39so he doesn't want his buddy to look at it.
- 35:41There's also the fact that Slenderman manipulates your mind over time,
- 35:45so someone who's been stalked by isn't is either going
- 35:47to become a proxy or at the very least isn't
- 35:49going to be in the best state. You know, they're
- 35:51not going to be reasonable.
- 35:53Speaker 15: So yeah, that was It's just they.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Should just rocket ship out to space. Right there.
- 36:08Speaker 2: He drives straight into the building.
- 36:11Speaker 1: The Alex Alex character is becoming more fleshed out to
- 36:16him trying to help, like basically save his friends from
- 36:19doing like from being affected. Is nice? Not trying to
- 36:23get that fitin al flopped from slender Man. You know
- 36:24what I mean? Slender Man a fittin all. Can you
- 36:33imagine slender Man giving you galaxy? Gas?
- 36:35Speaker 2: Is galaxy? I heard some jokes about is it just nitrous?
- 36:39Speaker 1: Well, it's nitrous it's nitrous oxide. But it's like I
- 36:42just like you know those Coleman thermoses. It's like the
- 36:45size of that whippets are little capsules. The galaxy gaess
- 36:49thing is like flavored. It's like banana cream. It's destroyed.
- 36:57Here's a here's a ps A. Do not do galaxy gas, guys.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Well, you know you know how nitrous oxide gets you high?
- 37:05Do you know what the function of it is?
- 37:07Speaker 1: That so of just suffocates like part of your brain.
- 37:09Speaker 2: It suffocates your brain. Yeah, so it kills brain cells
- 37:14such an degree that you feel high because your brain
- 37:17is dying. Do you think show instantly makes you stupid?
- 37:20Speaker 1: Do you think our show is big enough to where
- 37:23somebody has been listening to us read terrible creepypastas and
- 37:26they're getting high on galaxy gas, on on Peni Colada
- 37:31galaxy gas.
- 37:33Speaker 2: It tastes like Dreamsickle.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Cocord falls back his deal. Yeah, we're just like just
- 37:46like listen to the left right game. He took a
- 37:48left and then all right.
- 37:51Speaker 16: Yeah, someone someone someone's like overdose as the as the
- 37:59TV's like, I don't know about this, Bristol.
- 38:02Speaker 2: We we ought to get you back, hold on, come back,
- 38:08come back to the.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Middle, like the one overdosing on galaxy gas at the
- 38:15part when uh, when the main character of Left Right
- 38:18Game is talking to their like future and angel ethereal
- 38:21self would be a trip someone completely high, They're just like,
- 38:25oh my girl, it's like in the past. The guy's like,
- 38:29what the fuck.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Someone's like about a die.
- 38:35Speaker 1: It's a shot of galaxy gas container.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Someone's about a die, and we're like, we just have
- 38:44to make it to winter b We just just go.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Yeah, the ambulance is there, sir, can you hear me?
- 38:55Don't guess he's drawing him here? Also, is that the
- 38:57marble hornet's logo or whatever that that comes synonymous too
- 39:00from this series?
- 39:01Speaker 2: Yeah, the circle with the X.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Yes, the rest of the tape remains too dark to see.
- 39:05An audio never comes back.
- 39:07Speaker 2: So he's drawing these pages for some reason.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Yeah, nice, little uh kind of reminds you like a ring?
- 39:13Is that ring? Is that the movie where? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
- 39:16ring or ring you whatever, the America one ring? But yeah,
- 39:20the little kid draws the circle kind reminds me of that.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Yeah, Entrey nine, I've never seen Alex act the way
- 39:26he does in the following raw footage from Marble Hornets.
- 39:30Speaker 1: What do you think marble Horns is about? Especially where
- 39:33it's like Brian's gonna reflect here later.
- 39:35Speaker 2: I uh, it's it sounds like I'm tired to thinking
- 39:42about the over Dude.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Stop it smells like Corshata in here. It's supposed to
- 39:55real bad.
- 39:57Speaker 2: The TV behind him just misster wellas don't lie I get.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Rush gold. Dude, stop, you're starting to scare me.
- 40:11Speaker 8: Oh god, oh my dog, the devil?
- 40:23Speaker 4: No, no, would that be good?
- 40:32Speaker 2: Where did you just whip that out from? What are
- 40:36you saying? God? I see the devil ready?
- 40:41Speaker 1: I guess you're sitting in the room with a guy.
- 40:45You guys are watching marble Hornets. He's just here like,
- 40:49what are you doing with do you?
- 40:53Speaker 4: Little demon?
- 40:54Speaker 1: And the cool brothers would just be dude, you're starting
- 41:00to scare men.
- 41:05Speaker 14: There's angel tapping at the door.
- 41:07Speaker 4: There's an angel tapping at the door.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that would scare the ship on me. There's an angel.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Just play the video.
- 41:24Speaker 16: He came back.
- 41:25Speaker 1: You know, what the fuck is this color green?
- 41:29Speaker 17: You talked to him?
- 41:29Speaker 2: It all it's just blown out? Well, what what it is?
- 41:35Hold on pause? Real quick.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Also, what the fuck is his shirt?
- 41:38Speaker 2: So there is the middle.
- 41:40Speaker 1: It's a radioactive but it's Tommy Hill figure.
- 41:45Speaker 2: They're in the middle of the of like abiminy in
- 41:48the day, right, so it's super shaded under that. So
- 41:51he's like, oh, well, to see their faces, I'll just
- 41:53blow out the is s o right, which is why
- 41:56it looks like that, and it is. This is super
- 41:58student film.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Extremely well, they're back at the gazebo. The gazebo is
- 42:02going to be a reoccurring set theme. I think here,
- 42:06I think so, I agree he left me when he went.
- 42:08Speaker 18: Off to the city and that's that.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, sure, so I love the idea too of
- 42:18a student films. Nobody ever gets costumes. They're just like, hey,
- 42:21show up dressed kind of nice.
- 42:23Speaker 2: They were exactly their outfits.
- 42:25Speaker 1: You care about wear my radioactive Tommy Hill figure shirt?
- 42:28Going you care?
- 42:29Speaker 2: You care? If this shirt has an insanely distracted loud.
- 42:35Speaker 18: I'm not really going to do anything.
- 42:40Speaker 8: We're gonna do it again. The pacing still feels weird.
- 42:43It's it doesn't sound like a conversation. You guys still
- 42:47sound like your redo.
- 42:50Speaker 1: You guys are bad actors. You're acting poorly.
- 42:53Speaker 2: This was me with my sisters when I was like, uh,
- 42:56like twelve, because I would want to do these little
- 42:59like home movie bees and uh, I just my sisters
- 43:02are the only people I could do it, and I'd
- 43:04be like, what is this performance?
- 43:06Speaker 1: Like what the hell? Guys? So I guess we're not
- 43:09trying to we're not actually trying to make a film.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Okay, okay, So I guess you're not dedicated to the project.
- 43:14Is that it?
- 43:14Speaker 1: Okay?
- 43:15Speaker 2: Well you hit your galaxy asked, well, look who's the
- 43:24YouTuber now? Huh? And look who's look who's in nursing school?
- 43:27So what's that telling you? That's what do you do?
- 43:30Speaker 8: Just have a conversation.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Also, like how they're put out by having to do
- 43:33another take. It's like, are you not actors?
- 43:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like do you know what? You don't do
- 43:38it all one time? What are you talking about?
- 43:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm looking for cylinder man.
- 43:45Speaker 2: He would look like the sun right now without a
- 43:47shooting star right now.
- 43:51Speaker 8: That's yeah, wonderful.
- 43:55Speaker 13: Nice because I didn't have anything to you.
- 44:01Speaker 8: Why would you have anything to do anyway?
- 44:03Speaker 10: You knew you were coming.
- 44:04Speaker 8: On set an afternoon shoot though, you guys will do
- 44:11it right. First off, I am by lunch. Let's just
- 44:14do it again. Just stop.
- 44:17Speaker 6: Action.
- 44:20Speaker 18: You seemed really distant ever since he came.
- 44:21Speaker 19: Back from the beginning rolling. What well did you not
- 44:28have it recording during the break? I told you to
- 44:31keep the camera recording at all.
- 44:35Speaker 2: I love this. This is fun.
- 44:36Speaker 1: I love It's so terrible, but I love it. It's
- 44:39so real.
- 44:42Speaker 2: Like, what do you mean you were filming? Yeah?
- 44:44Speaker 8: I gave you one job. All you're supposed to do
- 44:46was coming.
- 44:47Speaker 2: Look now he's adjusting the brighton's back down and press
- 44:50record once.
- 44:52Speaker 8: You don't stop it at all. I made this extremely clear.
- 44:56Speaker 18: If this is moving on for a while, can I
- 44:58get a script again?
- 45:03Speaker 19: You helped me load up the car. You know how
- 45:05many tapes we have. If we run out of time
- 45:07on this tape, we'll get another. It's not a problem.
- 45:14Speaker 1: His face. That reaction is so good his on this tape.
- 45:23Speaker 2: You look so upset.
- 45:25Speaker 8: I mean, you brought your.
- 45:27Speaker 11: Dog, you brought your dad. Stupid, stupid.
- 45:42Speaker 1: Just don't just don't read him right off?
- 45:44Speaker 17: A little bit more human with it exactly?
- 45:48Speaker 8: Yeah, you know act how about that?
- 45:53Speaker 17: You know, considering how much you're paying us at everything.
- 45:55Speaker 8: Why would I pay for what.
- 45:56Speaker 18: You're giving me?
- 45:57Speaker 1: I mean, Alex the Chad.
- 46:03Speaker 8: Well, yeah, you already on tapes.
- 46:05Speaker 13: You can't afford actors anyway.
- 46:09Speaker 2: God damn you and your tapes.
- 46:13Speaker 8: I'm sorry, Just don't stop recording. It's not a problem.
- 46:18Speaker 2: This is awesome. Okay, fine, sorry, this is awesome. Yeah,
- 46:25he can. He never wants to turn a camera off.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Okay. They're saying that slenderman is is affecting his personality.
- 46:35I just want to say, not that crazy of a
- 46:37response for these act I would be fucking livid too.
- 46:41Speaker 2: Sure, but these are also student actors and stuff. But
- 46:43I think the main takeaway is that he's stressed, for one,
- 46:46but also that he needs a camera on around him
- 46:50at all times. That's why he's like, I have more tapes,
- 46:52just keep it running. What do you mean you cut it?
- 46:54Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, And with that part, he's just like, I
- 46:56told you to keep it running at all time. Yeah, no,
- 46:58little part. Also Tree nine by far my favorite one
- 47:01so far. That was really funny. I like it. I really,
- 47:07I think that the silent ones are the most effective though. Honestly, yeah,
- 47:13I'm gonna go in and I'm gonna make my own
- 47:14audio for these scenes, just.
- 47:16Speaker 2: Like stereotypical horror movie music.
- 47:19Speaker 1: No, it's gonna be panting and stuff. But then it's
- 47:21gonna be that that Cranberry song Zombies Zombie. But it's
- 47:27just gonna be that part where it's like hen Ther
- 47:29bones and there guns and there bones and there guns.
- 47:33It's just that repeated over and again. It's really gonna
- 47:36listen a nice panic attack out of the out of
- 47:39the audience. I'm gonna send chills down everybody spines. What
- 47:43do you think slender Man has people do? Like whenever
- 47:47you become like a you know, a proxy whatever.
- 47:51Speaker 2: So the original Slenderman images, like a lot of the
- 47:54early lore was about him like stealing away children, like
- 47:57kind of like what you were saying, like pie Piper there.
- 48:01Speaker 8: But.
- 48:04Speaker 2: Most of it later I think was he just like
- 48:06steals anyone for some unknown reason. I don't think he
- 48:09outright kills people. I think he like makes them disappear, right,
- 48:13so maybe like dimensionally or drags him away somewhere. I
- 48:16don't know. So the vibe I'm getting this stuff like
- 48:18Entry ten and Entry one are all within like a
- 48:22couple nights of each other, and we're just kind of
- 48:24viewing stuff out of order as our our guides finding
- 48:27it right.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, I imagine that I would imagine his like
- 48:31the abduction part would have to be I imagine to be
- 48:35fairly quickly, like if it's if it's ramping up that much,
- 48:37i'd imagine it's within days.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Yeah, he couldn't have spent a very long time like that.
- 48:41I don't think, Oh the does the circle with the
- 48:51X mean no face?
- 48:53Speaker 1: I'm guessing it had probably maybe.
- 48:54Speaker 2: I've seen that logo for years, but I don't think
- 48:57i've ever put that.
- 48:58Speaker 1: That's a fun response. It's like a fun like I
- 49:01like reason for the iconography though.
- 49:04Speaker 2: If if that is what it is, like yeah, I mean,
- 49:06but there's nothing there ye.
- 49:07Speaker 1: Immediately registered for me, So I think that you're you're
- 49:11probably onto something.
- 49:14Speaker 9: H m h m hm hm hm hm h m hm.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Oh, look that that was cool like that, that.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Is fun, irresponsible electric use though you're gonna be hurting
- 50:04on that electric bill next month. Even the light on
- 50:05the staircase like that.
- 50:06Speaker 2: I don't know, that's definitely what's on his mind.
- 50:08Speaker 1: I think that's what that's what's on my mind. I'm like, dude,
- 50:10think I can tell, I can tell, I don't know
- 50:14hill there, let's.
- 50:16Speaker 10: Go ahead and get this shot.
- 50:17Speaker 1: His wonder where this is film?
- 50:22Speaker 2: Just getting set to control it, and it was I
- 50:25have the wiki pulled up. It was filmed in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
- 50:29Speaker 1: Then Alabama.
- 50:34Speaker 8: I don't so that's about as prior form I go.
- 50:39We don't want that.
- 50:42Speaker 2: Would be there.
- 50:44Speaker 1: He is, I am gonna die on that fucking entry
- 50:47five hill, dude, I am dying on the hill.
- 50:54Speaker 2: And they acknowledge him just then go back, go back,
- 50:56Well that's what he said. Did they say, like, there
- 50:58he is? Yeah? What's he doing? Yeah? Walking to it?
- 51:05Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, let's get him off the credit.
- 51:10Speaker 4: I hope he's not angry at it.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Heydy, Yeah, so he's he's like, I hope he's not.
- 51:16Speaker 2: They all addressed him, yeah, in doing what's he doing?
- 51:19Speaker 1: So that's probably also where you're talking about when you
- 51:21said that the like all the friends have their entries
- 51:24as well, because it looks like they all saw him
- 51:25right there.
- 51:26Speaker 10: Yeah yeah, Yeah, this one's kind of low. Do you
- 51:32have the extra one?
- 51:33Speaker 1: Those DC shoes, dude, holy ship, does do you see
- 51:36do they even make shoes anymore?
- 51:39Speaker 9: Them?
- 51:39Speaker 10: In a hot minute in the passenger seat.
- 51:41Speaker 14: Okay, if not the trunk, all right, I'm gonna keep
- 51:45on going though, So okay.
- 51:50Speaker 2: Oh that's pretty close.
- 51:53Speaker 1: Got him at the end. So yeah, it's like almost
- 51:55every time the audio cuts out, he starts to pop up.
- 51:57Do you think that do you think he Do you
- 51:59think he's the one who wrote on the stone there?
- 52:02Or do you think that was just there before?
- 52:04Speaker 2: What did the stone say? I didn't see it.
- 52:06Speaker 1: It was like the circle with the extra it ah,
- 52:10but he was like dusting it off.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Oh oh oh that that was probably someone else came before. Okay,
- 52:18because I thought if slenders in the area, other people
- 52:20have had this an encounter.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Just curious because I was like, I was wondering if
- 52:24if it was him who was like, you know, making
- 52:27that stuff up, or if it's like imagery that he's
- 52:29seeing in his head now because he's transcribing that on
- 52:32a paper too.
- 52:33Speaker 2: Maybe he sees it in like symbols like that and
- 52:35then just carries on the action.
- 52:38Speaker 1: Already image tearing, probably gonna see it.
- 52:41Speaker 2: I think I've seen this one before.
- 52:43Speaker 1: Is this a pretty popular one?
- 52:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 52:45Speaker 2: This is one that gets shared around a lot.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, this is this is some classic classic. Yeah,
- 52:53how fun is that?
- 52:55Speaker 2: Yeah? I mean it is like again Slender's overdone, but
- 52:58that is menacing, like something taller, just a.
- 53:00Speaker 1: Tall, creepy man walking to my house. You shouldn't be here.
- 53:05Oh what do you think this slender Man sounds like?
- 53:09Speaker 2: Hello, miss slender Man? Sure, buddy, do you think he
- 53:15sounds like that?
- 53:15Speaker 1: All right?
- 53:17Speaker 2: He doesn't he he doesn't have a mouth. I don't
- 53:19think he makes noise.
- 53:23Speaker 1: What he murmured? Bruh, he'd just shut the fucking door
- 53:37all the way. Damn, slender Man just came in and
- 53:49just kicked the ship out of him.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Yeah, just beat him up.
- 53:52Speaker 1: And just just fucking punched the fucking out.
- 53:55Speaker 2: The next time you all play it with your stupid cameras.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I want you to leave it. Keep leaving your
- 53:59door cracked.
- 53:59Speaker 2: Put see, I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna eat that
- 54:04sandwich on the counter on my way out, all right by.
- 54:06Speaker 1: It'd be kind of funny if actually he like looked
- 54:08at the camera. He's like, so a vase fell on
- 54:11my head.
- 54:15Speaker 2: And I'm upset.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Last time I put a lamp on the shelf above
- 54:19my bed, we're gonna be talking mad Ship on Alex. Dude. Yep,
- 54:31Alex stopped even buying Arby's for lunch.
- 54:33Speaker 2: So I've been dressing up as a as like a
- 54:36tall faceless man in a suit.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Ye followed, just a mess with him. Are they in
- 54:42high school?
- 54:42Speaker 2: You think? Yes?
- 54:44Speaker 1: Okay? I thought it might have been a college film,
- 54:45like a Blair Witch.
- 54:48Speaker 8: I guess so.
- 54:49Speaker 17: I mean, it's been quite a while to give this.
- 54:52Speaker 1: Also, we've been kind We've been under the impression too
- 54:55that I feel like Alex lives alone.
- 54:57Speaker 2: But hold on, are you saying the care or the
- 55:01actual people, because I think I feel like the actual
- 55:03people are probably high school but maybe they're just acting. Yeah.
- 55:07Speaker 1: I fully believe that these are like seventeen eighteen years people.
- 55:11But I think in this in the context of this story,
- 55:14I'm trying to figure out if, oh, he's in he's
- 55:16supposed to be in college or whatever?
- 55:19Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 55:20Speaker 4: Right, Yeah.
- 55:20Speaker 13: More more specifically, the director Alex Alex Curly, you remember, I.
- 55:25Speaker 17: Don't really remember much. I mean, he was a friend
- 55:27of Brian, so I didn't really talk to him that much.
- 55:30I mean, he just kind of asked me to be
- 55:32part of the cast. For the sake of convenience.
- 55:34Speaker 13: In terms of his directing at the time, how was
- 55:36he as a director?
- 55:38Speaker 17: He is a pretty decent director.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Who's a pretty decent director.
- 55:48Speaker 17: After a while, he got to the point where he
- 55:49would be yelling at us more than he'd be actually
- 55:52be filming the movie. So he'd just be really paranoid
- 55:57waving his camera around all over the place. I mean,
- 55:58I just couldn't really came other other than the camera
- 56:01he was using to shoot the Yeah, he had a
- 56:03handheld that he was carrying around with him all over
- 56:05the place.
- 56:07Speaker 2: Okay, okay, all right, calmed down, Okay, all right, dude,
- 56:15what are you doing?
- 56:18Speaker 7: How many? How many?
- 56:18Speaker 18: Would you say?
- 56:19Speaker 7: You had.
- 56:21Speaker 17: Way more than necessary.
- 56:22Speaker 13: More than you would need to make up a production
- 56:24like this. Yeah, just for himself. Yeah, speaking of Alex,
- 56:28I mean, I don't I don't know if you do
- 56:29this or not, but but he didn't move away after
- 56:31he ended this production, so you wouldn't know what might
- 56:35have caused Alex to move away.
- 56:38Speaker 17: No, I know, Brian did say something about, like, I
- 56:41think somebody who's leaving dead animals and like his uh,
- 56:44like his front yard or something.
- 56:47Speaker 2: It's pretty normal.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I think people were like that. I feel like
- 56:51people were leaving, like killing cats and leave him in
- 56:53his front yard.
- 56:54Speaker 2: Hey, we've all we've all had.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I couldn't think of anything particular. I couldn't think of
- 56:58anything particular, like people kept cutting off like their fingers
- 57:02and leaving him in his mailbox. But I couldn't pinpoint
- 57:05exactly why he would leave.
- 57:06Speaker 2: I just don't know what's gone so worked up?
- 57:09Speaker 13: What do you mean pets like cats or dogs or anything.
- 57:12Speaker 17: I don't think so he didn't.
- 57:14Speaker 7: Kind of live in it. I really wooded area.
- 57:16Speaker 17: I don't think it was anything like that. But I mean,
- 57:18you have to ask Brian.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I'm not really the this mother. He's like, I just
- 57:23why are you even talking to me? Talk to Brian.
- 57:25I have no idea what's going on.
- 57:26Speaker 13: But did you have to notice I know these are
- 57:28like public places and there were people there, but did
- 57:30you notice anything out of the ordinary about any any
- 57:33people any went he saw? I mean it was just
- 57:37you know, families, kids, you know, and just I mean,
- 57:41you just have to get people off the set on
- 57:42a regular basis, So okay, anything anyone that you wouldn't.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Any eight foot tall faceless men.
- 57:50Speaker 2: Anything, a little little strange.
- 57:53Speaker 13: Guy, guy in a business suit like business suit?
- 57:56Speaker 17: Don't remember? I mean it was quite a while ago,
- 58:00and then there may have been, but I mean it's,
- 58:02you know, several years ago, and you asked me about
- 58:04a guy in a suit.
- 58:05Speaker 13: So okay, So so you don't really remember now specifics
- 58:09about anyone.
- 58:09Speaker 3: You had to move off?
- 58:10Speaker 1: Is he so fucking aggressive?
- 58:12Speaker 17: I'm really sorry, but I got to get the launch
- 58:14after this one, right, I mean, I'm sorry, we do this.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Quick, okay. I think it makes sense why he's so aggressive,
- 58:23because think about it, he is trying to figure out
- 58:25what happened to his friend Alex. Alex disappeared, and then
- 58:27he finds a guy who was on set and all
- 58:30that Brian has seen or not Brian Jay Jay is
- 58:34the one who's posting all this. All Jay has seen
- 58:37so far is a ton of videos of Brian like
- 58:41being stalked by guy in a suit, and then he
- 58:43saw that the guy in the suit's on set, and
- 58:45then he saw that that guy was in Alex's house,
- 58:48So now he's stressed. You find someone named Tim and
- 58:51he's like, hey, do you know anything about Alex? What
- 58:52about this guy in the suit? Have you seen him?
- 58:54He was on set, I saw it on videos. How
- 58:56could you not have seen him? Like he's confused?
- 58:59Speaker 1: I guess more so, I was thinking of the aggressive
- 59:02from the interviewee.
- 59:05Speaker 2: Oh oh oh oh, I see what you're saying.
- 59:07Speaker 1: I think I think that I think that Jay was uh.
- 59:11I think that I got the idea that he's just like, dude,
- 59:13I have seen it. Did you not see anything else?
- 59:16Like he's really trying to pry it out of him? Like, yeah,
- 59:18I mean the guy was standing there in broad daylight,
- 59:20but the guy was just like what I mean, come,
- 59:21I don't know, I come on. What the fact makes
- 59:24me think that is also hiding something too. I think
- 59:27he's maybe not wanting to dive into that part of
- 59:30his memory again, is what I would assume.
- 59:33Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, I see what you're saying.
- 59:35Speaker 1: That makes sense because he was just getting very flustered
- 59:38by the end, like you're asking me about a guy
- 59:39years ago as soon. I don't know, Like it just
- 59:42seems a bit condescending and a bit aggressive.
- 59:46Speaker 2: Yeah, do you care to pause? Real quick?
- 59:48Speaker 1: Yp Sure received an anonymous tip about where Brian could
- 59:51be located. Also, are you under the impression with this
- 59:54that that they are, that they've basically been abducted by Slenderman,
- 59:59or that they've been killed by under Man. They didn't move,
- 1:00:01Like whenever say oh he moved, I was like, oh
- 1:00:04didn't move?
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: Yeah A hundred yeah, no question, no question. Yeah he
- 1:00:13finds Alex, It's like, oh, I moved to Toledo, great
- 1:00:16housing prizes out here.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: I just did. It was too much, man, I had
- 1:00:20to go. I also think these work a lot better
- 1:00:31too as a series. Like if this was a movie,
- 1:00:32I think it would be it'd be too hard to
- 1:00:34establish the whole guys carrying a camera around, Like I
- 1:00:38feel like it would feel really rushed. So the build
- 1:00:41up of him continuously carrying the camera and going around
- 1:00:43has been nice. But I'm curious to see if he
- 1:00:45finds Brian.
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: Here's like the YouTube format of all this, yeah, ways
- 1:00:49to be cataloged. We're watching it just lends itself to
- 1:00:52the story.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Also, now you're starting to have I like the theming
- 1:00:55of now somebody who has found the footage is also
- 1:00:59kind of becoming this you know, filmmaker carrying a camera
- 1:01:03on him as well. So it's almost like two people
- 1:01:05who have been driven mad and have are constantly trying
- 1:01:09to like surveillance themselves. Back Doors are always open, baby,
- 1:01:14slide it open.
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: That's what she said. Yeah, mm hmmm, what.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: I tell you. I'm telling you these fucking these Backwood
- 1:01:30Alabama people, they know it.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Never locked out.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: They're like, they're like, no one walks to the back.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: So this is Jay going to Brian's place.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: That's what it said. He's trying to find Brian.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: Alice Brian, Yeah, because he suspects Brian knows something about Alex.
- 1:01:58He's not letting on.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: Yeah, it almost be weird if it almost be more
- 1:02:07weird if you found them here.
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Yeah, like the wreckage and everything.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: Yeah, or they're just there and he's like, dude, where
- 1:02:14have you been for all this time? Well essentially years? Right?
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: Oh, well you know rinse cheap here, you know, got
- 1:02:21to move back.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Well, you know, I mean I have I do what
- 1:02:23I have to do. I want to see a slender
- 1:02:30Man like twerk compilation.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Okay, that's I'm almost positive that's out there.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: Slender Man twerk and Galaxy Gas compilation.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: All right, you and this Galaxy Gas have gone somewhere.
- 1:02:42Did you make a video.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: I'm young, I'm a young hip kid.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Okay, you are at least thirty five. What was that noise?
- 1:02:54They like, They're like, I don't like that.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Uh are we are we supposed to assume that Jay
- 1:03:07is patient zero with COVID?
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's what you're were trying to get
- 1:03:11out of this hunter for sure. I think that's what
- 1:03:14this story.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: What was Alex trying to say?
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: Well, you told me before we start you don't believe
- 1:03:18in COVID.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely not.
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: And if and if I recall you also continued to
- 1:03:29said any and all vaccines are the mark of the
- 1:03:32beast to put the anti Christ into you as what you.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Said, Yeah, I thought the forbidden syrups.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: Yeah, the galaxy gas of the soul, so to speak.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: The only true cure to COVID is of flavored galaxy gas.
- 1:03:54I know what I'm doing, tell the public disinformation.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: Imagine this is just what your house looks like this.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: This is yeah, all the.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: Electricities routed to your streaming set up. So like just
- 1:04:09your wife crawls around like a rat in the dark
- 1:04:12because you won't let her have any lights. What what
- 1:04:19does that?
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: I don't know, like a bend?
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: Is that like a like a toolbox. Oh uh, oh huh,
- 1:04:29oh buh, I'm having flashbacks to the Oh gosh, what
- 1:04:34is it. There's a storm in Japan?
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah. He just like wiped up with his hands. Blood.
- 1:04:43It's dry blood. We touch it.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: What is this cherry? Galaxy gas?
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: All right? So this is definitely the serum for galaxy gas.
- 1:04:50This is definitely this shit smells sweet. He's like, oh
- 1:04:54my god, ben a drill.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Okay, So if this is okay, So it's either Alex
- 1:05:00was here or Brian was here and was going through
- 1:05:03way more than we thought, right, Like he he is
- 1:05:07in the thick of it.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I would assume it's Alex. I think that got They're
- 1:05:11all plagued in their own.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: Oh that was a bullet case. Yeah, that's not good.
- 1:05:16Those are Alex's pages.
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, I'm wondering what what the whole fucking like
- 1:05:20the sick thing is did Alex Well, I guess we
- 1:05:22haven't seen Alex coffe yet.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: Maybe the pages. It could also be maybe there's a
- 1:05:29smell in there something.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: Well, he was kind of caught, remember he coughed during
- 1:05:33the interview.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: He was like, oh, you're right, you're right, Yeah, you're right.
- 1:05:48All right, So we're now. I may go back soon
- 1:05:51to enteen seventeen.
- 1:05:53Speaker 18: I had to do that about five times.
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: That's a good story.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: That's a good story.
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: I'm out of the frame.
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: Yeah, you're good. Uh you know where we're starting to?
- 1:06:04Speaker 17: Uh why do you come back?
- 1:06:07Speaker 18: Yes?
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: And uh did that say that Jay was on set? Yeah?
- 1:06:12I found more footage of me.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: Right helping Alex.
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. So if he was on set,
- 1:06:17then he should also remember, like the operator being there
- 1:06:21and stuff like that.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: I don't think that he I don't think he was
- 1:06:23on set the whole time, though. I think he was
- 1:06:25just helping him sometimes. I'm pretty sure.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: Oh is that him? Yeah, that's him.
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: You talk about my boy, Slindy, there's the boy just
- 1:06:34like Entry five, baby, No, not just like Entry Entry five.
- 1:06:38He was there, dude, I hope.
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: I hope he's there, but he's in a completely different place.
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: Dude. Why are you gonna wish that kind of evil
- 1:06:46on me? Man? It's fucked up.
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: Dialogue with the Alex That was just me.
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: I do all the script for this.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: I do all the script for this.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: I do all the script for this. Met describing writing,
- 1:07:01I do all the script for this.
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: Why are you running a jacket?
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: It's pretty cold in here.
- 1:07:07Speaker 8: I'm comfortable.
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: Up or something.
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: Well, we're going through it a couple more time in anyway, but.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: My ears okay, from that points all the end of
- 1:07:24the tape, the picture is frozen. A few problems are
- 1:07:27still present in this clip. But there's something else about
- 1:07:30really disturbs me. Is it the guy standing outside the window?
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: I remember any of it happened.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Oh, that's fun.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: I decided to go back to the house. Ooh, he's
- 1:07:39going back. I like that.
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: That's fun. Okay, So he was there for a lot
- 1:07:45of the stuff he's seen in the footage. I can't
- 1:07:47remember for something. But he's like.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: I don't remember doing that eighteen.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: Hell yeah, let's go. Let's go, let's go. Oh I'm high.
- 1:08:00This is great. This is way better than I remember it.
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: The door's locked again.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Well, he went through the back door last time.
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: Remember didn't he run out the front door? I remember
- 1:08:09he unlocked it the first time and then he went upstairs.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Uh, that's that's more destruction than last time.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: I was gonna say. It looks way more.
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: Yeah, this is like, Yeah, there's there's a table flipped
- 1:08:29over and like chairs. Yeah, that couch is upside down. Yeah,
- 1:08:36that's that closet they were living in, right.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: I'm guessing. So I'm still confused by the closet situation thing.
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: I think it's because there's no windows. Oh that's oh
- 1:08:48someone's made of all.
- 1:08:50Speaker 20: Yeah.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: I'm guessing they're sleeping in the closet because there's no
- 1:08:52windows to be watched through. Oh my gosh, oh shit,
- 1:09:02Oh my god.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Bro, that fucked me up.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: Dude, what the fuck that that made me jump? Oh?
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: I was not even Slender Man.
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: No, this this is one of the proxies, Like what
- 1:09:27I was talking about. He's wearing a mask, right, Yeah,
- 1:09:31it has screamed so hard.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Bruh.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: Wow, he doesn't remember these interactions.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: I woke up here the next morning, my car off
- 1:09:47the road. A lot of up shots of the trees
- 1:09:54kind of shots as well. Very reminds me a lot
- 1:09:57of Blair Witch.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: Dude, that was great running across the floor.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: It was a really strong reveal. I don't understand the
- 1:10:13mask thing, though, Isaiah fill me in on the mask.
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: Well, Slender has no face, right, sure, so his followers
- 1:10:20wear things to cover their face. It's like a church
- 1:10:22of him almost. I see what was that the first barvtext?
- 1:10:26I didn't catch that one, okay, interested Okay, so I
- 1:10:36think that is either Brian or Alex. The thing is
- 1:10:50probably Brian because I feel like the Alex reveal will
- 1:10:52come later.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's gonna be like I imagine that
- 1:10:55Alex Reville will crescendo to be like more of the finale.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: Yeah, there we go. Okay, all right, so now here
- 1:11:08comes the point where I think we should bring in
- 1:11:13the second channel, right, so it's called to the arc
- 1:11:16all one word? Okay, there it is all right now, operator, Yeah,
- 1:11:32lakes and stillness will take every light of the night.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: I wonder how much of that audio is also people running,
- 1:11:46uh like running from previous Is it is that audio from.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: You're getting ahead of it a little bit yourself? But
- 1:11:57these are all recontextualizations of stuff we've all already seen. Okay, see,
- 1:12:01and that will become very apparent here in a second.
- 1:12:03But yes, that's audio from previous episodes of Marble Hornets.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: Should we be going into delusion next?
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: Yes?
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: I really enjoy these little blips. It reminds me a
- 1:12:25lot of David Lynch's ABC's movie He did in college.
- 1:12:57It looks like it's spelling something are.
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: It goes across the whole thing. T H e R
- 1:13:05e W. There was more.
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: There's more. At first I thought it was like binary
- 1:13:14like ones and zero or whatever.
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: Does that guy look familiar to you?
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: I can't tell. I can't tell if it's Alex or
- 1:13:46if it looks okay.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: So do you remember back in tape thirteen of Marble
- 1:13:51Hornets when he's in the woods with that guy and
- 1:13:53he says, hey, go to the car and get more tapes.
- 1:13:55And while he's exploring, he finds the XO. Yeah.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: Yeah, He's like, I'll meet you down there.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: This is when that guy goes back to the car.
- 1:14:02Someone to the arc. Whoever it is was watching them
- 1:14:05from the woods.
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: To the arc, and I almost think it's Alex, Like.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: Well, Alex was the one who we were watching, maybe
- 1:14:11a possessed version. Alex was the one we were watching
- 1:14:15in tape thirteen. Unless you're this just happening simultaneously.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: So is this is this supposed to be Brian? Then
- 1:14:20the person recording the person in frame?
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: Uh, That's what I'm wondering, because oh oh, according, so
- 1:14:28I have I have the key log for e Cheps.
- 1:14:30I pulled up that is Jay.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Oh, okay, so that's our.
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: This is the guy doing our our catalog and of everything.
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: Right, this makes you think that it's either Alex or Brian.
- 1:14:40Then part of me thinks is Alex? Uh? Like he
- 1:14:45something happened to him and then he ran back up
- 1:14:47and recorded, like in a trance or something.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, yeah, yeah, I could see that. Where is
- 1:15:06the arc? That is a great question, trying.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: To find what it said at the beginning to rat
- 1:15:10rat or rather.
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: Or rat here or.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: Top top top Mmmm.
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: I do not know what that means rat.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: Let me look at that spelled out almost.
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: I was rather rather, So I spelled rather because there's
- 1:15:31no oh in it.
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: I was no.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: I guess I thought it was or rat. It could
- 1:15:38be the or, but I don't know what the r
- 1:15:40A is.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe it's out of order. Mm hmmm,
- 1:15:44I don't know. All right, So that's that one. Next
- 1:15:49should be program.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: It's gonna be kind of cool if we find out
- 1:15:57bleed more. It's gonna be kind of interesting to find
- 1:15:59out if like the possessed version of Alex or the
- 1:16:02manipulated version of Alex is like editing this.
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: Putting them all together. Yeah, I'll also say all of
- 1:16:09the little zeros and stuff like that. Stuff flashes on screen.
- 1:16:13I'm sure hidden messages that will be decoded when the
- 1:16:16eventual Windgoon video, But for right now, I'm not going
- 1:16:18to try to put that together. So you see a
- 1:16:29video on Marble hornets and then you see it recontextualize
- 1:16:32over here onto the arc. Right, all right, So next.
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: We Havetion edition. Yes, I think it's that him coffin
- 1:16:49on the ground while he was running away.
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: Yes, Oh my gosh. So whoever is doing this account
- 1:16:54was in the house when that happened.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: Do you not think that's from the perspective of the
- 1:16:58guy on the couch or do you think it was
- 1:16:59somebody else? Do you think there's a second party there?
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: He wasn't coffeing and the one he got attacked in right,
- 1:17:04because he woke up the next day that was this
- 1:17:06was the first time he came to the house, right, Oh.
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: You're right, yep, yep, yep, yep, you're right.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: That's when he wasn't attacked.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the first time he went to the house.
- 1:17:15That's true.
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: Something something.
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: This is going to activate some sleeper agent one of
- 1:17:32our viewers. I don't like that. You. I don't like that.
- 1:17:47Go upstairs to your room. I will be waiting for you.
- 1:17:49Absolutely not.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: It almost seems like these are messages to Jay two though,
- 1:17:53come back is it referring to come back to the house,
- 1:17:55almost like some kind of entrance or something, you know
- 1:17:57what I mean.
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: So that one took place that was signal Right, signal
- 1:18:01comes right after Entry seventeen, which is the episode before
- 1:18:05he returns to the house. So yeah, comeback is delivered
- 1:18:08right before Jay goes back to the house.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: Okay, So then I'm guessing smiling for the cameras or
- 1:18:13messages is next.
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: Messages is after he gets attacked at the house at night.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: You've been keeping hmmm, you've been keeping secrets?
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: Jay's been Okay, So this is talking to Jay. That
- 1:18:36means Jay's been keeping secrets.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: Well, that's what I'm saying. I'm wondering what Jay hasn't
- 1:18:39been informing the us the viewers like it's him saying stuff. Also,
- 1:18:45it could could it be secrets as in the memories
- 1:18:47that he can't remember. Potentially, yes, because I'm wondering if
- 1:18:51he I'm wondering if he's I'm wondering if Entry nineteen
- 1:18:54is going to respond to.
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: That unless he's lying about it. So he's saying right there, Okay.
- 1:18:58At the opening of Inch nineteen, he says, I saw
- 1:19:02his response to Tree eighteen, So that is what we
- 1:19:04just saw.
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. That's why. Yeah, So let's see
- 1:19:08what he says here.
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: This is what we just saw.
- 1:19:17Speaker 20: Mmmm.
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: Interesting Okay, unreliable narrator.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: Okay. The same thing that was getting Alex is getting
- 1:19:27to him yielded nothing worth mentioning, so he began only
- 1:19:30checking it weekly.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Where Oh interesting, So he's been recording all of this
- 1:19:40to a hard drive.
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: Correct, yep.
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: Interesting.
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: Yeah, he has become the exact same thing Alex was. Yeah.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: We we haven't talked about that a little bit before. Yeah,
- 1:19:49each of these people kind of do. So this is Jay.
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: This is insanely well done. This is so much better
- 1:19:57than I remember it being when, like I watched this
- 1:19:59year's back. I guess I just wasn't paying attention enough
- 1:20:01where I appreciate it more.
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: Now, is there's something behind the window here?
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: I hope not, because if that's a face, I'm gonna cry.
- 1:20:09Oh my god.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: Oh Jesus Christ. I'm almost positive that face was out there.
- 1:20:14Oh oh, it's fun, man. Some of these jumps are
- 1:20:24really nice, Like these jump scares are really.
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: Nice, Dude. I've jumped out of my scared.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: That one nut got me.
- 1:20:30Speaker 2: Ah. The room is empty for about three hours after
- 1:20:33a watch. I come back in and fall asleep instantly.
- 1:20:36I don't remember ever getting up for an extent.
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: He's being puppeted, bro. He's like they're they're fucking with
- 1:20:42his mind.
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: I suspect is the person wearing the mask knows where
- 1:20:45I live.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: It's got to be Alex. Also trying to think.
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: Of these clips. I've kept not left my house at all.
- 1:20:51I've kept all the doors and windows locked. I need
- 1:20:56to find somewhere else to go. It's not safe to
- 1:20:57stay here anymore.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: Very good entry, extremely good.
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: That Okay, what the whole thing I said about, Like, oh, well,
- 1:21:05the jump there's no jump scares or anything. It means
- 1:21:07when they do happen, they are so effective because I'm
- 1:21:11not ready.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: Not only are they just effective, but they don't rely
- 1:21:14on like a lot of movies when they use jump
- 1:21:15scares are like like big sound, where it's just volume
- 1:21:19being raised and it's like it's shocking my nervous system.
- 1:21:22This is just this is just a really fun character entry.
- 1:21:25They're nineteen point five or to be hot back over.
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: Okay, we hop back to to the art, so now
- 1:21:30they alternate for a bit. Okay, cool, so real quickly,
- 1:21:33let me real quickly that one shook it out of me.
- 1:21:35Let me peek right back.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Awesome, very good. The idea too, of where he was
- 1:21:47gone for three hours. I wonder if he was just
- 1:21:49in this state of of just sitting there with these
- 1:21:54pulsating lights and.
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: He's right there with the operator, so you know, he's
- 1:21:58as deep in as you can be.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Decided to make a visio recorded the items I took
- 1:22:02from my house an entry. I hope also moving forward
- 1:22:05with this too, I really hope that he keeps interacting
- 1:22:07with this other channel, Like I love the collaborative nature
- 1:22:09of like, yeah, I saw what that one page did.
- 1:22:11I I kind of it's gonna send him like just
- 1:22:15make him even more crazy, you know, stir crazy of
- 1:22:17this person's watching me and uploading it kind of reminds
- 1:22:19me of Michael Hannike's movie Cache. I don't know if
- 1:22:22you've ever seen that movie.
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: But I'm not familiar with it.
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: Michael handike one of my favorite directs Amazing made this
- 1:22:27week called Cashe and it's all about this guy keeps
- 1:22:29getting tapes delivered to his house and it's just he
- 1:22:31plays the tapes and they're just recordings of his house.
- 1:22:33So it's just recording his house. Very good. It's Michael
- 1:22:37handikey though, So it's very weird, but it's it's not
- 1:22:39I wouldn't say it's necessarily horror, but it's a thriller,
- 1:22:41trauma kind of thing.
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: Okay, the stuff he got in tape sixteen.
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: Entry sixteen. This is some of the stuff he's got.
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: Which is the pills. Yeah, that was the one before
- 1:22:49he got attacked.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: Correct, this is the first time. So this is he's
- 1:22:53showing off the drawings to pills in the bold. I'm
- 1:22:55guessing forget what I see is what the paper said. Yeah,
- 1:23:08he definitely shook it. He did.
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: Oh, he must have been taking the pills in the.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Trance, I'm guessing. So very fun. Way to tie that together.
- 1:23:21How fun?
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: That is fun? That is very cool. He's losing his
- 1:23:25memory problem.
- 1:23:28Speaker 8: Why are you were in your jacket?
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: It's pretty cold?
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: Any here, man? That thing freaked me out so bad.
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: That was definitely the most effective scare so far through
- 1:23:57my blood. That in like the hall when the guy
- 1:24:00was running down the hallway, Yeah, seize me.
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: Yeah, the circle of the ax has to be no face.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely, some of the second she's been reoccurring. Yeah,
- 1:24:18I mean, wonder we wiped it here. I was wondering.
- 1:24:20I'm wondering if, yeah, if he did this, or if
- 1:24:23it's other people who have been.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: Affected because that that was Alex film, Yes, that was Alex.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: H Yeah.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: Well, according to Jay, it seems like absolutely you do stuff,
- 1:24:31you go into trances and do stuff you're not familiar with.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: You have to I mean, I I you you'd have
- 1:24:35to assume too. Alex is having these laps of times
- 1:24:38of not remembering anything.
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: Yeah. At the Tower, it's written in the same style
- 1:24:44of writing that's on the front.
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: At the Tower, sees me at the tower, with.
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: Me at the tower, knowing in towers nearby.
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: We haven't seen any fixtures like that, right. The only
- 1:24:55thing we've seen remotely to like, I guess if you
- 1:24:57want to call it the tower is uh, the rock
- 1:25:00climbing wall when he.
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: Was Yeah, that's true. You're right, you're right, something needs
- 1:25:07to come at or the rust trails got cold. Yeah,
- 1:25:09because Alex only had so many tapes.
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that's yeah, exactly all right, I'm almost finished
- 1:25:16looking through the tapes.
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: Man, I'm so locked in.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: Then we coulupposed to be the final clue I get
- 1:25:21from them. Okay, cool, big big reveal here again. I
- 1:25:24don't remember any of this happening. Oh you know, you know,
- 1:25:28ship starts whatever, like.
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: I do not remember this. Yeah, all right, let's see
- 1:25:34we'll do a little special featurette here from the das
- 1:25:37were waiting for Tim, who's running the.
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: Screen over for me. That looks awful.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Where'd that painting? I think?
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: Yeah, I took it down and I wanting back.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: So we're here on Haunting photo.
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: Ryan is somewhere.
- 1:25:54Speaker 10: I don't know where.
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: I wasn't I wasn't paying attention.
- 1:25:56Speaker 12: Where do you.
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: We've been doing some script revisions for coming up here.
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: I've been supervising that because I'm the script supervisor.
- 1:26:05Speaker 8: Yes, Jane has been very helpful today. I'm very proud
- 1:26:08of him. We're just waiting on Tim to get here.
- 1:26:11Go give him the new script and every run over
- 1:26:12some lines.
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: Me with my script and he try. Anytime someone tries
- 1:26:22to have you read some of their work. Anytime I've
- 1:26:25ever anytime I've ever been like, hey, can you check
- 1:26:27this out, They're like, freak out?
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: How you doing? Tim?
- 1:26:31Speaker 8: Drive my right, it's okay, Sorry, I'm late. Why is
- 1:26:37it so cold? And let's go ahead.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: Also, that's the same jacket as the face the mask.
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: Oh you're right, King, You're so right. It's Tim.
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: I'm really tired of this.
- 1:26:50Speaker 8: I really need a break down. Oh fie tick five?
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: Oh the coffin.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: I wonder what kind of sickness you get?
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: Well, I think your body begins to physically like change, right, surely.
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: You'd have to have some kind of altercation. I'm guessing
- 1:27:12maybe it's monkey pocks.
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't believe in that either?
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: I thought, No, absolutely not.
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: Yeah, just some mess match tape. Uh?
- 1:27:22Speaker 8: Do you need to go hug for the kado? I'm fine.
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: If it seems to be out of order or missing
- 1:27:29parts altogether. Tim is also acting very strange. The pill
- 1:27:34bodle he has looked similar to the one I found
- 1:27:36in the house. Is that not the same house? In
- 1:27:40regards to Entry nineteen o five, I included at the tire.
- 1:27:43Maybe you'refering the red structure. Look at you, Look at you?
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: An entry five where we saw our first cylinder man. Okay,
- 1:27:50if he pans over and shows it here, I'm gonna
- 1:27:52fucking dunk on you so hard.
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: It's it's not because it's not there. This is the
- 1:27:58only solid lead right now. Sid to other interesting sick Okay, nice, Okay,
- 1:28:05So now we go back to the ARC.
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: So it's upside down. Seems like it was a lot
- 1:28:16of words. It's a lot of stuff said like uh,
- 1:28:19poison random centered, excludes death, accounting, stale truth and dangering
- 1:28:23section for you. Basically, it just seems like it's a
- 1:28:25bunch of like threatening, threatening phases. It's it once again.
- 1:28:30It seems like the the ARC channel seems to be
- 1:28:32a tantalizing kind of like uh yeah, uh, what am
- 1:28:38I thinking of, like hypnotizing them to combat or something.
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: The wiki I've pulled up here says there's an inverted
- 1:28:44damage of a red tower with Morse code that spells
- 1:28:47out operator, which this would be the first message in
- 1:28:51the series. We have to Slender's name within it, right.
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: Or besides the from the ARC, I think on the
- 1:28:59arc one of the So it's called Okay, you're right,
- 1:29:02you're right on this one, but I would say maybe
- 1:29:04in video form.
- 1:29:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, And then it says some fast moving words
- 1:29:09that translates to precede trees, which is an anagram for
- 1:29:14deeper secrets.
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: Hmmm. So still it's it's still I'm guessing that there's
- 1:29:19things that even.
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: There's still things hidden. JA doesn't know, right, all right,
- 1:29:24So we're now on to entry twenty one. Mm hm,
- 1:29:44just do it, Just do it if you're gonna jump scary.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: Either a hole or did someone dig something up there
- 1:29:49that looks like a hole.
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: It looked like a hole. It seems that the noise
- 1:29:54only got loud whenever he was close to it. See
- 1:29:57now I'm on edge. Now I'm on edge because it's
- 1:29:59got me one. It's coma be a couple of times.
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: I'm wondering what was unearthed there.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: At that tree. I'm looking at that tree. You were
- 1:30:08looking at it, and there's not a slender man behind it?
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: Okay, not now he wasn't there. Now he's gone.
- 1:30:13Speaker 2: I guess I was gonna say that, like, it seems
- 1:30:15kind of dumb for Jay to like go places he
- 1:30:19knows this stuff's happening at But if Jay's being stalked
- 1:30:22by it, he has no other option, right, if he's
- 1:30:24being stalked.
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: But also not even that, but like puppeteered, Like it
- 1:30:26doesn't seem like how much free will is he beginning
- 1:30:29to lose? You know what I mean?
- 1:30:30Speaker 2: I mean he saw he saw a video with the
- 1:30:32thing in his room, right, Yeah, it's not like he
- 1:30:34has much to lose, so he's got to chase any Lee.
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: There has to be some kind of obsession forming.
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, And and I mean plus, like if you
- 1:30:42have any hope of saving yourself, you gotta gotta go
- 1:30:45for something, right.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: Yeah, you can't just live in this fucking madness.
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: It's in his house.
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: Yeah, what am I gonna do?
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's standing on his all the.
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: Weird old Oh there you go. I wonder if the
- 1:30:57structure is still here in Alabama though, how sick with that?
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: That'd be pretty cool if you can go find it. Yeah,
- 1:31:02if anyone's in Tuscaloosa, let us know. I hope that
- 1:31:05scratch is still there, that'd be cool. I really, it
- 1:31:08is wild, like how much these guys were trailblazers, right,
- 1:31:13Like doing all of this on YouTube this way, like
- 1:31:17way before anyone else is doing something close to.
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: Oh shit, police table around here.
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: Maybe there is some kind of crime crimers.
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: Like sure, only good things happened.
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, I bet you anything. That thing is still standing.
- 1:31:41And I bet you, I bet you people have like
- 1:31:43made more x's and o's on it. I bet it's
- 1:31:46like a landmark around there.
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: I know I would, I know, I for sure would.
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: If only we were doing a creep cash show in Alabama,
- 1:31:51we could stop by.
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: That would be a lot of fun.
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: Actually, the police tape all around it makes you think potential.
- 1:32:00I'm wondering if somebody fell and died there that can
- 1:32:03they closed it off or something. And that's also why
- 1:32:05they like closed off all of the took out all
- 1:32:09of the like plastic rocks whatever. I can't tell what
- 1:32:21kind of metal case that is.
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: It sounds like a tin, like a tin case of something.
- 1:32:30Did he fall?
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: I think he just dropped the camera.
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: Dropped the camera. It's a silver tin.
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: Just looks like yeah, just so ooh a new tape.
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: Oh let's go, let's go, baby, this is so fun.
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: I'll be watching the tape I found soon nice.
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: Okay, so there is no to the ark for that one.
- 1:33:01We're straight into tape twenty two twenty two.
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: In tree twenty two twenty two, I am hooked in
- 1:33:09like a mofo.
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: Hook line and sinker.
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: Let's go hook line and stinker.
- 1:33:16Speaker 4: The tape.
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: Oh Alex again, So this must have been he thought
- 1:33:22he went through all of Alex's tape, So this is
- 1:33:24another one of Alex's I would have to assume.
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: Yeah, but it looks like maybe one even Alex head
- 1:33:28or it could be people are planning clues for him
- 1:33:31to like lead him somewhere. We were the audio dropping
- 1:33:44out there was creepy.
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: Where are they?
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: That's what I was wondering too. At first I thought
- 1:33:48they were back at the tower, but now they're in
- 1:33:54a building, just an abandoned building. Maybe looks like it
- 1:33:57was burnt down or something. I can't tell.
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: Like that noise series got me tweaking, bromh.
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: All of these set locations rule, I'm so scared. Oh ship.
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: These guys did such a good job.
- 1:34:35Speaker 9: Man.
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: The editing is really it's gotten a lot stronger to
- 1:34:38the more it's gone on.
- 1:34:42Speaker 8: The led back upstairs.
- 1:34:48Speaker 2: So because the camera's doing that we know that he's
- 1:34:51around here somewhere.
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: Yeah, there's some there's there's he's in there with them,
- 1:34:55but where weird like boiler room kind of thing.
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: I just have one of the Year of the headphones
- 1:35:03away from my head so I don't have a heart attack.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: What a weird What a weird fucking building.
- 1:35:18Speaker 2: It looks like an old like factory or something. Also,
- 1:35:21who's with Alex?
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: I'm wondering if it's uh Jay and he just doesn't
- 1:35:27remember this, could be could be Brian, but I don't know.
- 1:35:30The only camera operator we've seen so far is Jay.
- 1:35:34Speaker 4: Look at this.
- 1:35:41Speaker 2: I'm freaked out, man. All the noises, Dad, I'm scared.
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: Man, the atmosphere, this one's fucking awesome. Oh man, you
- 1:35:57see his face, He like went faceless for a second.
- 1:35:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: I can't tell if it's the footage or if it's
- 1:36:04the caraman shaking.
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: It not bo it's me shaky. I'm scared.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: Oh I kind of that little turn. I don't know
- 1:36:10why that turned on me.
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: Just stop, Just do it, Just do it, Just do it, Okay,
- 1:36:14just do it. Never forget stop.
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: Sara, He said, Zach, Zach, I think, he said Zach.
- 1:36:29Speaker 2: Right, I don't know. It's so freaked out. Tin stuf
- 1:36:34seth or Seth seth. Oh. Okay, well never Brian's dead.
- 1:36:40Speaker 8: Then we were the only two left, and I left.
- 1:36:49Speaker 6: Brian is gone.
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: Down, he said, Jay, Sarah, No even Jay.
- 1:36:58Speaker 8: I just woke up in this house.
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: H Jay's been under the control for a while. That's
- 1:37:04camera is gone.
- 1:37:06Speaker 3: All I can remember from the night.
- 1:37:08Speaker 2: That's right here.
- 1:37:12Speaker 21: All I can remember at all is on the tape.
- 1:37:15Now I'm leaving this house. I thought I would be
- 1:37:28safe right here.
- 1:37:30Speaker 8: By running away, but everything's just gone worse here.
- 1:37:36Speaker 4: It goes.
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: Here, it goes camera's messing up. Just do it. Just
- 1:37:41get over with Get over with.
- 1:37:48Speaker 7: Good please?
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: What a great ending, man, That was cool. That was
- 1:37:54probably that was probably the strongest entry so far.
- 1:37:57Speaker 2: That goes so hard, all of it. Man, this keeps
- 1:37:59kidding better. Okay. So now we go to attention over
- 1:38:03onto the arc.
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: So it seems like maybe Ja made it out somehow.
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: Wake up, return to us, wake up.
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: The tower, the mark on the tower. I'm wondering if this,
- 1:38:18if Jake, if Jay somehow made it out, you know
- 1:38:21what I mean.
- 1:38:22Speaker 2: The words at the end of Attention re arranged to
- 1:38:25awaiting your arrival. Yes, I think so. I think you're right.
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: Are you going back to entry twenty three?
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: Yes? Entry twenty three. I was to return to the
- 1:38:34house again to see what I could find.
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: Well, at least he went during the day of this time.
- 1:38:39Speaker 2: Yeah, he wasn't letting that happen again.
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: Front door open, audio completely cut out.
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: That's a great sign.
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, there's blood there before, right.
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: Yep, blood's gone.
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: Oh shit, what do you not see that?
- 1:39:43Speaker 2: No, you're screen froze for me for a second.
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: Oh shit, sorry, can you see this?
- 1:39:47Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, h.
- 1:39:59Speaker 1: M wait what So I'm wondering it looks like I
- 1:40:02thought he was going out of the room and then he.
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: Went out of the room and he suddenly in the
- 1:40:06living room right.
- 1:40:11Speaker 9: That?
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: Or I thought he was like back in another bedroom
- 1:40:13or something. Is it like nighttime now?
- 1:40:19Speaker 20: Yeah?
- 1:40:19Speaker 2: What the heck?
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: Yo?
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: What the heck?
- 1:40:24Speaker 1: Brutal?
- 1:40:25Speaker 2: So is this saying that like it's him switching in
- 1:40:28and out of consciousness or is this just like weird
- 1:40:30dimensional stuff.
- 1:40:32Speaker 1: I read it as switching out of consciousness, but I
- 1:40:35can't tell, Like if he stopped.
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: Recording, he's looping. He keeps like going back to the
- 1:40:44same set of rooms every time he opens one, he's
- 1:40:46back there in the hall. Yeah, he just opened the
- 1:40:49door and got reversed. What the heck? That's so, that's wild.
- 1:40:54What the heck? This is insane for a early for
- 1:40:58as early as this was like on high school kids.
- 1:41:02Speaker 1: Yeah, it's your fucking this is getting this is getting
- 1:41:13me a little spooked.
- 1:41:14Speaker 2: I know, right, I have no idea what's gonna happen?
- 1:41:24Speaker 1: Oh, bro, he's back at the abandoned building, isn't he.
- 1:41:45Speaker 2: He's in that Avata building. Yeah, where Alex's last entry was.
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: What the heck?
- 1:41:51Speaker 1: Maybe this Do you think that this place is supposed
- 1:41:52to be quote unquote the tower.
- 1:41:55Speaker 2: It's either the tower or it's like the an extra
- 1:42:00your dimensional place or something where like the operator is
- 1:42:04or like a layer you know what I mean?
- 1:42:05Speaker 20: Right?
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: No, I know what you mean.
- 1:42:07Speaker 2: Is that him? No, it's a reflection.
- 1:42:10Speaker 1: Wondering if Jay is still even conscious at this point
- 1:42:13or is he just completely in zombie mode.
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: He seems worried, like the actions with the camera, he
- 1:42:20seems freaked out, darting back and forward.
- 1:42:23Speaker 7: You know.
- 1:42:25Speaker 2: About I know about how my soul get ripped out
- 1:42:27of my body, body, because that that noise means the
- 1:42:31operator's near.
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: Just do it, Just do it. I'm so curious to
- 1:42:40see where they film this shit.
- 1:42:46Speaker 2: This is a banger. Look, if it came out right
- 1:42:51now would be great. But the fact that it was
- 1:42:54like the first.
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: Choosing his buddies voices to Yeah, I mean it almost
- 1:43:17sound like Tim a little bit, didn't it.
- 1:43:18Speaker 2: Jay's the only one who isn't under its control right now? Right?
- 1:43:22Speaker 1: Yeah? Currently? I wonder if it was before he It
- 1:43:25seemed like Alex made it seem like he was before though.
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: Yeah he was at one point for sure. But if
- 1:43:30he got out, then that means everyone else is still
- 1:43:33in Oh shit, Oh wh.
- 1:43:36Speaker 20: Hello damn, that's last thing the camera recorded.
- 1:43:50Speaker 1: Hmmm.
- 1:43:51Speaker 2: I woke up back in my home the next day.
- 1:43:54I found out that no longer works. Remember nothing other
- 1:43:59than what the footage I got off of its shows
- 1:44:06the apurns. It doesn't even matter to me anymore. I'm
- 1:44:12never going back. Yeah, good call, no ship, dude, I
- 1:44:16think third times the jar. Goddamn, I'm done with this.
- 1:44:23I don't want to know the answers anymore. Yeah, but
- 1:44:25it also like is effectively in your house now you
- 1:44:30can't completely turn it off.
- 1:44:33Speaker 1: The biggest thing of Wadrick at the moment is why
- 1:44:35would it keep him alive? You know what I mean?
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: Look, what kind of what kind of game is it playing?
- 1:44:43Unless it is just so?
- 1:44:45Speaker 2: Next is Warning?
- 1:44:53Speaker 1: Alex is creepy little fucking stop motion project. Oh so
- 1:45:02maybe it is Alex.
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: It might be.
- 1:45:07Speaker 1: There's gotta be multiple though.
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: Yeah, well I think all of them have become proxies.
- 1:45:22Uh did we watch did we watch admission? Did we
- 1:45:26skip it?
- 1:45:27Speaker 1: I think we might have skipped it.
- 1:45:28Speaker 2: I think we might have skipped to admission too. This
- 1:45:46is what we were supposed to watch right before twenty.
- 1:45:48Speaker 1: Three him looking in the house.
- 1:45:55Speaker 2: Okay, so we watched twenty three and then okay, Warning
- 1:45:59is the last to the arc video, the one we
- 1:46:03watched a second ago. That is the last two the
- 1:46:05arc video we're watching in season one.
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: Okay, so now it's just there.
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: So now it is just twenty four, the numbered one,
- 1:46:12twenty five, twenty six.
- 1:46:13Speaker 1: Alright.
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: Do following is taken from the surveillance camera SEP inside
- 1:46:16my home.
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: I do like how they have the gig can do
- 1:46:32the surveillance stuff too, because he's established that he has
- 1:46:35been recording shit to his hard drive.
- 1:46:37Speaker 2: Yeah, how messed up would it be? If it cuts
- 1:46:39to one and Freddy vas Bear standing there?
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: I would be like, cool, I'm done. None.
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: No, this came out at nine. He would have been
- 1:46:49a revolutionary. He invented it.
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: You have surveillance cameras in every fucking room.
- 1:47:04Speaker 2: What didn't you did? This thing's in your house possessing you,
- 1:47:09and you're randomly having these bouts of lost information. You're
- 1:47:12not recording everything.
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: Yeah, this is how I sleep right here.
- 1:47:18Speaker 2: I imagine that's just what you look like.
- 1:47:19Speaker 8: You.
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: It makes that sound too. Two hours passed before he's
- 1:47:26seen again.
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: You just walk out a door in your house and disappear.
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: The only door. So I'm guessing they're talking about inner
- 1:47:37like interdimensional shit kind that we saw a little bit
- 1:47:41in the Last House movie.
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: He touched the mask and immediately went to the old factory,
- 1:47:46so it has to be right. Yeah, he steps out
- 1:47:50of the door, disappears from his house for two hours,
- 1:47:53and then walks back into the bedroom and seemingly here
- 1:47:59he's in a ants right, doesn't remember it? Yeah, Oh
- 1:48:08my gosh, that's weird. Do you see that the second
- 1:48:12he is opening his door to walk into the living room.
- 1:48:15The living room camera shows the door shut. That's so cool.
- 1:48:18He stepped through that door to somewhere else. Hey, what
- 1:48:21what did do the arc say? There are doors that
- 1:48:23remain unopened. Okay, this looks like to the arc.
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: Well, let's just say this looks like the ARC, but
- 1:48:29it's on the marble hornets chance. It almost just seemed
- 1:48:32like somebody's uploading to it. Now. We're leaving through the arc,
- 1:48:50is what it sounded like. He said.
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: He said, I'm coming for you. We're leaving through the arc.
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: Is what's coming for you. We're leaving through the Arc
- 1:48:57twenty five.
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: So I've been in my home ever since to the
- 1:49:03art the last video on the show. I like how
- 1:49:04they reference it like they're talking about directly. I'm staying
- 1:49:07in a hotel. Yes there. I got a call from
- 1:49:10someone I know telling me to turn on the news.
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: Well, fuck, I wonder if they found alex or bodies
- 1:49:16or something, you know what I mean.
- 1:49:18Speaker 18: Yeah, apartment fire is to times. Shannon has been covering
- 1:49:22a florist and joins us now with the latest. Shannon,
- 1:49:25and you can take a look behind me. This is
- 1:49:26the most relaxed. We've seen this scene since we've been here.
- 1:49:29By the original firefighters.
- 1:49:30Speaker 1: That were here have all left and they've all been
- 1:49:33one of his apartment burned down.
- 1:49:34Speaker 18: I bet the firefighters do think that everyone get out. Okay,
- 1:49:37it's set from for some pets, if you. Disabled.
- 1:49:40Speaker 22: Residents were rescued by the police chief and several other
- 1:49:44people who.
- 1:49:44Speaker 18: Ran inside and pulled them out.
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: They believe it because they're just like, fuck, we're we
- 1:49:48have to use real footage.
- 1:49:49Speaker 2: Yeah, we can't dox these people.
- 1:49:51Speaker 18: This is home video that was shot by a resident.
- 1:49:53Speaker 22: At one point, you can see the flames coming out
- 1:49:57of the side bedroom, and it's believed that's where the
- 1:49:59fire started.
- 1:50:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's his house for sure. Man, Slenderman wasn't messing around,
- 1:50:10got no kidding, dude, Holy shit, he fire bombed his house.
- 1:50:17Speaker 1: Soonderman has been performing acts of terrorism around town.
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: Dude, dude like has been wouldn't come back to the house,
- 1:50:27and Slenderman's like it's time.
- 1:50:29Speaker 1: Like you ain't got nothing to go back to now, boy.
- 1:50:34Speaker 2: Thank you all save boy.
- 1:50:36Speaker 1: You think you'll you've done now? All right? Last episode
- 1:50:40of the season.
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: Last episode of the season. Let's go.
- 1:50:45Speaker 1: Looks very familiar to the first episode of the season.
- 1:50:48Speaker 2: Yep. Since seeing the new support ins between five, I've
- 1:50:51been changing my location frequently, trying to keep anyone from
- 1:50:54following me. It was over these couple of weeks of
- 1:51:00going from hotel to hotel that I had a realization.
- 1:51:03Speaker 13: Frankly, I've been feeling a lot better, my memories better,
- 1:51:08not as paranoid. I'm not looking over my shoulder all
- 1:51:10the time like it used to be.
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: So I think that.
- 1:51:15Speaker 8: This is for the best.
- 1:51:17Speaker 18: So this is going to be the last entry that
- 1:51:23I'll be posting.
- 1:51:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, if staying away from it saves you,
- 1:51:33then you absolutely stay away.
- 1:51:34Speaker 1: Also, like that, we transition out of the text to
- 1:51:36him actually talking to the camera.
- 1:51:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:51:39Speaker 2: A plan to move far out of state for it
- 1:51:41to be over forever. However, shortly after that, I received
- 1:51:44a text message from a strange number four one eight,
- 1:51:51one zero. All right, Oh yes, phone numbers that have
- 1:51:55colon's in them need ten. Oh interesting, see my current location.
- 1:52:10I found something.
- 1:52:15Speaker 1: Wow, boo, thank you. Oh got mailed another tape. A
- 1:52:30slenderman went to the post office.
- 1:52:34Speaker 2: Slenderman fire bombed an apartment complex.
- 1:52:37Speaker 1: The fire bombed apartment complex.
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: And now he's taking went to the post office.
- 1:52:42Speaker 1: Now he controls our mail.
- 1:52:47Speaker 2: Oh boy, let's go. Mm this has got to be
- 1:53:06to the arc.
- 1:53:06Speaker 1: Right, I'm curious that. I'm curious as well.
- 1:53:19Speaker 6: Four or four?
- 1:53:20Speaker 2: This was four days ago, right, four? Four twenty ten?
- 1:53:23Speaker 18: Yeah?
- 1:53:24Speaker 2: Or yeah, six days when he's uploaded. Oh was it
- 1:53:27four ten? Okay?
- 1:53:28Speaker 1: I think it's four ten, twenty tenkay? Or it could
- 1:53:31be four eight, I can't remember. You're probably right some
- 1:53:34few days before. I'm guessing.
- 1:53:37Speaker 2: I don't know why, but that camera turning around on
- 1:53:40her scared.
- 1:53:41Speaker 1: Scared me as well. I'm guessing this is also going
- 1:53:45to introduce our second season cast.
- 1:53:47Speaker 8: Alex, Come on, we don't have a camera, Yes we do.
- 1:53:52Where did you find that? It was in the closet.
- 1:53:55There's a tape already in it.
- 1:53:56Speaker 1: But when I tried to watch it it was maybe
- 1:53:58he did move.
- 1:53:59Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:54:02Speaker 8: That's probably just my old camera from college. I'd probably
- 1:54:05stepped back in there.
- 1:54:06Speaker 2: What Alex is alive?
- 1:54:08Speaker 1: He's what I'm saying.
- 1:54:10Speaker 2: Unless it but this, okay, it doesn't matter. The tape
- 1:54:15showed up with watch this. This could all be a
- 1:54:18ploy and I'm not recording anymore and stills a lot.
- 1:54:24Speaker 8: Are you okay, Alex?
- 1:54:26Speaker 1: Nope, their tear He's coming back.
- 1:54:32Speaker 2: Try Oh my god, you know right now.
- 1:54:46Speaker 8: Down the street go by right behind you go.
- 1:55:01Speaker 2: That scared me so bad.
- 1:55:08Speaker 1: It's got to be his house.
- 1:55:10Speaker 2: Well it's Alex's house right right, That's what I'm saying.
- 1:55:12Speaker 1: They return address. Yeah, I almost kind of wish it
- 1:55:17ended here, but I'm curious to see.
- 1:55:21Speaker 2: This is the I want to know more.
- 1:55:24Speaker 1: The ending of season one. I'm always I always just
- 1:55:26love ending on a nice, like solid piece of especially
- 1:55:30it's like a Ted the Caver kind of ending, you
- 1:55:31know what I mean.
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: I'm going to find him type thing.
- 1:55:35Speaker 1: Yeah, that is the end of season one of Marble Hornets.
- 1:55:38Speaker 2: So that now makes sense why Alex left because uh,
- 1:55:44Jay found out if he leaves, it goes away as
- 1:55:47long as you're distant from Hyeah. Until that camera came
- 1:55:49back out and it reignited everything.
- 1:55:51Speaker 1: Yeah, the camera that had also seen Slenderman before as well, yes,
- 1:55:55or the operator as it was like he was.
- 1:55:57Speaker 2: Attached to it.
- 1:55:58Speaker 1: The Uh it's insane. The progress of like how much
- 1:56:02more effective these got as they went on, like like
- 1:56:05entries one through ten felt pretty juvenile, you know, but
- 1:56:10it just kept getting better better, the editing got stronger.
- 1:56:13I mean, I'm so bought into these cast of characters
- 1:56:16and stuff. Also, I'm stoked that there's an ending to
- 1:56:18this story too, like we are building to something.
- 1:56:22Speaker 2: There is there is a definitive endate. There is like
- 1:56:24a close a clothes off for it, right.
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: Especially, it looks like what looks like it's Ah, so
- 1:56:33they did this project for five years. It looks like
- 1:56:36pretty crazy, Yes they did.
- 1:56:39Speaker 2: And then I think, I know they had some involvement
- 1:56:41with the movie that got made, but I know everyone
- 1:56:44hates the movie, so I would imagine it was more
- 1:56:47of a studio thing.
- 1:56:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I see, I see. Well this is a beautiful
- 1:56:51beginning too. It's fun to a long running series. I
- 1:56:55will say, it's a lot more enjoyable than I thought
- 1:56:57it was going to be. I know a lot of
- 1:56:58people recommended it and stuff, and this usually some of
- 1:57:00this older media is hit or.
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: Miss, and whatever you all recommend is awful.
- 1:57:04Speaker 1: So that's true. But I'm excited to see this one
- 1:57:07all the way through. This is gonna be so so
- 1:57:09sick and I can't wait to keep to keep getting
- 1:57:12scared with our beautiful fans. Yees. So until next time, y'all,
- 1:57:18we will catch you in the next one.
- 1:57:22Speaker 2: I'm excited. I'm excited for this to keep going. Hopefully
- 1:57:25I don't die in a hurricane because I can't wait
- 1:57:27for the next part.
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: So this makes so sad on the channel. So the
- 1:57:32next time, Hey, guys, So, actually Isaiah ended up dying
- 1:57:35in that hurricane.
- 1:57:36Speaker 2: And so now I have to watch it by myself
- 1:57:39to watch it, watching it like Isaiah would like that.
- 1:57:44Speaker 1: That was weird.
- 1:57:46Speaker 2: Hudder. If I die while we're more young, I hope
- 1:57:49for the rest of your life, every time you watch
- 1:57:51a horror movie or something you're like Isaiah would like that.
- 1:57:54Speaker 1: Isaiah would love that too. Bad that branch took his
- 1:57:58life in the hurricane.
- 1:57:59Speaker 2: Yep. Okay, well, I hope happens to you, and.
- 1:58:03Speaker 1: Then my son will be like Daddy, who's Isaiah? And
- 1:58:05I'm like, don't worry about it, your little son of
- 1:58:08a bitch.
- 1:58:08Speaker 2: You you wouldn't get it.
- 1:58:10Speaker 7: You wouldn't get it.
- 1:58:11Speaker 2: You're just like your mother. So she left that long
- 1:58:14questions right in their mouth.
- 1:58:16Speaker 1: Huh yeah, yeah, Okay, I'm stopping my
- 1:58:28Speaker 13: H
