• 2:57
SPEAKER_01: I I wrote the story about our beautiful dog named Shiloh, who was with us for 13 years.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_01: And when we first got Shiloh, we had just put our other dog down and had cancer.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_01: So I I but I got outvoted by my son and my husband.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: And for the first year of Shiloh's life, I didn't pay any attention to her because I didn't want another dog.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_01: But she fell in love with me and she became Can you can you hear Gunner whining in the background?
• 3:24
  SPEAKER_01: He loves Shiloh too.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_01: Long story short, Shiloh's no longer with us.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_01: She we had to put her down um December of last year.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_01: Actually, winter solstice is when we had to put her down.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_01: But I wrote about her.
• 3:39
  SPEAKER_01: I what did I say?
• 3:40
SPEAKER_01: I had to write this down because it's it's a very important point.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_01: Um, I shared the story of my beautiful dog Shiloh and our journey together.
• 3:48

• 3:57
SPEAKER_01: She was sent to me at the perfect time to assist me shift into the next phase of my life.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's why I wrote that chapter, was because I think there's so many people out there that don't truly are.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_01: And I mean, because of what I do, she was I called her a bit of a therapy dog as well.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_01: She would help the people that would come to my house go through what they needed to go through too.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_02: So oh, that's just beautiful.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_02: And it reminds me of a story that I shared in the book about my cat and Aunt Jane.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_02: Well, that was the first I didn't want a cat either, but I got talked into it by my friend, right?
• 4:35
SPEAKER_02: And she was like, it was so difficult the winter ever.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_02: But I did, and she moved five different houses, and when I would have her to go, she would lay with me.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_02: But when I moved back home and I was at peace, she went on.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_02: And yeah, I just like to say that you know, she left me in a better place than she found me.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_02: And sometimes well, and that's and that's exactly like that's exactly like Shiloh, right?
• 4:57
SPEAKER_01: Shiloh left me in a better place than she found me too.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_01: And Gunner, we got Gunner just before we got just before Shiloh left.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_01: But I mean, once we got Gunner, that's when Shiloh knew that she could go.
• 5:11
