  Well, that could be about ready to change and we're going to

  straight into a new perspective for the precious metals prices.

  It could get very exciting. Let's talk about it right now.

  Have you considered why you've always heard that silver and

  gold help protect you from inflation?

  Maybe because it's true now. For the last few years, that

  hasn't quite held true. Silver and gold have struggled
• 1:12
  in the face of high inflation because the market perceived
• 1:17
  that the Federal Reserve and our old friend Jerome Powell would
• 1:22
  continue with their hawkish stance.

  But we are quickly approaching a point in time where all of that
• 1:31
  is going to change. Yes, that common knowledge that
• 1:35
  you've been taught over the decades that silver and gold do
• 1:39
  keep up with inflation, that the silver price and gold price do
• 1:44
  well in inflationary environments.
• 1:47
  Well, it will hold true again. And here is why The world
• 1:53
  economy is struggling. the Fed has raised rates at a pace
• 1:58
  that's never been done in history over the last 18 months.

  As a result, the world economy is struggling domestically in
• 2:08
  the United States. We're seeing telltale signs of
• 2:11
  serious trouble in any of the sectors that are sensitive to
• 2:16
  high interest rates. Talk about housing, real estate.
• 2:20
  We know that right now mortgage applications are down almost 30%
• 2:26
  from where they were last year. We know that auto sales are
• 2:31
  starting to pull back. We know that banks, yeah,
• 2:35
  they're on life support and many other sectors of the economy
• 2:40
  that are sensitive to interest rates are showing great strain.
• 2:44
  But remember what I started by talking about?

  It's not just here, it's the world.
• 2:49
  China's economy sputtering, Europe spiraling into a
• 2:55
  recession. So we have a fast slowing world
• 2:59
  economy right now. But but we also have this other
• 3:05
  little problem called inflation and the Federal Reserve, they've
• 3:10
  not been able to get it back to their target 2% rate.
• 3:14
  And right now we're seeing huge inflationary pressures in the
• 3:19
  economy, oil prices skyrocketing, food prices
• 3:24
  continuing to go up. the Fed can't control inflation.
• 3:30
  They think they can. They can control the economy.
• 3:34
  You see inflation and the economy.
• 3:36
  They really are two separate things, and the Fed has to pick
• 3:41
  their battle, and they may most likely decide to pick the battle
• 3:47
  with the economy over the battle with inflation.
• 3:51
  We could soon be in a situation where we're getting higher
• 3:55
  inflation numbers and there's nothing the Fed can do about it.

  They've been essentially neutered.
• 4:03
  And when the market wakes up to that, when everyday investors
• 4:07
  start to realize that again inflation is picking up, and
• 4:12
  that the Fed, they've already shot all their inflation
• 4:16
  fighting bullets, they're not going to continue to raise rates
• 4:20
  they can't remember, Banks are on life support.
• 4:23
  The world economy is slowing. Inflation will show its true
• 4:28
  strength. And most importantly, as
• 4:31
  everyone wakes up, they'll realize that the best way to
• 4:35
  protect themselves against inflation in a recessionary
• 4:39
  environment is with precious metal.

  money in the precious metals could have dramatic effects on

  the price of silver, on the price of gold, platinum and the

  precious metal mining stocks. It's going to be very

  interesting as we navigate this coming let's say six months.

  We know what happened in previous situations where there

  was crisis. You couldn't find silver at the

  local coin shop. You had to wait three or four

  weeks to get a shipment from an online bullion dealer.

  Things could get very interesting very quickly.
