'Hur mår du?' – how are you doing. But today we're doing casual, right? Lucas: Exactly. In Sweden, among friends, you'll often hear 'Hur är det?' which literally means 'How is it?' It's super common. Luna: Hur är det? Let me try: Hoor air day? Lucas: So close! It's 'Hur är det?' – the 'r' is a little softer, like 'Hoor air deh'. Listen: Hur är det. Luna: Hur är det. Lucas: Yeah! That's it. And the typical reply is just 'Bra, tack' – 'Fine, thanks'. We've used that before. Luna: Bra, tack. So if someone asks 'Hur är det?' I say 'Bra, tack'. Lucas: Perfect. Let's do a quick role-play.
