  to
• 0:01
  do
• 0:02
  something?
• 0:02
  Like
• 0:02
  really
• 0:03
  genuinely
• 0:03
  felt
• 0:04
  this
• 0:04
  pull
• 0:04
  in
• 0:05
  your
• 0:05
  chest,
• 0:05
  like
• 0:05
  you
• 0:05
  needed
• 0:05
  to
• 0:05
  do
• 0:06
  something
• 0:06
  and
• 0:07
  then
• 0:07
  you
• 0:07
  sat
• 0:07
  down
• 0:07
  to
• 0:07
  actually
• 0:08
  do
• 0:08
  it
• 0:08
  and
• 0:08
  you
• 0:08
  thought,
• 0:09
  wait,
• 0:09
  I
• 0:10
  actually
• 0:10
  have
• 0:10
  no
• 0:10
  idea
• 0:10
  where
• 0:11
  to
• 0:11
  start.
• 0:11
  Yeah,
• 0:12
  me
• 0:12
  too.
• 0:12
  Really
• 0:13
  familiar.
• 0:13
  Right?
• 0:13
  And
• 0:14
  so
• 0:14
  did
• 0:14
  one
• 0:14
  of
• 0:15
  my
• 0:15
  clients
• 0:15
  not
• 0:15
  too
• 0:15
  long
• 0:16
  ago,
• 0:16
  and
• 0:16
  her
• 0:16
  story
• 0:17
  is
• 0:17
  what
• 0:17
  we're
• 0:17
  gonna
• 0:17
  dive
• 0:17
  into
• 0:18
  today.

  This

  is

  Burning
• 0:21
  Brightly,
• 0:21
  a
• 0:22
  podcast
• 0:22
  for
• 0:22
  Christian
• 0:23
  moms
• 0:23
  who
• 0:23
  are
• 0:23
  feeling
• 0:23
  called
• 0:24
  to
• 0:24
  build
• 0:24
  a
• 0:24
  business
• 0:25
  and
• 0:25
  share
• 0:25
  their
• 0:25
  light
• 0:26
  with
• 0:26
  the
• 0:26
  world.
• 0:27
  I'm
• 0:27
  Bonnie
• 0:27
  Wescomb,
• 0:28
  a
• 0:28
  life
• 0:28
  coach,
• 0:29
  mom
• 0:29
  and
• 0:29
  entrepreneur,
• 0:30
  and
• 0:30
  I'm
• 0:30
  honored
• 0:31
  to
• 0:31
  be
• 0:31
  your
• 0:31
  guide
• 0:31
  as
• 0:31
  you
• 0:31
  face
• 0:32
  this
• 0:32
  business
• 0:32
  building
• 0:32
  adventure
• 0:33
  full
• 0:33
  of
• 0:33
  highs,
• 0:34
  lows.
• 0:35
  And
• 0:35
  everything
• 0:35
  in
• 0:35
  between.
• 0:36
  This
• 0:37
  is
• 0:37
  where
• 0:37
  we
• 0:37
  help
• 0:37
  each
• 0:37
  other
• 0:38
  find
• 0:38
  the
• 0:38
  courage
• 0:38
  to
• 0:39
  shine.
• 0:42
  So
• 0:43
  I
• 0:43
  had
• 0:43
  a
• 0:43
  client
• 0:43
  and
• 0:43
  friend
• 0:44
  come
• 0:44
  to
• 0:44
  me
• 0:44
  a
• 0:44
  while
• 0:44
  back.
• 0:45
  She
• 0:45
  was
• 0:45
  a
• 0:45
  life
• 0:45
  coach
• 0:45
  and
• 0:46
  a
• 0:46
  really
• 0:46
  good
• 0:47
  one.
• 0:47
  She
• 0:48
  loved
• 0:48
  women
• 0:49
  and
• 0:49
  she
• 0:49
  loved
• 0:49
  helping
• 0:49
  them
• 0:50
  with
• 0:50
  the
• 0:50
  relationships
• 0:51
  in
• 0:51
  their
• 0:51
  lives,
• 0:51
  especially
• 0:52
  their
• 0:52
  relationships
• 0:52
  with
• 0:52
  their
• 0:52
  children.
• 0:53
  And
• 0:53
  she
• 0:53
  knew
• 0:54
  that
• 0:54
  she
• 0:54
  was
• 0:54
  supposed
• 0:54
  to
• 0:54
  start
• 0:54
  a
• 0:55
  podcast.
• 0:55
  It
• 0:56
  was
• 0:56
  gonna
• 0:56
  help
• 0:56
  these
• 0:56
  women
• 0:57
  understand
• 0:57
  that
• 0:57
  they
• 0:57
  weren't
• 0:58
  broken
• 0:58
  or
• 0:58
  there
• 0:58
  was
• 0:58
  nothing
• 0:59
  wrong
• 0:59
  with
• 0:59
  them,
• 0:59
  and
• 0:59
  that
• 0:59
  there
• 0:59
  was
• 1:00
  a
• 1:00
  way
• 1:00
  to
• 1:00
  improve
• 1:01
  the
• 1:01
  relationships
• 1:01
  they
• 1:01
  had
• 1:01
  with
• 1:02
  their
• 1:02
  children.
• 1:02
  So
• 1:03
  beautiful,
• 1:03
  right?
• 1:04
  This
• 1:04
  was
• 1:04
  definitely
• 1:05
  something
• 1:05
  that
• 1:05
  she
• 1:06
  knew
• 1:06
  God
• 1:06
  was
• 1:06
  calling
• 1:07
  her
• 1:07
  to
• 1:07
  do,
• 1:07
  but
• 1:08
  here
• 1:08
  was
• 1:08
  the
• 1:08
  thing.
• 1:09
  She
• 1:09
  had
• 1:10
  been
• 1:10
  wanting
• 1:10
  to
• 1:10
  do
• 1:10
  it
• 1:10
  for
• 1:11
  a
• 1:11
  while,
• 1:11
  and
• 1:11
  every
• 1:11
  time
• 1:11
  she
• 1:12
  sat
• 1:12
  down
• 1:12
  to
• 1:12
  move
• 1:12
  forward
• 1:12
  on
• 1:13
  it,
• 1:13
  she
• 1:13
  didn't
• 1:14
  know
• 1:14
  what
• 1:14
  to
• 1:14
  do
• 1:14
  first.
• 1:15
  Obviously
• 1:16
  she
• 1:16
  believed
• 1:16
  in
• 1:16
  it.
• 1:16
  She
• 1:17
  knew
• 1:17
  that
• 1:17
  it
• 1:17
  was
• 1:17
  the
• 1:18
  right
• 1:18
  next
• 1:18
  step,
• 1:18
  but
• 1:19
  she
• 1:19
  also
• 1:19
  knew
• 1:19
  that
• 1:19
  she
• 1:19
  didn't
• 1:20
  have
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  skills
• 1:20
  yet.
• 1:21
  She
• 1:21
  was
• 1:21
  a
• 1:21
  talented
• 1:22
  coach.
• 1:22
  She
• 1:22
  just
• 1:22
  wasn't
• 1:23
  a
• 1:23
  podcaster
• 1:23
  yet.
• 1:24
  She
• 1:24
  knew
• 1:24
  how
• 1:24
  to
• 1:24
  help
• 1:24
  people.
• 1:25
  She
• 1:25
  just
• 1:26
  didn't
• 1:26
  know
• 1:26
  how
• 1:26
  to
• 1:26
  get
• 1:26
  this
• 1:26
  show
• 1:26
  going.
• 1:28
  Sometimes
• 1:28
  when
• 1:28
  my
• 1:28
  clients
• 1:28
  come
• 1:29
  to
• 1:29
  me
• 1:29
  with
• 1:29
  this
• 1:30
  issue,
• 1:31
  and
• 1:31
  I've
• 1:31
  experienced
• 1:32
  this
• 1:32
  myself
• 1:32
  as
• 1:32
  well,
• 1:33
  it
• 1:33
  almost
• 1:33
  feels
• 1:33
  like
• 1:33
  standing
• 1:34
  at
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  bottom
• 1:34
  of
• 1:34
  a
• 1:34
  mountain,
• 1:35
  right?
• 1:35
  And
• 1:35
  you're
• 1:35
  thinking,
• 1:36
  I'm
• 1:36
  gonna
• 1:36
  climb
• 1:36
  that
• 1:36
  mountain.
• 1:37
  I
• 1:37
  can
• 1:37
  see
• 1:38
  the
• 1:38
  peak.
• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  know
• 1:39
  I'm
• 1:39
  supposed
• 1:39
  to
• 1:39
  be
• 1:39
  up
• 1:39
  there.
• 1:40
  The
• 1:40
  view
• 1:40
  is
• 1:40
  gonna
• 1:40
  be
• 1:41
  amazing.
• 1:41
  I'm
• 1:42
  feeling
• 1:42
  prompted
• 1:42
  to
• 1:42
  go
• 1:43
  up
• 1:43
  there.
• 1:44
  I
• 1:44
  just
• 1:44
  need
• 1:44
  a
• 1:44
  map.
• 1:45
  And
• 1:45
  someone
• 1:45
  hands
• 1:45
  you
• 1:46
  a
• 1:46
  map
• 1:46
  and
• 1:46
  the
• 1:46
  map
• 1:46
  is
• 1:46
  written
• 1:46
  in
• 1:47
  Chinese,
• 1:48
  and
• 1:48
  you
• 1:48
  go,
• 1:49
  oh,
• 1:50
  well
• 1:50
  I,
• 1:50
  I
• 1:51
  can't
• 1:51
  read
• 1:51
  this.
• 1:52
  I
• 1:52
  don't
• 1:52
  even
• 1:52
  know
• 1:52
  what
• 1:53
  the
• 1:53
  first
• 1:53
  step
• 1:53
  is.
• 1:54
  What
• 1:54
  do
• 1:54
  I
• 1:54
  do
• 1:55
  next?
• 1:57
  It
• 1:57
  feels
• 1:57
  so
• 1:57
  impossibly
• 1:58
  huge.
• 1:58
  Sometimes
• 2:00
  So
• 2:00
  I
• 2:00
  want
• 2:00
  to
• 2:00
  be
• 2:00
  really
• 2:01
  clear
• 2:01
  here.
• 2:01
  This,
• 2:01
  my
• 2:02
  friends,
• 2:02
  is
• 2:02
  not
• 2:02
  a
• 2:02
  talent
• 2:03
  problem.
• 2:04
  It's
• 2:04
  not
• 2:04
  a
• 2:04
  problem
• 2:05
  with
• 2:05
  the
• 2:05
  calling.
• 2:05
  You
• 2:06
  feel
• 2:06
  really
• 2:06
  prompted
• 2:06
  to
• 2:06
  do
• 2:07
  this
• 2:07
  thing,
• 2:07
  right?
• 2:08
  This
• 2:08
  instead
• 2:09
  is
• 2:09
  a
• 2:09
  systems
• 2:10
  problem
• 2:11
  and
• 2:11
  it
• 2:11
  is
• 2:11
  so
• 2:12
  much
• 2:12
  more
• 2:12
  common
• 2:13
  than
• 2:13
  you
• 2:13
  think.
• 2:13
  what
• 2:14
  do
• 2:14
  I
• 2:14
  mean
• 2:14
  by
• 2:14
  systems?
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  mean
• 2:15
  the
• 2:16
  structure,
• 2:17
  the
• 2:17
  backbone,
• 2:17
  and
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  foundation
• 2:19
  of
• 2:19
  your
• 2:19
  business.
• 2:20
  Alright.
• 2:20
  I
• 2:20
  love
• 2:20
  to
• 2:21
  use
• 2:21
  the
• 2:21
  metaphor.
• 2:22
  Sometimes
• 2:22
  we
• 2:22
  just
• 2:23
  throw
• 2:23
  spaghetti
• 2:23
  at
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  wall
• 2:24
  and
• 2:24
  expect
• 2:24
  to
• 2:24
  have
• 2:24
  a
• 2:24
  functioning
• 2:25
  business
• 2:25
  at
• 2:25
  the
• 2:25
  end.
• 2:26
  That's
• 2:26
  like
• 2:26
  throwing
• 2:27
  spaghetti
• 2:27
  at
• 2:27
  the
• 2:27
  wall
• 2:27
  and
• 2:27
  expecting
• 2:28
  gorgeous
• 2:29
  art
• 2:29
  to
• 2:29
  come
• 2:29
  out
• 2:29
  of
• 2:30
  it.
• 2:30
  No,
• 2:30
  we
• 2:30
  need
• 2:31
  a
• 2:31
  system
• 2:31
  and
• 2:31
  a
• 2:31
  plan
• 2:32
  if
• 2:32
  there's
• 2:32
  no
• 2:32
  overarching
• 2:33
  plan,
• 2:34
  we're
• 2:34
  never
• 2:34
  gonna
• 2:34
  get
• 2:34
  art
• 2:35
  outta
• 2:35
  spaghetti
• 2:35
  on
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  wall.
• 2:36
  We're
• 2:36
  just
• 2:36
  gonna
• 2:36
  get
• 2:36
  a
• 2:36
  mess.
• 2:37
  So
• 2:37
  that
• 2:37
  leads
• 2:38
  me
• 2:38
  into
• 2:38
  talking
• 2:39
  about
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  tech
• 2:40
  problem
• 2:40
  that
• 2:40
  so
• 2:40
  many
• 2:41
  of
• 2:41
  us
• 2:41
  think
• 2:41
  we
• 2:42
  have.
• 2:43
  I'm
• 2:43
  gonna
• 2:43
  say
• 2:43
  something
• 2:44
  here
• 2:44
  and
• 2:44
  I
• 2:44
  want
• 2:44
  you
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  listen
• 2:45
  very
• 2:45
  clearly,
• 2:46
  okay?
• 2:47
  You
• 2:47
  are
• 2:47
  not
• 2:47
  bad
• 2:48
  at
• 2:48
  technology.
• 2:50
  If
• 2:50
  you
• 2:50
  need
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  repeat
• 2:51
  it
• 2:51
  in
• 2:51
  your
• 2:51
  own
• 2:51
  words,
• 2:52
  say
• 2:52
  it
• 2:52
  with
• 2:52
  me.
• 2:53
  I
• 2:53
  am
• 2:53
  not
• 2:53
  bad
• 2:54
  at
• 2:54
  tech.
• 2:55
  I
• 2:55
  hear
• 2:56
  this
• 2:56
  from
• 2:56
  women
• 2:57
  nonstop.
• 2:58
  I'm
• 2:58
  just
• 2:58
  not
• 2:58
  very
• 2:58
  tech
• 2:59
  savvy.
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  just
• 2:59
  don't
• 3:00
  really
• 3:00
  know
• 3:00
  how
• 3:00
  to
• 3:00
  do
• 3:00
  that.
• 3:00
  Oh,
• 3:01
  that
• 3:01
  looks
• 3:01
  really
• 3:01
  complicated
• 3:02
  and
• 3:02
  I
• 3:03
  get
• 3:03
  it.
• 3:03
  My
• 3:03
  friends,
• 3:04
  I
• 3:05
  hear
• 3:05
  this
• 3:05
  from
• 3:05
  people
• 3:05
  who
• 3:06
  are
• 3:06
  so
• 3:06
  capable,
• 3:07
  they're
• 3:07
  smart.
• 3:08
  And
• 3:08
  talented
• 3:09
  and
• 3:09
  good
• 3:10
  coaches,
• 3:10
  but
• 3:10
  they
• 3:11
  tell
• 3:11
  themselves
• 3:11
  this
• 3:11
  story
• 3:12
  that
• 3:12
  I'm
• 3:12
  not
• 3:12
  a
• 3:13
  tech
• 3:13
  person
• 3:14
  or
• 3:14
  everyone
• 3:14
  has
• 3:14
  this
• 3:15
  figured
• 3:15
  out
• 3:15
  but
• 3:15
  me.
• 3:16
  I
• 3:16
  must
• 3:16
  be
• 3:17
  missing
• 3:17
  something
• 3:17
  obvious.
• 3:19
  But
• 3:19
  here's
• 3:19
  what's
• 3:19
  actually
• 3:20
  true.
• 3:20
  The
• 3:21
  reason
• 3:21
  this
• 3:21
  feels
• 3:21
  hard
• 3:22
  is
• 3:22
  not
• 3:22
  because
• 3:22
  you're
• 3:22
  behind.
• 3:23
  It's
• 3:23
  because
• 3:23
  no
• 3:24
  one
• 3:24
  has
• 3:24
  ever
• 3:24
  shown
• 3:24
  you
• 3:25
  this
• 3:25
  simple
• 3:26
  path
• 3:26
  to
• 3:26
  setting
• 3:27
  it
• 3:27
  all
• 3:27
  up.
• 3:27
  So
• 3:28
  think
• 3:28
  about
• 3:28
  that
• 3:28
  for
• 3:28
  a
• 3:28
  second.
• 3:29
  We
• 3:29
  live
• 3:30
  in
• 3:30
  this
• 3:30
  awesome
• 3:31
  age
• 3:31
  of
• 3:31
  information,
• 3:31
  right?
• 3:31
  So
• 3:32
  great.
• 3:32
  So
• 3:33
  much
• 3:33
  free
• 3:33
  content,
• 3:34
  literally
• 3:34
  everywhere.
• 3:34
  We're
• 3:34
  drowning
• 3:35
  in
• 3:35
  it.
• 3:36
  YouTube
• 3:36

• 3:37

• 3:37
  posts
• 3:38
  and

• 3:38
  and
• 3:39

• 3:39
  about
• 3:39
  podcasting.
• 3:40
  And
• 3:41

• 3:41
  About
• 3:41
  courses,
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  all
• 3:42
  of
• 3:42
  this
• 3:43
  is
• 3:43
  wonderful
• 3:43
  and
• 3:44
  a
• 3:44
  great,
• 3:44
  great
• 3:44
  blessing
• 3:45
  because
• 3:45
  it
• 3:45
  means
• 3:46
  you
• 3:46
  can
• 3:46
  learn
• 3:46
  almost
• 3:46
  anything
• 3:46
  for
• 3:46
  free.
• 3:47
  But
• 3:49
  there
• 3:49
  is
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  hidden
• 3:49
  cost.
• 3:50
  And
• 3:50
  the
• 3:50
  hidden
• 3:51
  cost
• 3:51
  is
• 3:51
  that
• 3:51
  when
• 3:51
  you
• 3:51
  piece.
• 3:52
  Things
• 3:52
  together.
• 3:53
  Advice
• 3:54
  from
• 3:54
  different
• 3:54
  sources,
• 3:55
  many
• 3:55
  different
• 3:55
  sources.
• 3:56
  Each
• 3:57
  one
• 3:57
  of
• 3:57
  them
• 3:57
  is
• 3:57
  using
• 3:57
  language
• 3:58
  that's
• 3:58
  a
• 3:59
  little
• 3:59
  bit
• 3:59
  different,
• 4:00
  or
• 4:00
  each
• 4:00
  one
• 4:00
  is
• 4:00
  assuming
• 4:01
  that
• 4:01
  you
• 4:01
  know
• 4:01
  the
• 4:01
  last
• 4:02
  three
• 4:02
  steps
• 4:02
  that
• 4:02
  they
• 4:02
  taught.
• 4:03
  It
• 4:03
  doesn't
• 4:04
  give
• 4:04
  you
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  clear
• 4:05
  map.
• 4:05
  Instead,
• 4:06
  it
• 4:06
  kind
• 4:06
  of
• 4:06
  creates
• 4:06
  chaos.
• 4:08
  So
• 4:08
  I
• 4:08
  am
• 4:08
  a
• 4:08
  big
• 4:09
  fan
• 4:09
  of
• 4:09
  choosing.
• 4:10
  One
• 4:11
  business
• 4:11
  expert
• 4:12
  to
• 4:12
  follow.
• 4:12
  When
• 4:13
  we
• 4:13
  follow
• 4:13
  lots
• 4:14
  of
• 4:14
  them,
• 4:14
  we
• 4:14
  get
• 4:14
  this
• 4:15
  mixed
• 4:15
  bag
• 4:15
  of
• 4:15
  advice,
• 4:16
  and
• 4:16
  instead
• 4:17
  we
• 4:17
  end
• 4:17
  up
• 4:17
  with
• 4:17
  spaghetti
• 4:17
  on
• 4:18
  the
• 4:18
  wall
• 4:18
  instead
• 4:18
  of
• 4:18
  a
• 4:19
  business
• 4:19
  with
• 4:19
  a
• 4:19
  clear
• 4:20
  foundation.
• 4:21
  All
• 4:21
  right?
• 4:21
  So
• 4:21
  that
• 4:22
  chaos
• 4:23
  feels
• 4:23
  like
• 4:23
  overwhelm,
• 4:24
  and
• 4:24
  then
• 4:24
  overwhelm
• 4:25
  feels
• 4:25
  like
• 4:25
  failure,
• 4:26
  but
• 4:27
  in
• 4:27
  reality
• 4:27
  it's
• 4:27
  not
• 4:27
  failure
• 4:28
  at
• 4:28
  all.
• 4:28
  It's
• 4:28
  just
• 4:29
  starting
• 4:29
  at
• 4:29
  the
• 4:29
  wrong
• 4:30
  point.
• 4:31
  So
• 4:31
  here's
• 4:32
  something
• 4:32
  that's
• 4:32
  kind
• 4:32
  of
• 4:32
  funny
• 4:33
  and
• 4:33
  a
• 4:33
  little
• 4:33
  bit
• 4:33
  painful
• 4:34
  about
• 4:34
  this.
• 4:35
  The
• 4:35
  women
• 4:36
  who
• 4:36
  struggle
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  most
• 4:37
  with
• 4:37
  tech
• 4:37
  overwhelm
• 4:38
  very
• 4:38
  often
• 4:39
  tend
• 4:39
  to
• 4:39
  be
• 4:39
  very
• 4:40
  capable
• 4:40
  women
• 4:41
  in
• 4:41
  other
• 4:41
  areas
• 4:41
  of
• 4:41
  their
• 4:41
  life.
• 4:42
  It
• 4:43
  sounds
• 4:43
  a
• 4:43
  little
• 4:43
  counterintuitive,
• 4:44
  right?
• 4:44
  So
• 4:44
  basically
• 4:45
  what
• 4:45
  I
• 4:45
  mean
• 4:45
  is
• 4:45
  when
• 4:46
  you
• 4:46
  are
• 4:46
  good
• 4:46
  at
• 4:46
  things
• 4:47
  and
• 4:47
  life
• 4:48
  coaches,
• 4:48
  and
• 4:48
  the
• 4:49
  women
• 4:49
  I
• 4:49
  work
• 4:49
  with
• 4:49
  generally
• 4:50
  are,
• 4:50
  they're
• 4:50
  great
• 4:50
  coaches.
• 4:51
  They're
• 4:51
  great
• 4:51
  moms.
• 4:52
  They
• 4:53
  know
• 4:53
  how
• 4:53
  to
• 4:53
  parent,
• 4:53
  they
• 4:53
  know
• 4:54
  how
• 4:54
  to
• 4:54
  serve,
• 4:54
  they
• 4:54
  know
• 4:54
  how
• 4:55
  to
• 4:55
  do
• 4:55
  all
• 4:55
  these
• 4:55
  amazing
• 4:55
  things,
• 4:56
  and
• 4:57
  they
• 4:57
  have
• 4:57
  built
• 4:57
  kind
• 4:57
  of
• 4:57
  an
• 4:58
  identity
• 4:58
  around
• 4:58
  being
• 4:59
  competent.
• 4:59
  There's
• 4:59
  nothing
• 4:59
  wrong
• 4:59
  with
• 5:00
  that,
• 5:00
  that's
• 5:00
  our
• 5:00
  experience.
• 5:01
  We're
• 5:01
  competent
• 5:02
  people.
• 5:03
  We
• 5:03
  help
• 5:03
  other
• 5:03
  people
• 5:04
  solve
• 5:04
  their
• 5:04
  problems.
• 5:05
  We
• 5:05
  show
• 5:05
  up,
• 5:05
  we
• 5:05
  serve,
• 5:06
  we
• 5:06
  figure
• 5:06
  things
• 5:06
  out.
• 5:07
  That's
• 5:07
  who
• 5:07
  we
• 5:07
  are.
• 5:08
  But
• 5:08
  then
• 5:08
  we
• 5:08
  sit
• 5:09
  down
• 5:09
  to
• 5:09
  build
• 5:09
  our
• 5:09
  business,
• 5:10
  and
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10
  technology
• 5:11
  feels
• 5:11
  so
• 5:12
  overwhelming
• 5:12
  and
• 5:13
  we're
• 5:13
  so
• 5:13
  completely
• 5:14
  lost,
• 5:14
  confused.
• 5:15
  We're
• 5:16
  not
• 5:16
  just
• 5:16
  frustrated.
• 5:16
  It
• 5:17
  feels
• 5:17
  threatening,
• 5:18
  honestly.
• 5:18
  It
• 5:19
  threatens
• 5:19
  the
• 5:19
  story
• 5:20
  we
• 5:20
  have
• 5:20
  about
• 5:20
  ourselves.
• 5:20
  It
• 5:21
  threatens
• 5:21
  our
• 5:21
  identity.
• 5:22
  and
• 5:22
  when
• 5:23
  our
• 5:23
  brain
• 5:23
  feels
• 5:23
  threatened,
• 5:24
  then
• 5:24
  it
• 5:24
  does
• 5:24
  something
• 5:24
  very
• 5:25
  interesting.
• 5:25
  It
• 5:25
  doesn't
• 5:26
  just
• 5:26
  say,
• 5:26
  oh,
• 5:27
  okay,
• 5:27
  well
• 5:27
  I
• 5:27
  just
• 5:27
  have
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  find
• 5:27
  the
• 5:27
  right
• 5:28
  system.
• 5:28
  No,
• 5:29
  it
• 5:29
  says,
• 5:29
  you
• 5:30
  know
• 5:30
  what?
• 5:30
  Maybe
• 5:30
  business
• 5:30
  isn't
• 5:31
  for
• 5:31
  me,
• 5:31
  or
• 5:32
  maybe
• 5:32
  I'm
• 5:32
  not
• 5:33
  smart
• 5:33
  enough
• 5:33
  for
• 5:33
  this,
• 5:34
  or
• 5:34
  maybe
• 5:34
  I
• 5:34
  should
• 5:34
  just
• 5:35
  quit.
• 5:36
  It
• 5:36
  goes
• 5:36
  to
• 5:36
  bailout
• 5:37
  mode.
• 5:38
  That's
• 5:38
  why
• 5:38
  we
• 5:38
  shut
• 5:39
  down
• 5:39
  around.
• 5:39
  Tech
• 5:40
  has
• 5:40
  nothing
• 5:40
  to
• 5:40
  do
• 5:41
  with
• 5:41
  our
• 5:41
  skill.
• 5:41
  It
• 5:42
  has
• 5:42
  to
• 5:42
  do
• 5:42
  with.
• 5:43
  Our
• 5:43
  identity
• 5:44
  as
• 5:44
  capable
• 5:45
  people
• 5:45
  being
• 5:45
  threatened.
• 5:47
  Then
• 5:47
  we
• 5:47
  wait
• 5:47
  and
• 5:47
  we
• 5:47
  wait.
• 5:48
  And
• 5:49
  our
• 5:49
  desire
• 5:50
  or
• 5:50
  feeling
• 5:50
  called
• 5:50
  to
• 5:51
  do
• 5:51
  this
• 5:51
  thing
• 5:51
  doesn't
• 5:51
  go
• 5:51
  away.
• 5:52
  It
• 5:53
  just
• 5:53
  gets
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  little
• 5:53
  quieter,
• 5:54
  but
• 5:54
  also
• 5:54
  the
• 5:55
  guilt
• 5:55
  gets
• 5:55
  louder
• 5:56
  and
• 5:56
  that's
• 5:56
  really
• 5:56
  uncomfortable,
• 5:57
  right?
• 5:57
  So
• 5:57
  this
• 5:57
  is
• 5:58
  what
• 5:58
  my
• 5:58
  client
• 5:58
  was
• 5:58
  feeling.
• 5:59
  She
• 5:59
  kept
• 5:59
  thinking,
• 6:00
  I
• 6:00
  should
• 6:00
  be
• 6:00
  able
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  figure
• 6:00
  this
• 6:00
  out
• 6:01
  by
• 6:01
  now.
• 6:01
  Everyone
• 6:01
  else
• 6:02
  seems
• 6:02
  to
• 6:02
  have
• 6:02
  it
• 6:02
  together.
• 6:02
  Why
• 6:03
  is
• 6:03
  this
• 6:03
  hard
• 6:03
  for
• 6:04
  me?,
• 6:04
  I
• 6:04
  want
• 6:04
  you
• 6:04
  to
• 6:04
  hear
• 6:05
  me
• 6:05
  when
• 6:05
  I
• 6:05
  say
• 6:05
  this
• 6:05
  isn't
• 6:06
  hard
• 6:06
  for
• 6:06
  her.
• 6:08
  So
• 6:08
  I
• 6:08
  want
• 6:08
  you
• 6:08
  to
• 6:09
  hear
• 6:09
  me
• 6:09
  when
• 6:09
  I
• 6:09
  say
• 6:10
  it
• 6:10
  wasn't
• 6:10
  hard
• 6:10
  for
• 6:10
  her
• 6:11
  because
• 6:11
  she
• 6:11
  was
• 6:11
  lacking
• 6:12
  in
• 6:12
  some
• 6:12
  way.
• 6:13
  It
• 6:13
  was
• 6:13
  hard
• 6:13
  because
• 6:13
  she
• 6:13
  didn't
• 6:14
  have
• 6:14
  the
• 6:14
  map.
• 6:15
  She
• 6:15
  didn't
• 6:15
  have
• 6:15
  a
• 6:15
  simple,
• 6:16
  clear,
• 6:16
  step
• 6:16
  by
• 6:17
  step
• 6:17
  path.
• 6:17
  That
• 6:18
  was
• 6:18
  it.
• 6:18
  She
• 6:18
  just
• 6:19
  started
• 6:19
  googling
• 6:19
  how
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  start
• 6:19
  a
• 6:19
  podcast
• 6:20
  and
• 6:20
  came
• 6:20
  up
• 6:20
  with
• 6:21
  all
• 6:21
  this
• 6:21
  massive
• 6:21
  amount
• 6:22
  of
• 6:22
  information
• 6:22
  that
• 6:23
  didn't
• 6:23
  give
• 6:23
  her
• 6:23
  a
• 6:23
  direct,
• 6:24
  simple
• 6:24
  step
• 6:25
  by
• 6:25
  step.
• 6:25
  Journey.
• 6:26
  That
• 6:27
  is
• 6:27
  the
• 6:27
  whole
• 6:27
  problem.
• 6:28
  Okay.
• 6:28
  We're
• 6:28
  not
• 6:28
  gonna
• 6:28
  dwell
• 6:29
  too
• 6:29
  much
• 6:29
  on
• 6:29
  the
• 6:29
  negative
• 6:30
  side
• 6:30
  of
• 6:30
  this
• 6:30
  because
• 6:31
  I
• 6:31
  don't
• 6:31
  want
• 6:31
  this
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  feel
• 6:31
  too
• 6:31
  heavy,
• 6:32
  but
• 6:32
  I
• 6:32
  do
• 6:33
  think
• 6:33
  it's
• 6:33
  important
• 6:34
  that
• 6:34
  we
• 6:34
  understand
• 6:35
  what
• 6:35
  Tech
• 6:35
  Overwhelm
• 6:35
  does
• 6:36
  to
• 6:36
  us
• 6:36
  because
• 6:37
  it
• 6:37
  can
• 6:38
  be
• 6:38
  kind
• 6:38
  of
• 6:38
  sneaky
• 6:39
  and
• 6:39
  all
• 6:39
  of
• 6:39
  a
• 6:39
  sudden
• 6:39
  we
• 6:40
  wanna
• 6:40
  quit
• 6:40
  and
• 6:40
  we
• 6:40
  don't
• 6:40
  understand
• 6:41
  why.
• 6:41
  And
• 6:42
  very
• 6:42
  often
• 6:42
  that's
• 6:42
  why
• 6:43
  a
• 6:43
  lot
• 6:43
  of
• 6:43
  times
• 6:44
  we
• 6:44
  just
• 6:44
  push
• 6:44
  through
• 6:44
  it
• 6:44
  and
• 6:44
  we
• 6:45
  think
• 6:45
  it's
• 6:45
  okay,
• 6:46
  but
• 6:46
  it's
• 6:46
  not
• 6:46
  always
• 6:46
  fine.
• 6:47
  Sometimes
• 6:47
  it's
• 6:47
  causing
• 6:48
  some
• 6:48
  issues
• 6:48
  for
• 6:48
  us.
• 6:49
  It
• 6:50
  will
• 6:50
  sometimes
• 6:50
  create
• 6:50
  this
• 6:51
  like
• 6:51
  low
• 6:51
  level
• 6:52
  stress
• 6:53
  hum,
• 6:53
  that
• 6:53
  follows
• 6:53
  us
• 6:54
  around
• 6:54
  everywhere
• 6:54
  and
• 6:54
  sits
• 6:55
  in
• 6:55
  the
• 6:55
  back
• 6:55
  of
• 6:55
  our
• 6:55
  mind,
• 6:55
  oh,
• 6:56
  I
• 6:56
  should
• 6:56
  be
• 6:56
  doing
• 6:56
  that
• 6:56
  thing.
• 6:56
  I
• 6:56
  should
• 6:57
  be
• 6:57
  figuring
• 6:57
  out
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  podcast.
• 6:58
  I
• 6:58
  should
• 6:58
  be
• 6:58
  researching
• 6:59
  more
• 6:59
  on
• 6:59
  how
• 6:59
  to
• 6:59
  create
• 7:00
  a
• 7:00
  course.
• 7:00
  And
• 7:00
  it
• 7:01
  steals
• 7:01
  your
• 7:01
  creative
• 7:01
  energy
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  it
• 7:02
  steals
• 7:02
  your
• 7:02
  time
• 7:03
  with
• 7:03
  your
• 7:03
  kids.
• 7:04
  'cause
• 7:04
  your
• 7:04
  brain
• 7:04
  is
• 7:04
  working
• 7:05
  overtime
• 7:05
  trying
• 7:05
  to
• 7:05
  figure
• 7:06
  out
• 7:06
  something
• 7:06
  that
• 7:06
  should
• 7:07
  be
• 7:07
  simple.
• 7:08
  And
• 7:08
  my
• 7:09
  client
• 7:09
  had
• 7:09
  this
• 7:09
  entire
• 7:10
  experience.
• 7:10
  She
• 7:10
  felt
• 7:11
  all
• 7:11
  those
• 7:11
  things
• 7:11
  and
• 7:12
  she
• 7:12
  acknowledged
• 7:12
  that
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  guilt
• 7:13
  was
• 7:13
  kinda
• 7:13
  the
• 7:13
  worst
• 7:13
  part,
• 7:13
  because
• 7:14
  she
• 7:14
  was
• 7:14
  feeling
• 7:14
  like
• 7:14
  God
• 7:14
  called
• 7:15
  her
• 7:15
  to
• 7:15
  this
• 7:15
  thing
• 7:15
  and
• 7:15
  she
• 7:16
  was
• 7:16
  letting
• 7:16
  him
• 7:16
  down
• 7:16
  because
• 7:16
  she
• 7:16
  couldn't
• 7:17
  follow
• 7:17
  through
• 7:17
  yet.
• 7:18
  Okay,
• 7:19
  so
• 7:19
  this
• 7:19
  is
• 7:19
  what
• 7:19
  we're
• 7:19
  gonna
• 7:20
  take
• 7:20
  away
• 7:20
  from
• 7:20
  this
• 7:20
  episode
• 7:20
  today.
• 7:21
  This
• 7:21
  is
• 7:21
  a
• 7:21
  big
• 7:21
  one.
• 7:22
  Tech
• 7:23
  overwhelm
• 7:23
  is
• 7:23
  not
• 7:24
  a
• 7:24
  you
• 7:24
  problem,
• 7:25
  it
• 7:25
  is
• 7:25
  a
• 7:25
  sequence
• 7:26
  problem.
• 7:28
  Things
• 7:28
  are
• 7:28
  out
• 7:28
  of
• 7:28
  order.
• 7:30
  Likely,
• 7:30
  nobody
• 7:30
  ever
• 7:30
  told
• 7:31
  you
• 7:31
  there
• 7:31
  is
• 7:31
  a
• 7:31
  very
• 7:31
  simple
• 7:32
  order
• 7:32
  of
• 7:32
  operations
• 7:33
  for
• 7:33
  setting
• 7:33
  up
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  coaching
• 7:34
  business
• 7:34
  online.
• 7:35
  It's
• 7:35
  not
• 7:36
  actually
• 7:36
  complicated
• 7:37
  and
• 7:37
  it's
• 7:37
  not
• 7:37
  mysterious.
• 7:38
  It's
• 7:38
  just
• 7:38
  that
• 7:39
  nobody
• 7:39
  likely
• 7:39
  laid
• 7:40
  it
• 7:40
  out
• 7:40
  for
• 7:40
  you
• 7:40
  in
• 7:40
  a
• 7:40
  way
• 7:40
  that
• 7:40
  made
• 7:40
  sense
• 7:41
  from
• 7:41
  the
• 7:41
  beginning.
• 7:42
  Once
• 7:43
  someone
• 7:43
  does
• 7:43
  that,
• 7:44
  it
• 7:44
  all
• 7:44
  becomes
• 7:45
  clear.
• 7:45
  So
• 7:45
  my
• 7:45
  client
• 7:45
  and
• 7:45
  I
• 7:45
  sat
• 7:46
  down,
• 7:46
  I
• 7:46
  showed
• 7:47
  her
• 7:47
  the
• 7:47
  simple
• 7:47
  steps
• 7:48
  of
• 7:48
  creating
• 7:49
  a
• 7:49
  podcast
• 7:49
  in
• 7:49
  a
• 7:49
  way
• 7:49
  that
• 7:50
  was
• 7:50
  not
• 7:50
  overwhelming.
• 7:51
  And
• 7:51
  she
• 7:52
  started
• 7:52
  her
• 7:52
  podcast
• 7:53
  and
• 7:53
  it's
• 7:53
  amazing.
• 7:53
  It's
• 7:53
  changing
• 7:54
  people's
• 7:54
  lives.
• 7:55
  It's
• 7:55
  not
• 7:56
  that
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  mountain
• 7:57
  got
• 7:57
  smaller,
• 7:57
  it's
• 7:58
  that
• 7:58
  all
• 7:58
  of
• 7:58
  a
• 7:58
  sudden
• 7:58
  she
• 7:59
  had
• 7:59
  the
• 7:59
  map
• 7:59
  and
• 8:00
  she
• 8:00
  knew
• 8:00
  where
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  step.
• 8:01
  That
• 8:01
  made
• 8:01
  all
• 8:02
  the
• 8:02
  difference.
• 8:02
  So
• 8:03
  that
• 8:03
  is
• 8:03
  one
• 8:04
  of
• 8:04
  the
• 8:04
  things
• 8:04
  that
• 8:04
  I
• 8:05
  want
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  do
• 8:05
  for
• 8:05
  you.
• 8:06
  Is
• 8:06
  not
• 8:06
  give
• 8:06
  you
• 8:07
  more
• 8:07
  information
• 8:07
  to
• 8:07
  contribute
• 8:08
  to
• 8:08
  the
• 8:08
  overwhelm
• 8:09
  or
• 8:09
  more
• 8:09
  courses
• 8:10
  or
• 8:10
  whatever
• 8:10
  else.
• 8:10
  I
• 8:10
  just
• 8:11
  want
• 8:11
  to
• 8:11
  give
• 8:11
  you
• 8:11
  simplicity,
• 8:12
  transparency.
• 8:13
  I
• 8:13
  want
• 8:13
  to
• 8:14
  give
• 8:14
  you
• 8:14
  that
• 8:14
  simple
• 8:14
  aha
• 8:15
  that
• 8:15
  has
• 8:15
  you
• 8:15
  saying,
• 8:16
  oh,
• 8:16
  that's
• 8:17
  it.
• 8:17
  That's
• 8:17
  all
• 8:17
  I
• 8:17
  have
• 8:18
  to
• 8:18
  do
• 8:18
  next.
• 8:18
  Okay.
• 8:18
  I
• 8:19
  can
• 8:19
  handle
• 8:19
  that.
• 8:20
  So
• 8:20
  I
• 8:20
  am
• 8:20
  actually
• 8:21
  working
• 8:21
  on
• 8:21
  a
• 8:21
  couple
• 8:21
  of
• 8:21
  things
• 8:21
  right
• 8:22
  now.
• 8:22
  I'm
• 8:22
  really
• 8:22
  excited
• 8:23
  to
• 8:23
  share
• 8:23
  with
• 8:23
  you
• 8:23
  later
• 8:23
  this
• 8:23
  month
• 8:24
  stuff
• 8:24
  that
• 8:24
  is
• 8:25
  specifically
• 8:25
  designed
• 8:26
  to
• 8:26
  take
• 8:26
  that
• 8:27
  tech
• 8:27
  fog
• 8:28
  and
• 8:28
  just
• 8:28
  lift
• 8:28
  it
• 8:29
  and
• 8:29
  bring
• 8:29
  you
• 8:29
  some
• 8:29
  peace.
• 8:30
  If
• 8:31
  tech
• 8:31
  has
• 8:31
  been
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  thing
• 8:32
  that's
• 8:32
  been
• 8:32
  slowing
• 8:32
  you
• 8:32
  down,
• 8:33
  you're
• 8:33
  gonna
• 8:33
  wanna
• 8:33
  stick
• 8:33
  around.
• 8:34
  'cause
• 8:34
  I'm
• 8:34
  really
• 8:34
  excited
• 8:35
  about
• 8:35
  this.
• 8:36
  If
• 8:36
  this
• 8:36
  episode
• 8:37
  resonated
• 8:37
  with
• 8:37
  you
• 8:37
  in
• 8:38
  any
• 8:38
  way
• 8:38
  you
• 8:38
  heard
• 8:38
  yourself
• 8:39
  in
• 8:39
  any
• 8:39
  of
• 8:39
  the
• 8:39
  things
• 8:39
  I
• 8:39
  was
• 8:39
  saying,
• 8:40
  I
• 8:40
  want
• 8:40
  you
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  know
• 8:41
  you're
• 8:41
  not
• 8:41
  behind.
• 8:42
  You're
• 8:42
  not
• 8:42
  broken.
• 8:43
  There's
• 8:43
  nothing
• 8:43
  wrong
• 8:43
  with
• 8:44
  you.
• 8:44
  You're
• 8:44
  not
• 8:44
  bad
• 8:44
  at
• 8:44
  this.
• 8:45
  You
• 8:45
  just
• 8:46
  haven't
• 8:46
  seen
• 8:46
  the
• 8:47
  simple
• 8:47
  version
• 8:47
  yet,
• 8:48
  and
• 8:48
  I
• 8:48
  want
• 8:48
  to
• 8:48
  be
• 8:48
  the
• 8:48
  one
• 8:49
  to
• 8:49
  show
• 8:49
  you.
• 8:50
  I
• 8:50
  think
• 8:50
  you're
• 8:50
  gonna
• 8:50
  love
• 8:51
  what
• 8:51
  is
• 8:51
  coming.
• 8:52
  Thanks
• 8:52
  so
• 8:52
  much
• 8:52
  for
• 8:52
  listening.
