- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Racer's Odds.
- 0:01SPEAKER_00: I'm David Stiles.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: He's Andrew Curland.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: We had an awesome race at Richmond Raceway.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Joey Logano picks up his second win of the 2026 campaign, and he moves into ninth place overall and is only a single point behind Kyle Larson in the standings with two races remaining before the chase.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: He is on a heater, Andrew, and he's got so much momentum.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: And we're going to another track that he's really good at as we get ready to go to Loudoun at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the Dollar Tree 301.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: You'll be boots on the ground.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: What are you expecting to see in New England this upcoming weekend?
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: I uh I'm looking forward to this weekend in New Hampshire.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: I've never been actually to New Hampshire, so um I'm I'm gonna be able to check off a new racetrack on my list, which is always exciting and new.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: And um I'm um I I always knew how New Hampshire race, but really trying to dial in and understand what type of racetrack this is.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: And to me, I think you got options.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, you got guys last year that were able to rip the top and maintain position, running the top line at a short track.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: Whether you call it a short track, one mile racetrack, that's up to you to decide.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: But um the options to me, I think, are gonna be the biggest thing.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Even we might get some tire options too.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: If there's rain, uh, which I've heard could be in the forecast, maybe we'll see some rain tires come out.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: Those won't be optional at an oval racetrack like New Hampshire, but nonetheless, I think there's gonna be a lot of uh different variables we're gonna be looking at, especially on Pair Road.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: This is a very unique track, like Andrew said.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: It is only a mile, a little over a mile in length, but it's very flat.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Two to seven degrees of banking, and it lends to some great racing.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: This used to be one of Kevin Harvick's favorite tracks, but since he's retired, we've seen a couple of different people take the reins.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: And Ryan Blaney was last year's previous winner, and I think Ford is really on to something in these next few races, and so I'm looking at them to have another good week, but I'm not really favoring Ryan Blaney this week.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: In the matchups, I'm looking at him in two different matchups.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: He's with Christopher Bell on Caesars.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Christopher Bell, plus 100.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Ryan Blaney is favored at minus 130.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: I think Christopher Bell, who is very, very good at this track, has the second highest driver rating at 104.6.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: Actually, I like him a little bit better than Blaney at that plus 100 matchup.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: The other one is against his teammate, Joey Logano.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Logano, ton of momentum coming off of a win last week, and he is also plus 100 to Ryan Blaney's minus 135.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: I'm going to take both of those drivers over Blaney this upcoming weekend.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: I know he's top four in points, but I think both of those guys have a lot of momentum, and they will be a little bit better than that 12 team at New Hampshire this upcoming Sunday.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: Blaney definitely has competition.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't necessarily rule him out because, I mean, he's still the defending winner of this race.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: He scored stage points in the last six races that we've been at New Hampshire, which uh, I mean, that proves that he's running up front where he needs to be.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: I do like where your head's at with Christopher Bell, and this guy uh can win here in any series, and actually has won here in every single national series race that we go to.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: Two-time Cup Series winner here, 22 and 24.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: He has four O'Reilly wins to his name and a truck win.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: I had Christopher Bell circled on my list weeks back for New Hampshire to be the race that he breaks.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: Seven runner-up finishes that he's had this season.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: I think he breaks that uh this weekend, not by finishing third or fourth or fifth or whatever, but by finally breaking through to victory lane.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: So I do like where your head's at.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Um Lugano, yeah, hometown guy, has uh had a lot of really solid finishes here, including two wins, third last year, Richmond winner.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: You can't help but ignore uh or or appreciate what he's got going for him right now.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: And again, this is a racetrack that you expect him to be good at.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: Um if we're going to Kansas or Darlington or wherever, I'm not gonna circle Joey Logano necessarily on my list, but you go to a place like this, it screams Penskey.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Um, the only Penske car that I am kind of worried about is Austin Cindrick.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: And I totally thought, you know, when the Penske cars were running well and doing their thing last year that Cindrick was part of that, but he wasn't.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: His best finish is 13th here.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: So he doesn't even have a top 10 to his name.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: And you even look at the Penske affiliated organizations like Josh Barry.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: Josh Barry is A going for his fourth straight top 10 this season, but was second here last year.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: He was third the year before.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: I think he's got like a two and a half average finish here at New Hampshire.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: That is that's a guy I'm definitely looking at uh for top five or even a top ten.
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: I I think momentum is moving in the right direction for Josh Barry.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: So that's kind of my overall outlook on the Penske cars.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: So that transitions directly into what my next topic is.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: There's a couple of bets with Josh Berry that I'm looking at, and I want to get Andrew's opinion on whether or not I should place these bets.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna let, I'm not gonna let him decide, but I just need a little bit more clarity on you know what we should do with these.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: There is a potential for a plus odds here with Josh Barry in a top five bet.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: That's on Caesars, it's plus 185.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: But if you go to top 10 on uh DraftKings, it's minus 125.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: So out of those two, I'm gonna place a bet on one of those.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: I actually like the top five a little bit better than the top 10 because it is plus money.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Which one of those would you rather have?
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Barry to top 10 or bury to top five?
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: I'm a little bit the top five odds were the top five is plus one eighty-five, the top ten is minus one twenty-five.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: So you have to lay a few more units on the minus one twenty five to get your initial investment back, but it's a little bit better probability.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: So me, I'm leaning a little bit more toward the safer side.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: I know we're getting down to the end of the year and we want to continue this momentum that we have in the bankroll, but that plus odd, that's very tempting for a top five at plus one hundred eighty-five.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: What if you got a top five at plus two ten?
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: Ooh, top five at plus two ten.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: That's a little bit.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: Spellboard DraftKings.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: Really?
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: That might be the way to go then.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Plus two ten for top five.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: I like it.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: So I'll I'll actually do that one.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: I'll put five units on Josh Barry to top five at plus two ten.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: I think that's a pretty solid price.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: The next one is a matchup.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Barry versus Briscoe.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: Barry is not favored against Chase Brisco.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Chase Briscoe is minus 175.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: Josh Barry is plus 130.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: Briscoe's got a ton of momentum right now, and the Toyotas have been really strong, but I think I will put a few units on Josh Barry at plus 130.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: I think that juice is enough to squeeze, and I think Barry could finish ahead of him.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: What are your thoughts, Andrew?
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: If Barry wasn't on the top 10 streak that I think that he is on, I would say Briscoe's the obvious answer.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: I think Barry's momentum and his historic success here at New Hampshire makes it interesting.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: But Chase Briscoe is also really good here.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: He's finished second here before.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: No wins Suz name yet, um, but he's also going for his fourth straight top ten at New Hampshire.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: So um Barry's going for his third straight top five, Briscoe's for going for his fourth straight top ten.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: How do you weigh those?
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: I think would be um up to you and and and everyone listening.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: But um that's a that's a they do a tough matchup.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: They do a good job with these matchups because like initially you'd be like, well, Josh uh uh Chase Briscoe, easily.
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: But Josh Barry's just got a good track record to where um I don't know, why not?
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: Have some fun, ride with Josh Barry.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: I like that idea.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: I'm not actually gonna put any units on that one.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: I've got it circled on my sheet with big exclamation points as like ah, that's kind of hairy.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm intrigued by that.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: I'm going to watch this matchup.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna put any money on it because we're already fading him for that top 10 at plus 210, like Andrew talked about.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: So that's where I'm gonna put my Josh Barry five units.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Another top 10 quickly.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: I think Chase Elliott will have another good week here.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: He's got a good average finish at this track.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: He's also very, very consistent, and I think they're gonna make a little bit of a push here at the end of the season.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: And you can get that top five on Caesars, or excuse me, top ten on Caesars for plus 100.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: And so that is a that is a good bet, I think, for Chase Elliott and that group.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: He uh was able to cash me a ticket last week for a top 10 at this same odd.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: So I really like this plus 100 for the nine team.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: I uh I need to see more out of Hendrick, I think, and I'm actually surprised he went with Chase Elliott because and I read this somewhere, uh, he's got four top tens here at New Hampshire, which is that's not bad.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: It's pretty good, but he's got a lot of starts here.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: And in terms of races that he's got 10 or more starts, four top tens ranks pretty low in the Chase Elliott category for a specific racetrack.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: Um if there's a Hendrick driver I may be more interested in, Larson, he's got three runner-up finishes.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: He finished sixth at Richmond and one Knoxville, so um some solid momentum on his side.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: Uh Byron was third last year, so um I like the recent speed out of him.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: Chase, to me, I put him in the as my third best Hendrick driver this weekend.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: That's just my opinion.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: I don't I can't argue with that.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: I just feel like they they're running well right here, and I think that Elliott has been the better of the four cars at Hendrick this season.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: So I I think putting a few units on him is is not a terrible idea.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: If you look at the actual stats, Chase Elliott has 12 starts here, Kyle Larson has 15.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: The average finish for Larson is 10.9, Chase Elliott's is 13.9.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: So they're they're similar.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: I mean, three positions is three positions, but 13th and 10th, I I like where your head's at.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: I think your logic is sound.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: With that being said, I'm actually going to bet against Larson.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: And last week I said maybe you should stay away from Ty Gibbs.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: Like maybe, you know, it's a pretty good idea.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: And he did not run well at Richmond.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: Ty Gibbs, minus 115.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: Kyle Larson, minus 115 in a matchup.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: I am going to put a few units on Ty Gibbs at minus 115 if both of those are even.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: I know that's a hard bet.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: That's a hard bet to make, but he's been super consistent this year.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: He's been really good at these styles of tracks, and I think Toyota's just a little bit better.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: I know the other caveat to this, Kyle Larson has some momentum right now.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: He they did the whole thing where they flew to Knoxville Nationals and he ended up winning the race, and that may be the linchpin on the season, and Kyle Larson may have all this momentum and come into this race and just be lights out.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: So this may be a throwaway of my 10 units, but this week I will bet on Ty Gibbs and I'll do it at minus 115.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: What was Larson's average finish here?
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: 10.9.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: 10.9.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: Ty Gibbs is 27.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: 26.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: That's that's that to me, that's that's rough.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: He's never finished better than 16th here.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: And he he didn't even really run great at Richmond, 15th.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Um they just stuck a lap down.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: I mean, they relatively speaking, though, for that 54 team, that's a step backwards.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't think they've finished that bad since uh June.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: So I mean they've had an unbelievable summer stretch, don't get me wrong.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: But um I I'm I'm leaning the like complete opposite direction.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: I like Larson, but I already told you the reasons why I like Larson.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: But as I was filling up my notes, I'm like, dang, Ty Gibbs actually isn't great here.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Now, there's an opportunity for everyone to turn things around, and that's Ty Gibbs of the past.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: Obviously, he's different this year.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: Um I prove me wrong.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: That's that's what I see.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Really, the only reason that I am taking this one is that I think that they had a bad they had a bad week on Pit Road, and I don't think it was anything of his real doing it.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: It's not like he put the car in a bad position.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: They just had another little instance on Pit Road that got them mired back in the field.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: So I if this is even like it's even bad at minus one fifteen.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: You could take last week's lead week's results with a grain of salt.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: To me, still, historically, I don't think of Ty Gibbs when I I think of New Hampshire.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: That's my only thing.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: But the only the only reason I'm betting on it is they're both minus 115.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: That probability is a flip of a coin.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: And if I'm going to go off recent results, I think Ty Gibbs has had the better recent results versus Kyle Larson.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: And that's really my only logic for that.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: And I'm just trying to round out some of these probabilities, you know, in in my matchups.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: That's what I've been doing all year here in the summer months, trying to round out some of these probabilities to make it a little bit easier to uh to short.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: And, you know, you may lose a couple of these, but you're still winning the majority of the matchups that you bet.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: All right, last matchup that I have Elliott versus Byron.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: And I think Andrew knows where I'm gonna go with this.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: I like Elliott this weekend.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna put a few units on him.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: They're both, there's still this matchup is minus 115.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: I actually think that's a pretty fair matchup.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: I don't think that's a good one.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: So it's Chase is running better this year than Byron is.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: So I actually think I'll give you that.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: If I if I'm gonna bet Chase anywhere, I would put him up against perhaps Byron.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: So that so we've got that sorted.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: We've got the common ground.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: So last one, last one.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: I'm only I'm wagering a little bit more this week.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: 60 units this week.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: I I'm usually about a 50 unit guy.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: We're doing 10 more this week because I thought this one was too good not to bet on.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: This is on DraftKings.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Ryan Priest versus Shane Van Gisbergen.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Ryan Priest, plus 110.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: Shane Van Gisbergen, minus 150.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: Van Gisbergen actually favored in this matchup.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Which is just, it blew my mind.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: And I was like, well, it's time to bet on the 60 car because he's plus and plus 110, New England guy from Connecticut.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Let's let's ride with the 60 team.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Put a few units on Ryan Priest.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: He's running the modified race the day before.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: So I I think that's a good bet.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: I think that it's a solid bet.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: And the Fords will be really good this weekend.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: SVG, uh, he's only got one cup chart at New Hampshire to his name, but 32nd in that one cup chart.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: And that to me, uh, that doesn't make me want to run towards uh betting and putting some money on SVG.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: So I was I was hoping you'd say priest, David, and you did, so um you did good.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: Well, there we go.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: Do you have anything else on your bet slip?
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: No, I think we covered everyone.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Uh uh, I guess well, the only guy we haven't talked about here is three-time winner Denny Hamlin.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: Um and again It's been a couple years since he's won a race here, though.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it has.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: It has.
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: Fourth last weekend in Richmond, though.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: Um and Denny's just the type of guy you can't count out anywhere.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: And with with three wins to his name here at New Hampshire, um, and the speed that he's had this year, I think you you gotta you gotta look at him as someone to consider.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: Um, and I mean he needs 37 points and he clinches that number one seed.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: So if I'm the 11th team, perhaps you stay out um and and try to get some stage points.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: Although really there's not gonna be much of a strategy of staying out now that caution comes with about ten um laps to go, that's the end of the stage.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: I think that may change things.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: Uh, that actually was an instance that happened last year.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: There was a caution with like 10 to go on the stage.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: They restarted with one lap and did a one lap shootout.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: That's obviously not gonna be the strategy this year, but um, look for the 11 team to try to go for some points and not have to worry about Daytona next weekend at all.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: Also, another note we will have 50 minutes of practice for everyone starting this week.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: So that is another big wrinkle that is gonna change.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: So make sure to watch practice, make sure to watch qualifying and short this race effectively.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: I know these bets are a little bit early in the week, but I think most of these, if you've been following along with us, we've been pretty good this season.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: I'm up$275 on the bankroll.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: I added$17 last week.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: Andrew has been up for a considerable amount of time.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: He's been really good at picking winners this year.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Like he talked about, there's an opportunity for a bunch of these drivers to clinch a spot in the chase.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: And this is just crazy.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: I saw this stat and I have to mention it.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Kyle Larson and Joey Logano could both clinch if they get 10 points.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: That's a couple weeks ago.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: If if you would have told me that Logano could clinch a spot, I would have been like, there's it's not possible.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: But here we are.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: Two races left before the chase, and he could clinch if he gets 10 points this weekend.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: Same with Larson.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Um, there's some other good clinching opportunities.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: Busher needs 17 points.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Um who else can clinch pretty easily?
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: Hosevar with 25.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: Hosevar with 25.
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: Yep, yeah.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Um and then the only two that are battle two through fourth is really close.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: Gibbs is 12 back to Blaney, and Reddick is 11 back to Gibbs.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: So that's that can move, that can move interchangeably.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be, I think, the big uh a big storyline that we're gonna follow, um, especially in stage three of the race on Sunday.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: So I fully agree.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: All right, points on good, but let's get to pick them.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're you're still winning.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: So it's that that's no.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: Now you gained points on me, didn't you, this week?
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: What how many did I gain?
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Four?
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Like what was that what you got?
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: Did Dylan get 18 points?
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: Dylan got 18 points.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: You had Austin Hill.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: If we do the math out, he gets 14 points, even though he's not eligible for cut points.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: We're still gonna give Andrew his points, just like he did with Corey Haim a a while back.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: We gave him gave him those points as well.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: So I I'm still 180-ish, 190-ish points back, but I did win last week.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: So so I I I gained four points, so good for me.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: That is, I wish I picked Austin Sindrink.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: Remember, I was toying back and forth with him?
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: He finished third last week.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: Um that would have been the place to do it.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: Well, uh you get to pick first, so who are you picking?
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm this guy, so it really doesn't matter.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm going with uh uh a New England driver from Berlin, Connecticut.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: From Berlin, Connecticut.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: I can't even say it.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: I can't speak today.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: I don't know what it is.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: Uh give me Ryan Preece.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: He is uh 50 points out of the chase cut line.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: It's a home race, and uh just looking for a solid result out of him.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: I I like that.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: I used Priest earlier in the year, so um, good on you.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: I've got two drivers left that are not my big hitters, and I'm gonna use one of them right here.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Give me Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: this weekend at New Hampshire.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: I think that's a pretty solid bet.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: He runs pretty consistently here, has some pretty good finishes at New Hampshire, so that's who I'm gonna take.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: I'll take that 47 Hayak car, and uh hopefully they they will be pretty good.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: I'm just looking to get some points.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: You uh you just opened up my Daytona pick.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: That's who I'm going for in Daytona.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: So you may next week easy to next week, next week you get stent house.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: I know I'm taking next week.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: It's Ty Dillon.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: So All right, yeah, there we go.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: You want to fill the rest of the season out?
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: Just you know, well, it depends on what happens after that because then we're gonna have you know our heavy hitters, and and you may take someone that I that I want to pick.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: So then we'll have to we'll have to go back to the drawing board.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: This is interesting.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, we've got a lot of heavy hitters still left to go, and a lot of guys that both of us haven't picked.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Like we're both, yeah, we're trending in the direction of clashing again soon.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, it'll be fun going to New Hampshire, like I said, never been there before.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: And um, David, I'll I'll give you guys all the updates and and everything that happens in New England uh next week on Racers Odds.
