[SPEAKER_00]: May you hear and take the invitation of God to live differently, to live closer, to abide and rest in his presence in all you do today.
• 0:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the first 15 podcast.
• 0:39
  [UNKNOWN]: You
• 0:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Our Scripture for today comes from 2 Corinthians 3 verse 16, Scripture says, but when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed.
• 1:13
[SPEAKER_00]: By the grace of God, the veil that represented our sin and shame has been replaced with shameless, limitless, and face-to-face encounters with our heavenly Father.
• 1:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Scripture says, in 2 Corinthians 3, verses 12 through 18, since we have such a hope, we are very bold, not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face so that the Israelites might not gaze at the outcome of what was being brought to an end.
• 1:47
[SPEAKER_00]: But their minds were hardened.
• 1:50
[SPEAKER_00]: For to this day, when they read the old covenant, that same veil remains unlipted, because only through Christ is it taken away.
• 2:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, to this day, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts.
• 2:07
[SPEAKER_00]: But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed.
• 2:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
• 2:19
[SPEAKER_00]: And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.
• 2:30
[SPEAKER_00]: For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
• 2:42
[SPEAKER_00]: He longs for us to behold His glory and be transformed into the same image, a reflection of His glorious Son Jesus.
• 2:54
[SPEAKER_00]: The idea of looking like Jesus used to seem utterly impossible.
• 2:59
[SPEAKER_00]: How could I ever look anything like Jesus?
• 3:04
[SPEAKER_00]: In my sin and shame, how could I ever resemble the perfect, sinless Son of God?
• 3:12
[SPEAKER_00]: But God has an enjoyable and perfect process by which He transforms us.
• 3:19
[SPEAKER_00]: As we seek out, all that God has for us in an unveiled lifestyle, God longs to renew our minds to His plans for our transformation.
• 3:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Second Corinthians 3-18 makes it clear that in beholding the glory of the Lord, we are transformed.
• 3:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Just as Moses went into the tent of meeting, and came out with his face shining.
• 3:46
[SPEAKER_00]: We are to go into our own tent of meeting, and come out having met with God with unveiled face.
• 3:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Allow the truth of Scripture to define what spending time with God is meant to look like for you.
• 4:00
[SPEAKER_00]: When we spend time alone with God, the Holy Spirit longs to lead us into direct, tangible, and transformative encounters with the glory of God.
• 4:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Christian spirituality is all about direct connection with our heavenly Father, and not about engaging in religious practices just because we feel we should.
• 4:25
[SPEAKER_00]: The death of Christ has made unveiled and counters with God completely available to you whenever, wherever.
• 4:34
[SPEAKER_00]: We enter into our tent of meeting, closed with Christ, washed completely clean of our sin by the power of His blood.
• 4:44
[SPEAKER_00]: And second Corinthians 3-18 also makes it clear that when we see God's glory, we are transformed into the same image, the image of Jesus.
• 4:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Genesis 1 verse 27 says, so God created man in his own image.
• 5:04
[SPEAKER_00]: In the image of God, he created him, male and female, he created them.
• 5:11
[SPEAKER_00]: God's intention was always for us to represent Him well.
• 5:16
[SPEAKER_00]: When sin entered into humanity, that image became grossly distorted.
• 5:22
[SPEAKER_00]: but through the death of Jesus and encounters with our Heavenly Father, that image is being restored.
• 5:30
[SPEAKER_00]: We can now be reflections of God to a world that is desperately searching for relationship with its creator.
• 5:38
[SPEAKER_00]: We now bear the image of the one who has saved and redeemed us.
• 5:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Living an unveiled lifestyle is simply encountering our Heavenly Father and living our lives as a response to His love for us.
• 5:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Every encounter with God changes us and makes us more like Him.
• 6:00
[SPEAKER_00]: Every taste of His presence fills us with His love, any quips us to love others.
• 6:07
[SPEAKER_00]: To live an unveiled lifestyle is to experience the abundant life Jesus came to bring us.
• 6:15
[SPEAKER_00]: May you behold the glory of your heavenly Father and be a reflection of His love to a lost and dying world today.
• 6:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Spend time in prayer right now, practicing what second Corinthians three describes for us, beholding and being transformed by the glory of God.
• 7:03
[SPEAKER_00]: As we begin, meditate on the availability for you to encounter God face to face, unveiled.
• 7:13

• 8:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Jeremiah 29, 13 says, You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
• 9:07
