- Mark Hayes (00:04.345) conversation. Marques Rockinelle is here with you and we're getting right into it today. Not a lot of talk about the Epstein files. What in the hell is going on? How does the story just go away? The most prolific most prolific sex trafficking ring in the history of the United States and the history of the world for that matter. Since all those millions of people were stolen from Africa. Brock Ganeles (00:20.97) security. Mark Hayes (00:34.849) And now they're talking about giving a pardon to Ghislaine Maxwell. Apparently she sent a thumb drive to the White House and things got real quiet after that. So it must have had some demands on it or maybe it just had some information that she's been holding on to as sort of a trump card. You see what I did there? See what I did there, bro? A trump card. What say you? How will the American people receive a pardon for Ghulain? Brock Ganeles (01:12.64) Wow, I can't see that going over very well. I mean, I guess Trump would have to play it as that the whole Epstein files was a hoax and Maxwell has gotten railroaded. She did nothing wrong and therefore she needs to be set free. I can't imagine. mean, shit, people buy a lot of his fucking crap, but I can't see the American public buying that one. and a pardon plus no further release of any of the documentation and we're just going to say I just think it's going to stir things up further. So she's got to be blackmailing her way to freedom. That has to be the play. It appears as though Maga World is split on this one. You know the one the people that really believe Trump are probably all for a pardon and the You know, the QAnon crazies who believe in conspiracy theory and want the files released, which supposedly is like an aggregate over 80 % of the American public, are not gonna, I mean, the pardon, I just, it may open a can of worms that Trump wants no part of. So he's gotta feel stuck on this one. Mark Hayes (02:17.56) Right. Mark Hayes (02:28.631) Yeah, you know sharing sharing this country with so many idiots is really becoming frustrating. You know these people that believe Trump believe anything he says they believe he's a good businessman and he's managing you know the US economy the same way he did his companies he's running them right into the ground. But this time he's making money with it he never made any money with his companies. The only money he ever made was the money daddy left him and that he stole from his brother. So, you know, I mean, look, it's clear America is not waking up. The 60 plus percent, I want to say 65 % of Americans, that believe Trump is a moron and has no business in this position, need to wake up. We need to shake this country loose of the stupidity and take it back and get it to where it needs to be. Well, at least get it on the direction to where it needs to be headed back toward some semblance of sanity. But we can't even seem to do that because no one has taken the lead on it. Yeah Brock Ganeles (03:55.126) Yeah, disapproval is not enough. But if we just stand this Epstein topic for a little bit, there's still the stories around the files still have life. Like it was Virginia Gouffre's birth. I think it was one year anniversary of her death was yesterday, if I'm not mistaken, or is her birthday. was, know, there's a whole bunch of victims that have requested to meet with King Charles when he comes to the U.S. I think he's coming. Mark Hayes (04:01.827) Yeah. Mark Hayes (04:07.961) Mm-hmm. Mark Hayes (04:21.913) Woo! Brock Ganeles (04:25.13) next week. Now they're not going to get that audience, but you know, they're making that kind of noise. So like they're the victims aren't going away. I think they're getting increasingly angry and enraged and emboldened in terms of their demands and the like. You know, I still wish that they would, they would release more of the names as they said that they wanted to when they did that press conference a good three, four months ago. Mark Hayes (04:28.599) Right. Mark Hayes (04:35.916) Right. Mark Hayes (04:40.301) Right. Mark Hayes (04:49.899) Right. And you know, we really do need to get to the prosecution of these these, you know, predators. They all need to be prosecuted. There's no statute of limitations on rape and sex trafficking. Like, let's get this done. Let's unseal these files. Let's get a Justice Department that works for the American people and not for Donald Trump. Right, we've got his personal lawyer at the top now. Brock Ganeles (05:26.434) Well, the Justice Department is in contempt of Congress, right? Congress passed the resolution to have the files, you know, basically exposed. And it's been ignored, right? From Bondi now to Blanche. And Blanche has basically just ignored everything. That's the tact he's going to take. He's going to ignore everything in the Epstein files and he's going to get even more aggressive in terms of Mark Hayes (05:34.029) Right? Mark Hayes (05:37.719) Yep. Mark Hayes (05:42.637) Right. Brock Ganeles (05:56.29) going after Trump's, you know, what he views his political opponents. We know those are all failed efforts and, you know, a mockery of the rule of law, but Blanche is like, he's just playing the Stonewall game. He wants to become the permanent head of DOJ. He thinks the way to get there is to do what Trump most wants, which is to say there's absolutely nothing there. He's actually lying and saying there's no more files to disclose. Mark Hayes (06:19.715) There's millions. Brock Ganeles (06:25.814) you know, but we know there's millions. It's already been documented and that part of it's already been exposed, but he's going to try to gaslight us and say there's nothing there. I don't know. The Iran war has been such a debacle that it's taken the headlines for a month, right? It's been such a disastrous strategic maneuver for American national interests and has directly impacted the American consumers that I guess the media has decided that that's the best story to go with. Mark Hayes (06:29.847) Right. Mark Hayes (06:40.248) Right. Mark Hayes (06:50.144) Right. Mark Hayes (06:54.357) And it's the only story they can get away with telling about the Trump administration and even being remotely critical. You know, they just don't have any cojones anymore, you know, about holding this guy to account. They're not willing to speak truth to power. Seems like the only person on the airways willing to say something against them is maybe Rachel Maddow, Nicole Wallace, and Jimmy Kimmel, you know, with his monologue each night. So... Brock Ganeles (06:55.212) So it's the only story they've really told in the last month. Mark Hayes (07:23.181) You who knows? But you know, a bunch of MAGA diehards, according to the Daily Beast, are sounding off against the idea of a pardon for Maxwell. You know, Annapalina Luna, AKA Nutty McNutterson, yeah, from Florida says, you know, there should be no pardons for Maxwell in exchange for any testimony. Brock Ganeles (07:47.564) Yeah, Florida, Mark Hayes (07:53.369) We heard Marjorie Taylor Greene, you know, she went full nut job and has been, you know, Trump's most outspoken enemy, especially on this topic. Brock Ganeles (08:12.63) Nancy Mesa's hardcore on this topic also. And that that's why the Mago world is split. mean, Trump had him so convinced that he wasn't in there and that he was going to disclose all these files as a part of his campaign push. He fucking convinced them. So he's a victim of his own con man success. Right. His lies were so good, but he can't shake them off of the lie. Now, like he can walk away from a lie and heartbeat, right? Cause he has no conscience. Mark Hayes (08:24.194) Yep. Mark Hayes (08:28.087) Right. Mark Hayes (08:36.537) Right. Brock Ganeles (08:42.21) He doesn't, he doesn't, all he thinks about is living for today, but they're stuck in it. They're still there waiting for answers on the files and Trump can't move them off it. So it's, it's, it's a losing bet. Mark Hayes (08:49.227) Right. Yeah. There was an interesting Brock Ganeles (08:59.904) It's a bet, hold on, but it's a losing bet. But in terms of actual actions, Trump's getting what he wants right now. A good month of absolutely nothing new. Mark Hayes (09:06.637) silence. Yep. Yep. And that means those millions of files are still floating around in DOJ, what, digital purgatory? mean, where are the files? Brock Ganeles (09:25.09) Yeah, they trying to destroy him? Yeah, I don't know. They trying to destroy him? Are they being, you know, purged? We don't know. We just hope somebody's got a copy and is like waiting for the right moment to get it in the right hands, whoever the right hands may be. Maybe it's a Matto or Nicole Walls. Like you said, there aren't many right hands or someone in independent media who would put it out there. Mark Hayes (09:28.075) Right? Right? Mark Hayes (09:43.48) Yeah. Mark Hayes (09:48.684) Right. Brock Ganeles (09:54.094) You know, I'm surprised up remember how surprised we were that that there hadn't been a Murderous incident from ice and it was like a year and then fun And then there was one finally and it broke the whole ice fucking Gestapo story wide open I'm so surprised that there have not been more leaks of Epstein files information from someone in FBI someone in DOJ that no one's been able to like Download it onto a thumb drive sneak it out of the building, you know pull up You know reality winner or you know the guy Who went to Russia? What was the other guy's name? Yes, Snowden Mark Hayes (10:30.53) Nobie Snowden. You know, I'm not surprised. It's, yeah, I hear what you're saying, but I feel like, you know, with Trump and Maxwell and the file, I feel like they've been safeguarded in the DOJ, right? Like somebody's got them under lock and key. And the only way you can see them is if you come to that person, one of two people. you know, with the lock and key and you've got to get them to open it for you and they look at it with you. Yeah. Brock Ganeles (11:18.574) Okay, you don't think there's broad access. I thought you were going to say that you think that with Trump at the helm, it's a life and death decision. And it's not just about like leaking information. Like you probably wind up dead if you get caught. I thought that's where you're going. It could be either of those. Mark Hayes (11:27.821) That's like, yeah, absolutely. But yeah, I feel like they've got them so tightly guarded that there's no way you can get a hold of them without somebody having to sign off on you seeing them. But I'd like to think we had some better skilled people than that. We know the Epstein estate could provide them if they wanted to, but again, maybe they... fear might be keeping them from doing it. Because again, they would know exactly where they came from. So, you know, it's interesting. It's maddening. It's criminal, as you mentioned, they're in contempt. But nobody's being punished. What the hell? You know, T-Brak, and this is where Black America checks out. Oh, you mean crimes are being committed and nobody's being held to account. Oh, okay, but you want to lock us up. We're 49 % of the prison population and 13 % of the US population. The math ain't mathin' right there. Right? All these white collar crimes, nobody getting prosecuted. Brock Ganeles (12:48.27) I I think there's only like one black person in the entire Epstein files, Naomi Campbell, I think is like the only name that I... Mark Hayes (12:50.961) Lisa Phillips was a victim. Remember, it was all about the racism. They didn't want any brown girls on the island. They wanted only the pure as the driven snow, wholesome white girls, you know, which is tragic in and of itself. But again, remember the white girls they were selecting, white girls they thought nobody would miss, which is horrific when you think Brock Ganeles (13:02.082) Nope. Brock Ganeles (13:06.786) Awesome Brock Ganeles (13:19.171) Mm-hmm. Mark Hayes (13:19.321) of the calculations that went into the sex trafficking ring. Yeah? Yeah? Brock Ganeles (13:30.318) They're pretty much right. We're able to get a lot of women from Europe who are coming here to become models and thought that this was like the land of opportunity and they were getting this great chance to have this career they'd always wanted and they got fucking sucked in and tricked. That's trafficking. then, know, Ghislaine was going around praying on young girls in New York City and of course we know anyone in Mar-a-Lago who Mark Hayes (13:33.561) like it. Mark Hayes (13:59.319) Okay. Brock Ganeles (14:00.462) who got a job is like anything, right? Cleaning rooms was just gonna be, you know, the predators were out for them. Yeah, I mean, it's amazing they've kept us under wraps. Now we're 16 months into Trump's presidency or 17 months and they've been able to hold it at bay. Mark Hayes (14:05.016) Yeah. Mark Hayes (14:21.069) Yeah, yeah, it's crazy. Yeah, Lisa Phillips is the one African-American survivor, I believe. I believe there are a couple of Latinos, Latinas. But she's got a pretty interesting podcast. She's pretty open on it and talks about her life afterwards, trying to be a survivor. Every day is a struggle. you know, if you listen to her, you know, recount some of her story. And, you know, again, it's sad, it's maddening, and you just wonder, you know, how somebody like Pam Bondi lives with themselves. Remember, she's been in this thing, you know, up to her chin, you know, in this crap from the very beginning. Brock Ganeles (15:20.79) no conscience, no empathy. mean, that's, that's, you know, hallmark of the MAGA movement. So yeah, so that's, that's our show on Epstein. mean, I mean, if we segue, I mean, is there anything going on in Iran that is not relative to Iran that is not just total foolishness and aimlessness? I'm going to call it aimlessness now where We spent a lot of time yesterday talking about where's the State Department. Why is Jared and Wyckoff flying around representing America supposedly, but I guess their latest flight got called back because Iran wasn't going to show up. So it was going to be an embarrassment on the other side. So Trump pulled them, pulled them in. Is that what I read? I feel like, I feel like we pulled the plug on that. Mark Hayes (15:56.281) Right? Mark Hayes (16:01.113) You Mark Hayes (16:12.499) I saw that as well and you know you couldn't really get a good hold on you know the reason why you know they had to turn the flight around but you know we we figured it could be a taco tacoing you know but who knows it's it's it really is you know just beyond a circus right now. Did you see the Laura Loomer comment about Candace Owens? So we were talking about the MAGA infighting and Laura Loomer, you know who Laura Loomer is, the crazy looking, what do mean, just out of touch, battle act. She called Candace Owens a nappy headed black B word. Brock Ganeles (17:02.765) Yeah, yeah. Mark Hayes (17:13.57) And she's being met with the full force of the African-American delegation. Like folks are. Like black Twitter is hot. Brock Ganeles (17:29.526) Okay, Candace Owens finally realizing she's not really welcome in Mag The World. Right, she's been going at it with Erica Kirk too, right? You know, that she's like a side light, she's entertainment, but she better stay in her lane. Trump also sent out a, what, Truth Social calling her like, Mark Hayes (17:36.257) Nope. Nope. And she's not invited to our picnic either. Yeah. Brock Ganeles (17:58.476) the most vile person of the year, like in a, kind of a time magazine ish type of format. And, you know, made her look like, you know, what bandana, right? Aged her like 20 years, made her look like someone who just got an out of an MMA ring, right? Mark Hayes (18:13.897) Mm-hmm. Yep. You know, and... Brock Ganeles (18:20.45) You know, the racism is so blatant, but you know what? I look, hate to see racism, but you think of the Candace Owens has really been masquerading, right? As, you know, in essence, like a white friendly in the Mago world. Snow. Mark Hayes (18:35.957) Right, right. And making money. That's been her deal. Let me get paid. She don't go anywhere without getting paid. You know, she's in an interracial marriage. You know, and catching all kind of grief for that from the, from the Magasi. I mean, we already traded her in for a bag of balls. Like we didn't, we didn't want her in the black delegation. She's not invited to the cookout. You know, she, she will never be able to come back home, so to speak. Brock Ganeles (18:45.496) tons of money. Mark Hayes (19:12.505) She played herself. Brock Ganeles (19:19.224) But black people who are willing to play along with the MAGA white supremacy are welcome because it makes that white supremacy group pretend as though that's not the game they're playing because, look at Clarence Thomas, look at Tim Scott, look at Candace Owens, you know, even Mike Tyson's down there clowning himself. But right whenever they get a black celebrity to be on board, it helps them legitimize themselves as something more. Mark Hayes (19:29.987) Alright. Mark Hayes (19:48.663) Very vile. Brock Ganeles (19:49.231) than a very narrow, very white power, very vile organization. So I hate when I see it. And hopefully Candace Owen's getting treated like this is going to be a wake up call to others who think that dabbling with MAGA is lucrative. And it may be for a short term. They'll use you. They'll pay you to use you. Mark Hayes (20:03.693) Right. Mark Hayes (20:08.585) without question. Mark Hayes (20:16.994) without question. Without question. And because they think somehow they're pulling the wool over somebody's eyes. Look, everybody who doesn't realize that this is a white supremacy movement is out of their mind. They're just kidding themselves. So I don't know what you expect from these folks. Brock Ganeles (20:18.05) to get what they want out of it till it's time to discard you. And you're gone in a heartbeat. Mark Hayes (20:45.411) You know, you were talking about the four African American Republican Congress members. How many will they be after this? Brock Ganeles (20:57.314) First of all, I had no idea that there were four. I knew of Byron Donalds. The other three, I couldn't have named the other three. I saw the story today. The interesting tidbit was that none of them will be returning to the Congress, meaning none of them are running again. One guy retired from Utah Burgess Owens, but the other three went to run for higher office. Mark Hayes (20:57.687) Okay. I only knew of three. I only knew of three. Yeah. Mark Hayes (21:19.658) or we do it again. Mark Hayes (21:25.849) yeah! Brock Ganeles (21:27.692) Byron Donalds is running for governor in Florida. Jones or is it John James is running for governor in Michigan. And then Wesley Hunt in Texas ran for the Senate against Paxson and Cornyn. He was the third guy in that race. And he actually looks like an impressive guy. Went to West Point like Apache helicopters, as did John James in Michigan went to West Point. I don't know how West Point, what goes on. Mark Hayes (21:34.872) Be prepared. Mark Hayes (21:42.189) Yeah, Westling. Mark Hayes (21:53.749) at West Virginia. Brock Ganeles (21:58.031) People go there and they feel it. they they sell themselves on America as a colorblind society and therefore it doesn't matter what side of the aisle they're on. It just I don't know what attracts them to the Republican Party especially as it turns ultra MAGA. Mark Hayes (22:11.671) Yeah. West Point has had a few disappointing representatives. Your boy, who was the secretary of state in the Trump 1.0? Pompeo. Yeah. I mean, wow, he let himself go physically. So I find it hard to believe he was ever in shape. But maybe there was a time he didn't eat 12 jelly donuts a day. But at the same time, Wesley Hunt Brock Ganeles (22:27.384) Pompeo! Yeah, Pompeo! Mark Hayes (22:39.757) you know, is just a clown. You know, they've shield for Donald Trump for as long as they could. Byron Donalds is the weed man in Florida. He's never gonna win a governorship. I don't know what he's gonna do for work. I can't imagine that, you know, the guy who's so dope from Brooklyn is gonna do well in Florida in the private sector. Is he in a jury? Brock Ganeles (23:09.74) Why don't you think he can win the Florida governorship? Mark Hayes (23:09.961) well, I- Mark Hayes (23:14.873) I don't think Florida MAGA will vote for him. Yeah, I just don't. It's one thing to win a district. It's another thing to win a state with 25, 30 million people. Well, I'm sure people are leaving now, but whatever they got going on down there in the population of Florida, you gotta win Ruby Red counties down there. It's the racism. That's not what you get. Brock Ganeles (23:15.074) Too racist? If he wins the- Can he win the primary? I don't know he's running against. Brock Ganeles (23:23.042) Okay. Brock Ganeles (23:46.575) Yeah. So 2027 Congress on the house side, Tim Scott will still have a seat at Congress on the Maggis side of the ledger, no matter what their number is. Hopefully it's a hell of a lot lower than what it is today. We'll have no black members. It's going to be entirely white representation as it should be. Cause it's a white supremacist party. It should. Mark Hayes (24:06.327) That's good news. Mark Hayes (24:10.561) Hello. Brock Ganeles (24:16.142) reflect exactly what the philosophy of the party is. So I guess, you know, the time has come for that, for the Candace Owens plus this last tranche of black congressmen to make their way out the door. And I guess that'll leave Tim Scott for a couple more years. Mark Hayes (24:17.099) Right? Mark Hayes (24:35.223) Yeah, you'll still have, well, you'll still have, let's see, Anna Luna, Nuddy McNutterson, Myra Flores down in Texas, Monica Dillacruz down in Texas, and yeah, that'll be it. Brock Ganeles (24:47.476) Okay, Latino. Brock Ganeles (25:02.092) You can have some Latino representation, although ironically, I've been seeing that Mag is really worried about hanging on to that, those gains they made within the Latino community because of all this shit show, not only just ICE, the shit show with the Pope. Because part of why a lot of them are attracted to Republican parties, because they're religious, they're Catholic. A lot of them is, it's, Mark Hayes (25:11.157) Nice. Mark Hayes (25:17.665) Yeah, Mark Hayes (25:30.432) Anti-black. Brock Ganeles (25:31.651) You know, anti-abortion has been something that was important to them. And that's, we've always wondered why they Republicans, we have ice throwing them in concentration camps, but they have family values. They bought into a lot of that shit. And now they have, now they have Trump, you know, in a fist fight with the fucking Pope and making memes of himself as Christ. And that's not going, that's not going over well. So. Mark Hayes (25:43.128) Yeah. Mark Hayes (25:54.335) No. But don't forget, Brock Ganeles (25:59.983) I guess that handful of Latino representatives will see if they all hang in. Mark Hayes (26:01.207) Yeah, they buy into a little of the anti-blackness as well on the Latino side of the ledger. Mark Hayes (26:11.083) No, we didn't. But we did. Yeah, yes, we did. Brock Ganeles (26:11.086) Did we talk about that policewoman in Houston who went on that rant? She went on that rant. mean, talking about being representative of the Latino community with some animosity towards the black community, she certainly represented that faction pretty well. Yeah. Mark Hayes (26:22.934) I'm ready. Mark Hayes (26:28.643) quite well and she was boisterous about it. So, you know, let's not forget the racism. There's always some racism in there against Black, what? Now what has Black America done? Let's see. We were stolen from our homeland. We came here, we worked for free, we built this ship for free, right? We're worth what? About 1 17th of white America. Wow. of all the wars, got to get right up front, especially Vietnam, Korea, yeah, World War II, and then wanted to remove all our military accomplishments, you know, but I guess as long as we can dance and sing and shoot free throws and three-pointers and score touchdowns, we have some value in America, but that's it. Brock Ganeles (27:00.482) You in all the wars, you fought in all the wars, that's for sure. Mark Hayes (27:24.441) All we got is hip hop, R &B, jazz, and a couple of other talents there, athletically. That's all we're worth in America. Man, look. Look, we just had an astronaut, an African-American astronaut go further than anyone's ever gone in space. Okay? And he's an Air Force grad. So, miss me on all that bullshit. So, you know, we're tired of getting the short stick. We're tired of being over policed and underrepresented. Ad nauseam. I mean, it's ridiculous, ridiculous. You know, the brutality, the brutalization that, you know, the Black population has been through, right? You even look, you can't even be born safely. in the hands of a white doctor in America, your mortality rate is exponentially higher when being born in the hands of a white doctor. And you like to think that, you know, a doctor is going to do whatever they can to save your life. And here in America, the numbers don't tell that story. Brock Ganeles (28:47.95) You know, that Houston policeman, policewoman was really so reflective, just a wake up call to, you know, any white American who thinks that there's not police bias, right? Because you would think, you would think that a Latina woman, Latina and a woman would be the most empathetic, the least likely to bring those biases to the job. And if she's bringing that to the job, Mark Hayes (28:56.601) Thanks! Mark Hayes (29:00.738) Right. Mark Hayes (29:13.549) Right. Brock Ganeles (29:14.808) What do think that Irish cop from fucking Staten Island is bringing to the job when he gets on the fucking ferry and makes his way up to walking the beat in the Bronx? You think that fucking guy's not bringing his biases to the job every day? You think he's making calling balls and strikes fairly on the streets? No fucking way. If you can't even if you ain't getting it from a Latino woman and that's the mentality she's bringing every day and that's the society is giving a gun and a badge. Mark Hayes (29:20.065) Right. Mark Hayes (29:30.009) You're right. Mark Hayes (29:35.96) Yep. Brock Ganeles (29:43.946) and saying go out there and know quote keep us safe protect and serve and the racism is fucking everywhere Mark Hayes (29:50.26) Ashley Gonzales, she was relieved of her duty yesterday. So yeah, you know, but when we tried to tell folks this was happening, they said no. When we told you about Abner Louima, they said no. When we told you about Amadou Diallo, they said no. Right? We told you about Eric Garner, we saw it on video. They said no. It's just your overactive imagination. You're seeing something you want to see. Brock Ganeles (30:23.512) Mm-hmm. The only benefit of this cell phone era is like people just out themselves right they're everywhere everyone's got a voice everyone's got streaming capabilities like us everyone wants their voice heard out there in the world so you're hearing from everybody no you can't hide the feelings anymore it's like okay thank you for telling us who you are I mean if Mark Hayes (30:31.864) Yeah. Mark Hayes (30:35.181) Yeah? Yeah? Brock Ganeles (30:49.162) Unfortunately for her she works in Houston right so she got fired I mean if she worked probably in western Texas southern Texas they would have just shrugged their shoulders yeah it would have been fine we've been okay you know slap on the wrist at most they'd take a day off paid we'll call it a suspension we'll see you on Monday Mark Hayes (30:51.935) Yeah. Mark Hayes (30:58.103) Yep. Right. Right. Mark Hayes (31:05.089) Yeah, it's crazy, bro. All right, give me a quick hit before we get out of here and take the edge off on a Saturday. Brock Ganeles (31:18.07) Okay Mark, just gotta throw this in there. This is white person's world, but you're a football guy. I mean, this Mike Vrabel, Rusini, white coach, my question to you is, if Mike Vrabel were a black coach, does he keep his job? Mark Hayes (31:35.032) Hello, Mel Tucker out in Michigan State lost a $90 million contract. Similar situation. Mike Vrabel today is undergoing counseling on the third day of the NFL draft. I guess they figure they can handle things without him on day three. Dice who probably won't make the team anyway, but no. If he's if he's if it's an African American coach, he's out of there. Brock Ganeles (32:07.96) care. Brock Ganeles (32:12.908) because he lost, you really because he lied. Not like I don't, I don't care if anyone has an affair. I don't care. I don't, mean, you know what, for all we know, he loves this woman. He's in a bad marriage. Maybe you should get out of it. Right. Like those are like personal decisions off the field. Everyone's living a life beyond their career. Right. But he lied, right. He lied multiple times. He's lost credibility. He's a leader in the building. He's supposed, you know, he's just Mark Hayes (32:25.155) Right. Brock Ganeles (32:42.07) Sadly, he's lost. He well, not sadly, he allowed himself to lose credibility because he the cover up, right? He could have just come clean and he could have come clean and whatever got a divorce and said, I'm separated from my wife. You know, I'm not in a marriage that's working for me. And I'm whatever I'm seeing someone else or, know, even if he calls it a mistake, whatever. But OK, you're like no way Black Coach gets away with lying as, you know, vehemently to the press. Mark Hayes (32:45.301) Always the cover up. Mark Hayes (33:01.965) Pay no mind. Mark Hayes (33:07.234) Yeah. so much life and it's really whose business, right? Who are we to judge, right? He's gonna have to deal with his maker, you know, when push comes to shove at the end of the day. And, you know, the thing about it is, you know, when you look at his boss, he's not exactly, you know, the guy who Brock Ganeles (33:12.408) But that story has just taken on so much of a, you know, so much life. Mark Hayes (33:40.628) is setting the moral compass either. Robert Kraft has had his own issues, you know, when it comes down to morality, cheating on his wife, you know, engaging in prostitution. So, you know, look, the NFL owns a day of the week, right? They print money. Look at it, what was it, 300,000 fans day one at the NFL draft? I mean, these guys aren't going anywhere. They do what they want, you know, and we keep consuming the product. Brock Ganeles (34:23.138) Yeah. And it's also the reminder is that just because someone's good at their job doesn't necessarily mean they're a good person. Mike Raven and, and, you know, having an affair doesn't make you a bad person. for, but I'm just saying, but across the board, Eric Swalwell, we thought was doing a good job, but it didn't make them a good person. Right. Mark Hayes (34:27.285) Exactly. Mark Hayes (34:36.405) Right? Right. Right? Brock Ganeles (34:43.82) especially in sports to be a good coach, Tommy Tuberville, right? Bill Belichick, what the fuck's he do? Like, is he a good guy? No, but does, but he does, does it mean he's not really, really good at his job? And sometimes we conflate the two. We assume that cause someone's good at one thing and he was particularly one thing we care about, but that means it carries through. In essence, even that excellence carries through to everything that they do. Mark Hayes (35:00.728) Right. Mark Hayes (35:07.929) Right. Mark Hayes (35:11.531) Yeah, absolutely. And you know, we've seen that time and time again in sports, right? Brock Ganeles (35:13.366) And it's not life's more complicated than that. Mark Hayes (35:19.321) Not a nice guy. Yes. Brock Ganeles (35:21.75) Hey, Michael Jordan, you know, not that he was a killer. Kobe was a killer. You know, as they got older, they actually became better people. And, you know, even in Jordan, even particularly now, but Jordan was a fucking he was he would fucking cut your heart out. And he was brutal to the people around him. Mark Hayes (35:34.743) NANIS! Mark Hayes (35:39.011) What? Punching his own teammates in the face! You know, look, you know, being the goat doesn't make you the goat when it comes to humanity. Brock Ganeles (35:57.423) Especially when people win right variable one last year So everyone's gonna look the other way for a while his team was three and thirteen even as a white coach He might be gone, but you're thirteen and three just went to a Super Bowl You can get away with a lot of other shit Mark Hayes (36:06.265) Winning cures a lot of ails. Not a lot. You know, I thought it was interesting that Drew Aller, the Penn State quarterback, was selected today. His numbers were not even close to Shadour Sanders. You know, we saw Ty Simpson. Numbers not even close to Shadour Sanders. And, you know, this was not the year of the quarterback. Brock Ganeles (36:13.742) Alright, what do you got for me? Mark Hayes (36:34.167) You know, obviously Mendoza was a hell of a player, went first, joined an elite group of guys to win the Natty, the Heisman, and be first overall, Cam Newton, old boy down in Cincinnati, Joe Burrow, and I think there was one other player who did it. But yeah, it's kind of frustrating, man, to see. that we're still putting a premium on what a player looks like as opposed to how well he can do the job. So I hope it gives Shador the chip on his shoulder he needs. And it's funny too, there was a lot being made about the relationship with Ty Simpson's dad and the Rams front office. How does the greatest defensive back in the history of the NFL not have a relationship? with all 32 teams in the NFL. I mean, what? I don't recall Deion Sanders ever being arrested. I don't recall Deion Sanders ever being pulled over for drug driving. I don't recall Deion Sanders ever being pulled over for driving under the influence, drugs or otherwise. I don't recall Deion, I recall Deion Sanders getting a divorce. That happens to 50 % of the American population. So what's the problem with Deion and the grudge they had against his child? Brock Ganeles (37:45.516) Hall of Famer. Mark Hayes (38:16.833) Yes sir. Brock Ganeles (38:17.378) Mark, you know I've always said the NFL is a microcosm of America. In fact, I've always felt like the NFL needs to like be broken, so to speak, for society to actually change and be fixed because it's a microcosm of the racism, the bias, the bullshit fucking patriotism. See all that shit during the draft where they're pulling out like the troops. Mark Hayes (38:40.258) Make a wish. Brock Ganeles (38:40.352) and they're playing the national anthem and they're stopping multiple times to honor the armed forces. It's such fucking propaganda bullshit. What did that any of that have to do at all with the product on the field? And by the way, the last, the last NFL player that went to fucking war. Mark Hayes (38:49.389) They're charging, they're charging the armed forces. Mark Hayes (38:56.193) Right. Pat Tillman? Right. Covering it up. Brock Ganeles (39:02.178) got shot by friendly fire and the government covered it up and use them as a propaganda fucking tool. The whole thing's a fraud and the flyovers and it's all about the waving the flag. But when Colin Kaepernick makes a stance against about police brutality, which we all know is fucking obvious. And we just talked about it 10 minutes ago about the racism of police on the beat. The league was so quick to. Mark Hayes (39:03.968) yeah, yep. Mark Hayes (39:11.673) All about money. Mark Hayes (39:29.273) Yup. Brock Ganeles (39:30.316) blackball him and never give him another opportunity. Lesson that a message to everybody never ever do that again toe the line shut the fuck up or this legal squash you the league's MAGA the NFL is MAGA you know I don't watch I look at the NFL's MAGA Mark Hayes (39:37.165) Quickly. Quickly. 32 Mega Guys! 32 MAGA guys own it. And Roger Goodell is there to do what he tells them, what they tell him to do. All right, buddy. Good stuff. We're out of here. Revolution. Peace. Brock Ganeles (39:59.756) Alright Mark, always a pleasure. I'll talk to you tomorrow.
