Transcript
- 0:02Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and BEV. Good day,
- 0:05good day, good day everything. Oh good. What's on your mind?
- 0:13What's on my mind? You know what's been on. What's come up
- 0:16a lot this past week is giving and receiving. So I did a presentation
- 0:29for a group that I'm a part of and talked about this giving and receiving.
- 0:35And then I officiated a wedding yesterday and two ladies were standing there.
- 0:41I was standing off to the side, but two ladies were talking, and
- 0:44one of them was handing out the wedding program and everybody she gave a program
- 0:52to, or as people were approaching, she would compliment them everyone. And
- 1:00the other lady acknowledged that. She's like, you give you compliment everybody,
- 1:03or you say something nice to everybody, and she's like, well, just
- 1:07I want them to feel good, you know, And I was like And
- 1:11then they proceeded to talk about how it's easy for them to give compliments but
- 1:17not receive them, and of course I was like kind of perked up,
- 1:23like I can move in here and have a little conversation with these two.
- 1:30But as it turned out, wasn't the good time for it, which was
- 1:36fine and no worries on that part, but just the idea and it's women
- 1:42then that's just keeps coming up, and the idea that we are not comfortable
- 1:53with receiving even a compliment. It isn't that interesting, Like we can give
- 2:00them out all day long, but to receive one is like doesn't feel good.
- 2:06So what do your thought? I hear you before that, And I
- 2:08have another soul sister that she's came into my life, got through my gym,
- 2:17and she compliments everybody, and then she's she's received the compliments too,
- 2:23So it's just it's been a wonderful thing. She's actually created more of a
- 2:27family environment. I know more about people now and it's not like anything gossipy.
- 2:32It's from a loving awareness and making connections with more people that I've been
- 2:38seeing their faces for so long, didn't even have their names, never stopped
- 2:43and probably wouldn't have remembered them anyways, but you know, being in that
- 2:46space of and it goes along with the giving and receiving, and the more
- 2:50that she's given compliments out, the more that these people have opened up and
- 2:53shared their story about how they came to be who they are right now,
- 2:58and it's been very phenomenal. But also she had made a comment justice past
- 3:02week because we were working out together and she said she was going to go
- 3:07pick up her daughter. And then she comes right back in and she says,
- 3:09can you take me to go pick up my daughter? I couldn't,
- 3:13she couldn't get her car to start, and I said yeah. And then
- 3:15later on the conversation was you know, the next day was she's like,
- 3:19oh my gosh, thatd I say thank you, and she says, and
- 3:22she said it was it's not always easy for me to come in and ask
- 3:24for that help, right to ask, and so which kind of goes hand
- 3:29in hand. I feel like with the receiving of the compause, that's that
- 3:31giving and receiving, and it's used to being the giver. You know,
- 3:36she's got she's got her children and her family, so she's always giving to
- 3:38them, always moving them around, running around her inner. You know,
- 3:43I'm my boards are not creating what I want to create, but she's not.
- 3:46She's been doing a lot for a lot of other people, but not
- 3:49allowing, not receiving. And then when she received that, she was like,
- 3:51oh my gosh. Then she's like second guessing did I say thank you
- 3:54and that you know, dah da da da dada. She's going through the
- 3:57process and realizing that it's it was all about just giving and receiving. That's
- 4:02what it's all about. It's being able to be in that receiving side,
- 4:05because even if we were giving all the time, at some point we want
- 4:09to have money or we want to have, you know, something to help
- 4:12facilitate our lives. Well, we're here having this human experience on planet Earth.
- 4:17So it's we've got to there's got to be an allowing of that energy
- 4:20to flow in instead of that trickle of that energy to come in. So
- 4:25and that goes hand in hand with giving and receiving. It's it's got to
- 4:29be in that ebb and flow the Infinity sign. It's it's got to be
- 4:30a constant ebvanflow of giving and receiving. I say, it's scotty, but
- 4:35it's in balance. It's in balance and harmony while we're here. Yeah,
- 4:41what was interesting becauys I was given the presentation. I asked, how are
- 4:46you in receiving and a few of the people said, well, it depends
- 4:51on who it comes from. And then do what I said, trying to
- 5:00control right now, they're trying to keep control how they're receiving. Yeah,
- 5:04and so there was a pause, and of course I was like, can
- 5:08you please explain that? And they said, wow, it's hard to receive
- 5:13from people who I know don't aren't as fortunate as I am. And one
- 5:18of them said, as an example of my kids, like, I know
- 5:21that they're you know, they're getting by, but they don't have a lot,
- 5:27and so when they give me a gift, it's uncomfortable. I was
- 5:30like, isn't that interesting, So just getting their perspectives, and of course
- 5:42the question is, well, why do you give? Well, I give
- 5:45because it feels good. And then as through this conversation, I said,
- 5:51then we're having a contradictory conversation because you give because you want to feel good,
- 5:58but you don't want other people giving you. So we're basically we're saying
- 6:01they can't feel good interesting negatting the gifts. And then that goes back to
- 6:10the conversation we've had in our last video of war having a war, you're
- 6:14having a war within the side because you're holding you're holding on two ends of
- 6:15a stick and nothing can happen and that's that's amazing. So just bringing to
- 6:27light the way we think. And my biggest point in that conversation was we
- 6:33do things for other others because it raises our oxytocin and it's a feel good
- 6:39hormone that we produce naturally that helps our body heal, it helps our body
- 6:45feel good. And so if you're not if you even a compliment, if
- 6:51somebody gives you a compliment and you negate that that compliment. So if I
- 6:56said, oh my gosh, Bev, I just love the way your hair
- 6:59looks, and then you're like, oh my gosh, I didn't even watch
- 7:01it, right, dating my compliment, you're negating my viewpoint. You're negating
- 7:10just that feel good moment. So you're not allowing yourself to allow the oxytocin
- 7:18in your body either. And you're controlling that conversation by saying putting that hand
- 7:27up and like, no, I'm not worthy of this compliment. I don't
- 7:31deserve this compliment. I don't want you seeing me right, I don't want
- 7:35you acknowledging me. And so yeah, just having this conversation with these ladies
- 7:44was enlightening because this isn't the type of they're very they're all what you would
- 7:55call majority of them, like ninety eight percent of them are like those apes
- 8:00personalities and controlling and leaders and uh spotlights, you know. And so to
- 8:07bring that to their awareness, like, oh, so it's okay that you
- 8:11feel good, but it's not okay if somebody else feels good by doing something
- 8:13for you and we're creating, so it's the same. So using that as
- 8:20a compliment. When I when I'm at the gym and I've done this so
- 8:22I know I'm negating it, They'll say, oh my god, you look
- 8:26like you're so tight and all this stuff, and it's like, oh,
- 8:28well, you haven't seen me naked or you know what I mean. I
- 8:30might make it and not hopefully Hopefully this keeps us on the on the channel
- 8:35because sometimes you can't say those kind of words. But anyways, but it's
- 8:39like saying something like that and I'm automatically negating it, but I'm also creating
- 8:43from the space that I'm just negated. I'm creating. What's something I don't
- 8:48want to create. I'm being given a compliment of what someone else is visually
- 8:52seeing about myself, whether I see it or not, and I can take
- 8:54that I can receive that and be like, oh, yeah, things are
- 8:58changing. I am getting stronger, I am getting instead of breaking ourselves down.
- 9:03And because that's what I was doing, I've been doing that for so
- 9:05long, even when I was gosh, one hundred and thirty pounds, you
- 9:09know, and I was just all muscled. I was just nothing but muscle,
- 9:13and even at getting it back then, even like oh, talking about
- 9:16like aging skinners, I'm using that as an example because there's there's all the
- 9:20stuff going on, and when someone says, oh gosh, your face looks
- 9:24so good today, it's not like, because what will happen? You stand
- 9:26back and is like get defensive, right, And but that's something I have
- 9:30been letting go of that whole process and seeing that because it's that's not how
- 9:35it's coming across. And if it is, it doesn't happen anything to do
- 9:39with me at all. That's someone else's And that's the other thing you recognize.
- 9:43We feel things, and so sometimes us receiving from someone else, we
- 9:48might be feeling that other person's stuff instead of just receiving the gift, thank
- 9:52you, And then you start feeling into the whole thing. Well, this
- 9:54person feels like maybe they're not doing maybe they have other intentions or whatever.
- 10:00I could go down the list of things and that might not even be true.
- 10:03It might be how they're feeling about life in general, and now you're
- 10:05perceiving it is that's how they are, and that's not even necessary. You
- 10:09know, I'm bringing in extra stuff with the feeling stuff because it kind of
- 10:13can get confusing. But it can get confusing because you're trying to perceive someone
- 10:18else how they're feeling through your own filter, and they have their own filter.
- 10:22So however you're perceiving it, it's not necessarily one hundred per cent true
- 10:26and accurate compared to what the other person's offering up. And they're just dealing
- 10:31with things that you might be sensing or feeling. So it's like this whole
- 10:35process. So it's like just getting into that space and not dipping into the
- 10:37energy. It's just simple thank you. I remember my stepdad, you know,
- 10:41coming by and our relationship. What didn't always feel that way. It
- 10:46always felt like if I was giving a given a gift, there was something
- 10:48that was wanted to return massage or come clean my weeds, go with me,
- 10:54whatever, whatever, because there was all that's how it was. But
- 10:58it was simply one time that he had put one hundred dollars bill underneath the
- 11:01windshill weggber on my truck and he had said, hey, I left a
- 11:05gift on your truck. And from that moment, without having to even process
- 11:09all the other history that there was there, I said thank you. I
- 11:13appreciated that because it was at a time that I, you know, I
- 11:16was in felt like I was in a need of that at that time and
- 11:20that and I didn't ask, but it was brought and it was delivered.
- 11:22It was awesome, and I didn't bring in all the past stuff at that
- 11:26time. I just simply said thank you. Of course I might have thrown
- 11:30on the end of it. You didn't have to, you know, And
- 11:31that's almost like the say no, they didn't have to wanted to. So
- 11:35it's like not even putting anything negative up about the whole situation. So it's
- 11:39just the whole process and it's and I remember also feeling like, you know,
- 11:43it could have came from anybody else, and because it came from him,
- 11:48so I had to go through the process and then I am God.
- 11:52That was probably seven years ago, and you know what I mean, so
- 11:58there's been a lot of and I've had a lot of change, and I
- 12:01can see it now. It was just simply a thank you was great just
- 12:05having that appreciation, which is what I do now. It's just being in
- 12:09that form of appreciation. I put two tires on my truck recently, and
- 12:15you know, I've been wanting a newer vehicle, but it's like I haven't
- 12:18really found something that I'm one hundred percent locked into that I want, and
- 12:22I got the tires on my truck and I have been enjoy I'm like,
- 12:24oh my god, this is so amazing. And then I come home the
- 12:26other day and then Frama is like, what's going on in the back of
- 12:30your truck right here? Well, someone had either gotten under my vehicle,
- 12:35it doesn't matter what happened, but something had damaged it and had stripped had
- 12:39broken the wires away from me being able to tow. And then as we
- 12:41were sitting here, I'm processing that, Well, then that means maybe it's
- 12:46not time for me to do any moves because I wouldn't be able to attract
- 12:50a trailer to do the moving right now until that's prepared. So it's like
- 12:54it's not initially I was upset. It's like, oh, here's three hundred
- 12:58dollars apart. Right the other side of that, it's like, hmm,
- 13:01is that really a bad thing? Maybe it's just a message for me that
- 13:05now it's not the time for me to move it's not the time for me
- 13:07to move forward from the truck. It's just to appreciate this struck. Where
- 13:11I'm at right now, not a big deal at all. But then it
- 13:13changed the whole perspective. Then it felt different. So I take it back
- 13:16to the fielding part again. And and that's part of the giving and receiving
- 13:20thing, because if you're not allowing giving and receiving, you're not allowing yourself
- 13:26to feel things. You're like totally blocking yourself off from so much beautiful experiences
- 13:31in your life, so much flow in your life, so much appreciation,
- 13:37being able to give more because you have more coming in, because you're receiving
- 13:41more. It's just it's, like I said, it goes hand in hand
- 13:46and you and it's a process too, because if you're if you're wanting to
- 13:50feel good and somebody comes along and gives you a compliment with the intention of
- 13:56a compliment, is the intention of helping you feel good, and then you
- 13:58negate it and push away. Then it's like we go into the co creation
- 14:03with the universe, and that signal is it's like the signal to the universe
- 14:07like I'm not ready to receive or I'm not ready to feel good and that
- 14:13interest. So it's like it's a it's a I want it, but I
- 14:16want it. But yes, and people, we are all messengers for each
- 14:22other. So it's no different than than your stepdad giving you one hundred dollars.
- 14:31You're like, okay. You were probably internally asking I need some money
- 14:37for you know, to pay this bill or buy groceries or whatever their circumstances
- 14:41were, and then this one hundred dollars shows up. Now you could have
- 14:45said, oh no, uh, you know you keep that, you don't,
- 14:48you don't have to give that to me. I'm okay, No,
- 14:52You're like, thank you, because I've been asking and this is gonna help
- 14:56me and and you know, and it doesn't matter to me. It doesn't
- 15:00matter if if you repay that hundred bucks to him or you go and do
- 15:05something later for another person to help somebody out. That I'm just like the
- 15:13whole pay it forward yes, it's like, if I help somebody out,
- 15:18I know I'm gonna I'm gonna put this way. I'm going to believe that
- 15:24at some point in their life they're gonna be able to help somebody out.
- 15:26And it doesn't have to be me, right, but we what we tend
- 15:31to do though with that is getting to the store. Oh he gave me
- 15:33one hundred dollars, Now I need to do something for them. And and
- 15:37then that's still not allowing yourself to receive. There's only two words we need
- 15:41to know and say, and this is thank you. That is it.
- 15:46The universe delivered. I asked, the universe delivered thank you. I'm not
- 15:50kidding you. I My husband shares kind of you know. It's one of
- 15:58those things where it's like if he just moves in the right way, it's
- 16:00just gonna crumble. I'm like thinking, I was thinking, Oh, I'm
- 16:07just gonna you know, this is something we can do for Christmas. Like
- 16:10Christmas, we'll just get him a recliner or whatever, get him a new
- 16:12recliner. So I go to this event. They have a drawing. It's
- 16:17for a new recliner. Who guess who wins? I was so excited.
- 16:21I'm like, are you kidding me? Right now? It's fantastic, And
- 16:25so I was just like, that's amazing, awesome, right, yes,
- 16:32because you're in the you're in the allowing to receive the difference. Yes.
- 16:37And then so in this same uh, same organization, I just did this
- 16:44whole presentation about giving and receiving, talking about giving overgiving, you know,
- 16:51giving from an empty cup, uh, which really we can't do, and
- 16:56then receiving and you know, being okay with that and saying thank You're like
- 17:00it was whole presentation, like's thirty minutes long. So then we do a
- 17:07fifty to fifty drawing and we have a guest and I already know that this
- 17:11guest, not because I know her, but because I know her energy.
- 17:15This guest is not good with receiving. She is an overgiver. She won
- 17:22the fifty to fifty, which was like eighteen bucks and donated it back immediately.
- 17:32I was like, isn't that interesting? Even after sitting here and listening
- 17:36and saying, you know, going through this hole, I did this whole
- 17:38exercise with them about I'm open to receive and you know, saying thank you.
- 17:45Like we did this whole thing, and not two minutes later she wins
- 17:49fifth to fifty donates right back. It's like, wow, okay, here's
- 17:57my card, Come see me make it up. Not really, I didn't
- 18:02say that, but you know, it's just like, isn't that interesting?
- 18:04So allowing yourself the ability to just say thank you without condition, like,
- 18:12because you know, sometimes you go to lunch with somebody and they pay the
- 18:17bill and immediately you start thinking, oh my gosh, I gotta take them
- 18:22lunch. Next time we go out, I'll buy lunch. We go into
- 18:23that whole story of well, I got to do this next time, right,
- 18:30And so instead of just embracing the moment, what if there's not next
- 18:33time, What if you go out and get hit by a car and you
- 18:37die, there's not next time, And so just be in that moment of
- 18:41receiving and just being okay with that. I mean, we've been programmed,
- 18:47especially women, that it's not okay to receive. That we're not supposed to
- 18:49have abundance, We're not supposed to be prosperous or whatever that story was.
- 18:53It wasn't demonstrated in the healthy way that women could be abundant of goodness,
- 19:02that we are to give. We're to take care of the husband, the
- 19:06spouse, the children, the house, all the stuff, the grocery shopping,
- 19:11the bookkeeping, all of it. And that's just the way it is.
- 19:17And we come last. And it's you know, it comes back to
- 19:21to me. Receiving is that feminine energy. It's raising that feminine energy,
- 19:26and get better and better with receiving helps collectively with the feminine energy. So
- 19:33just open yourself up and graciously say thank you. It's true. And when
- 19:41you were talking about that how women have been a lot in the past with
- 19:45a lot of us giving and stuff like that, it almost creates, well,
- 19:48it most frequently creates a codependency. So realizing that it's out of balance,
- 19:55that's all of that. It's letting you know at that particular time,
- 19:57is out of balance. Yeah, this we're not. We're not in harmony
- 20:02at all with with our giving and receiving. And so that's important too,
- 20:06because I was spend One of my big deals too is to I want Mike.
- 20:08We don't know how long we're here, and I don't know who's going
- 20:11to go first, it doesn't matter, but it's like appreciating everything that's here
- 20:15while I'm here, and it's being in that appreciation for allowing that receiving even
- 20:22if I know that, like you were having that conversation about, uh,
- 20:25you know, their child giving them something and that's pretty that's a pretty big
- 20:29deal. But appreciate it, appreciating it because it puts some in that space
- 20:33of feel good, right, And when we're feeling good, it doesn't matter
- 20:37that they gave from what you might consider an empty cup, not you,
- 20:41but the person you know that we're referring to, or myself. It's not
- 20:45it doesn't matter about that stuff because then we're negating it again. But when
- 20:48we're in that place of receiving it, we're we're also allowing them to learn
- 20:52how to give, because not always if we're the ones that we're always giving,
- 20:57they haven't learned how to give. So they're learning how to give themselves
- 21:00and then learning how to receive. If they've watched if my kids watched me
- 21:04growing up, and I always made sure that they had all the best stuff
- 21:07and I didn't have stuff, you know, I didn't have the new clothes
- 21:10and everything else. I'm teaching them to only you know, I'm teaching them
- 21:14the same thing that I'm doing right now just to be givers and never allowing
- 21:17for receiving. So it's even being able to give to ourselves, allowing ourselves
- 21:22to receive from self and not feel guilty about that. But also, like
- 21:26you said, it's even allowing that child when they're giving you something like that,
- 21:30to appreciate. It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter how they managed to
- 21:33do it. They did it and they feel proud about it, and it's
- 21:36not changing it the feeling for them that they were able to do that for
- 21:40you. I've got such amazing gifts that so thoughtful things that my kids have
- 21:44given to me. And I could have assumed that they were in a space
- 21:47to be giving in that space and probably have not. Probably, So you
- 21:52know when I say probably have I have, I have been in that space
- 21:55thinking gosh that I know they didn't. They shouldn't have done that because they
- 21:57didn't have anything to give right now. But it changes the vibrational frequency.
- 22:03It's the whole thing that we've talked about in the last video. It's about
- 22:06being happy, and to be in that space of happy is for us to
- 22:10be able to get to others and to be able to receive and the other
- 22:12person needed to give to you, so that you've got to be thankful about
- 22:15that receiving because that helps them too. It's a big, huge ripple in
- 22:19the pond. And we create the story for the other people too, So
- 22:25you don't know, maybe they have a lottery ticket one ten thousand dollars,
- 22:29maybe they got a bonus from work five thousand dollars, right, and they're
- 22:33like, oh, we got a little extra money. We can do something
- 22:34nice for my mom, or do something nice for this person. But we
- 22:40in our head, we create the story for them that they don't have enough.
- 22:45And then also what you're saying about, you know, buying them new
- 22:48things, that was also demonstration demonstration of worthiness, of the fact that other
- 22:53people deserve better than you. Yeah, that we were unworthy you get bringing
- 23:00new clothes, but I'm going to go goodwill and go shopping, right,
- 23:06Yes, just that demonstration of that other people are more worthy of valuable or
- 23:14new or fresh stuff, and I come last or I come second, and
- 23:22so whatever is left over is what I get to do for myself. And
- 23:26a lot of people will just put themselves on the back burner and never do
- 23:30for themselves because they don't want the attention because they don't feel like they're good
- 23:34enough, they're not worthy enough, they're not valuable enough. They don't want
- 23:38to be seen because all the stories right be seen and not heard. And
- 23:48how we're changing that, Yeah, not fun side, it's it's yeah,
- 23:59which they changes the whole experience to be here right, Honestly, what I
- 24:03hear Sonaya so Susann Eeseman Snaia was talking had come through at one time,
- 24:10and she was talking about saying how people don't want to come back, I'm
- 24:15never coming back, and then never. The whole crowd laughed and she says,
- 24:17yes, we laughed as well because we know that's not true. It's
- 24:19that that maybe how we feel here. But it's like we're in a space
- 24:23now where I don't feel that way more I have been for a long time.
- 24:26I'm like, I'm coming back. I'll come back if if if I
- 24:30can change things, if I change is not the right word. If I
- 24:33can do and be for the greater good of all while I'm here, I'm
- 24:37coming back. I'm coming back. And it's it's not because I'm excited about
- 24:42it now. I'm excited about it because I'm getting excited about life and it
- 24:47doesn't feel like it's a prison. It doesn't feel like it's a I don't
- 24:52need to bring into the negativity to demonstrate. But it feels free. It
- 24:56feels like I have my life. It feels like I can do anything anything,
- 25:00And that can get kind of scary for a lot of people too,
- 25:03because then it's so open ended, like I can do anything. What do
- 25:07I want to do? Right? And then we go back to the whole
- 25:08conversations. It's following your path, it's following your happiness. It's following whatever
- 25:12you feel like as a desire for you that you're you're gravitating towards. If
- 25:18there's certain books that you hear about, you want to read about those more
- 25:22because it's got a calling for you. It's letting me know, hey,
- 25:25come this way, come this way. And it's such a gentle path.
- 25:27We haven't talked about the intuition for a long time, but it's like it
- 25:30gets louder and louder. And I will tell you something. Last night I
- 25:34found this quite interesting. I was I woke up like around three o'clock.
- 25:38This happens a lot. See, I'm creating for the future. So anyways,
- 25:44recently I had woke up around three o'clock and I'm having these thoughts and
- 25:48then I hear something. I heard somebody say Bev like what are you what
- 25:56do you what? Are you really asking her something weird? And then I
- 26:00thought, wait a minute, this felt weird to me. It didn't feel
- 26:06like it. I'm bringing it up because it was kind of an odd thing.
- 26:07It didn't feel like it was from my guardian or my It didn't feel
- 26:14positive because I can't remember the exact words how it was used. And I
- 26:18thought, well, it's not interesting. That's an interesting because I heard someone
- 26:22say bad and I heard him saying something to me, and it, like
- 26:25I said, it didn't feel good, and I'm like, this isn't from
- 26:29my team, because from my team it would have been because my team knows
- 26:30me, they know what I want. So it's like it was almost like
- 26:36as if they were saying, we don't even know what you want. And
- 26:37it's like, that's not even true, that's not I don't feel like that's
- 26:41true at all. They have a better idea of what I want more than
- 26:42anything, because I don't. You're not wrapped up in you know, everybody's
- 26:48energy that's on the planet or emotions or any that kind of stuff. So
- 26:52I probably am not being very clear about it. But it was just an
- 26:55odd It was odd, And it goes back to the intuition, listening to
- 26:59that, recognizing how does it feel, because when our intuition comes to us,
- 27:03it's more neutral, it's more loving, or I can say more loving,
- 27:06because when it comes from spirit, it doesn't it's not coming from a
- 27:10negative place. And when I had received that information last night, it was
- 27:12like a negative I'm like, oh, well that's interesting, okay, Archangel
- 27:17Michael, surround me, help me uplift my energy, help me maintain my
- 27:22energy, and keep me protected. And it was that simple, and I
- 27:26felt like a shift. But it was that simple that something came through.
- 27:29And I don't even understand really why what dipped because it was in the middle
- 27:33of the night, right, But a lot of times when I wake up
- 27:36like that, that's when thoughts, well, if my mind is on an
- 27:41old disc, an old flying disc that I visited way too long, that
- 27:45it might be in my experience again to let me know, hey, this
- 27:48isn't really where you want to spend your time, and reminding me to get
- 27:51back on that happy trail, right, so it was just like I said,
- 27:55it was interesting. It was interesting, but it was also demonstrating where
- 27:57I was at right at that moment. It was mirroring to me, even
- 28:00though I didn't have really anybody in that experience at that particular time to mirror
- 28:04to me except for this this boys coming through and talking to me. So
- 28:15have you been asking for for clarity or anything like that recently? I'm just
- 28:19curious as to Oh as far as no, not that I not that I
- 28:25can think of. But doesn't mean that we don't have it asking when we
- 28:27haven't experienced, you know what I mean, Because we set out rockets of
- 28:30desire if we want to if we want to go to that route. So
- 28:33that's possible too. But it's but I did recognize I used to always ask
- 28:38for that. I haven't asked for that for a long time. For clarity,
- 28:42it's been a while. Yeah, But I understand where you're going with
- 28:47that, because that would be another way of identifying. But I just recognized
- 28:51how it felt, and it just didn't it like cop It's like what like
- 28:55someone's talking to me like I'm in a group and then someone's sopping. I
- 28:56was like, no, that's not what I No, that doesn't sound right
- 29:00at all. But so it's just to be in that awareness. So I
- 29:03don't know, I don't know why. That's why I'm bringing it forward right
- 29:07now, but it's just a share thing for some of someone who ever hears
- 29:11yeah, maybe don't have an experience too. And it's not to be afraid
- 29:14of. It's not something to be fearful of. I wasn't in fear.
- 29:18I was just like, no, that's not right, that doesn't sound right,
- 29:21that doesn't feel right. Yeah, it's good. Lord. If anyone
- 29:23knows this, it's our guardian angel, it's it's our universal team. They
- 29:27see us from a totally different perspective. Yeah, and they co create with
- 29:34us based on where we're at with ourselves and what we're focused on, and
- 29:41so it comes back right, whatever we're focused on is what we're going to
- 29:44receive. And if we're focused on wanting goodness and goodness comes to us,
- 29:51that's up to us to receive. So it's kind of interesting because I feel
- 29:56like it was almost like a test. Now that we're having it feels like
- 29:59a test. It almost felt like it was like letting me know, like
- 30:02to be aware that this stuff could come forward, but as to recognize that's
- 30:06not how that's not how it flows through. It can because I've like I've
- 30:10I've talked about different channelers. There's so many different channelers I've listened to.
- 30:14Some are super high, like over exuberanged and you know, just really much,
- 30:19and then there's some that are very thoughtful and they're bringing forward information that's
- 30:26very like I've talked about, like scientific or more about where they're at and
- 30:30what we can do. And I'm always about For me, from my perspective,
- 30:33it's always about possibility. Everything is always a possibility of positive and amazing
- 30:38things, the miracles that could happen. So for me, it was recognizing
- 30:44even if I if I was Doe channeling, even if I'm if I'm going
- 30:47to do communication with spirit, if I wanted to be the be the bridge
- 30:51to the medium ship, recognizing that not there's other things that can come through
- 30:56sometimes, other energies that can come through sometimes recognizing what that is. So
- 31:02it's almost like I was like being I was having a little school rumors last
- 31:06night, three o'clock in the morning probably you know, usually that's between three
- 31:11and four, two thirty to four, So they're like they're like classes in
- 31:17session now at three am. That's right, And I don't okay with that.
- 31:22Gosh, before, when I was younger, that would have blown my
- 31:26That would have irritated that. It would not have made me happy. Let's
- 31:30just put it to you that way, because it wouldn't allow the sleep to
- 31:33continue all night long. And now I recognize, well, again, isn't
- 31:37that interesting how this is showing up for us? You know, isn't it
- 31:41interesting? Even getting my tires done and getting things fixed on it and then
- 31:44something else happens to it. I could have looked at it like oh,
- 31:47and I did initially like like, oh, here we go again. You
- 31:49know something else. This reminds me of my forward, you know, trying
- 31:52to fix my forward up and things weren't going that on the path. And
- 31:56it's like, nope, I'm looking at it from a different perspective. I'm
- 32:00not looking at it from that. Even though I initially had decided to step
- 32:02on that disc and then I thought, no, this is not working for
- 32:06me. Yeah, because it doesn't feel good, because it definitely doesn't feel
- 32:08good if I gotta make up a story like well, maybe a uniform was
- 32:13flying unner of a truck and it cotton on accident. I don't know,
- 32:17but it makes it more fun, and it's more fun brings us into laughter,
- 32:22right, and laughter brings into us into a higher vibrational frequency. So
- 32:25and then I know things are always going to work out. I know I'm
- 32:28being supported, i know I'm being taken care of. So it's like,
- 32:30what what do I get to learn from these things? Not to take freaking
- 32:35shit? So seriously, it's not that serious, not that serious. Yeah,
- 32:40just I remember how serious I used to be in good gosh, I
- 32:47was exhausting me too exhausting. Wow. Yeah, you know, to be
- 32:55light and laugh and laugh at myself. I mean, first of all,
- 32:59I just laugh at myself. And you know, here's the thing. I
- 33:04just want to say this. You know, this could take us on a
- 33:07whole nother conversation, but I just want to say that if if you're already
- 33:14laughing at yourself for what you see as a flaw, and you think other
- 33:19people are judging you for it, that if if somebody else brings it up,
- 33:22so like, for example, in a heavy way, is a bully,
- 33:25if if you're afraid of bully is going to point that flaw out.
- 33:30If you're already laughing about it, they can't. There's nothing for them to
- 33:36hurt you with, right, So it's just like anything else anywhere else in
- 33:42life, in the workplace, in your relationships, if you already have flaws
- 33:46that you're aware of that you might see as flaws. To me, I'm
- 33:52just like, it's just part of who I am. Whatever. But if
- 33:57you're seeing them as flaws and you're afraid somebody else is judging you for it,
- 34:00if you're already laughing about it, there's no there's no judgement there.
- 34:07They can't judge you on it. They won't even give attention to it because
- 34:10you're already laughing about it. You're already bringing it up and talking. That's
- 34:15what comedians do. Comedians talk about themselves on stage and they point out the
- 34:21crap that they do and they laugh about it. Well, if they're already
- 34:22doing it, nobody else can point the finger at them and laugh at them
- 34:27in a judgment mental way is trying to put them down or control them or
- 34:31anything. So it's pretty interesting, is it is. And it's different perspectives
- 34:39of different ways of looking at things, and it does change things. And
- 34:45also recognizing when someone is judging you, because it's been in my experience even
- 34:49recently. And there was a couple of girls that had come up to talk
- 34:52to me and they were giving me compliments, but they were like like faces
- 34:55weren't matching the compliments and looking me up and down and stuff like that,
- 35:00and I wasn't paying attention to a lot of that stuff. And then one
- 35:04of my daughters had noticed, and it's like she's like, you know,
- 35:07getting like upset about and it's like, that's not my that's not about me.
- 35:14It has nothing to do with me. That's about them because they're judging
- 35:16themselves. And then when they're looking at me like that because they're harshly judge
- 35:21themselves, and that's okay. It's it's being in that space again of recognizing
- 35:27this isn't about me, even if they're trying to make it about me,
- 35:30it wasn't about me. They're appreciating me from the way that they can appreciate,
- 35:36you know, just different conversations that we've had before. But it's it's
- 35:40it's the same. I mean, when we talk about people judging and stuff,
- 35:44it's it's the or even us judging another. It's really it's the judgment
- 35:49we have on ourselves, and when we're looking at someone else, we think
- 35:52you can think that you're judging someone else, but you're judging another aspect of
- 35:54yourself. I have a butterfly flying around the windows, like, yeah,
- 35:58transformation right over here, it's happening. You're interesting that you and your daughter
- 36:04stand there and you're lined up with the compliment and your daughter's lined up with
- 36:07the attitude or the facial expressions. Well, and she was a little bit
- 36:12distant from it, and it's like yeah then I'm like, well yeah,
- 36:15but yeah, so it was. But again, like you're saying, it's
- 36:19because that's where we're resonating at. What what are we're what we're gonna see
- 36:22is what we resonate at, you know what I mean, what we're asking
- 36:25more or more of, and how we can look at things and remember,
- 36:30these are kids. These are just little kids that have probably got judged by
- 36:34their parents and and you know, or or heard their mom judging themselves all
- 36:37the time and not being satisfied with the way where they were at or how
- 36:40they looked. And how many times, how many times have we looked back
- 36:45at pictures of ourselves and seeing ourselves and thought I didn't look that bad because
- 36:49we create this fricken story in our head, and then that story gets bigger
- 36:52and bigger and bigger, and then you look back at something you're like,
- 36:57my way was fine? What was wrong? Why do I think there was
- 37:00something wrong with that? I wouldn't go to the lake because I thought I
- 37:02shouldn't go to that, shouldn't be outside in the public eye. So many
- 37:07things like it's just crazy. But again, it's the stories, right,
- 37:09It's the judgments, and it's recognizing that if we catch ourselves judging someone else
- 37:15or judging a situation, it's just because we've been doing it for ourselves,
- 37:19thinking that it should have been something different instead of it letting it be what
- 37:22it was. Because we're creating right that moment, we're creating from that space
- 37:25when we're having those conversations and we're reliving these experiences that we've blown so out
- 37:31of proportion or could have blown out of proportion, And a lot of times
- 37:36I would say that that's quite the factor. We've changed the way it looked
- 37:40because he got onto that victim marry go around, and it just got bigger
- 37:44and bigger and bigger. Yeah, and I use the example in that presentation
- 37:49I did about giving him receiving was homeless people, and especially the one sitting
- 37:58there with the signs you know, hungry, need money, need gas,
- 38:02whatever. And I was being judgmental about that because of the things that I
- 38:10had heard, like they're making more money standing on the corner, you know,
- 38:15asking for money where I'm working and I'm paying all these bills and I'm
- 38:22trying to get by, and so I would be judgmental about that, And
- 38:29that was first of all, judging them for what they were doing. Well,
- 38:36really, you got to be vulnerable to be in that kind of space
- 38:38to stand on a corner with a sign right asking for help. At the
- 38:44time, I wasn't in a space to ask for help. I was like,
- 38:46I'll figure this out my own. I can do it. And the
- 38:52other thing, you know, in giving two people who are standing there with
- 39:00a sign, you give because it's to feel good, to feel good about
- 39:06yourself and to help others feel good. Now, there is giving without condition
- 39:12and there's giving with condition. And I couldn't. I wanted to give to
- 39:17feel good, however, and to help them out. However, the condition
- 39:22was, oh, I bet they're just going to go buy alcohol or cigarettes
- 39:25or something stupid like that. They're not even buy food. They're probably they
- 39:30really probably don't even need gas. So right, so I go with this
- 39:35whole story. So now there's condition with me giving money, and so I
- 39:37wouldn't give money. And then it was changing, not necessarily the people standing
- 39:46there on the street with the signs, but just homeless people changing my perspective
- 39:53because I had heard this from another teacher, was their representation of freedom.
- 40:01They they have no house payment, no mortgage payment, no car payment,
- 40:06no insurance payment like they they have they have they have complete freedom. And
- 40:15my judgment was that's what I wanted. I wanted freedom, freedom from the
- 40:21debts that I had incurred, and now I got to work, you know,
- 40:24work harder to pay them off. And so the envy and jealousy of
- 40:31that, like interesting enough comparing myself to a homeless person. Right, So
- 40:38when I changed it to well, they're just they're just demonstrating freedom to me.
- 40:45So freedom is possible, and if I chose, I could be right
- 40:52there by side by side with them. But that's not what I choose,
- 40:54right, So, so I really had to go through a mindset shift I
- 40:59had to do some internal work and the giving without condition. So I'm giving
- 41:07because it feels good. I'm giving because I have the means to do it.
- 41:09I'm giving to help them out. Now, if they decide to walk
- 41:14into the circle k and purchase a you know, a big can of beer
- 41:22or pack of cigarettes, that's them. That's totally their decision, and that
- 41:28may be what they need in that moment to survive. That just might be
- 41:31their coping mechanism. And that is not for me to judge. That is
- 41:37not for me to say it's okay or not. So that in itself is
- 41:40a huge piece of giving and receiving. It's like if you're giving, you
- 41:49know, especially parents, and you know your children are maybe struggling financially,
- 41:53and you give them some money to help them get by, and then they
- 41:55go buy a brand new TV. You can get really upset about that,
- 42:04or you know what. I give them the money to help them out and
- 42:07to feel good about helping them out. What they choose to do with it,
- 42:10it's their business. Now. If I don't agree with what they purchase,
- 42:15then that means, you know what, I'm going to be a little
- 42:19bit more mindful about how I give to them or what I give to them,
- 42:23and maybe they're struggling with paying their utilities. Great, then go pay
- 42:28the utility. Don't give the money to them to think that they're going to
- 42:31go pay the utilities. So there's there's ways to do things and still feel
- 42:37good about it. We just got to remember the conditions, putting those conditions
- 42:43on the giving and even giving. We'll use a story about giving to the
- 42:50homeless. It's when you're giving that and you're in the space of happy,
- 42:54it doesn't matter what they're going to do with it. Is whatever makes them
- 42:58happy. That's right. Excuse me, That's what's important. It doesn't matter
- 43:04if they're going to go buy if a cigarette makes them happy. Okay,
- 43:07like you, you've kind of said that too. I'm just giving a little
- 43:10bit of a a different yeah, kind of feel to as it is because
- 43:15I've done this, I have thought the same thing, and then now it's
- 43:19like, if I feel compelled to give soon money, I don't, I
- 43:21just give it to him. I don't question it, I just do it.
- 43:22It doesn't I don't care what they do with it. It's not for
- 43:24me to judge. Because I was that person that would get upset. Excuse
- 43:30me, we get upset when someone give me something and then having it,
- 43:34you know, have an attachment show like how I'm supposed to use that gift,
- 43:37give me a new stereo, and if I decided that I wanted to
- 43:38trade it for something else or whatever, it's like gave it away and if
- 43:43I choose to use it or not use it, it's up to me.
- 43:45It's that there. It is supposed to be unconditional when you give, so
- 43:50it's recognizing that too. And I and I totally hear you for even for
- 43:55me, like when I when I had extra money, it was like I
- 43:59went and paid, I put money, I paid down, paid one of
- 44:01my daughter's cars off because it was whatever it was, and I paid that
- 44:05same amount on my other daughter's car, so it took her payment way down.
- 44:07So you know, just doing what you can do in those situations,
- 44:12and that was that was joy for me. I was able to do that,
- 44:15that was awesome. So I loved. I loved that I had that
- 44:17experience, and I didn't really like you just said, it's like you can
- 44:22there's many different ways you can do it. So I just automatically put right
- 44:24onto their account. I put it right onto their vehicle. So and in
- 44:30that situation I was able to do that. It was awesome, It felt
- 44:34great, and it felt great for them too. So then it changed the
- 44:37whole vibrational frequency of wherever we were at at that moment. Yep. And
- 44:42then there's there's those moments of giving out of obligation that doesn't feel good to
- 44:46you, and you're not the energy of that gift is not going to be
- 44:52good. No, it doesn't feel good. The whole process doesn't feel good.
- 44:59Yeah, And that are usually giving out of obligation means you feel guilty.
- 45:05You're feeling guilty about something, and nobody can make you feel guilty about
- 45:07anything like you at the moment. We can do that to ourselves. Oh
- 45:15goodness, we are such fascinating beings. You say that. I probably say
- 45:19that lead because we are so fascinating. We have a lot to learn about
- 45:25ourselves. Oh and you know, it would be very beneficial if people would
- 45:30give more time and energy and focus into learning about themselves and how they operate
- 45:37then giving so much attention to others. It's true, So then they can
- 45:43determine do they still want to go on that same path as the way they've
- 45:45been handling or processing your experience while you're here. Yeah, just in your
- 45:52perspective changes on everything, just like we've talked about before, talking about how
- 45:55our perspectives change as we've matured, ripened, however you want to look at
- 46:04it. It's awesome we've grown with our our time here on school room Earth.
- 46:09We've grown and changed, our perspectives have changed and everything else, and
- 46:15or once the needs are totally different from what they would have been before.
- 46:17And that's we wouldn't have known that without checking in with ourselves and then checking
- 46:23in with our saying does that is that? Is that new vehicle really going
- 46:28to give me that happiness? Probably for a little bit, but then you're
- 46:32on to the next thing. So again, I was having conversations with someone
- 46:36recently, and it's just we got it. It's being in a space of
- 46:38a re appreciation for whatever we have right now, whatever we have right now,
- 46:45it's easy to get wrapped up into the other stuff. It is because
- 46:50that's the old patterns. Once she's changed shift all that, it's not so
- 46:53easy to be in that space anymore because it doesn't feel good, which we
- 46:58talked about all the time. And I like that. You said that that
- 47:02when I check in with myself, How often do people check in with themselves?
- 47:07How does this really feel? Yeah, not very often. They'll they'll
- 47:14just let it take them on. They'll let them feel like write that platform
- 47:17for the whole rest of the days, not even pay attention to where you're
- 47:21at. And you could have changed it at any given moment to feel better.
- 47:23And even if you did it all the way along, you can still
- 47:25change it at any given moment. It doesn't have to stay in that space.
- 47:30But typically what happens, though, is they do something that doesn't feel
- 47:37good, they recognize it, and then they have that going on, right,
- 47:39that story going on within themselves of whatever. It's not focused on this
- 47:45doesn't feel good, but it does focus on the heavier emotion around it,
- 47:52and then the majority of their day like everything doesn't feel good, things go
- 48:00wrong, or you know, it's just a full day of craps momentum throughout
- 48:09the whole day. Whatever we're giving our energy to. Yeah, so because
- 48:15that's where you're focused on, right, That's where your energy is focused on,
- 48:17and that's the message you're sending to the universe, and the universe like,
- 48:21oh, they want more of that. Okay, here we go,
- 48:23until we check in and say this doesn't feel good. Redirect our attention to
- 48:30something that does feel better doesn't mean you're going from one end of the spectrum
- 48:35to the other end. It's just feeling a little better. So it's like
- 48:38turning away from what's not feeling good to something that feels good and doing more
- 48:45of that. And then the universe says, oh, she wants more of
- 48:49that. Okay, here you go. But then it comes to the receiving.
- 48:54Right, well, now I'm receiving all this goodness and it just seems
- 48:58too much because I don't I'm not quite in alignment with feeling like I'm worthy
- 49:02of this. So now I'm going to go back to the not feeling.
- 49:06So we just play this back and forth or this hamster wheel, and so
- 49:12I'm like, yeah, you know what, it felt good to win that
- 49:14recliner because that means I didn't have to put out the whatever two three,
- 49:17four hundred dollars, right, that felt good, Thank you, Universe.
- 49:22I want more of that. Yeah, And you weren't trying to control the
- 49:25outcome of how that was going to happen. And look how it floats.
- 49:28You's the that's the amazingness. We don't have to know. It doesn't have
- 49:31to be from the lottery, it doesn't have to be from your employment,
- 49:36It doesn't have I mean, it doesn't have to be from any of these
- 49:37things that we think that things. Our abundance flows to us, It close
- 49:42to us in so many different directions. But again we're going back to that
- 49:45whole given receiving. If we're not if we're not allowing receiving, we're not
- 49:49allowing receiving of any sort. So it's like you restrict yourself from everything.
- 49:52So accept the compliments, you know, thank you, like you said,
- 49:57appreciation when when it comes to you, it doesn't matter where it came from.
- 50:01I say that it doesn't matter where it come from, but I guess
- 50:04at some point maybe it might. But typically if you've been an asking what's
- 50:07inside of you and you're coming from a higher vibrational frequency, it's always going
- 50:13to come from a higher vibrational frequency. It's just that that's just the match,
- 50:17because it's a match of whatever you're putting out, whatever we're creating.
- 50:22And again I'm reminding myself, you know, being careful, I say,
- 50:27being careful of how I'm creating and what I'm saying in my words even as
- 50:30I'm presenting it to you, guys, whoever's listening to this now, because
- 50:35there's things that I don't want to create. And it's so my pattern has
- 50:37been to bring up the things my experiences that I've had, which has always
- 50:43been not always been a good experience, and then I'm only perpetuating We've had
- 50:46great conversations, and after our conversations, I get off the phone, I'm
- 50:50like, I might feel a little bit down or lower sometimes not always do
- 50:53I feel high. And it's like, that is not because of you,
- 50:57That is because of the words that I've been using during that conversation. And
- 51:00how am I bringing forward this information? And sometimes I'm bringing it forward from
- 51:06negative experience is what I might perceive is negative experiences. And then I'm like
- 51:09throughout the day like wondering, what why is that happening? It's because I
- 51:14haven't chosen my words too in the in the way that I'm creating. It's
- 51:17like, if you're an artist and I'm painting a picture, I'm not going
- 51:21to dip my brush into any just any paint. I'm going to be aware
- 51:25of the paint that I'm dipping it into because now I'm going to be aware
- 51:29of or in placing it on my canvas, where am I going to put
- 51:31that on? Because I'm not going to put the water up in the sky.
- 51:35I mean I could, but it's like that's not that that would be
- 51:38without awareness. So it's being in that awareness of what I'm what am I
- 51:42creating. So I'm I'm practicing that awareness of what am I creating because I
- 51:46want to create feel good stuff. I want to be happy. Why because
- 51:51I've got my two grandkids in pictures right too, of my grandkids in pictures
- 51:54that all my desk stared at me right now. And that's why. That's
- 51:58the reason why, Because if I'm going if I want them to be happy
- 52:01and have a great life, then they're going to be creating from whatever they're
- 52:05learning around them. I want them to create from what I'm learning to create
- 52:08from the positive experiences. Not because I'm ignoring the negative experiences, but because
- 52:14I don't perceive them as negative. I perceive them as growth. I perceive
- 52:17them as why is it showing up for me? Or how can I learn
- 52:21from this? It's totally different. Our perspective everything changes, and it's recognizing
- 52:28too. I mean, we talk about I bring up stuff in the past
- 52:30because I want people to understand that I've been through this stuff and I understand
- 52:36it, and I understand the heaviness of it. But they also as long
- 52:39as they continue to watch the video, they see me laugh, they see
- 52:44me smile, even though I'm talking about the past, right because now,
- 52:49whether you're here or in a classroom or in a coaching session, I'm sharing
- 52:53from experience, and from sharing is the key word there. I'm sharing about
- 53:00the experience. Whereas before I was in the experience and in the heaviness and
- 53:09still a victim to my circumstances and hanging on to all of that. And
- 53:15when I would share, then those emotions of anger and shame and guilt and
- 53:20resentment and all that stuff would ball up inside me and maybe I would cry,
- 53:23maybe I would physically show that anger. Like I talk about my stuff
- 53:30now, and I don't. If any of that does come up and surface,
- 53:35if I get emotional something, I make a mental note. There's still
- 53:38some healing pieces here, There's still some stuff here to give some attention to,
- 53:44to do some healing around, because I'm still pretty emotional about it.
- 53:47So there is times to share life experiences so people can learn from your experience,
- 53:59and there's times where if you're sharing from a victim point of view,
- 54:07that's when those emotions will arise. That's how I know the difference. And
- 54:14so even like in the Chakra class, I'm like, listen, I'm gonna
- 54:16share my my some stuff about me, and I'm gonna laugh about it because
- 54:22that's where I'm at. I'm sharing. I'm not a victim to my life
- 54:28experiences anymore, or for the most part, let's put it this way.
- 54:31I'm not gonna say anymore. I'm gonna say for the most part, because
- 54:34every once in a while, I still get those little twinges that show up
- 54:37of heavy emotion. I'm like, ooh, ooh, gotta look at that.
- 54:43Need some do some journaling around that one. And it's all okay.
- 54:52So yeah, because I did have I did have one of the students in
- 54:57the Chakra class asset. They're like, well, do you ever get over
- 55:00this heaviness this? Do you ever get past the anger? Do you know?
- 55:06I'm just like, if you knew me, like thirty years ago,
- 55:13that was a completely different person like way on the other side of the spectrum.
- 55:19So yes, it is possible, right, and to be able to
- 55:22demonstrate that, to demonstrate I can talk about my experiences and not get caught
- 55:28up in all the emotion of it. I can demonstrate my or talk about
- 55:30my experiences and not expect empathy from somebody or expect somebody to like if I'm
- 55:37talking about my experiences and beds like, oh my gosh, Amy, you're
- 55:39completely right that guy was such a jerk, and no looking for that.
- 55:44I'm sharing my experiences to help people learn and grow from them from what I've
- 55:47been through and the path that we took to heal. The books, the
- 55:54teachers, the podcasts, whatever it was. There's so many resources. So
- 56:01I'm just here to share now, and that feels good to me to be
- 56:05able to share. It feels good now, and this first time I've probably
- 56:09said this, it feels good to be able to share my experiences of my
- 56:15earlier days and all the shit I've been through to help other people. That
- 56:22feels good now. It didn't feel good in the beginning. It just sucks.
- 56:30It feels good now. Nice. Yeah, And with whatever people do
- 56:38with it, that's their business, not my business. They they're asking.
- 56:45They're so here's it, here's where it is. They're asking for a path
- 56:51of healing in whatever way they're asking. So they're asking to receive, and
- 56:55I am there to give, and how they receive is up to them.
- 57:04True, right, It's just I'm like, here you go, So I
- 57:08hand it over. I hand over the information. I'm out. I gave
- 57:15you. I gave you the tools, I gave you the path, I
- 57:16gave you the resources. I gave you, give you everything. I've got
- 57:21what you do with your business. So you've asked and you have received.
- 57:24I showed up as the giver. I did my part. I also on
- 57:34the opposite side of that is I like to give different perspectives on it,
- 57:37and I know you do too, different perspectives on the same situation. They
- 57:42might be perceiving as a horrible situation or a negative or being in the space
- 57:47of the net or the victim as well. So without because I have always
- 57:53used my experiences, I have been doing that for a long time, but
- 57:55I also recognized that just recently, it's like I don't have to create from
- 58:00that space. I don't have to bring forward that information because I can still
- 58:04give a different perspective from my perspective, a different way of them looking at
- 58:08something, and it's like, it's always nice because there's whoever needed to hear
- 58:13that, or whoever was in that vicinity gets to offer a different perspective of
- 58:16it as well. So it's just interesting and we'll see how it goes because
- 58:22I'm I'm creating. This is the space where I'm creating from now, and
- 58:25I'll see if it's different from where I've been creating from by sharing my all
- 58:30my experiences because I have shared my a lot of my experiences too, really
- 58:35on a regular that has been one of my go tos. But it's just
- 58:38I'm just recognizing just for myself how I'm creating. And it's not even when
- 58:45I'm talking about my story, that's not I don't it's not with the emotions,
- 58:49certainly from the emotions that I ever had before with those certain situations,
- 58:52because more more more often than not, I'm neutral of those spaces. But
- 59:00just seeing him from a different perspective, well, that's just kind of one
- 59:07of the things that I've been kind of working towards because it just feels different
- 59:10for me and it's definitely new grounds. And then there's the idea none of
- 59:16it would have happened. We you and I probably wouldn't be here having these
- 59:20conversations. You and there's actually you, we kind of me and a couple
- 59:27of other friends that I have that I'm very close with. We wouldn't because
- 59:30if we would have met each other ten years ago or twenty years ago,
- 59:35we would have been in our where we were at at that time, you
- 59:38know, Yeah, tendencies or whatever it was at the time. So it's
- 59:43like being I know that things things happen for a reason, but it's like
- 59:47I that's that's that's my old story. That's like an old chapter that I
- 59:53have, And that's just from my perspective that I'm bringing forward an old chapter
- 59:57again. And it's so I'm just learning different perspectives or different ways to kind
- 1:00:01of shift through some of the stuff. Yeah, it's pretty it's all fascinating
- 1:00:08to me. It is. I'd say it's a foreign ground. And I
- 1:00:13can't tell you that everything works for everybody else the same way that it might
- 1:00:16work for you, or how it might work for myself. It just depends
- 1:00:20on where we're at and how we're really perceiving it. And one of the
- 1:00:23best things that I had learned. I can't remember the guy's name right now.
- 1:00:29He would he would actually teach you to be hav an awareness of yourself,
- 1:00:34So be aware of like see step outside of yourself and watch yourself as
- 1:00:37you're responding to these things and how you're talking and what you're bringing forward and
- 1:00:42stuff like that. To see yourself from that perspective. And when you do
- 1:00:45that, things totally shift you. You some things just like fall if it
- 1:00:51just seems like it, things fall away really quickly, and it's but it's
- 1:00:53unfamiliar ground in a lot of ways because then it's like, Okay, what
- 1:00:57if I do in the next what's the next move. It's just like we've
- 1:01:00learned, it's just listening to whatever the guidances that we're receiving, paying attention
- 1:01:06to that guidance, seeing how it feels. The word is listen to saying
- 1:01:13we gotta listen. It's true, it's true, and our ego doesn't let
- 1:01:21us listen sometimes. So it's it's learning quiet, quiet the ego down a
- 1:01:24little bit so that you can hear your intuition. You can hear those conversations
- 1:01:29with spirit or your angels or guides or bood or whoever. And that's a
- 1:01:37practice. Everything we talked about the practice. Yeah, but do you notice
- 1:01:42the more place, when you get into more of a peaceful place, that
- 1:01:45ego is relaxed. That's chilled. The mind is relaxed, that's chilled.
- 1:01:49It doesn't feel like it has to achieve anything or approve anything. I always
- 1:01:53tell people the truth doesn't have to argue for itself. It just it is.
- 1:01:58So it just changes, it just is, and it just changes the
- 1:02:01whole dynamics of everything. Yeah. So then ego is not like something to
- 1:02:07be pushed away, because again we go back to that whole light and the
- 1:02:09dark stuff. It's it's not something to be pushed away. It's something to
- 1:02:13be embraced. That child's been pushed away millions of times. That's why it
- 1:02:16keeps rearing its head. So if embrace it and show it to light,
- 1:02:21right, because it is quite down. Yeah, And I was gonna say,
- 1:02:25the ego when you're when you're take, when you're quieting the ego down.
- 1:02:31It's in the beginning. It's like the two year old having a temper
- 1:02:37tantrum. It wants to be heard, right, and so it stays there,
- 1:02:43and it just keeps talking to you and and and then you think,
- 1:02:47well, I can't do this. I can't quiet my mind. They can't.
- 1:02:52No, you can. We just got to nurture that two year old
- 1:02:55who's having the temper tantrum. We got to nurture that ego to let it
- 1:02:59know, oh, it's okay that we're sit here and just be still and
- 1:03:02just be with ourselves, and that we're safe and we can be quiet for
- 1:03:07a moment. And and and notice like that spirit energy comes in, which
- 1:03:14is is your spirit? Is that nurturing side. The nurturing side is like
- 1:03:20that calming voice that says, we're safe, we're okay, we can sit
- 1:03:23here, we can be still, We're okay. Right. We just keep
- 1:03:29saying that over and over, and then the ego starts to go, oh,
- 1:03:31oh, it's okay that our mind's not going one hundred miles an hour,
- 1:03:36and it's okay that we're not beating ourselves up every second that we get
- 1:03:39the opportunity to do that, and we're not we're not hanging on to that
- 1:03:44anger and shame and guilt and all the crap. It's okay that we are
- 1:03:46not doing that right And so it's that spirit energy that says we're okay,
- 1:03:52we're safe, we can be calm, we can be still, and that
- 1:03:58might take a practice three. Yeah, it's like seeing if you see your
- 1:04:01ego as like your best friend, and you're taking your best friend's hand,
- 1:04:05and it's not like you're shoving them aside where I'm sorry, I can't talk
- 1:04:09right now, you're bringing them forward and it's like, hey, let's go
- 1:04:11sit and look at the stars. Let's go watch let's go see the stars.
- 1:04:15Oh did you see that falling star right there? I call them falling
- 1:04:17stars because sometimes they look like falling stars instead of shooting stars. And and
- 1:04:21that's being in that space because it's because now you're in you're you're you're you're
- 1:04:28bringing that masculine and feminine sights together, You're bringing that light in the dark
- 1:04:31together. You're you're embracing all of you and not trying to judge any part
- 1:04:36of you at all. It's just another part of you that you know,
- 1:04:41just like us when we were kids, we just need to be seen and
- 1:04:43heard. And that's the same thing. That's the same way I perceived my
- 1:04:46my ego or my what I would say, my inner child, because my
- 1:04:49inner child has like to throwing tamper tantrums, and sometimes starting a tantrum is
- 1:04:54quite fun actually, And then when you're done, you're done, it's okay.
- 1:04:59Then you can cut back out and play. But it is it's like,
- 1:05:02it's like bringing them together with you. It's not like trying to prove
- 1:05:06for me. It's not like trying to make them believe something. It's just
- 1:05:10like, hey, let's go look at this together. Let's go do this
- 1:05:12together. Hey, you want to go play, Let's go play. Let's
- 1:05:15go run through the puddles. Let's go chase the dog. Let's go cause
- 1:05:17I chase the dog. Sometimes, Let's go find a worm, let's go
- 1:05:21find some let's go catch a grasshopper. So it's like bringing them along the
- 1:05:25whole way, and then you're just having a good time and you're in the
- 1:05:28moment, you're right now. Well, and people think I used to think
- 1:05:32this, and I know it's not true, like the ego is a bad
- 1:05:35thing. The ego is part of us. It's just part of our human
- 1:05:39space, our human being, and it is part of us. So I
- 1:05:45love that saying grab it by the hand and let's go do this together.
- 1:05:50You're doing it with your spirit, You're doing it with your ego, You're
- 1:05:54doing it with your feminine energy, you're doing it with your masculine energy.
- 1:05:57It's like a whole container full of stuff and we all and and when I
- 1:06:00say we, I mean me and in all of this, get to do
- 1:06:04this together and what that experience we have. Yeah, hundred percent. So,
- 1:06:13include your ego, include your spirit, include all of you. I
- 1:06:18love how you put that into words. I really do, because that's exactly
- 1:06:23sometimes. I mean, that's exactly how I would perceive it, because it's
- 1:06:27like it's including and everything because I've been that. I've been that friend that
- 1:06:30had been not included in things, right, Right, I've been in that
- 1:06:34space, and it's like now it's it's me, me and my ego.
- 1:06:39We hang out together all the time, having a blast. So I really
- 1:06:45like it. I really liked how you said that because because it is all
- 1:06:47encompassed in this one container. Yeah. And then just by us doing this
- 1:06:50creates a ripple and that you want collaboration, yeah, and so and love
- 1:07:00fighting right the battle, that's where we come back to the battle within.
- 1:07:04No, we want to bring harmony to all of it and there's nothing wrong.
- 1:07:12Flow together because everybody has an opinion, right and it doesn't just because
- 1:07:16it doesn't agree with yours, it doesn't mean it's not good or bad.
- 1:07:19It's just you have different perspectives. So it's like that's the same thing inside
- 1:07:23the container. It's it's all. It's it's wonderful. It is wonderful.
- 1:07:29I think we should end with that, it is all wonderful. You're all
- 1:07:32wonderful. Amend any of the final words or you want to end with that,
- 1:07:43it's all wonderful. Looking in with that, that's perfect. Great.
- 1:07:49Thank you for hanging out with us. See sign with Amy and Bev.
- 1:07:51We appreciate you, your time, your energy, any if you got anything
- 1:07:57from this, we hope that you would implement it for your own wellbeing and
- 1:08:01just to help you do and be better within yourself and then show up in
- 1:08:05this world by being and doing better externally as well, so contributing to that
- 1:08:15lighter vibrational frequency of the collective consciousness. And if you find that or feel
- 1:08:25that someone you know would benefit from these videos from this podcast, and please
- 1:08:29share us with them and let people know we're here. I mean, Bev
- 1:08:34and I have these conversations every week so that we can share them with others
- 1:08:40and not just keep it between us like a secret. We're not a secret.
- 1:08:45None of this is a secret. We're just figuring it out. That's
- 1:08:51right, it's true, and it's feeling better and better, so hey,
- 1:08:56I got to say something that's right. All right, my friends, make
- 1:09:00it an amazing day, and we'll see you next time. Good Bye.
