- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, it's Lala Kent. Welcome to Untraditionally Lala. Hello, gorgeous,
- 0:08Speaker 1: Welcome to the bonus episode of Untraditionally Lala. You know,
- 0:13Speaker 1: I was sitting around thinking about all the things that
- 0:16Speaker 1: I need to change in my life and how I
- 0:18Speaker 1: move and what I do, and how I go about things,
- 0:20Speaker 1: how I release things, and it just made me think
- 0:24Speaker 1: of all the advice that I've received that has been
- 0:27Speaker 1: great that I've never fucking taken because I want control
- 0:31Speaker 1: and I think that you know, I know best. I
- 0:34Speaker 1: do not. I should have taken the advice for my
- 0:37Speaker 1: mother when she said be done with it, just be
- 0:40Speaker 1: done with it, but I didn't want to hear it. No,
- 0:43Speaker 1: I needed to touch the stove a few more times,
- 0:46Speaker 1: a lot and more times. We've all been there. We've
- 0:49Speaker 1: all been there, and you know what, there will be
- 0:51Speaker 1: another man that appears that is going to put me
- 0:53Speaker 1: to the test again, and I better pass or else
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'm going to continue attracting these fucking duds until I
- 1:00Speaker 1: pass the test. That's just the nature of this. We
- 1:02Speaker 1: all understand that, right.
- 1:03Speaker 2: It's funny.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Some people just have to keep touching that stuff, and
- 1:06Speaker 3: others learn the first time.
- 1:07Speaker 4: No, I don't learn the first time, not at all.
- 1:12Speaker 4: I think there's very few people that learn the first time.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Maybe that don't listen.
- 1:17Speaker 1: What that's not learning? That sounds like just uh, that
- 1:26Speaker 1: doesn't seem like living at all. You know, like the
- 1:28Speaker 1: whole point of life is to go and experience, because
- 1:31Speaker 1: if you just listened to every piece of advice from
- 1:35Speaker 1: someone who's experienced, you just have a lot of great
- 1:37Speaker 1: advice with literally no experiences.
- 1:41Speaker 4: We're gonna get a lot of great advice when we
- 1:43Speaker 4: get older, to get to people.
- 1:44Speaker 1: And we have to expect that they will not take
- 1:48Speaker 1: it and that's okay, that's true. That's okay, Like it's
- 1:52Speaker 1: going to be really hard, Like you're in it right
- 1:54Speaker 1: now with your girls because they're of that age. H Easton,
- 1:58Speaker 1: Do you have a piece of advice that someone has
- 2:00Speaker 1: given you that has always.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Yeah, very first meeting a.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Good things take.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Time that advice.
- 2:13Speaker 5: Yeah, that's advice. It's words of wisdom. That's advice.
- 2:17Speaker 6: Like if I'm talking to you and you look at it,
- 2:18Speaker 6: like if I was telling you and you said, good
- 2:20Speaker 6: things take time, that's advice for me to go, Okay,
- 2:23Speaker 6: I need to just sit back and wait.
- 2:26Speaker 4: But like ver much time because life goes by really fast,
- 2:30Speaker 4: and it's like I don't have that much time.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Oh so you need to learn My advice to you
- 2:36Speaker 1: would be learned. You need to practice patients, m which
- 2:41Speaker 1: is my worst quality. I'm so impatient. How do you
- 2:45Speaker 1: practice patients?
- 2:48Speaker 2: Just pause, raise tins.
- 2:57Speaker 1: There's a big difference between practicing patients conquering patients that
- 3:02Speaker 1: you may practice it daily.
- 3:03Speaker 6: How would you conquer it just putting yourself in? Like
- 3:06Speaker 6: it's almost like, what is it trauma therapy? Going in
- 3:10Speaker 6: and like two things you can't control to just still.
- 3:12Speaker 1: You're talking about exposure therapy.
- 3:14Speaker 5: Exposure therapy, that's maybe.
- 3:16Speaker 1: How you my life every day tells me this is
- 3:20Speaker 1: good exposure therapy for you. I'm like, no, it's just
- 3:23Speaker 1: giving me massive amounts of anxiety. It's hard to tell.
- 3:27Speaker 5: But that's where your patients have to come in.
- 3:30Speaker 1: This person said, never accept criticism from someone, you would
- 3:33Speaker 1: never accept advice from I like it. If you said done.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Eitherer said, than done. Don't try to control your kids
- 3:41Speaker 1: control yourself.
- 3:42Speaker 5: No no no no no no no no no.
- 3:44Speaker 6: You got to control those kids else we're gonna have murderers.
- 3:48Speaker 6: On our hands control your kids.
- 3:50Speaker 5: Please, No, but I do.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I do understand what they're saying, because as we know,
- 3:56Speaker 1: we cannot control other people, right, including our own children.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Our job is not to control our children, but refine
- 4:04Speaker 1: all the times.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Them.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely, yeah.
- 4:11Speaker 6: But also for her, like, I get what she's saying,
- 4:13Speaker 6: because you are product, like be the product of the environment,
- 4:17Speaker 6: so they look up to you.
- 4:18Speaker 5: So that's what you're supposed to be, like, if that
- 4:20Speaker 5: makes sense.
- 4:21Speaker 4: That's setting in an example, setting an example and controlling
- 4:23Speaker 4: your kids. If you're in a restaurant and your kids
- 4:25Speaker 4: screaming and you're sitting there just eating your cheeseburger not doing.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Anything, that's really gonna piss me off. It's like, be
- 4:30Speaker 1: considerate people, take your kid out of the restaurant. Yes,
- 4:36Speaker 1: I agree. I don't think control of the situation. Yeah, yeah, totally.
- 4:41Speaker 1: This one's this one's a head scratch her.
- 4:44Speaker 4: I'm not I need more specivity on that particular question
- 4:48Speaker 4: or what.
- 4:48Speaker 1: It's just advice you got. Don't don't try to control
- 4:52Speaker 1: your kids, just control yourself.
- 4:53Speaker 5: That's a control yourselves controlling your kids.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I don't necessarily know that I would have taken that advice.
- 5:00Speaker 5: No, no, you can't.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Maybe her kids are older. Oh that's what it is.
- 5:07Speaker 5: We didn't ask.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Okay, rewind You're right, when they're out living their lives.
- 5:12Speaker 1: There's nothing you can do about it. What can you control.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I'm here to love you and support you through you
- 5:18Speaker 1: know what. It makes all the sense now, it makes sense.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I'm taking the advice. It's great advice, great advice. You
- 5:24Speaker 1: can't take enough pics with friends and family.
- 5:28Speaker 5: I disagree.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I disagree too.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Every time in the.
- 5:32Speaker 6: Moment, I'll take pictures and I'm like, oh, perfect, and
- 5:35Speaker 6: then I never revisit those photos, and then why don't
- 5:38Speaker 6: I have so many guy damn photos? And then I
- 5:40Speaker 6: just like, you know how you put your finger on
- 5:42Speaker 6: it and you just slide down, and I just yeah,
- 5:45Speaker 6: go on, never to be seen again.
- 5:47Speaker 5: What was in them?
- 5:47Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 5:48Speaker 1: But if I don't know, there are times where I
- 5:50Speaker 1: look back, like I want to go through that computer
- 5:53Speaker 1: that we had when we were kids, because there's so
- 5:55Speaker 1: many pictures on there, and like ones of dad and
- 5:58Speaker 1: ones of us when we're like in high school. You
- 6:01Speaker 1: know where I want to remember.
- 6:02Speaker 5: That would be really yeah, because my phone.
- 6:04Speaker 6: I don't know what's wrong with it, but it stopped
- 6:06Speaker 6: at twenty Like my last picture is like twenty seven
- 6:09Speaker 6: around the same. Yeah, so I don't know if it's
- 6:11Speaker 6: something with like a ten year span of it, if
- 6:14Speaker 6: that makes sense.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Yeah, but we should pull out that because I agree.
- 6:16Speaker 5: I feel like I'm missing a lot of.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Really good at capturing content. Please, photos, videos, and even
- 6:23Speaker 1: voice notes of ocean. I haven't been as good with Sosa.
- 6:27Speaker 6: Can we please get the film that you recorded with
- 6:30Speaker 6: your friends?
- 6:31Speaker 5: Oh yeah, Beanie.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Girls in California.
- 6:34Speaker 5: That has to be if boards.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Are out, and that you should the house boards are in.
- 6:41Speaker 5: The house was a full on production, they would. There
- 6:46Speaker 5: was one like.
- 6:47Speaker 3: So cute core memory that I have productions for your
- 6:50Speaker 3: new company.
- 6:53Speaker 5: I just read a core memory. Is you chewing saltiness?
- 6:56Speaker 2: What's it called?
- 6:57Speaker 5: To try to do? Vomit? You?
- 7:03Speaker 6: You guys were in the kitchen and you were like,
- 7:05Speaker 6: the consistency isn't right? We were, and then she vomited
- 7:11Speaker 6: it all in the sk and then my dad got pissed.
- 7:13Speaker 5: He was like, this doesn't fucking go down.
- 7:15Speaker 6: Lauren said he didn't, but he was like, Lauren, it
- 7:21Speaker 6: doesn't go down, Like I have to drain this now,
- 7:24Speaker 6: getting a pea trap.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Like, you build houses down, you'll figure it out.
- 7:28Speaker 5: He did.
- 7:29Speaker 1: If you can build a house, you can certainly unclog
- 7:31Speaker 1: a drain.
- 7:32Speaker 6: Okay, Like it's so simple, Like it's hard, you do it.
- 7:38Speaker 1: I love my dad.
- 7:40Speaker 6: Yeah, after you fake vomited, he's up there with a
- 7:43Speaker 6: pea trap trying to get the saltae outmer.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Yes, it's a core memory of mine. I'll never forget it.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Oh that makes me so happy.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Because I watched you vomit into there, and then an
- 7:54Speaker 6: hour later I just see Dad with a ranch under there.
- 7:56Speaker 5: And I go, what are you doing? And he's like, well,
- 7:58Speaker 5: she spit out saltines in here.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I think it was Ali Daalstrom that we made the vomitter,
- 8:02Speaker 1: but I came up with that's untraditional, traditionally unconditional, that's
- 8:12Speaker 1: what I say. I literally just looked at the mic
- 8:14Speaker 1: and said, un traditional.
- 8:15Speaker 2: We'll have the amber for viewing.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I would love to watch it. We need to convert
- 8:21Speaker 1: it over because you I did it on a cam
- 8:23Speaker 1: quorder and then there's a VHS that you got me
- 8:26Speaker 1: that you then take the thing out and put it
- 8:28Speaker 1: into the VHS and it's hooks to the back of
- 8:30Speaker 1: the TV, and I remember those.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Watch goddamn TV.
- 8:35Speaker 5: To do it. We're gonna have to do a whole
- 8:37Speaker 5: bunch of ship for now.
- 8:38Speaker 1: No, I have a DVD player that I bought for
- 8:41Speaker 1: Ocean off Amazon so that she could watch the Spice
- 8:43Speaker 1: Girls movie, which is going to be streaming soon. By
- 8:47Speaker 1: the way, Spice World, you are currently living in the
- 8:51Speaker 1: good old days. Live in the moment.
- 8:54Speaker 2: God damn, I.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Like that too. It feels good. Oh, but it's so
- 9:00Speaker 1: easy to go back to the good old days and
- 9:02Speaker 1: then have bills to pay.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Yeah, but that's the one thing she's saying.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Yeah, live in it, like it's who knows.
- 9:07Speaker 5: How long ago? Yeah, these are the good old days.
- 9:10Speaker 5: You just don't know it yet.
- 9:11Speaker 1: When Ocean tells me that she wants can't wait to
- 9:15Speaker 1: be older, I turned into fucking Billy Madison when he's
- 9:17Speaker 1: in class and he's like, I was squeezing. I think
- 9:23Speaker 1: it's yes, And he's like, I can't wait to go
- 9:30Speaker 1: to high school too, Billy, Yes, don't ever say that.
- 9:38Speaker 4: That's another movie I watched like five thousand times.
- 9:42Speaker 1: We would be driving would be like rules, rules, and
- 9:47Speaker 1: they fly? Are they the bus?
- 9:52Speaker 4: When the death bus?
- 9:55Speaker 6: My favorite is just like that because when he's in class,
- 9:58Speaker 6: like in the kindergarten with all the kids, and he's
- 9:59Speaker 6: sitting looking up at the teacher, so many people because
- 10:02Speaker 6: they're like TikTok, there'll be a hot teacher and like
- 10:04Speaker 6: the first one is just like him in there because
- 10:06Speaker 6: it's I'll be in that class with you, kid.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Stop plugging your eyebrows. Uh no, keep actually just started again?
- 10:16Speaker 5: What does she want you to do?
- 10:18Speaker 1: Okay, so no, what are you doing? Thread? No?
- 10:26Speaker 2: It pulls your skin.
- 10:27Speaker 4: If there's one thing I learned in modeling school, oh
- 10:32Speaker 4: maybe that's what's wrong with my eyes.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Called a bone amber. We've already talked about this with
- 10:37Speaker 1: doctor Diamond. The skin right here.
- 10:39Speaker 5: I don't want to hear it from your amber yet.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Oh my god. No, Remember they told us there is
- 10:45Speaker 1: very little elasticity up here. So if you wax every
- 10:48Speaker 1: time it pulls that it's not going to go back
- 10:50Speaker 1: in and before you know it, you got yield droopy eyes.
- 10:54Speaker 1: You should not wax. You should pluck. But I think
- 10:56Speaker 1: what they're saying or thread red. Yeah yeah, but pluck
- 11:00Speaker 1: and threading are the only way to go.
- 11:03Speaker 5: But she said, don't pluck.
- 11:05Speaker 1: She said don't pluck your eyebrows. But I'm assuming because
- 11:07Speaker 1: a lot of us got a little carried away. Do
- 11:09Speaker 1: you remember when you took a full razor down the
- 11:11Speaker 1: center where your unibrow would be e'sn nott eyebrows they started?
- 11:18Speaker 5: Those were the good old days.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I remember learning that you did that at Cammie Hair
- 11:24Speaker 1: across the street from Cottonwood Mall.
- 11:26Speaker 5: They did it to me.
- 11:27Speaker 1: No, you did it, and you I was telling you
- 11:31Speaker 1: had come in, and I told my girl that was
- 11:35Speaker 1: doing my hair that you had.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Just to let everyone know that one moment.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:40Speaker 6: Yeah, I think about it often because now I do
- 11:42Speaker 6: it really simple.
- 11:44Speaker 5: You, No, I just take a razor.
- 11:58Speaker 1: This is the greatest advice. You can't control what happens
- 12:02Speaker 1: to you, but you can control what you do next.
- 12:08Speaker 7: That yeah, But then if I control what I do next,
- 12:12Speaker 7: but hold on signage?
- 12:14Speaker 5: What yeah?
- 12:15Speaker 2: For sure?
- 12:16Speaker 1: Like maybe like a little knitted pillow or something instead
- 12:20Speaker 1: of live laugh again.
- 12:21Speaker 6: I can't control what happens to me, but I can
- 12:24Speaker 6: control what I do next.
- 12:25Speaker 5: But what if I do? Whatever I do next is
- 12:27Speaker 5: still out of my control.
- 12:28Speaker 1: We're just in again, current moment.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Make the right decision.
- 12:39Speaker 1: It resonates very very true to the present moment of
- 12:43Speaker 1: my life. What I can't control what happens, but I
- 12:46Speaker 1: can control what I do next. I'm not giving you
- 12:50Speaker 1: my time anymore.
- 12:51Speaker 4: And by the way, there's a follow up to that
- 12:53Speaker 4: from my childhood ctr she's the right.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Amen. I want one of those rings. Let's get on
- 12:59Speaker 1: Amazon one Mormon, Yeah, choose, she'd really be universal.
- 13:04Speaker 5: Yeah, CTG, choose the God.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Never tell your kids they are bad. Always just say
- 13:11Speaker 1: what they've done wrong. Yeah, you have to say you're
- 13:14Speaker 1: not a bad person.
- 13:15Speaker 5: You made a.
- 13:16Speaker 4: Bad boy, wouldn't you agree?
- 13:25Speaker 1: You don't want to say, like you're a bitch.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I tell you.
- 13:28Speaker 3: My mom always said, tell a child they're good, they'll
- 13:31Speaker 3: be good.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Tell them they're bad, they'll be bad.
- 13:33Speaker 1: You know what, though, I do that with Ocean. I'm like,
- 13:36Speaker 1: she never I she what do we say? She never
- 13:42Speaker 1: talks back or whatever. And she's in the middle of
- 13:44Speaker 1: talking back. You say she would never do that, and
- 13:46Speaker 1: she I know what you're doing, and I do talk
- 13:49Speaker 1: back doing it right now, And I'm like, oh my god,
- 13:51Speaker 1: I cannot hustle you. I've seen some ship she's been around.
- 13:54Speaker 1: She's like, I dealt with this in my past life. Bitch,
- 13:58Speaker 1: get some new material, isn't she like she always goes
- 14:02Speaker 1: to bed on time? She always listens. I always fight
- 14:06Speaker 1: you on it because I hate going to bed.
- 14:08Speaker 3: But you know what, there are children that beam when
- 14:11Speaker 3: you tell them stuff like that.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Well, ocean beams. But she knows when you're trying to
- 14:14Speaker 1: Can you tell me that I'm gonna beam? Yeah, if
- 14:17Speaker 1: you tell me, I'm If you tell me that I'm
- 14:19Speaker 1: doing great at something, I'm like, watch how much greater
- 14:22Speaker 1: anything you could do? I could do better?
- 14:24Speaker 4: And I'm really fucking good at it.
- 14:28Speaker 1: It's not your job to make other people comfortable.
- 14:33Speaker 5: I really should listen to that one. I always worry
- 14:35Speaker 5: about everybody else.
- 14:36Speaker 6: I'm like, if they're not talking that much, and talk
- 14:38Speaker 6: to them, make them a part of the conversation.
- 14:41Speaker 4: I think you learn that as you get older, and
- 14:43Speaker 4: you just like, you know what.
- 14:44Speaker 1: No, it's called treating people the way I want to
- 14:46Speaker 1: be treated. If I notice that someone is I like
- 14:49Speaker 1: people feeling comfortable because I know that feeling of feeling
- 14:53Speaker 1: uncomfortable that I never want someone to experience that. But
- 14:57Speaker 1: then you come for me and I will fuck you up. Yeah, Yeah,
- 15:02Speaker 1: I feel like I always have to state that because
- 15:04Speaker 1: when I talk about me as a nice person, people like,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you're a fucking bitch. Did you watch yourself Season sixty
- 15:10Speaker 1: seven nine? I'm like, no, that was a five hundred
- 15:14Speaker 1: years ago.
- 15:15Speaker 5: There was a moment in time.
- 15:18Speaker 1: That's when I go and I tell them you're currently
- 15:21Speaker 1: living in the good old days. You don't need to
- 15:26Speaker 1: explain yourself. Ever, how do you feel about that? Oh,
- 15:33Speaker 1: that's the next one.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Yeah, you have to explain yourself sometimes.
- 15:38Speaker 1: It's called communication. Have I decided to goho steal and
- 15:41Speaker 1: you want to know why? I'm going to need to
- 15:43Speaker 1: explain why. Yeah, I don't love that one. Once you're eighteen,
- 15:48Speaker 1: never sign anything unless you know exactly what you are signing.
- 15:52Speaker 1: This person has experience in that. Who's signing documentation of eighteen?
- 15:58Speaker 2: Cars? Leases?
- 16:00Speaker 5: Credit cards?
- 16:01Speaker 1: You know? Take your mom with you, Take your mom
- 16:05Speaker 1: with you, so you're never done parenting. That would be
- 16:07Speaker 1: my advice.
- 16:09Speaker 6: You just remember, guys, first time to in this situation.
- 16:16Speaker 5: I don't think parents get that.
- 16:18Speaker 2: What do you mean profound?
- 16:20Speaker 6: Yeah, like this is mom's first time still, Yeah, like
- 16:24Speaker 6: she's never you know, like you look up to your
- 16:27Speaker 6: parents and you're like hell, but it's like their first
- 16:30Speaker 6: time too, you know, being a parent to someone up
- 16:33Speaker 6: to somebody at this age, this experience, like that's the thing,
- 16:37Speaker 6: no matter what you're gonna.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Wow, that is very, very profound. The point of the
- 16:43Speaker 1: index to Houston.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Yes we're walking.
- 16:51Speaker 1: So Sor because she does something good and actually she'll
- 16:57Speaker 1: do something so she is the best. Let me tell you.
- 17:04Speaker 1: I feel so badly at the reunion being like Sosa
- 17:07Speaker 1: is kicking my ass because at that point in time,
- 17:10Speaker 1: you guys.
- 17:12Speaker 5: It was shocked, shocked, shocked.
- 17:19Speaker 1: It was really hurtful.
- 17:20Speaker 5: But where we were coming from.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I still don't like hearing someone else say, yeah, we
- 17:27Speaker 1: are allowed to say that, but even I didn't say
- 17:29Speaker 1: but she was just she was a lot for me.
- 17:32Speaker 1: She like, I'm in the corner fully obsessed. And I
- 17:37Speaker 1: get it, we're all obsessed with our kids, but sometimes
- 17:39Speaker 1: it's like you're really hard right now, Like I can't
- 17:41Speaker 1: say I'm enjoying this. I'm doing it because I quite
- 17:43Speaker 1: literally have to a choice. So choice, but I'm like
- 17:49Speaker 1: in it an excited mouth. Yeah, but she's at a
- 17:52Speaker 1: cute age. That is a cute age.
- 17:54Speaker 2: But in June she wasn't in that age.
- 17:57Speaker 1: She was tough about how quickly June was just a
- 18:00Speaker 1: couple months ago.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I know I had to tell our friends that she's changed.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Well, yeah, because you had to tell Sosa's friends.
- 18:08Speaker 5: You can hang out with her now, Guys, she's changed.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Can you tell some of my old friends that about me?
- 18:16Speaker 1: I could do that for you.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Please don't.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I'm good, No, I'm good, I'm solid. That's funny, Mom,
- 18:23Speaker 1: you had to tell our friends because they experienced her
- 18:26Speaker 1: in the beach house that we show.
- 18:27Speaker 3: I don't think they didn't bite us back. That's why
- 18:29Speaker 3: I had to make that is.
- 18:30Speaker 1: So not true, Mom, They love her. This one is
- 18:35Speaker 1: so good and I love it, and I love this
- 18:37Speaker 1: person who wrote it. If it if you smell shit,
- 18:40Speaker 1: there's probably shit.
- 18:44Speaker 2: I agree, Only that's your intuition.
- 18:47Speaker 7: That really is I agree. The only time that isn't
- 18:50Speaker 7: true it allows breath what because it smells like shit?
- 18:56Speaker 7: But it isn't ship if that makes sense.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Oh, you're going for the more literal I think.
- 19:02Speaker 5: But no, I agree with her.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Yes, I well, yeah, it's like where there's smoke, there's fire.
- 19:07Speaker 1: But I like this one better. But Jewel said it
- 19:09Speaker 1: best when she came out with that fabulous album where
- 19:12Speaker 1: she's like, follow your hard into sure it will.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Lead you in the insurrection.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And I still to this day.
- 19:24Speaker 5: Smells like ship.
- 19:26Speaker 1: There can't be ship. Yeah, but your your sniffer is
- 19:29Speaker 1: off al little No, my sniffer is spot on, and
- 19:32Speaker 1: I don't know you guys later my last my sniffer
- 19:41Speaker 1: is spot on, and I ignore it.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Okay, okay, that's a there's a difference there.
- 19:46Speaker 1: I get it.
- 19:47Speaker 2: You had three disagreements.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I know when I smell shit and then I
- 19:54Speaker 1: continue to steal. Continue.
- 19:57Speaker 5: You're kind of like a fly.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'm a fly.
- 20:00Speaker 5: You're a fly just walked into the ship. Fly?
- 20:05Speaker 1: Wow, what profound that humbling, profound moment. I'm a fly?
- 20:10Speaker 5: Yeah, So what do we do to not make you
- 20:12Speaker 5: a fly? Because you're going to jump ship to ship?
- 20:17Speaker 1: We got an electrocute them.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, let's make a zapper and then you're
- 20:21Speaker 4: going to turn into a beautiful butterfly.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Wow, Easton, I'm taking this in. Should we get a
- 20:28Speaker 1: tattoo of a fly emoji? Hold on, I do like
- 20:45Speaker 1: this one.
- 20:46Speaker 5: Do a couple more.
- 20:47Speaker 1: If you can't buy it with cash, you can't buy
- 20:49Speaker 1: it with credit.
- 20:51Speaker 2: That's not true, pay off your credit card at the
- 20:54Speaker 2: end of the month.
- 20:54Speaker 1: It's not that it's just gonna. Wow, what a luxury
- 20:58Speaker 1: you have.
- 20:58Speaker 5: I know, pay it off.
- 21:01Speaker 1: The reason I'm using the credit bitch because I can't.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I like to get the points, another luxury for you.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Keep swiping, I get the points.
- 21:10Speaker 5: Fuck it right, every time I'm about to buy something,
- 21:13Speaker 5: put it on this card. I'll get pints. You know.
- 21:15Speaker 5: I'm no, we don't, am.
- 21:18Speaker 4: I did go shopping at Bloomingdale's yesterday to get a
- 21:21Speaker 4: new bra, and I used your phone number for Bloomy,
- 21:23Speaker 4: So you're gonna get points. Oh no, Norms, sorry that
- 21:31Speaker 4: this one's good.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Garbage takes itself out? Ooh, I really like you too.
- 21:38Speaker 6: But how long is the garbage gonna sit there before
- 21:40Speaker 6: it takes itself out?
- 21:42Speaker 5: Is that up to me?
- 21:44Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:45Speaker 5: Probably it does take itself out, But like what time.
- 21:49Speaker 2: The stench takes you out? Right?
- 21:52Speaker 1: Right, we're going quite literally on this podcast today. Garbage
- 21:57Speaker 1: takes itself out? No, because I have to do it
- 22:00Speaker 1: every Monday, and then who's gonna take out the bins
- 22:04Speaker 1: if I don't? You know, that's how we all think. Logical.
- 22:08Speaker 1: I like it. I like where I'm gonna leave it.
- 22:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna leave it on this one. Follow your gut,
- 22:15Speaker 1: not your heart or your vagina when it comes to dating.
- 22:18Speaker 1: That's hard. I only think with my heart in my
- 22:21Speaker 1: vagina when i'm dating.
- 22:25Speaker 5: For perfect amber. What about you? I think your heart
- 22:31Speaker 5: in vagina too.
- 22:36Speaker 1: I've had a second date last night after she told
- 22:40Speaker 1: me on repeat that she's not going to date for
- 22:43Speaker 1: a while. But I did not sleep with.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Him, and I'm not going to date for you date
- 22:51Speaker 4: with Yes, you would.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Have already sucked him after two dates if I liked him?
- 22:56Speaker 5: Where I gotta find more?
- 22:58Speaker 1: Are you judging me?
- 22:59Speaker 5: No?
- 22:59Speaker 6: I just.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Judge clarity. I'm not judging you think I'm judging you?
- 23:06Speaker 1: Are you joking? I don't know? Are you No? I'm
- 23:08Speaker 1: gaining clarity. Okay, what's your clarity? Where do you need clarity?
- 23:12Speaker 1: Clarity on you not wanting to date, but then you're dating,
- 23:16Speaker 1: but then you're not fucking him. But it's only been
- 23:18Speaker 1: two days. I'm just wondering. I'm figuring it out.
- 23:22Speaker 3: And I wanted to pump the brakes altogether and not
- 23:25Speaker 3: date for a minute and just kind of.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Let me let me tell you something. I think this
- 23:31Speaker 1: is the end of the podcast. I would never judge you.
- 23:34Speaker 1: After every situation I have found myself in. This is
- 23:38Speaker 1: a judgment free zone. Trust me, it is not lost
- 23:42Speaker 1: on me where my head has been at on money occasion.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Judge free zone. I'm gaining clarity and I'm just a
- 23:50Speaker 1: curious little cat. Okay, what curiosity killed the cat? I'm
- 23:54Speaker 1: not curious fucking do you boo? All right, do you boo?
- 24:00Speaker 1: But let me ask you. You said you have a suda.
- 24:03Speaker 1: You don't like him?
- 24:04Speaker 4: No, No, I actually really like him, So I'm not
- 24:07Speaker 4: going to fuck him.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's a good call. Yes, the ninety
- 24:10Speaker 1: days I'm so down with. I'm going to do that too. Yes.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Can I say one other thing that's profound that I
- 24:15Speaker 1: didn't mention on? Untraditionally, la la, I continue to go
- 24:19Speaker 1: into any situation with a man where I let them
- 24:24Speaker 1: know in some sort of way that I don't require
- 24:27Speaker 1: a lot, that I'm very easy. And I actually just
- 24:31Speaker 1: came to this realization. I require the hardest thing for
- 24:35Speaker 1: someone to give, which is your time. The easy shit.
- 24:40Speaker 1: It's very easy for someone to go buy you a gift.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Here you go. I have to state when I meet
- 24:46Speaker 1: somebody and I'm like, okay, I like you. Well, actually,
- 24:50Speaker 1: I've learned if I'm attracted to you, I should run
- 24:52Speaker 1: because I have a bad picker. Then you go for
- 24:55Speaker 1: people that I don't like. But when I get into
- 24:58Speaker 1: that situation, I have to be very true, transparent that
- 25:01Speaker 1: I require a lot. I require healthy communication, which is
- 25:07Speaker 1: hard for a lot of people, even though it seems
- 25:09Speaker 1: very easy. I require your time, your attention, and your consistency.
- 25:13Speaker 1: If you cannot offer those things and don't tell me,
- 25:16Speaker 1: this is going to be months of you showing me
- 25:19Speaker 1: before I put my guard down by it.
- 25:22Speaker 2: To you, What when do you present all this.
- 25:26Speaker 1: When I feel that there's a connection and I need
- 25:28Speaker 1: to like the constant communication, big red flag. We should
- 25:32Speaker 1: not be at the very beginning communicating every single day,
- 25:35Speaker 1: very beginning. You should be trying to figure out a
- 25:37Speaker 1: time that we can see each other. And let's see
- 25:39Speaker 1: if that happens. Let's see how your follow through skills are.
- 25:41Speaker 1: If your follow skills are not on point, guess what
- 25:45Speaker 1: I'm going with this thing I saw on reels You
- 25:47Speaker 1: put their name in every time you see something that
- 25:49Speaker 1: you don't like, it's not really maybe not even a
- 25:52Speaker 1: red flag, but something that just don't work for you, right,
- 25:55Speaker 1: delete a letter of the name. Once that name is
- 25:57Speaker 1: completely deleted, we're done here. I need to talk. I
- 26:00Speaker 1: love that. So Joe and you've got three strikes and
- 26:04Speaker 1: you're out.
- 26:05Speaker 2: I was going to say, too, No, it's baseball.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Mm hmm yeah, how many I think you? Yeah? They
- 26:12Speaker 1: should all just be named Joe. Three strikes and you're yeah,
- 26:15Speaker 1: because what if his name is my single new dude?
- 26:18Speaker 1: Yeah no, every single new dude is going to be
- 26:20Speaker 1: named Joe. Let's see how this goes. Take me out
- 26:24Speaker 1: to the oh. Yeah yeah. That song slaps, especially when
- 26:31Speaker 1: I think about a hot dog in my hand. What
- 26:33Speaker 1: does baseball season starting.
- 26:40Speaker 2: About?
- 26:41Speaker 1: Listening to another bonus episode of Untraditionally La La, I'm
- 26:45Speaker 1: gonna catch you guys next week. Bye,
