- 0:00Speaker 1: Hi, Paul sladkis Reverend Paul Slackis, oh faith spiritual human
- 0:06Speaker 1: on Mother Earth. Okay, you know, here's Mother Earth. No border's,
- 0:12Speaker 1: no boundaries, no colors, no nothing, just here. It is
- 0:16Speaker 1: the whole place from the moon. Talking about the moon,
- 0:20Speaker 1: we have a quote here from Buzz Aldron, through our
- 0:23Speaker 1: good friend Judy Jabet, a humanitarian. Buzz went to the
- 0:29Speaker 1: moon and he has something to say, and that's our
- 0:32Speaker 1: thought for the day on our newsletter and we're very
- 0:36Speaker 1: excited to share it. And you know I'm going to
- 0:38Speaker 1: read it to you. Buzz Aldron made it to the
- 0:41Speaker 1: moon and back. He told me, told Judy it took
- 0:45Speaker 1: so much more than education, discipline and physical strength. It
- 0:50Speaker 1: took years of determination and believing that any goal is possible.
- 0:56Speaker 1: But it was still hard to believe when I took
- 0:59Speaker 1: my first step on to the Moon's surface. Okay, so
- 1:03Speaker 1: we all keep trying, right. We have our missions, we
- 1:06Speaker 1: have our dreams, we have our loves, and the key
- 1:10Speaker 1: is to stay in the game right and continue on
- 1:12Speaker 1: work hard to accomplish what's important to us and pray
- 1:17Speaker 1: we have those around us who are positive influences and
- 1:23Speaker 1: support us during these times. Of our desires. Let's put
- 1:30Speaker 1: it this way. It's a good thing to have dreams
- 1:33Speaker 1: and to have them come true. So on our thought
- 1:36Speaker 1: for today, we share that and we have in our newsletter.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Today is August fifth. I can't believe it that the
- 1:44Speaker 1: year is going by so quickly. We talk a little
- 1:48Speaker 1: bit about the International Day piece coming up. As of now,
- 1:51Speaker 1: we're still on the nineteenth of September of Friday at
- 1:55Speaker 1: a city hall, and twentieth a concert in Times Square,
- 1:58Speaker 1: and the twenty first a rebroadcast or a broadcast still
- 2:02Speaker 1: to be determined. On the International Data piece. Our dream
- 2:06Speaker 1: is at twelve noon on September twenty first, for people
- 2:09Speaker 1: to take a moment of silence for peace, and that's
- 2:11Speaker 1: the dream of the United Nations. We strengthen that message
- 2:15Speaker 1: and we continue to We're determined to do it, and McKenzie,
- 2:19Speaker 1: a research company, states that there's one point six billion
- 2:22Speaker 1: people aware of it. In addition, we ask for some
- 2:26Speaker 1: donations or if you know of any sponsors. We're still
- 2:30Speaker 1: at this moment twenty five thousand dollars short to pay
- 2:34Speaker 1: for these expensive events in Times Square, especially producing them
- 2:38Speaker 1: like my former CBSPBS TV days with all the bells
- 2:43Speaker 1: and whistles of professional broadcasting. So if you know anybody,
- 2:48Speaker 1: we sure could use your help. In addition, in this
- 2:51Speaker 1: week's newsletter, which we have been doing our company, actually
- 2:55Speaker 1: July fourth just passed a little bit, here was our
- 2:59Speaker 1: twenty seven years on Good News Broadcast. We were in
- 3:03Speaker 1: there before YouTube. Seven years before then, we were in
- 3:07Speaker 1: the streaming business with servers from Estonia, rot Pernaser in
- 3:13Speaker 1: downtown in the Western Union Building and so on and
- 3:17Speaker 1: so forth. So we have a lot of history and
- 3:21Speaker 1: which becomes a mystery. Added we have to continue on
- 3:25Speaker 1: all these years in the company Milestone Broadcast. It's forty
- 3:28Speaker 1: years old this year. In nineteen eighty five we started.
- 3:31Speaker 1: So it's all good and we appreciate everybody who's given
- 3:35Speaker 1: us their good news and we continue on to share it.
- 3:39Speaker 1: In addition, we have unfortunately, we had a massacre that
- 3:44Speaker 1: I actually called in three forty five Park Avenue in Manhattan,
- 3:48Speaker 1: and the Mayor Adams, who we've known for like a
- 3:52Speaker 1: long time fifteen plus years. Our TV studios out in Brooklyn,
- 3:56Speaker 1: and he's been at our Peace Day event and we're
- 4:00Speaker 1: having this upcoming Peace Date event. He's supporting it along
- 4:03Speaker 1: with Bro President Mark Levine and others, many and many
- 4:07Speaker 1: many others, and so held a I guess you could
- 4:14Speaker 1: say in due respect of the scenario that happened there.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Governor Kathy Hoko came down a commissioner Tish, the police commissioner,
- 4:24Speaker 1: and we share some of the thoughts that were shared
- 4:26Speaker 1: at that event, which is powerful in that sad scenario,
- 4:33Speaker 1: and our blessings go to the families and friends of
- 4:36Speaker 1: those and for humanity overall. Also, we covered an interview
- 4:42Speaker 1: up at leam In College with the mayor talking about
- 4:45Speaker 1: how his life has really been built around faith into
- 4:49Speaker 1: faith and faith overall for himself. And I can attest
- 4:54Speaker 1: that that's very important to him as he proceeds with
- 5:01Speaker 1: a big city that has lots and lots and lots
- 5:04Speaker 1: and lots of things happening, unbelievable amount of things happening
- 5:08Speaker 1: on all walks of life and all locations. It's a knockout.
- 5:13Speaker 1: It's a big, big city, has more people working here
- 5:17Speaker 1: than the Living's Rhode Island, all right. So we share that.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Then we share why we met Phoenix three sixty, an
- 5:26Speaker 1: app that's great for independent and already existing entertainers of
- 5:33Speaker 1: all different genres and not necessarily entertainer. If you're an
- 5:37Speaker 1: artist humanities. This app has so many bells and whistles
- 5:45Speaker 1: in it. It's like you've had an agent, you have
- 5:47Speaker 1: a manager, you have an accountant. To make money. You
- 5:52Speaker 1: do a lot of things that's free. And so we
- 5:54Speaker 1: interview with the founders of that, Andrew and Allen, and
- 5:58Speaker 1: we have a fil conversation with a gentleman from England
- 6:02Speaker 1: and a gentleman from Australia who really know the business,
- 6:05Speaker 1: the bottom line. And then that's and last. We've been
- 6:09Speaker 1: sponsoring for many years, maybe fifteen twenty, I don't even
- 6:12Speaker 1: know anymore. The Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival will be
- 6:15Speaker 1: having Flushing Meadow Park on the eighth and the ninth.
- 6:18Speaker 1: It's a great, great event. One hundred thousand people go
- 6:21Speaker 1: over there to watch them. People row. I believe the
- 6:26Speaker 1: con Edison Boat is gonna run for us as a
- 6:30Speaker 1: media sponsor for the events. And it's all good. So
- 6:34Speaker 1: take care, be kind, love each other, support each other,
- 6:39Speaker 1: for better for worse, and if you need us call
- 6:44Speaker 1: us two one two six four seven one two one two.
- 6:47Speaker 1: You can email me Paul dot slap kiss one at
- 6:50Speaker 1: gmail dot com. Thank you very much behind me. I
- 6:54Speaker 1: have a I have a heart. I love my heart.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I love your heart. Okay, are as the little Prince says,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and I'll end with this. Follow your own heart because
- 7:09Speaker 1: that is what you can see rightly with Okay. Follow
- 7:13Speaker 1: what you believe in, pursue it. Teach peace home. Thanks
