- 0:00Speaker 1: Do you have a favorite TV couple who's like the
- 0:02Speaker 1: best TV couple you can think of?
- 0:05Speaker 2: And it's just because I'm fresh off of it.
- 0:07Speaker 3: On Sunday Nights, It's back Baby Yellowstone and Beth and
- 0:12Speaker 3: Rip for me?
- 0:13Speaker 2: Are are it?
- 0:15Speaker 1: Who's Rip? Is that? Kevin cost No?
- 0:18Speaker 2: That's uh John Dutton?
- 0:20Speaker 1: Is that the guy that we somebody in our office
- 0:22Speaker 1: has a cutout a cardboard?
- 0:25Speaker 2: And then Beth would be his his girl?
- 0:28Speaker 1: And who plays her?
- 0:29Speaker 2: What is her name in real life? Uh?
- 0:31Speaker 1: Anyway, I don't care that much. Well you asked, oh
- 0:36Speaker 1: I know you ever asked something. I realize you don't care.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Kelly Riley Okay, Well I have the list of America's
- 0:43Speaker 1: favorite TV couples and what I think all time? You
- 0:47Speaker 1: know I'm a big Ross and Rachel guy. I just was.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I just was. And you know who else I really
- 0:52Speaker 1: liked and it would broke my heart when it didn't
- 0:54Speaker 1: work out. Quite the opposite of the Friends was Dawson
- 0:57Speaker 1: and Joey. Oh yeah in Dawson's Creek. Yeah, she chose
- 1:03Speaker 1: Pacey Like that killed me? That killed me?
- 1:06Speaker 2: How do I forget about that show? I mean, that
- 1:08Speaker 2: was just such a good show.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I mean it, It was tough because it started at
- 1:13Speaker 1: such a high point with that theme song and then
- 1:15Speaker 1: it sort of just goes downhill a little bit. The
- 1:17Speaker 1: show is fine, but the theme song was really had
- 1:19Speaker 1: propped it up in Oh man, all right, what have
- 1:21Speaker 1: we got on this list? So the top TV couples
- 1:25Speaker 1: and you can weigh in, by the way, seven on
- 1:26Speaker 1: one eight one ninety eight. Seven would love to hear
- 1:28Speaker 1: which one you like, or you can comment on her
- 1:30Speaker 1: Facebook page. But we've got Nick and Jess from New Girl.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I never have seen that. I used to really have
- 1:38Speaker 1: a crush on Zoe Deschanel.
- 1:39Speaker 2: I watched a few episodes, but I never got into it.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So that's everybody says it's super funny. I just like,
- 1:46Speaker 1: I'm a weird when it comes to like funny or
- 1:49Speaker 1: comedy sitcoms. I got so obsessed with Seinfeld when I
- 1:53Speaker 1: was college, and it was after it was well after
- 1:56Speaker 1: Seinfeld had aired, you know, but it was I just
- 1:58Speaker 1: had the DVD sent, you know. He just watched those
- 2:01Speaker 1: over and over. Yeah, and so I just didn't watch
- 2:03Speaker 1: The Office, I didn't watch Parks and rec I didn't
- 2:05Speaker 1: watch none of it.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Really surprises me that you didn't get into the office.
- 2:09Speaker 3: That feels like it would be right up your alley,
- 2:11Speaker 3: and it probably would be. I just never gave it
- 2:12Speaker 3: a chance. Yeah, and maybe it will some day and
- 2:14Speaker 3: that'll be your You're Seinfeld two point zero.
- 2:17Speaker 2: I don't need the office, Okay.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I still watch the same three seasons of Seinfeld every night.
- 2:22Speaker 1: We've got Miss Piggy and Kermit. Stop they're on here.
- 2:26Speaker 1: You don't think they're not?
- 2:27Speaker 2: I mean, I got, I guess so yeah, TV show.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Yeah, and of course stars of the Muppet Show. Or
- 2:34Speaker 1: he didn't need an.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Is that still on though?
- 2:36Speaker 1: Like on a I mean some capacity. I don't know.
- 2:40Speaker 1: It was timeless though, you didn't really need to make
- 2:42Speaker 1: new ones. Miss Picky and Kermit. She treated him so
- 2:45Speaker 1: poorly and he just took it.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I got. I don't know why that threw me.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Okay, what do you think about their relationship? I want
- 2:52Speaker 1: to elaborate. I don't really remember. I was just remember
- 2:55Speaker 1: I didn't really watch a lot of cartoons growing up.
- 2:57Speaker 2: This is why you always laugh at me.
- 2:59Speaker 3: I watched unsolved mysteries of golden girls like take Me
- 3:02Speaker 3: Back to Alan Peggy Bundy as a couple on the list, not.
- 3:06Speaker 1: On the list, But we do have Lucy and Ricky.
- 3:09Speaker 1: You ever watch that?
- 3:09Speaker 2: I Love Lucy Again like it was on, but never
- 3:13Speaker 2: got into it.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I never watched Niked Night, I like it was so weird.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I grew up only watching old sitcoms from the sixties,
- 3:21Speaker 1: like Bewitched. Oh, I Dream of Genie. I remember a
- 3:24Speaker 1: little Bewitched on and Shirley. I loved Happy Days. I
- 3:29Speaker 1: loved Laverne and Shirley. That was a good one. We
- 3:32Speaker 1: have a couple people chime in here. This is great.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Did Zach and Kelly ever make it on the list?
- 3:39Speaker 1: They never did. No, they did not, wait, at least
- 3:43Speaker 1: not on this list I'm looking at because that was
- 3:45Speaker 1: great Staved by the bell. Did they date throughout?
- 3:48Speaker 3: It was on again, off again, but then they ended
- 3:50Speaker 3: up getting married I think in the college years.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I remember right. See. That was like the Corey and
- 3:54Speaker 1: Tapanga just before Corey and Tapanga, which was, in my opinion,
- 3:58Speaker 1: the better couple.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Like Corey into Panga, although she really jerked him around.
- 4:03Speaker 1: There's a lot of ups and downs in these relationships,
- 4:06Speaker 1: which is you know, real similar to a sort of
- 4:10Speaker 1: I guess a miss Piggy and Kermit where it's just like,
- 4:13Speaker 1: you know, I think he could do a little better. Yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 1: did he kiss that girl on the mountain? That one
- 4:19Speaker 1: the field trip?
- 4:20Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 4:20Speaker 2: You remember all of these plots.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Everybody remembers when Corey kissed Lauren on the ski trip,
- 4:26Speaker 1: it was it broke your heart. It was like when
- 4:28Speaker 1: Ross cheated on Rachel.
- 4:29Speaker 3: How do I not remember really any of this? I
- 4:32Speaker 3: watched TGIF what was the one?
- 4:36Speaker 1: So? I watched Saved by the Bell and then there
- 4:37Speaker 1: was like California Dream?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Was that the name of it? Afterwards?
- 4:40Speaker 1: I think it a California beats a kitchen. No, I'm
- 4:44Speaker 1: not all right. What is number one on this list?
- 4:46Speaker 1: There's gotta be something better than Kermit and Piggy. I
- 4:50Speaker 1: don't think it's gonna get better. And we have Jim
- 4:54Speaker 1: and Pam from the office.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Okay, that's fair.
- 4:56Speaker 1: After obviously stating we didn't watch.
- 4:58Speaker 3: It, Dana just chimed in and on Facebook and said,
- 5:01Speaker 3: Claire and Phil, I have to agree Modern Family.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I watched the first few seasons of that. That was fantastic.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't watch any of that, but thank you
- 5:09Speaker 1: for weighing in. Claire. Now seven one two eight h
- 5:12Speaker 1: one ninety eight seven. You really don't remember when Ross
- 5:14Speaker 1: cheated on Rachel. Remember I didn't get into friends.
- 5:17Speaker 2: It's terrible, Like I know all the stories, all the things.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Nine two win. Oh, that's another good one.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So he has a sleepover with this girl. Okay, Now
- 5:25Speaker 1: this is where it gets a little divisive because he
- 5:28Speaker 1: claims they were on a break. But you know how
- 5:33Speaker 1: those can get a little complicated. It's very complicated. We
- 5:36Speaker 1: maybe we were on a three day break. It didn't
- 5:38Speaker 1: mean you have to go immediately find somebody to have
- 5:42Speaker 1: a sleepover with what he did? And then Rachel, she
- 5:46Speaker 1: comes and she wants to make it back, make up
- 5:48Speaker 1: with him.
- 5:49Speaker 2: You know how many people are like, we know, Pike, but.
- 5:51Speaker 1: They like to relive it because the moment that they
- 5:53Speaker 1: finally in the coffee shop, it's pouring rain outside, Ross
- 5:56Speaker 1: is standing outside.
- 5:58Speaker 2: They meet in there and then okay, that's some stupid,
- 6:02Speaker 2: weird things. So it did? Is this number one on
- 6:04Speaker 2: the list or not? Yeah?
- 6:05Speaker 1: Pam and Jim, Pim and Jam. Okay, and didn't they
- 6:10Speaker 1: get married in real life? No? What who does he
- 6:12Speaker 1: married to? What's his name? Jim? He's the guy he's
- 6:16Speaker 1: married to a comedian. I am terrible at all of this.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Or an actress or a singer. I'm so with Beth
- 6:22Speaker 3: and Rip. It's just what needs to happen. That's the
- 6:24Speaker 3: number one on the list.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's not it's not your favorite things, man, it's America's
- 6:28Speaker 1: favorite TV couple. Kid, there's a difference in the morning. Well,
- 6:32Speaker 1: that's all we talk about. Feeling good. One of my
- 6:37Speaker 1: one of my favorite things isn't what it was life
- 6:39Speaker 1: all life is all about just those moments of feeling good.
- 6:42Speaker 3: It's amazing to me the older you get when you
- 6:45Speaker 3: are either get the worst of feeling or if.
- 6:49Speaker 2: You tweak your back or you do something.
- 6:51Speaker 3: It was a few weeks ago out like had a
- 6:53Speaker 3: really bad migraine and it lasted for like three days.
- 6:55Speaker 3: It was one of those things where you go, gosh,
- 6:57Speaker 3: I take for granted.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Just a day way up feeling good. How good that feels. Yeah,
- 7:02Speaker 1: it's like fifty cent Wisely once said joy wouldn't feel
- 7:06Speaker 1: good if it wasn't for pain. Yeah, so these are
- 7:09Speaker 1: the best feelings in the world. Okay, and we're not
- 7:13Speaker 1: counting that one. It's obvious. Continue, but the number two
- 7:18Speaker 1: down included. It was a discussion on the internet was
- 7:20Speaker 1: reading Reddit late last night. I couldn't sleep, so I thought, well,
- 7:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna get in on this conversation. We're the best,
- 7:25Speaker 1: what are the best in the world? Well, this one
- 7:29Speaker 1: can't relate in the worst way, finally getting to pee
- 7:34Speaker 1: after a very long time of holding it in, like
- 7:36Speaker 1: a road trip or airplane, Yes, traveling where you just
- 7:42Speaker 1: can't there's no other option.
- 7:43Speaker 2: The worst.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Oh, that is so true, and you don't think about
- 7:46Speaker 1: it until you're like, oh my gosh, that's good, like
- 7:49Speaker 1: when you've really just pushed yourself to the limit, like
- 7:52Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm gonna explode here, or I'm
- 7:55Speaker 1: just gonna have to.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Go, gonna have to Guys, it always is so much easier.
- 7:59Speaker 1: You guys got it made well. I mean, yeah, it's
- 8:02Speaker 1: definitely easier for us to do it in a situation. Yeah,
- 8:06Speaker 1: if you're driving, stuck in traffic, anything like that. I
- 8:09Speaker 1: had a situation in the middle of Minneapolis there's nowhere
- 8:14Speaker 1: to go and I have to go so bad.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Yeah, and so it was just not a good situation.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Did you do gatorade bottle? I mean you did. I did,
- 8:22Speaker 3: And it was the most unbelievable situation.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I had like there was nothing I could do. Thankfully
- 8:28Speaker 1: I wasn't driving. This was probably thankfully. Yeah, well I
- 8:32Speaker 1: wasn't downtown Minneapolis, PN on four nine four in a
- 8:35Speaker 1: Gatorade bottle. I was in the back seat. I was
- 8:38Speaker 1: with people. It was just it was wild, yes, but
- 8:42Speaker 1: I can't believe that it was. I don't even when
- 8:43Speaker 1: the last time I because you know, for us, it's
- 8:45Speaker 1: so easy, like I can whip off to the side
- 8:47Speaker 1: of the road and just get out and y in
- 8:49Speaker 1: out on the way. It's really nice.
- 8:53Speaker 3: When you brought up the best feelings, I went like
- 8:55Speaker 3: totally different directions. So this is interesting to me. Of
- 8:58Speaker 3: course mine is if you don't mind me sharing bike.
- 9:01Speaker 3: It's not you peeing again.
- 9:03Speaker 1: No, it's my kids like hugging me, loving me and
- 9:07Speaker 1: telling me like you're a good mom or you know
- 9:09Speaker 1: what I mean something like that, Just like that intimate
- 9:11Speaker 1: moment where you're like, oh my gosh.
- 9:12Speaker 2: That's a really wholesome feeling. Yeah yeah yeah.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Or is it better though than when someone at work
- 9:17Speaker 1: cancels a meeting because that's on.
- 9:19Speaker 2: The list, man, that's gonna be up there.
- 9:23Speaker 1: That's gonna be a good one.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Just in general, do you, even if it's one of
- 9:26Speaker 3: your good friends or there's anything. There's something about somebody
- 9:31Speaker 3: canceling at this stage in life where you're like a
- 9:33Speaker 3: sense of relief. No matter how excited you are for it,
- 9:36Speaker 3: it's still kind of like, just freeze.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Out some time, some money.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I just my friend called me yesterday. We were scheming
- 9:42Speaker 1: up a trip and he canceled. I'm like, you know what,
- 9:44Speaker 1: that's not.
- 9:45Speaker 2: The worst thing.
- 9:45Speaker 1: That's okay with that, That'll be all right. It's weird
- 9:48Speaker 1: taking your broth when you get home. Yeah, I just
- 9:50Speaker 1: not tell you how good that feels. Is it much
- 9:53Speaker 1: like when you take your chonies off, as you call them? Yeah,
- 9:56Speaker 1: it's probably similar. I would imagine got that Cold side
- 10:00Speaker 1: of the pillow another popular good feeling.
- 10:03Speaker 2: That doesn't do anything for me.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, I don't think it belongs on this list.
- 10:07Speaker 1: It's okay, it's better than like the sweaty wrinkle east
- 10:10Speaker 1: side of the other pillow. But how about this one?
- 10:12Speaker 1: Your favorite band playing your favorite song that you've been
- 10:15Speaker 1: waiting for years to hear them play.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess that's not going to give me like
- 10:21Speaker 3: the best feeling.
- 10:22Speaker 2: That's not gonna that wouldn't be on my list.
- 10:25Speaker 1: You don't I appreciate music, then, do you. I know,
- 10:28Speaker 1: I've just been to so many low standard shows. It's
- 10:30Speaker 1: just like a numb to it. Yeah, that's funny. I
- 10:32Speaker 1: didn't see is Saturday at Murphy's. I mean, to be fair,
- 10:34Speaker 1: you could have been lost in that sea of people
- 10:36Speaker 1: that came to I was. I was right in the middle,
- 10:39Speaker 1: and I was like, gosh, I don't want to make
- 10:40Speaker 1: a scene like I have every other time I went.
- 10:42Speaker 1: That's true. I mean you do. You definitely make your
- 10:45Speaker 1: mark when you do a temation show. And then finally,
- 10:48Speaker 1: one of the best feelings it's when you wake up
- 10:51Speaker 1: the time you usually do by your alarm, but then
- 10:54Speaker 1: you realize that, well it's Sunday and you get to
- 10:57Speaker 1: keep sleeping in. Yeah, but I struggle going back to
- 11:00Speaker 1: sleep after I wake up like that. Yeah, And it's
- 11:02Speaker 1: never good sleep exactly if I have like two hours
- 11:05Speaker 1: Like for example, this morning, I woke up two hours earlier,
- 11:08Speaker 1: and I'm like, this is nothing good is going to
- 11:10Speaker 1: happen from here on ass, So I'm just gonna get up.
- 11:13Speaker 1: You know, all you're gonna do is fall asleep, Like
- 11:15Speaker 1: of course, right, before you you have to get up,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and then it just makes life suck.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I woke up at ten thirty last night thinking it
- 11:21Speaker 3: was like time for me to get up, and I
- 11:22Speaker 3: stayed up the same too, like till twelve thirty. I'm like, okay,
- 11:25Speaker 3: like I'm so tired, but I can't go back to sleep.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Guess what time I went to sleep right before I
- 11:31Speaker 3: like needed to basically wake up.
- 11:32Speaker 2: It's like, what am I doing? It's wild?
- 11:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a crazy thing. But these are all good feelings.
- 11:39Speaker 1: So if you're feeling bad, try one of these. What
- 11:42Speaker 1: would be one of the things on there? Like that
- 11:43Speaker 1: really got to you when you just pure a long
- 11:46Speaker 1: iron from the fairway. Really, it's not on here. I
- 11:50Speaker 1: just made it up. But so you're going golf, well, yeah,
- 11:52Speaker 1: there's nothing. There's nothing sweeter than cause have you ever
- 11:56Speaker 1: tried to hit a long iron. I mean, it's one
- 11:58Speaker 1: thing to crisp like an eight iron or something, But
- 12:00Speaker 1: when you got that four iron in your hand, your
- 12:02Speaker 1: two hundred and twenty.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Five yards, alize, why did I pierce one?
- 12:06Speaker 1: Ask? I just god, you just don't know.
- 12:08Speaker 2: You don't know it take a man in the morning.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Seven.
- 12:16Speaker 2: That was great.
- 12:17Speaker 1: So, Amanda, I saw something interesting. Yesterday. I had a
- 12:20Speaker 1: doctor's appointment, my annual physical. Good to get those done,
- 12:24Speaker 1: you know, Oh, absolutely curious how my blood work turned out.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I'm guessing you were just fine. All in the green baby.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Blood pressure was a little high, though, and I was
- 12:32Speaker 1: a little concerned. I thought, it's never high, and I said,
- 12:35Speaker 1: can you do it again? And they did it again.
- 12:37Speaker 1: It was better.
- 12:37Speaker 2: It's always I think your blood pressure raises when they
- 12:40Speaker 2: take your blood pressure.
- 12:40Speaker 1: They say the doctor said that it's like a word
- 12:43Speaker 1: for it. But basically in a clinic people get like
- 12:45Speaker 1: nervous or something. Not that I was nervous, but I must.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Have bend when you were a little nervous.
- 12:50Speaker 1: But I was reading in the lobby, you know, as
- 12:51Speaker 1: you're waiting, they've got a little reading material there. And
- 12:54Speaker 1: I happened to pick up a copy of the Journal
- 12:57Speaker 1: of Clinical Child Psychology as I waited in the lobby.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Easy reader.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I found this interesting little article about the
- 13:05Speaker 1: phrases that people with the low IQ say often. Okay,
- 13:11Speaker 1: so if you're gonna hurt if you're a low IQ person,
- 13:15Speaker 1: and hey, there's nothing wrong with that. Probably nothing you
- 13:17Speaker 1: can do about it right. These are things you might
- 13:19Speaker 1: find yourself saying, such as that sort of hurts. I
- 13:24Speaker 1: live for the weekend. You say, I live for the weekend. No,
- 13:30Speaker 1: I do really enjoy a weekend. Well, but I don't.
- 13:32Speaker 1: You don't go around live for the weekend, they say.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You know, while everyone regardless of their IQ enjoys a
- 13:38Speaker 1: little you know, weekend fun, many people with lower IQ
- 13:42Speaker 1: live for the vices that are often associated with going
- 13:46Speaker 1: out on weekends and having a night out from work.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Got it. That's I'm sure if we were to go.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Sure me a dumb dumb if you were to uh,
- 13:56Speaker 1: if you were to like put in a search on Facebook,
- 13:58Speaker 1: there might may or not be a caption on one
- 14:01Speaker 1: of my photos.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Of living for the weekends.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Work hard, play harder, which also means I think the
- 14:09Speaker 1: same thing. Another phrase people with low IQs tend to say,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I'm street smart. I think it's true. It's always like
- 14:19Speaker 1: basically you saying like you couldn't pass a spelling test.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Well, yeah, book smart, but street smart you kidding me?
- 14:27Speaker 1: I mean, I guess there's something to being street smart
- 14:29Speaker 1: or just knowing your way around.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I don't know the streets, which is also just a
- 14:34Speaker 2: funny way to.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Say it, but it is funny. Like the people who
- 14:36Speaker 1: say it, I doubt they would do well on the streets,
- 14:38Speaker 1: but I'm basically a Google map. I know that's not
- 14:46Speaker 1: what it means.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Guys.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Well, anyway, another phrase low IQ. People say, I'm not wrong.
- 14:53Speaker 1: That's an annoying What an annoying thing people say? That
- 14:57Speaker 1: makes sense? People with low IQ they're not necessarily people
- 15:00Speaker 1: who quote don't know things, but rather people who refuse
- 15:03Speaker 1: to admit when they don't. They lack to get how
- 15:07Speaker 1: relatable is this, especially with the political season that we've
- 15:11Speaker 1: been upon. They lack intellectual humility in the face of
- 15:14Speaker 1: conflict or debate, so basically just refusing to admit when
- 15:19Speaker 1: they might be wrong. Yeah, I feel like I use
- 15:21Speaker 1: that phrase if I'm like talking about some like I'm
- 15:23Speaker 1: not wrong here, I'm not wrong, I'm not wrong here,
- 15:26Speaker 1: but either like a tongue in cheek about a situation
- 15:30Speaker 1: where it's like, I'm not wrong, am I?
- 15:31Speaker 2: And then somebody would be like, well, of course you're not.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I don't wrong, say you. We all know somebody who
- 15:35Speaker 1: They'll just argue and they'll never ever ever admit it,
- 15:39Speaker 1: even though it's so obvious you might have even looked
- 15:42Speaker 1: it up. That's my favorite. When you like, I'm not
- 15:45Speaker 1: going to argue, I'll just immediately go to my phone,
- 15:47Speaker 1: like I'm not going to waste a breath arguing something
- 15:50Speaker 1: that we could easily just fact check right now.
- 15:52Speaker 3: The worst is when you're arguing with somebody in that situation.
- 15:57Speaker 3: With the old Internet, these days, you can always find something.
- 16:01Speaker 3: It's just then you have to argue that's not legit.
- 16:03Speaker 1: The credibility correct. And that's my favorite though, when you
- 16:05Speaker 1: have an article from the bomb dot com the Bomb, Yeah,
- 16:10Speaker 1: Bomb News, Dash hot Topics, Dash America dot us. Yeah,
- 16:16Speaker 1: well look look at this here, and it's just like
- 16:18Speaker 1: a horribly written blog post. Meanwhile, I've got you know,
- 16:22Speaker 1: routers dot com bulk it is not ruders, rudders, it's
- 16:29Speaker 1: not see here we are. Oh no, because I'm so
- 16:32Speaker 1: confident I'm correct.
- 16:32Speaker 2: What did you say?
- 16:34Speaker 1: Routers?
- 16:35Speaker 3: Is its r E U T E R S. Yeah, okay,
- 16:39Speaker 3: I'm gonna forgo this.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Want to sound somebody like somebody who maybe isn't an
- 16:44Speaker 1: a low ac person go around saying routers and then
- 16:47Speaker 1: have people question it and then make them go look
- 16:50Speaker 1: it up to find that you are, in fact correct.
- 16:53Speaker 2: This old game to add.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Oh that's good. Hang on, just before we go here,
- 16:57Speaker 1: I gotta look this up. Rudders ruder. No, it's not rudders.
- 17:02Speaker 1: So here's the pronunciation of a word that is spelled
- 17:04Speaker 1: r e U t e r s.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Routers one more time routers. Interesting, that's weird. Congratulations, Pike,
- 17:14Speaker 2: I was wrong.
- 17:16Speaker 5: Bike and Amanda in the morning on six seven.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Amana, I see this trend. I've seen it on TikTok
- 17:22Speaker 1: a few times, and it's becoming more popular with college
- 17:26Speaker 1: students to bring their parents to college parties so that
- 17:31Speaker 1: they can relive their college days and share those moments
- 17:34Speaker 1: with their children. I feel like this might be something
- 17:39Speaker 1: in your future, like Sydney's how old? Uh five bike five? Okay?
- 17:44Speaker 1: So I mean we're like thirteen years away.
- 17:46Speaker 2: It's not all that long, which is crazy to even
- 17:48Speaker 2: think about.
- 17:49Speaker 1: So I have not that she should be partying in
- 17:52Speaker 1: thirteen years, right.
- 17:53Speaker 3: I have a lot of friends who their kids are
- 17:57Speaker 3: in college and they are all best friends, and so there, uh,
- 18:02Speaker 3: there's a group of our friends. Their kids go up
- 18:04Speaker 3: to Grand Forks and they have a house that they
- 18:07Speaker 3: share and they invite their parents for like a parent's
- 18:09Speaker 3: weekend and they you know, hang out, do whatever, go
- 18:12Speaker 3: to events like the grill for them and do stuff.
- 18:15Speaker 2: I love that.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Energy that you would want to continue to spend time
- 18:19Speaker 3: with your your parents. I guess I was always pretty
- 18:21Speaker 3: close to my parents growing up, so that was that
- 18:24Speaker 3: was always fun.
- 18:24Speaker 2: But I never invited them to like college parties.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Remember my mom and my stepdad showed up for my
- 18:29Speaker 3: uh twenty first birthday and that was wild.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Okay, well that's fun. Yeah, But like I think a
- 18:34Speaker 1: lot of the videos I see, it'll be like a parent,
- 18:36Speaker 1: like a dad during the day, maybe even like around
- 18:39Speaker 1: like a tailgate or something like that.
- 18:41Speaker 2: But that feels good.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Yes, I don't know if Dan needs to be there
- 18:44Speaker 1: at one am at the frat house.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Because there's also, in my opinion depending I'm like, there's
- 18:50Speaker 3: a there's a creep factory around massive after a certain point.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Whose dad you are? But I think it would be interesting.
- 18:58Speaker 1: I don't know, remember that one time and you used
- 19:00Speaker 1: to you know, because we've known each other since I
- 19:02Speaker 1: was in college. I remember you you came over to
- 19:04Speaker 1: the house a time or two.
- 19:05Speaker 3: I remember there was a joke because you were going
- 19:10Speaker 3: to MSUM and you wasn't your first home the Temple
- 19:13Speaker 3: that you guys had named that.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Yeah, my friends and I with this five bedroom twin
- 19:16Speaker 1: home in Morehead called the Temple.
- 19:18Speaker 3: And I remember, like you were always talking about it,
- 19:21Speaker 3: and then finally I was like, I gotta go check
- 19:22Speaker 3: this out. I think I was there for ten minutes.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I'm like, I can't do this. Yeah, and I was
- 19:26Speaker 3: what I had to have been twenty years Yeah, like
- 19:30Speaker 3: I was old, but it was still even then I
- 19:32Speaker 3: felt old in that situation.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it'd be easy to do. But I remember
- 19:36Speaker 1: one time. I remember we were going to a concert
- 19:38Speaker 1: and we were driving by over by NDSU when you're
- 19:41Speaker 1: on Twelfth Avenue and you're coming from like you go
- 19:43Speaker 1: over the bridge and on the right side there's a
- 19:45Speaker 1: frat house. I forget what concert was.
- 19:48Speaker 2: I believe it was. It was either pank or tailor
- 19:50Speaker 2: swash sure, And.
- 19:52Speaker 1: So you and our coworker Corey at the time were
- 19:55Speaker 1: in the back seat and these college guys, just a
- 19:58Speaker 1: bunch of frat bros were out in front of the
- 20:00Speaker 1: house like yelling at vehicles, which was very relatable. I
- 20:04Speaker 1: appreciated it. And then when you guys they saw you
- 20:07Speaker 1: two in the car, they just started this milf chant.
- 20:11Speaker 2: It was ridiculous.
- 20:12Speaker 1: I mean, the rowdiest like group of guys just real
- 20:17Speaker 1: it was amazing.
- 20:18Speaker 2: It was amazing. I was very uncomfortable about it. You were.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I wasn't even like in that age range to be
- 20:24Speaker 1: categorized into that and all of it.
- 20:26Speaker 2: It was a lot to take it.
- 20:28Speaker 1: She's like, oh my god, it's so embarrassing. And then
- 20:30Speaker 1: I'm I'm gonna tell everybody for the next two weeks
- 20:33Speaker 1: about it. You guys won't believe what these boys said.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Thank you for the reminder. Thank you.
- 20:39Speaker 5: Amanda in the morning on Big Ready Ready, that's he
- 20:44Speaker 5: is piping hot today. Now Amanda stills the sea.
- 20:50Speaker 1: We's see all right, Britney Spears back in the news
- 20:55Speaker 1: and this is kind of crazy.
- 20:57Speaker 3: It made me really happy, But then I'm going, I
- 20:59Speaker 3: don't know who to leave here. Britney Spears reunited with
- 21:01Speaker 3: her son, Jayden. This is her eighteen year old who
- 21:04Speaker 3: is back in California. Obviously Brittany lives there. They moved
- 21:07Speaker 3: to Hawaii, and we're not sure if Jaden is staying
- 21:12Speaker 3: with Brittany or what's going on, but Brittany, I guess,
- 21:15Speaker 3: is thrilled to have her baby back. Everything is moving
- 21:18Speaker 3: in the right direction. Now this is where it gets interesting.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Kevin Fetterline's lawyer said, this is news to Kevin.
- 21:24Speaker 1: So I don't know if.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Now that he's eighteen, he been to California and he
- 21:27Speaker 3: is just like reuniting and maybe now him and kay
- 21:30Speaker 3: Feeder a estranged, or if it's like news to me
- 21:34Speaker 3: this isn't happening.
- 21:35Speaker 1: I don't know what to believe. How did we find out?
- 21:38Speaker 1: Inside sources are saying they've been spending a lot of
- 21:40Speaker 1: time together. I feel like she would have posted that,
- 21:42Speaker 1: but maybe he asked her to not and she's respecting that.
- 21:45Speaker 2: That could very easily be.
- 21:46Speaker 3: But you also know that they've asked her to not
- 21:48Speaker 3: post the videos that she has been basically naked, and
- 21:51Speaker 3: she hasn't respected that decision. I hate to even bring
- 21:55Speaker 3: this up, but what my first thought was is because
- 21:58Speaker 3: I think all of the financial stuff cuts off here
- 22:00Speaker 3: in November, it's giving me ick.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Vibes trying to get back.
- 22:04Speaker 3: He is trying to get back in because he knows
- 22:06Speaker 3: the money train is running out, and that, my friends,
- 22:08Speaker 3: is gross.
- 22:09Speaker 1: That is gross. Yuck. That's like old cheese. Gross.
- 22:15Speaker 2: You know, it's just old moldy cheese. All right.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Megan Fox and MGK are expecting their first child together.
- 22:22Speaker 3: I think all of us are going, wait, they're back together.
- 22:25Speaker 3: They were on again, off again, we found out so sad.
- 22:29Speaker 3: They ended up having a miscarriage about a year ago,
- 22:31Speaker 3: and she reflected on that in her pregnancy post.
- 22:35Speaker 1: But what did she say against She said, things are
- 22:38Speaker 1: never nothing has ever really lost. Well, that's that true,
- 22:41Speaker 1: but I've lost keys that I'll never see again. But
- 22:45Speaker 1: in this case, it does never. Know. It's a very thing.
- 22:48Speaker 1: What they call a rainbow baby, right, if you lose one,
- 22:51Speaker 1: you're able to So I hope, I hope it works
- 22:53Speaker 1: out for the two of them. They were very annoying
- 22:55Speaker 1: for a long time, but now they've kind of gone
- 22:56Speaker 1: away a little bit, and I think that's good for me.
- 22:58Speaker 2: I think that lull helped.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Yeah, not only their relationship, just because it was so
- 23:03Speaker 3: hot and heavy, but everybody else is.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Gonna go, Okay, this might be real exactly.
- 23:09Speaker 3: And Tom Cruise up in the ante for the next
- 23:11Speaker 3: Mission Impossible movie, pulling off another stunt. The new trailer
- 23:14Speaker 3: for Mission Impossible the final reckoning shows him like hanging
- 23:18Speaker 3: on the side of an airplane like it's wild.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Also right now we're over gorgeous car stunning Stop Africa,
- 23:32Speaker 4: and we're reading next film for the big screens for
- 23:34Speaker 4: audiences to see. If you're wonderful theaters, we have a
- 23:37Speaker 4: first month a commission of Vaxlok trailer, Please enjoying Chance
- 23:41Speaker 4: a movie.
- 23:42Speaker 1: So okay, So he's hanging from the side of an
- 23:44Speaker 1: airplane in the air.
- 23:45Speaker 2: It's crazy. You have to see this video.
- 23:47Speaker 1: I'm like, I get annoyed because, yeah, it's cool, but
- 23:50Speaker 1: it's not like he's actually in danger, is he.
- 23:52Speaker 2: There's no way, there's no way. Ultimately, something could go wrong.
- 23:57Speaker 2: You never know.
- 23:58Speaker 1: I know, you could have died on the way to
- 23:59Speaker 1: the air too.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just saying he's as cool as you. He
- 24:05Speaker 1: wants us to thank you.
- 24:06Speaker 2: I don't know if anybody's listening.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Pike would like to go up on an airplane and
- 24:09Speaker 3: just make sure he's strapped on real good and just
- 24:11Speaker 3: like whirl them around a few times.
- 24:13Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Well, you know, I get motion sickness.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Fair, got it.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Now here's what you need to know.
- 24:22Speaker 3: The election results for Congress are still rolling in. Republicans
- 24:26Speaker 3: are just a few seats away from keeping control of
- 24:28Speaker 3: the House, and win for the Republicans would get President
- 24:30Speaker 3: Elect Trump an easier pad to enact his policies now
- 24:33Speaker 3: that the Senate is under GOP control. As of now,
- 24:35Speaker 3: Republicans need to win three more seats to gain control,
- 24:38Speaker 3: while Democrats need twelve to keep the control. Now, both
- 24:41Speaker 3: Arizona and Pennsylvania Senate seat results are still up in
- 24:44Speaker 3: the air.
- 24:46Speaker 1: You know, they should stand. I know it's all about
- 24:49Speaker 1: who gets the seat, but really, for their back sake,
- 24:52Speaker 1: they should be standing.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Get some standing dust. It's up in the Senate.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Can we get our congressmen and women?
- 24:58Speaker 2: It would help us.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Sometimes sleepy, they get a little sleepy, but if you're standing,
- 25:02Speaker 3: it's gonna be a little harder.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Sometimes they don't even show up. They must be uncomfortable seats.
- 25:06Speaker 1: You know, when the U see a vote and it's like,
- 25:08Speaker 1: how many weren't present? What if you did were? They
- 25:10Speaker 1: have to sit on balls like one of those Yeah, wow,
- 25:14Speaker 1: they'd be bouncing around. It'd be good for their posture
- 25:17Speaker 1: right here, all right, we were joking the band and
- 25:21Speaker 1: I low standards. Last Saturday, we had to show and
- 25:24Speaker 1: we were joking that our drummer should sit on one
- 25:26Speaker 1: of those big balls.
- 25:27Speaker 2: That's hilarious.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Would that be funny? Yes?
- 25:29Speaker 2: Ever been done before? Probably not?
- 25:31Speaker 1: No. I think it'd be a viral moment at least.
- 25:34Speaker 1: And you guys need that.
- 25:35Speaker 2: We need something, You need something, all right.
- 25:38Speaker 3: In some serious news, an Argentine waiter Argentinian Argentinian is
- 25:45Speaker 3: from Argentina. An Argentine waiter accused of supplying drugs. Ciliam
- 25:52Speaker 3: Pagne has spoken out and it's just sted that there
- 25:54Speaker 3: has been no wrongdoing on his part. So he admitted
- 25:56Speaker 3: that he went to the hotel two different times, and
- 25:59Speaker 3: he admits to taking drugs with Liam Pain, but he
- 26:02Speaker 3: insisted he never supplied the drugs. He said he never
- 26:04Speaker 3: took any money from him. He said it was October second. Well,
- 26:07Speaker 3: I was in his room. We had some whiskey shots
- 26:09Speaker 3: on our second hotel meeting was the night of Sunday,
- 26:12Speaker 3: October thirteenth. We spent the night together. We consumed drugs.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Because the truth is that something intimate happened. He wasn't
- 26:18Speaker 3: aggressive at all.
- 26:19Speaker 1: He behaved really well to me and he was really
- 26:21Speaker 1: sweet he asked me if I was okay, and he
- 26:23Speaker 1: said he had all the text messages to show it.
- 26:26Speaker 1: It's all just like just I know, and then like
- 26:29Speaker 1: the intimate part about it, like I mean, really not
- 26:31Speaker 1: even necessary. But now that's public and.
- 26:34Speaker 3: I know, there's just there's so many layers of this
- 26:37Speaker 3: and it's just it's really heartbreaking.
- 26:38Speaker 2: It is I'm sexy and nowhere.
- 26:41Speaker 3: And tonight People magazine they're set to reveal the twenty
- 26:44Speaker 3: twenty four Sexiest Man Alive. I had to look back
- 26:47Speaker 3: last year was Patrick Dempsey and I remember thinking, oh,
- 26:50Speaker 3: Patrick Dempsey. I feel like he had already been the
- 26:53Speaker 3: sexiest man at one point, but it felt like, are
- 26:57Speaker 3: we looking for some new blood here?
- 26:58Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know who it was.
- 27:00Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
- 27:01Speaker 3: It was kind of thinking one of the Kelsey brothers.
- 27:03Speaker 3: But then is that too? They're everywhere right now? Because
- 27:06Speaker 3: it always feels like it's not somebody that's right in
- 27:09Speaker 3: the spotlight, right I know.
- 27:10Speaker 1: So here's the last like five or so, Okay, Patrick Dempsey,
- 27:13Speaker 1: Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, remember that, ye, Michael b Jordan,
- 27:18Speaker 1: John Legend, Hugh Jackman, Ben Affleck. Yeah, but what are
- 27:22Speaker 1: we doing, we'll be doing. We gotta get some new
- 27:24Speaker 1: blood in that. Do they do a sexiest woman contest?
- 27:27Speaker 1: Are we not able to do that?
- 27:28Speaker 2: And it's interesting. I don't think so.
- 27:30Speaker 1: It's ever Yeah, for some reason. And I'm not like
- 27:34Speaker 1: calling sexism here or anything, but it's like it's okay
- 27:36Speaker 1: to just be that women just openly discuss a man's appearance.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Well, and this is so I didn't even get a
- 27:42Speaker 3: chance to finish the story because the late night show
- 27:44Speaker 3: was even Colbert tonight.
- 27:46Speaker 2: People Magazine is hinting that.
- 27:47Speaker 3: It just like last year, He's gonna do this playful
- 27:49Speaker 3: sexy man challenge.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Like he's done before, And yeah, you're right, you're not wrong.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Here, I'm trying to see which public cations have done,
- 27:56Speaker 1: Oh Esquire handles the sexiest woman Alive?
- 28:00Speaker 2: Okay, who was it? And when was the last one
- 28:03Speaker 2: that was announced?
- 28:04Speaker 1: I'm clicking clicking the link here. I might have just
- 28:07Speaker 1: given the entire company of virus esquest it well worth.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Oh Rihanna won last year? Okay, yeah, Rihanna looks like
- 28:14Speaker 1: me Lacuna's previous winner, halle Berry.
- 28:17Speaker 2: It's just maybe not as a Minka Kelly, scar.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Joe Oh, there you go, but it hasn't been as
- 28:22Speaker 3: blown up. I guess as People Magazine Sexiest Man Alive.
- 28:25Speaker 3: We'll find out tonight whether today it is gonna be
- 28:27Speaker 3: windy gus up two about forty miles per hour, we
- 28:29Speaker 3: are gonna have some sunshine, high of forty eight, and
- 28:32Speaker 3: looking ahead of your forecast. Once we get through this week,
- 28:34Speaker 3: we might be looking ahead next week at some flurries
